00:00:00.000 This is an iHeart Podcast.
00:00:02.660 Guaranteed human.
00:00:04.640 Welcome.
00:00:05.280 It is Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you as well.
00:00:08.620 It's so nice to have you with us this Friday morning.
00:00:11.680 Senator, you and I wanted to start the show by talking about Wednesday's show.
00:00:16.220 And I tell you what, sometimes there's breaking news that happens,
00:00:20.140 and all of us talk about it in the conservative media world especially.
00:00:25.120 And then sometimes we find out that some of that info or data is actually incorrect.
00:00:29.980 And when we do, we want to talk about that as well.
00:00:34.280 Well, that's right.
00:00:35.440 And on Wednesday's episode of Verdict, we cited congressional testimony from Dr.
00:00:40.760 James Thorpe, who testified before the Senate and stated that women who received the COVID
00:00:45.820 vaccine during their first trimester experienced an 82 percent miscarriage rate.
00:00:51.680 uh and and we covered that story and after covering covering that story on the podcast
00:00:58.000 it was subsequently revealed that that that data was inaccurate that statistic was inaccurate
00:01:05.380 and when we found that out uh i made the decision to delete the pod and and so wednesday's pod has
00:01:11.940 been deleted i think this is the only pod we've ever deleted in several years of doing this show
00:01:16.400 and and it was because the underlying statistic was inaccurate now i quoted verbatim word for word
00:01:23.660 from dr thorpe's testimony before the senate and and the core of the the story was focusing on dr
00:01:31.280 fauci lying to the american people and dr fauci's emails indicating that he knew there was a real
00:01:37.320 risk of miscarriages particularly in the first trimester and nonetheless he was publicly insisting
00:01:43.220 there was no risk whatsoever. But the 82 percent figure was incorrect. I did not know that. I was
00:01:49.460 quoting from what had been testified before Congress. And the reason it was incorrect
00:01:54.140 is in 2021, there was a study, the Shimabukuro study, that was published in the New England
00:02:01.140 Journal of Medicine. And it was widely cited as reassuring evidence about COVID vaccination
00:02:06.900 during pregnancy, and the study followed data for about 11 weeks. There were 3,958 women enrolled
00:02:15.480 in its pregnancy registry. Of those, only 857 had pregnancies that reached an outcome.
00:02:22.820 There were 104 miscarriages, and so the study initially reported that 140 divided by 827 is
00:02:30.640 12.6%. Critics correctly and rightly identified a serious problem, which is 700 of those 827 women 0.93
00:02:39.820 had been vaccinated in the third trimester when it was no longer possible for them to experience 0.57
00:02:45.820 an early miscarriage. In the third trimester, that's no longer a possibility. And so there
00:02:50.880 was a widely circulated reinterpretation that removed those 700 women and calculated
00:02:57.900 the ratio of 104 to 127, which is the 827 minus the 700. That led to 82 percent. 0.93
00:03:08.840 Dr. Thorpe repeated that figure in his congressional testimony, but that 82 percent calculation was
00:03:16.260 objectively incorrect. Many of the women vaccinated early in pregnancy were still pregnant
00:03:22.660 when the short study ended. So their ongoing pregnancies were missing from the denominator.
00:03:28.580 And the original Shimabukuro study was subsequently corrected as well, and the
00:03:35.800 corrected paper acknowledged that the preliminary data did not provide an appropriate denominator
00:03:40.900 for calculating the risk of spontaneous abortion. So we know that the 82 percent statistic was wrong,
00:03:47.920 and for that reason I deleted not only the podcast but several tweets that we had pushing
00:03:52.320 out the conclusion. That being said, it is important to note the core point of the podcast,
00:04:00.120 that Dr. Fauci himself raised concerns that the COVID vaccine could increase the risk of
00:04:06.900 miscarriages, especially in the first trimester. And yet, his public-facing comments were directly
00:04:14.700 to the contrary. He was knowingly giving one set of information, really propaganda, to the people
00:04:22.380 and a different set internally. And that dishonesty is fundamentally wrong. But that being
00:04:29.560 said, when I became aware of the error, we corrected it for our listeners of this podcast.
00:04:34.880 And I'm always going to strive to present the most accurate information on this pod. And so
00:04:40.600 that's what we're doing now yeah i i this is why i love doing this pod and look i i love that you
00:04:46.060 care enough that we want to correct this record it was at one point like the top trending story on x
00:04:51.180 everybody in media and the conservative world was covering this and i'm glad that we took the time
00:04:56.200 right now to explain the story explain the data explain uh how a lot of this got out there was
00:05:02.440 reported the way it was and then it was corrected and i hope that people that listen to this pod
00:05:07.340 to understand it we do our best to get things right all the time when we get things like this
00:05:12.580 and it changes it changes and when it does we will tell you and hopefully that's why you're
00:05:17.400 listening to verdict and why you love this show so i i love that we explained it and uh and with
00:05:23.460 that let's get on to the other big news of the day and senator i tell you there's some shows where
00:05:27.700 you say get ready because we're bringing the receipts of the radical left their agenda and
00:05:32.740 they're talking about it out in the open well i gotta say we are three months away from the
00:05:39.340 election and the group of democrats that have been nominated to run for office to run for senate
00:05:45.840 is is staggering they have managed to find radicals and communists and islamists and this
00:05:53.780 is the most radical group of democrat candidates that has ever been nominated for major office in
00:06:00.300 the history of america and and i don't want our listeners to take my word for this i i want you
00:06:05.280 to listen to what they say because this show we're going to walk you through what they've said
00:06:09.720 and it is extreme it's radical it's frightening it's dangerous and if these zealots ever get
00:06:16.240 their hands on the levers of government they will wreak incurable damage to this country
00:06:25.320 amen to that we're going to talk about all of that coming up i also want to say
00:06:30.100 something really important that I want you to be able to get involved in right now,
00:06:34.100 and that is simply praying for the people of Israel.
