00:01:32.960 I don't know how much about your well-being.
00:01:35.520 But the bad part about the military is we got weaker.
00:01:38.040 Matter of fact, here's a recent article that came from Wall Street Journal stating in 2022,
00:01:42.280 the U.S. military had its toughest recruiting year since we were doing an all-volunteer military in 1973.
00:01:49.080 Here's the shortfall.
00:01:50.180 Army's goal for 2022 for recruiting was 65,000.
00:01:53.680 They fell short by 15,000 people.
00:01:56.140 That's 23%.
00:01:57.080 Navy's goal was 38,000.
00:01:58.640 They fell short by 10,000.
00:01:59.860 That's minus 26%.
00:02:01.200 Air Force was 27.
00:02:02.460 They fell short by 3,000, minus 11%.
00:02:04.720 Marines were the only ones that had a goal, and they hit it.
00:02:08.340 And when I share with you the data today, I'll give you one, and that's going to drive you crazy.
00:02:11.600 Did you know we spend the same amount of money to Ukraine already in the fight against Russia
00:02:16.540 as Russia's entire military budget was last year?
00:02:20.520 Wait till you see some of this data.
00:02:21.880 You're going to say, what the hell are we doing in America?
00:02:24.740 Let's get right into it.
00:02:32.460 I normally would say, if you get value out of this video, give it a thumbs up and subscribe to the channel.
00:02:38.340 I should probably say, if this thing pisses you off, give it a thumbs up and subscribe to the channel.
00:02:41.580 Well, let's get right into it.
00:02:42.500 Look, there's a lot of things going on right now.
00:02:44.440 So, well, because recruiting is down, it's because military has gone woke.
00:02:47.320 And then Kirby Milley and Blinken say, no, that's not the reason.
00:02:49.640 There's no real correlation between the two.
00:02:51.920 So, we said, listen, why don't we look at some of the numbers, see what we're kind of noticing that's going on within our military.
00:02:56.760 Because safety and security is very important to you, to I.
00:02:59.260 I got a family.
00:02:59.940 I'm sure you want to be safe as well.
00:03:00.980 So, let's see what's really going on here.
00:03:03.880 All right.
00:03:04.120 So, let's first take a look at how big our military is today versus in the past before.
00:03:07.640 If you look at this chart here, this goes from 50s till today.
00:03:10.600 Of course, we don't want to look at World War II because I think we had a high of 16 million total.
00:03:14.220 Obviously, some of it you were drafted.
00:03:15.540 You didn't have a choice.
00:03:16.220 But I'm looking at the era that is volunteer era and slightly prior to that.
00:03:20.160 If you look at this chart, in the 50s during Korean War, we had a little over 3 million soldiers in the military.
00:03:26.040 That's between 1950 to 53.
00:03:27.960 A little over 3 million.
00:03:28.740 Then, if you notice the 70s, we went back above 3 million again.
00:03:31.960 That's 3.5 million.
00:03:33.120 That's the war that was going on with Vietnam, 1955 to 75.
00:03:36.580 And then it dropped off.
00:03:37.720 And then we go into the 80s, 90s.
00:03:39.600 You're dealing with the Persian Gulf.
00:03:40.980 We had roughly 2 million people in the military.
00:03:43.300 And then today, we're the lowest we've ever been.
00:03:45.860 We're at roughly 1.35 million people in the Air Force, Marine Corps, Navy, and Army combined.
00:03:53.020 This is all active duty.
00:03:54.540 So, you may say, Pat, I don't know if that's a big, is that a big number compared to what?
00:03:57.420 Let's look at the competitors.
00:03:58.360 China.
00:03:59.000 China's got 2 million.
00:03:59.940 India's got 1.45 million.
00:04:01.940 We have 1.3 million.
00:04:03.700 North Korea's 1.2 million.
00:04:05.140 Russia's got 850,000.
00:04:06.620 It's Pakistan at 640.
00:04:08.000 Iran's got 575.
00:04:09.580 South Korea's got 555.
00:04:11.180 Vietnam's got 470.
00:04:12.520 And Egypt has 450.
00:04:13.780 And by the way, for some of you that want some fun fact type of thing, active and reserve, Vietnam's the most with around 5.5 million.
00:04:20.600 They're really concerned if another Hiroshima happens again, so they want to make sure they stay paranoid.
00:04:24.120 Now, let's look at some stats here.
