Valuetainment - ＂Absolutely Evil!＂ - Gay Registered Sex Offender EXPLOITS Loophole For Surrogate Birth

00:00:00.000 Okay, let me go to two stories here.

00:00:02.080 One of the stories I'm going to go to, Vinny, I'm coming to you with this one because you specialize in this story.

00:00:05.880 Yes.

00:00:06.940 A gay couple goes viral for baby surrogacy video, one later identified as Pennsylvania, registered 0.85

00:00:29.760 sex offender. 0.94

00:00:30.740 Whoa.

00:00:31.580 That was them.

00:00:32.480 Rob, can we play without the music?

00:00:34.400 Yes.

00:00:34.640 Go ahead and play it, Rob.

00:00:36.560 So this is them.

00:00:37.520 Like, congratulations.

00:00:38.580 They got a kid and two fathers.

00:00:41.940 Yet, I don't know if you see the picture on the bottom right.

00:00:44.920 What does it say, Rob?

00:00:46.400 6312.

00:00:47.420 Sexual abuse of children was his primary offense.

00:00:50.800 Brandon Keith Riley Mitchell, according to this report, was registered as a sex offender

00:00:56.780 on the 6th of October, 2016.

00:00:59.760 And, by the way, this is in Michigan, okay?

00:01:02.800 This is in the state of Michigan with this story.

00:01:05.260 Let me just read it to you, and then I'm going to come to you because I have a problem with

00:01:08.280 this one.

00:01:08.460 Oh, are you?

00:01:10.000 I have a problem.

00:01:10.820 Let me just read it to you.

00:01:11.460 I can't even speak.

00:01:11.940 Let me just read it to you.

00:01:13.060 Let me just read it to you.

00:01:14.880 Okay, so.

00:01:15.540 Let the boy watch.

00:01:16.980 Well, that's the problem.

00:01:18.360 No, I don't want the boy to watch.

00:01:20.100 No, exactly.

00:01:20.700 I want the boy not to watch these two guys.

00:01:23.140 That's the problem.

00:01:24.500 Daddy, daddy, what are you guys doing?

00:01:26.020 No, it's, we don't want that.

00:01:28.280 So, Brandon Keith Mitchell, writer, somebody said, okay, got it.

00:01:31.880 Okay, so, crowdfunded surrogacy birth with a husband, Logan Riley, is a registered tier

00:01:37.400 one sex offender in Pennsylvania stemming from a 2016 arrest for attempting to solicit

00:01:42.600 a 16-year-old boy for sexual activity as reported by Redux.

00:01:47.440 Redux.

00:01:48.420 The outlet stated Brandon Keith Mitchell is a tier one sex offender in the state of Pennsylvania

00:01:53.120 and arrested in 2016 for doing that.

00:01:55.520 Court records indicate Mitchell, a former chemistry teacher at Downington West High School,

00:02:01.900 exchanged over 12,000 text messages with a teenager.

00:02:04.760 12,000 text messages with a teenager and a police search uncovered hundreds of sexually

00:02:13.300 explicit videos of the victim on his laptop.

00:02:15.640 Mitchell was charged with multiple felonies, including possession of child pornography, sexual

00:02:19.740 abuse of children, endangering the welfare of children, and corruption of minors, according

00:02:24.520 to a press release from Chester County District Attorney's Office dated February 9th of 2016.

00:02:30.140 Authorities confirmed Mitchell exchanged nude photos with sexually suggestive text messages

00:02:34.260 with a male student, a junior, under 18, on multiple occasions, though his defense attorney

00:02:39.200 Peter Cross has said there's no allegations of physical contact with any student.

00:02:43.340 Vinny, your thoughts on this story?

00:02:44.400 Absolute pure evil. 0.98

00:02:46.300 Okay, you can't even adopt a dog if you're on the sex registry. 0.99

00:02:49.900 Okay, but this guy got a freaking baby like he was ordering it off of Amazon. 0.95

00:02:55.120 And it's like, that's how broken our system is. 0.97

00:02:57.460 And I'm sorry, this is my opinion of how I feel.

00:02:59.980 I don't think a gay couple of men should be adopting, shouldn't be buying some kid to have 1.00

00:03:06.740 at your house. 0.85

00:03:07.200 I'm sorry.

00:03:08.000 It's unnatural.

00:03:09.200 It should be a father and a mother because these are the type of instances that happen.

00:03:13.420 And even if it's one, it's one.

00:03:15.740 God knows how many more are out there.

00:03:17.800 Okay.

