Valuetainment - ＂Who Do The Clinton's Fear？＂ - DOJ Epstein Probe LEADS To SUBPOENA SHOCKER For Clinton Officials

00:00:00.000 Rob, the story I want to start off with is the subpoena story that was just dropped.

00:00:04.080 If you don't mind pulling that up, I don't even know if we have that story because it just happened right now.

00:00:08.000 House panel subpoenas, Clintons and other ex-officials in Epstein probes, seeks files from the DOJ.

00:00:15.940 This happened, just look what time it is right now, 11.01 this morning.

00:00:20.040 If we can read this article, the House Office Commission issued subpoenas Tuesday

00:00:23.820 to slew of former Attorney General and FBI Directors Clintons for their testimony case involving a sex offender

00:00:29.740 Jeffrey Epstein, the subpoena-seeking depositions from former Justice Department officials

00:00:34.500 were issued after Republicans and Democrats on a House override subcommittee

00:00:38.140 approved measures to authorize the demands last month as part of an effort for Congress to obtain more information about Epstein.

00:00:45.740 The investigators also issued a subpoena to Attorney General Pam Bundy for documents related to Justice Department investigation

00:00:51.500 and to Epstein and Jelaine Maxwell, his associate, who was serving a 20-year prison.

00:00:55.960 And by the way, I think story just also came out where Jelaine Maxwell has officially moved into a nicer place where she's at.

00:01:03.840 No, literally, she just moved into a new prison amid fight over answers and immunity. 0.82

00:01:09.120 And when I'm looking at the story of what names were on the list today, Rob, I don't know if you see a list of all the names today.

00:01:15.100 If you can find it, I had one of the lists that I saw here that David Harris posted.

00:01:21.380 If you have a list of the names, I want to share this because I'm coming, Tom, I'm coming to you here to see what this could look like.

00:01:27.160 You know who's in that prison?

00:01:28.660 Elizabeth Holm is in that new prison that they moved her to in Texas.

00:01:31.260 Oh, wow.

00:01:31.500 So we can talk about, you know.

00:01:33.240 Here's the names.

00:01:33.800 Tom, William Barr, Alberto Gonzalez, Jeff Sessions, Eric Holder, Merrick Garland, James Comey, Robert Mueller, Loretta Lynch are some of the names of people that got subpoenaed this morning.

00:01:45.640 Tom, what does this mean?

00:01:47.500 What this means is everyone has won an all-expenses-paid trip to Washington to be questioned.

00:01:53.660 And unless everybody just wants to stand there and say, I take the fifth, I take the fifth, I take the fifth, which makes everybody look bad.

00:02:01.560 So you're all guilty.

00:02:03.060 But that could be what comes out of it.

00:02:04.760 So I think on the far end of one thing, everybody takes the fifth.

00:02:07.960 Everybody sits there like this, refusing to cooperate.

00:02:11.000 Like when we saw Hillary, you've got probably – remember how Hillary looked exasperated when she was being quizzed about Benghazi?

00:02:18.080 What difference does it make?

00:02:19.240 Yeah, what difference does it make?

00:02:20.560 What difference does it make? 0.92

00:02:21.480 How disgusting. 0.65

00:02:22.200 And she sat there like this, remember, just like – 0.97

00:02:24.540 Oh, horrible.

00:02:25.460 And going, oh.

00:02:27.220 Unbelievable.

00:02:27.480 You know, like, you're not going to get anything from me.

00:02:28.980 So do you think everyone's going to plead the fifth?

00:02:31.180 No.

00:02:32.040 Someone is going to break and someone is going to get left out to dry.

00:02:36.380 That's usually what happens when you get large groups of it.

00:02:39.060 It happened in Watergate.

00:02:40.520 It's happened since then.

00:02:41.720 There's too many people here.

00:02:43.420 I looked on this list and I sat there and I looked and a name stuck out for me.

00:02:48.220 Loretta Lynch.

00:02:48.920 I'm like, everybody's got friends on here.

00:02:52.260 Does she have enough friends or is she going to be the one that says something?

00:02:56.640 Because when you look at this, Pat, you have to just look around.

00:02:59.880 And, Pat, you're really good at this.

00:03:01.200 Like when you're trying to decipher a business negotiation through multiple parties and you're looking at, okay, he's the strong one.

00:03:07.420 Here's the talker.

00:03:08.180 Here's the lawyer.

00:03:08.900 Here's the aggressive one.

00:03:10.000 And you're really playing chess.

00:03:11.840 That's what's about to happen, Pat.

00:03:13.200 They're going to go there and play chess.

00:03:14.620 And somebody is going to be a man or a woman without a country. 0.99

00:03:17.800 Because usually what happens if everybody goes through is that somebody says something or somebody leaks something.

00:03:25.580 You know, and I looked at that list and I looked at it.

