00:00:00.000 This is an iHeart Podcast.
00:00:02.560 Guaranteed human.
00:00:05.220 Welcome. It is Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you.
00:00:09.320 And Senator, there has been a lot that has happened coming out of Israel.
00:00:13.760 A lot with terrorists that are dying, thank goodness.
00:00:16.600 Video that has been leaked after they killed the mastermind behind the October 7th attack.
00:00:22.440 But then we also found out some pretty shocking news.
00:00:25.800 Let's start with that.
00:00:26.900 Well, the Palestinian Authority is pushing an effort at the United Nations to expel Israel from the General Assembly.
00:00:34.760 It is in many ways unsurprising.
00:00:37.440 But what sadly is also unsurprising is the Biden-Harris administration is doing little to nothing to fight it.
00:00:44.380 And so I have called for the Biden-Harris administration to actually stand up for Israel.
00:00:50.940 And I've made clear that if they don't, that if the UN actually expels Israel from the General Assembly, that the United States should halt all funding from America to the United Nations, that we should use the stick we have not to let the radical Semites at the UN punish Israel for being the victims of October 7th and for being victorious, defeating the leadership of Hamas and Hezbollah.
00:01:16.840 We're going to break that down in greater detail.
00:01:19.040 We're also going to talk about the FBI magically, quietly, stealthily editing the crime statistics.
00:01:25.720 You know, the FBI had put out stats that said crime had dropped under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
00:01:30.540 And the Democrats in the corporate media were gleefully repeating that.
00:01:34.300 The one minor detail is it was a lie.
00:01:36.980 It was false.
00:01:38.280 Crime has risen dramatically.
00:01:40.020 And very quietly, the FBI was forced to edit those stats to recognize the obvious truth.
00:01:46.220 We're going to break that down as well.
00:01:47.840 Yeah.
00:01:48.360 And people remember, they fact-checked Donald Trump on those issues.
00:01:51.520 And that didn't go over very well.
00:01:53.240 Now that you look at the new numbers, guess what?
00:01:55.400 They were right.
00:01:56.360 And everybody else in the media was lying to you.
00:01:59.460 Let me tell you real quick about Ammo Squared.
00:02:01.880 It ensures that you have ammo there when you need it.
00:02:04.700 It's an automated approach to purchasing ammo on any budget at phenomenal prices.
00:02:10.520 You get to pick your caliber, set your budget, and select a shipping trigger, and bam.
00:02:15.260 That's it.
00:02:16.220 It's basically like a 401k for ammo.
00:02:18.620 Now, if you dealt with ammo shortages like I did during COVID, you probably had the same thought I did.
00:02:24.180 I'm never going to have to deal with that again.
00:02:26.060 And I'm not going to pay 5, 6, 7, 8x what a box of ammo costs now later on because everybody's running to buy it.
00:02:33.620 Well, your ammo with Ammo Squared grows slowly over time and is stored for free.
00:02:39.080 As it builds up and it's shipped with a click of the button or automatically on your schedule.
00:02:44.360 Now, unlike a traditional subscription service, you aren't forced into a set budget or a monthly shipment.
00:02:49.840 You decide your budget and change it any time and schedule when you want your ammo to arrive.
00:02:54.780 Ammo Squared has more than 70 different caliber options, a lot of the hard-to-find ones they have.
00:02:59.440 And if you store up a bunch of one caliber and then you switch guns and you want to get rid of that ammo, not a problem.
00:03:05.320 You can switch it out for another one, sell it back, and if prices have gone up, you can even make money.
00:03:09.980 Now, what happens if a big shortage happens again?
00:03:13.160 Well, all your ammo you can use like a 401k, sell it back, bam.
00:03:17.440 You can make a big profit.
00:03:19.120 No minimum to buy, no membership needed, and no extra fees.
00:03:23.660 You buy ammo on a small budget and then watch it grow.
00:03:26.900 Sign up and I'm going to give you some free ammo in your account.
00:03:30.000 AmmoSquared.com slash Ben.
00:03:33.540 That's AmmoSquared.com slash Ben to get free ammo in your account today.
00:03:41.140 AmmoSquared.com slash Ben.
00:03:43.720 Now, Ben, before we get started on the UN story, I got to ask a very, very important question.
00:03:50.580 You ever work at McDonald's?
00:03:52.160 You know what's funny?
00:03:53.320 I have never worked at McDonald's, but I have started my own restaurant, which felt very much like working at McDonald's.
00:04:00.280 Well, now, as a teenager, did you ever flip burgers?
00:04:02.740 Did you work at a fast food restaurant?
00:04:04.260 Oh, yeah.
00:04:04.280 A hundred percent.
00:04:04.960 Where'd you work?
00:04:05.380 Where'd you work?
00:04:06.020 So I worked in a snack shop by the tennis courts, and so I cooked, I'm not kidding, probably thousands of burgers
00:04:12.440 and probably thousands of pounds of french fries and chicken fingers in my day.
00:04:17.560 So, Ben, how do we know you're not lying?
