00:00:31.160 And here are the two big stories that are coming out of the White House this morning.
00:00:34.480 First up, the Department of Homeland Security has announced an incredible feat,
00:00:39.720 arresting more than 480,000 illegal immigrants in the first nine months of President Trump being in office.
00:00:47.020 You're going to be shocked to know just how many of these 480,000 have criminal records.
00:00:53.340 Also, there was a massive win for the President when it comes to deploying the National Guard.
00:00:59.040 This time coming from the 9th U.S. Circuit decision, dealing with him doing exactly this in Portland.
00:01:07.040 And what does this mean for other cities around the country?

00:03:30.700 We've got a very big story coming out of the White House,
00:03:33.260 and it is a promise that President Donald Trump made to every American if he was elected president.
00:03:39.040 It was that he was going to do whatever he could to get rid of illegal immigrants in this country,
00:03:44.720 and he was also going to get rid of the illegal immigrants first that had committed the most heinous crimes.
00:03:50.400 He also promised he was going to make dangerous cities safe again.
00:03:55.360 All of this he is paying off on.
00:03:57.680 But now we have some of the biggest data we've seen so far backing this up.
00:04:02.940 The Department of Homeland Security has arrested more than 480,000 illegal immigrants in the first nine months of the Trump administration.
00:04:14.140 I'm going to give you that number again.
00:04:15.620 480,000 illegal immigrants in a nine-month span.
00:04:21.760 This, while many illegal immigrants have been hanging out in sanctuary cities, being protected by the radical left.
00:04:28.040 Now, here's something else that you need to know.
00:04:30.000 70% of the 480,000 illegal immigrants that have been arrested had been convicted of crimes or had criminal charges against them pending.
00:04:42.100 Chrissy Noem made the announcement during a stop in Braden and Florida,
00:04:45.660 As they also put out a press release giving you some of the background saying,
00:04:50.680 This statistic doesn't even include, they say,
00:05:20.680 Fugitives, illegal aliens convicted of crimes in other countries, gang members, and also suspected terrorists.
00:05:30.440 Noem highlighted nine of the worst of the worst illegal immigrants who have been arrested in South and Central Florida alone.
00:05:38.040 They included several different individuals.
00:05:41.440 Noem said at the press conference,
00:05:42.800 We are not going to let these individuals terrorize our streets anymore.
00:05:47.220 And we're not going to let them make victims out of families that live in this country.
00:05:52.420 I want you to hear directly from Chrissy Noem at the press conference.
00:05:55.780 And here's part of what she had to say.
00:05:57.980 I'll give you some examples of individuals that were brought to justice here in Sarasota and in this area.
00:06:02.980 The first one I'll talk about is a convicted murderer whose name is Eric Carlos Artelis Ramos, an illegal alien who was from Cuba.
00:06:11.000 He had a prior removal order in 2008, and now because of the work of this office, he is off the streets.
00:06:17.300 He was also previously convicted of kidnapping and carjacking.
00:06:21.780 We also have another individual, Oscar Alfredo Retina Marroquin, an illegal alien from El Salvador.
00:06:28.280 He was convicted of sexual assault against a child in 1995, and he was also arrested for DUI.
00:06:36.240 He has been deported twice before, in 1999 and in 2019.
00:06:41.420 Reentry after deportation, I'll remind all of you, is a felony.
00:06:45.620 The next individual is Arturo Sanchez Morales.
00:06:48.220 He's an illegal alien from Mexico.
00:06:50.520 He was arrested for driving drunk, and he's already been deported once before.
00:06:54.160 He reentered, which is a felony, and was issued a final order of removal in 2016.
00:07:00.420 He had previously been arrested for burglary as well, for possession of cocaine and larceny,
00:07:05.380 and has convictions for multiple DUIs and lewd acts against a minor.
00:07:10.740 And again, I'll talk about Lelis Rinaldo Benaro Zarin, who is an individual from Honduras,
00:07:17.760 who's been in this country illegally, and he has a conviction for domestic battery.
00:07:21.420 He'd been deported twice before, in 2011 and in 2017.
00:07:27.140 These individuals are just a handful of people that have been in this country creating victims
00:07:32.640 out of American citizens that now those families do no longer have to worry about.
00:07:37.500 Not only have they been brought into and incarcerated, but they're going to be brought to justice
00:07:42.520 and pay for the crimes that they've committed.
00:07:44.760 Every single day, our law enforcement officers put their lives at risk to protect the American people.
00:07:49.900 Every single day, they get up and they go do their jobs to make sure that American families
00:07:54.240 can live the lives that they've dreamed of since they were young.
00:07:58.480 The left's anti-cop rhetoric has led to a thousand percent increase in violence against our law enforcement officers.
00:08:06.160 We have to stop the rhetoric that is allowing individuals the cover that they want
00:08:11.340 to perpetuate violence against those who enforce our laws.
00:08:14.760 Last month, we had an individual open fire at an ICE facility,
00:08:19.680 and we also saw that we saw victims from that attack that happened,
00:08:24.180 not just against ICE agents, but also about detainees that were there at that facility.
00:08:29.620 That individual, when he fired upon the building, created some victims.
00:08:33.900 We lost two lives there.
00:08:35.540 Three individuals were hurt, and two died later on after that event.
00:08:40.580 The suspect had anti-ICE written on the ammunition and on his bullet casings,
00:08:46.720 proving that he had targeted against individuals that were working to keep our streets safe.
00:08:52.140 Criminals are now even placing bounties on our law enforcement officers.
00:08:56.520 This last month, the Department of Homeland Security arrested a criminal,
00:09:00.200 illegal alien, and a Latin Kings gang member who placed a bounty on our U.S. Border Patrol Chief, Greg Bovino.
00:09:08.140 Still, they keep pressing on, and we've seen as well individuals on TikTok and other apps
00:09:15.280 making threats against our law enforcement officers, putting bounties out on their head,
00:09:19.160 and we will bring all of those individuals to justice.
00:09:22.020 We will continue to bring murderers and rapists, those who perpetuate violence,
00:09:26.860 pedophiles, gang members, in our communities.
00:09:29.520 We will go after them, bring them to justice, and we will save lives.
00:09:33.440 The American people see this, and they see that President Trump is focused on making sure
00:09:37.820 that our streets are safe and that our families have opportunities to raise their children in safe communities.
00:09:43.520 In fact, recent polls have shown that 54% of Americans want illegals to be brought into justice,
00:09:51.460 and they want to deport those who are in this country illegally.
00:09:54.600 But 78% of Americans want these criminal, illegal aliens brought to justice.
00:10:00.720 That's because the American people understand the benefits of having law and order again.
00:10:05.860 This isn't just a win for Donald Trump.
00:10:08.300 This is a win for every man and woman in this country,
00:10:11.340 especially men and women that have been victims of countless crimes by illegal immigrants.

