00:00:19.160 Now they run, homie, look what I become.
00:00:21.400 I'm the one.
00:00:22.480 I'm Patrick Bet, David, your host of Valuetainment.
00:00:24.200 Just a few months ago, I did a video on the history of U.S.-Iran Explained.
00:00:28.960 Then it was 30 minutes, and it got millions on top of millions of views.
00:00:32.040 And now, with the recent conflicts U.S. has been having with Iran,
00:00:34.920 everybody asks me, Pat, can you talk about what's going on today with Soleimani,
00:00:38.260 with the whole possibility of a war?
00:00:40.420 Should we be worried about how is U.S. going to respond?
00:00:43.380 How is Iran going to retaliate?
00:00:44.680 Are they going to retaliate?
00:00:45.980 I go into depth in this episode regarding what's going on with U.S. and Iran today.
00:00:51.060 So let's first go through the timeline.
00:00:52.400 The thing I want you to keep in mind is that I'm not going to cover everything,
00:00:54.920 although I'm going to leave the links for you to go out there and do your research.
00:00:57.140 But I'm going to give you the main things that took place leading up to the killing of Soleimani
00:01:01.200 and where we're at today with Iran and U.S.
00:01:03.460 April 8, 2019, Trump announced the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, IRGC,
00:01:08.940 as a terrorist organization.
00:01:10.660 You'll know why this is important later on.
00:01:12.700 So next, June 20th, U.S. drone shot down by Iranian forces.
00:01:16.440 U.S. claimed they were flying on international airspace.
00:01:20.200 Iran claims it was Iran's airspace, so they shot it down.
00:01:23.320 The next day on June 21st, Trump tweets, he stopped last-minute drone strike as retaliation.
00:01:29.580 Iran sees this.
00:01:30.720 The following day on June 22nd, Iran said they would respond firmly to U.S. if U.S. did anything.
00:01:37.460 On July 1st, Iran exceeds limited amount of enriched uranium,
00:01:40.780 which is what the most people are concerned about around the world.
00:01:42.940 What if Iran has nuclear warheads?
00:01:45.420 Following, on September 10th, Bolton gets fired over Iran because Trump was a little bit too concerned.
00:01:51.320 A lot of people that know John Bolton, John Bolton really wants to go to war.
00:01:55.540 Some even call him a warmonger, so Trump fired him.
00:01:59.060 Next, on September 14th, this was a big event.
00:02:01.200 Aramco, that by the way just went public in September.
00:02:03.280 It's a trillion and a half dollar company.
00:02:06.460 Aramco oil attacks on facility.
00:02:08.400 U.S. says it was Iran.
00:02:09.820 Iran says it wasn't us.
00:02:11.660 Houthis, which is a Yemen rebel group, took responsibility.
00:02:14.900 But pretty much everybody around the world knows this was Iran.
00:02:17.500 Next, on September 24th, Trump asks countries around the world to tighten economic tension towards Iran at U.N. General Assembly.
00:02:26.080 All nations have a duty to act.
00:02:29.920 No responsible government should subsidize Iran's bloodlust.
00:02:35.540 This is very interesting because at this time, a month after that, I was at Monaco.
00:02:38.920 I went to Canada and I spoke to a very strong political figure out of Lebanon.
00:02:42.400 And he says, when this took place, they had to tighten all the banks, all the businesses with Iran.
00:02:47.860 This really hurt Iran's economy, but they were not feeling it yet.
00:02:51.740 So let's fast forward to November 15th.
00:02:53.500 Watch what happens.
00:02:54.140 Protesters in Iran.
00:02:55.020 You remember this if you watch the news.
00:02:56.680 They were furious because Iran, all of a sudden, with no warning, raised gas prices by 200 to 300%.
00:03:01.400 This led to 631 people being killed.
00:03:05.620 That was told by the opposition, but Amnesty International said it was around 300.
00:03:10.460 Iran denied it regardless that the event took place.
00:03:13.100 Next, on December 11th, sanctions on Iran now included shipping and airline industry,
00:03:19.840 which is obviously getting tighter and tighter and tighter with making money.
00:03:23.800 On December 27th, two days after Christmas, a U.S. contractor was killed in Iraq by Hezbollah,
00:03:29.480 which is an Iranian-backed militia.
00:03:31.100 And obviously, this infuriated a lot of people on Trump's administration.
00:03:35.320 A couple days later, U.S. targets militia sites as a retaliation for the attacks of the contractor that they killed.
00:03:42.680 On New Year's Eve, December 31st, a pro-Iranian paramilitary broke into a heavily fortified American embassy in Baghdad.
00:03:50.000 Now, obviously, this is like, wait a minute, are you wanting to push the envelope?
00:03:54.380 You're pushing yourself right now where the U.S. may retaliate.
00:03:57.960 Then comes New Year's Day.
00:03:59.600 Then comes January 2nd, U.S. Secretary of Defense, Mark Epser, warns Iran may be planning attacks.
00:04:07.180 So everybody's like, wait a minute, what do you mean Iran is planning attacks?
00:04:09.620 This is January 2nd.
00:04:10.760 And this leads us to the big event, which is on January 3rd, okay?
