00:00:00.000 But take a moment and tell the audience who you are, what you did, and how you got into the situation that you're in right now.
00:00:06.680 Right.
00:00:07.120 So I'm not a mercenary, right?
00:00:10.200 Everybody wants to say I'm a mercenary.
00:00:11.700 I'm a strategist.
00:00:12.820 So let me give you the 30-second brief on my career.
00:00:18.100 I was a—I've been a soldier since I was 17, started in the Canadian Army, came to the American Army, went through several selections until I got to—I was in the CRIF.
00:00:28.740 I was in JSOC units.
00:00:30.000 The highest level.
00:00:32.260 Half of my training is intelligence, however, so human intelligence.
00:00:36.620 And while I was doing all this, I'm so insane and such a crazy mercenary that I was able to build three fairly profitable real estate companies, one in Germany and two here in the United States.
00:00:51.800 I did all these things because I was capable.
00:00:55.680 I'm a capable person.
00:00:56.640 I work hard, and I have a very strong work ethic.
00:00:58.680 But fast-forwarding to when I leave the military, I get out, and I start my company because at that time, there's a lot of school shootings.
00:01:06.500 I want to mitigate school shootings.
00:01:07.960 It's a national problem.
00:01:09.740 It still is.
00:01:10.720 And so I opened up a—it's more of a strategy company.
00:01:13.780 I'm not a PMC.
00:01:14.780 I'm not—I don't take contracts like Eric Prince.
00:01:17.620 I solve intricate problems, and I did this when I left the military.
00:01:22.900 For instance, you know, I had a team in Hurricane Marina.
00:01:26.260 I bought—Maria hit Puerto Rico at half the island.
00:01:29.020 And we protected essentially the AT&T personnel who were trying to reestablish communication through the island.
00:01:38.080 And so I used negotiation skills with local cartels and gangs to just basically have them not attack my people and reestablish these communication networks.
00:01:48.460 Fast forward a little bit.
00:01:51.900 I get recruited by the Trump administration under Keith Schiller, who's a good friend of Donald Trump, as you know, and worked in the White House as head of White House operations.
00:02:03.660 Now, here's the macro of it.
00:02:05.260 This is the pond that the Trump administration was swimming in at the time.
00:02:08.860 The Trump administration was embattled, as we're seeing now with all the documents with, you know, Christopher Wray and the FBI, who's bugging congressmen like—or senators like Hawley and so on and so forth.
00:02:21.720 I think there were eight.
00:02:23.020 That Russia collusion hoax was on—this was on the heels of the Russia collusion hoax, as well as the Mueller report, which the FBI agent who built my case, she was part of the Mueller report investigation.
00:02:36.320 So all of this is connected.
00:02:37.440 But the bottom line is there was a civil war going on in the White House.
00:02:41.780 You had National Security Council, Mike Pompeo, Abrams, Gina Haspel, who were undermining the commander-in-chief's intent, President Trump's intent.
00:02:51.640 And we see this today.
00:02:53.240 It's still playing out.
00:02:54.760 But back then, the CIA would do just enough to not, I guess, come under the ire of the president, especially in Venezuela.
00:03:04.400 So we see this, and I think the most definitive piece of evidence is when Mike Pompeo closes the embassy in Caracas.
00:03:12.700 As you know, the CIA can't operate and can't do advanced intelligence operations without an embassy, without embassy support.
00:03:20.960 And so when this embassy is closed, it greatly restricts the CIA's ability to do anything in Venezuela.
00:03:29.700 This is by design, right?
00:03:31.740 And so I am approached by the administration to facilitate the removal of Nicolas Maduro and the facilitation of fair and free elections.
00:03:42.960 And I do my due diligence.
00:03:45.960 I go down to see if it's okay.
00:03:47.880 And might I just add, I mean, when you're recruited by the highest office in the land, it's not like you're going to say no, right?
00:04:00.200 And so, yeah, of course I'm going to do this.
00:04:01.920 They did at some point want me to meet, and I want to make this very clear.
00:04:06.860 They wanted me to meet with the president of the United States, and I refused.
00:04:12.080 And it was kind of strange to me that they would want me to meet with the president because one of these guys was a very astute human intelligence operative.
00:04:20.760 He was part of Task Force Orange, which is the Army's advanced – it's a special mission unit.
00:04:26.420 He knew what he was doing.
00:04:28.500 The other individual was a Green Beret also, and he should have known better.
00:04:32.580 They asked me to meet with the president.
00:04:34.100 I needed to deny the president's deniability, and that's exactly what I did.
00:04:37.700 So I denied their request for – to meet with the president.
00:04:42.320 And I don't meet with generals when I do operations.
00:04:44.860 I just do the operation, and I believe the people that are at that echelon.
00:04:50.060 I, of course, did my due diligence with Keith Schiller.
00:04:52.340 I did my due diligence with other individuals that I was dealing with and who are making representations to me.
00:04:59.660 And as a product of that, I decided, okay, I have the – they had given me – they had relayed the full authorization.
00:05:06.020 Who is they that wanted you to meet Trump?