00:03:17.920 And I've said this how many times.

00:03:19.540 Okay.

00:03:19.880 And it kills me to see that little, that child.

00:03:23.440 I hope that have they taken the child away, Tom.

00:03:25.240 I mean, Rob, have they taken the kid away from the.

00:03:27.080 I have not seen it.

00:03:28.500 Okay.

00:03:28.820 So they haven't yet.

00:03:29.580 So, so, and I said this multiple times. 0.98

00:03:31.560 Okay, guys, children are the most overlooked and abused group on this freaking planet. 0.97

00:03:37.140 Okay. 0.99

00:03:37.620 From, from the beginning, the schools brainwashed them and sexualized them with the LGBTQ push. 1.00

00:03:42.940 We don't give a damn how many of them are missing at the border.

00:03:45.040 300,000.

00:03:45.940 They just go missing.

00:03:47.820 Planned Parenthood murders them. 0.56

00:03:49.720 Okay.

00:03:50.100 What chance, what chance do they have? 1.00

00:03:51.680 And then you have freaking these couples, gay couples, where one of them is a freaking sex offender. 0.99

00:03:57.240 To underage kids, to 12-year-olds, what do you think that kid's going to do? 0.99

00:04:00.440 They're going to do this kid when he gets older.

00:04:02.000 He has to change them. 0.71

00:04:03.180 They have to see him naked. 1.00

00:04:04.140 They have to see his penis. 1.00

00:04:05.180 They have to clean this thing. 1.00

00:04:06.240 And you're doing that with 12.

00:04:07.280 This kid's going to grow up to be 12.

00:04:09.160 Okay.

00:04:09.900 And it just drives me nuts, Pat.

00:04:11.600 These kids have no voice.

00:04:13.060 They have no lobby.

00:04:13.840 They have no protection.

00:04:15.040 And what does it say?

00:04:16.280 Slip through the cracks.

00:04:17.260 Are you freaking kidding me? 0.99

00:04:18.760 How the hell do we keep letting this crap happen? 0.99

00:04:20.520 And I've seen all the reports. 0.99

00:04:22.020 I saw, I'm not going to get into it, Pat, but there's two other stories that I sent to Rob.

00:04:26.840 They're catching these people's left and right guys.

00:04:29.280 The pedophile problem around the world, and including our country, is insane.

00:04:34.780 Put the Jeffrey Epstein aside.

00:04:36.340 That's okay.

00:04:36.720 The blackmail operation.

00:04:37.960 Just another reverend I saw was spotted.

00:04:40.980 He's a reverend, Pat, Reverend Roger Hankey.

00:04:44.280 Rob, I sent you this clip.

00:04:45.460 I have it.

00:04:45.860 And by the way, guys, this is all allegedly San Diego pastor at St. John's Episcopal Church.

00:04:51.000 Did you see the video of the guy pulled up to the door and he says, you want to talk in front of your...

00:04:55.220 And he says, no, in front of your lover?

00:04:56.760 Yeah.

00:04:57.080 And, like, this is happening way more than often.

00:04:59.800 It's just not getting freaking reported.

00:05:01.900 All right?

00:05:02.120 These people are everywhere, guys.

00:05:03.960 And I urge everybody, be freaking careful.

00:05:05.860 This guy's a reverend at a church, and he was caught, Rob, right there.

00:05:10.000 Can you play that one?

00:05:11.660 I want you guys to see this.

00:05:12.560 This is...

00:05:13.520 And, Rob, what's the name of the company that goes out...

00:05:15.940 What's the name?

00:05:17.080 Down in the corner, People vs. Preds.

00:05:18.860 People vs. Preds.

00:05:19.920 This is him.

00:05:20.660 Press the video.

00:05:21.180 Yeah, go ahead.

00:05:21.920 How's it going, Roger?

00:05:22.720 You want to talk to me privately, or do you want your boyfriend to find out, or your husband?

00:05:26.600 What?

00:05:27.360 What?

00:05:27.680 I mean...

00:05:29.000 You want to talk to me privately outside?

00:05:35.180 Nice Porsche.

00:05:41.180 This happens so much.

00:05:43.600 I mean, like I said, I don't want him to hear.

00:05:44.860 Otherwise, we can tell him if you want.

00:05:48.120 It's a picture of you.

00:05:49.260 He's showing him photos of him.

00:05:51.060 I'm going to...

00:05:51.480 You want to go walk and talk?

00:05:52.780 I just want to keep it private.