00:04:13.860 U.S. kills Ghassam Soleimani at Baghdad airport at 1.20 a.m.
00:04:18.500 This is very important for you to know what 1.20 a.m. means.
00:04:21.920 Iran comes out and says there's going to be a harsh retaliation, okay?
00:04:27.140 Harsh retaliation for what was done.
00:04:29.380 On January 4th, Trump tweets and threatens Iran that if they do anything, we will hit 52 cultural sites of Iran,
00:04:35.880 which, by the way, he couldn't do.
00:04:37.100 A couple days later, he took that back and said we couldn't do it because they came back.
00:04:40.200 He said, you can't do that with U.N. law.
00:04:41.640 When it comes down to war, you cannot hit cultural sites.
00:04:43.880 But he did make that threat on January 4th.
00:04:45.820 But afterward, January 5th, Iraqi parliament calls for expulsion of foreign troops, meaning KUS, leave Iraq.
00:04:53.320 For many, many years, we've been good allies.
00:04:55.620 We've been okay with Iraq.
00:04:56.620 Now you're telling us to leave.
00:04:58.140 So Trump says if you want us to leave, we're going to put the war sanctions, worse than Iran, on Iraq.
00:05:03.440 And Iraq kind of came back and said, okay, okay, just stay.
00:05:05.820 But listen, stop kind of making our life a little bit tougher than what it is right now because Iran is trying to attack us.
00:05:10.760 January 6th, Rouhani tweets, those who refer to 52 should also remember the number 290.
00:05:19.740 Never threaten the Iranian nation.
00:05:21.940 In the tweet, he explains that 290 was the amount of civilians killed on an airline that was shot down under the Reagan administration back in the 80s.
00:05:29.920 So he's reminding me.
00:05:30.760 Are you talking about 52?
00:05:31.700 We're going to talk about 290.
00:05:33.200 That's Rouhani.
00:05:33.720 January 7th, 56 people were killed in the stampede during the ceremony, during the funeral of Soleimani,
00:05:42.620 which they had to delay the funeral and actually change some of the times because of the 56 people that were killed.
00:05:47.680 Now Iran comes out.
00:05:48.960 This is very important for you to catch this.
00:05:50.200 Iran comes out and says on January 7th, look, we're willing to work with you.
00:05:54.560 We're willing to go peace and make this thing work.
00:05:56.820 And U.S. is like, oh, okay, Iran's willing to work with us.
00:05:59.340 So after Rouhani says that, watch what they do.
00:06:01.540 Remember the 1.20 a.m.?
00:06:03.560 At 1.20 a.m. on January 8th, Iran shoots 12 missiles and hits Iraqi bases that houses U.S. military forces.
00:06:14.020 That's what they do.
00:06:14.840 Then, few hours later, Khamenei comes out and talks to Iranians and says the following.
00:06:22.020 Last night, we slapped them in the face.
00:06:24.980 This is a way of saying we responded to what U.S. did to us.
00:06:37.820 This is the timeline we have so far on what's taking place with U.S. and Iran.
00:06:41.480 So now let's talk about who Ghassam Soleimani is.
00:06:43.500 Is he as big as everybody makes him out to be?
00:06:46.060 Who is this man?
00:06:47.400 Ghassam Soleimani was born in religious city of Rome.
00:06:49.740 He was raised in Khamenei, which Khamenei is very well known for politics that they teach and what Iran stands for and traditions.
00:06:57.500 And by the way, the funeral was held in Khamenei later on.
00:07:00.240 Reports indicate he joined the IRGC.
00:07:03.200 Hence, remember IRGC?
00:07:04.940 What I told you earlier on April 8th, Trump announced the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
00:07:08.760 He joined the IRGC as a youth.
00:07:11.680 As a youth.
00:07:12.380 At the beginning of the Iranian Revolution in 1979 and played many roles until he took over leadership of the Quds Force in 1997.
00:07:21.160 This is very important.
00:07:22.700 This was announced.
00:07:24.020 Eight and a half months later, he gets killed.
00:07:26.340 Nine months later, he gets killed.
00:07:27.640 So now let's continue.
00:07:28.580 IRGC specializes in unconventional warfare and military operations that supports non-state actors.
00:07:35.560 These are rebels, militia rebels, in many countries, such as Lebanese Hezbollah, Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, in the Gaza Strip or West Bank, Yemeni, Houthis, Shia militias in Iraq, Syria and Afghanistan.
00:07:50.200 These are the rebels they support.
00:07:52.320 And he is the voice behind all of these guys, supporting them with strategies of what to do next.
00:07:57.040 And he is brilliant when it comes down to being strategic.
00:08:00.500 He was listed as a terrorist by the U.S.
00:08:02.820 They categorize him at that.
00:08:04.520 But when he passed away, it was said that 82% of Iranians supported him.
00:08:08.720 Now, part of this could be propaganda because a lot of times, you know, like there's a lot of Trump supporters that will never say they're Trump supporters until the day comes to go vote.
00:08:16.480 But they will never talk about it, never say anything.
00:08:18.460 And then, boom, 58 million people show up to go out there and vote from whatever the number is.
