00:00:27.940 military was, every time I looked at the scoreboard of life, of what I could do, I kept feeling
00:00:33.980 like I'm way behind, and I'm way behind, and I'm way behind, and I'm way behind, and I'm
00:00:37.760 always falling behind, and it doesn't make you feel good, I don't know if you've been
00:00:42.060 there before, and it would give me this feeling of panic, anxiety, and fear, and how do we
00:00:50.260 feel when we have those three feelings in our lives, think about it.
00:00:53.760 So I asked the question, well, what is panic stemmed from?

00:01:03.300 What causes us to be having anxiety attacks?
00:01:06.580 Initially, a lot of times, we think, maybe it's somebody else's fault because of this
00:01:09.680 person, or that person, or this person, or that person, or other people, right?
00:01:13.160 And I realized, it has nothing to do with them.

00:01:18.120 And I said, so now, next step, when you study this subject, what creates panic?

00:01:27.980 You start realizing what causes that, because in reality, what we would all like to have

00:03:40.720 My challenge to you is get it together, put a plan of action, and start beating your potential.