00:05:54.080 What do you want to do?

00:05:55.100 I mean, I want to talk to you about the conversations you were having with the people that were talking to you on Grindr.

00:05:59.960 Okay.

00:06:00.600 So, Rob, you can pause it?

00:06:01.720 So, he's...

00:06:02.660 Allegedly, he's confronting him because he was on Grindr and trying to holler at somebody he thought was 14 and 15.

00:06:09.920 These demons...

00:06:11.160 I know Jake is listening.

00:06:12.700 These demons are so...

00:06:14.100 They're out there, guys.

00:06:15.460 And it's happening more than often, Pat.

00:06:17.980 And this is...

00:06:19.160 Man.

00:06:20.020 It just drives me crazy.

00:06:21.560 They're everywhere.

00:06:22.840 And I love...

00:06:23.240 It could be priests.

00:06:25.080 It could be your neighbor.

00:06:25.860 It could be a coach.

00:06:26.940 They're out there.

00:06:27.760 And the fact that this...

00:06:28.720 The other guy, the main story, he's already convicted.

00:06:31.680 How the hell is he adopting a child?

00:06:34.120 What are we even talking about?

00:06:35.860 Tom.

00:06:36.440 So, there's two things here.

00:06:38.280 Three things here.

00:06:39.040 The first thing is I don't necessarily...

00:06:41.880 You know, you can feel very strongly, as I do, about what it takes to raise kids and the role of a natural mother and natural father in raising those kids.

00:06:51.840 And I feel very strongly about it.

00:06:53.740 I also recognize that the law, under the John Roberts decisions, that same-sex people can get married.

00:06:59.880 And under the law, same-sex people can adopt.

00:07:02.400 However, when anyone is adopting, anyone, they don't have to be same-sex to be a predator.

00:07:09.520 They don't have to be same-sex to be a risk to children.

00:07:12.440 When they're adopting, the full and complete background check has to happen so that these things don't fall through the cracks.

00:07:18.920 It says, I don't care whether it's a gay couple or a heterosexual couple, if one of those relationships is a predator with a record that had to resign from a workplace, that's not like a minor offense that's trapped in a clerical error.

00:07:36.020 This guy had a very real thing and resigned as a teacher, did he not?

00:07:39.040 Yes.

00:07:39.280 So I feel very, very strongly about that.

00:07:42.720 The next, the third point I feel strongly about is, this is why you have to watch what your kids are watching.

00:07:49.620 This is why the parents everywhere need to be vigilant.

00:07:53.400 There are things happening online.

00:07:55.560 You have to be so vigilant.

00:07:57.160 This is why 13-year-olds, 14-year-olds shouldn't have phones.

00:08:01.020 One of my daughters had a phone. 1.00

00:08:02.700 She took it to swim, brought it back, puts it in the kitchen.

00:08:05.340 That's it.

00:08:06.280 It's done.

00:08:07.080 One, I gave a little bit too much permission, and I reeled it back.

00:08:10.520 I read a great book about things.

00:08:12.140 I reeled it back, and I said, you know what?

00:08:13.940 You're right.

00:08:14.980 It says her older sister didn't have any Instagram until she was a senior and was a senior group from school, and it was yearbook photos circulated, and I monitored it.

00:08:26.320 That's so dangerous.

00:08:27.840 So point one, it is legal for people to get married.

00:08:31.780 It's legal for people to adopt.

00:08:33.160 Point two, background checks have to be better.

00:08:35.700 This nation has to stand up for it.

00:08:38.360 And then point three, I'm with Vinny on point three.

00:08:41.960 These kids are getting exploited, and the first line of defense needs to be their own parents.

00:08:46.920 Well, here's my question, Tom, and I respect everything that you're saying, especially with the parents and being accountable.

00:08:54.060 But can we be honest with each other?

00:08:56.120 Pat, Tom, Adam, you think it's okay?

00:08:58.400 Honestly, genuinely. 0.99

00:08:59.660 A gay male couple to adopt a male boy that's not – this is a strange – this is not blood, and you're seeing his penis in your face, and he's going to get older. 0.99

00:09:10.160 That's going to be a naked stranger in your house. 0.99

00:09:12.680 That's a naked kid in your house that you're going to be – I just – I'm very uncomfortable with that. 0.92

00:09:18.480 I'm very uncomfortable with that.

00:09:19.720 It's legal for them to do it in America, but I personally disagree with it.

00:09:23.160 It's legal to do a lot of stuff in this country.