00:08:22.500 Where did you show up?
00:08:23.240 I don't know where you never talked about Trump because they're afraid because they know if you support Trump, maybe the media is going to say stuff to them.
00:08:28.340 And it's your job.
00:08:28.920 You may lose something.
00:08:29.860 There were also some people that opposed them but never wanted to say anything.
00:08:32.760 These are the people that voted to say we support him 82%.
00:08:35.380 He's a military genius.
00:08:36.920 Took lead in Iraq of Shia militia group.
00:08:39.660 He's seen as the potential next leader of Iran.
00:08:43.800 Not just a general military strategist, the commander of special forces.
00:08:49.020 He's not just that.
00:08:50.160 He is seen as that.
00:08:50.980 I want to remind you, I did an interview with Sammy DeWil-Gravano.
00:08:53.760 He said something, one thing.
00:08:55.240 He says, Patrick, never worry about the person that pulls the trigger.
00:08:58.680 Always worry about the person that's orchestrating in the back, behind the scenes and pulling the strings of what to do next.
00:09:04.960 That is Soleimani.
00:09:06.700 That's who he is.
00:09:07.760 Okay?
00:09:07.880 So now we have an idea of who was killed.
00:09:11.520 He has killed a lot of Americans.
00:09:13.560 He's killed a lot of Iranians.
00:09:15.360 And he is hated and feared by a lot of people.
00:09:18.000 And then there's a community that loves him.
00:09:19.540 And here's why.
00:09:20.360 A lot of times we can talk about it all from everybody's perspective on how glad they are that he's dead.
00:09:25.660 The other perspective is the following.
00:09:27.780 You don't mind having a guy like this on your side, if that makes any sense.
00:09:32.380 Make sense?
00:09:32.700 So, you know how everybody has that one friend that everybody fears?
00:09:35.880 You don't mind having that guy with you because everyone fears him.
00:09:39.140 You just don't want to be his enemy.
00:09:40.560 And if he's your enemy, you've got to get rid of him because he wasn't a supporter of U.S.
00:09:45.080 And so U.S. had to make that decision.
00:09:46.960 They took the shots.
00:09:47.760 It is what it is.
00:09:48.820 That decision has been made.
00:09:50.040 Many people are happy this took place.
00:09:52.320 Some are not happy this took place.
00:09:53.760 Now let's continue.
00:09:54.620 Let's talk about the three reasons why there's always war and havoc in the Middle East.
00:09:58.420 Number one, it's religion.
00:10:00.260 What do you mean by religion?
00:10:01.520 Here's some basic things you've got to know about religion.
00:10:04.120 93% of the population in the Middle East, they're Muslims.
00:10:08.900 93% are Muslims, right?
00:10:11.360 In the Middle East.
00:10:12.540 Christians, 3.7%.
00:10:13.940 Jews, 1.6%.
00:10:15.340 Mostly in Israel.
00:10:17.680 Unaffiliated, 1%.
00:10:18.680 And Hindus, around 1%.
00:10:19.780 Now watch this.
00:10:20.900 Breakdown of Muslim.
00:10:21.880 This is interesting to know what the breakdown of Muslim is.
00:10:24.040 Muslim has two different denominations, if you want to put it, right?
00:10:27.620 There's the Sunnis and there's the Shias.
00:10:29.600 Now the Sunnis, of the 93% of Muslims in the Middle East, 85% are Sunnis, 15% are Shias.
00:10:39.380 In the world population, there's 1.6 billion Muslims worldwide.
00:10:44.240 Of the worldwide population, 1.4 billion is Sunnis, 200 million is Shias.
00:10:49.980 Just for you to know this.
00:10:50.720 Now, how did the Sunnis and Shias controversy start?
00:10:54.040 When Prophet Muhammad died in 632, he had four followers.
00:10:57.580 One of them was Abu Bakr, which was a good friend of his.
00:11:00.780 Then it was Umar, Uthman, and then it was Ali, which was his son-in-law.
00:11:04.660 When that took place, he hadn't created a succession plan.
00:11:08.820 A lot of people said he would have chosen Abu Bakr as his successor,
00:11:13.160 because that was his best friend, and it was his number one follower.
00:11:17.560 But a lot of people said, no, it's got to be somebody part of his family, it's got to be Ali.
00:11:22.300 So at this moment, there was a division.
00:11:25.140 They voted, and they voted for Abu Bakr to be the leader and the successor of Prophet Muhammad and the Muslim religion.
00:11:33.900 They became Sunnis, and those who said Shia Ali, they became Shias.
00:11:38.500 That was a division right there.
00:11:40.240 To keep that part of mind, you have to know that Iran is mostly Shia.
00:11:43.400 90% of Iranian population, the Muslims are Shias, 10% Sunnis.
00:11:48.860 And Saudi Arabia is Sunni, so keep that in mind.
00:11:51.480 You have Iran is Shia, Iraq is in the middle, and in Saudi is Sunni.
00:11:56.280 So that's that part that you're looking at.
00:11:58.160 Now, as we're looking at these things, this was religion.
00:12:00.920 Point number two is oil.
