00:01:03.220 Why should you listen to Armstrong and Getty On Demand?
00:01:06.760 We're not boring.
00:01:07.840 A lot of news is boring.
00:01:08.840 And tedious.
00:01:09.720 And depressing.
00:01:10.300 And makes you angry.
00:01:11.680 You don't want to live your life like that.
00:01:13.940 Hey, I'm Jack Armstrong.
00:01:15.020 He's Joe Getty.
00:01:15.660 We're Armstrong and Getty.
00:01:16.780 We try to bring you the truth.
00:01:17.920 And help you figure out this crazy modern world.
00:01:20.320 How about something about a comedic tone?
00:01:24.800 We have a winner.
00:01:26.320 Yes.
00:01:26.720 Listen to Armstrong and Getty On Demand on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
00:01:33.440 There's a very interesting thing that's happening, and we're finding out a lot more now about the shocking news.
00:01:40.720 Dr. Oz has now come out saying that there is not only a nationwide health care fraud scheme that is taking place in this country,
00:01:47.320 but the crackdown is about more than recovering stolen taxpayer dollars.
00:01:53.740 It's about preventing tragedies like the death of an 18-year-old college basketball player.
00:01:58.680 He also went on to say they will literally steal your life.
00:02:02.860 I want you to hear more of what he had to say about these busts.
00:02:07.140 From my good friend Kayleigh McEnany, talking about this at Fox News Channel.
00:02:11.780 This is a Fox News alert and a massive bust announced this week.
00:02:15.880 DOJ charging a total of 455 people, including doctors across 45 states for their alleged role
00:02:23.340 in $6.5 billion worth of fraud schemes. That massive takedown involves a heartbreaking story
00:02:30.720 about an 18-year-old college basketball player who died on his campus. A doctor is now in custody.
00:02:39.140 And the administrator of the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Dr. Oz,
00:02:43.760 who I spoke to earlier says he is not playing games anymore. This is a war on fraud, the likes
00:02:49.900 of which you have never seen. So that kid was hurt irreparably, passed away because nothing was
00:02:56.340 done about these frosters, and they went right after it. Their company billed over $90 million 1.00
00:03:01.360 while a child was buried by their family. We spoke about this case and more, and here is our
00:03:07.760 interview. Dr. Oz, thank you so much for being here. I want to start by asking you about a
00:03:14.340 beautiful young man, 18 years old. We have his picture, Caden Francis. We often think about
00:03:19.780 fraud having financial victims, but this is a human victim. Tell me about Caden.
00:03:24.520 So I spoke to Caden's mom, Julian, and wonderful kid, a student, was doing just fine. And she got
00:03:31.400 caught up, the mom, in this scam where they were trying to scare parents. And then they would offer
00:03:35.600 these tests to screen the hearts of these kids to make sure that they were healthy the problem here
00:03:40.160 is apparently the doctor never really looked at the tests we believe that because department of
00:03:44.480 justice identified that within 11 seconds of getting a test results on this wonderful young
00:03:48.960 man they said he was fine within a month he was dead and if you actually look at the autopsy the
00:03:54.400 moment spoke to me about this your heart normally is the size of a fist his heart was two and a half
00:03:59.360 times bigger than this almost the size of a basketball a big heart and when you have a heart
00:04:04.720 that large and you push it because you're playing sports it'll stop sometimes and that's what
00:04:09.120 happened to this poor young man mother lost him and in her words she says he said she was like
00:04:14.320 any street criminal who murdered somebody that's how clear it was to her that he was a bad person
00:04:19.120 and she wants that doctor in her words to rot in jail she doesn't hurt more people out on the
00:04:23.360 streets even though her son will never come back and you beautifully point out the reality that
00:04:28.000 these folks who are willing to steal from our most vulnerable are more than happy to take your
00:04:32.480 your health they'll steal your life and that's the pathology we're dealing with the human cost
00:04:37.420 of the fraud that we have tolerated and especially since covid is massive not only is dr oz saying
00:04:44.580 that this doctor charged in the justice department's 6.5 billion dollar fraud was was taken and again
00:04:54.700 They cleared his heart screening in just 11 seconds, despite an enlarged heart that was, well, then later blamed for his death.