00:06:37.420 Though the headlines may change, the threats facing Israel remain,
00:06:40.860 while much of the world has moved on to the next story.
00:06:43.840 Israeli families continue living with the reality of terrorism, uncertainty, and recovery.
00:06:49.340 Communities remain on alert, and parents still think twice before sending their children to school.
00:06:54.840 Families continue rebuilding their lives, knowing that the next siren could come without warning.
00:06:59.780 Now, as Christians, we're called to stand with God's children in times of need.
00:07:04.120 That's why the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews remains on the ground in the Holy Land each and every day.
00:07:10.180 They are providing life-saving aid, food for the struggling families, emergency assistance, bomb shelters, and critical support for those impacted by war.
00:07:20.000 Even after the cameras leave and the headlines fade, the fellowship remains committed to Israel's most vulnerable.
00:07:25.900 So I want you to join the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews in simply praying for the people of Israel, for protection, for strength, and for a lasting peace.
00:07:36.620 Together, we can remind God's people that they are not alone.
00:07:40.460 You can stand with Israel in prayer today by visiting PrayIFCJ.org.
00:07:46.260 It's real simple. That's PrayIFCJ.org.
00:07:50.520 Alright, so Senator, let's set the stage here a little bit.
00:07:52.980 We've been talking a lot on this show, and if you're listening on the radio right now, make sure you download Verdict with Ted Cruz, the podcast we do three days a week.
00:08:01.580 And we've been talking about specific radicals, specific members of the Democratic Socialists of America and their advocates, and they've been winning.
00:08:10.400 But let's take a step back, and I want to ask you a bigger question.
00:08:13.820 And for a lot of people, they're still trying to get their head around the idea.
00:08:17.860 How is it that these types of radicals are not just running and getting funded, but also winning?
00:08:25.760 Well, there are really two principles.
00:08:27.600 Number one, deception.
00:08:28.980 And the Democrats are committed to lying to the voters and deceiving them.
00:08:32.660 But number two is fraud.
00:08:33.800 And we have a real problem with voter fraud in this country.
00:08:36.340 It's why I've been fighting tooth and nail to pass the Save America Act so that we could put real protections in to stop fraud.
00:08:42.560 It's also why every single Democrat in the Senate opposes the Save America Act.
00:08:47.480 because their party, their hopes at being elected depend upon fraud. And I want to start as an
00:08:54.420 umbrella for all of these radicals that are running with a story that broke this week
00:08:58.900 about James O'Keefe. James O'Keefe, the founder of Project Veritas, who does undercover journalism.
00:09:04.620 I got to say, James O'Keefe has done more journalism. He initially broke the story that
00:09:09.180 took down ACORN, the radical left-wing grassroots organizing group that was flagrantly violating the
00:09:14.880 law and and o'keefe's reporting took them down entirely he's done more reporting than than abc
00:09:20.300 nbc and cbs put together he's done more reporting than than almost the entirety of the so-called
00:09:25.700 news enterprise but in this instance he went to minneapolis and he went undercover part of what
00:09:31.600 james o'keefe does is he goes undercover he went undercover uh dressed in muslim garb he was
00:09:36.640 dressed as an imam. And Minnesota has this insane rule that one person can vouch for,
00:09:46.740 and that's what it's called, vouch for, up to eight other voters and say, yep, this voter is
00:09:53.080 Ben Ferguson. And Ben Ferguson doesn't have to have an ID, doesn't have to have any proof. If
00:09:58.560 you have someone vouching for him, that's all it's required. And he brought a series of voters
00:10:04.060 dressed in so he had uh one man dressed in a burka that he claimed was a woman and he said
00:10:11.520 i vouch for her and they let the fake voter vote and they tell him oh you can have up to eight
00:10:18.780 and and and it truly here i want you to listen we're going to play a couple of minutes of this
00:10:23.100 i want you to listen but he's talking with minnesota election voters he's lying to them
00:10:27.860 and and he's sending people who who are not remotely who they're claiming to be and they're
00:10:32.620 saying, come on in and vote, come on in and vote, come on in and vote. Give a listen and prepare to
00:10:38.020 be horrified. James O'Keefe, and this is Vouching for Seven Other Muslims at a Minneapolis polling 0.94
00:10:43.400 booth. We're going in to this location, and I'm going to say that I'm Vouching for them. The name
00:10:50.860 is William O'Keefe. The question about the Vouching program, yeah, Vouching, I can vouch for them,
00:10:57.700 But they are not registered. That's okay, that's fine. Can I bring five more from up to eight people?