00:04:25.680 Today, nearly 80% of all Army recruits have a family member who serve.
00:04:29.000 Meaning, if I join, maybe it's like, my dad served, I want to do the same.
00:04:32.180 My uncle served, I want to do the same.
00:04:33.620 At the same time, the Department of Defense said that 77% of American youth are disqualified from military due to a lack of physical fitness, low test scores, criminal records, including drug use, or other problems.
00:04:46.480 So, if you don't have that big of an inventory and they're not qualified, what do you have to do?
00:04:50.260 You either have to keep the standards, the waiters will say, well, why don't we just lower the standards to get more people that get in?
00:04:55.020 And then at the same time, in 2021, only 9% of young people ages 16 to 21 said they would ever consider joining the military.
00:05:02.760 Now, let's take a look at what's happened in America with different policy changes since 2011 to today.
00:05:06.740 2011, U.S. repealed the Don't Ask, Don't Tell policy prohibiting gay recruits from serving openly in the military.
00:05:13.380 2013, U.S. lifts ban on women serving in combat roles.
00:05:17.620 There's a big thing that happens in 2013 when they said women can't go into combat.
00:05:22.080 Wait till you see this data here.
00:05:23.440 According to the Center for a New American Security, CNAS, the number of women serving in combat occupations increased over 60% between 2013 to 2018.
00:05:34.360 But, what else increased?
00:05:35.840 Let me show you.
00:05:36.740 Sexual assault reports made to Department of Defense skyrocketed right after 2013.
00:05:42.420 When you look at this year, notice how from 2007 to 2012, it's flat.
00:05:47.080 2013, combat takes place.
00:05:49.560 Look at the reports all the way at the top in total reports.
00:05:52.240 From 3,604 reports to next year, 5,518.
00:05:57.140 And it's climbed all over 7,000, 8,000 today.
00:05:59.880 So, you may say, wait a minute.
00:06:00.860 So, what are you saying?
00:06:01.900 You know, that's okay?
00:06:03.240 I'm not saying it's okay.
00:06:04.020 All I'm saying is when you send thousands of men who are 18 to 25 years old with the testosterone level here, and the ratio for soldiers in active duty, not in combat, is for every five male active duty.
00:06:17.760 There's one female, so out of six, one is a female, five is a male, and in combat, the ratios are astronomically higher.
00:06:24.960 You're putting these men in a bad situation, but that's an excuse you're making for them.
00:06:30.140 I'm not telling them.
00:06:30.900 Don't put people in a bad situation to do something bad.
00:06:34.380 These numbers tell us it's not a good thing that is happening.
00:06:37.320 Again, bad policies have consequences.
00:06:39.960 This is showing this was a bad policy.
00:06:42.140 November 2017, this was the first time the Defense Health Agency approved payments for sex reassignment surgery for active duty U.S. military service members.
00:06:52.120 As a matter of fact, Pentagon spent $15 million between 2017 to 2021 treating 1,892 transgender troops, including $11.5 million for psychotherapy and $3.1 million for surgeries, according to the Defense Department data provided to military.com.
00:07:10.720 I want you to think about, in Russia, in China, in Iran, they're getting a report.
00:07:15.880 Did you know America spent $15 million for surgery?
00:07:19.860 Pentagon, $1,890.
00:07:21.680 What do you think the enemy's thinking?
00:07:23.140 Oh my God, we're going to go against transgenders.
00:07:25.660 We have to be very careful, because this is like a level above Navy SEAL.
00:07:29.160 Or do you think they're laughing, saying, what the hell happened to the most feared military in the world?
00:07:33.720 Is that really what the Pentagon?
00:07:35.540 Who the hell is running the Pentagon to prove numbers like this?
00:07:38.500 How would you look at it if the military said it?
00:07:40.840 By the way, you can talk about woke policies, maybe in business and other places, and sell it.
00:07:45.780 In a war, where your safety's on the line, this sounds ludicrous to me.
00:07:50.400 I don't know if it does to you as well.
00:07:52.080 So if you're my age, in your 40s, you're going to look at this one and say, what are these guys talking about here?
00:07:57.560 But today, remember, we're nicer today.
00:08:00.380 We're more pleasant today.
00:08:01.620 We do wusa today in the military, and we do yoga, because that's how we defend our country, by being peaceful.
00:08:11.500 And telling the enemy, hey, China, before you kill us, why don't we do yoga together so we can have more peace?
00:08:18.360 What do you think about that?