00:03:27.940 What do you think they worry about?

00:03:28.820 I want you to look at this list.

00:03:29.980 By the way, this is the list that Epstein victims identified due by August 19th.

00:03:35.440 A demanding full complete unredacted Epstein files with victims identified redacted by August 19th.

00:03:40.800 Clinton's deposition is scheduled on October 14th.

00:03:45.560 Hillary Clinton's October 9th.

00:03:47.280 Comey's 7th.

00:03:48.640 Mueller's 2nd.

00:03:49.900 Barr is the 18th of August.

00:03:51.660 Alberto's 26th.

00:03:53.540 Session.

00:03:54.000 So this is going to happen in the next few weeks.

00:03:55.680 And look who's first.

00:03:57.560 Slick Willie.

00:03:58.540 No, William.

00:03:59.280 Bill.

00:03:59.820 Bill.

00:04:00.140 Slick Willie.

00:04:00.660 No, no, no.

00:04:01.120 No, no.

00:04:01.460 William Barr is first.

00:04:04.280 August 18th.

00:04:04.920 Meaning Gates.

00:04:05.820 I didn't even have the list.

00:04:06.960 No, no.

00:04:07.580 Who on this list do Clintons worry about? 1.00

00:04:10.500 Because you've got to know, Clintons are going to call everybody and there's going to be a conference call today if it hasn't already happened.

00:04:15.380 They're talking right now.

00:04:16.320 Which of them do you think they fear?

00:04:18.120 Do you think Loretta's the one they fear?

00:04:20.180 I would look at Loretta and Eric Holder.

00:04:22.760 Jeff.

00:04:23.380 Because those are the ones that it seems.

00:04:25.500 Jeff Sessions.

00:04:26.120 Tell me why.

00:04:26.660 Jeff Sessions.

00:04:27.400 He has a relationship with Trump.

00:04:29.800 And I think out of all those, Tommy, you made a great point on the fifth and who's going to talk and who's not going to talk. 0.97

00:04:36.580 I mean, if I was Bill Clinton, I wouldn't say one damn word, bro.

00:04:39.960 That guy is the most entrenched with Jeffrey Epstein. 0.93

00:04:44.760 I would ask him every question besides the redacted stuff.

00:04:48.280 Why the hell was he visiting you at the White House 11 times?

00:04:51.840 Why?

00:04:52.160 Why were you flying on Pedophile Express, whatever air, whatever the hell it's called, 26 times?

00:04:58.500 Why were you at the – those are questions.

00:05:00.420 Why are you pictured with these younger – that relationship?

00:05:03.500 Why when you walk into Epstein's house in Manhattan, Pat, there's a picture of you in a dress pointing at the people walking –

00:05:10.480 You would never have that dress in your apartment.

00:05:12.080 I'm not a big purple – I want – like I wear red or something more flashy.

00:05:15.100 But my point is being Jeff Sessions has a relationship.

00:05:17.740 But at the end of the day, PBD, do you think anything's going to come off this even if they don't plead the fifth?

00:05:22.120 I don't know.

00:05:22.500 And they all – yeah.

00:05:23.080 I know you're saying that.

00:05:24.380 And I know, Vinny, that's something you say a lot.

00:05:26.780 But hear me out.

00:05:27.940 Okay.

00:05:28.420 You know what I'm for?

00:05:29.840 In business, there's a couple things.

00:05:32.360 The longer you're in business, you realize one thing will never happen.

00:05:35.880 You know what never happened in business?

00:05:37.220 What?

00:05:37.960 Perfection.

00:05:38.520 You will never have perfection in business, ever.

00:05:40.680 Okay.

00:05:40.900 That's what you're looking for in business, in marriage, in parenting.

00:05:45.340 You know what you're looking for?

00:05:46.340 What?

00:05:46.560 Progress is what you're looking for.

00:05:47.520 Okay.

00:05:47.940 I think this is progress.

00:05:49.360 And I think you've got to applaud them for making progress for being subpoenaed.

00:05:52.600 Where it goes from here, who knows?

00:05:55.020 I like the fact that they're doing this.

00:05:56.860 The reality of it is Daily Mail comes out with a story a couple days ago,

00:06:00.140 and they say all these people linked to Epstein's scandal who have died by suicide.

00:06:04.140 Epstein died by suicide.

00:06:05.860 Yep.

00:06:06.140 Virginia Giffre died by suicide.

00:06:08.360 April 25th at 41 years old.

00:06:11.380 And she said this would never happen.

00:06:12.800 And she was the one that, at an Australia farm, abused as a child,

00:06:17.060 trafficked by Ron Eppinger.

00:06:18.780 She met Jelena at 16, worked at Mar-a-Lago.

00:06:21.360 She alleged Epstein and Maxwell groomed her for sexual servitude,

00:06:25.840 including to Prince Andrew, settling him with him in 2023.

