00:01:47.680 Now, Rob, go to his Instagram account because in another...
00:01:50.200 I'm going to wait until you see what happens next, by the way.
00:01:52.020 But in another video, this one's tough to watch, so I'm going to tell you in advance
00:01:55.980 to be careful before we watch this.
00:01:58.220 Go to his Instagram account, Rob, because he explains what happened here.
00:02:02.120 This is the whole thing with the issue on this.
00:02:04.780 Okay, if you go to the account, go to the third video right there.
00:02:09.160 Watch this and put the audio on.
00:02:10.520 A receipt from this disgusting company that pretends to be me, says they're tracks in
00:02:17.080 my seat, sells my customer, a bracelet, rips them off, and rips them off on the gold. 1.00
00:02:22.740 Shit, they're saying it's 14-karat gold. 0.99
00:02:24.780 Well, we're going to test this bracelet right now. 0.99
00:02:28.420 Start the test.
00:02:30.520 10-karat gold.
00:02:31.960 So did they say they were tracks in YC?
00:02:33.820 Yeah, he tried to sell one of your products.
00:02:42.200 He said that he ran out one of your rings that you purchased.
00:02:46.160 Right, so that we sell.
00:02:48.120 So you came with a picture of tracks in YC?
00:02:50.520 Yep.
00:02:51.280 I opened up the website for... 0.95
00:02:53.160 And then he said he ran out, even though he has nothing to fucking do with me, other 0.99
00:02:58.020 than to steal my fucking customers all day long. 1.00
00:03:01.080 These rats have done this over and over and over again, and I tolerated it. 1.00
00:03:05.820 And now they fucked him over on the carrot as well. 1.00
00:03:09.280 Yo, Akai, you are fucking thieves, bro. 1.00
00:03:12.180 So now watch this. 1.00
00:03:13.180 The most disgusting...
00:03:14.160 You want to know what happens?
00:03:15.240 Now go to the main clip.
00:03:16.900 Guys, I'm telling you right now, brace for impact, because this one's tough to watch.
00:03:20.180 Watch what happens here.
00:03:21.080 Go ahead. 1.00
00:03:21.380 Fucking little bitch. 1.00
00:03:23.060 You fucking bitch. 1.00
00:03:24.220 Oh, my God. 1.00
00:03:26.340 Fucking... 1.00
00:03:26.900 Look at Windex part of blue. 1.00
00:03:29.600 Boom.
00:03:30.440 Chaos.
00:03:31.280 Oh, my God.
00:03:31.800 What happened?
00:03:32.520 Oh, they violent.
00:03:33.560 Oh, they're violent.
00:03:34.100 Here, get that girl. 1.00
00:03:35.060 You're demon. 1.00
00:03:36.220 How much spit did he have in his mouth? 1.00
00:03:37.960 Oh, no. 0.82
00:03:40.680 In the end, they tried to kill me. 0.61
00:03:43.840 Strangle me with my own chain.
00:03:46.920 I'm going to get out of this hospital.
00:03:48.460 TraxNYC.com.
00:03:50.120 He's always ready for it.
00:03:51.320 Right now, watch.
00:03:52.420 Go to the last video of them getting arrested.
00:03:55.020 Did you see the video?
00:03:55.840 Oh, I haven't seen this one.
00:03:56.540 You haven't seen this video?
00:03:57.320 They went after him?
00:03:58.080 Oh, no.
00:03:58.440 They got the arrest of the guys.
00:03:59.780 You haven't seen the video.
00:04:01.160 That's the main video of what happened.
00:04:03.080 By the way, this is the gold.
00:04:04.440 You have to be ready because, yeah, if you type that the guy's getting arrested, go to the video of them handcuffed.
00:04:13.920 Oh, that's it?
00:04:14.640 No, them handcuffed with cops right there.
00:04:16.960 That's the one right there.
00:04:17.640 Watch this.
00:04:18.700 Make it bigger, rock.
00:04:19.360 Go back.
00:04:19.760 Okay, watch this.
00:04:21.660 Oh, the music rock.
00:04:22.580 Music rock, music, music.
00:04:23.700 Okay, there you go.
00:04:24.380 Wow.
00:04:24.920 Good for you.
00:04:25.380 That's assault.
00:04:25.880 That's assault.
00:04:26.340 That's assault. 0.99
00:04:26.880 Spit on my face. 0.98
00:04:27.480 And look at this.
00:04:28.120 This guy's smiling.
00:04:28.900 They came in. 0.60
00:04:29.900 They took him.
00:04:31.220 They arrested him.