00:08:19.920 China's going to be like, you're out of your flip of mind, Mr. Enemy.
00:08:22.940 Boom.
00:08:23.880 We win.
00:08:24.920 2018.
00:08:25.520 Big policy change.
00:08:26.760 You ready?
00:08:27.280 Harassment prevention and response in the armed forces.
00:08:29.340 Policy created under direction of Defense Secretary Jim Mattis.
00:08:32.480 So in 2018, Jim Mattis came up with a policy.
00:08:35.400 The whole thing was around anti-bullying policies, which he came up with.
00:08:38.840 And they defined bullying as offensive jokes, epithets, ridicule or mockery, insults or put-downs, displays of offensive objects or imagery,
00:08:46.800 stereotyping, intimidating acts, veiled threats of violence, threatening or provoking remarks, slurs, derogatory remarks about a person's accent, displays of racially offensive symbols.
00:08:56.300 Sounds like the last dance with the Chicago Bulls when you play with Michael,
00:08:59.480 because sounds like all that stuff was Michael doing that when he was challenging his people.
00:09:02.780 And we call him the greatest of all time.
00:09:04.320 I understand some of these things may be harmful, hurtful, hurt someone's feelings, but you're defending a nation.
00:09:10.360 Maybe in third grade, I understand these things.
00:09:12.960 Maybe in fifth grade, maybe in a church, okay, you can't cross the line with this stuff, but you're being mentally toughened up to.
00:09:21.320 Imagine what the enemy is going to tell you.
00:09:23.480 If you can't take something from a peer, how are you going to, do you see the logic behind it?
00:09:29.080 Now, the next one I understand, discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation.
00:09:35.100 But even with that, do you want more women in war, in combat?
00:09:40.000 Then these are questions we have to be asking because it's not working.
00:09:43.540 And then sexual, unwanted sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, offensive comments or gestures of a sexual nature.
00:09:52.500 And then a couple other things they have here, obviously, hazing and retaliation.
00:09:55.580 I get the whole retaliation code red, you know, you can't handle the truth, totally get it.
00:09:59.320 Now, all that stuff is fine.
00:10:00.420 But let's see what this did.
00:10:01.940 What was the impact of this in different services that we have?
00:10:05.080 So now, what is the punishment if you do something like that?
00:10:07.140 Let me read you exactly what the punishment was for doing this.
00:10:09.640 Number one, a court-martial conviction for hazing can result in a maximum sentence of one year of confinement,
00:10:14.720 a dishonorable discharge, and forfeiture of all pay and allowances.
00:10:18.660 That's probably going to scare the crap of half the military leaders saying,
00:10:22.160 Whoa, I don't even want to deal with the second one.
00:10:25.240 A non-judicial punishment for hazing can result in a reprimand, loss of rank, extra duty,
00:10:30.700 restriction to quarters, or a combination of these punishments.
00:10:33.400 A victim of hazing can also file a civil lawsuit against the perpetrators.
00:10:37.480 Now, you and I may have a different opinion.
00:10:39.260 You may, some of you guys may say, Pat, what's wrong with that?
00:10:41.720 We should have that.
00:10:42.760 Totally fine.
00:10:43.320 Is it working?
00:10:44.980 And if we're mentally and emotionally preparing you, to do what?
00:10:49.100 To go shoot the last shot, and while you're shooting the free throw,
00:10:52.020 the player shouldn't say anything bad to you because it's going to hurt your feelings?
00:10:54.880 Okay, fine.
00:10:55.820 You want to put that in your little league?
00:10:57.060 Do it.
00:10:57.580 You think the enemy is going to go by the same guidelines?
00:11:00.500 You think the enemy is going to be like, I can't say bad words about you, you little shorty.
00:11:04.120 I can't say anything bad about you, you little fatty.
00:11:06.240 Or you think they're going to come at you and emotionally try to, like,
00:11:09.740 This is either going to work or it's not going to work, but just think about it from the enemy's standpoint.
00:11:14.600 The enemy is looking at the same.
00:11:15.920 What a bunch of mentally and emotionally weak people Americans have become.
00:11:20.580 This next one's pretty wild.
00:11:21.580 In 2020, Army replaces shark attack with team events called the Thunder Run.
00:11:25.320 Meaning, shark attack, if you don't know, they don't say go swim with sharks.
00:11:27.960 Shark attack in the military is when drill sergeants scream in the trainees' faces
00:11:30.720 as they stepped off the buses, ordering them to perform exercises using loaded duffel bags.
