00:00:18.080 But before we get to that, there is some news that deals with the impeachment inquiry into
00:00:23.140 the president of the United States of America, Joe Biden.
00:00:25.840 And there are people that are giving testimony now and a shocking opening statement from
00:00:31.500 Tony Bobulinski.
00:00:33.000 Tony Bobulinski is someone that knows the Biden crime family.
00:00:36.780 He's an individual that was a whistleblower before Election Day to remind people of that.
00:00:40.960 And then he went and sat down with the FBI for several hours.
00:00:44.900 He had multiple electronic communication devices, cell phones.
00:00:48.900 He had documents.
00:00:49.920 He had everything about the Biden crime family and not a single person ever followed up with
00:00:56.280 him.
00:00:56.640 Not only that, no one at the DOJ, none of the special prosecutors, none of those that were
00:01:02.200 investigating at the IRS ever contacted him for anything that he had about the Biden crime
00:01:08.560 family, a family that he worked with extensively.
00:01:11.680 He also confirmed he had meetings with Joe Biden.
00:01:14.460 And then he had an opening statement today that was remarkable.
00:01:17.700 Tell everybody about what all he said.
00:01:19.380 Well, in his opening statement, here's what Tony Bobulinski said.
00:01:23.580 And I want you to focus in particular on how much he is talking about Joe Biden, not Hunter.
00:01:29.180 The media, the Democrats want to make it all about Hunter.
00:01:32.080 But but but I want you to focus on how much this is about Joe Biden's personal corruption.
00:01:37.080 Here's what he said, quote, I want to be crystal clear from my direct personal experience
00:01:42.840 and what I have subsequently come to learn.
00:01:44.840 It is clear to me that Joe Biden was, quote, the brand being sold by the Biden family, his
00:01:53.280 family's foreign influence peddling operation from China to Ukraine and elsewhere sold out
00:02:01.780 to foreign actors who were seeking to gain influence and access to Joe Biden and the United States
00:02:08.760 government. He was an enabler, despite being buffered by a complex scheme to maintain plausible deniability.
00:02:17.360 The only reason any of these international business transactions took place with tens of millions of dollars flowing directly to the Biden family was because Joe Biden was in high office.
00:02:34.020 The Biden family business was Joe Biden, period.
00:02:38.940 Other key players have made this point clear as well.
00:02:43.940 Hunter Biden himself has adamantly stated in a variety of communications, as did another Biden family business
00:02:51.480 associate, Devin Archer, in his testimony last year.
00:02:56.420 Foreign nationals on the other side of these transactions, including from China, Ukraine and Romania,
00:03:04.340 have also explained how and why these transactions took place.
00:03:08.940 Once again, I would call that evidence extensive.
00:03:14.120 And then Bobulinski gets into some details focusing on China.
00:03:17.900 Quote, the Chinese Communist Party, through its surrogate, China Energy Company Limited, or CEFC,
00:03:27.500 a CCP-linked Chinese energy conglomerate, successfully sought to infiltrate and compromise Joe Biden
00:03:37.140 and the Obama-Biden White House.
00:03:39.820 The process started in the fourth quarter of 2015 and continued through when Joe Biden left office
00:03:48.440 in January 2017 to March of 2018, when CEFC Chairman Yee was detained for corruption in China,
00:04:02.000 never to be seen again.
00:04:04.380 Note that on October 21st, 2015, Joe Biden announced that he would not seek the presidency in 2016.
00:04:14.520 It is not a coincidence that CEFC's aggressive approach to the Biden family happened around that time.
00:04:24.660 It is also not a coincidence that CEFC used the Biden family's weakest link, Hunter Biden,
00:04:33.540 and the promise of large sums of money to the tune of tens of millions of dollars initially,
00:04:40.640 and eventually the profits from investing billions of dollars in the United States and around the world.
00:04:49.780 You hear that, and this opening statement is one that shocked me because it's clear that Tony Bobulinski's saying,
00:04:58.120 I need everyone to know this.
00:05:00.460 I witnessed it.
00:05:01.460 I saw it.
00:05:02.280 I was there for it.
00:05:03.740 And no one is listening to what happened here in our government.
00:05:07.940 No one's sitting down and asking me any of these questions.
00:05:10.580 Thank you for having me to basically Congress to tell you what I've been trying to tell the American people and the authorities.
00:05:18.000 And that is the most shocking part of all.
00:05:20.800 Yeah, no, that's exactly right.
00:05:22.100 The six o'clock news doesn't cover this.