00:11:05.780 Okay, that's a good thing. We go back and we get Arishno and Ernesto and Mohammed.
00:11:13.180 In Minnesota, you can show up on election day and vouch for up to eight unregistered voters. 0.56
00:11:19.300 Members of the Justice League dress up in traditional Muslim attire, including a transgender wearing a burqa. 0.62
00:11:24.840 and put this vouching law to an extreme test 0.98
00:11:29.880 on primary day, August 11th.
00:11:31.780 Gonna be a baller, shot caller, 20-inch blades,
00:11:36.440 only in Paula.
00:11:37.780 The vouching?
00:11:38.580 Oh.
00:11:39.020 The vouching court.
00:11:40.060 I vouch for them.
00:11:41.480 Oh, great.
00:11:41.960 Is that OK?
00:11:43.160 Yes.
00:11:43.560 How does that work?
00:11:44.760 Well, if you're all in the same precinct,
00:11:46.820 and you are already registered, which looks like you are,
00:11:50.260 then you can vouch for them as ID for them.
00:11:53.680 Oh, good.
00:11:54.100 She says to me, I say, they do not need ID.
00:11:56.660 She says, you are the ID.
00:11:58.380 He is the ID.
00:11:59.040 I am the ID.
00:12:00.160 And no ID needed.
00:12:01.140 I just vouch for them.
00:12:02.020 Well, you're the ID.
00:12:02.960 I am the ID.
00:12:03.900 That's good.
00:12:04.480 How many people may I vouch for?
00:12:07.300 Eight.
00:12:08.220 Eight?
00:12:08.600 I thought it was six.
00:12:09.240 I can vouch for eight people?
00:12:11.480 Eight people.
00:12:12.300 No ID.
00:12:12.920 We come by plaque.
00:12:13.720 Thank you.
00:12:14.420 Most poll workers we visited were willing to let us vouch with no questions asked,
00:12:19.260 even when presented with the most absurd situation imaginable.
00:12:23.040 while other poll workers did take issue with our investigation,
00:12:26.160 revealing their awareness that something about this vouching system is deeply flawed or wrong,
00:12:31.840 yet for some reason, they don't want us to expose it.
00:12:43.840 In Minnesota, voters can vouch for up to eight of their unregistered friends.
00:12:48.880 at the polling place a registered voter from the same precinct signs an oath confirming that they
00:12:54.240 personally know the voter lives there this allows someone without id to register and vote and
00:13:00.960 employees of residential facilities may vouch for an unlimited number of facility residents to vote
00:13:07.280 at the facility's address that's right an unlimited number while proponents emphasize that the policy
00:13:14.080 expands ballot access for recent movers and senior citizens, critics view it as a potential
00:13:19.960 for fraud. Now, Senator, let's just stop there for a second. When you hear the way this is set up,
00:13:27.100 it seems like it's the way you would set up the system if you were wanting it to deliberately be
00:13:32.180 used to have fraudulent voters voting in elections. 100%. And remember, this is Minnesota.
00:13:40.520 This is Minnesota where more than $9 billion was stolen from taxpayers and sent to Somalia, was sent.
00:13:48.160 The Minnesota taxpayers were the single largest funder of Al-Shabaab, the radical Islamic terrorist group in Somalia.
00:13:54.520 And the Democrats get elected. They depend on voter fraud to get elected.
00:13:59.060 This system is designed to encourage that.
00:14:01.780 Senator, let's go through some of these that America needs to know about and let's expose what they really believe.
00:14:07.040 Well, let's start with Minnesota. Minnesota just nominated as their Democrat nominee for Senate a radical named Peggy Flanagan, and she's a left-wing socialist who is extreme. Even for Minnesota, she's extreme. And I want to just lay out the receipts. I want to start with her talking about the Lake and Riley Act. 0.99
00:14:25.360 The Lake and Riley Act passed Congress with overwhelming bipartisan support.
00:14:30.660 Even a bunch of Democrats voted for it. 1.00
00:14:32.740 It's designed to protect Americans from violence from illegal immigrants.
00:14:37.940 And yet this is right at the heart of Peggy Flanagan's campaign. 0.99
00:14:42.040 She wants more violent illegal immigrants in America. 1.00
00:14:45.200 Give a listen.
00:14:46.420 Well, I think, you know, what we heard from Minnesotans is that this was really an issue of judgment.
00:14:53.500 You know, my opponent was the only Minnesota Democrat to vote for Donald Trump's immigration bill, the Lake and Riley Act, which, you know, I think really gave the green light for the just chaos and cruelty that we saw here in the streets in Minneapolis.
00:15:10.540 You hear that and the description.
00:15:12.940 It's pretty laughable.
00:15:14.040 Well, it is. And then I want to listen. I want you to listen to her talking about why she also supports taxpayers paying for castrating and sterilizing little children.
