Valuetainment - ＂China's Nuclear Dominance＂ – Doug Burgum WARNS U.S Energy Crisis Is COMING!

00:00:00.080 Doug Bergen warns of real energy emergency that will permit China to dominate us. 0.99

00:00:06.500 If you can play this clip, Rob, I do know you have a clip on this.

00:00:09.880 So, Interior Secretary Doug Bergen warned on Fox Business Kudlow

00:00:13.780 that the real energy emergency that we have right now is that we don't have enough energy in this country.

00:00:18.480 Is that the clip, Rob?

00:00:19.180 Yep.

00:00:19.520 Go for it.

00:00:20.580 President Trump on day one declared a national energy emergency, and rightfully so, 0.70

00:00:25.500 because we're under grunt from China related to critical minerals.

00:00:30.680 We've got huge challenges on electrical power generation.

00:00:34.100 We saw what happened this past week in Spain.

00:00:36.700 That could be happening in America, yet even this summer,

00:00:41.040 because the Biden administration rules put our grid at such risk.

00:00:45.660 But then in terms of oil and natural gas, which helps us power our economy,

00:00:51.180 and again, right here on the Gulf Coast, selling energy to our friends and allies,

00:00:56.440 all this natural gas that's going around the world to help displace energy that was coming from our adversaries.

00:01:04.100 A total unabashed embrace of energy dominance in the world.

00:01:10.140 There's no apologizing for it.

00:01:13.060 And, you know, of course, you meet with all these guys that work on the oil rig.

00:01:15.920 Rob, you can pause that.

00:01:16.820 Tom, your thoughts on this?

00:01:17.720 Well, first of all, you know, the Department of Energy is not a sexy department.

00:01:23.880 It's not like Secretary of State going out there on these trade deals and things like that.

00:01:27.320 But you know what?

00:01:28.280 Doug Burgum is doing a job for America right now, and both sides know it,

00:01:34.180 but only one side will admit it.

00:01:36.340 Because what has happened with EVs and with data centers is he's right.

00:01:41.940 We have an energy shortage in America.

00:01:44.840 Despite solar panels and wind farms and things that have done, we have an energy shortage in America.

00:01:51.920 This is why Google is trying to get permits for its own micro nukes to supply data centers.

00:01:58.380 It's why Oracle is trying to do the same thing to get permits. 0.99

00:02:01.960 And Doug is out there just absolutely – I think he gets – he could be – you know what?

00:02:09.540 He could be like the MVP runner-up in the administration this year.

00:02:13.680 I say that because the MVP is going to be whoever figures out all the trade deals and all the tariffs and things coming back.

00:02:19.720 And, of course, the market's already back up from where it was on April 1st.

00:02:22.880 So we're on our way back in a big way for people that lost – not lost, but saw their 401ks go down.

00:02:28.660 Now they're back up.

00:02:29.480 See?

00:02:29.740 That didn't take long.

00:02:30.760 But right now I want to show you something.

00:02:32.480 I sent this to the World Nuclear Association, put out their report for Q1 on March 25th.

00:02:39.520 So this is fresh data.

00:02:43.640 Scroll down to the bottom of that, all the way down, and you will see in the world – so the world right now, there are 66 nuclear reactors under construction, 85 planned, and 344 proposed.

00:03:01.420 So just remember that.

00:03:02.260 China has 30 under construction, 36 planned, and 158 proposed.

00:03:08.180 45 percent of the nuclear power coming in the world is coming out of China.

00:03:13.440 Now let's go down there.

00:03:14.500 We're fighting with China. 0.92

00:03:15.720 Scroll down and find the United States.

00:03:17.520 Rob, here we go.

00:03:19.000 Here we go.

00:03:19.980 Here we go.

00:03:20.960 Zero, zero, zero.

00:03:22.440 Zero, zero, 13 proposed.

00:03:24.600 That's why Google and Oracle are trying to get permits for micro reactors because they're not getting help

00:03:31.800 from the infrastructure, power grid, and the Department of Energy.