00:04:31.860 All three of them?
00:04:32.360 Oh, good for him, though.
00:04:33.120 But he's not handcuffed.
00:04:34.400 He's just leaving because he scored away.
00:04:37.200 So, gold.
00:04:38.840 Tom, how do you process this yourself?
00:04:40.740 I mean, you know, gold.
00:04:42.280 Because when you think about, you know, I'm Middle Eastern.
00:04:45.900 So, jewelry over the years, you buy stuff in L.A.
00:04:48.100 There's that one district in downtown that you go buy all the gold.
00:04:50.640 And people would get caught.
00:04:53.500 Well, this is a V-cut.
00:04:55.020 This is a that-cut diamond.
00:04:56.200 This is this.
00:04:56.660 And it's not at a lower level, but they sell it to you.
00:04:59.100 And the average person doesn't have the equipment to go take a look at it to see if it's real or not.
00:05:03.560 Your thoughts on this, Tom?
00:05:04.460 Well, I bought an engagement ring and a wedding band in L.A.
00:05:10.380 And in L.A., there is so much fraud.
00:05:14.640 You had to know somebody or know somebody's father who was legitimate that you would go in and you would take care of it.
00:05:23.820 And that's how I found it.
00:05:25.360 But this goes on everywhere.
00:05:28.020 The scamming that goes on in jewelry is horrible.
00:05:31.740 If you don't know somebody and you can't validate it, you know, you're probably not getting the fair price and you're probably not getting the fair quality.
00:05:41.240 They've gotten to the point where diamonds now have laser serial numbers that are very, very, very, very, very tiny, but they're actually on the stone so that you can get validation now.
00:05:54.040 But you've got to be so careful with it.
00:05:55.980 I knew people that got ripped off in L.A. and things like this.
00:05:58.900 I know a guy.
00:05:59.720 This is a true story.
00:06:01.160 Earlier in my career, I was in sales with IBM.
00:06:04.200 He got a gold Rolex.
00:06:06.680 At least he thought it was a gold Rolex.
00:06:08.060 Remember, on the back of a Rolex, there's no serial number.
00:06:10.340 They're all smooth on the back.
00:06:11.500 So you have to know somebody that can remove the bezel, can look at the serial number underneath.
00:06:16.260 Pat, in three weeks, all of a sudden there's this, it's turning his wrist green.
00:06:20.740 Oh, no.
00:06:21.620 Because it was completely fake.
00:06:23.260 You know, for it's rubbing in his body oil.
00:06:25.840 It's actually because it's like copper substrate or something.
00:06:28.340 It's there.
00:06:28.940 But I'll say this, it's not just that.
00:06:31.800 You've got to be careful everywhere.
00:06:32.960 And if you're buying VT merch, this is not a commercial, this is a caution.
00:06:36.380 Only go to our website.
00:06:38.920 We spend hours each week doing audits, and we find our stuff with cheap material, cheap clothing.
00:06:47.060 And not only is it our trademarked, you know, logos and slogans and stuff, but then it's really junk stuff.
00:06:56.420 And people think it's us, because a lot of times you sell through distribution.
00:07:00.260 We sell through ourselves.
00:07:01.520 Go to VT.com, VTmerch.com.
00:07:04.260 Only buy it from ourselves.
00:07:05.940 So just like jewelry, you better know somebody.
00:07:09.000 And if you want the future to look bright for your dollars, for the hats and stuff that you bought, that you're supporting,
00:07:13.500 faith over fear and all the stuff that we do, only go to our website.
00:07:18.180 But you just, you've got to know somebody.
00:07:20.060 Well, I know Max very well.
00:07:22.240 We've hung out a bunch.
00:07:23.220 He's been on my show.
00:07:24.220 I'm with Max Trax on this one, by the way.
00:07:27.140 Yeah, he's loud.
00:07:28.160 He's brash.
00:07:28.760 He's in your face.
00:07:29.480 But you know what he is?
00:07:30.580 He's honest.
00:07:31.680 And he does good business.
00:07:32.540 I was actually with Trax recently, and I was with Moshe Haimov, who's the watch king of New York.
00:07:38.740 He's there on the left with my friend Rabbi Benny.
00:07:40.920 And I went to 47th Street.
00:07:42.980 It's a diamond district.
00:07:43.740 If you've ever seen the movie Uncut Gems with Adam Sandler, right there, if you show that picture right there,
00:07:50.400 they're all in this room right here.
00:07:51.920 They're all together. 0.91
00:07:53.080 All your competitors are in the same freaking place.