00:12:02.100 Why oil?
00:12:02.860 Obviously, everyone knows what's going on with oil.
00:12:05.040 There's two numbers I want you to be thinking about with oil.
00:12:07.100 One of them is supply.
00:12:09.180 How many billions of barrels the top five biggest suppliers of oil are?
00:12:14.000 Number one is Venezuela.
00:12:15.080 We've done a video on Venezuela.
00:12:16.320 That's a complete different story.
00:12:17.660 300 billion barrels.
00:12:18.720 Number two is Saudi Arabia, 267.
00:12:21.080 Number three is Canada, 173.
00:12:23.000 Number four is Iran, 158.
00:12:24.680 And number five is Iraq, 150.
00:12:26.780 Three out of the five top suppliers of oil all live neighboring each other.
00:12:33.320 Think about how big the world is.
00:12:35.100 Three out of five are right next to each other.
00:12:36.760 Do you think there's a little bit of controversy and conflict going on there with competitiveness?
00:12:40.280 Now, top producers of oil.
00:12:42.220 Number one is U.S.
00:12:43.600 It's roughly 15 million barrels a day.
00:12:45.980 And this is a lot of the fracking that we're doing in the Dakotas.
00:12:49.060 It's not necessarily that we're bringing it in or we're selling it.
00:12:52.180 We're pretty much using everything that we need with the oil because we need it.
00:12:55.560 It's not like we're selling it to anybody.
00:12:56.860 It's like some of these other nations.
00:12:58.100 They make the money off oil.
00:12:59.080 We don't.
00:12:59.520 We take it ourselves.
00:13:00.800 Saudi Arabia is second.
00:13:02.200 12 million barrels a day.
00:13:03.220 Then it's Russia, 10.8 million barrels a day.
00:13:06.160 Then it's Iraq, 4.4.
00:13:07.540 Then it's Iran, 3.9.
00:13:08.840 Then it's China, 3.9.
00:13:10.180 The reason why I put China here is for a point I'll make to you later on.
00:13:13.640 How this whole thing could hurt China, you'll see why in a minute.
00:13:18.020 So you got religion.
00:13:19.740 You got oil.
00:13:20.680 And the last one is nuclear warheads.
00:13:22.180 Let's talk about nuclear warheads.
00:13:23.340 Watch this.
00:13:24.060 Leaders in nuclear warheads around the world.
00:13:26.080 Number one is Russia, 6,500.
00:13:27.960 Number two is U.S., 6,185.
00:13:30.440 These are the two powerhouses.
00:13:32.140 By the way, 90% of all nuclear warheads are owned by two countries.
00:13:36.820 Russia and U.S.
00:13:37.800 That's what 90% of all around the world.
00:13:39.760 And there's only nine nations that have nuclear warheads.
00:13:43.040 Out of all the countries that we have, only nine have nuclear warheads.
00:13:46.440 Russia's for then U.S.
00:13:47.400 and France, 300.
00:13:49.000 China's 290.
00:13:50.980 UK, 215.
00:13:52.700 Pakistan, 150.
00:13:54.860 India, 140.
00:13:57.120 Israel, 90.
00:13:59.320 North Korea, 30.
00:14:01.880 What nations did we talk about?
00:14:03.740 I didn't say Germany.
00:14:05.220 I didn't say Japan.
00:14:06.640 Not Iran.
00:14:07.480 Not Saudi Arabia.
00:14:08.620 Not South Korea.
00:14:10.100 Not United Arab Emirates.
00:14:11.720 Not Italy.
00:14:12.680 You mean to tell me Germany has big of an empire that they had?
00:14:15.020 They didn't?
00:14:15.440 Yes, because they signed a treaty that they wouldn't.
00:14:17.260 Because people were afraid.
00:14:18.080 Obviously, what happened with Germany?
00:14:19.820 Japan had to do some of the similar things after what happened with U.S.
00:14:22.700 Iran is not trusted to own nuclear warheads because people are afraid.
00:14:26.260 What if they do something?
00:14:27.400 They could cause havoc here because the world is relying on the supply of oil here.
00:14:31.920 The world wants this place to be safe, not just the Middle East.
00:14:35.040 Now, let's continue.
00:14:35.780 So, so far we've talked about the three reasons.
00:14:37.980 Religion, oil, and nuclear warheads.
00:14:40.440 Let's talk about these countries here, this region.
00:14:42.500 Watch this.
00:14:43.060 They did a survey the other day saying, American voters, can you show on an unlabeled map where
00:14:49.640 Iran is?
00:14:50.720 And only 28% of voters could say, here's where Iran is.
00:14:54.600 Most people don't know the map.
00:14:55.900 Not because you wake up in the morning and go study geography.
00:14:58.420 You just have better things to do in life than want to study this map, which I understand.
00:15:01.160 But we'll go through it here a little bit.
00:15:03.120 You got Iran here, okay?
00:15:05.440 The neighbor is Iraq to the left.
00:15:07.640 Then you have Saudi Arabia, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, and Israel is all the way on this
00:15:12.540 side, okay?
00:15:13.660 So, Saudi Arabia, there's a small country called Kuwait.