00:15:27.160 And she's emphatic. This is her general election pitch that we need to castrate more kids. Give a listen. 0.60
00:15:33.660 Minnesota law does not set a minimum age for gender affirming care. Do you believe there should be one? 0.97
00:15:40.080 i mean i believe that what we need to do is make sure that people have access
00:15:46.220 uh to health care frankly that's one of the reasons you know why i've run so hard on on 0.90
00:15:52.260 medicare for all uh and making sure that gender affirming care in an era should there be an age
00:15:57.340 limit i think gender affirming care is part of health care people need an age limit for it
00:16:04.880 health care. I think our law as it stands is a good law. Senator, the only way I can describe 1.00
00:16:12.980 what you just heard is this is what evil sounds like when it's in a political forum. 0.98
00:16:19.220 And the idea that you can just mutilate a child at any age, if you're a crazy parent that decides 0.69
00:16:26.060 they want their boy to be a girl or their girl to, quote, be a boy, you can just do this to them.
00:16:31.260 and there's no age minimum is absolute, not just insanity, but I do believe it's child abuse and
00:16:37.820 pure evil. Look, I wish, Ben, you were exaggerating, but you're not. What Peggy Flanagan is arguing
00:16:43.880 there is there should be zero age limit for castrating and sterilizing children. So if a 1.00
00:16:49.920 five-year-old boy says, I think I'm a girl, and that poor little boy has leftist parents who
00:16:56.900 believe in the ideology that whatever pops into the head of a child, you need to bring a surgeon's
00:17:03.540 scalpel behind it. According to Peggy Flanagan, you ought to be able to castrate that five-year-old
00:17:08.380 boy. Now, to be clear, no child has the emotional maturity, the intellectual maturity, the awareness
00:17:16.560 of the world to have any ability to make a decision about whether he or she will procreate, 0.88
00:17:24.960 have children wants to be a different gender look kids want to be a tyrannosaurus rex and and yet
00:17:30.900 ideology matters more and by the way peggy flanagan is also saying if a little girl
00:17:35.880 a five-year-old she says there's no age limit so a five-year-old says i think i'm a boy
00:17:40.340 what she's advocating and i gotta say i hate the phrase gender affirming care of course cnn uses
00:17:47.640 that phrase it is not affirming cutting your genitals off is not affirming your gender
00:17:52.960 gender it is destroying and removing essential attributes of your gender and so it is George
00:18:01.000 Orwell could not have thought of anything as twisted as gender affirming care when it is 0.85
00:18:07.220 sterilizing and mutilating children but what Peggy Flanagan is saying is if a five-year-old girl says
00:18:12.480 I think I'm a boy sterilize her and make it so that little girl can never have a child when she
00:18:19.480 grows up when she's an adult she might say of course i'm not a boy i'm i'm a girl i'm a woman 1.00
00:18:25.260 i i want to have babies but nope peggy flanagan has already destroyed her her ability through 0.98
00:18:32.560 permanent sterilization the idea that we have candidates running that are advocating for
00:18:40.560 sterilizing children and and view it as as a matter of fundamental justice of course we should
00:18:46.560 sterilized children. That shows just how radical these candidates are.
00:19:16.560 his story, both his life story and his incomparable jurisprudence. You can pre-order it right now at
00:19:23.080 the website goingfurther.com. Goingfurther.com. Click on the link now and pre-order the book
00:19:29.820 today. Yeah, this comes also as a week where we saw another radical bill that actually dealt with
00:19:35.340 late-term abortions, and it was celebrated by the media as a states' rights issue, and that
00:19:42.860 you could have things like this. There are a lot of Americans listening right now that I think
00:19:47.140 feel like, in a weird way, we're starting to lose on some of these issues. What is your thoughts on
00:19:53.140 that? Well, if you have not seen the video of the governor of Massachusetts, who is Mara Haley,
00:20:02.820 she is a liberal Democrat, and she is signing a law that is legalizing abortion in Massachusetts
00:20:09.620 up until the moment of birth, so late-term abortion.
00:20:12.700 Look, Massachusetts already had almost no limits on abortion,
00:20:16.040 but that was not enough.
00:20:17.160 They wanted in the ninth month, like, you could literally be about ready to deliver, 0.99
00:20:23.300 and if you decided you didn't want it, you could kill that child. 0.92
00:20:27.060 And the video, if you have not seen it, of the governor surrounded by about a dozen 1.00
00:20:32.860 all-young white women, left-wingers, laughing with joy. 0.61
00:20:39.620 is celebrating that late-term abortions. By the way, do you know what the polling is on 0.61
00:20:46.260 the number of Americans who support late-term abortions? Yeah, the majority is saying no to
00:20:54.560 it, just so America understands. Much more than that. 91% of Americans say no. Late-term abortions
00:21:02.920 are wrong. It is only 9% of Americans that believe that, and yet the governor of Massachusetts,
00:21:08.620 It's these left wing Democrats are so extreme that they are cackling with joy.