00:09:23.960 So I'll tell you I disagree with it, and I disagree with it on faith grounds.

00:09:27.260 I disagree with it because I think mothers and fathers have critical roles to raising kids.

00:09:32.800 But I'm recognizing where the laws stand.

00:09:35.860 I get the law.

00:09:36.420 But also saying I disagree.

00:09:38.260 Yeah.

00:09:39.020 Yeah.

00:09:39.180 I think gay couples should be able to get married.

00:09:43.160 I think gay couples should be able to adopt.

00:09:45.640 And I totally understand –

00:09:46.660 Legally, they are.

00:09:47.580 What should?

00:09:48.480 And I totally understand why people have objections to that.

00:09:51.820 I totally get it.

00:09:52.600 By the way, speaking of adopting kids, do you know what states allow gay couples to adopt kids?

00:10:01.280 All 50 states.

00:10:02.820 Federally.

00:10:03.600 Now, there's different hurdles in different states.

00:10:05.260 Now, I personally have friends, a lesbian couple that adopted kids, a boy and a girl, and a gay couple that adopted boys.

00:10:12.900 Dave Rubin, who we know, and his husband Dave, great parents.

00:10:16.660 I'm not worried about them. 0.63

00:10:18.100 Who I am worried about are child sex offenders, child molesters, predators getting access to these kids.

00:10:25.840 How the hell does a sex predator fall through the cracks?

00:10:30.100 What cracks?

00:10:31.220 There should be so many background checks.

00:10:33.100 If you're a child predator to adopting kids, what?

00:10:36.280 Hey, Jeffrey Epstein and his girlfriend want to adopt a couple young girls.

00:10:40.320 Nobody.

00:10:41.760 We need some serious background checks here.

00:10:44.060 So I'm not against normal people who happen to have a different lifestyle or sexual orientation raising kids.

00:10:51.900 What we need are people raising good kids.

00:10:55.540 What we need is to be able to protect our kids.

00:10:57.540 Because, by the way, flip it.

00:10:58.780 Ready? 1.00

00:10:58.980 See, there's a lot of straight couples who are shitty parents and raise shitty-ass kids. 1.00

00:11:05.140 So just because you're gay or straight or lesbian does not mean that you're going to raise a good kid or a bad kid. 1.00

00:11:11.200 We're probably going to go over this story about this normal woman who was a normal lady. 1.00

00:11:17.560 She has a mom. 1.00

00:11:18.660 She has a son. 1.00

00:11:19.800 And her son turns out to be an absolute psychopath killer. 0.99

00:11:23.060 And she enabled him. 0.95

00:11:24.340 How does that work?

00:11:24.960 I just have a problem with...

00:11:25.960 Let's just not mix the stories.

00:11:27.580 No, but we're talking about parenting.

00:11:29.080 I just, Adam, and I love and I respect everything that you're saying.

00:11:31.840 I just, I'm uncomfortable with any male...

00:11:34.580 Rob, can you run a poll on that? 1.00

00:11:36.120 ...gay couple having a naked kid with a penis in front of their face that's a child that's not going to be able to report anything or say anything. 1.00

00:11:43.460 I'm very uncomfortable with it. 1.00

00:11:45.720 Who knows what is going on?

00:11:48.540 Like, you know what I mean?

00:11:49.340 You're a gay couple.

00:11:50.220 Like, what do you...

00:11:50.580 I don't know, man.

00:11:51.560 I get your concerns.

00:11:53.020 It's very awkward.

00:11:53.580 This is an awkward conversation, but we're having it.

00:11:56.220 It's an awkward situation.

00:11:56.900 But does that, like, how would you...

00:11:59.760 So let's say a straight couple, like a man and a woman, adopt a little girl.

00:12:04.420 So that little girl is still going to be around a man that likes women. 1.00

00:12:09.660 How do you deal with that?

00:12:10.720 Adam, that's a whole different situation.

00:12:12.220 No, but the point is, you're saying attraction will lead to you doing something weird to a child.

00:12:16.980 I'm talking about unnatural...

00:12:18.860 If you, by the way, if you ran a country from start, okay, not it's a law now.

00:12:24.480 If you ran a country from start, would you be okay with gay men adopting kids? 1.00

00:12:33.220 It wouldn't be my first order of business.

00:12:35.560 That's the question.

00:12:36.380 I mean, down the list, I don't want any trans, weird stuff going on. 1.00

00:12:43.260 No, no, but would you be comfortable with it?

00:12:44.840 Because here's...

00:12:45.840 I would be mostly comfortable with it.