00:05:05.980 Dr. Oz says this is a nationwide crackdown.
00:05:10.160 And it's not just about the money.
00:05:12.240 It's about these types of tragedies.
00:05:14.660 It's about people in our health care industry that have realized that they can take advantage of countless Americans.
00:05:22.560 Now, why would they want to take advantage of so many Americans?
00:05:26.840 Because of the money.
00:05:28.900 Follow the money, right?
00:05:30.580 You churn and burn these tests.
00:05:34.640 Like, that's the only way I can know how to put it.
00:05:36.500 You churn and burn these tests.
00:05:38.360 You get paid back.
00:05:39.760 You don't do the actual work.
00:05:41.960 And then people think that they're getting health care when really all they're getting
00:05:46.440 is screwed by a doctor or a group of doctors
00:05:50.180 who is trying to get rich quick.
00:05:53.620 Now, you look at this and it is shocking.
00:05:57.340 But we know it's been happening now for far too long.
00:06:01.120 We know that it's been happening
00:06:02.880 and it keeps happening over and over and over
00:06:06.700 and over and over again.
00:06:08.540 We know that it is hundreds of billions of dollars in fraud.
00:06:14.760 But as he described it, it's not just stealing your tax dollars.
00:06:18.980 It is actually stealing people's lives.
00:06:22.040 It is taking away from them with basically fake tests.
00:06:28.200 We are seeing this happen where there's actual people that need real health care.
00:06:33.220 And they're not getting the care they actually need or they deserve.
00:06:37.440 And the reason why is pretty simple.
00:06:39.540 They're not getting what they need for one reason.
00:06:43.140 because there's so much waste, fraud, and abuse.
00:06:47.540 And when you have this level of waste, fraud, and abuse,
00:06:51.080 and you have this many people that are backed up trying to get real health care,
00:06:55.100 whether it's fraud in Medicare and Medicaid,
00:06:58.240 and then you're not getting the best care you can get
00:07:00.280 because there's too many people stealing from the system,
00:07:02.720 then it actually puts people's lives at risk.
00:07:06.060 And so what you're hearing here now from Dr. Oz is
00:07:08.460 they're turning over a new leaf.
00:07:10.860 This is about protecting people's lives.
00:07:13.580 It's not just about the money.
00:07:16.860 The stakes right now could not be higher.
00:07:19.020 We finally have a president and an administration fighting hard for America first.
00:07:23.640 But if conservatives lose focus now, the same people who created this mess
00:07:27.620 were already in waiting to resume their destructive, progressive agendas.
00:07:31.760 And protecting this momentum takes more than just votes.
00:07:35.220 It takes everyday Americans like you staying in the fight for our rights and our freedoms.
00:07:40.920 And that's why more and more people I know are switching to Patriot Mobile,
00:07:46.160 America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.
00:07:50.840 Patriot Mobile offers premium priority nationwide service on all three major U.S. networks,
00:07:56.960 unlimited data plans, mobile hotspots, international roaming, and 100% U.S.-based customer support.
00:08:04.220 And you can switch in minutes while keeping your phone and your number.
00:08:09.180 And I know it because when I made the switch, it literally took me minutes to accomplish that goal.
00:08:14.520 And unlike other carriers, Patriot Mobile puts your money towards causes defending faith, family and freedom.
00:08:21.400 That's why I love them.
00:08:22.900 They contribute literally millions each year to organizations on the front lines fighting for our God given rights.
00:08:30.540 Patriot Mobile isn't just talking about saving America.
00:08:34.220 They're putting their business behind the fight every single day.

00:09:06.440 you pay your bill. I want to get you an update on the war in Iran. We are now being told that the
00:09:13.340 war has paused, diplomacy is returning, and the world, well, it's holding its breath. What appears
00:09:21.040 to be a, quote, significant diplomatic breakthrough in the Middle East after days of dangerous
00:09:27.600 military escalation that had many fearing a much longer and larger regional war could break out.
