00:00:00.000 This is an iHeart Podcast.
00:00:02.420 Guaranteed human.
00:00:04.880 I am probably the president's number one fan.
00:00:11.140 And that's not going to change.
00:00:14.200 And the hate or what people have to say, it does not affect me at all.
00:00:21.320 It actually motivates me to support him more.
00:00:25.000 And it's going to motivate all of us to support him more.
00:00:28.060 We're not going to let them get away with bullying him.
00:00:31.360 And, you know, the smear campaigns, it's not going to work.
00:00:35.160 Okay?
00:00:36.100 He has a lot of force behind him.
00:00:39.740 And God is protecting him.
00:00:43.340 You're listening to the 47 Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.
00:00:47.500 Good Thursday morning.
00:00:48.480 It's so nice to have you with us on the 47 Morning Update.
00:00:51.380 And we've got two big stories for you.
00:00:53.460 First up, the FBI searched the Fulton County Election Office in Georgia.
00:00:59.960 So what are they looking for?
00:01:01.400 And what did they find?
00:01:02.640 We'll have all that information for you in just a moment.
00:01:05.920 Also, shocking new video shows Alex Preddy in a clash with ICE agents days before his fatal shooting in Minneapolis.
00:01:14.840 Not only was he busted in the video spitting, shouting, and kicking out the taillight of ICE agents' vehicles,
00:01:23.460 but the left has now gone completely silent on what they were claiming he actually was instead of a radical activist protester.
00:01:31.580 Before we get to that, though, can you buy real Bitcoin in your retirement account?
00:01:36.440 If not, it's time to upgrade to Bitcoin IRA.
00:01:41.260 You can buy and sell Bitcoin with major tax advantages.
00:01:46.800 Visit BitcoinIRA.com slash Ben to learn more right now.
00:01:52.880 Or call 866-679-7871.
00:01:59.240 That's 866-679-7871.
00:02:03.740 It's the 47 Morning Update, and it starts right now.
00:02:07.600 Story number one.
00:02:08.720 It is a question that every American should ask.
00:02:12.460 Are our elections actually honest?
00:02:15.280 Are they fair?
00:02:16.560 Or are there vulnerabilities?
00:02:19.460 We know from new reporting, and this is a shocking headline,
00:02:23.980 50-plus Mexican consulates were working to upend the U.S. elections.
00:02:30.660 You may not even heard about this story.
00:02:33.280 But in a brand-new blockbuster book, The Invisible Coup,
00:02:38.380 How American Elites and Foreign Powers Use Immigration as a Weapon, 0.98
00:02:42.940 it is now exposing how the Mexican government has built a sophisticated political influence network
00:02:49.700 inside the United States of America.
00:02:52.220 And what are they trying to do?
00:02:53.820 One thing.
00:02:55.160 They're trying to reshape our American elections, as well as our culture, and then the policies.
00:03:00.600 This is truly shocking to see that there are 50-plus consulates from Mexico
00:03:06.420 that are literally trying to change the outcome of our elections,
00:03:10.260 which brings us to the even bigger story of what happened in 2020.
00:03:14.980 We now are being told that FBI agents executed a court-authorized search warrant
00:03:21.980 at the Fulton County Election Hub and Operations Center near Atlanta, Georgia.
00:03:27.800 The operation involves seizing records and materials related to the 2020 presidential election,
00:03:34.440 including ballots and other election documents.
00:03:38.400 Federal action on the 2020 election records is a major point of the investigation.
00:03:45.360 And the fact that the Department of Justice and the FBI are actively collecting materials tied to the election
00:03:51.780 can obviously be spun by many, as to say, Donald Trump may have been right all along.
00:03:58.400 They're finally reviewing the concerns that were previously dismissed by the last regime.
00:04:03.660 Now, court-authorized law enforcement activity is a big deal.
00:04:08.560 The FBI did not act unilaterally.
00:04:12.280 They secured a judge-signed warrant, which means a federal magistrate found probable cause to authorize the search.
00:04:22.020 So when the media says this is Trump going on a witch hunt, be clear, a judge had to authorize this.
00:04:28.380 What it also means is this is now a legitimate legal case with legitimate legal action
00:04:34.820 rather than a political witch hunt or a political stunt,
00:04:39.700 which is, of course, how many in the media and the left will try to spin this.
00:04:44.240 President Trump had publicly demanded accountability.
00:04:47.480 In fact, just last week, Donald Trump predicted prosecutions tied to the 2020 election.