00:12:48.420 Mostly comfortable.

00:12:48.980 Yeah, I'm not entirely comfortable.

00:12:50.300 I'm straight.

00:12:51.100 I'm not gay.

00:12:51.860 I don't know what it's like.

00:12:52.780 But why are you not entirely comfortable with it?

00:12:54.560 Because Vinny does have some valid concerns.

00:12:57.280 It's not a blanket statement.

00:12:58.580 Yeah.

00:12:59.260 So, you know, this is a very sensitive topic for a lot of people because we have friends

00:13:05.080 in this space that, you know, I don't know if we call friends.

00:13:08.380 But I would say we have people who are in this space.

00:13:12.160 And I had a very great conversation about this with Jillian at dinner one night.

00:13:17.480 To me, it's not gay lesbian couples. 0.93

00:13:21.020 We had a pastor at a school, at a church we used to go to, Tom, who he would get up and

00:13:25.020 he was raised by a lesbian couple.

00:13:28.240 He was raised by...

00:13:28.940 You know who I'm talking about.

00:13:29.840 Yep.

00:13:30.220 And he would openly talk about it.

00:13:31.740 He talked about it in his book.

00:13:32.780 It's not like he's hiding it.

00:13:33.760 He's not embarrassed about it.

00:13:35.100 He actually wrote a book and talked about it.

00:13:37.320 This is a pastor at a church that we used to go to.

00:13:41.040 But, you know, a lesbian couple is not interested in anything a man has. 1.00

00:13:48.260 Yeah.

00:13:48.840 A gay couple is interested in what you have. 0.70

00:13:53.260 Sexually, they're attracted to another male.

00:13:55.980 When you look at stats, you said every single 50 state.

00:13:58.600 Mississippi just allowed it to be legal just nine years ago, 2016.

00:14:02.580 It was the last state.

00:14:03.640 It was historically the toughest one to go through.

00:14:05.300 I think 2015 is when Obama legalized gay marriage anyway.

00:14:07.960 After that, it changed the game with everything that's going on.

00:14:10.960 Actual adopting gay couples, kids, is a new thing.

00:14:16.480 It's not a 100-year-old thing.

00:14:18.380 It's a brand new thing.

00:14:19.440 Oh, I agree.

00:14:20.020 So is gay marriage. 0.90

00:14:21.020 But the point I'm trying to make to you is we don't even have, like, I remember when they started doing books on steroids.

00:14:28.800 When steroids first came out, everybody was like, well, steroids, they're not bad for you.

00:14:31.540 They're this or that.

00:14:32.100 And I'm like, ah, you know.

00:14:35.280 Yeah, your testosterone level being a certain level, TRT, testosterone replacement therapy, it could be good for men because, you know, if your testosterone is lower, you feel insecure, you're not a good husband because you can't perform.

00:14:45.960 And you don't feel good about yourself.

00:14:47.580 Maybe it's better for you to raise your, okay.

00:14:49.720 Then we got a little bit smarter with testosterone and steroids.

00:14:53.520 But then we learned a lot of people that also overdid it.

00:14:56.060 And in bodybuilding, every year people would die.

00:14:57.980 And I would get text messages for all the Mr. Olympia people.

00:15:00.720 People died, right?

00:15:01.500 Like, it's such a new thing that we don't yet have enough data to sit there and say this is good or bad.

00:15:08.380 You're right.

00:15:08.860 So to me, a part of it, I'm not comfortable with because it's all about odds.

00:15:14.560 It's all about odds.

00:15:15.680 If I, I'm a married man.

00:15:17.360 If I lived in a house with 30 bombshell models and it was a test, these girls are going to pay, wear two-piece swimsuits all day, every day. 1.00

00:15:30.060 You're going to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner with them.

00:15:32.160 And you're living in this 20-bedroom mansion with 20 models. 0.97

00:15:36.080 How many days could you last?

00:15:38.740 I'm a man very comfortably saying it.

00:15:40.720 I'm not taking up that challenge.

00:15:42.540 I will sign up for this job.

00:15:44.100 I know you would.

00:15:45.080 What am I telling you?

00:15:46.100 I am here for duty, sir.

00:15:48.340 It is my duty to please that booty. 0.99

00:15:50.200 And for you, it would be easy. 0.52

00:15:52.200 But for me to think, oh, I am so, you know, freaking strong as a Christian man. 0.99

00:15:59.120 Are you out of your freaking mind? 0.97

00:16:00.840 As a Christian man, I volunteer. 1.00

00:16:02.300 Yeah, yeah.

