00:01:44.780 This weekend, Politico wrote a major story highlighting the money behind these pro-Hamas protests and linking it in particular that the people who are writing the checks are the same people that are writing big, big checks to Joe Biden.

00:10:21.300 This other bombshell article talks about the organization, the planning, which is incredibly
00:10:27.620 eerie to what we just witnessed in Israel as well with organizing and planning of the attacks there.

00:10:34.340 Now, so this came out in the Wall Street Journal this weekend.
00:10:36.440 So we had two big stories.
00:10:37.760 Wall Street Journal reported that the anti-Israel, anti-Jewish protests on campuses were the results
00:10:47.140 of months of training and planning and encouragement by longtime activists and left-wing groups.
00:10:55.140 And for example, let's take Columbia University.
00:10:57.840 Wall Street Journal reports in the weeks and months leading up to the encampment and occupation,
00:11:01.640 student organizers began consulting with groups like the National Students for Justice in
00:11:08.480 Palestine, Veterans of Campus Protests, and former Black Panthers.
00:11:14.180 These organizers researched past protests over Columbia's expansion into Harlem, went to a
00:11:21.720 community meeting on gentrification and development, and studied parallels with the fight over land
00:11:26.740 between Palestinians and Israelis.
00:11:28.340 They also held a, quote, Resistance 101 training event at Columbia back in March.
00:11:35.780 Now, the administration barred the event twice, but Columbia students held it anyway, virtually,
00:11:42.220 and the Columbia president suspended several of those students for doing so, but that didn't
00:11:47.080 stop what they were planning.
00:11:49.520 And to give you a sense, so the National Students for Justice in Palestine, NSJP, has been around
00:11:56.860 for roughly two decades and has more than 300 chapters across the United States.
00:12:04.260 And understand who these people are.
00:12:06.720 NSJP, on their posts on X, routinely refers to police officers as pigs.
00:12:14.160 So that's who they are.
00:12:15.080 They're not hiding who they are.
00:12:16.540 And they also provide, quote, friendly advice to students protesting on social media.
00:12:25.040 So take a look.
00:12:25.980 This is the first of two different posts.
00:12:28.660 What a hell of a list of friendly advice, right?

00:12:33.180 They include things like wear comfortable clothes you feel comfortable moving in, running shoes,
00:12:39.120 and layers for the weather, bring water, an energy bar, and a bandana in case of surveillance.
00:12:45.300 And then they provide what they call a diversity of tactics, which they say, quote,
00:12:50.640 everyone is free to support the cause as they see fit.
00:12:54.240 We don't police each other's actions or snitch on each other to pigs or to the media.
00:13:01.580 That's their very kind advice.
00:13:03.580 At the same time, we take care not to endanger others with our actions.
00:13:07.640 Now, here's their second bit of friendly advice they put up.
00:13:11.020 And they say, among other things, in the second post, they encourage people to take to the streets
00:13:15.960 and to stay together because, according to them, quote,
00:13:20.280 pigs will work to split us apart, force us onto the sidewalk, kettle us, and snatch people.
00:13:28.160 And they go on to say, quote, if someone is arrested, don't linger too long,
00:13:33.420 or pigs will kettle the march, free the comrade,
00:13:36.260 or else get their name and birth date for jail support and keep it moving.
00:13:43.840 This is a lot like Black Lives Matter when they were like, hey, you get arrested, don't worry,
00:13:47.980 we're going to bail you out.
00:13:49.100 We've got funds for this.
00:13:50.640 We plan for you guys to get arrested.

00:14:45.020 Columbian City College of New York, an estimated 134 out of 282 demonstrators arrested last Tuesday had zero affiliation with the two New York colleges.

00:15:00.480 City College of New York, 102 of the 173 arrested were unaffiliated with the campus.
00:15:07.360 University of Texas at Austin, 45 of the 79 arrested last Monday, 56 percent, had no affiliation with the school.
00:15:18.340 And here's some of the examples of non-student protesters found on these campuses.

00:15:52.140 previously involved in protests that blocked local bridges and tunnels.
00:15:56.640 So understand, this is organized, this is planned, and about half the people there are not students,
00:16:03.700 but instead are agitators, are protesters, are radicals, are Marxists, are anarchists.

00:17:07.940 encourage, quote, militancy and instruct protesters to break laws, seize buildings, vandalize them,
00:17:13.400 and then use tactics to evade police detection and arrest.

00:17:21.960 teaches protesters to physically resist arrest or, in some cases, to assault police officers
00:17:28.020 or throw projectiles at them to protect fellow comrades.

00:28:09.700 We've talked about this and have been exposing not just the number of legal immigrants coming across the southern border,
00:28:15.900 but specifically terrorists that are coming across our northern and southern border that are on the terrorist watch list.
00:28:23.780 And there are now new concerns because of a man directly tied to ISIS that was roaming the country for a couple of years.
00:28:30.200 Yeah, I've been saying for a long time now that we are at a greater risk of a major terrorist attack right now than we have been any time since September 11th,
00:28:39.780 that our open border is an invitation for terrorists to come and murder Americans.
00:28:45.480 And we just had a really chilling report about an individual who is reported to be affiliated with ISIS who the Biden administration apprehended and then just let go.
00:28:55.280 And he was allowed to live in America for two years.
00:28:57.420 Now, the facts are this is an individual, a 33-year-old named Jovakir Atuev, who crossed the border into Arizona, and he was apprehended by Border Patrol.
00:29:09.140 But when he was apprehended by Border Patrol, Joe Biden released him, let him go, said, we got him, let's let him go.
00:29:16.180 Then, in May of 2023, so this was February of 22, he came in.
00:29:21.760 In May of 2023, Uzbekistan put out an international notice that this individual was wanted in his home country for his alleged affiliation with ISIS.
00:29:34.320 So that's in 2023.
00:29:35.720 Then, in March of 2024, so a year goes by after Uzbekistan said, hey, watch out for this guy.
00:29:43.260 We have evidence that he's affiliated with ISIS.
00:29:46.240 Nothing happens for a year.
00:29:47.580 Then, March of 2024, the U.S. government is reviewing his application for asylum.
00:29:53.640 So they're preparing to grant him asylum.
00:29:55.740 And they discover Uzbekistan's notice then, nearly a year later.
00:30:02.080 He was living in Maryland at the time, in Baltimore.
00:30:04.600 And it wasn't until April 17, 2024, that ICE finally arrested him in Baltimore.
00:30:11.180 He's currently in custody in Pennsylvania, awaiting trial in immigration court.
00:30:15.740 So, from 2022, February of 2022, when he crossed illegally into this country, until April of 2024, when he was finally arrested,
00:30:27.160 the Biden administration was complicit in an individual who is reported to be directly tied to ISIS being released in America.