00:15:16.620 And then down here you got Dubai, Oman, Yemen, okay?
00:15:19.660 So, why is this so important?
00:15:21.420 Here's why it's important.
00:15:22.700 Iraq essentially plays the wall between Iran and Saudi Arabia.
00:15:26.600 This gives peace to Saudi Arabia because it is a cushion between them.
00:15:30.500 The stronger Iraq is, the better Saudi does.
00:15:32.840 The weaker Iraq is, the more Iran can use their militia from here to come to Saudi.
00:15:36.820 And we'll get into that here in a minute.
00:15:38.380 So, to do that, I got an illustration here for you to give you an idea of who gets along
00:15:41.980 with who in this region of the Middle East, okay?
00:15:43.860 I have a Hezbollah, a lot of different things, but I'm just going to talk about three other
00:15:47.040 countries here, which is what?
00:15:48.440 Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Iraq.
00:15:50.060 Let's take a look at that.
00:15:50.960 So, if you look at Iran, Iran gets along with Iraq, doesn't get along with Israel,
00:15:56.580 and doesn't get along with Saudi Arabia.
00:15:58.640 That should tell you the whole thing pretty much.
00:16:00.180 And if you look at Saudi, they don't get along with Iran or Iraq, especially today on what's
00:16:04.840 going on because Iran and Iraq have kind of joined forces a little bit today, right,
00:16:08.740 on what's taking place.
00:16:10.000 So, what does all of this mean?
00:16:11.280 Let me bring you over here on the three countries, Iran, Saudi, and Iraq, okay?
00:16:15.360 Iran's population is 81 million people, okay?
00:16:18.020 Their size, land-wise, it's 636,000 square miles.
00:16:22.840 That's Iran.
00:16:23.780 Saudi's only 33 million population, but they're 830,000 square miles, okay?
00:16:29.720 And then Iraq is only 38 million, but it only has 168,000 square miles.
00:16:35.340 Now, watch this.
00:16:36.180 If you combine a population of Iraq and Saudi Arabia together, it's still smaller than Iran.
00:16:41.080 And if you combine the size of land between Iran and Iraq, it's still smaller than Saudi Arabia.
00:16:47.860 So, the reason between this conflict between Iran and Saudi is because years ago, Saudi Arabia
00:16:53.780 was just part of the Ottoman Empire.
00:16:55.660 And when the Ottoman Empire took over Iraq and then there was some conflicts, these guys
00:17:00.160 had a little bit of momentum.
00:17:01.800 They won their land and they won this land over and they named it Saudi Arabia in 1932,
00:17:07.640 okay?
00:17:08.240 So, 1932 is the only timeline that Saudi Arabia has been around.
00:17:12.300 That's only an 88-year-old country.
00:17:14.540 It hasn't been around for as long as Iran's been around.
00:17:17.000 So, up until this point, Iran was a superpower, oil, all of these things that they had.
00:17:21.880 They were still having a lot of conflict because Britain and Russia took over twice and they
00:17:26.320 were kind of going back with their oil.
00:17:27.740 But nobody was looking at Saudi Arabia.
00:17:29.760 Six years later, they strike oil and they realize they have more oil than anybody else
00:17:34.540 around the world at the time until they realized Venezuela's number one.
00:17:37.520 But at the time, it was Saudi Arabia has more oil than North America, Central and South
00:17:43.720 America combined.
00:17:45.120 Everybody looked at Saudi Arabia as the superpower.
00:17:48.380 Now, Iran's not happy about it because Saudi's getting detention.
00:17:50.760 So, now there's competition.
00:17:51.920 There's a reason why Iraq's playing a big role, right?
00:17:54.180 So, watch what happens next.
00:17:55.600 Now, there's a dispute.
00:17:57.660 Iran says Persian Gulf, Saudi Arabia calls it Arabian Gulf.
00:18:01.980 Matter of fact, there was a time when Michael Wallace is interviewing the Shah and he says the
00:18:06.780 following.
00:18:07.620 As you know, I have been across the Gulf, the Gulf that you call Persian and they call Arabian.
00:18:13.200 Why do you call it Gulf?
00:18:14.840 You have been to school, haven't you?
00:18:16.860 Yes.
00:18:17.260 What was the name that you have read during your school days?
00:18:21.240 Persian Gulf.
00:18:22.040 All right.
00:18:24.760 But they do call it Arabian Gulf.
00:18:26.460 Well, they can do many things.
00:18:28.180 So, now, obviously, you can tell that, hey, what are you doing calling it Arabian?
00:18:31.400 You went to school, right?
00:18:32.380 What did they call you when you went to school?
00:18:33.700 And Mike Wallace can't even answer.
00:18:34.960 It's the Persian Gulf.
00:18:35.680 I don't care what they want to call it.
00:18:36.760 They can call it whatever they want.
00:18:38.220 There's already a little bit of competitiveness going there, right?
00:18:41.260 So, now, this takes place.
00:18:43.600 How do they fight wars?
00:18:44.660 Because Iran and Saudi Arabia have never had a direct fight before, but there's two different
00:18:49.820 ways to have war.
