00:02:51.520 There has been a warning, and it's been coming from this administration for a very long time.
00:02:56.440 Donald Trump making it clear we must secure our borders.
00:02:58.980 And we don't need to be allowing so many people from around the world to come into this country

00:03:05.820 This is a major contrast to what we're now learning,
00:03:10.080 that the United States regularly settled migrants from the most corrupt nations in the world
00:03:16.140 across American communities.
00:03:18.380 That coming from a new analysis.
00:03:20.940 Last year, President Donald Trump halted much of this immigration via executive orders.
00:03:27.060 The analysis published by the Center for Immigration Studies looked at countries whose citizens
00:03:34.060 Trump's executive orders have either entirely or partially banned from immigrating to the United
00:03:40.740 States of America.
00:03:42.260 Now, in particular, the analysis highlights corruption levels on a nation-by-nation basis,
00:03:50.040 showing that in the fiscal year 2024 and likely prior years, the U.S. issued visas.
00:03:57.060 To tens of thousands of foreign nationals, literally from the most corrupt countries in the entire world.
00:04:05.900 South Sudan, for example, is ranked as the most corrupt country in the world,
00:04:11.120 according to a study by Transparency International.
00:04:15.340 Somalia is ranked as the second most corrupt country in the world.
00:04:19.780 Yet, in the fiscal year 2024, nearly 1,800 nationals from South Sudan
00:04:26.940 and Somalia were issued purposefully by the United States government visas
00:04:33.220 to come to the United States of America.
00:04:37.240 Venezuela, which has been partially banned from visa issuance,
00:04:42.420 ranked as the third most corrupt country in the world.
00:04:45.520 Despite this, the Biden administration in the fiscal year 2024 admitted almost 2,600 Venezuelans
00:04:56.820 to the United States of America after issuing them visas.
00:05:01.840 The Center for Immigration Studies, Ronald Mortensen, writes that vetting for nationals
00:05:07.960 in such corrupt countries is nearly impossible to vet for U.S. officials.
00:05:14.840 Quote, in these countries, there can be no assurance that the documents available
00:05:21.220 to even vet the individuals applying for the admittance into the United States
00:05:26.240 are valid or even accurate.
00:05:28.780 Mortensen continues, due to a combination of incompetence, poor or no record keeping,
00:05:38.400 fraud, bribery, and personal dishonesty, it's impossible to know what is real and what's not.
00:05:47.620 Now, let's go to that list for just a second, and this is the warning that Donald Trump gave.
00:05:51.740 When there is poor or no record keeping, or incompetency, or corruption at this level
00:05:59.020 in different countries, it's very easy to pay off officials, to fraudulently make documents.
00:06:05.520 You can bribe them.
00:06:06.940 There is personal dishonesty within the government as well.
00:06:10.820 Quote, for the payment of a bribe, a citizen of these countries,
00:06:15.360 and in some cases, even a non-citizen of that country,
00:06:19.840 can obtain the official documents necessary to apply for entry into the United States,
00:06:27.720 including a fake birth certificate, doctored law enforcement records,
00:06:32.880 a phony diploma, a forged passport, fictitious bank statements,
00:06:38.960 and all other documents normally used by U.S. officials to vet individuals before they're allowed
00:06:46.960 to enter the United States.
00:06:50.340 Mortensen writes that Trump was left with no option other than to suspend entry from highly
00:06:57.100 corrupt countries in order to prevent the further importation of cultures of corruption,
00:07:03.520 since effective vetting is not possible.
00:07:06.080 Now, to be clear, what this study is saying is that if you want to get to the front of the line
00:07:10.860 and you want to come to the United States of America from these corrupt countries,
00:07:14.140 you're probably going to have to pay up, and then someone's going to lie on your behalf.
00:07:19.060 And if you are a law-abiding citizen in one of these corrupt countries,
00:07:23.000 the chances of you actually getting the documents you need to try to come to the United States of America
00:07:28.520 are actually very unlikely, because you would have to pay bribes to even get in line
00:07:34.680 to be able to come to the United States of America.
