00:02:48.940so a lot of the technical folks they went from being calm to now they're panicking because of our money they lost unemployed how bad they think it's going to be or some of the technical people were extremely afraid and they did a lot of research and now they're saying it's not as bad as it seems like it's going to be all right that's technical people then you got the a type which is the action oriented folks who are going crazy because they don't have an enemy to compete against if there was in the office they're competing against a peer and they're trying to outdo them but they don't have a
00:03:18.780competitive right now like they did before because they're not working in an offense environment so who's their competition now well if they're living and they're married it's their wife or their husbands or their kids or their parents or their siblings or their friends whoever they're living with there's no sports there's no competition there's no let's go take over the world what am i doing today right so some of the a's could be getting into trouble right now because they got more time on their hands than they did before and last but not least you have ours relationship folks these are people that have to be around people
00:03:47.900they like working with 100 people around them they like going to lunch with four other people they like sitting down talking to people they like hugs shaking hands you're not hugging it's driving the r's insane i want to hug some people and the simplest thing for them it's getting them to be crazy right so those are stars so the people in your life you have to ask yourself which one are you and how are you reacting based on your personality type and number two the people in your life who are maybe driving you insane what type are they now you have a better understanding

00:04:47.220to train how to you know go to war for war is going to be in the mountains and it's wet and soggy and raining and tropical they would train you in that because they were preparing you in case a war goes on in a place that's similar to this you get ready for it right you'd go to california fort urwin and that was more national training center ntc it's it's it's a lot of desert so they're preparing you to see if you can go to desert storm and you were training at ntc if you went to fort polk
00:05:17.220that was more hot humid muggy disgusting mosquitoes snakes you know can you handle that kind of an environment if or for drum freezing cold in case there's another kind of a war they're preparing you today's business models with companies it's a similar format maybe you can only win a certain kind of a war or battle but you're not yet multi-faceted that you can fight a different kind of a battle today
00:05:47.220we sold I run an insurance company with 14,000 plus agents we have 130 offices last month 2019 in March we sold 4779 policies in one month we did nine million dollars of annuities in one month this month March the month is over we got the final numbers we did 6419 policies from 4779 and instead of nine million dollars in annuities we did 20 million plus in annuities

00:06:47.100do you need to go study it a little bit more how did you react when you first heard about the coronavirus were you first not even paying attention to it were you first not even doing your research were you at first not even reading any articles were you at first just kind of looking at memes or when you first happened you overreacted and you panicked and and you spread that fear amongst other people around you and oh my gosh everybody else panicked and anxiety was high and because you were overreacting everybody was like oh my every time I talk to you I get afraid because you were overreacting or maybe you're
00:07:16.940somebody that sat there and you were kind of quiet and you kind of looked at everything you read 40 50 articles and you're kind of like okay I got it I mean the biggest thing is you got to be worried about the are not score and how bad this is and how fatal it is and let's get some more cases to see if the death ratio is right or not I'm going to wait for some data okay I got it and your reaction wasn't an overreaction it's one of the reasons why you're still doing okay so maybe the way you process