00:07:55.300 By the way, I think 90% of the diamonds in the entire United States that are sold come from this one block in New York.
00:08:02.220 So talk about money on money on gold on diamonds.
00:08:04.760 It's all right here.
00:08:05.460 So the story goes, from what I understand, because Moshe Haimov, the watch king, I said, dude, what's going on here?
00:08:10.780 He goes, what you don't know is this.
00:08:12.460 This is all over $22,000. 0.99
00:08:14.140 So the guy that spit in Trax's face, by the way, pussy move, spitting in someone's face. 0.99
00:08:22.340 You can go to jail for that, which he did. 0.99
00:08:23.640 Apparently, he's the landlord, and he's been in business since the 70s, and he's been around forever.
00:08:29.620 You're telling me, you know, they say that, you know, you can work on your reputation for 40 years, and in one day, you ruin it.
00:08:35.180 That's it.
00:08:35.600 That's what happened with this guy.
00:08:37.000 Apparently, he's been in business since the 70s.
00:08:39.700 Here in the Diamond District on 47th Street, and one viral video of Trax saying, where's my money?
00:08:46.360 That guy's now arrested, in jail, legacy ruined.
00:08:51.680 So we're about to see what happens with this.
00:08:54.300 Grimy business, stealing each other's customers, ripping people off, and you're going to ruin your entire reputation over $22,000?
00:09:04.880 Save that money.
00:09:07.300 What are you thinking?
00:09:07.880 I mean, dude, I just Googled, because I saw a video where he's saying he's half Jewish.
00:09:12.720 Apparently, and I asked Google, the AI overview, he's Azerbaijani-American.
00:09:18.400 He was born in Baku, Azerbaijan, moved to Queens, and his parents in 1993 at the age of seven.
00:09:23.680 But yeah, Adam, every time I see him, he walks around on the streets of New York asking questions and giving gold, giving silver.
00:09:31.900 He actually loves people.
00:09:33.340 He loves giving away stuff, and I think, I mean, dude, that's what you get.
00:09:36.140 This is what happens.
00:09:37.380 You find success when you're good at something, and then you can promote it.
00:09:40.760 There's a product, and there's marketing.
00:09:42.540 His product is watches, diamonds, jewelry, but he's also a marketer.
00:09:47.040 You talked about being a talent and being an operator.
00:09:49.560 He's an operator, but he's also a talent.
00:09:52.280 So it's not easy to do, and it's a rough and ugly business, and this is sort of why people appreciate authentic people, because this is who he is.
00:10:01.920 If you've ever met this guy, he's in your face like this.
00:10:04.600 He is what he is.
00:10:05.400 He's out there.
00:10:05.920 Yeah, I mean, that's the gold world.
00:10:07.600 Certain jobs is not for everybody.
00:10:10.740 You have to be ready to go to war.
00:10:12.500 And for somebody that's watching this, say you don't know him.
00:10:17.000 Say you just watch this for the first time. 0.99
00:10:18.420 Like, holy shit, I had no idea what happened here. 0.99
00:10:20.660 Do you trust him more? 0.99
00:10:21.880 Would you buy from him?
00:10:22.900 Would you do business with him?
00:10:23.980 Or would you not?
00:10:24.980 Think about the level of conviction in that space.
00:10:27.800 I've been getting a lot of my necks about people talking about what they want to do with their culture in 2026, going into 2026.
00:10:35.480 And for us, it's very clear.
00:10:38.000 If you want to find out how specific our culture is at Valuetainment, we went from having nine employees just a couple years ago to now having nearly 160, 170 employees, full-time employees here on our campus here.
00:10:49.760 Our culture deck is public available.
00:10:51.820 You can go purchase it to read through.
00:10:53.120 It tells you exactly how we do everything, how we do our calibration, what we stand for, what we do, what it takes to get promoted here.
00:11:00.380 If you've never had one of these, you can go pick one of these up.
00:11:03.900 Last time we did this, it sold out literally in minutes when it was gone.
00:11:07.580 It's $19.99.
00:11:08.520 Go get it.
00:11:09.060 Read it for yourself.
00:11:10.400 We even went to a company the other day in Arkansas.
00:11:12.460 We were looking at them.
00:11:13.240 Their entire coat of honor was pretty much every single thing that we said except for one of them.
00:11:17.500 And they had it in their front lobby.
00:11:19.400 You can obviously go out there and change it up and do it for whatever you want to do with your company.
00:11:23.220 But this could be a way for you to get some ideas for your business going into 2026.
00:11:28.320 So go to vtmerch.com, Rob.