00:05:08.040 Give me a specific name of they that wanted you to meet Trump.
00:05:11.380 So this was Drew Horn and Jason Beardsley.
00:05:14.360 Okay.
00:05:15.080 So Drew Horn, obviously, back that time, was very connected.
00:05:18.300 We didn't know how connected he was until we started reading his emails from the discovery.
00:05:23.820 Same as, you know, obviously, Jason Beardsley.
00:05:28.100 He's a TFO operative.
00:05:29.180 But these guys were both Green Berets.
00:05:30.920 I had no reason to think that a fellow Green Beret would, you know, would burn me.
00:05:36.080 And so I believed what they were saying.
00:05:38.080 I believed Keith Schiller when I was given these representations.
00:05:40.960 And so I went forward.
00:05:43.780 I also did my due diligence with the recognized Venezuelan opposition under Juan Guaido.
00:05:48.960 I had a signed contract with Juan Guaido, which – let me just put it this way.
00:05:55.120 I was in the room with two presidents for this.
00:05:57.260 How does a crazy lunatic mercenary get in the room with presidents, diplomats, strategists, geopolitical strategists, and other members who are working in the U.S. government and the Venezuelan opposition government and the Colombian government?
00:06:13.820 How does that happen?
00:06:14.680 This is the president of Venezuela at the time.
00:06:18.240 Correct.
00:06:18.520 And you're saying the president of Colombia is who you're talking about, who is now, I believe, a DJ somewhere in South Florida.
00:06:26.140 At the time, yes.
00:06:27.420 At the time, it was Yvonne Duque.
00:06:28.980 There's actually a really funny video where he lies on air.
00:06:32.580 I went on W Radio, which is a prolific radio station all throughout South America.
00:06:37.140 And I went on W Radio.
00:06:38.860 And I said, yeah, no, he met – I can't remember the specifics.
00:06:42.540 But we – you know, I had him on the – a cell phone call with another one of the Venezuelan opposition, and we discussed terms.
00:06:51.580 And so I had the go-ahead from the U.S., the Colombian government, and the Venezuelan opposition government under Juan Guaido.
00:07:02.400 So we were cleared to do this.
00:07:04.060 Is this the meeting where they agreed to $212 million, and then they ended up saying they're going to give $1.5 million up front, but they only gave $50,000?
00:07:14.220 Is this that meeting?
00:07:15.920 And are those numbers accurate, the $212.9 million, $1.5 million, $50,000 for expenses at the beginning stages?
00:07:24.620 So the expenses at the beginning stages, they didn't care about.
00:07:27.300 That is what Rendon said, but that was – I mean, really, it was a down payment on the $1.5 million.
00:07:34.500 It was a down payment on the $1.5 million.
00:07:36.600 Then where does the figure $212.9 million come from?
00:07:40.900 This figure is essentially – it's arbitrary.
00:07:45.480 It is essentially just trying to find backing for the later stages of this operation.
00:07:51.120 The first stage of the operation is really supposed to be a link-up.
00:07:53.880 It is essentially – so the way – what I did, like the work that I did for a year and a half prepping this entire thing was I aggregated assets in Venezuela that were very close to Nicolas Maduro who had task and maneuver units.
00:08:10.140 That is to say that they were able to mobilize military units inside of Caracas to facilitate the capture of Nicolas Maduro, right?
00:08:21.640 There was no invasion.
00:08:22.860 There was no special operation, crazy invasion thing.
00:08:28.520 It was – this entire operation was designed to be a military coup where Venezuela essentially – it's not really a coup.
00:08:36.700 You're just – you're taking a recognized dictator in Nicolas Maduro and the military, the Venezuelan military are actioning.
00:08:44.680 So I'm just providing a bit of a catalyst and some strategy.
00:08:50.260 Now, was this money, the 212 that's thrown around, is that upon completion and succeeding, you're going to get that money assuming Juan would be in and he would have the access to that type of money to be able to pay you?
00:09:05.920 Is that what the – when would that payment be prompted?
00:09:09.440 So this was another meeting that I had with people in the White House and it was made very clear to me that the money would flow once the first part was done and the first part was quite simple.
00:09:25.840 My plan called for three parts, right?
00:09:27.960 The first piece was just to catalyze and to have the U.S. – or sorry, the Venezuelan – these Venezuelan generals do the heavy lifting.
00:09:35.720 To catalyze that, I needed to have a face-to-face with these guys to know that I was on the level, which this is not a playbook that I came up with.
00:09:46.440 This is the playbook for successful regime change, I guess we want to call it, or whatever, like trying to oust dictators.
00:09:53.420 And so I follow a very simple, you know, follow a pretty strict set of rules when I did this.
00:10:01.920 Ultimately, what would happen is Maduro would have either, you know, fled the country or been replaced, but really it was three individuals.
00:10:10.020 Tariq, Al-Asami, it was Cabello, and it was Maduro back then.
00:10:14.100 So really, the first part of the operation is to catalyze that change, have the Venezuelan military come in and remove these – the bad leadership.
00:10:23.420 And then what ends up happening next is you have a countercoup.