00:05:28.380 Let me read you some more from this opening statement because because every paragraph is a bombshell.
00:05:32.980 It continues, quote, Joe Biden was aware of the CEFC transaction, enabled it, and had a constitutional responsibility and obligation to the American people to shut it down before it began.
00:05:47.920 This is because CEFC had been identified as a known surrogate of the Chinese Communist Party by the U.S. government and prosecutors in the Southern District of New York as far back as 2016, possibly earlier.
00:06:03.820 I would encourage Congress to gather all of the exact facts and date.
00:06:08.640 It is clear to me that alarm bells should have been going off in the Obama-Biden White House and that Joe Biden should have been aware that his own administration had red flagged CEFC as a tool of the Chinese Communist Party.
00:06:24.900 That should have made any business transaction with CEFC a non-starter.
00:06:30.540 And let me just stop and say, holy crap, yes.
00:06:33.840 Like, I've been in the Senate 12 years.
00:06:36.420 I don't know a senator.
00:06:37.440 All right, I was about to say I don't know a senator who would do that, and then I thought about Bob Menendez.
00:06:42.260 Yes, I do know a senator who's currently under indictment for corruption by being approached by Egypt.
00:06:48.580 Now, Egypt happens to be an ally of ours.
00:06:50.760 It's not even the Chinese Communist Party.
00:06:53.500 But how the hell does any sane elected official not just walk away but turn and run?
00:07:02.300 Yeah, and not just run, but you'd even think want to report it just to be on the record of like,
00:07:06.940 hey, I was approached for this and I want to make sure everybody knows that I knew that this was bad and I didn't want to be involved in it.
00:07:12.940 And yet this is what the Biden family seemed to be seeking out, which is what Bob Alinsky is saying here.
00:07:20.120 It also goes to another point of reporting before you read a couple more points in there that he said in his opening statement.
00:07:27.120 Catherine Heritage, who actually was laid off within hours of her reporting on how Biden may have, quote,
00:07:35.100 retained sensitive documents related to specific countries involving his family's foreign business dealings.
00:07:41.940 This coming from the committees, we've talked to James Comer, we've talked to Jim Jordan, it said, quote,
00:07:48.240 the committees require this Biden slash her interview transcript.
00:07:53.580 There is concern that President Biden may have retained sensitive documents related to specific countries involving his family's foreign business dealings.
00:08:02.360 That is what she posted on Twitter from these documents that she got from the committees.
00:08:09.120 And this was a letter that went to the Honorable Garland from these committees.
00:08:13.920 And it was simply saying, we believe from what we've been told that President Biden may have retained these documents related to these countries involving his family's foreign business dealings.
00:08:26.460 And further, the committee says, we seek to understand whether the White House or President Biden's personal attorneys place any limitations or scoping restrictions during the interview
00:08:36.640 that would have precluded a line of inquiry regarding evidence, emails, text messages or witness statements directly linking the president to troublesome foreign payments.
00:08:49.340 You combine that with what Bob Alinsky is saying, and they line up about 100 percent.
00:08:54.100 Well, that's exactly right.
00:08:56.320 And recall that when Robert Herr was appointed, we said on on this podcast, the tell of whether DOJ wants to cover up malfeasance by the White House is whether there is an investigation into the nexus between the documents,
00:09:15.360 the classified documents that Joe Biden had illegally and the foreign entities paying the Biden family tens of millions of dollars.
00:09:25.660 And as best we can tell, that was not investigated by DOJ.
00:09:29.580 Now, this is what James Comer and Jim Jordan are trying to get to the bottom of to find out what is the connection.
00:09:35.880 And, you know, look, I got to stop and say, Catherine Herridge has been really a unicorn.
00:09:42.240 She has been a reporter for the corporate media, for CBS, and she's been willing to actually report on the Biden corruption.
00:09:50.980 So what did CBS do today?
00:09:53.860 They laid her off.
00:09:55.060 Yeah.
00:09:55.200 They fired her.
00:09:55.880 They said, you know what?
00:09:56.940 We had one person in our entire staff doing journalism.
00:10:00.520 We've decided we don't need any journalism at this outlet.