00:06:29.900 She posted about hospital stays and a quad bike accident before death.

00:06:34.080 Mark Middleton, Clinton special assistant,

00:06:35.900 admitted Epstein to the White House seven times.

00:06:38.360 And Flo on the Lolita Express died by suicide, May 2022,

00:06:41.860 59 years old at Heifer Ranch, Paraville, Arkansas,

00:06:45.020 which we were just there a few days ago.

00:06:46.380 Shotgun on the chest?

00:06:47.040 In Arkansas, not at that specific place. 0.75

00:06:48.780 Shotgun on the chest.

00:06:49.760 Couldn't find the gun.

00:06:50.480 Tough to do.

00:06:50.900 Weird.

00:06:51.280 Jean-Luc Brunel, Epstein's modeling agent,

00:06:54.580 found hanged in his Paris prison cell on February 19, 2022,

00:06:59.640 after rape charges.

00:07:00.680 Jafrell alleged he used her as a sex slave. 1.00

00:07:02.800 And then Thomas Bowers, former Deutsche Bank executive,

00:07:06.580 hanged himself in Malibu in November 2019 at 55,

00:07:09.700 oversaw Epstein's accounts 2013 to 2018,

00:07:12.720 leading to Deutsche Bank's $150 million and $75 million settlement.

00:07:16.320 A spokesperson said,

00:07:17.660 we acknowledge our error of onboarding Epstein in 2013.

00:07:20.540 No direct evidence ties to Bowers,

00:07:22.360 Bowers to Epstein accounts.

00:07:23.620 So, listen, all I care about is that they're finally sitting there

00:07:27.800 asking these questions.

00:07:29.520 And if the audience sees everybody plead the fifth,

00:07:33.360 guess what that does?

00:07:34.680 That gets everybody saying, what are you hiding?

00:07:36.900 Why are you not answering?

00:07:38.040 What are you uncomfortable answering with?

00:07:39.560 I'd love to see Bill and Hillary Clinton plead the fifth the entire time. 0.98

00:07:42.860 Yeah.

00:07:43.300 Because everyone's going to play that.

00:07:44.820 Tom.

00:07:45.280 Well, you asked me why I thought Loretta Lynch and then Eric Holder.

00:07:48.460 I'll tell you why.

00:07:49.440 Because Eric Holder is Obama's guy.

00:07:51.660 He was his first AG.

00:07:52.760 He was the first African-American to be attorney general of these United States.

00:07:57.100 He was followed by Loretta Lynch,

00:07:58.540 who was the first female African-American to be AG.

00:08:01.980 And they were not seen to be kind of tied in to the whole Epstein thing and the flights.

00:08:08.540 They were Obama's people.

00:08:10.140 And Obama and Hillary still are chilly.

00:08:13.660 The most that Eric Holder did for Hillary that I saw

00:08:17.600 was when he just came out and said,

00:08:19.640 I'm endorsing Hillary Clinton.

00:08:20.820 I think she's the best person to,

00:08:22.800 I think he used the phrase,

00:08:24.280 preserve the Obama legacy.

00:08:26.480 So that's why I look at Lynch and Holder

00:08:29.280 as the ones here that I believe that the Clintons probably would fear the most.

00:08:34.020 Adam?

00:08:35.000 So the most important person by far is Jelaine Maxwell

00:08:38.680 when it comes to this Epstein thing.

00:08:40.340 We're going down this list, Bill and Hillary.

00:08:42.580 We're talking about Jeff Sessions, Bill Barr.

00:08:44.900 We're talking about Eric Holder.

00:08:46.060 All these names that have been in government and been sort of in the know or what's going on here.

00:08:51.500 Jelaine Maxwell knows everything.

00:08:54.000 And she is in jail for 20 years, whatever her sentence is. 0.95

00:08:58.520 And now there's a conversation about what does she know?

00:09:01.180 It's almost like there was a golf game.

00:09:04.160 And it's like, no, we need to do a mulligan.

00:09:06.160 What happened?

00:09:07.440 The scorecard was ripped up.

00:09:09.180 All these players mysteriously vanished.

00:09:11.400 Adam, out of this list, who's the most important?

00:09:13.900 Out of this list, it's Bill Clinton. 1.00

00:09:15.840 But Bill Clinton will not say shit. 0.99

00:09:18.860 Hillary Clinton will not say anything. 1.00

00:09:21.000 He's the former president of the United States.

00:09:23.720 When did he leave office?

00:09:25.000 25 years ago.

00:09:26.500 You think retroactively Bill Clinton is going to be held responsible for anything?

00:09:30.420 Zero.

00:09:31.120 The only person who's ever been attempted to be held responsible for anything is Donald Trump.

00:09:36.140 Why?

00:09:36.660 Because the entire system, the entire swamp was trying to get him.

