00:02:39.940 Former FBI lawyer, at least a page, testified before Congress that the DOJ advised the FBI
00:02:47.220 not to pursue charges against Clinton for gross negligence in handling classified information.
00:02:53.820 Page stated that the DOJ considered the term, quote, gross negligent to be constitutionally vague,
00:03:01.480 influencing the decision not to proceed with a specific charge.
00:03:05.460 The FBI director, James Comey, in a 2016 press conference, described Clinton's actions as, quote,
00:03:12.800 extremely careless, but concluded that, quote, no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case,

00:03:26.760 President Barack Obama publicly stated that he guaranteed there would be no political influence

00:04:01.180 Chief Intelligence Correspondent Catherine Herridge tells us, in sworn testimony on Capitol Hill,
00:04:05.800 one of the insiders told lawmakers what she was told.
00:04:09.240 During closed-door testimony last summer, former FBI lawyer Lisa Page said the Obama administration's Justice Department advised the FBI not to pursue the gross negligence statute
00:04:20.620 for Hillary Clinton in the mishandling of classified information.
00:04:23.780 Former U.S. Attorney and House Republican John Radcliffe led the line of questioning about the statute, known as 18 U.S.C. 793.

00:04:41.080 Page's testimony appears to conflict with then-FBI Director James Comey's recommendation in July 2016 against criminal charges for Clinton.

00:04:59.900 The Republican-led House oversight and Judiciary Committee investigation ended in January.
00:05:05.020 With Democrats now in control, the committee's new ranking Republican made the page transcript public.
00:05:10.340 The transcript releases show an inherent two-tier system, one in which Hillary Clinton gets the treatment that she got,
00:05:16.260 where they was actually at first concerned that they were going to charge her,
00:05:19.560 and then with Loretta Lynch in charge, before she recused herself, made it very clear that that was not going to happen.
00:05:24.920 The tip-off came from a chart drawn up by federal investigators assigned to the Clinton case known as Mid-Year Exam.
00:05:30.560 Fox News has confirmed that the chart listed possible federal statutes for prosecution.
00:05:35.560 Next to gross negligence was a notation, quote,
00:05:37.940 DOJ not willing to charge this. Only known cases are military. Cases when accused lost the information.
00:05:44.400 In response to the page revelations, the president tweeted the transcripts, quote,
00:05:48.460 make the Obama Justice Department look exactly like it was, a broken and corrupt machine.
00:05:53.820 The page transcript also confirms Fox's earlier reporting.
00:05:57.240 The page testified Russia collusion was still unproven when Special Counsel Robert Mueller was appointed.
00:06:02.640 So let's just recap the facts as we know them now.
00:06:06.320 Number one, the FBI and the DOJ were ordered by Barack Obama to not arrest Hillary Clinton.
00:06:12.520 Why? Because they were protecting her at all costs.
00:06:15.500 Number two, James Comey deliberately lied to the American people days before the election in 2016.

00:08:28.460 in that targeted terror attack in Boulder, Colorado.
00:08:30.980 Officials say he's now being charged with a hate crime that's federally, and this is what they found.
00:08:36.300 They found at least 14 unlit Molotov cocktails on his person, along with that makeshift flamethrower.
00:08:43.140 The Molotovs comprised of glass wine cariff bottles or ball jars containing clear liquid
00:08:48.700 and red rags hanging out of the bottles.
00:08:51.140 He made these himself.
00:08:52.420 In fact, it says that he researched on YouTube how to do this.
00:08:55.880 And later during an interview with the officials, the suspect stated outright, he's talking.
00:09:01.100 He stated he wanted to, quote, kill all Zionist people and wished they were all dead.
00:09:06.660 He also stated that he would do it again.
00:09:09.460 Emily, he also said during this interview, he specifically targeted the Zionist group
00:09:14.100 that had gathered in Boulder.
00:09:15.460 He knew they planned to meet that day, Sunday at 1 p.m.
00:09:18.420 He arrived at 1255 and waited for them.
00:09:21.340 I love that he also said that he's been planning this attack for over a year,
00:09:24.280 but he wanted to wait until his daughter graduated because he gets to make that choice.
00:09:28.420 But what about the choice of the Jewish victims who don't get to make a choice when they are attacked

00:09:38.100 Then the hate crime charge brings a life imprisonment sentence, which I hope he gets.

00:09:46.400 This is what is being fomented right now, that someone has the audacity, the ability and the actionable information

00:10:48.940 resulting in over 1,400 illegals being arrested in Massachusetts.
00:10:53.660 And the question is, how many more terrorists are out there that came to this country illegally?

00:11:07.060 when talking about why they were forced to go into Massachusetts and do a massive cleanup.
00:11:12.980 In the meantime, in Massachusetts, you had, I think, the largest ever raid,
00:11:17.240 or at least netting of arrests of 1,461 people.
00:11:21.300 That's the largest so far.
00:11:23.420 And those that were arrested, 790 of them had criminal convictions,
00:11:27.240 and 277 had what we were just talking about, final orders of removal or deportation.

00:11:37.380 really shows the commitment of the men and women of ICE here in Massachusetts

00:11:46.080 the U.S. Marshal Service, ATF, FBI, DEA,
00:11:49.480 to really locate and arrest these criminal aliens.
00:11:52.280 One highlight for this operation is the fact that it was successful
00:11:55.620 because we worked with our joint partners in a sanctuary state like Massachusetts
00:11:59.980 where it's extremely difficult.
00:12:01.580 Where we had Operation Tidal Wave last month in Florida,
00:12:04.460 there was a week-long operation working with our state partners.
00:12:07.060 That's a state that cooperates with us.
00:12:08.800 Here in Massachusetts, we don't have any cooperation from the local departments
00:12:12.640 or from the state, which makes it extremely difficult for ICE
00:12:15.920 to get out there and find these bad guys.

00:13:02.540 allegedly sold hundreds of EBT numbers,
00:13:06.880 enabling over $36 million in fraudulent SNAP redemptions
00:13:11.680 at unauthorized stores.
00:13:14.520 Michael Kehoe reportedly orchestrated a network
00:13:18.500 that supplied the approximately 160 unauthorized EBT terminals
00:13:23.460 to stores across the New York area
00:13:26.200 to illegally process more than $30 million in EBT transactions.
00:13:32.220 This is now going down in history
00:13:34.300 as one of the largest food stamp frauds ever.
00:13:38.220 The USDA employee and five others
00:13:40.660 that have been now charged in the multi-million dollar food stamp fraud