00:04:53.620 And now federal agents are executing a warrant tied to that election debate,
00:04:59.640 which supporters might see as a major call to action that is long overdue.
00:05:06.260 I want you to take a listen to how Brett Baer and Fox News Channel explain the Fulton County office being raided by the FBI.
00:05:14.360 FBI agents are going through materials found today during a search of the Fulton County, Georgia, election office.
00:05:20.800 That search is said to be related to the 2020 election.
00:05:25.140 Correspondent David Spott has details tonight.
00:05:27.240 Good evening, David.
00:05:28.040 Brett, good evening.
00:05:28.820 FBI agents are still on site at the records warehouse for the Fulton County, Georgia Board of Elections.
00:05:35.720 The matter is sealed before court, meaning details are limited,
00:05:38.860 but we can report this is related to the 2020 presidential election.
00:05:43.320 Sources tell Fox News that agents retrieve documents, phones and computers after a judge signed a warrant.
00:05:49.400 President Trump has long made Georgia, and specifically Fulton County, a target of his complaints relating to the 2020 election.
00:05:56.980 Shortly after that election, Trump spoke to Georgia's Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger,
00:06:01.880 and said he needed 11,780 votes to win the state.
00:06:06.160 At the time, Raffensperger said he felt pressure from Trump and denied any widespread election fraud.
00:06:12.180 He continues to deny it to this day.
00:06:14.020 Now, Fulton County District Attorney Fannie Willis brought state criminal charges again than former President Trump and others in 2023 for conspiracy to overturn the election.
00:06:24.640 But her prosecution, Brett, was eventually derailed completely after it was revealed she had an intimate relationship with the top prosecutor on her team,
00:06:33.020 and it could have tainted the case.
00:06:34.540 Late last year, a judge dismissed the case in its entirety.
00:06:37.500 Now, Brett, last month, the Justice Department sued Fulton County, Georgia, seeking access to 2020 voting records after state officials allegedly failed to respond to a subpoena.
00:06:48.360 Fox News has learned the head of the FBI's Atlanta field office was recently forced out in recent days, but it's unclear, Brett, if this is all related.
00:06:56.960 One point that should also be made.
00:06:59.000 In 2020, many believe it wasn't even an election in Georgia.
00:07:02.280 It was a crime scene.
00:07:03.340 Biden won Georgia, they said, by 11,779 votes.
00:07:08.780 But Fulton County was forced to admit certifying about 315,000 early votes without poll worker signatures that they said were supposed to be required.
00:07:21.140 40,000 citizen affidavits of election fraud were also filed in Georgia.
00:07:26.960 The FBI are now loading those 2020 election ballots into trucks.
00:07:32.240 Right now, at the Fulton County Election Office, you have to ask yourself this question.
00:07:38.320 Who is worried, if anyone at all?
00:07:41.660 President Trump also talking about Georgia.
00:07:44.840 And here's what he had to say about a month ago on the issue.
00:07:48.300 Did you have one? Yes, please.
00:07:50.560 Thank you, Mr. President.
00:07:51.740 I want to ask you about the Georgia Senate race.
00:07:54.120 I know it's very early, but there's several Republicans in that field that are vying for your endorsement.
00:07:58.340 A lot of good people in that field.
00:07:59.880 Yes.
00:08:00.060 I know all of them, actually.
00:08:01.780 I haven't made a decision on that, but you have some very good people in the Georgia Senate race.
00:08:07.820 Well, Governor has endorsed.
00:08:09.920 No, I know.
00:08:10.380 The governor has.
00:08:10.980 He's spoken to me about it a lot.
00:08:12.480 He likes that candidate a lot.
00:08:15.360 And I understand that.
00:08:16.840 I haven't made a decision yet.
00:08:19.160 But I'm following that race very carefully. 0.99
00:08:21.420 I think it's very important for Georgia to get a real senator, because the senator they have now is a horrible senator.
00:08:27.300 He allows all the crime, all the borders.
00:08:30.180 You have open borders.
00:08:31.260 I mean, his whole philosophy is a disaster.
00:08:33.520 That's not representative of the people of Georgia.
00:08:35.920 I know the people of Georgia.
00:08:37.040 I won Georgia three times, but they say twice.
00:08:41.080 President Trump putting it perfectly.
00:08:42.700 I won Georgia three times, but they say twice.
00:08:45.620 Now, with the FBI involved, we may actually get an answer to that big question.
00:08:51.180 Did the president win Georgia in 2020?
00:08:54.280 And if he did, what's the accountability for those that changed the outcome of the election?