00:09:40.680 And even then, it didn't work.

00:09:42.240 And by the inch of a bullet, he's still here alive.

00:09:46.340 But nothing is going to happen when these people go to court.

00:09:49.620 And, Pat, that's the point.

00:09:50.560 I get the business part.

00:09:52.140 I get the business and the progress is happening.

00:09:54.800 But is it really progress?

00:09:56.340 Because in business, I learned this a lot from you, accountability.

00:10:00.280 If you mess up, you have to pay the price.

00:10:04.260 All those names that you listed, can we just acknowledge these people, whatever you want

00:10:08.640 to call the people that are in control, how lazy are they with this whole suicide thing?

00:10:13.100 But, you know, I thought about why change gears?

00:10:15.680 It works.

00:10:16.360 Because we just keep seeing and we go suicide, suicide, suicide.

00:10:19.400 And we brush it off.

00:10:20.140 Because, Pat, at the end of the day, you know why nothing's going to happen?

00:10:22.220 And why I'm questioning why Trump and all of them are pushing this right now?

00:10:26.460 Can we step back?

00:10:27.880 Is Jeffrey Epstein the most important thing that happened to Trump?

00:10:31.320 Let's rewind.

00:10:32.340 Are we not going to do Russia? 0.54

00:10:33.720 All these people, I mean, the Hillary's in the bar. 1.00

00:10:36.340 It should be Russia gate first. 1.00

00:10:38.040 It should be COVID.

00:10:38.980 I know Fauci's got immunity.

00:10:42.780 But bring everybody else in about COVID.

00:10:44.880 That's important.

00:10:45.700 There's a reason why this right now is taking president.

00:10:48.920 And I know why.

00:10:50.360 Because Trump was mentioned.

00:10:52.320 Elon made the post-PBD.

00:10:53.660 Now we are where we are right now.

00:10:55.480 And all this confusion.

00:10:57.020 Because Elon started it.

00:10:58.220 You're saying now that you think Trump is tied to it?

00:11:01.800 Trump, in my opinion, Pat, with all the research.

00:11:04.360 Because, remember, I'm such a diehard Trump fan.

00:11:06.740 I had to change gears and go, okay, back up.

00:11:09.140 Think objectively.

00:11:10.720 They're mentioning his name.

00:11:11.860 Once Elon said it, and then all this, I'm going to release it.

00:11:14.640 No, I'm not.

00:11:15.240 Stop talking about it.

00:11:16.220 I don't need your support.

00:11:17.400 I think he's listed in there.

00:11:19.360 There's no list.

00:11:20.280 But he's mentioned.

00:11:21.520 Michael Wolff, like we talked about, PBD,

00:11:23.280 says there's a whole different side of this guy that you don't know.

00:11:25.420 And he has all this footage.

00:11:26.600 I'm just saying, is this the most important?

00:11:28.540 To me, it is.

00:11:29.060 Let me tell you why you're not going to get accountability.

00:11:31.120 And I'll be quick.

00:11:31.700 Because you actually have moral framework.

00:11:34.500 And you believe in things like justice and fairness and accountability.

00:11:38.340 That's not how it works in government.

00:11:40.040 Anytime that there's a big company that tries to get bail out.

00:11:42.480 Look at during COVID.

00:11:43.360 The airlines.

00:11:44.420 Look at the big banks.

00:11:45.720 Pat believes in capitalism.

00:11:46.920 Freedom to buy.

00:11:47.940 Freedom to sell.

00:11:49.400 Freedom to try.

00:11:50.200 Freedom to fail.

00:11:51.900 The big banks will not fail.

00:11:53.840 The airlines will not fail.

00:11:55.780 Big government will not fail.

00:11:57.760 No one will be held accountable.

00:11:59.180 I agree.

00:11:59.380 Because you don't allow them to fail.

00:12:01.280 I agree.

00:12:01.600 Once you put Bill Clinton or Hillary Clinton or Trump in jail, then there's accountability.

00:12:06.300 Until then, it's all just nonsense.

00:12:08.280 Well, listen.

00:12:09.100 It's a good point that's being made by both of you.

00:12:11.800 Here's what I will tell you.

00:12:13.260 When they tried to take down the mob that owned all the politicians, the Italian mob, for decades, it'll never happen. 0.81

00:12:22.380 It'll never happen.

00:12:23.240 It'll never happen.

00:12:24.560 J. Edgar Hoover protected all of them.

00:12:26.660 Said, there's no such thing.

00:12:27.720 It's not there.

00:12:28.360 Then all of a sudden, a couple lawyers behind closed doors, one of them, I believe, was from Rutgers University, found a way, a recall law to go and take them out with a young attorney named Rudy Giuliani.

00:12:38.820 And then all of a sudden, you saw 200 and something, you know, mobsters walking up with handcuffs.
