00:07:16.360Because he knew he had an opportunity to try to control the government.
00:07:20.220A shadow government was what he was pushing for.
00:07:23.120So I would love to see the use of the grand jury to robustly investigate all of the conspiracy, including President Obama and what he who he communicated with after he was president.
00:07:33.440Greg, you let's go back to your column who could be indicted by this grand jury in the Russia collusion hoax.
00:07:41.160Well, in addition to Brennan, Comey and Clapper, which we just discussed, there are other people who were involved at the CIA, the FBI, the Office of National Intelligence.
00:07:55.960And, you know, some of these people were coerced into doing it.
00:08:01.800They would probably, as witnesses, ask for immunity.
00:08:04.920And their testimony would be valuable.
00:08:21.780There's no other credible evidence to justify this revised intelligence assessment.
00:08:28.420Those people, and I think there are probably at least a handful, if not a dozen, will happily step forward before a grand jury and implicate not just Comey, but Brennan, rather, but Comey and Clapper as well.
00:08:43.740But, you know, the list is a long one.
00:08:45.840And I identify in my column today, you know, the Hillary Clinton campaign, not just Hillary herself, but those who were in on it.
00:08:54.620I think a critical witness is Julianne Smith.
00:08:57.740It was Smith, according to the Durham Annex, that proposed the entire fictitious collusion scheme that Hillary approved on July 26, 2016.
00:09:12.380And, you know, Smith was questioned by Durham's investigators and said, well, I don't specifically remember, but it's possible I did that.
00:09:24.000Well, being placed in legal jeopardy in front of a grand jury, she may have a sudden memory recollection.
00:09:33.100And, you know, that would be a critical witness.
00:09:35.620But I've also identified Jake Sullivan, the attorney Mark Elias, Robbie Mook, John Podesta.
00:09:43.860These are all critical people who, to me, appear to have been involved in conjuring up the hoax and spreading the lie.
00:09:53.840And their testimony, I think, would be important because they're also in legal jeopardy.
00:09:59.320I wouldn't be surprised if they, too, would take the fifth.
00:10:02.340All right, quick break, right back, more with Greg Jarrett, Brett Tolman on the other side.
00:10:07.220And your call's coming up, final half hour, 800-941-SHAWN, if you want to be a part of the program as we continue.
00:10:13.620Canadian women are looking for more, more out of themselves, their businesses, their elected leaders, and the world around them.
00:10:19.820And that's why we're thrilled to introduce the Honest Talk podcast.
00:10:25.720And in this podcast, we interview Canada's most inspiring women, entrepreneurs, artists, athletes, politicians, and newsmakers, all at different stages of their journey.
00:10:35.500So if you're looking to connect, then we hope you'll join us.
00:10:38.740Listen to the Honest Talk podcast on iHeartRadio or wherever you listen to your podcasts.
00:10:45.760Who might be indicted by a grand jury over the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax?
00:10:50.360We continue with Greg Jarrett and Brett Tolman.
00:10:52.740Let's talk a little bit now about this issue of immunity, Brett, that you brought up, because conventional wisdom is that presidential immunity in the decision, the Supreme Court decision, as it related to President Trump, would apply to President Obama.
00:11:10.560And there's one maybe slight bit of difference.
00:11:16.080I know it's I know everyone thinks that that would apply, but is it really part of the duties of the president of the United States to subvert or sabotage intelligence or manufacture false intelligence for the purpose of hurting a successor?
00:11:35.780Well, Sean, I think you hit on the point that this country needs to be talking about.
00:11:41.060And, yes, you know, the Supreme Court did clarify that the government could not use in a prosecution the evidence of his communications while he was president.
00:11:52.140But he's outside the bounds of what, you know, his executive power is.
00:11:58.200You never have executive power to commit a conspiracy to interfere in an election.
00:12:03.360So so because of that, I think the focus needs to be on was he part of the conspiracy still when he left as president?
00:12:14.280You don't have to worry about litigating what he said and what he did when he was president.
00:12:19.060But when he's no longer president, are there overt acts by him or communications in furtherance of the conspiracy?
