Valuetainment - “Trump’s Third Term？” – Mainstream Media MELTS DOWN Over Trump's 2028 Speculation

00:00:00.000 how trump could be president until 2037 due to constitutional loopholes okay on january 2020

00:00:06.760 29 jd vance commonly known as could be sworn in as a president after winning the 2020 election

00:00:12.660 trump as his vice president only to immediately declare i resign allowing trump to assume

00:00:17.420 the presidency for third term this scenario exploits a loophole in the 22nd amendment which

00:00:22.340 states no person shall be elected to the office of the president more than two times but does not

00:00:27.540 prevent a two twice elect president from later assuming the role through succession of professor

00:00:33.360 bruce peabody co-author of a 1999 minnesota law review article the twice and future president

00:00:40.600 explained we contend that the 22nd amendment prescribes only the re-election of an already

00:00:46.220 twice elected president making the trump path to thirdly uh term legally feasible if for the plan

00:00:51.860 the strategic hinges strategy hinges on vance's loyalty and trump's popularity with the crowd

00:00:57.200 cheering trump trump trump and four more years as he takes office again potentially extending his

00:01:02.140 tenure until 2037 when he'd be 90 peabody told dailymail.com that it would be pretty hard for

00:01:07.960 supreme court to overturn it especially with its conservative textualist bent noting i think it's

00:01:14.000 one of those surprisingly straightforward scenarios adam look i mean it's amazing to me that this

00:01:20.860 conversation is actually taking a real life of its own the the people who are constitutionalists

00:01:28.720 are willing to basically bypass what they believe you hear the people that are like god country party

00:01:35.140 and then they're just like yeah i'd love to see uh trump have a third term it's like

00:01:39.020 i do not you not believe in the constitution anymore this is not something that you're just the whole

00:01:46.480 concept of trump is that he's a uh a once in a lifetime generational disruptor that's great leader

00:01:54.140 but you're just going to throw out all your morals your convictions your principles your beliefs your

00:01:59.380 belief in the constitution because you love this one man and i voted for him i want him to do these

00:02:03.900 things that he's doing now but this is the creeping of a king of a dictator an authoritarian i understand

00:02:11.680 why the left would be freaking out now if they're just doing this to troll the left keep doing it

00:02:16.920 but if this is actually a plan that's in the works at some point are some people going to caution

00:02:22.920 themselves and say well guys what are we doing here because also the republican party should probably

00:02:28.080 grow a pair of balls and realize that you're going to need trump 2.0 and trump 3.0 trump can't be your

00:02:35.080 daddy forever so even vivek was like look i'm america first but america first does not begin and 0.97

00:02:41.500 end with trump someone else is going to take the mantle so if you don't have enough balls and courage

00:02:46.260 to say someone else will have to be that dude and become the next trump 2.0 then all you are is a party

00:02:53.400 of trump and then good luck so i'm rooting for trump i think he's doing great i think the economy is

00:02:59.700 a little uncertain right now but i think that's needed but to start having this conversation of like

00:03:04.360 let's elect him for a third time it's almost like he hasn't even proven that trump 2.0 has worked

00:03:11.580 what happens if the economy goes in shambles the next year or two what if we're acting like he's just

00:03:16.960 godfathered into the role it's almost like you're spiking the football to sean jackson style

00:03:22.620 on the one yard line before you're in the goal for you're in the end zone finish the game and then

00:03:29.080 maybe have this conversation to float this out literally four years before an election

00:03:33.520 it's so premature with that being said uh i'm voting for trump they're on the third term let's

00:03:38.840 go baby yeah so so your your main argument is that it's too early to have this conversation

00:03:44.880 have the conversation on third you're not right now and that's kind of what trump was saying by

00:03:48.260 the way it's way too early we're having a conversation it's not even something i'm thinking

00:03:51.840 about he says it's not even on my mind but a lot of people are talking about it trump said that