00:03:35.920 So do you remember – Vinny, too, here's an easy one.

00:03:39.340 Okay.

00:03:39.800 A great, great question.

00:03:41.700 Tom, don't go crazy numbers, but go ahead.

00:03:43.360 Okay, no numbers.

00:03:44.320 But do you remember when everybody was upset about TikTok in China?

00:03:47.080 Why was that?

00:03:47.980 Where were the servers, and where do they think the data was going?

00:03:50.940 You did it again, Tom.

00:03:51.800 I don't know.

00:03:52.160 Did you know?

00:03:52.500 People thought the data from TikTok was going back to China.

00:03:56.160 Okay.

00:03:56.200 So if you thought that was a problem, what about if we can't build the big data centers here?

00:04:03.320 And the data centers are built around the world where we can't really exert control and secure them.

00:04:08.860 That means America is using cloud services, and the data centers might be elsewhere.

00:04:13.800 It is a national security imperative that big data centers are built here,

00:04:19.560 just like we're trying to help Taiwan Semi build those plants in Arizona so the chips can be here.

00:04:28.080 And if China makes a move on Taiwan, we saw the chart, that there's a bunch of that here.

00:04:32.860 And right now we're in a position where all we need is about two and a half years.

00:04:37.240 All we need is about two and a half years for those chip plants.

00:04:40.680 So at the end of Trump's second term, if those chip plants are built, one of the things that Donald Trump can put a big W on the scoreboard

00:04:48.940 is he moved so much chip manufacturing to the U.S. from Taiwan to neutralize that China threat.

00:04:56.440 Well, Doug Burgum, God bless you, I'm a big fan for real reasons, and he's out there talking about this,

00:05:03.940 saying we have an energy crisis, and he's right.

00:05:06.500 We need to get permits.

00:05:07.920 This is not Three Mile Island nukes.

00:05:09.860 These are new technology, smaller footprint nukes, but this is what we need.

00:05:14.620 And look at this.

00:05:15.560 Thanks to the Greens and thanks to other lobbying, we have 13 proposed in the United States.

00:05:23.080 And China, watch out, gang, is building 40% of the nuclear power currently being built and proposed in the world. 0.99

00:05:32.220 It's being built in China.

00:05:33.720 So those 13 proposed, why aren't they pulling the trigger right now?

00:05:37.780 Trump is in charge.

00:05:38.600 Well, I think that's exactly what's happening.

00:05:41.160 They've got to get Congress behind them, but Doug Burgum is out there banging the drum, saying,

00:05:46.760 hey, we've got to get going.

00:05:48.580 Okay.

00:05:49.120 Better than the drums and the cheerleader, Tom.

00:05:52.340 That's not, that's the, that's the Fed.

00:05:55.340 Okay.

00:05:55.740 That's what I'm saying.

00:05:56.580 That's Jerome Powell's job.

00:05:57.440 So I'm glad that you caught the, caught on to how great Doug Burgum actually is.

00:06:03.280 I was on to this guy.

00:06:04.280 I will interrupt you and say, you were behind Doug at the beginning of the campaign.

00:06:08.900 I was.

00:06:09.420 And I'm so glad to see that Doug Burgum is part of the Trump administration.

00:06:12.900 We saw him at the inauguration or at CPAC.

00:06:15.680 He's awesome.

00:06:16.640 Dude, he was one killer crossover away for maybe being president.

00:06:20.520 You remember during the election, this guy was in an ankle brace as one of his staff crossed

00:06:25.280 him over and almost dunked on him.

00:06:27.600 And that lost his chances.

00:06:28.620 But he showed up.

00:06:29.740 You got to give Doug, Doug, Doug a best friend a hug.

00:06:31.820 No doubt.

00:06:32.640 But here's the deal.

00:06:33.400 He's the secretary of the interior.

00:06:35.660 What does that even mean?

00:06:36.780 Secretary of the interior.