00:16:03.420 So, but you have to understand yourself.

00:16:06.480 Like, when I travel, I like to travel with a crew.

00:16:09.360 Yeah.

00:16:09.540 You know, my neck goes the same places.

00:16:13.000 We have a guy, I won't say his name because I don't want to put him on blast.

00:16:16.760 He knows who he is.

00:16:18.240 This guy could spot a girl.

00:16:20.600 His radar, you understand what I'm saying?

00:16:22.740 Very, very good.

00:16:23.140 I'm good.

00:16:24.060 He's really good.

00:16:25.080 No, no, no.

00:16:25.100 Vinny, you're amateur compared to him. 0.98

00:16:27.160 Well, Vinny's gaydar is off the charts. 0.98

00:16:29.100 Yeah.

00:16:29.240 His radar, you find anything voluptuous, round, anything, right?

00:16:36.860 He will go into a room and I just, all I do is I just look at his eyes and I'm like, what's he looking at?

00:16:42.940 Oh, shoot.

00:16:43.380 By the way, you got it good as well.

00:16:44.760 I'm good.

00:16:45.340 No, you're good.

00:16:47.140 No, bro, you're not tier one.

00:16:48.240 You're tier three.

00:16:49.400 He's tier one.

00:16:50.320 I'm blind.

00:16:50.780 Can I tell you really fast about me and this guy, Adam, are having a moment.

00:16:55.200 We're having like a, I have something that's going on with my family and we're in a kind of a crowd.

00:16:59.400 You remember this?

00:17:00.260 And we're talking and we had a moment like this and we're looking at each other and he's like, yeah, man, it's with you.

00:17:06.640 But just really quick, a girl just walked in. 1.00

00:17:10.140 She's ridiculous. 0.97

00:17:11.180 I go, dude, my cousin's not doing well. 0.99

00:17:13.240 He's like, look over there.

00:17:14.900 And it was a 10.

00:17:15.740 He is that good. 1.00

00:17:16.480 He is ridiculous. 1.00

00:17:17.120 But going back to the story, to me, to me, it's, I just don't want to put men in a position who like other men to do something stupid that, especially with kids. 1.00

00:17:28.520 Because if you want a dude with another man, bro, you're an adult. 0.98

00:17:32.360 I don't care.

00:17:34.280 I've been to hundreds of clubs in my life. 0.69

00:17:36.160 The best clubs I went to were gay clubs.

00:17:38.220 It's not even close.

00:17:39.180 Adam loves those.

00:17:40.040 No, no.

00:17:40.320 But I'm telling you, you know what made gay clubs the best?

00:17:43.820 Girls went there to not have anyone flirt with them. 1.00

00:17:46.340 Exactly.

00:17:47.120 And it was, by 11 o'clock, 12 o'clock, they're like, listen, man, I mean, I can only do gay men for so long. 1.00

00:17:51.760 I want a straight guy.

00:17:52.640 Yeah.

00:17:52.980 I'm like, right here, buddy.

00:17:55.120 We're in town.

00:17:56.280 It's called the Blue Ocean Soldiers in Uniform.

00:18:00.080 It was the ultimate blue ocean strategy that we're talking about.

00:18:03.160 Okay.

00:18:03.460 I want to see how comfortable you are.

00:18:05.020 I want a real life example.

00:18:05.840 Here we go.

00:18:06.140 Here we go.

00:18:06.420 Let's say Vinny and I, you know, do a Chuck and Larry type thing.

00:18:10.160 Got married.

00:18:10.640 We get married.

00:18:11.320 For tax purposes.

00:18:12.300 Tax purposes.

00:18:12.660 What are you comfortable with Vinny and Adam adopting?

00:18:17.320 Nothing.

00:18:17.880 Nothing.

00:18:18.340 Zero.

00:18:18.900 No, nothing.

00:18:19.420 We cannot adopt a boy?

00:18:20.540 Nothing.

00:18:21.100 We cannot adopt a girl? 0.99

00:18:21.920 No, because men are different.

00:18:24.060 Men are very different than women. 1.00

00:18:26.240 Hmm.

00:18:26.520 No, no.

00:18:26.960 Men are very different.

00:18:28.120 Let me tell you.

00:18:28.920 Vinny and I cannot adopt.

00:18:29.760 Bro, when we stay at a house together, Tom knows this.

00:18:32.560 Do you know how overprotective I am of his girls, of my boys?