00:11:36.260 I clearly did this in 1997 when the drill sergeant was hitting me with his hat.
00:11:41.920 Go, hey, David, hey, private, get your duffel bag.
00:11:44.240 I remember that drill sergeants were charged with assessing the trainee's ability to handle stress,
00:11:48.420 single and not to perceive undesirables by enveloping them in a manner that emulated a shark attack.
00:11:53.120 So that's what they did before.
00:11:54.140 And by the way, they replaced that with Thunder Run, which is incredibly nice.
00:11:58.620 Okay, very nice.
00:11:59.580 Let me share it with you.
00:12:00.820 Team building exercises that aims to build trust in recruits are penalized
00:12:04.260 penalized with physical exercises instead of getting screamed at.
00:12:07.760 What a generous climate to prepare these young soldiers to protect our country
00:12:14.120 because the enemy is getting nicer.
00:12:16.240 We have to definitely consider getting nicer.
00:12:18.220 August 2021, the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan.
00:12:20.980 We left 80-plus billion dollars of equipment there.
00:12:23.120 It's not a big deal.
00:12:23.820 We can make that again and sell it again.
00:12:25.460 Just come back, guys.
00:12:26.480 Then in May 13, 2021, the woke recruiting cartoon, Emma with two mobs.
00:12:31.880 I don't know if you've seen that.
00:12:32.700 If you've not seen it, this is when they started saying,
00:12:34.940 we have to kind of inject woke in military.
00:12:37.240 Now it's in front of all of us.
00:12:38.700 We're seeing it.
00:12:39.360 October 2021, maybe emotional for some.
00:12:42.120 You ready?
00:12:43.340 Not a general patent.
00:12:44.580 Something better than patent.
00:12:45.840 A four-star transgeneral.
00:12:49.160 Imagine when the enemy hears about that.
00:12:51.940 Can you imagine?
00:12:52.560 She is like, guys, it's over.
00:12:54.340 We're shivering.
00:12:55.800 We're going to face a four-star transgeneral.
00:12:58.740 This person's going to have strategies better than Napoleon,
00:13:01.100 better than patent, better than all of these guys combined.
00:13:04.820 It's game over.
00:13:05.620 Let's just kind of surrender and say, you know what, U.S.?
00:13:07.380 You guys got it.
00:13:08.060 You win.
00:13:08.480 Next, November 2021, DOD mandates COVID vaccines for all service members.
00:13:12.660 By 2020, roughly 40,000 National Guard and 22,000 Reserve soldiers
00:13:16.240 who refused to take the vaccine have been cut off from military benefits,
00:13:20.560 according to the U.S. Army,
00:13:21.560 and more than 8,400 service members were discharged for refusing the shot.
00:13:26.380 April 2023.
00:13:27.640 You ready for this one?
00:13:28.420 Air Force will allow more body fat for recruits as service struggles to find new airmen.
00:13:33.300 Male recruits are now allowed to have up to 26% body fat.
00:13:37.600 It used to be 20%.
00:13:38.580 And women are allowed to be 36% body fat.
00:13:42.120 It used to be 28% body fat.
00:13:44.100 So let's talk about the problems.
00:13:45.140 Why is only 9% of kids 16 to 21 thinking about joining the military?
00:13:48.500 Do they love their country?
00:13:49.940 Do they have pride in America?
00:13:51.640 Let me share with you some statistics here.
00:13:53.100 Here's Americans on being proud to live in the United States in 2022 by generations.
00:13:59.560 Baby boomers.
00:14:00.620 73% of boomers are proud to be Americans.
00:14:03.240 Gen X, my generation, 54% are proud.
00:14:06.700 Millennials, 36% are proud.
00:14:08.660 But Gen Z, only 16% of them are proud to be Americans.
00:14:13.340 By the way, who does Gen Z spend a lot of time around?
00:14:16.140 Schools.
00:14:16.800 Oh, what are you saying, Pat?
00:14:18.200 Yeah, they're in high school.
00:14:19.360 They're in middle school.
00:14:20.600 They're in junior high school.
00:14:21.620 Are you saying teachers are not proud to be Americans?
00:14:23.980 Why else would they not be proud to be Americans?
00:14:26.180 They spend more time around teachers than they do around their parents.
00:14:29.020 Who else would inject not being proud of being an American?
