00:03:15.660 Democrats, we are now learning, are looking not only to dismantle ICE,
00:03:20.120 but also the entire Department of Homeland Security.
00:03:24.360 Remarks now coming from Representative Ilham Omar.
00:03:27.620 Signal that the National Democrats, as a party, are pursuing sweeping changes
00:03:34.280 that extend far beyond their calls to, quote, abolish ICE.
00:03:39.480 During a town hall, Omar said Democrats are not only discussing eliminating immigration and customs enforcement,
00:03:46.500 but are also engaged in conversations about dismantling the Department of Homeland Security altogether.
00:03:52.600 Quote, what I will say is that there is an easier conversation happening today than six, seven years ago,
00:04:01.180 when I got to Congress, about what we need to do with ICE, which is to abolish it,
00:04:06.420 Omar told attendees in Golden Valley, Minnesota.
00:04:10.120 She added, there is a lot of conversation about what the dismantlement of the Department of Homeland Security should look like.
00:04:17.560 Now, Omar's remarks come as Democrats continue to protest federal immigration enforcement operations
00:04:24.380 directed under President Donald Trump.
00:04:27.240 ICE, which was established in 2003 under the DHS,
00:04:31.660 has carried out immigration enforcement actions for more than two decades.
00:04:36.860 Now, Thursday marked the sixth day of a federal shutdown forced by congressional Democrats
00:04:42.900 over their new demands to get rid of ICE or, at the bare minimum, as they describe it, reform it,
00:04:49.280 which actually means shut it down.
00:04:52.020 Now, Democrats are pushing for, they say, a series of major new restrictions on ICE operations.
00:04:59.740 What does that include?
00:05:01.300 Banning agents from wearing face masks and requiring judicial warrants before making any arrests at all.
00:05:09.780 They are also calling for a mandate that ICE agents wear body cameras,
00:05:15.640 something the Trump administration is already moving towards.
00:05:18.820 But, of course, they want to seem like there's fake outrage.
00:05:22.600 In fact, ICE agents have been requesting the body cameras to prove their innocence
00:05:27.660 in many of the accusations that are coming from the radical left.
00:05:31.920 Now, in addition, Democrats are seeking to prohibit immigration enforcement actions
00:05:37.140 at what they describe as sensitive locations, meaning they'll become safe havens for actual criminals.

00:05:46.920 Hospitals, schools, and polling sites.
00:05:50.140 Just so you know, with American individuals that have broken laws as an American citizen,
00:05:56.620 you can be arrested right now at a hospital or a school or at a polling site.
00:06:01.380 So why would we give special care to illegal immigrants is the question every American should be asking.
00:06:07.900 Now, one other side point about the insanity of them saying that you can't arrest illegal immigrants at polling sites.
00:06:15.160 Republicans, they're laughing at that, noting that non-citizens, by the way,
00:06:19.120 are literally prohibited from voting in U.S. elections under federal law.
00:06:23.500 So why are Democrats so angry and wanting to demand that our laws would make it impossible
00:06:30.420 for law enforcement to, you guessed it, arrest illegal immigrants at polling sites?
00:06:38.340 Is it because they want them to vote or know that some of them already are voting right now?
00:06:43.320 Now, in recent weeks, several Democratic leaders have strongly condemned ICE operations,
00:06:48.760 including Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, a Democrat who lost the 2024 election to Trump,
00:06:54.900 and Vice President J.D. Vance.
00:06:56.560 He now warned that federal enforcement efforts could expand nationwide.
00:07:01.360 Therefore, we must defund them.
00:07:03.440 He also had this warning to America.

00:07:21.360 If we're sending law enforcement to clean up cities that are filled with tons of criminals.
00:07:27.780 Yet again, the Democrats showing whose side they're actually on.
00:07:31.800 Now, Republicans have urged that ICE enforcement actions
00:07:34.960 are not only lawful operations carried out by federal authorities,
00:07:38.520 but they are needed to protect American citizens.
00:07:41.860 And the crime statistics have shown where ICE agents have been out in major enforcement actions.
00:07:48.320 We've seen the crimes drastically drop in those areas.
00:07:52.840 Of course, critics of Democratic proposals say dismantling ICE or DHS more broadly
00:07:57.600 would significantly not only reshape national security of the homeland,
00:08:02.140 but it would allow for criminals to run amok.
00:08:05.020 DHS, by the way, oversees 22 agencies focusing on national security and public safety.
00:08:12.560 Major components include Customs and Border Protection, known as CBP.
00:08:17.520 If you get rid of homeland security, you would get rid of that.
00:08:21.200 You'd also get rid of, obviously, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, ICE agents, and the TSA.
00:08:26.740 So, yes, Democrats want to shut down the same people that keep you safe when flying on airplanes.

00:08:34.520 That is also, yet again, under the Department of Homeland Security.
00:08:38.620 So, the next time there's a national disaster, guess what?

00:10:12.840 Cash Patel, the FBI director, is now coming out and saying that the FBI has uncovered Antifa funding sources in a major breaking news event.
00:10:24.160 Now, let me remind you of where we were about four months ago when Cash Patel was talking at the White House.
00:10:30.900 When Cash Patel was talking at the White House with President Trump and this is what he said.
00:10:36.340 What we are doing at the FBI is simple.

00:12:39.320 So, fast forward just four and a half months later, and the FBI director is saying now that investigators have uncovered what he described as major funding streams tied to Antifa.
00:12:52.020 The revelations signal possible new enforcement actions as the Bureau is intensifying their scrutiny of left-wing violence, according to the report coming out from the Washington Examiner.
00:13:03.960 Kash Patel also, speaking on the Dan Bongino show, said the FBI under President Donald Trump has been conducting a financial investigation into how demonstrations linked to the loosely organized far-left movement are really supported.