00:10:04.480 And by the way, not just amazing journalism, journalism that was above reproach and a history of it.
00:10:12.660 And you notice, yes, I understand that layoffs happen.

00:10:17.220 But she was someone that was doing unbelievable reporting at the highest level in Washington, D.C.
00:10:24.040 on the biggest news stories that involve our government.
00:10:27.200 And just hours after she puts this out, they're like, yeah, we're going to get rid of you, too.
00:10:30.960 I mean, it was 3% of the workforce.
00:10:32.280 You're telling me you couldn't have kept her in this very important reporting position?

00:10:38.300 Well, CBS is corrupt, unfortunately.

00:10:57.620 And CBS, it is not accidental that when they're doing layoffs, they decide, nope, we can have no dissent from the orthodoxy.

00:11:10.400 And everything she was reporting that was inconvenient to that was contrary to their narrative.

00:13:03.180 Now, Senator, before we get into, and I know everybody wants to hear your thoughts on this Ukraine funding bill that worked its way through the Senate,
00:13:11.380 I do want to connect what we just told the audience about Tony Bobulinski to something else that's also not being covered by the media.
00:13:18.560 And that is the House Oversight Judiciary Committees have released Rob Walker's transcript as well as their finding that deal a lot more with the Chinese Communist Party's connection to this Chinese energy company CEFC and Chairman Yi as well as others that were in attendance with meetings that dealt directly with Joe Biden.
00:13:41.720 Well, that's right, and when you combine the two, when you look at Bobulinski's opening statement and then you look at the testimony from Rob Walker,
00:13:49.720 it paints an incredibly damning picture of Joe Biden's personal complicity.
00:13:54.100 So James Comer tweeted out a series of tweets specifying exactly what it is Rob Walker said.
00:14:01.300 And here's what Comer tweeted out about the Rob Walker testimony.
00:14:05.520 Around the time Hunter Biden and his associates received a $3 million payment from a CEFC entity,
00:14:16.600 Joe Biden attended a CEFC meeting at the Four Seasons in Washington, D.C.
00:14:24.100 CEFC Chairman Yi Jingmang and other CEFC officials were in attendance.
00:14:30.440 In other words, let's just take that first tweet.
00:14:34.280 Hunter Biden and his associates get $3 million at the same time Joe Biden is personally meeting with the chairman of CEFC, the Communist Party energy company.
00:14:45.400 Now, let's go back to what Comer put out.
00:14:48.180 Hunter Biden and his associates work with CEFC, a Chinese government-linked energy company,
00:14:53.080 began in February 2016 when Joe Biden was vice president of the United States.
00:14:58.520 However, Hunter Biden and his associates were not paid until after Joe Biden left office.
00:15:07.160 Rob Walker admitted Hunter Biden's last name would, quote, probably get people in the door.
00:15:12.220 And he had a letter he drafted to CEFC Director Zhang placed on Hunter Biden's letterhead
00:15:20.200 because he was the son of the vice president at the time.
00:15:23.360 Rob Walker's account, Robinson Walker LLC, received the $3 million payment from the CEFC entity on March 1st, 2017.
00:15:35.200 The next day, he wired $1,065,000 to James Gilear, a Biden family associate,
00:15:46.340 and then over the course of several months, wired incremental payments to the Bidens,
00:15:52.960 totaling around $1,065,000.
00:15:56.080 Rob Walker told investigators Hunter asked him to send incremental payments to various Biden accounts,
00:16:05.940 including Hallie Biden and James Biden, who were not affiliated with the CEFC deal.
00:16:14.240 Now, to be clear, this goes back to exactly what James Comer said to us the last time we sat down with him,
00:16:19.720 which was, this is money laundering.
00:16:22.660 This is moving money from accounts to accounts.
00:16:26.180 Breaking it up in pieces, sending it all over the place, hiding where it's coming from.
00:16:29.860 That's called money laundering.
00:16:31.360 Yeah, and there is no service that's being rendered by any of the Bidens that are being paid.
00:16:37.360 They're not selling anything.
00:16:39.420 There's no actual business activities within these accounts.
00:16:42.780 It's just cleaning the money, laundering the money, and giving it to this person and that person with the Biden last name,
00:16:49.600 funneling all into the Biden crime family.
00:16:51.800 And this now backs it up without a shadow of a doubt that this was how they've been running business,
00:16:56.680 not just for a year or two.
00:16:58.580 This is apparently how they've been doing business the entire time.