00:14:32.080 Mom and dad?
00:14:32.600 Mom and dad are working from 8 to 6 o'clock in the afternoon.
00:14:35.300 You know, evening, 5 o'clock.
00:14:36.360 And then they come home and they're watching TV.
00:14:37.580 But they're around teachers all day long saying,
00:14:39.640 Well, America's not what it used to be.
00:14:40.980 America's capitalist, America's rich people.
00:14:43.080 Man, I hate America.
00:14:44.560 America sucks.
00:14:45.720 That's why we have these numbers.
00:14:46.700 By the way, in China, are you ready?
00:14:47.860 2023, Global Public Opinion Index showed 80% of respondents are honored to be Chinese
00:14:54.340 and 85% often proud of the country's achievement.
00:14:57.980 Russia, 67% to 83% are proud.
00:15:01.020 Iran, 67% proud.
00:15:03.660 U.S. Gen Z, 16% proud.
00:15:06.340 Let me show you this other charge by Statista.
00:15:08.320 Take a look at this here.
00:15:09.180 The red says extremely proud, very proud.
00:15:12.240 And the blue is just extremely proud, okay?
00:15:14.680 It used to be 90% in the early 2000s.
00:15:18.360 We're at 65%.
00:15:20.040 And the blue used to be in the 70% in the early 2000s.
00:15:24.340 We're at the lowest we've ever been.
00:15:25.960 38% is how proud we are to be American.
00:15:29.500 Interesting.
00:15:30.360 Greatest country in the world.
00:15:31.920 Creates tens of millions of jobs worldwide.
00:15:34.540 Has done so much good for society.
00:15:37.740 But we're not proud to be Americans.
00:15:39.720 Why would anybody join the military that they're not proud of their country?
00:15:43.920 And who are they spending time with?
00:15:45.140 School teachers who are also not proud.
00:15:47.560 Not all of them.
00:15:48.500 Not all of them.
00:15:49.280 But this ratio only tells us someone's got influence over them.
00:15:52.680 I'm saying teachers have major influence over this issue here.
00:15:54.880 So this whole thing about woke, why would the military go woke, right?
00:15:57.780 You would say, I understand why Anheuser-Busch would go woke.
00:16:00.960 I understand why Disney, why Netflix, stock market, billion-dollar companies, you know,
00:16:05.060 S&P 500, you know, BlackRock and these guys can get a hold of them, right?
00:16:08.480 I totally get that.
00:16:09.160 But military?
00:16:09.820 Come on, Pat.
00:16:10.320 What are you talking about?
00:16:11.340 Well, here's some data you need to know about of what's happened.
00:16:14.280 Since 2001 till today, Pentagon has spent $15 trillion.
00:16:19.800 Let me say that one more time, $15 trillion of which 54%, that's $8 trillion, went to private
00:16:28.200 sector companies, private sector companies report on our held accountable to who?
00:16:34.740 ESG numbers, aren't they?
00:16:36.440 Oh, shoot, you're kidding me.
00:16:39.660 No.
00:16:40.180 Oh, let me go a little deeper for you if you're lacking this stuff.
00:16:42.140 According to DOD today, 71% of the U.S. military budget goes to private defense contractors.
00:16:49.160 Let me give you some of these numbers here.
00:16:50.380 You ready?
00:16:51.020 Number one, Lockheed Martin, $39.2 billion.
00:16:53.200 Number two, Boeing, $23.6 billion.
00:16:55.000 Number three, Raytheon.
00:16:56.080 Then General Dynamics.
00:16:57.080 Then Northrop Grumman.
00:16:57.980 Look who number six is.
00:16:59.060 How the hell is Pfizer on this list?
00:17:01.060 $13.3 billion for what?
00:17:03.480 Pfizer's even making money off the military for the vaccine?
00:17:06.400 Then you got L3 Harris Technologies.
00:17:08.580 Then it's Humana.
00:17:09.580 Then you got Huntington Ingalls.
00:17:11.280 And then number 10 is Moderna.
00:17:12.700 Got $7 billion?
00:17:14.340 From who?
00:17:15.240 Are you serious?
00:17:16.400 Yes.
00:17:17.240 Who controls that?
00:17:18.040 The same ESG folks.
00:17:19.300 And by the way, you want to look at lobbies where they rank?
00:17:21.220 How much money they're spending on this?
00:17:22.700 Let me just give you the leader's bulletin on lobbies on what these guys are doing.
