00:02:27.880 Israel and Lebanon have been having a dispute over water rights where there are significant natural gas reserves.
00:02:34.740 And Israel has been demanding for years that it deserves a percentage of it.
00:02:40.220 What Biden just did is strong armed our friend and ally Israel to give 100 percent of the rights to that natural gas to Lebanon and to Hezbollah, to give it to terrorists.

00:02:55.840 And it is disgraceful that that Biden is strong arming Israel to undermine its own security, its own energy security, its own national security to flood cash to terrorists who will then use that cash to build rockets to murder Israelis.

00:03:15.980 He says, I went to Saudi Arabia, but it wasn't for oil.
00:03:19.220 I'm reminded of two letters, the first of which is B, the second of which is S.

00:03:32.700 But how did lightning not strike him when he said that?
00:03:38.320 He went there to grovel on oil prices.
00:03:42.620 And the stunning thing is what has happened subsequently, which is the Saudis put out a formal statement.
00:03:48.720 And this was amazing, by the way, because I think what it says is not only was Saudi Arabia not willing to quid pro quo and play games, they wanted to stick it to him and show the rest of the world, I think, really how weak America is.

00:04:05.480 I always root for America on national defense and foreign policy to be strong.
00:04:09.840 And what they're doing is literally mocking us and saying your presence is a liar in the process of putting this letter out.
00:04:16.180 Well, and let me hit this point, but then I want to step back and give a little bit of a foreign policy framework for how we should be thinking about this.

00:04:23.540 But let me just read from Saudi Arabia's official.
00:04:27.460 I'm holding like this is, you know, the government of Saudi Arabia on letterhead.
00:04:32.240 It's not a classified document, everybody, just so you know.

00:04:35.640 I did get it from Hillary Clinton's email server.
00:04:38.120 There you go.
00:04:38.220 But all right.
00:04:39.460 So here is one portion there.
00:04:42.220 It says, the government of the kingdom clarified through its continuous communication with the U.S. administration that all economic analysis indicate that postponing the OPEC plus decision for a month, according to what has been suggested, would have had negative economic consequences.
00:05:04.220 Now, what does that mean?
00:05:06.880 Number one, it meant Biden was there begging for them to try to keep oil prices low.
00:05:12.900 But number two, what is really damning?
00:05:15.440 He wasn't there advocating on behalf of U.S.
00:05:17.660 He said, hey, you know, mom is hurting right now when she takes the kids to school and fills up her minivan.
00:05:23.960 Hey, working Americans are getting killed when they're paying 100, 150 bucks to fill up their truck.
00:05:28.720 He didn't care about that at all.
00:05:30.260 He said, can I have one month?
00:05:32.000 Can I have?
00:05:32.720 Well, let me pick a date till November 8th.
00:05:35.700 The thing to understand, Joe Biden and every Democrat in Congress, they want your gasoline prices not as high as they are now.
00:05:43.380 They want them much, much higher.
00:05:46.160 And what he was there was begging for a campaign contribution.
00:05:50.060 Let's be clear what that was.
00:05:51.380 And the biggest one you can get your hands on.
00:05:52.980 Literally billions of dollars.
00:05:55.020 People winning and losing, the Democrats, he's over there saying, I need you to help me have something good on Election Day where at least we maybe hold the Senate or the House because he knows this is the last card he's got to play.