00:21:14.000 Now, by the way, the that Peggy Flanagan in Minnesota is not alone. 0.96
00:21:19.620 There are other Democrats running for office, running for Senate right now who agree with her that we should be castrating children and taxpayers should be paying for that.
00:21:28.700 One of those is Abdul El-Sayed, who says exactly the same thing.
00:21:33.100 And in just a moment, we're going to have you listen to him saying that.
00:21:36.840 Now, before we get into more of this story, I do want to talk to you real quick about something that you can do to make a big difference in this country, the values that we believe in, and literally make a difference every single day.
00:21:48.500 There are so many brands today that claim to stand for American values, but most of the time it's all talk and no action.

00:21:57.720 For more than 12 years, Patriot Mobile has been living their values and standing in the gap for every American who believes freedom is actually worth fighting for.
00:22:06.880 Now, their business was founded on a simple conviction.

00:23:18.600 What are you waiting for?
00:23:19.700 Make a difference today.
00:23:20.620 patriotmobile.com slash verdict or 972 patriot abdul al-said he is on the cutting edge of this
00:23:27.440 radical movement senator he is obsessed with this again not only is socialist government-run health
00:23:33.360 care but also the advocacy for gender mutilation surgeries for children well i i wish you didn't
00:23:39.800 use the the term cutting edge but but it is it is startlingly accurate here give a listen to
00:23:45.740 Abdul Asayat telling you in his own words, should be a choice made by a patient and their doctor.
00:23:51.840 If that patient is under the age of 18, the parents as well, right?
00:23:56.400 And I believe that Medicare for All should cover all health care, which is defined by what a patient needs in accordance with their doctor.
00:24:07.300 So that includes reproductive rights, right?
00:24:10.420 That includes gender-affirming care.
00:24:12.900 senator let's go down this uh logic train for just a moment he's saying it should be a patient's
00:24:19.620 choice to choose that i guess means a two-year-old a three-year-old a four-year-old a five-year-old
00:24:26.560 a six-year-old they can choose as he describes it to decide to mutilate their body forever to make
00:24:33.660 it where they can not have a kid the rest of their life if they're a girl uh and and i guess now if
00:24:39.900 If your kid decides they're Superman and they want to jump off the building, you can't stop them either because that's their choice to say they're a superhero.
00:24:47.240 Where does this insanity stop with them?
00:24:50.600 It doesn't stop anywhere.
00:24:52.140 This this is radical ideology. 0.98
00:24:53.800 And he's saying taxpayers should pay for castrating kids. 0.97
00:24:57.280 It's extreme. 0.99
00:24:58.200 Now, now you might say, OK, look, he's a radical on transgender issues.
00:25:02.800 But, you know, I mean, surely this is a guy who, like, you know, is proud to be an American.
00:25:07.920 Well, no.
00:25:08.720 you remember we had this this communist candidate for governor in wisconsin who narrowly lost the
00:25:17.540 primary lost the primary about it by about a point and one of the many things she has said
00:25:22.340 is is that she wanted to cancel thanksgiving and and when you and i and others call called her out
00:25:29.000 on it a lot in the media went crazy and in fact they used their classic republicans pounce they're
00:25:34.560 accusing Democrats of wanting to cancel Thanksgiving. Well, she lost her primary,
00:25:39.140 but Al-Sayed did not. Let me read you Al-Sayed's tweet on Thanksgiving. Quote,
00:25:45.500 just a reminder this Thanksgiving, this country was built on the systematic annihilation of
00:25:51.820 indigenous peoples whose ancestors suffered some of the highest rates of homelessness,
00:25:56.320 joblessness and mortality today we owe so much more than thanks time for reparations so in other 0.76
00:26:06.080 words he wants your kids and my kids to pay for the people that that marxists say were oppressed
00:26:13.960 now mind you my family you know my dad came from cuba we didn't impress oppress anyone my grandfather
00:26:21.540 was born and worked on a plantation in cuba and yet he wants to say i gotta pay for people that
00:26:27.500 i've never oppressed and and more fundamentally that we shouldn't give thanks for anything that
00:26:34.000 america is not a country worth giving thanks for that's who he is but but it's not just that
00:26:40.180 it is look we've talked a lot on this podcast about the intersection between marxism and
00:26:49.580 Islamism. I want you to listen to Al-Sayed talking about Sharia law and how committed he is
00:26:58.720 to Sharia law. Give a listen. I was reminded, actually, about events that I remember because
00:27:07.360 I was an adult when they happened. And that was question 755. When the state of Oklahoma
00:27:15.220 voted in a referendum to amend the constitution to ban sharia law.
00:27:22.140 What does that mean? I don't know.
00:27:26.360 And yet the voters banned it anyway.
00:27:30.240 What I offer today is just a reflection on the American history that runs through this state.