00:17:25.380 And FYI, you know how typically it's always been, well, you know, Republicans are all about
00:17:28.860 the war and that we can buy Republican senators and Republican congressmen and Republican this.
00:17:33.460 But Democrats, you know, Democrats, they're typically bought by Pfizer and Big Pharma.
00:17:37.940 But Republicans are the military people that are buying with these big military contractors.
00:17:41.380 Today, both Republicans and Democrats are for war.
00:17:44.620 Take a look at this data here.
00:17:45.540 So by the way, here's an overview from 2015 to 22 of defense aerospace lobbying.
00:17:50.140 And it shows the companies, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, United Technologies,
00:17:54.580 Electro Impact, then how much money they gave to Dems versus Republicans.
00:17:58.420 Do you see that?
00:17:58.980 So at the top, 2015-16, Lockheed was 1.5 to Democrats, 2.2 Republicans.
00:18:03.780 1.6, 1.6, 1.3, 1.8.
00:18:05.800 If you notice, Republicans were getting more money.
00:18:07.960 Even in 2017 and 2018, Republicans were getting more money than Dems.
00:18:11.600 In 2019-2020, still Republicans were getting more money on the Lockheed Martin side.
00:18:16.020 But watch who flips.
00:18:17.080 Northrop Grumman gave more money to Dems than he gave to Republicans.
00:18:22.060 And then at the bottom, if you look at Lockheed Martin, 21-22, more to Democrats.
00:18:26.480 Northrop Grumman, more to Democrats than the smaller ones.
00:18:29.060 They're about even to each other.
00:18:30.080 But Democrats are not getting more money from Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman than Republicans are.
00:18:35.260 We've always been told, Pat, Democrats are not for war.
00:18:38.700 Well, not according to the money that's being given to the Dems today.
00:18:42.320 Maybe parties have changed a little bit.
00:18:44.880 Let's talk about solution.
00:18:45.900 Remember earlier I said, you know, if this thing pisses you off, give it a thumbs up and subscribe to the channel.
00:18:49.260 Are you pissed off yet?
00:18:50.080 Well, let me give you the solution, right?
00:18:51.500 So for me, here's where the buck stops, where the problem is.
00:18:55.000 What happens?
00:18:55.760 Have you ever had a job when you went to orientation?
00:18:58.280 Or have you gone to college when you go to an orientation?
00:19:00.740 Or have you ever played for a sports team and you've gone to orientation?
00:19:03.580 Or joined a church and you go to orientation 101?
00:19:06.540 What do they sell you?
00:19:07.480 They sell you the company.
00:19:09.240 Well, you know, let me tell you, Xerox was first founded.
00:19:11.580 The company's in was Halloyed.
00:19:12.640 And the founder was this and da-da-da-da.
00:19:14.160 And our pride in the company is this.
00:19:15.700 Or you work at Apple.
00:19:16.700 Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak had an idea back in 1976 when they noticed Bill Gates was doing this.
00:19:21.380 And they said, they're going to build a computer, the PC, personal computer.
00:19:24.620 Oh, wow, what a great history.
00:19:26.240 And Notre Dame is known for it before.
00:19:28.120 Lou Holtz and da-da-da-da.
00:19:29.080 The New York Yankees, George Steinbrenner and Babe Ruth and da-da-da-da.
00:19:32.080 Man, I'm so proud to be a Yankee.
00:19:33.700 Every school year should start with every teacher in every class for the entire week selling America on why it's the greatest country in the world.
00:19:45.760 Every kid in orientation first week needs to be sold on the greatness of America, the positive impact it's had in the world where you and I, whatever religion we are, whatever color we are, whatever part of the world we are, we can coexist.
00:20:01.680 You like the Red Sox?
00:20:02.760 I like the Yankees.
00:20:03.840 You like the Lakers?
00:20:04.800 I like the Clippers.
00:20:05.600 You're a Muslim?
00:20:06.360 I'm a Christian.
00:20:06.920 You're an atheist?
00:20:07.640 I'm a Scientologist.
00:20:08.380 It doesn't matter.
00:20:09.320 We can coexist because this is the greatest country in the world where 40 million immigrants are here.
00:20:14.880 They can go to any other country in the world.
00:20:16.920 They can go to China.
00:20:17.800 They can go to India.
00:20:18.640 They can go to Russia.
00:20:19.520 They can go to Iran.
00:20:20.360 They can go to Colombia.