00:06:09.100 So he wants to deceive the American people.
00:06:11.660 And the thing to understand, let me take it at a couple of a couple of different levels.
00:06:15.720 Number one, Joe Biden, when he was campaigning for president, he repeatedly promised that he was going to shut down U.S. oil and gas production, shut down drilling on federal lands onshore, shut down drilling on federal lands offshore.
00:06:28.360 And he's followed through with that.
00:06:30.700 So, you know, when Joe Biden was sworn in as president, the average price of gasoline was $2.09 a gallon.
00:06:37.660 It spiked all the way up to $4.48 a gallon, more than doubling.
00:06:41.780 It's now dropped slightly.
00:06:43.180 The current average today is $3.91 a gallon.
00:06:46.780 Now, if you look at what happened between 2008 and where we are now, the first day in office, January 20th, Biden shuts down the Keystone Pipeline.
00:06:58.800 Then on January 27th, seven days later, Biden halts new oil and gas leases on federal land.
00:07:06.320 Then on February 19th, Biden rejoins the Paris Climate Agreement.
00:07:10.600 And by the way, if you can see the chart here, you can see gas prices are going up at each decision.
00:07:20.080 May 7th, Biden takes 30 percent of land and makes it off-limit to oil and gas.
00:07:27.000 30 percent of federal land, boom, gone, no longer in the market.
00:07:30.300 Then on June 1, 2021, Biden halts drilling in Anwar, the incredibly petroleum-rich section of Alaska.
00:07:39.760 Then on June 30th, Congress reverses Trump's natural gas regulations, which made it easier to drill for natural gas.
00:07:48.480 Then on October 7th, you can see the price keeps going up.
00:07:51.920 And it's still going up the entire time.
00:07:53.120 Every American's been filling this in the pump the entire time.
00:07:56.040 October 7th, Biden reverses Trump's NEPA regulations, which again made it easier to explore.
00:08:01.980 On October 29th, the Interior begins imposing as a regulation the, quote,
00:08:07.480 social cost of carbon to make it more expensive for Americans to drill for oil and gas.
00:08:12.820 Then on November 15th, Biden issues a moratorium on oil drilling in Chaco Canyon.
00:08:21.020 Then on February 25th is when Russia invades Ukraine.
00:08:24.600 Now, if you happen to be watching, you can see from here to here,
00:08:28.160 that entire increase was from the Biden regulatory policies.
00:08:34.020 Now, to be sure, when Russia invaded Ukraine, gas prices went up some more.
00:08:39.240 But it had gone up the vast bulk of that before that.
00:08:41.940 Russia invades Ukraine.
00:08:43.360 But then what happens?
00:08:46.480 On March 1st, Biden begins releasing oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve.
00:08:51.920 On March 21st, the SEC, the Securities and Exchange Commission,
00:08:58.560 proposes an anti-oil rule to cut off equity financing for oil expiration.
00:09:05.060 On May 12th of 2022, Biden cancels yet more lease sales.
00:09:09.980 The effect of all of this, there are literally over 20 regulatory decisions they put in place
00:09:15.800 designed to drive the cost of gasoline higher.
00:09:19.000 And mark my words, if Joe Biden and Schumer and Pelosi get their way,
00:09:23.600 gasoline is not going to be $4 a gallon.
00:09:25.880 It's not going to be $5 or $6 or $7 as it is in California.
00:09:29.240 It is going to be $10, and then it's going to be $12, and then it's going to be $20.
00:09:32.860 I've got to go back in history, and you'll remember this,
00:09:36.340 and I think people need to understand.
00:09:38.020 When he was the vice president, Barack Obama and his energy leaders in his administration said,
00:09:43.940 quote, we need to get oil prices, gas prices in America, the same levels they are in Europe,
00:09:49.700 to force people into green and alternative energy, electric cars, solar, the list goes on and on.
00:09:57.500 And when they said that back when Obama was president, that would have put American gas at $5 plus a gallon.
00:10:03.780 My point being, that was years ago now, a decade ago when this was said,
00:10:08.260 and that was their policy, because they sell by the leader over in Europe, not by the gallon.
00:10:13.140 And if you did the math then, it was like $5.80 to $6 a gallon in Europe when they said that statement.
00:10:18.640 That means what you're saying now is spot on.
00:10:20.880 They want $8, $9, $10 a gallon gas.

00:10:27.100 If you think it's bad now, it's going to be really bad,
00:10:29.880 because number one, they're shutting down the extra millions of barrels up from the strategic oil reserves

00:10:40.840 What does this look like for the average American?
00:10:43.140 You understand this stuff better than anybody, especially when it comes to our strategic oil reserves,
00:10:47.380 because we're going to have to actually now go on the marketplace and buy stuff.
00:10:50.600 Yeah, so let me give you some amazing stats.
00:10:52.580 So we have strategic petroleum reserves, and that's oil, not gasoline, oil that we keep underground.
00:10:57.900 And it's designed if we go to war, if we're in a crisis and suddenly our energy is cut off,
00:11:03.160 we don't want the American economy to shut down.
00:11:05.040 And that's why Congress funded it and why we have it, so that America has this reservoir.
00:11:12.000 When Biden was sworn into office, the Strategic Petroleum Reserve was 638,085 barrels of oil.
00:11:20.780 So that's a lot of oil, 638 million.
00:11:22.940 Today, you know what it is?
00:11:25.080 What is it now?
00:11:25.760 416 million barrels of oil as of September 30th.
00:11:31.880 He has depleted the supply by 35 percent.
00:11:36.780 Now, let me tell you something else amazing.

00:11:39.000 When Trump was president, remember, oil prices cratered.

00:11:43.960 Trump proposed, hey, this is a great opportunity.
00:11:46.280 Let's fill the Strategic Petroleum Reserve with oil prices that are incredibly low.