00:06:37.640 I'll tell you what it means.

00:06:38.740 Here's what he's in charge of.

00:06:39.960 Natural resources, public lands, and water.

00:06:43.520 You notice when he said that statement about what he's talking about with China, why we

00:06:46.280 need to compete.

00:06:46.860 He said the following.

00:06:48.060 We have to compete with the electric power grid, oil and natural gas, and minerals.

00:06:53.760 How many times have we heard those phrases with Ukraine, with China, with Russia, with

00:06:58.880 Greenland?

00:06:59.500 We're going to make Greenland great again.

00:07:01.520 Doug is very much a part of what's going on with that.

00:07:04.460 He's smart.

00:07:05.360 He's accomplished.

00:07:05.940 But the most important thing, why I like him, he's relatable.

00:07:08.540 He's a good dude.

00:07:09.320 He's a businessman.

00:07:10.360 He's made a ton of money.

00:07:11.400 And he was the governor of North Dakota.

00:07:14.180 And I'm glad that he's part of the Trump administration.

00:07:16.860 And if you remember one thing about when Trump came to office, when he was, I think,

00:07:20.240 being interviewed, I'm going to be a dictator on day one.

00:07:22.520 What were the two things he said?

00:07:24.360 Number one, we're going to shut down the border.

00:07:26.440 And number two, we're going to drill, baby, drill.

00:07:29.940 So Doug's in charge of that right now.

00:07:31.760 Yeah.

00:07:31.900 But when you think about the nuclear plants in America, Rob, if you go and type in a history

00:07:37.960 of nuclear plants and how many we've built since Chernobyl, if you just type it in, there'll

00:07:45.960 be a chart that'll come up.

00:07:47.200 And when you see what happened and where we compare to others, Statista has a great stat

00:07:51.920 on this of where we were at against them.

00:07:55.180 Because we stopped building.

00:07:56.440 Oh, right there.

00:07:57.720 Go to the right.

00:07:59.840 No, no.

00:08:00.480 Go back to where you were at, Rob.

00:08:01.980 Oh, man.

00:08:02.940 Go to that one more down.

00:08:05.380 One more down right there. 1.00

00:08:06.140 The one in the yellow left.

00:08:07.860 Yellow left.

00:08:08.560 Click on that.

00:08:10.060 And zoom in.

00:08:11.020 I think this is the one that shows how little we built.

00:08:14.840 Now, go a little bit lower.

00:08:15.880 Okay.

00:08:16.140 Right there.

00:08:16.620 Zoom in.

00:08:17.720 Is that the one that's shown by countries?

00:08:20.380 Reactor startups and shutdowns in the world.

00:08:22.900 In units.

00:08:23.520 Okay.

00:08:23.760 So that's exactly what you want to find.

00:08:26.000 Except you want to find which one of them shut down in America.

00:08:29.080 So reactor startups and shutdowns in the world.

00:08:32.580 Just copy paste that in and you will see America fully stopped.

00:08:39.200 Fully stopped.

00:08:40.600 And others continued.

00:08:42.460 And we fell behind.

00:08:43.920 In a big way.

00:08:45.000 I don't know which one it is.

00:08:46.120 But there's definitely one of them that shows the chart.

00:08:50.380 Is that the one, Rob, on what America looks like?

00:08:52.280 Text it, Brandon, to see if I have it here.

00:08:54.940 Is this the one?

00:08:55.680 Other countries?

00:08:56.300 China.

00:08:56.420 Okay.

00:08:56.600 This is the one.

00:08:57.720 Yeah.

00:08:57.940 This is the one, Rob.

00:08:58.640 If you have it, he sent it to us.

00:09:00.220 Got it.

00:09:00.440 If you can pull it up.

00:09:03.420 Do you have it?

00:09:04.320 Yep.

00:09:04.700 Okay.

00:09:05.400 So this is what shows who construction starts of nuclear reactors in the world.

00:09:12.140 Okay.

00:09:13.020 See where there is where it says other countries.