00:12:25.720It is highly unlikely that he just left as president of the United States and didn't continue to try to orchestrate what we know was an attack on President Trump while he was president to try to pull him down and and and delegitimize his presidency.
00:12:41.160So if that's the case, conspiracy continues on well past when it's first committed.
00:12:46.920And it involves individuals that may not necessarily know, like Greg points out properly, they may not know they're really part of this conspiracy.
00:12:59.360And President Obama was at the helm of this.
00:13:01.420So he needs to be put in front of a grand jury.
00:13:03.620Let him take the fifth while he's in the grand jury and let the American people see that he he has a lot to hide after he was president of the United States.
00:13:13.140What's your take on that, Greg Jarrett, his post-presidency actions?
00:13:17.720Well, if he's claiming that he has broad immunity for official acts, not unofficial, but official acts, he's he's no longer in jeopardy before grand jury.
00:13:29.800Right. Because he he he's got immunity.
00:13:53.840He didn't want this to, you know, put a stain on his presidency.
00:13:57.780That's right. And then he actively joined the plot to push the phony collusion narrative that Hillary had instigated.
00:14:08.340And he was a principal player engineering that counterfeit case against Trump by altering or massaging the intelligence.
00:14:18.080So, you know, I agree with Brett's analysis.
00:14:23.740I think he should be called. Hillary Clinton absolutely must be called.
00:14:28.480And, you know, if she's not telling the truth in front of the grand jury and the documents and testimony of others undermine her and demonstrate that she's lying, there could be a new charge against her lying to a grand jury.
00:14:47.300So, you know, all of these people, it strikes me, are in a world of hurt.
00:14:51.480And, by the way, you know, I would bet they're all going to plead the fifth, but I have to run real quick.
00:14:56.680I know they think that this is going to happen in Washington, D.C.
00:15:00.500I disagree. I think it's going to happen in Florida based on an overarching criminal conspiracy that extends to the Mar-a-Lago raid.
00:15:09.300So I think the grand jury will be or already is in the state of Florida.
00:15:14.000It would be fascinating. Wouldn't it be great if I got called?
00:15:33.440I know we see a ceasefire in Israel, but if you ask the people of Israel if they're feeling peace, you're going to get a very different story.
00:15:41.320You have bombed out homes, complete neighborhoods, families torn apart, kids, they can't play outside.
00:16:01.600They're providing all the humanitarian assistance possible, food, water, medicines, clothing, shelter, you name it.
00:16:09.100They're also building bomb shelters in anticipation of the likely next attack.
00:16:14.880And whatever you can do to help in this mission to help Israel in their time and need as they've been fighting for their very survival is beyond appreciative,
00:16:24.740especially at a time where we see rising virulent hatred, anti-Semitism.
00:16:30.360You know, the people that would blame Israel for this is remarkable to me.
00:16:33.720You know, the people that would look at this guy digging his own grave inside one of these terror tunnels is unbelievable to me.
00:16:42.140Any suffering that is happening in Gaza is a direct result of the terrorist organization Hamas that wasted money on a network of terror tunnels
00:16:54.480and rockets that they've been firing into Israel, killing Israelis, and fomenting terror throughout the entire region.
00:29:46.060We're going to treat them really well.
00:29:47.800We're going to be putting a very large tariff on chips and semiconductors.
00:29:53.800But the good news for companies like Apple is if you're building in the United States or have committed to build without question, committed to build in the United States, there will be no charge.
00:30:07.120In other words, we're not going to be charging.
00:30:09.440So a lot of countries, a lot of companies are leaving various other places and they're coming to the United States.
00:30:15.720So, in other words, we'll be putting a tariff on of approximately 100 percent on chips and semiconductors.
00:30:23.300But if you're building in the United States of America, there's no charge, even though you're building and you're not producing yet in terms of the big numbers of jobs and all of the things that you're building.
00:30:36.820If you're building, there will be no charge.
00:30:47.260So 100 percent tariff on all chips and semiconductors coming into the United States.
00:30:53.580But if you've made a commitment to build or if you're in the process of building, as many are, there is no tariff.