00:09:33.240 The United States and Iran have now agreed to temporarily halt military operations
00:09:39.060 and return, quote, to the negotiating table. According to multiple reports, both sides have
00:09:45.580 agreed to stop what officials are calling kinetic activity, meaning active military strikes,
00:09:52.220 and senior negotiators are saying they're now prepared to meet in Doha, Qatar
00:09:57.780 in an effort to prevent another round of fighting.
00:10:01.120 Now, let's be very clear from the very beginning.
00:10:04.680 This is not a final peace agreement.
00:10:07.160 And this is not a comprehensive settlement either.
00:10:10.420 This is simply a pause.
00:10:13.320 And what does that mean?
00:10:14.740 It means it's an opportunity to see whether diplomacy can yet again have a chance of succeeding.
00:10:20.500 where missiles and drones obviously could not.
00:10:24.660 Now, the agreement reportedly centers on stabilizing
00:10:27.640 one of the most strategically important waterways on Earth, the Strait of Hormuz.
00:10:33.000 Now, if you've listened to this podcast over the past several months,
00:10:35.980 you know why this matters.
00:10:38.180 Nearly a fifth of the world's oil supply, as you know,
00:10:41.100 moves through this narrow shipping lane.
00:10:43.940 Any disruption there immediately is impacting the global energy markets
00:10:48.660 It affects your gasoline prices, inflation as well, and ultimately, every American family who's trying to fill up their tanks for summer vacations or travel.
00:11:00.480 Now, one of the biggest goals of these negotiations, they also are being told, is restoring confidence that commercial ships can safely transit the strait without becoming what has been, well, unfortunately, all too often a target.
00:11:14.900 according to u.s officials iran has agreed to help facilitate safe commercial navigation while the
00:11:23.440 united states has eased some of the military pressure surrounding iranians ports as well as
00:11:29.840 well they're all refineries as the negotiations will quote unquote continue now this is an
00:11:36.440 important development because stability in the strait doesn't just matter to the middle east
00:11:41.520 It literally matters to every economy on planet Earth.
00:11:46.020 Now, here's why everyone is also remaining very cautious.
00:11:50.240 The ceasefire has already shown signs of strain.
00:11:53.360 Even after the announcement of the pause, there were fresh reports and military exchanges that threatened to derail the agreement almost immediately.
00:12:01.980 Clearly, hardliners in Iran don't want a deal to be made at all.
00:12:05.900 And that's why officials are describing this as an extremely, quote, fragile moment.
00:12:10.720 rather than a lasting peace deal.
00:12:14.240 Now, it also means they're trying to give the talks in Qatar,
00:12:18.000 well, a chance, and they're extremely important.
00:12:21.880 These discussions are also expected to focus on several other unresolved issues.
00:12:27.880 First, freedom of navigation through the strait.
00:12:30.700 But then second, sanctions and economic issues, which are extremely important to Iran.
00:12:36.780 And then third, the broader regional security concerns and eventually the larger nuclear negotiations that have been hanging over the entire conflict since the, well, first bombing attack by the U.S.
00:12:50.200 Those nuclear discussions had originally been scheduled elsewhere before the recent fighting force diplomats to completely rethink the agenda altogether.
00:12:59.420 So now, instead of immediately diving into the nuclear file,
00:13:03.640 the first priority is simply making sure the shooting actually stops.
00:13:08.940 Now, there's another problem.
00:13:10.580 You're dealing with terrorists, and you're dealing with hardliners
00:13:13.300 who do not want to actually have real negotiations.
00:13:17.020 That is part of the calculus for why this is, well, so important.
00:13:21.860 And there's also another wrinkle that demonstrates just how complicated these negotiations are.
00:13:26.960 Iranian state media reported on Sunday that Iranian officials canceled participation in some planned technical talks,
00:13:36.440 arguing that certain conditions they wanted fulfilled, including access to previously unfrozen funds, had not yet been met.