00:18:36.600 I don't like anybody being on the second floor.

00:18:39.140 I got a very basic rule.

00:18:40.680 And we're living in a big house, so unfortunately, sometimes you can lose people because the house

00:18:44.900 is not like a small house.

00:18:46.440 It's like, oh, you know, you got to go walk around to find somebody.

00:18:48.620 It's like the haunted house with the pink roof.

00:18:49.760 It's scary.

00:18:49.820 I am not okay with kids being on the second floor without me being on the second floor or

00:18:54.100 being present.

00:18:54.940 Good.

00:18:55.120 Because why?

00:18:56.660 I don't think my kids are bad kids.

00:18:58.600 I don't think anybody's kids, but I know it's a, you're a man, you're a boy.

00:19:03.320 Okay.

00:19:03.800 Boys are wired in a very different way.

00:19:05.940 Let me give a follow-up question.

00:19:06.980 How comfortable are you with two women adopting?

00:19:10.100 I'm more comfortable.

00:19:11.020 Okay.

00:19:11.600 So then here's the question.

00:19:13.640 You've seen the stats.

00:19:15.180 Yes.

00:19:15.580 About a lack of a father in the home.

00:19:17.320 Yes.

00:19:17.760 So now you have double woman. 0.90

00:19:20.180 Yes.

00:19:20.780 And no father in the home.

00:19:22.180 How will those kids turn out?

00:19:23.720 Because here's my, here's my thoughts.

00:19:25.800 Are you asking a question?

00:19:27.620 Yes.

00:19:27.860 Let me make the statement.

00:19:28.880 Yes.

00:19:29.380 Okay.

00:19:30.220 It's better than a foster home.

00:19:32.440 What is?

00:19:33.700 Two mothers raising a boy is better than what happens at foster home. 1.00

00:19:37.460 Walk me through the hierarchy of what you think is the most beneficial for a child's outcome.

00:19:41.820 Foster some stuff.

00:19:43.420 Beneficial.

00:19:43.940 Number one is a father and a mother, I assume.

00:19:45.980 Right?

00:19:46.180 Yeah.

00:19:46.480 For sure.

00:19:47.260 Walk me through that.

00:19:48.800 So then, then it's what?

00:19:50.440 Single mother.

00:19:51.460 Then it's a lesbian couple. 1.00

00:19:53.060 No, no, no.

00:19:53.780 I'm going to go mother.

00:19:54.760 No, no.

00:19:55.040 I'll give it to you clearly.

00:19:56.700 Mom and dad married, raising kids.

00:19:59.600 Totally understand.

00:20:00.280 Nuclear family. 0.75

00:20:01.000 Nuclear family. 0.75

00:20:01.880 Number two is mother with a stepdad. 0.99

00:20:05.640 That's a good dad raising kids.

00:20:07.520 A lot of kids, you see these videos, the dad was a deadbeat dad, a good dad comes in and

00:20:11.280 later on the kid changes the jersey on the football scene.

00:20:14.140 I'm playing with my stepdad's name because my dad wasn't in the picture.

00:20:16.720 Love you that. 0.99

00:20:17.200 Yes, a man that wants to be a great father, a woman could marry a scumbag, and she goes 1.00

00:20:22.040 and marries somebody else. 1.00

00:20:22.720 That's number two.

00:20:23.200 Number three, a father raising kids without the mother. 0.98

00:20:25.960 Got it.

00:20:26.820 Number four, a mother raising kids, single. 1.00

00:20:29.960 Then after that, to me, nothing.

00:20:35.100 That's it. 0.78

00:20:36.100 So lesbians not able to adopt. 1.00

00:20:37.820 If I have to choose, and that's the conversation I have with Jillian, because it's different

00:20:41.840 with boys when it's in that setting than boys.

00:20:45.940 With two men.

00:20:46.800 It's a very different conversation.

00:20:48.900 So then foster home?

00:20:50.960 No.

00:20:51.840 Where does that fall on this list?

00:20:53.140 Foster homes get nasty, but to me, it doesn't go back to two men.

00:20:59.040 Okay.

00:20:59.580 And to me, I will never be comfortable with this, ever, because I've been a man for 46

00:21:05.440 years.

00:21:06.220 And by the way, do you know how controversial of a position this is to take in our community

00:21:11.860 for me to take?

00:21:12.820 I totally understand.

00:21:13.460 Listen, are you comfortable with two men adopting a baby girl? 0.79

00:21:17.300 No, not at all.

00:21:18.000 Not even a girl?