00:17:11.420 During the Obama-Biden administration, Hunter Biden, Rob Walker, and James Gillier had a lucrative contract
00:17:19.960 with Romanian businessman Gabriel Papavisiu, who was under investigation.
00:17:29.060 Walker was unable to articulate what services the partners provided for, I don't know,
00:17:35.360 what do you think would be a good amount for some Romanian businessman to hire the son of the vice president?
00:17:40.480 I mean, I'm assuming, you know, they like to deal with millions, right?
00:17:43.700 So let's stick with that.
00:17:45.760 How about this?
00:17:46.960 One hundred and eighty thousand dollars a month.
00:17:51.020 Yeah, that's how you get to millions real fast.

00:17:57.340 The payments ended abruptly.
00:18:00.360 Shortly after Joe Biden left the vice presidency.

00:18:11.040 Well, those services ended as long as daddy was no longer vice president.
00:18:16.040 By the way, if you just want to do simple math to put this in perspective of hardworking Americans,
00:18:20.740 they this Romanian was paying the Biden family six grand basically every day.

00:18:28.560 In my experience, people don't give away money for nothing.
00:18:32.640 They were getting something and it was not complex legal advice from Hunter Biden.

00:18:46.360 And we played the montage in the show before of him saying I never had anything to do with my son's business dealings.

00:18:53.720 We have these firewalls between him and me.
00:18:56.500 He also then, when it came to the issues of China, said I never made it.

00:19:02.140 We've never done business with China.

00:19:05.840 And then said you should be looking at Donald Trump and investigating him.

00:19:11.540 Not only was he lying on both of those accounts.
00:19:14.060 He also then had this lie, which was he never talked business with them.
00:19:18.080 He never met with any of his business associates.
00:19:20.720 This is a new dinner we didn't know about.
00:19:23.800 This is outside the Cafe Milano dinners that he had with other people from China, as well as from Russia and Romania.
00:19:30.140 So it looks like the product, which was Joe Biden, and this all deals with his impeachment inquiry, was a product that had to go to dinner with some of the shadiest figures in the world to get the money flowing.

00:19:48.420 What was being sold here, I believe, was not just access.
00:19:52.340 It was favors from Joe Biden.
00:19:54.680 And what is so striking about the testimony, about the transcript that was released, is how much of this connects directly to Joe.

00:20:04.780 But that, of course, is exactly why the House has opened an impeachment inquiry.