00:13:46.200 In other words, while the broader political agreement to continue talking remains alive,
00:13:51.040 there are massive disagreements that still exist underneath the surface.
00:13:56.960 And that's exactly why, well, no one is actually thinking this process is going to go quickly or even be easy.
00:14:04.700 What we've seen is this.
00:14:07.320 You have a military incident, one missile launches, one attack on commercial shipping, one misunderstanding.
00:14:14.060 And suddenly diplomacy is replaced by another round of escalation. 0.51
00:14:17.420 And that's exactly what the radical terrorists and the terrorist organizations that have been supported by Iran are wanting to happen each and every day.
00:14:26.960 Now, there's the broader regional implications as well.
00:14:31.260 Negotiators are working to establish what has been described as direct communication mechanisms
00:14:36.520 that are intended to prevent accidents from spiraling into another conflict.
00:14:40.440 And then there's Lebanon, and Lebanon remains tied into these negotiations
00:14:46.560 because fighting that is involving the terrorist organization Hezbollah
00:14:50.580 has repeatedly threatened to derail the larger U.S.-Iranian diplomatic process altogether.
00:14:57.640 Now, diplomats are also continuing to try to prevent that from, well, reigniting,
00:15:02.720 while keeping the focus on the broader negotiations between Washington and Tehran.
00:15:07.620 And that's why we need to talk about, well, why you as an American should actually care.
00:15:13.360 The obvious reason is avoiding another major Middle East war involving U.S. forces.
00:15:18.400 Every American understands the enormous human and financial cost of a prolonged conflict.
00:15:23.560 Certainly the markets understand that as well.
00:15:26.260 Now, a successful diplomatic pause could reduce those risks dramatically.
00:15:30.420 And then you have the energy markets.
00:15:33.140 Every time the tensions are rising, whether it's around the Strait of Hormuz or in Lebanon or with Israel,
00:15:39.240 the markets do what they do.
00:15:41.120 They become nervous.
00:15:42.880 And that is when the oil prices react.
00:15:45.340 That's when shipping insurance increases dramatically, costing you more to get the goods you need.
00:15:51.160 And then the supply chains also tighten.
00:15:54.400 Now, if these negotiations hold, it could provide additional stability for global energy markets
00:16:00.560 and the broader economy as well.
00:16:02.720 That means lower energy volatility.
00:16:05.500 That means it helps you as a family or a small business.
00:16:09.140 It also helps transportation.
00:16:10.940 It helps inflation.
00:16:12.500 And ultimately, it helps American consumers.
00:16:16.100 And then there's the geopolitical picture.
00:16:18.480 So whether you're supportive of the administration's approach or critical of Donald Trump,
00:16:23.060 Diplomacy succeeding after military confrontation,
00:16:26.320 well, it would represent a major development
00:16:28.540 and one of the world's most dangerous flashpoints.
00:16:32.360 This remains, again, an interim pause.
00:16:35.840 And negotiators are still facing enormous disagreements with terrorists.
00:16:40.660 Now, trust between Washington and Tehran, well, it's virtually non-existent.
00:16:46.120 And events on the ground, well, that could change all of this very quickly.
00:16:50.120 So here's what you need to know.
00:16:51.840 In the coming days, it will likely determine whether this temporary halt becomes a foundation for something bigger and larger
00:16:59.080 or whether the region slides backwards into another cycle of retaliation.
00:17:04.220 Now, for now, the biggest headline is this.
00:17:06.540 The shooting has, quote, largely paused.
00:17:10.000 Diplomats are heading back to the table.
00:17:12.900 The next major test comes down to talks in Doha.
00:17:15.900 and the world will be watching closely
00:17:18.460 because what happens there won't just shape the future of U.S.-Iran relations.
00:17:23.000 It could have major consequences for the global energy markets,
00:17:27.160 regional stability, and then the broader international economy.
00:17:30.940 You have the desire to help, to make a real difference?