00:09:15.180 A lot of that is us.

00:09:16.620 And look at how China doesn't start anything until 84, 85.

00:09:22.040 Do you see how small they are?

00:09:23.440 And then now look at the last 20 years where China is.

00:09:27.580 Okay.

00:09:28.000 Look how many they're building.

00:09:30.320 Just in 2010, they're building 10.

00:09:34.460 The rest of the world is building five.

00:09:37.360 Do you see that?

00:09:38.240 So if you go look at the following year, the rest of the world in 2012 is building two.

00:09:45.580 They're building three.

00:09:47.160 Okay.

00:09:47.520 If you look at the last couple of years, 21, 22, 23, out of the 10 that we did in 21 and 22, guess what?

00:09:57.060 Yeah, 21 and 22, six is China, four is the rest of the world, five is China, five is the rest of the world.

00:10:04.180 And in 2023, new nuclear reactors being built, China is five, the rest of the world, 195 countries is one.

00:10:14.380 One is thinking long-term, the other ones are not.

00:10:17.340 Now, part of this could be regulatory.

00:10:19.680 Part of this could be that regulation to build one in America is so complicated that it takes years to get approval to build something like this.

00:10:27.120 Part of it could be the fear.

00:10:28.360 Part of it could be the, when you hear the word nuclear, what do you think about?

00:10:32.200 Chernobyl.

00:10:32.600 Three Mile Island.

00:10:33.500 That's right.

00:10:34.300 That's what you think of it.

00:10:35.420 Never again will we do it.

00:10:36.540 It's going to blow up.

00:10:37.340 It's going to do this.

00:10:37.980 It's going to be.

00:10:38.480 They're like, no, we have to go in this direction because the world needs power.

00:10:42.720 So this could be another thing.

00:10:44.440 What Tom talked about is very important.

00:10:46.200 This could be another thing that America and other countries can rely on them for nuclear power when there is no more energy left.

00:10:53.180 Adam, your thoughts.

00:10:53.920 Yeah, just real quick, I want to give a shout out to this one guy, Rob.

00:10:56.700 I sent you this picture.

00:10:57.460 This one guy actually taught me this very recently.

00:11:00.660 And it was none other than Patrick Bet-David because you just did an entire episode about China.

00:11:09.580 I'm sorry, Pakistan and India and nuclear arsenals. 0.99

00:11:12.340 But the top of the statistic graphic is China is expanding their nuclear arsenal.

00:11:19.180 Number one is Russia. 0.75

00:11:20.620 Number two is the United States.

00:11:22.100 But number three is China.

00:11:23.200 And since 2023, so the last two years, they're plus 90 in their nuclear arsenal, whereas Russia is minus 109. 0.56

00:11:32.700 This is different, though.

00:11:33.620 Okay.

00:11:33.880 Explain the difference.

00:11:34.880 No, no, no.

00:11:35.260 This is arsenal.

00:11:36.400 Okay.

00:11:36.680 I'm not talking arsenal.

00:11:38.180 I'm talking nuclear energy.

00:11:40.940 Like, you know how we're doing in America?

00:11:42.540 We do what are the different types of energy to get?

00:11:45.760 You know how they do the windmill?

00:11:48.040 Solar, yeah.

00:11:48.620 Okay.

00:11:48.640 Those are extremely problematic.

00:11:51.080 You got solar.

00:11:52.500 You got all these other ways.

00:11:54.040 One of the cheapest and most effective ways of doing is nuclear energy.

00:11:58.220 Google's going that direction.

00:11:59.540 Amazon's going that direction. 0.98

00:12:00.360 These big companies are starting to realize, how the hell am I going to be able to host and do all the stuff that I'm doing with different businesses that I'm running?

00:12:06.960 I need nuclear power.

00:12:09.140 That's what I need.

00:12:10.160 Is that America, by the way, what you just showed up, Rob?

00:12:12.180 Yes.

00:12:12.500 Oh, pull that up. 0.99

00:12:13.180 That's what's scary about it.