00:11:52.540 Democrats in Congress blocked it.
00:11:54.120 They said, no, no, no, no.
00:11:55.120 Do not buy oil cheap for the United States of America.
00:11:57.740 We don't want it.
00:11:58.400 And they blocked it.
00:11:59.260 Chuck Schumer blocked it and filibustered it.
00:12:03.000 Biden, as part of this deal with Saudi Arabia, here's what he told Saudi Arabia.
00:12:07.020 Hey, if you produce a bunch of oil between now and Election Day for one month,
00:12:12.660 I will promise that if oil hits $75 a barrel, we'll fill the Spro with it.
00:12:18.480 In other words, he cut a deal.
00:12:20.060 Well, I'm going to go raid the U.S. taxpayers to pay the Saudis a crap ton of money in order
00:12:25.160 to try to buy political deception.
00:12:28.420 The thing to understand, listen, the reason Biden and Schumer and every Democrat in Congress
00:12:33.820 wants high gasoline prices is they think the American consumers are morons.

00:15:18.160 The main countries that fall into that are Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Pakistan.
00:15:24.540 Now, those three countries, all of them are allies.
00:15:28.680 We want to be friends with them.
00:15:30.160 It's important to be friends with them.
00:15:31.480 There are geopolitical reasons, economic reasons to be friends with them.
00:15:34.480 But they've got real challenges.
00:15:36.320 Their leadership is problematic.
00:15:37.740 Their human rights records are problematic.
00:15:39.520 They do things to undermine U.S. interest.
00:15:42.000 And so they're allies with significant issues.
00:15:45.260 Now, the Saudis, you've got to understand what Biden has done.

00:15:57.220 Because they love Iran.

00:16:00.240 Biden's top foreign policy objective is to cut a nuclear deal with Iran.

00:16:08.220 And so, look, I think we want to be friends and allies with the Saudis, principally because
00:16:12.800 Saudi Arabia is a major countercheck to Iran.
00:16:16.580 And Iran is led by an Ayatollah who wants to murder us.
00:16:19.700 And so I want Saudi Arabia strong.
00:16:20.920 That's the one thing they're consistent on.

00:16:24.340 And it bothered me when I saw this letter come out from the Saudis.

00:16:57.220 When the commander in chief is weak, it's bad for America.

00:17:08.300 And ideologically, what this White House has decided to do, literally, so foreign policy,

00:17:17.620 They view it as a projection of domestic policy.
00:17:20.460 So they divide countries into red countries and blue countries.

00:17:23.940 And red countries are every country that was friends with us when Trump was president.
00:17:27.480 And blue countries are every country that was enemies of us.
00:17:30.800 So they view as red countries Israel.
00:17:32.780 So they screw Israel every chance they get the United Kingdom.
00:17:35.860 So they screw the UK every chance they get Guatemala, Colombia, which used to have a pro

00:17:44.600 They went in and undermined it and ended up electing a leftist anti-American former terrorist
00:17:50.400 to be the new leader of Colombia, India, the largest democracy on earth, pivoting very directly
00:17:57.820 to the United States, enormously good for our interest.

00:18:05.020 Like every country we want to be leaning towards us, they're trying to drive away.

00:18:11.780 And so they, Biden on the campaign trail promise said, I'm going to make Saudi Arabia a pariah.
00:18:17.880 He flew to Saudi Arabia, groveled, groveled before the leadership, but also insulted them
00:18:23.720 and ridiculed them to their face.
00:18:26.060 It's not surprising that when you go and you treat people like crap.
00:18:32.140 This is what you get.

00:18:34.400 And the flip side, you look at our enemies, you look at countries like Iran and North Korea
00:18:38.840 and Venezuela and Cuba, Biden bends over backwards to give them billions of dollars.
00:18:45.100 Now, let me give you a different story about Saudi Arabia.
00:18:48.880 Trump is president.
00:18:50.520 The economy is booming.
00:18:52.420 But then we hit COVID, global demand drops.
00:18:57.420 And you may remember oil prices plummeted.