00:19:29.520 One thing is for sure, President Trump is holding a hard line,
00:19:34.720 but also trying to make sure diplomacy has a real chance moving forward.
00:19:40.580 Donald Trump going to war with the local radical community in Washington, D.C.
00:19:49.160 Donald Trump saying he will not let communist D.C. mayoral candidate destroy the city.
00:19:57.600 Now, we're witnessing this happen around the country, in places like L.A., in New York City, with Mondani.
00:20:04.540 And President Donald Trump is now warning that he will not let the Democratic candidate for Washington, D.C. mayor destroy the city with her policies.
00:20:12.820 In a post on True Social, True shared that George has stated that she wants to empty the prisons, turn the city into a sanctuary city to protect criminal illegal aliens and defund the police, among other things.
00:20:28.160 Trump pointed out that many people, including him, had worked long and hard to clean up the nation's capital
00:20:34.320 and make sure it is, again, a safe and prestigious community.
00:20:39.040 He says, George, the communist, who is also certainly going to be elected mayor of D.C.,
00:20:45.100 has stated that she wants to empty the prisons, make D.C. a sanctuary city,
00:20:50.820 oppose ICE, welcome criminal illegal aliens back into our beloved capital,
00:20:56.040 and resist the anti-crime crackdown as well as defund the police he went on to say she also
00:21:04.920 wants to expand cashless bail and so many other capital destroying capital destroying things
00:21:11.560 now trump continued to share what he would meet with george and he said he called a communist
00:21:18.260 adding that he was warning that washington dc is a safe place in the prestigious community
00:21:23.440 saying many people including myself have worked long and hard to get it there
00:21:27.360 and we will not let it be destroyed by a communist adherent to
00:21:31.040 who has no intention to make america or make washington great again
00:21:35.660 now in response to trump's post george issued a statement that she would quote
00:21:41.260 stand up to anyone who puts our city on its and its residents in harm's way
00:21:48.700 Yeah, so apparently the president, she's saying, is putting Americans into harm's way.
00:21:54.100 While most of these claims are incorrect, the fact is that the mayor of our nation's capital and the administration
00:21:59.740 are going to be meeting with each other, is what George said.
00:22:03.540 I'm willing to work with anyone, including the administration, to improve the lives of D.C. residents.
00:22:10.820 And I will stand up to anyone who puts our city or its residents in trouble.
00:22:15.960 Now, again, Trump's post comes after he earned praise from even Democrats regarding construction and landscaping projects throughout the city.
00:22:24.800 Among the projects include the administration's restoration of monuments and the fountains, such as the Meridian Hill Park and the fountain at Columbus Circle outside of D.C.'s Union Station.
00:22:37.200 Thank goodness they're actually working again, something that has not happened in, well, years and years and years.
00:22:44.120 The Columbus Circle in their historic front door to Washington, D.C., well, it's now working again and beautiful.
00:22:52.000 This is all a part of what the president of the United States of America has been wanting to do.
00:22:57.520 Now, if you go back to August of 2025, there was a video that showed the city clearing a homeless encampment located near the Kennedy Center.
00:23:06.680 That came after Trump vowed to crack down on crime in the city.
00:23:10.640 That move came days after President Trump said, we're not doing this anymore.
00:23:15.180 And then the city, he officially invoked Section 8 or 740 of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act,
00:23:23.440 placing the D.C. Metro Police Department under the direct federal control.
00:23:27.720 And then he activated the National Guard, which, of course, meant that liberals would lose their minds
00:23:32.580 because he was actually trying to have a safer city.
00:23:35.640 While Georgia said she will, quote, work with anyone, including the president,
00:23:39.860 She has also said there are limits to that, quote, cooperation, saying we are not going to be able to stand up for our autonomy and fight for D.C. statehood.
00:23:50.960 Ultimately, by just complying in advance, I have also been very clear that I will work with anyone, including the president, for the best interest of the residents.
00:24:00.160 So the question is obviously, well, this, how can you be working for the interests of the citizens of D.C. if you're advocating for illegal immigrants?