00:10:26.420 And this countercoup is where the money needs to start flowing.
00:10:30.080 You know, Drew Horn recognized this.
00:10:32.460 He essentially, you know, yes, the money will flow once this first part's done.
00:10:35.500 Great.
00:10:36.060 I wasn't worried about the money after the fact.
00:10:38.480 Once the countercoup is complete, the countercoup basically is when you have other warring factions, which is largely opposition factions or, you know, whoever else is going to be trying to take control once there's a power vacuum.
00:10:52.640 I have enough money that I can align – I can basically align with the Venezuelan military and have some of my Americans come hit the ground and be able to provide mentorship and leadership to some of these – you know, to the valid Venezuelan military.
00:11:11.840 The third stage is really just reconstruction and humanitarian, right, and keying up for fair and free elections in Venezuela.
00:11:19.320 This was the overall plan.
00:11:20.600 This was never talked about in the news because, well.
00:11:24.840 Got it.
00:11:25.560 So who was going to be paying you the 212?
00:11:29.640 Where would the payment come from?
00:11:31.140 From whom?
00:11:34.540 It was told to me that the United States – this would come from the U.S.
00:11:38.060 Once this is done, the money will flow.
00:11:41.040 This is what was represented to me several times by the individuals I was dealing with at the White House.
00:11:47.240 This is the Drew Horn.
00:11:48.660 These are the two names that you mentioned earlier, Drew Horn and Jason Beardsley, that promised that the money would come to you.
00:11:57.040 And you believe them, that these guys – I should believe them that the money is going to come from the White House.
00:12:01.720 Yeah.
00:12:01.940 Well, it was Drew Horn, right?
00:12:03.280 So Beardsley wasn't part of those conversations.
00:12:05.500 He was part of other conversations but not the money conversation.
00:12:09.540 Don't you think if you're negotiating something that big and Drew Horn is not a decision maker – and Drew Horn was an aide to Pence, if I'm not mistaken, right?
00:12:21.960 So if he's an aide to Pence, you know, one may question, why would you just based on a meeting with an aide automatically believe that this is a real thing?
00:12:34.120 Well, several things.
00:12:34.880 There's a confluence of factors, right?
00:12:36.380 So you have Keith Schiller telling me the exact same thing.
00:12:40.280 You have full authorization from the White House.
00:12:43.100 I have Drew Horn telling me a full authorization from the White House.
00:12:47.160 I have a contract with Juan Guido, which he's not doing anything without White House approval.
00:12:52.460 I have a White House meeting between Keith Schiller and two other individuals immediately following my meeting with Juan Guido – or with the Zoom meeting with Juan Guido to sign the contract.
00:13:06.580 And so everything – and furthermore, I don't – when I'm given a mission in the military, I don't – look, there's no generals that come and tell us that – I don't go and talk to the general and say, hey, are you sure that this is authorized?
00:13:20.460 Maybe – I think you need to sign – you need to sign your life for – no, it doesn't work that way, right?
00:13:25.880 And there's no – and what's more is this, the president – and I don't care who the president is.
00:13:31.720 I don't care if it's a Democrat president.
00:13:33.580 I don't care if it's a Republican president.
00:13:35.260 I don't care.
00:13:35.760 The president – he's the president of the United States, and he requires deniability, period.
00:13:45.220 Yeah, so Drew and Jason are telling you that this is what we got approved, that if you do this, we're going to pay this.
00:13:54.060 And you take on that, and you believe it, and you move on with the mission, trusting those two guys.
00:14:00.380 Right, with several meetings.
00:14:06.880 We met several times in Washington, D.C.
00:14:10.040 It's a bona fide member of the U.S. government who has contacts in the National Security Council.
00:14:18.060 He – you know, he's Trump's son's good friend.
00:14:21.620 And furthermore, I mean, look, this – it wasn't just one meeting.
00:14:28.960 It was several meetings over the course of several months.
00:14:33.220 Furthermore, and Donald Trump's – I met with Donald Trump's – you know, the legal team of the president, George Sorial, Travis Lucas, who are telling me the exact same thing.
00:14:44.960 No, no, you are good to go.
00:14:46.500 A lawyer – Travis Lucas read the contract, said, yeah, you're good to go.
00:14:53.460 Okay, so who is the highest-ranking person you met with that there is documentation and exchange of them wanting you to do this?
00:15:05.160 Several, I have – well, it's Keith Schiller, Drew Horn, Jason Beardsley, you know, Juan Guaido.
00:15:16.780 That's a contract.
00:15:18.240 I have several.
00:15:19.880 So Juan Guaido, you have a contract, signed pictures together with him and the president of Columbia.
00:15:26.460 You have all that documented.
00:15:28.160 Right.
00:15:28.680 And is that in – if I go right now – is it public?
00:15:33.720 If I go and look up pictures right now of you and Juan Guaido, can I find it?
00:15:36.780 That contract's – that contract's public.
00:15:38.600 The contract that he signed is public with you?
00:15:41.600 It's public.
00:15:42.580 Okay.
00:15:43.180 Nowadays, more than ever, the brand you wear reflects and represents who you are.