00:07:37.400 You can understand why this is such a massive problem.
00:07:41.040 Now, if you look at the actual list of the most corrupt countries,
00:07:45.760 South Sudan, Somalia, Syria, Ecuadorial Guinea, Libya, Yemen, Sudan, Burma, Haiti, Afghanistan,
00:07:57.240 Afghanistan, Republic of the Congo, Chad, Iran, Mali, Laos, Sierra Leone, Nigeria.
00:08:05.420 And that is just a partial list of the countries that the president of the United States of America said,
00:08:12.280 we just cannot trust you.
00:08:14.460 When you look at how corrupt they are, they're almost all a 10 out of 10.
00:08:19.060 And then you have the migrant visas.
00:08:22.960 You had many of them that were categorized as special immigrants.
00:08:28.000 For example, in Afghanistan, 33,000.
00:08:32.380 You look at employment preference coming out of Afghanistan, for example.
00:08:37.500 Of the 33,000, only 28 were because of jobs.
00:08:43.120 Diversity immigrants coming out of Afghanistan of the 33,000.
00:08:47.740 Only 1,000.
00:08:50.340 You look at the numbers.
00:08:52.000 It is truly staggering.
00:08:53.500 And this is exactly who the Biden administration was letting in to the United States of America.
00:08:58.860 Which also brings us to something interesting that Hillary Clinton said this week.
00:09:04.040 As she was speaking, of course, trashing America.
00:09:07.640 She did accidentally tell the truth when she was talking at the Security Council in Munich.
00:09:13.440 There is a legitimate reason to have a debate about things like migration.
00:09:19.480 It went too far.
00:09:21.160 It's been disruptive and destabilizing.
00:09:24.580 And it needs to be fixed in a humane way with secure borders that don't torture and kill people.
00:09:31.360 And how we're going to have a strong family structure because it is at the base of civilization.

00:09:39.780 Even she's telling the truth.
00:09:41.920 Being blunt on immigration.
00:09:43.840 It needs to be fixed in a humane way with secure borders that don't torture and kill people, she went on to say.
00:09:49.860 Of course, accusing the Trump administration of killing and torturing people, which is not happening.
00:09:55.420 Yeah, she's still going to play politics and still slander her own government and attack ICE agents.
00:10:01.660 Just like Barack Obama did this past week as well.
00:10:05.200 Implying that our agents are so evil that, well, we should hold them accountable.
00:10:11.680 The rogue behavior of agents of the federal government is deeply concerning and dangerous.
00:10:22.560 The sort of behavior that, you know, in the past we've seen in authoritarian countries and we've seen in dictatorships, but we have not seen in America.
00:10:33.780 So Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and you can also add Gavin Newsom to the list of politicians saying we need to have a more orderly way of doing this in America instead of having wide open borders, which they created.
00:10:46.800 But slandering American law enforcement and the Trump administration at the exact same time.
00:10:52.620 But I want to remember all those images of masked men, the secret police, something familiar in Germany.
00:10:59.900 Those first images came out of my state, the second largest city in the United States of America.
00:11:05.340 We saw 4,000 National Guard federalized.
00:11:08.380 First time.
00:11:09.100 We're never sitting there like this.
00:11:10.140 And 700 active duty Marines sent not overseas, but to the second largest city in the United States of America, militarizing the streets of my city.
00:11:18.940 Masked men, masked men showing up, unaccountable, no ID.
00:11:23.740 So to be clear, Democrats today are admitting they created the chaos, but they're more angry at the man who's cleaning up their mess, Donald Trump.
00:11:32.660 And what Donald Trump is clearly doing is saying, not only am I cleaning up your mess in America that you created and in places like California or Minnesota, but I'm also making sure that those that are taking advantage of us that are coming in on visas are being stopped as well.
00:11:51.440 And this is exactly what Donald Trump promised in the campaign.
00:11:55.800 And he's clearly making good on that promise.
00:11:58.140 And it's driving the left crazy, which is now why they're comparing ICE agents to Nazis, even while they're in Germany, in Munich at a conference attacking their own country.