00:24:11.600 How can you say you're working for the citizens of Washington, D.C. if you're wanting to let everyone out of jail? 0.50
00:24:20.720 Again, those are her words. How are you going to work for the citizens?
00:24:26.660 Again, a simple question of Washington, D.C. 0.98
00:24:30.560 If you're advocating for illegal immigrants to show up, putting them ahead of American citizens. 0.90
00:24:39.260 And then she said she's also going to advocate for, as she describes it, statehood. 0.98
00:24:44.140 Another simple question.
00:24:46.480 How are you going to advocate for statehood if you're going against the president of the United States of America
00:24:52.240 and really just pushing for your radical communist agenda.
00:24:57.140 You look at the facts of what she's in favor of.
00:25:00.180 It's really no different than Mandani.
00:25:02.560 It's no different than Gavin Newsom.
00:25:05.000 It's no different than so many of these radicals that we see day in and day out.
00:25:10.480 And what they're running on now and what they're hoping is
00:25:13.880 they can outlast the president of the United States of America.
00:25:17.740 You can also look at the Soros Stooges.
00:25:20.940 George Soros and his son Alex have funneled a staggering $103 million into the midterm so far,
00:25:27.260 and they're on track to shatter spending records.
00:25:30.620 They're helping people like Representative Olam Omar and the main Senate nominee, Graham Plattner.
00:25:37.260 The mogul, again, spending more than $103 million already in the midterm elections,
00:25:43.880 sending money to Senator Raphael Warnock and other radicals like Jayapal.
00:25:49.680 This is their entire guide.
00:25:52.500 This is how they want to destroy this country.
00:25:54.800 And they're using massive amounts of cash to actually do it.
00:25:59.220 Now, the billionaire Democratic kingmaker Soros putting in one hundred and two point eight million in the midterm elections again so far.
00:26:07.600 And with the November election still more than four months away, Soros is probably going to shatter his own record of one hundred twenty eight million set during the last midterms.
00:26:18.380 four years ago he's hoping that americans will be disengaged and well money talks and soros's money
00:26:24.900 says the most it's all about him trying to destroy the united states of america soros has been
00:26:32.940 described as a wannabe bond villain responsible for the radical takeover the democratic party
00:26:38.560 and by the way it's working only a fraction of this cycle's contributions 793 000 were made in
00:26:46.920 the 95-year-old mega donor's actual name almost all the money 102 million was funneled through
00:26:54.520 the democratic political action committee the super PAC that Soros launched in 2020 which
00:27:00.300 acts as the family's main political arm yeah it's pretty incredible again democrats say they hate
00:27:06.880 rich people until they're begging them for more than 100 million dollars now of all the money
00:27:12.780 given for the midterms, over half, $52 million,
00:27:16.260 actually came from George Soros
00:27:17.880 through the private corporation under his name
00:27:20.560 and the other $50 million from Fund for Policy Reform.
00:27:24.120 That's a non-profit is what they call it.
00:27:27.140 Yeah, a non-profit to just, you know,
00:27:29.920 get involved in politics.
00:27:32.340 And clearly that's also working.
00:27:35.660 Now, this is without counting
00:27:38.140 the family's main organization
00:27:39.760 known as Open Society Foundation.
00:27:42.780 which funds efforts to decriminalize drugs, open the border and abolish the police
00:27:48.180 and its lobbying wing, the Open Society Action Fund,
00:27:52.000 which is even more obscure as it doesn't have to disclose their political spending
00:27:56.180 because it's registered as a non-profit claiming to do merely advocacy work.
00:28:02.300 On previous election cycles, the Open Society Action Fund's cash flow went to the most extreme.
00:28:09.180 You know, the lefty stars they created, the squad, the AOCs, Ilham Omar, and all of this is again showing that George Soros and his son, they're doing everything they can to find the most radical candidates, like the D.C. mayor candidate, and destroy our country literally from within.
00:28:30.440 So pay attention, because this is what the midterm elections are actually all about.