00:12:14.260 America, because of regulation, look at this.

00:12:17.780 Look how many nuclear power capacity additions we had by year.

00:12:20.560 Look at 70.

00:12:22.140 Look at 71, 72, 6, 73, 4, 75, and 9.

00:12:28.040 We kept building them, building them, building them, and then after 84, 85, Chernobyl, what happens?

00:12:33.060 Goes all the way down to 0, 1, 0, 1.

00:12:36.540 From 96 till 2015, it's 0.

00:12:42.300 From 96 till today, it's 0.

00:12:46.340 2023, it's 0.

00:12:48.520 Okay.

00:12:48.980 This explains things a little bit better, because I think I just made a mistake that many Americans make.

00:12:52.740 You associate nuclear with weaponry.

00:12:54.080 What just happened was so perfect.

00:12:56.340 It was so perfect.

00:12:57.420 Yeah.

00:12:57.740 Yeah, it's so perfect, because that's how I went the first thing.

00:13:00.180 Yeah.

00:13:00.520 This is not my specialty.

00:13:01.700 This is not what I know about.

00:13:02.640 But I do know, when you're sitting there as a company, you're like, hey, how much do we have to pay with hosting for this?

00:13:07.300 How much do we have to?

00:13:07.900 So imagine now, add that to Google, add that to Google on how many videos and all.

00:13:12.460 You need energy.

00:13:13.640 You need a lot.

00:13:14.260 Wow.

00:13:14.480 Think about crypto.

00:13:15.440 Crypto, Bitcoin is ran on what?

00:13:17.560 Energy.

00:13:18.080 The energy that you need.

00:13:19.220 The cleanest energy, by the way.

00:13:20.760 Look at this.

00:13:21.760 The cleanest energy is who?

00:13:24.960 Nuclear.

00:13:25.360 Nuclear.

00:13:25.840 Interesting.

00:13:26.380 Then it's geothermal.

00:13:27.340 Then it's natural gas.

00:13:28.320 Then it's hydropower.

00:13:29.160 Then it's coal.

00:13:30.140 Then it's wind.

00:13:30.960 Then it's solar.

00:13:32.060 Wow.

00:13:32.400 But we've been afraid to go there because people still are uncomfortable with the word nuclear.

00:13:38.540 Tommy, you look like you want to say something.

00:13:39.820 And I looked up something else.

00:13:41.040 Can we go back to that chart that we just talked about by year?

00:13:44.620 This one?

00:13:45.240 Yes.

00:13:46.300 What year was the Arab oil embargo?

00:13:51.940 1979 under Jimmy Carter.

00:13:55.060 Reagan was elected in 80, reelected in 84.

00:13:57.640 Bush in 88, and they made alternative energy a priority after the Arab oil embargo in 1979.

00:14:05.700 And take a look at that.

00:14:07.120 So when there was a crisis, America did turn to nuclear as an alternative power source.

00:14:14.080 And now we're coming on another crisis.

00:14:18.200 And I think the crisis is bigger.

00:14:20.660 I think it's data security.

00:14:22.260 And I think it's having data centers in the U.S. where we have enough power and bringing all of that home.

00:14:28.840 Yeah.

00:14:29.120 So this is very, very important long term.

00:14:31.200 And what Tom showed that what China is doing versus the rest of the world, it's concerning.

00:14:35.580 I'm glad Doug Burgum is in there to help out with this because it's very important for everyone else.

00:14:42.600 So we officially now have a collaboration of ties with Stefano Ritchie.

00:14:48.080 We have this jacket that just came out, new ties with Valuetainment on it, a blue sports jacket that looks amazing with the Valuetainment logo, the button.

00:14:56.580 I don't know if you saw the button there with the Valuetainment logo on the side of it.

00:15:00.940 Subtle tie and Valuetainment belt.

00:15:03.400 Absolutely sick belt that we have. 0.69

00:15:05.580 Again, this is for those that are business owners.