00:22:46.420 It is 10.07 p.m. Texas time on Tuesday night.
00:22:50.660 I started this day, this morning, at a little after 5 a.m., voting on the Senate floor.
00:22:56.120 And the reason we were voting at 5 a.m. is because Chuck Schumer had kept the Senate in all night in order to try to force this vote through.
00:23:04.940 And he succeeded.
00:23:06.440 The vote was 70 to 29.
00:23:09.540 In other words, 70 senators voted yes.
00:23:12.300 29 voted no.
00:23:15.580 All the Democrats, except three, voted for the funding bill.
00:23:22.560 And yet, there were just 29 of us.
00:23:25.800 I was a no.
00:23:27.400 There were 29 of us, and that was 26 Republicans and three Democrats who voted no.
00:23:34.360 And listen, my reasons for voting no, we've talked about at length, but it's worth revisiting.
00:23:41.460 There are elements of this bill that I support.
00:23:43.840 There are even elements of this bill that I strongly support.
00:23:46.080 So, for example, this bill includes emergency military funding for Israel.
00:23:50.500 I think that is incredibly important.
00:23:52.420 I think we should have passed that months ago.
00:23:54.080 This bill includes funding to help Taiwan defend itself against communist China.
00:24:00.360 I think that is very important for U.S. national security.
00:24:03.060 And then, most notably, this bill contains tens of billions of dollars of funding for Ukraine.
00:24:10.780 Now, my views on that are mixed.
00:24:13.280 I think it is very important that Russia lose and Putin loses.
00:24:17.000 And there are certainly circumstances in which I would be willing to support military funding for Ukraine to stop Russia because I think that's in the United States' interest.
00:24:28.980 However, just a couple of months ago, every single Republican in the Senate, we stood united and we made a united stand.
00:24:38.860 We said we said we will not fund additional money for Ukraine unless and until we secure our own border, that we're not going to spend billions to secure the border of another nation until America secures our border.
00:24:55.100 And we're not going to spend billions to stop the invasion of another country until we stop the invasion of our own country.
00:25:03.460 Now, when I said that, I meant it.
00:25:07.000 Unfortunately, I think for a lot of my colleagues, they did not.
00:25:10.100 Because, as you know, what happened was Chuck Schumer and the Democrats refused to negotiate and agree to meaningful border security.
00:25:21.780 Instead, they demanded a bill that in many ways would have made the border crisis worse, would have codified Joe Biden's open borders.
00:25:28.560 And when as soon as the bill text was released, they negotiated in secret.
00:25:33.300 Within 24 hours, the bill had collapsed because everyone reading it realized it was a terrible bill.
00:25:38.740 Well, what Republican leadership did next, I think, was indefensible.
00:25:44.200 They said, OK, well, if you people don't like Chuck Schumer's open border proposal, then never mind.
00:25:51.240 We'll just pass all the funding with nothing on the border at all.
00:25:54.520 I think that is an absurd position.
00:25:57.880 But unfortunately, 70 senators just cast a vote that way.
00:26:01.780 So what happens now?

00:26:23.920 On top of the fact that the House majority for Republicans just got slimmer as well tonight because we've lost a special election.

00:26:35.080 Look, if it is up to House leadership, if it's up to the Speaker of the House, this bill will not pass.
00:26:40.940 The Speaker has said so unequivocally that the House is not going to take up and pass any military funding for Ukraine unless and until it contains serious and meaningful border security.

00:27:30.300 When we were voting this morning, I was trying very hard to get a vote.
00:27:33.540 Schumer locked down and blocked every single amendment vote.
00:27:37.740 But what I expect Republican leadership in the House to do is to take up this bill and
00:27:44.600 to attach strong border security to it and then send it back to the Senate.
00:27:50.100 That's what I think is likely to happen.
00:27:52.360 There is a chance, and you referenced it, there's some Democrats talking about trying
00:27:57.120 to do what's called a discharge petition, which is all the House Democrats teaming up
00:28:01.940 with a handful of hawkish Republicans to basically overrule the Speaker of the House and force the
00:28:10.400 bill onto the floor.
00:28:11.380 I don't think that will happen.
00:28:13.600 And it is the sort of move that would be just absolute rebellion by the rank and file Republican
00:28:21.080 members. And but that is really what Mitch McConnell and Chuck Schumer's plan is, is to try to use this
00:28:29.420 bill to directly attack the Republican Speaker of the House.
00:28:33.220 And I got to say, Ben, I don't understand why why Senate Republican leadership is trying to lead the
00:28:39.720 attack on House Republican leadership.

00:28:43.640 What was in it for Republicans that just caved on this?
00:28:47.500 I mean, I know and I'm cynical because I've been around it probably too long and you're probably you see it

00:29:44.300 I think a great many of them passionately believe that that it is in America's interest for Ukraine to beat Russia.

00:29:55.420 I think Russia's winning this war would be very, very bad for America and over the long term would be much more expensive
00:30:02.900 for American taxpayers than it would be to defeat Russia and Ukraine.

00:30:09.860 And I think it's combined with there are a lot of Republican senators that basically they don't like a fight.
00:30:18.280 And in any given fight, when you ask them, all right, let's hold the line and say we won't do this unless we get real border security.
00:30:27.280 They look at you and say, well, Chuck Schumer would never do that.
00:30:30.960 And I don't understand why they expect Chuck Schumer to stand strong and never blink.
00:30:36.500 And yet their solution is always, well, therefore, we got to give Schumer what he wants.
00:30:41.340 But but that's temperamentally the view of far too many Republicans in Congress.