00:20:21.260 They can go to Cuba.
00:20:22.140 They can go to Venezuela.
00:20:23.120 They can go to Germany, but they chose America.
00:20:24.900 Why did you choose America?
00:20:26.080 It's on an island of its own.
00:20:27.320 You got to fly from China to come.
00:20:29.060 You got to fly from Middle East to come.
00:20:30.540 You got to fly from Europe to come here.
00:20:32.140 Why are you coming here?
00:20:33.080 Why don't you go through the surrounding countries because this is the greatest country in the world, and we have to be proud.
00:20:40.480 When I joined the Army, I'll never forget.
00:20:42.840 I'm in Fort Jackson, South Carolina.
00:20:45.380 I joined April 15th of 1997.
00:20:47.820 Memorial Day came.
00:20:48.920 I'm in formation looking at grown men and women, E-8s, Sergeant Majors, First Sergeant E-8s, Captains, Colonels, Generals, Tears, and we're looking at them proud to be an American.
00:21:00.160 They sold you on the greatness of this country, and you have to be proud about it.
00:21:05.220 If we do that, kids are going to say, I love America.
00:21:08.240 I love America.
00:21:09.160 I love America.
00:21:10.080 Prom star said when we took out the Pledge of Allegiance, last month was June.
00:21:13.320 You know what we do in America in June?
00:21:14.760 Pride Month.
00:21:15.440 What do you see everywhere?
00:21:16.420 You see the rainbow flag everywhere for an entire month.
00:21:20.020 We dedicate to a small community an entire month, but the majority of Americans get one day, and that's 4th of July.
00:21:27.980 What?
00:21:28.300 No, Pride Month to celebrate maybe a community, maybe a day, maybe a half a day.
00:21:36.160 Proud to be an American?
00:21:37.380 Every day.
00:21:38.100 Every day.
00:21:38.920 You and I need to be proud to be Americans.
00:21:40.420 Not one day.
00:21:41.140 Every day.
00:21:41.840 We need to sell our story to the kids early on.
00:21:44.440 I definitely don't think we're doing that.
00:21:45.800 My second concern is, I don't know how we do this, but companies that are able to leverage the military to make a lot of money,
00:21:51.620 and they get the government contracts north of Grumman, Raytheon, all this stuff, they have to be either excluded from ESG guidelines,
00:21:57.120 because then that officially means that BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street are running the military.
00:22:02.360 Who the hell are you to be?
00:22:03.420 You officially are more powerful than a commander-in-chief?
00:22:05.640 What are we talking about here?
00:22:06.620 No.
00:22:07.040 Stay out of this business.
00:22:08.100 This is none of your business, okay?
00:22:10.420 We're trying to protect the average American's house and make sure we keep their freedoms.
00:22:14.800 ESG has no place in the military.
00:22:17.660 Zero place in the military.
00:22:19.820 We have to keep that outside of the military.
00:22:22.640 You go screw up as many Fortune 500 companies you want to do, okay, because long-term, everyone's going to realize your philosophies don't work, okay?
00:22:29.660 Even Larry Fink recently said ESG has been weaponized.
00:22:32.580 We have to change the word to something else.
00:22:34.220 ESG's not been weaponized.
00:22:35.300 You've weaponized ESG against the American people, not the American people and the critics using the word ESG as a way to weaponize against you.
00:22:43.540 Who the hell are you, an $11 trillion company, to tell American people we're weaponizing against you?
00:22:48.360 You're doing it to the American people, and they're sick of it.
00:22:50.640 Simple.
00:22:51.340 Military, there is no place in ESG in the military.
00:22:54.320 Next one, as a financial advisor, I've been a financial advisor since the day before 9-11.
00:22:59.120 I got my Series 7 in November of 2001, and so I've been sitting with clients.
00:23:02.640 So you have to look at our balance sheet, families' numbers, what they're looking at, what are you spending, what's coming in, income, outflow, all that stuff.
00:23:08.720 So U.S. is spending, last year, $801 billion in the military.
00:23:13.180 Number two is China, $293 billion.
00:23:14.880 Then it's India, $76 billion.
00:23:16.820 Less than a tenth of what U.S. spends.
00:23:19.040 U.K., $68 billion.
00:23:20.420 Russia, $65.9 billion.
00:23:21.980 Annual, Russia, $65.9 billion.
00:23:23.760 We send $66 billion to Ukraine, while Russia's annual is $60 billion.