00:18:50.820 One is a cold war, which is pretty much everything except killing somebody.
00:18:56.000 Anything except we're going to war.
00:18:57.620 Meaning threats, propaganda, rumors, anything you do.
00:19:01.400 Internal division, cold war.
00:19:03.840 That can go on for a long time.
00:19:05.160 It happened, obviously, between U.S. and Russia for a very, very long time.
00:19:07.680 But a form of war that they can go is a cold war.
00:19:10.260 The other one is a proxy war.
00:19:11.520 What a proxy war is, when you use another nation to instigate them going against you.
00:19:17.480 So, for instance, when Iraq is going against Iran, when Saddam Hussein was running the nation,
00:19:22.880 Saudi Arabia is helping Iraq to go against Iran because that's a proxy war.
00:19:28.600 And when some of the militia is going against Saudi, they, Iran, support the militia to go
00:19:34.660 against whoever it is that they're going up against, right?
00:19:37.340 They support what militia, that's what you call a proxy war.
00:19:40.120 So, they've been going back and forth for a while.
00:19:42.420 And this is all leading to the following.
00:19:45.640 The current situation, Iran lost their number one general.
00:19:49.220 Iran lost Ghassam Soleimani.
00:19:51.380 Iran lost the person that was supposed to be the future leader of Iran.
00:19:55.020 Iran's regime, Khomeini, Ruola, these guys are excited that this man is a strategist's brain.
00:20:03.660 He's going to one day run Iran.
00:20:05.360 With our philosophies, with our belief system, with the things we believe in, the Shia, Khomeini
00:20:11.180 was a Shia.
00:20:11.980 He's going to go follow this.
00:20:13.320 Oh, we are building this guy's the future.
00:20:15.240 They lose him.
00:20:15.700 Think about if you lose your number one guy, okay?
00:20:18.500 What happens?
00:20:19.960 Ways Iran can retaliate.
00:20:21.600 Here's how Iran can retaliate.
00:20:22.660 A lot of people say cyber attack.
00:20:23.880 It's on the list because Iran has some of the best hackers, but it's not number one on
00:20:26.500 my list.
00:20:26.820 Number one on my list is the following.
00:20:28.300 The jugular of global economy called the Strait of Hormuz.
00:20:32.140 And here's what it is.
00:20:32.980 Right here.
00:20:33.900 Okay, you see right here between Iraq and Iran and Saudi?
00:20:37.340 Right here is what's called the Strait of Hormuz.
00:20:40.860 Now, why is this so important?
00:20:42.820 Why is it called the jugular of global economy?
00:20:46.860 Here's why.
00:20:48.120 Dozens of oil tankers pass through this daily, carrying upwards of 84 million gallons of
00:20:55.460 oil.
00:20:56.060 Dozens a day each carrying 84 million gallons of oil.
00:21:02.980 20% of world supply, global economy flow.
00:21:07.420 20% of the flow of global supply goes through right here.
00:21:10.860 20%.
00:21:12.620 One out of five is right here.
00:21:14.960 Strait of Hormuz.
00:21:15.700 Okay?
00:21:16.320 76% of the crude oil that moved through the choke point went to Asian market.
00:21:22.000 Let me say this again.
00:21:23.360 76%.
00:21:23.880 Keep this in mind.
00:21:24.660 Remember how I said China has oil supply daily of 3.9 million barrels a day?
00:21:30.700 That a day?
00:21:31.580 That's not a lot.
00:21:32.660 They rely on this here.
00:21:34.520 So if something happens here, a lot of the Asian market could take a hit.
00:21:39.080 So they have to be very careful.
00:21:40.640 If Iran really wanted to get ugly, they would do it right here and they would hurt the world
00:21:44.380 economy with oil.
00:21:45.480 Now let me continue.
00:21:46.280 Cyber attack was one of them.
00:21:47.560 More proxy wars.
00:21:48.420 More propagandas.
00:21:49.580 Another possibility of a 9-11 that could take place.
00:21:52.400 But I don't think that's the worst case.
00:21:53.860 Let me continue on what I think could take place.
00:21:55.720 Here's U.S.'s weakness.
00:21:57.000 This is where we are weak as a country where U.S. is weak.
00:21:59.840 Number one, we are so divided.
00:22:03.660 It's unbelievable.
00:22:05.160 It's almost as if the Democrats and the Republicans, the Democrats would be okay for a war to start
00:22:12.700 as long as Trump is out of the office.
00:22:15.000 That's almost where we are politically.
00:22:16.940 Think about that for a second here.
00:22:18.120 There is such a major division that anything to get Trump out is a priority, not the protection
00:22:24.300 of the states.
00:22:24.980 This is very, very ugly.
00:22:26.140 It's like when parents go at it, hardcore, and it's all about mom getting something from
00:22:30.880 dad.
00:22:31.620 You know, all this stuff that's taking place and they forget the kids are taking and paying
00:22:35.420 the biggest price.
00:22:36.580 That's what's going on with our politics.
00:22:37.900 So what happens here?
00:22:38.760 You know, he should have came and told Congress that they're going to take out Soleimani.
00:22:43.040 If he would have told Congress, Congress would have leaked it.