00:09:00.900 Next, story number two.
00:09:02.660 Alex Preddy is the guy who was shot and killed by ICE agents in Minnesota.
00:09:08.200 He is the man the left wants you to believe was an innocent bystander that did nothing wrong.
00:09:15.060 And he was somehow murdered by ICE agents.
00:09:18.180 Well, there is new video that has come out showing the complete opposite of that narrative.
00:09:23.780 What we now know is that in new footage, Alex Preddy was armed, spitting at federal immigration officers and smashing the taillights of their black SUV during a psychotic clash more than a week before he was fatally shot by Border Patrol agents in Minneapolis.
00:09:46.120 The video, which the BBC said is verified and has now gone viral, captured the ICU nurse yelling at agents while they were driving away during a heated January the 13th protest before booting the back of the car, prompting them to jump out and tackle him to the ground after knocking out their taillight.
00:10:09.460 The man, who was wearing similar clothes in the video to what Preddy had on when he was fatally shot last Saturday, was taken to the ground by at least five agents who deployed tear gas into the crowd during the wild confrontation.
00:10:26.640 Now, the hordes of agents continue to hold him down until he retreated and joined the crowd in shouting at the agents with a gun visibly tucked into the back of his pants.
00:10:37.220 Homeland Security Investigations is reviewing the newest footage of the 37-year-old's apparent prior brush with federal agents just day before the fatal shooting took place.
00:10:49.160 A spokesman for Preddy's devastated family and the family's attorneys have verified that the man in the video is Preddy.
00:10:58.340 That coming from the Minnesota Star Tribune.
00:11:01.000 A week before Alex was gunned down the street, despite posing no threat to anyone,
00:11:05.940 He was violently assaulted by a group of ICE agents, is what the family attorney said in a statement to the Post.
00:11:12.680 Obviously, it doesn't match what you can literally see with your own eyes in the video.
00:11:17.660 Then this.
00:11:18.800 Nothing that happened a full week before could possibly have justified Alex killing at the hand of ICE on January the 24th.
00:11:26.740 Now, Preddy was apparently known to federal authorities and had suffered a broken rib during that confrontation with agents 11 days before his death, is what CNN reported.
00:11:40.240 Federal officers pulled the loaded six-hour pistol from his waistband before the shooting took place.
00:11:46.020 DHS investigators believe an errant round from Preddy's own pistol after it was taken away from him may have prompted Border Patrol agents to then open fire.
00:11:58.020 Now, the deadly caught-on-camera incident has erupted when he wedged himself between a female protester and ICE officers and was tackled and disarmed by Border Patrol before two agents shot him dead in that fight.
00:12:13.000 The two federal immigration officers who fired their weapons at Preddy have been placed on administrative leave.
00:12:19.200 Now, that is standard protocol for agents involved in a shooting.
00:12:22.560 The Department of Homeland Security confirming that on Wednesday.
00:12:26.900 Now, neither of those agents have been identified publicly yet.
00:12:31.440 What we do know is Preddy's death was a second shooting involving federal immigration officers in Minnesota in less than three weeks.
00:12:38.700 During the Trump administration's massive rollout of illegal migrants in the North Star State.
00:12:45.340 And on January the 7th, ICE agent Jonathan Ross shot and killed a 37-year-old mother of three.
00:12:52.360 We know her as Renee Good after federal authorities showed on video that she used her two-ton car to ram an officer. 0.52
00:13:01.360 Him shooting to save his own life.
00:13:03.360 Now, both shootings have sparked waves of protests across the state, prompting local and national elected officials to call for President Trump to pull ICE out of Minneapolis and Minnesota to defuse the chaos.
00:13:18.140 Clearly, that is not going to happen.
00:13:21.000 What has happened is Trump has sent the Borders Art, Tom Holman, to Minnesota, putting Homeland Security Secretary Chrissy Noem on the sidelines
00:13:29.000 and leaving her future and the administration uncertain, at least from a public standpoint.
00:13:34.520 We also know the president did put out a statement saying that he stood by Chrissy Noem.
00:13:39.300 So you have to decide who you want to believe.
00:13:41.620 U.S. Border Patrol chief who was leading the massive immigration operation in Minneapolis
00:13:47.020 and other agents have been pulled out of Minneapolis after the latest violence erupted.
00:13:52.680 So here we are with the president of the United States of America yet again showing
00:13:57.480 that the media lied to all of us about Alex Preddy.
00:14:01.820 They tried to turn him into some innocent individual when the reality is he was assaulting law enforcement on a regular basis.