00:03:56.080 multiple times about this but uh the the the only thing i'll tell you the only thing i'll tell you

00:04:03.180 is the following so we lived in texas for a while you lived there with us for about a what a year

00:04:10.060 give or take whatever the time 10 months okay and we lived there best year of my life but we were

00:04:15.540 also there during covet it's true the whole essential non-essential okay and the people

00:04:20.840 that have families that have kids what they did to the kids and how we fell back in schooling and

00:04:26.600 in grades and education and what that did to our kids parents are having a hard time forgetting that

00:04:32.080 and a lot of people who lost people who whether it was due to taking a covet vaccine or not taking a

00:04:37.760 covet vaccine that's got people very concerned and scared for their lives they don't want anybody to

00:04:43.440 ever have the control to be able to do that to them and people have to leave states and not be

00:04:47.620 around their family so all of that fear is what causes folks to be so afraid of what can happen with

00:04:55.680 the opposition think about it this way think about how bad kamala lost that rosie o'donnell is in ireland

00:05:04.720 doing a tv show and says i'm still confused how did he win for the first time all seven battleground

00:05:12.720 states how is that even possible how did he do that so she's speculating that maybe something

00:05:17.880 happened so maybe it's because americans were frightened of another biden during uh you know

00:05:24.760 the next four years what that's going to look like so to me the only reason why this is even a topic of

00:05:30.400 discussion right now only reason is because of what happened last four years if the last four years

00:05:36.380 wasn't covet i don't think this would be a topic of discussion it's the main thing if trump would

00:05:40.140 have had a second term and moved on he would have been gone no issues nothing but because of what

00:05:44.680 happened and people are scared by the look at our audience i love this even our audience is 60 40

00:05:50.560 they're not sold on the idea look at that 5200 votes they're like i don't know about that so yeah

00:05:56.180 i don't know about that let me see the poll would you support trump 40 and if our audience is saying

00:06:00.340 that's right that's the point that's the point general american on it yes 80 20 i know that's that's that's

00:06:06.020 the point but by the way the most important thing rob don't change anything is well hang on stay right

00:06:10.620 there this is i fix it every time and they correct it the right way to put it is sideways tom always

00:06:17.440 comes and changes it okay tom always comes and changes it because stay focused on tom's little

00:06:23.840 bobblehead on the side i'm gonna don't touch it don't touch it don't touch it because it's gonna

00:06:27.180 take a second for the audience to see it being adjusted to see the right but because whoever made

00:06:32.060 that gift for tom we love you but just so you know tom did not appreciate that when that took

00:06:37.680 place all right it's gonna take a second to get to it eventually it will anyways i'd rob fast forward

00:06:42.680 a little bit to see if it got to it or not did it no all right well we'll fast there it is

00:06:48.860 there you go there you go buddy okay if you were at the vault conference we had these backpacks

00:06:56.800 and the backpacks went off like it was gone within minutes that for the rest of the three days

00:07:03.700 everybody was asking where are the vitamin backpacks i want them this is genuine leather

00:07:08.620 red limited edition numbered on the side out of a hundred okay and then it's the vitamin logo on the

00:07:16.060 front it says vitamin right here even this this what do you call it the zipper you know here it's got

00:07:22.200 the vitamin logo on it limited edition red value taming backpack genuine leather these will go in

00:07:28.800 no time there's only a hundred of these you won't see these again limited on the side it's got it

00:07:33.280 numbered whatever number you're going to be getting two out of 100 58 out of 100 it'll be numbered and

00:07:37.760 typically when you see these what ends up happening is some people buy them and they post them on ebay

00:07:43.740 and they sell it for three times and you see that with hats some of the hats that we have the future

00:07:47.820 looks bright hand or on ebay some guys are selling for thirty five hundred dollars three thousand

00:07:51.920 dollars five hundred dollars and some of them are able to sell them but for you if you're somebody

00:07:56.700 that follows value taming very closely and you're proud of the brand and you want to support it go get