00:15:07.760 Can you show us this jacket here that you have, Chris?

00:15:09.980 Go for it.

00:15:10.680 Let's go to Chris here.

00:15:11.700 Appreciate it.

00:15:12.140 Thanks, Pat.

00:15:12.440 So we're going to walk you through our 16 units that we have of this lambskin leather aviator bomber here.

00:15:20.620 100% lambskin.

00:15:22.220 I'm going to walk you why.

00:15:23.380 You're saying, Chris, it looks like we have a couple logos.

00:15:26.620 We don't know what's going on.

00:15:27.460 But let me walk you through why it's special.

00:15:29.760 Obviously, Lion Shield branding, right?

00:15:32.340 Let's walk you through what these degrees mean.

00:15:35.700 This is exactly our degrees here.

00:15:37.840 We're on a landing pad here in Florida.

00:15:41.300 This is where we take off with you guys sitting at home.

00:15:44.800 And let me walk you through why it's special on the inside.

00:15:48.100 So one of the things that Pat has said to us and mentions every day.

00:15:52.960 So we have a little leather patch here.

00:15:55.020 It says greatness isn't reached by staying on the ground.

00:15:58.860 It's earned by taking off when others are afraid to fly.

00:16:02.540 My man, Pat, came up with that.

00:16:04.860 It makes sense with our aviator jacket.

00:16:07.260 Let me walk you through our custom lining.

00:16:09.380 You can see that is VT with our Lion Shields.

00:16:12.820 Each of the 16 that are remaining are going to be hand-signed by Pat with this leather patch.

00:16:19.780 So each one is going to be signed by Pat here on corporate.

00:16:24.360 You're going to see them.

00:16:24.920 We're going to do it right now for you guys just to show how special it is.

00:16:28.600 If you want to show the back, what's on the back?

00:16:29.740 Turn it around.

00:16:30.840 Yeah, let me finish.

00:16:31.720 So when you make that statement, when you walk away, you walk out of that room, you get out of your car, your jet, wherever you're going.

00:16:37.380 That's what you're going to see.

00:16:38.360 You're setting a statement here.

00:16:39.520 It'd be sick.

00:16:40.100 And an American flag on the side.

00:16:41.580 Bring it over here, Chris.

00:16:42.320 Let me sign that.

00:16:42.660 One last thing, too.

00:16:43.540 Two hours of sandblasting, literally, to make that American flag.

00:16:47.080 Oh, my really?

00:16:47.480 Let me tell you.

00:16:48.020 So someone signed that for two hours.

00:16:49.440 And when you put it on, it's un-freaking-believable.

00:16:52.300 I'll sign that.

00:16:52.820 Rob, if you can go on the VT merch as well for this limited edition items that we have.

00:16:56.680 By the way, there's only 16 of these.

00:16:58.500 The Stefano-Richi ties, they're all numbered out of 50.

00:17:01.100 Only 20 are left.

00:17:03.000 The jackets that you see over there, the blue one, there's only 10 jackets left.

00:17:06.820 Two of the size 40, two of the size 42 and 44, only one 46, only one 48, and only one 50.

00:17:14.020 And those shirts, the dress shirts, the blue and the black, those will go in no time.

00:17:17.500 If you zoom in on those shirts, Rob, if you don't mind clicking on that, just click on one of them and zoom in.

00:17:21.880 The inside says Future Looks Pride with the VT logo on it.

00:17:25.120 I'm going to sign this guy over here. 0.78

00:17:27.980 Oh, this is so sick.

00:17:29.360 Okay, Chris, if you want to come grab this, guys, all you have to do is go to vtmerch.com to get this gear.

00:17:36.080 This will literally go because it is limited.

00:17:38.900 And again, if you're a business owner, if you ever see me wear these black shirts, now you're seeing what we're doing, the black and blue shirts,

00:17:44.740 value taming gear, go to vtmerch.com to place your order, limited supplies.

00:17:50.180 This will go in no time.