00:10:18.340 The Ninth Circuit saying that President Trump can send the National Guard to Portland
00:10:22.460 is another massive win for law and order.
00:10:26.680 And if you think that the left is going to sit down and just say,
00:10:30.720 okay, fine, the President's going to be able to be the President,
00:10:34.160 and he has the authority to do this, and he was elected to do it, you're wrong.
00:10:38.060 And MSNBC having a total meltdown as Lisa Rubin had to read the Ninth Circuit decision
00:10:43.860 authorizing Trump to deploy the National Guard in Portland.

00:10:50.700 Yeah, and I want to just correct one thing and then explain why functionally it is the same.
00:10:54.400 This is a stay of Judge Immigrant's opinion,
00:10:57.360 and that's why it reached the Ninth Circuit as soon as it did,
00:11:00.200 because this is an emergency motion to essentially pause her order.
00:11:03.920 But as a functional matter, you are absolutely correct.
00:11:06.960 It has the function of overturning her order and thereby allowing the President
00:11:12.120 to send the National Guard back onto the streets of Portland.
00:11:16.200 And Katie, I want to read, if I can, just from a little bit of the beginning of this 93-page opinion.
00:11:21.360 It says, after considering the record, and by the record they mean all the factual evidence,
00:11:25.540 at this preliminary stage, we conclude that it is likely that the President
00:11:29.400 lawfully exercised his statutory authority under 10 U.S.C. Section 12406.
00:11:36.100 That's the statute we've been referring to as Title 10 when we have conversations
00:11:39.920 about the National Guard deployments, which authorizes the federalization of the National Guard
00:11:43.920 when the President is unable with the regular forces to execute the laws of the United States.
00:11:49.560 And this is the important part.
00:11:50.880 The evidence the President relied on reflects, quote,
00:11:53.700 a colorable assessment of the facts and law within a range of honest judgment.
00:11:59.180 We thus conclude that defendants are likely to succeed on the merits of their appeal.
00:12:04.440 Basically saying that when and if a court considers all of the record in this matter is tried
00:12:10.240 and it gets back to an appellate court through an ordinary process where they have full briefing
00:12:14.960 and full evidence that they still think Donald Trump is likely to prevail there
00:12:19.660 because he has the discretion to determine as the President within a range of honest judgment
00:12:26.140 when it is reasonable for the political party.
00:12:28.200 This is what you and I were talking about last week.
00:12:29.840 It is very clear.
00:12:31.580 The left realizes now they're running out of ways to stop President Trump from doing his job,
00:12:36.800 a job that he was elected by the American people to do.
00:12:40.140 And they're going to do everything they can to continue to try to stop him.

00:12:46.700 and the total number of arrests nationwide in the last nine months