00:27:38.520 You all sitting in this room, in this town, 0.62
00:27:42.720 We're sitting in a space, in a time, when I don't have to tell you that the same exact forces that drove native peoples from their land two centuries ago, destroyed Black Wall Street a century ago, bombed a building decades ago, and tried to ban Sharia law not a decade ago, those forces are alive and well today. 0.88
00:28:10.840 Wow. Where do you even start with that, Senator? I mean, I hear the anger. I hear the disdain for America. I hear the we're going to do our way and we are going to conquer in those words that you just heard. And again, so people remember what CARE is. I think we should take a moment as well and explain and remind them what CARE is as an organization. 0.55
00:28:33.460 Care was an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation terrorist prosecution, which convicted the Holy Land Foundation at the time, the largest Muslim charity in America, funneling millions of dollars to fund Hamas.
00:28:48.380 And the Holy Land Foundation was convicted. Multiple senior leaders of the Holy Land Foundation were sent to jail for decades.
00:28:57.320 And Kerr was an unindicted co-conspirator.
00:28:59.540 And yet Kerr, remember, al-Sayed's father-in-law, who is the single largest donor to a super PAC,
00:29:07.080 is closely affiliated with multiple groups that are closely associated with the Muslim Brotherhood.
00:29:12.820 And I want to just flesh this out. Sharia law is not just a quiet little peaceful belief in Islam. Sharia law is using government force to force you to comply with Islam, whether you are Muslim or not. And it is a tool of oppression. Go to Iran, and if you violate Sharia law, they will torture and execute you.
00:29:35.900 And I want to read from a story from the Free Beacon that is laying out El Saeed's record.
00:29:42.040 Here's what he said, quote,
00:29:43.420 You cannot understand the challenges we face today without understanding white supremacy.
00:29:48.500 I don't have to tell you that the exact same forces that drove native people from their lands two centuries ago,
00:29:53.020 destroyed Wall Street a century ago, bombed a building a decade ago, 0.98
00:29:55.980 and tried to ban Sharia law not a decade ago, that those forces are alive and well today. 1.00
00:30:01.360 And the Free Beacon continued, 0.99
00:30:02.480 El-Sayed's obligation to Sharia law is well reflected in his personal and financial affairs.
00:30:08.480 El-Sayed was described as a, quote, particularly devout Muslim in the Michigan Daily in a 2006 story covering his relationship with his wife, who wears a hijab, is rarely seen at campaign events, and did not attend El-Sayed's primary watch party on Tuesday.
00:30:22.900 Quote, Islamically, there are no premarital relations of any sort, El-Sayed told the paper to explain why he proposed to her when she was a college freshman and he was a junior.
00:30:32.260 No touching, no nothing.
00:30:33.620 Given that, the logical solution is to get married.
00:30:36.500 El-Sayed courted and married his wife according to Islamic law,
00:30:39.380 which included a traditional two-step marriage
00:30:41.380 that saw the couple living apart and remaining chaste for the first year of their union.
00:30:44.900 Getting ice cream is the number one thing we do together, El-Sayed said in 2006 about his married life.
00:30:51.320 His wife now operates a private psychiatry practice that does not accept Medicaid, Medicare, or any other insurance,
00:30:59.380 a policy that invites her husband's criticism of such bans as, quote,
00:31:03.500 perpetuating long-held racism and structural racism.
00:31:06.620 El-Sayed is also heavily invested in so-called Sharia-compliant investment funds
00:31:11.480 managed by Amana Mutual Funds, whose late co-founder and chairman,
00:31:16.860 Yaakov Mirza, was identified in a 1988 FBI memo as one of several, quote,
00:31:22.160 members and leaders of ICWAN, which is shorthand for the Muslim Brotherhood.
00:31:26.760 El Saeed reported in his latest financial disclosure that he and his wife own between $150,000 and $425,000 of Amana's funds, which excludes investment in companies that earn more than 5% of their revenue from haram sources, including interest, gambling, alcohol, tobacco, pornography, and pork.
00:31:46.640 In 2002, federal anti-terrorism agents raided Merz's home as part of a wider anti-terror operation against Safa Group, a cluster of Islamic entities based in Virginia, the Wall Street Journal and Washington Post reported.
00:31:58.280 No charges were filed and the amount of funds itself were spared serious scrutiny during the probe, according to a local report.
00:32:04.080 This is someone who himself is deeply committed to Sharia law and has defended Sharia law being forced on everyone else. 0.78
00:32:13.560 And yet I want you to listen to and watch a really bizarre ad because this man is a Marxist and an Islamist. 0.65
00:32:23.680 And yet his campaign, there are multiple videos he's put out of him dancing and lip singing to female singers in a way that that's really astonishing. 0.61
00:32:33.980 But but I want you to listen to this particular ad that he put out.
00:32:38.300 Now, for you guys listening, I think the best part about this, just so you understand the set, it's an animated set, but he's dancing on it for this kid's show called Blues Clues.
00:32:50.060 That is setting the stage for you, and take a listen.
00:32:53.020 Here's the mail. It never fails. It makes me want to whack my tail. When it comes, I want to whail mail.
00:33:02.000 Thanks, mailbox.
00:33:02.860 we just got a letter we just got a letter we just got a letter I wonder who
00:33:09.760 it's from oh it looks like my ballot brought to me by my Secretary of State
00:33:16.060 and with it I can participate in democracy the first day that I can turn
00:33:21.400 this in is June 25th but it has to be postmarked by July 21st or I can drop it
00:33:28.780 off up until Election Day, which is August 4th. Thanks, Secretary of State. Thanks, Mailbox.