00:23:29.380 Do you track?
00:23:30.340 And this is like weird stuff, right?
00:23:31.920 France, $55.6 billion.
00:23:33.500 Germany, around the same.
00:23:35.080 Saudi, $56.
00:23:36.280 Around the same.
00:23:36.900 Japan, $54.
00:23:38.000 South Korea, $50.
00:23:39.260 What the hell are we doing with this $801 billion?
00:23:41.620 Where's this money going to?
00:23:42.520 Where's the accountability with this?
00:23:43.660 Guys, I'm a pro-military guy.
00:23:45.040 I'm a pro-Second Amendment guy.
00:23:46.480 But what are we doing with this $801 billion?
00:23:49.860 I think we need to kind of audit it and see where the money's being spent.
00:23:52.880 Where's it going to?
00:23:54.220 Where's the investments we're making?
00:23:56.540 Is it wise investments we're making?
00:23:57.960 Why do we use the U.S. dollars to make money for these other companies, 71%?
00:24:01.860 It's a little bit concerning.
00:24:02.760 And last but not least, whether you're a Democrat or a Republican,
00:24:05.300 if I read structure on what the Kennedy's family stood for, Bush's family stood for,
00:24:09.900 you like one, you don't like the other, I don't care.
00:24:11.520 I'm just telling you what these families built from the top.
00:24:13.660 The idea was that there's four ways to give back to your country.
00:24:17.320 Number one is through military.
00:24:19.220 Number two is through public service, politics, whatever you want to get into.
00:24:23.580 Number three is through church.
00:24:25.560 And number four is through charity.
00:24:27.540 Go, you know, participate and get involved in a nonprofit organization.
00:24:30.840 This is something where we have to contribute to what this great nation has done for us.
00:24:36.240 This place was here way before you and I got here.
00:24:38.640 Unless if you're 250 years old and you're not.
00:24:41.000 These 56 men build it and we are the recipients, the beneficiaries of these incredible policies
00:24:46.940 and this constitution and the Bill of Rights.
00:24:49.500 We are the recipients of these 56 men who were anti-establishment men against Britain,
00:24:57.940 where they said, no, we want to be free.
00:25:00.380 We want our people to be free.
00:25:01.860 So we went from having 56 men who were anti-establishment,
00:25:05.720 wanting to fight for the freedom of you and I,
00:25:07.780 to now going back and becoming exactly what we,
00:25:10.600 do you understand what's going on here?
00:25:12.020 It's kind of weird, right?
00:25:12.900 So if you love America as much as I do,
00:25:15.400 this is when we got to be a little bit vocal and sell America to everybody around us.
00:25:19.120 Tonight, after you watch this video, sell it to your brother, to your sister,
00:25:21.780 to your husband, to your wife, to your co-workers.
00:25:23.800 Just go tell them why you love America so much.
00:25:25.220 Actually start that tradition.
00:25:26.380 Make a video today.
00:25:27.440 Post it on Instagram.
00:25:28.360 Post it on Twitter.
00:25:29.260 Tag me.
00:25:29.680 Here's why I love America.
00:25:30.920 And let's start this tradition going of telling everybody,
00:25:32.920 even if 22 people see it, even if 600 people see it, who cares?
00:25:36.060 Let's tell our story.
00:25:37.420 It's this simple.
00:25:38.360 My name is Patrick David.
00:25:40.080 Let me tell you why I love America.
00:25:42.020 And post it.
00:25:44.000 See if we can create a movement of why I love America hashtag.
00:25:48.940 And get other people to say, wait a minute.
00:25:50.620 You're wrong.
00:25:51.700 But America sucks.
00:25:52.880 But America this.
00:25:53.620 And we keep saying, here's why I love America.
00:25:56.200 Here's why I love America.
00:25:57.740 Here's what I love America.
00:25:59.040 And that here's why I love America starts with your family, in your house,
00:26:03.640 with your kids, with your parents, with your siblings, and with your friends.
00:26:07.440 I know earlier I said, if you're pissed off, give it a thumbs up and subscribe to the channel.
00:26:10.360 But if you're inspired right now, give it a thumbs up, subscribe to the channel.
00:26:13.380 I've got another video I want you to watch.
00:26:14.720 The Rise of Weak Men in America.
00:26:17.480 If you've never seen it, click here to watch it.
00:26:19.300 Take care, everybody.
00:26:20.000 Bye-bye, bye-bye.