00:30:41.940 Tonight, among the record wave of migrants crossing the southern border, a suspected ISIS member,
00:30:47.540 who lived freely in the U.S. for nearly two years.

00:30:53.120 33-year-old Jakovir Atoyev of Uzbekistan crossed into Arizona in February 2022,
00:30:58.860 where he was apprehended and vetted by both Customs and Border Protection and ICE.
00:31:03.800 He was not on the U.S. terror watch list, and he was released into the U.S., those sources tell us.
00:31:08.660 Then, in May 2023, Uzbekistan put out an international alert, saying that Atoyev was affiliated with ISIS and wanted there.
00:31:16.780 But it took nearly a year for U.S. officials to figure out the suspected ISIS member was living freely here in the U.S.
00:31:23.160 U.S. officials tell us DHS made the alarming discovery after reviewing Atoyev's application for asylum.
00:31:29.280 Shortly after DHS connected the dots, ICE arrested him here, in Baltimore, just two weeks ago.
00:31:34.500 Former Homeland Security officials tell us his case raises red flags about the vetting process for migrants after they cross the border.
00:31:42.060 There's two things that worry me, and I want your take on this.
00:31:44.700 Number one, it's almost like the media is worried the same way you are, that there's a real chance of a major terrorist attack.
00:31:52.160 We've seen warnings from Director Wray at the FBI and others who are saying they're concerned even about attacks that would mimic what we saw against the people in Israel.
00:31:59.540 But it's also like they're trying to normalize the idea that, yeah, there's a lot of terrorists in America.
00:32:04.760 And if something does happen, it's like, yeah, we knew this.
00:32:07.460 We covered it.
00:32:08.240 We talked about it.
00:32:09.720 Maybe you shouldn't be as outraged.
00:32:12.300 Well, if you want to be outraged, listen to what Chris Wray, the administrator of the FBI, is saying about the risk we have of a terror attack right now in the United States.
00:32:22.620 From an FBI perspective, we are seeing a wide array of very dangerous threats that emanate from the border.
00:32:30.000 There is a particular network that has where some of the overseas facilitators of the smuggling network have ISIS ties that we're very concerned about.
00:32:41.340 And that we've been spending enormous amount of effort with our partners investigating.
00:32:46.080 Wray said a key word there, coming across the border.
00:32:49.720 Yeah.
00:32:49.900 Like, he's telling you how they're doing it.
00:32:52.180 So if he knows this, and that means I'm sure he's given the same briefing he just gave America to the President of the United States of America,
00:32:58.640 why would you not then close the border if this is what you know is coming across the border?
00:33:02.900 And my second question is, after 9-11, I remember, like, we learned very quickly how they,
00:33:09.200 that the terrorists were able to use certain loopholes and things to get into America,
00:33:12.220 and we squeezed down those instantly.
00:33:14.720 I'm worried that even if there is a terrorist attack, they're still going to keep the border open.
00:33:18.880 Look, Joe Biden doesn't care.
00:33:21.500 Kamala Harris doesn't care.

00:33:50.200 Every Democrat in the Senate voted to throw out the impeachment of Alejandro Mayorkas to hear no evidence.

00:34:07.300 because they don't care about who came in yesterday, and they don't care about who's going to come in tomorrow.

00:34:15.820 It's not 1 or 2 or 10 or 15 or 20 that are on the terrorist watch list that we know have come across the southern border.
00:34:22.940 It's an alarming number in the hundreds.
00:34:25.980 Yeah, look, when Trump was president, the number of people that were apprehended on the terror watch list coming into the country
00:34:31.600 was every year in the low single digits, was 1 or 2, was a very small number.
00:34:37.060 In fiscal year 2023, 169 people on the terror watch list were apprehended at our southern border, 169.
00:34:45.520 This fiscal year, we're only halfway through.
00:34:47.740 We already have nearly 100 who've been apprehended at the southern border again.
00:34:54.000 They're on the terrorist watch list.
00:34:55.060 On the terror watch list.
00:34:56.020 And by the way, that's the southern border, the northern border.
00:35:00.120 The stats, 630 terror suspects were encountered at the northern border in the last two fiscal years.

00:35:10.100 So it's not just, as you mentioned, the southern border.
00:35:12.560 It's the northern border, which is another problem, which is, by all accounts, is even more, I guess,
00:35:19.120 say open, easier to come across, many believe.

00:35:47.020 You come across the border in a place where there's not a lot of border security, where you can be one of the nearly two million gotaways.
00:35:55.180 These are just the people who've encountered.
00:35:57.300 The numbers are even more concerning of the gotaways.
00:36:00.960 And the Democrats, at the end of the day, they are willfully complicit in an open door policy to terrorists who want to harm Americans.