00:22:45.520 There's no way.
00:22:46.060 He would have left the airport.
00:22:47.420 They would have never had a shot to killing Soleimani.
00:22:49.920 So if the intention was to kill Soleimani, they did the right thing.
00:22:53.360 Okay?
00:22:53.540 If they would have told Congress, the way our setup is something would have leaked, that
00:22:56.540 would have happened.
00:22:57.020 He would have left.
00:22:57.560 We would have lost the opportunity of doing that.
00:23:00.040 Next, election is here.
00:23:01.780 And during election, Democrats and mainstream media is going to go hardcore like never before.
00:23:08.740 And the more they do, the more data they're giving to who?
00:23:11.500 To Iran.
00:23:12.220 And Iran shows it and says, look at U.S.
00:23:14.460 They're so divided.
00:23:15.640 Look at us.
00:23:16.400 We're so united.
00:23:17.620 Look at them.
00:23:18.420 They're so divided.
00:23:19.460 This is what could be taking place right now because U.S. is weak.
00:23:22.680 So look, my final thoughts here.
00:23:23.700 Here's what I want you to be thinking about.
00:23:24.940 Obviously, when you look at the whole timeline, Soleimani, three reasons, you know, the conditions
00:23:29.120 here between these three nations and then who has retaliation methods of Iran, what U.S.'s weaknesses
00:23:34.360 are.
00:23:34.720 The last thing I want you to be thinking about is the following.
00:23:36.480 Obviously, if we play the game of chess, Iran took out a contractor, which many people
00:23:42.660 may say that's a pawn, on a chess board.
00:23:45.620 Now, obviously, it's a life.
00:23:46.620 It's somebody's family that was lost.
00:23:48.700 But in the game of war, it's a pawn.
00:23:51.000 Iran lost in a game of chess board.
00:23:54.520 Take the king out.
00:23:55.840 That's Ruola, Khamenei, any of those guys.
00:23:58.320 You took those out.
00:24:00.080 Iran lost their queen.
00:24:01.680 That's General Soleimani.
00:24:03.880 So it's not like it's pawn for pawn or queen for queen.
00:24:07.520 No, no, no.
00:24:08.300 It's a pawn for queen.
00:24:09.740 And Iran doesn't forget this.
00:24:11.020 That's why Iran's foreign minister said Iran is a very patient nation.
00:24:16.200 Well, I mean that Iran is a very patient country.
00:24:21.480 We will take our action after necessary deliberation.
00:24:27.200 But I'm sure that it will be taken at the time of our choosing, not the time of the United
00:24:33.480 States choosing.
00:24:34.440 Before they made the attacks, is he talking patient like, hey, we send the 12 missiles?
00:24:38.540 I don't think so.
00:24:39.620 I think the 12 missiles were simply to save face in front of Iranian people.
00:24:43.120 I don't think it was retaliation.
00:24:44.360 And I think they knew that nobody was going to get killed.
00:24:46.580 Here's what I think they knew nobody was going to get killed.
00:24:48.440 Because the current administration in U.S. is ran by a man who is very proud.
00:24:54.460 Think about it this way.
00:24:55.920 Who in the history of U.S. has had a bigger ego than President Donald Trump?
00:24:59.620 Who?
00:24:59.980 Actually, think about who is more proud of his accomplishments.
00:25:02.640 Who is?
00:25:03.740 Anybody?
00:25:04.380 Can you think of anybody?
00:25:06.100 If you actually think about it, maybe Lyndon Johnson?
00:25:09.100 I don't know.
00:25:09.700 Proud?
00:25:10.580 Maybe Nixon?
00:25:11.500 Who would you put as a proud?
00:25:12.940 Maybe JFK?
00:25:14.040 I don't know.
00:25:14.780 Who do you put as a proud?
00:25:15.980 Like, let me tell you what I've done.
00:25:17.260 Barack Obama, I'm so proud of what I've done, right?
00:25:19.500 Some may say he's at the top.
00:25:20.720 And what happens with people that are very proud of their accomplishments?
00:25:23.200 Whether you put a Brady, Kobe, Jordan, any of these guys that were the best of the
00:25:26.700 best, in their eyes, what do you not do to them?
00:25:30.860 You don't publicly humiliate somebody with an ego.
00:25:33.480 And if you do, they are willing to go to measures that maybe others are not willing to go to.
00:25:38.400 And I think Iran knows that.
00:25:40.200 That's why they didn't retaliate, but they just kind of shot the 12 missiles to places
00:25:43.560 that didn't kill anybody.
00:25:44.660 I think they knew that.
00:25:45.680 But I also think the foreign minister says Iran is a patient nation, which means we got time.
00:25:52.220 We're going to do it on our terms.
00:25:54.040 Six months, 12 months, 24 months, post-Trump being gone.
00:25:57.660 Maybe when Jimmy Carter was presidency, Iran had the 52 hostages.
00:26:01.600 When Reagan was getting elected that day, here's your 52 hostages back because Reagan said,
00:26:05.640 we're going to retaliate and get those people back.
00:26:07.460 And Iran knew they would retaliate and they don't want to go to war with Reagan.