00:33:35.540 Vote's gonna do. We can't do. Senator, truly weird. That's all I can say about that.
00:33:41.080 Well, and fundamentally deceptive. This is an Islamist who is pretending to be a dancing 1.00
00:33:45.620 child cartoon character. You've heard the chaos. Now you can see it. 1.00

00:34:46.940 you gotta make a rule don't shoot at the united states or if you prefer iran blah blah blah
00:34:53.300 America haters are winning.
00:34:55.540 The would-be communists, the Marxists, are winning in America.
00:34:59.620 And they're doing so openly, and nobody cares.
00:35:03.340 I think giving the downtrodden money enables them.
00:35:06.240 They aren't getting the money.
00:35:07.540 I'm winning.
00:35:08.600 Good Lord, that was the voice of the patriarchy right there, folks.
00:35:11.980 Listen to Armstrong and Getty On Demand on the iHeartRadio app,
00:35:15.340 Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
00:35:18.460 We are exposing the radical left, the Democratic Socialists of America,
00:35:22.720 and some of the extremists that are winning primaries and winning elections around the country.
00:35:28.660 One of them, Senator, is a guy by the name of James Tallarico.
00:35:32.960 And every time you think you've heard the craziest thing from him,
00:35:35.920 he's running for the Senate in Texas, trying to act like he's a big Texan,
00:35:40.360 even though he's vegan, doesn't eat meat, and thinks that there's, you know,
00:35:44.780 I don't even know how many genders and God's non-binary.
00:35:48.160 But every time you think, all right, it's all out there, 0.96
00:35:49.960 you get something else that pops, and it makes him even more out of step with average mainstream
00:35:56.460 Americans. Well, there's a theme across all of these radical Democrat candidates, which is
00:36:03.560 their fakes. I've said for a long time that in the United States, a conservative wins when he
00:36:11.100 effectively communicates what it is that he or she believes, and a liberal wins when he effectively
00:36:17.640 obfuscates when he hides or covers up what he believes. That is the theme across the board.
00:36:23.820 So you have these Islamists and Marxists who campaign and they do lip singing to songs and 0.73
00:36:29.840 dancing like children's characters. You have in Alaska, one of the great examples of fakes, 0.97
00:36:36.860 the Democrats, the incumbent senators, my very dear friend Dan Sullivan, a great Republican
00:36:41.680 senator from Alaska. The Democrats recruited a guy named Dan Sullivan to register, and he's on
00:36:47.880 the ballot as a Republican. So there's going to be two people named Dan Sullivan Republican,
00:36:51.400 one the actual senator, and the other, a guy named Dan Sullivan, who has contributed to the Democrat
00:36:56.940 in the campaign, whose campaign press release was written by the Democrat consultant. And their
00:37:03.060 purpose in that race is to deceive the voters and to have them confused. And if two, three,
00:37:06.960 four percent of them think they're voting for dan sullivan the actual senator and instead are
00:37:11.520 voting for the liberal fake dan sullivan they might elect the liberal but but democrats don't
00:37:16.280 care about democracy that's not what this is about this is about deceiving the voters
00:37:19.580 there's another category which is the fake independence so in states like nebraska they've
00:37:24.620 recruited a liberal democrat who claims he's an independent they they're trying they're doing the
00:37:29.000 same thing in montana where they run a quote independent who's a liberal democrat will vote
00:37:32.800 for chuck schumer on everything but they want to fool the democrats into thinking and the voters
00:37:37.740 are thinking oh this is not a democrat another species and strategy they've tried this time is
00:37:42.720 is the fake pastor and so they've decided gosh we have a problem with people of faith that were
00:37:48.660 radical godless soulless uh faith hating religious liberty hating heathens and i'm i'm i guess 0.50
00:37:57.100 speaking, I was going to say I'm speaking excessively, but I don't know that I am. 0.57
00:38:05.680 But let's take Tallarico. So Tallarico, it's widely said, is a seminarian. Now he said,
00:38:12.300 among other things, God is non-binary, there's six genders, he's stood before churches and said
00:38:17.700 he cries and weeps for his whiteness and his masculinity. He's also said at times he hates
00:38:24.200 Christianity, but I want you to listen to what he said here about teaching the Bible to kids. Give
00:38:30.220 a listen. And the last one is maybe the most insidious. It was a new state curriculum that
00:38:38.140 would teach Christian Bible stories as historical fact, as the only truth to our youngest students.
00:38:45.440 And I mean kindergarten, first graders. These are kids who aren't able to think for themselves yet. 0.85
00:38:51.980 They haven't formed their own worldviews, and to push propaganda, to push indoctrination on those youngest students is deeply immoral.
00:39:03.440 Deeply immoral.
00:39:06.080 And understand, number one, what he's describing about the state law is totally false.
00:39:10.560 There was nothing in the curriculum that was teaching the Bible in terms of indoctrinating kids.