00:19:00.880 In fact, they fell negative at one point.
00:19:02.660 Something we may never see in the rest of our lifetime.
00:19:04.520 You couldn't give away oil during that moment in time.
00:19:06.980 It was the weirdest thing I've ever seen.
00:19:08.140 So at that time, the Saudis joined with Russia and they decided to flood the world market with
00:19:13.620 oil to drive prices crushingly low.
00:19:17.340 So I joined with 10 other senators in condemning the Saudis.
00:19:21.320 And I actually got on the phone with a Saudi foreign minister and the Saudi ambassador and
00:19:26.140 chewed them out.
00:19:28.160 And the 11 of us were all pro-oil and gas senators who are big believers in American energy independence.
00:19:34.840 And look, the problem with what they were doing, why were they flooding the market?
00:19:38.280 Because they wanted to bankrupt every American producer.
00:19:40.660 They wanted to put America out of the business of oil and gas so they could corner the market
00:19:44.700 and be the only producers left.
00:19:45.880 And so people understand, in America, there's a certain price, if you drop below, that you
00:19:50.760 start basically losing money.
00:19:52.340 And then if you go even lower than that, you start shutting down production in America.
00:19:56.780 And then when you start shutting down, it costs millions even to go back online and
00:20:01.940 to start reproducing.
00:20:03.340 And that's what OPEC was doing at the time that you're mentioning, is they basically said,
00:20:06.220 OK, we don't like this American energy independence policy of Donald Trump.
00:20:10.660 We sure as hell don't like the fact that we're making less money because they're producing
00:20:14.020 and now we're, you know, we're competing.
00:20:16.280 So if we flood the market, they'll start losing money.
00:20:20.520 They'll shut down their production.
00:20:21.880 They'll shut down everything, the domestic production in America.
00:20:25.040 And then we'll eventually win.
00:20:26.700 That's why you were yelling at them.

00:20:28.420 And the way the economics work, if oil prices are between, say, $50 and $60 a barrel, or maybe
00:20:36.420 $50 and $65 a barrel, U.S. producers with the technology we have can produce, can be profitable.
00:20:43.040 And that's what produces $2 a gallon gasoline.

00:20:46.380 Is at that level.
00:20:48.060 Everything's great in the world.
00:20:49.320 It's America is the world's energy superpower when oil is $50, $60, $65 a barrel.
00:20:55.600 What the Saudis and Russians saw is when demand was plummeting, they wanted to crash the market
00:21:00.720 to make everyone go bankrupt so they'd be the only ones left in the market.
00:21:05.020 And I got to tell you, I got on the phone and lit them up and I said, look, we have been
00:21:09.320 the strongest friends of Saudi Arabia in the United States Senate.
00:21:12.440 The Democrats already hate you.

00:27:32.140 And I just want people, I want to make sure I get this right.
00:27:34.780 The former or the FBI offered former British spy Christopher Steele up to a million bucks
00:27:42.760 if he could prove the claims in his infamous dossier paid for by literally Hillary Clinton's campaign
00:27:49.040 and the Democratic National Committee was, you know, in their words, quote, original and legitimate.
00:27:55.640 Now, he couldn't do it.
00:27:57.700 And there's an interesting tweet I want you to look at here that I also thought was something that's important.
00:28:03.000 The Steele FBI meeting was on October the 3rd, 2016.
00:28:07.520 Now, pay attention to these dates, everybody, because this is telling you how corrupt the FBI was at the highest levels.
00:28:14.640 The FBI's first surveillance warrant on Carter Page to spy on him and by default the Trump campaign
00:28:20.840 was then filed on October the 21st.
00:28:24.520 This means that after the FBI offered Steele one million to prove his dossier was authentic, right?

00:28:34.080 The FBI still moved forward, filed a surveillance warrant based on the dossier anyway.
00:28:40.240 And even CNN, they are even saying this in their own tweet shortly before the 2016 election.
00:28:46.000 The FBI offered retired British spy Christopher Steele up to one million to prove the explosive allegations in his dossier about Donald Trump.

00:32:37.820 Now, there's another element that's not included in this, but Michael Horowitz is the inspector
00:32:42.440 general of the Department of Justice.

00:32:45.180 He did a long report on everything that they did wrong in this investigation and persecution

00:32:54.060 And he outlined, I think it was 17 different major errors, major, like everything they screwed

00:33:03.220 But one of the most dramatic is, so they're looking at Carter Page and trying to determine
00:33:10.140 whether to go after him.
00:33:11.100 And so the FBI sends an email to the CIA and they ask, hey, was Carter Page a source for

00:33:18.500 In other words, was he working for you?
00:33:20.320 Now, remember, the basis that they wanted to spy on Carter Page is he's talking to some
00:33:25.300 really shady Russians.
00:33:26.740 Right.
00:33:27.520 Now, if he's talking to shady Russians on behalf of the CIA, if he's helping the U.S.
00:33:33.820 government by talking to shady Russians, then maybe we shouldn't be intercepting his communications

00:33:42.300 So the FBI says to the CIA, is this guy a source for you?
00:33:46.500 The CIA responds in writing, says, yes, Carter Page is a source for us.

00:42:20.820 said, no, no, nobody whipped anyone.
