00:02:51.620 claiming that he was going to arrest the Prime Minister of Israel, Netanyahu,

00:02:58.520 Well, now he's put out a new anti-Semitic video.
00:03:01.520 But he actually had to tell the truth, that he can't do what he promised.
00:03:05.300 And we'll explain that to you.
00:03:07.100 Also, in another story, you may remember we talked about the New Jersey governor
00:03:13.080 claiming there was a computer glitch that registered illegal immigrants to vote.
00:03:17.280 and many of them actually did vote after they were given the ability to vote.

00:05:39.260 For days, New York City's Mayor Mondani, he projected massive confidence that he was going to arrest the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu
00:05:51.960 when he came to New York for the United Nations General Assembly.
00:05:57.540 his administration would look at arresting him they said under the international criminal court
00:06:03.420 warrant it was a promise that generated headlines around the world and thrilled many of the anti
00:06:09.600 semites and his political supporters but then the reality check came and now the anger at yeah
00:06:17.900 mandani for lying yet again to his constituents so after quote ordering his own legal review
00:06:26.120 Mandani acknowledged that New York City simply does not have the, quote, legal authority to arrest Netanyahu.
00:06:35.840 He even had to release a video because so many on the left were so angry at him for giving them false hope.
00:06:42.780 His office putting it out and the mayor admitting his administration had to review every avenue available under applicable law.
00:06:52.520 And they concluded, yeah, that he's a pathological liar, that he has no authority at all whatsoever to execute the ICC warrant.
00:07:04.100 In fact, if he did, he may actually go to jail trying to do it. 1.00
00:07:08.540 Here's Mondani, in his own words, having to admit he's, well, full of crap. 1.00

00:07:38.260 to live, for the countless people he starved as he blocked food and humanitarian aid from
00:07:42.660 reaching them, for the gunning down of hundreds of aid workers and journalists.
00:07:46.800 And just last month, the UN confirmed that Palestinian children continue to be deliberately targeted and killed by Israeli armed forces, more than eight months after the so-called ceasefire.
00:07:58.220 The list goes on and on, all as we, as Americans, pay for the bombs that do the killing.
00:08:05.100 There is a reason the International Criminal Court issued a warrant for his arrest.
00:08:09.160 As human beings, we have spent generations building a shared understanding that there are crimes so grave, they offend all of humanity.
00:08:17.320 Anyone, with their eyes, with their heart, with their conscience,
00:08:21.800 should recognize the devastation he has wrought and understand that he belongs before a court of law.
00:08:28.240 As I've said, I agree with the ICC that Benjamin Netanyahu should be arrested and tried for his crimes,
00:08:34.920 as I do for anyone else charged by the ICC.
00:08:37.980 My administration has reviewed every avenue available under applicable law
00:08:42.840 to determine whether New York City could execute the International Criminal Court's arrest warrant
00:08:47.340 if Benjamin Netanyahu came here.
00:08:49.720 It is clear that we do not have the independent legal authority to enforce this warrant.
00:08:54.040 The federal government, however, does,
00:08:56.320 and I call on them to join the ICC and execute this warrant.
00:09:00.040 And I want to be equally clear.
00:09:01.960 Benjamin Netanyahu is not welcome in New York City,
00:09:04.740 nor is any other war criminal at large.
00:09:07.260 While we cannot end the genocide on our own,
00:09:09.320 we can decide whether our silence will become another weapon
00:09:12.440 and we can examine every tool we have
00:09:15.200 to defend the humanity and dignity of all people.

00:10:24.520 this episode highlights an important distinction
00:10:28.100 between campaign rhetoric and actual governing.
00:10:32.340 It's one thing to make sweeping promises on the campaign trail, 0.99

00:11:25.120 Which brings me to another story about another pathological liar.
00:11:30.200 The software vendor, and this is a story we talked about yesterday,
00:11:33.620 in New Jersey is now disputing the governor's quote-unquote glitch claim
00:11:39.640 that she says the state approved foreigners on their voter rolls,
00:11:44.440 and many of them actually voted.
00:11:46.780 Well, now the New Jersey government and its vendor are in a public dispute
00:11:51.340 that was supposed to catch an error that allowed thousands of non-citizens
00:11:56.200 to register to vote in New Jersey.
00:11:58.400 It raised direct questions about the integrity of the safeguards
00:12:02.200 that voters are told they can trust all over the country.
00:12:06.360 Well, just hours after the New Jersey governor blamed a software glitch
00:12:11.000 for thousands of non-citizens being registered to vote automatically,
00:12:14.720 the software company that she threw under the bus
00:12:17.400 has issued a statement disputing that claim.
00:12:20.740 The software vendor for the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission
00:12:24.800 issuing a statement saying it was the responsibility of state government,
00:12:29.900 which is completely controlled by the Democrats.
00:12:32.200 to verify eligibility to vote.
00:12:35.680 IDEMA, quote, worked with the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission
00:12:39.020 and has for more than 40 years to support the process
00:12:43.060 through which eligible individuals may indicate their interest
00:12:47.540 to register to vote when applying for or renewing a driver's license
00:12:51.340 or a state-issued identification card.
00:12:54.160 IDEMA's role is to transmit information through the motor vehicle system.
00:12:59.020 IDEMA said this in a statement saying, quote,
00:13:01.540 The voter registration information is transmitted to the New Jersey Department of State.
00:13:07.000 Then the Division of Elections, which is ultimately responsible for verifying eligibility to vote.
00:13:13.200 Information submitted by Ademia must still be validated and adjudicated by the Division of Elections.
00:13:21.200 Now, the governor blamed the software company on Tuesday,
00:13:24.040 saying that there was a, quote, computer glitch that allowed 6,660 non-citizens,
00:13:30.740 meaning illegal immigrants, to register to vote.
00:13:33.860 She also said that as many as 400 of those illegal immigrants had, in fact, voted in recent elections.
00:13:41.100 She claimed that those who voted were, quote, registered as Democrats, Republicans, and unaffiliated voters
00:13:47.200 and were scattered across the state.
00:13:50.120 It is unclear for which candidate the non-citizens voted.
00:13:53.480 she also said and of course to cover the story here right they said well the individuals answered
00:14:00.420 no when asked on a keypad whether they were a u.s citizen when applying for driver's licenses
00:14:04.940 and identification cards but through no fault of their own the system registered them anyway the
00:14:11.140 governor continued now cheryl also said the error occurred under the previous administration again
00:14:16.900 throwing her democratic colleague governor phil murphy under the bus as well so no accountability
00:14:23.240 Well, now the software company is saying, yeah, you're lying.
00:14:27.600 It wasn't a software glitch at all.
00:14:30.320 This was your fault, and this was your problem.
00:14:34.140 So now you have two different Democrats in office, yet again, lying to the voters, apparently, about their big plans.
00:14:41.160 And when they're called out on it, well, we'll see how they respond.