00:21:18.620 No, not at all.

00:21:19.420 Why?

00:21:20.020 Nothing.

00:21:21.180 Wow. 0.96

00:21:21.460 If you've chosen to be a gay couple, go enjoy yourselves. 0.96

00:21:24.380 I don't want no kids to be in that environment. 0.92

00:21:26.680 Yep.

00:21:27.020 I'm not.

00:21:28.080 But you're comfortable with a lesbian couple? 1.00

00:21:29.560 By the way, for me, it's black and white.

00:21:32.140 There's no gray area for me here.

00:21:35.100 With a gay couple, you want to be together? 1.00

00:21:37.880 Go handle your business. 0.97

00:21:39.040 Keep it to yourself.

00:21:40.040 I have no hard feelings over it.

00:21:42.580 When it comes to kids, I am naturally a protective person when it comes on to stories.

00:21:47.480 Are you comfortable with gay marriage and not adopting? 0.89

00:21:50.100 Just gay marriage alone? 0.78

00:21:51.120 Am I comfortable with gay marriage? 0.96

00:21:55.060 I'm not.

00:21:56.400 I'm with them being together.

00:21:58.000 But if you want to put the tax benefits, there has to be a certain way to say, for tax purposes,

00:22:03.020 yes, but I'm not for that either.

00:22:04.980 So that's an Obama law.

00:22:06.980 But it's a law today.

00:22:08.320 And it is what it is.

00:22:09.240 But for me, my job isn't to protect gay couples.

00:22:13.180 My job as a man is to protect kids.

00:22:15.240 If I see outside something happens to a kid, my natural reaction kicks in within seconds.

00:22:20.740 I can't help myself.

00:22:22.260 I'm at an ice cream place the other day, and this mother is with her son.

00:22:26.680 And the son says, what did he say to her?

00:22:29.240 I said this the other day.

00:22:30.540 He's kicking something?

00:22:31.300 He's like, I'm not going to get your ice cream because the way you behaved earlier. 1.00

00:22:35.100 You're such a dumbass. 1.00

00:22:36.960 What? 1.00

00:22:37.600 You're a dumbass. 1.00

00:22:39.380 And by the way, Senna and Dylan look at me. 1.00

00:22:43.200 They look at me like, what's going on?

00:22:46.020 By the way, he's doing it in front of us.

00:22:47.680 He's probably Tico's age. 1.00

00:22:49.660 Mom, you're such a dumbass. 1.00

00:22:51.460 There's no father in the picture. 1.00

00:22:53.100 I wanted to smack him upside his head. 0.97

00:22:54.940 I said, say that one more time. 0.99

00:22:55.600 We talked about wanting to hit kids.

00:22:56.480 I get it.

00:22:56.500 I can't do that.

00:22:57.060 No, I can't do that.

00:22:57.680 But that's America for you.

00:22:59.540 So to me, the level of respect on some of this behavior, I'm going to lose some people

00:23:08.040 that are going to be like, I can't believe you're this.

00:23:09.340 You're so out of touch.

00:23:10.020 Listen, values, principles.

00:23:12.080 You know, everybody has their own story.

00:23:13.860 I'm a black and white in this area.

00:23:15.000 I think you're not going to make many new friends from saying this, meaning there's people

00:23:19.220 that are upset, but I respect the hell out of that's how you feel.

00:23:21.580 I'm not.

00:23:22.340 I guarantee you the same people that may not happy with the position I'm taking, they will

00:23:28.060 respect the fact that I don't fear walking on eggshells to not tell you on what I believe

00:23:31.760 in this position.

00:23:32.540 Respect.

00:23:32.840 I'm very comfortable with that.

00:23:33.980 This is not an area they can change my mind on.

00:23:36.260 It's black and white for me.

00:23:37.580 Summer is here.

00:23:39.060 Future looks bright here.

00:23:40.060 We have the matching shirts with the hats, gang.

00:23:43.780 So, Rob, if you can go to it where people can see it, no, you just had to go, if you

00:23:48.600 go back one where it shows the homepage, right there.

00:23:51.880 So, to match in, if you can shop the collection, the hats, the shirts, the colors matching with

00:23:56.680 each other.

00:23:57.120 This is the shirt that Vinny wears.

00:23:58.540 The black future looks bright shirt right there with the silver one.

00:24:01.300 Oh, I love that.

00:24:01.540 Every time I see it, because that's elevated, right?

00:24:04.920 It's raised up the shirt.

00:24:05.940 It's sick.