00:39:16.280 but any literate person, the Bible has been the single most consequential work ever written in
00:39:22.040 the history of humanity, and you and I as Christians believe it was written by the hand
00:39:26.060 of God with divine inspiration, but the curriculum is simply teaching the Bible, because if you know 1.00
00:39:31.620 nothing about the Bible, you're truly an ignorant person. But I want you to listen to the word he 0.98
00:39:36.440 used describing the Bible as propaganda, that if kids know something about the Bible, it is
00:39:41.580 propaganda, and ask yourself, what actual Christian pastor would describe the Bible as
00:39:49.120 propaganda? I agree that public schools should not be proselytizing any faith, but that's not
00:39:55.380 in fact what the Texas curriculum does. It does ensure that you have literate kids that are
00:40:01.240 aware of what's in the Bible, and by the way, what's in history books and math books and
00:40:07.440 and all of the whole field of knowledge.
00:40:12.500 But that is who the Democrats have nominated
00:40:16.440 in hopes that people will think,
00:40:17.960 oh, he's just like me.
00:40:19.620 I want to also point out
00:40:20.860 a fellow who is running for Senate in Kansas.
00:40:24.300 Now, you might not think Kansas is close,
00:40:26.320 but I'll tell you, in this election cycle,
00:40:28.740 this election cycle, the numbers are bumpy.
00:40:32.180 And Kansas, Roger Marshall's the incumbent.
00:40:34.880 He's a good friend of mine.
00:40:36.320 He's a good man.
00:40:36.940 I think he's going to win, but the Democrats recruited a pastor from a giant church in Kansas
00:40:43.360 City, a very liberal pastor, to run as a Democrat, and so is a Democrat. He's supportive of all the
00:40:49.020 left-wing ideology that these other lunatics support, but he's trying to cover it up, and I
00:40:54.960 want you to listen to a sermon that he preached in his church, and I'm going to tell you in the
00:41:01.980 sermon he explains that you don't actually have to be a Christian to go to heaven, and that you
00:41:06.800 don't have to believe in Jesus to be saved. Give a listen.
00:41:12.680 And I've spent this a lot of my life
00:41:14.780 studying different world religions, and you find some get you a little closer. The image
00:41:18.560 begins to become clear, like this picture on the screen. And then you
00:41:22.620 study another one, and you find it gets even clearer. You suddenly see that the image becomes
00:41:26.540 even more in focus. And so for me, as I've studied different world religions, I sit in the chair
00:41:30.640 and I'm looking through these different lenses, and when I finally got to that last one,
00:41:34.420 And when I finally got to Jesus and Christianity, it was like I could see clearly, the clearest
00:41:39.800 that I had seen.
00:41:40.780 And so I think about how Paul says, he talks about Jesus.
00:41:43.160 He says, the sun is the image of the invisible God, right?
00:41:46.140 And Jesus elsewhere says, if you've seen me, you've seen the Father.
00:41:49.120 And so in Christianity, we believe that God actually came and walked among us in the flesh.
00:41:52.760 He didn't give us a book.
00:41:53.920 He came in person.
00:41:54.940 And when we look at Jesus, we have the clearest picture we have of God.
00:41:57.780 So when I began to look through the lens of Jesus, my eyesight, spiritual eyesight, I felt
00:42:02.660 became the most clear it could be, like you see in this image here. Now, the truth is that a Muslim 0.98
00:42:08.740 would say through Islam they see the most clearly, and a Hindu through Hinduism, and a Jew through
00:42:13.040 Judaism, and so I recognize we all are, you know, we all have a different lens that we're seeing
00:42:17.340 through, and sometimes we think, you know, depending on how we were raised and how we think,
00:42:20.860 one lens is, you know, clearly a better lens for me, and when it comes to other faiths, I believe
00:42:25.620 as a Christian, that they are going to, when they get to heaven, they're going to see Jesus, and
00:42:29.140 They're going to say, ah, it was you all along that I was searching for.
00:42:33.940 But I don't fear that those folks will spend eternity in hell.
00:42:38.420 That's pretty radical.
00:42:42.120 Well, it is, and what it is not is biblical.
00:42:45.620 You can be a philosopher, you can be a left-wing advocate,
00:42:48.680 but you cannot be a Christian preacher who is actually preaching Christianity and say that.
00:42:54.320 That is the literal definition of heresy, and why is that?
00:43:03.340 Because it directly contradicts the Bible, and let me quote John 14, 6.
00:43:08.180 Quote, Jesus answered, I am the way and the truth and the life.
00:43:14.500 No one comes to the Father except through me.
00:43:18.020 That's what the Bible says, and yet this Democrat, Adam Hamilton, who's running as I'm a preacher,
00:43:24.320 is telling people, hey, you don't have to be a Christian to be saved.
00:43:27.540 Jesus is not the way, the truth, and the life.
00:43:29.860 Any way is fine. We're all going to heaven. It's all great.
00:43:32.620 Kumbaya. Do whatever you want.
00:43:34.960 That is the message of the world,
00:43:40.580 but that is not the message of Scripture.