00:26:11.360 Maybe they don't want to go to war with Trump, but maybe they will go to war with the next
00:26:15.500 president.
00:26:15.960 I don't know.
00:26:16.680 Maybe it's going to be a democratic president that doesn't want to go to war with them.
00:26:19.920 And they'll say, here's an opportunity.
00:26:21.120 We'll retaliate.
00:26:22.120 And we'll say, remember 290?
00:26:23.700 Remember what you did to Soleimani?
00:26:25.420 Here's what it is.
00:26:26.300 We have to make up for it and then blame somebody else and let it kind of slide.
00:26:29.980 They're not somebody that's going to forget about this.
00:26:32.300 No way they're going to forget about this.
00:26:34.060 Just listen to what his daughter said and what a lot of the leaders said.
00:26:36.800 They're not going to forget about this.
00:26:37.840 Now, having said that, in U.S., there is one thing that hasn't happened in this entire
00:26:44.360 conflict.
00:26:44.860 Neither U.S. nor Iran has touched the other nation's soil.
00:26:50.320 Meaning, U.S. hasn't done anything to Iran's soil.
00:26:53.800 Iran hasn't done anything to U.S.' soil.
00:26:57.080 U.S. has taken out their number one general.
00:27:00.220 Iran took out a contractor, right?
00:27:02.660 Nothing.
00:27:02.940 So, if Iran was to do something to U.S. soil during Trump administration, how far do you
00:27:08.680 think Trump would go?
00:27:09.680 Actually, answer the question.
00:27:11.000 I'm not answering it for you.
00:27:12.580 Think about it.
00:27:13.180 Talk about it with your peers.
00:27:14.460 Comment below.
00:27:15.440 How far do you think Trump would go?
00:27:17.060 You think there's limits to him?
00:27:18.340 And I think they know that.
00:27:19.760 That he may go places that were as bad as some of the wars in the past.
00:27:25.400 That if you remember Japan, he can go places that maybe others don't want to go to.
00:27:30.860 Because he's got control at the top as a president.
00:27:33.780 This is going to be bad for everybody around the world.
00:27:36.400 And I think both know it.
00:27:38.000 And I don't think neither wants to go to war.
00:27:40.780 I don't think they want to go right now.
00:27:42.340 And I don't think U.S. wants to go right now.
00:27:43.560 But let me tell you why Iran definitely doesn't want to go right now.
00:27:45.260 Because the current conditions in Iran remind me of what happened in 1978.
00:27:50.560 77.
00:27:51.420 Carter comes.
00:27:52.360 Toast.
00:27:53.340 Tusha leaves.
00:27:54.940 Revolution begins the next day.
00:27:56.800 13 months later, Shah is out.
00:27:58.760 Exile leaves.
00:27:59.860 Iran goes to Khomeini.
00:28:02.040 MI6, U.S. CIA.
00:28:03.800 They bring him in.
00:28:04.720 This has already been reported, written about.
00:28:06.920 People knew Khomeini was going to come in.
00:28:08.300 And they helped him.
00:28:09.280 And Khomeini comes to Iran, takes over.
00:28:11.140 And then, boom.
00:28:11.720 All these other guys show up.
00:28:12.900 If the current regime, Khomeini and the rest, don't want to see Iran go through another
00:28:19.320 revolution, if they don't figure out a way to become better with U.S., and they keep playing
00:28:24.760 these games, they may lose their people.
00:28:27.320 And if they lose their people and there's a coup, Iranian people is in their blood.
00:28:31.400 They know how to do a coup.
00:28:32.300 If they wanted to do a coup, they could do a coup.
00:28:34.900 This is probably the best time to do a coup if you're Iranian people wanting to see the
00:28:38.560 revolution change.
00:28:39.340 And go back to more of a friendly environment where somebody like me can go and vacay, go
00:28:43.600 for a vacation in Iran.
00:28:44.640 And other people, like back in the days when Elizabeth Taylor was dating Zahedi and, you
00:28:48.540 know, all these singers and performers, Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra would go to Iran and
00:28:51.700 perform.
00:28:52.020 And we could go.
00:28:52.520 It was a beautiful place in the 70s.
00:28:53.840 You know, all these vacation rich people would go to Iran.
00:28:56.300 Great place to go to.
00:28:57.380 There are many people that would like to go back to those days of Kabbalah Tehran days.
00:29:00.580 But the current regime doesn't want it to go there.
00:29:03.260 And they know it.
00:29:04.040 If they push a little too hard, the Iranian people have a good memory.
00:29:07.380 And they know what to do.
00:29:08.700 And this time around, it might get very ugly.
00:29:10.500 Because if you touch my pocket, as a populist, I can't feed my kids.
00:29:14.860 I can't pay my rent.
00:29:16.220 I'm in shambles with fights because you want to make up the money of your loss with the
00:29:19.580 sanctions of Iran by raising the price of gas with me.
00:29:21.960 I may retaliate to you.
00:29:24.020 And we, the people, historically, has always won.
00:29:25.800 And if that happens, things could get very, very ugly.
00:29:30.000 Thanks, everybody, for listening.