00:31:00.420OK, if the stations along the Sean Hannity show radio network, we're going to stay with our coverage.
00:31:05.940President Trump with CEO of Apple, Tim Cook and his big announcement, six hundred billion dollars in investment and manufacturing in the U.S.
00:31:16.440As the president expands out the discussion, he claims 17 trillion in total uncommitments as we continue our coverage along the network.
00:31:25.280Say you're building and you don't build, then we go back and get we ended up.
00:31:30.460It accumulates and we charge you at a later date.
00:32:57.000Earlier this year, we broke ground on a new factory in Houston to make advanced AI servers.
00:33:01.600And just last month, the very first test unit rolled off that factory's lawn, proudly made in America.
00:33:10.020President Trump shared some kind words about that work.
00:33:13.800But he also asked us to think about what more we could commit to doing.
00:33:18.660And, Mr. President, we took that challenge very seriously.
00:33:21.920I'm glad to be here with you today, and I'm very proud to say that today we're committing an additional $100 billion to the United States,
00:33:31.700bringing our total U.S. investment to $600 billion over the next four years.
00:33:37.080As a part of this, we're launching Apple's American manufacturing program.
00:33:41.880It will spur even more production right here in America for critical components used in Apple products all around the world.
00:33:51.560And we're thrilled to announce that we've already signed new agreements with 10 companies across America to do just that.
00:33:59.960First, with today's announcements, I'm proud to say that Apple is leading the creation of an end-to-end silicon supply chain right here in America,
00:34:10.200from design to equipment to wafer production to fabrication to packaging.
00:34:16.800In Texas, we're working with manufacturers like Texas Instruments, Global Wafers America, and Applied Materials.
00:34:24.400We're working with Amcor in Arizona and Broadcom and Global Foundries in New York.
00:34:30.080Thanks to President Trump's vision and with his help in his first term,
00:34:34.680we also led the way to bring TSMC to Arizona by committing to be their first and largest customer.
00:34:43.220Today, they're producing tens of millions of chips for Apple using one of the most advanced process technologies in America today.
00:34:52.820We're going to keep working with our suppliers to move even more of this incredibly advanced work to America.
00:34:59.140And this year alone, American manufacturers are on track to make 19 billion chips for Apple in 24 factories across 12 different states.
00:35:12.340Second, we're committed to buying American-made advanced rare-earth magnets developed by MP Materials,
00:35:20.220which will become part of Apple's devices shipped around the world.
00:35:24.300MP is the only fully integrated rare-earth producer in the United States.
00:35:30.440And with this partnership, they'll be significantly expanding their flagship facility in Fort Worth, Texas.
00:35:36.880We're also thrilled to work together on a cutting-edge rare-earth recycling line in Mountain Pass, California.
00:35:44.420And third, in Kentucky, we've worked with our partners at Corning to build the world's largest and most advanced smartphone glass production line.
00:35:54.980And I'm pleased to announce that very soon, this is for the first time ever,
00:36:00.360every single new iPhone and every single new Apple Watch sold anywhere in the world will contain cover glass made in Kentucky.
00:36:10.240In addition to the American manufacturing program, we're also significantly growing our investments in AI,
00:36:18.020including expanding data center capacity in North Carolina, in Nevada, in Iowa, in Arizona, in Oregon.
00:36:25.960So we're going to keep making investments right here in America.
00:36:29.700We're going to keep hiring in America.
00:36:31.680And we're going to keep building technologies at the heart of our products right here in America.
00:36:38.320Because we're a proud American company.
00:36:41.180And we believe deeply in the promise of this great nation.
00:38:35.900What a great example of putting America first.
00:38:39.900What does the labor force look like to fill these jobs that you have?
00:38:43.320Do we have enough skilled American workers to fill this?
00:38:46.420Well, we do have a lot of workers, and we have a lot of workers that hadn't been looking for work because they were disincentivized, frankly.
00:38:54.460And people like Tim have tremendous schools and training centers that they build along with a lot of their big plants where they train people on whether it's glass, like in Kentucky, or computers, or whatever they might be doing.
00:39:09.260It's a complex world, and they train people, and they do a great job.