00:04:20.580 Apparently, one can be a leading candidate for president of the United States.
00:04:24.740 Just make up working at McDonald's, and the media has utterly no interest in whether you're lying or not.
00:04:30.620 Yeah, well, one, I have people that actually work there with me, and usually when you work in a restaurant,
00:04:35.420 you're in a pretty tight group, especially if you're younger, too.
00:04:37.860 There's pictures, I'm sure, out there that someone's got of me actually cooking, and yeah, so it's not hard to prove it, that's for sure.
00:04:46.400 But, of course, Kamala Harris claims to have worked at McDonald's, but there's no indication whatsoever that that is the truth.
00:04:54.140 I got to say, I thought it was friggin' hysterical that Donald Trump went to McDonald's.
00:04:58.940 The image of him wearing a McDonald's apron, like, at the drive-thru window.
00:05:04.400 Can you imagine if you went to get a Big Mac, and you pull up, and there is Donald Trump at the window?
00:05:10.160 I mean, seriously, how would you react if you saw Trump just at the drive-thru window with your Big Mac?
00:05:15.060 I mean, you would lose it.
00:05:17.200 Like, you would be like, are you kidding me?
00:05:18.600 Is this real life?
00:05:19.400 Is this actually happening?
00:05:20.760 And the best part, I don't know if you saw some of the memes.
00:05:24.000 They were hysterical.
00:05:25.200 One of them today that really made me laugh, it said, imagine it's a picture of him at the drive-thru window with his apron on, out the window waving.
00:05:32.520 It says, imagine if it's the last thing an illegal alien sees before they're deported.
00:05:39.400 That's pretty strong.
00:05:40.360 I've got to say, though, it does illustrate the complete moral bankruptcy of the media, that it takes Trump, you know, doing what was clearly a stunt and a pretty funny stunt.
00:05:52.780 I mean, the media is mocking him for it, which, I mean, look, they can acknowledge is pretty charming and pretty funny to do.
00:05:59.460 But it has a more serious point, which is that Kamala Harris has told multiple falsehoods over and over and over again,
00:06:08.280 and the corporate media covers up and, in fact, repeats and amplifies the falsehoods.
00:06:14.120 It's also one of those moments, and as I watch this, and I'm like, the media still didn't get it, which really made me laugh.
00:06:20.920 And that is, Donald Trump wasn't doing this for a publicity stunt.
00:06:25.020 Donald Trump was doing this to expose.
00:06:26.440 The man gets quite a bit of publicity.
00:06:27.960 Have you noticed that?
00:06:28.840 Oh, 100%.
00:06:29.540 But I'm laughing because they're like, oh, it's a publicity stunt.
00:06:31.640 I'm like, no, it's not.
00:06:32.280 You don't even, like, I don't think you're that stupid.
00:06:35.100 I'm referring to the media.
00:06:36.380 It's not a publicity stunt.
00:06:37.360 He's showing the hypocrisy of what it takes for a conservative candidate to actually get the media to even report on the actual issue,
00:06:46.800 which is Kamala Harris lied about working at McDonald's.
00:06:49.780 So in my experience, and I do this a lot, like when I'm doing a town hall, I will often ask people,
00:06:54.660 how many of y'all ever worked in a restaurant?
00:06:57.440 And inevitably, any town hall you're doing, half the people, their hands will go up.
00:07:01.340 And particularly as teenagers, that you work at a McDonald's or Jack in the Box or Taco Bell or you work as a waiter or waitress at a restaurant.
00:07:09.640 And in my experience, teenagers either did that or they mowed lawns.
00:07:13.700 So when I was a teenager, I mowed lawns.
00:07:15.260 And I liked being outside.
00:07:16.300 So I figured, all right, if I've got to make some money, you know, I can be out in the sun and, you know, be in shorts and a T-shirt instead of going in and flipping burgers.
00:07:25.220 But, you know, mowing lawns was a good business when you were 14, 15 years old.
00:07:30.340 So you're going to laugh.
00:07:31.420 I had a lawn business when I was, I think I was seven, six or seven.
00:07:35.940 And this is what we're missing in this country.
00:07:39.440 My parents said, if you want money, then you better learn how to make it.
00:07:43.160 And my lawn business was called You Grow It, We Mow It.
00:07:46.360 Very nice.
00:07:47.740 And I had a monopoly on that neighborhood in like 90 days.
00:07:51.660 Well, and look, to be fair, Kamala Harris had the same thing.
00:07:54.540 She has a manure business where she spreads large quantities of manure.
00:07:59.300 All right.
00:07:59.820 Let's get to our story.
00:08:00.920 I like it.
00:08:02.380 Moral of the story is I'm just proud of Donald Trump for trolling the media on this one.
00:08:06.120 It's awesome.
00:08:07.180 That image may be the funniest thing I've seen in months.
00:08:11.860 Just the I really do wish, you know, I have to admit it wasn't the same thing.
00:08:16.220 But a couple of years ago, I was down at our southern border.
00:08:19.600 I was at a checkpoint, but it wasn't like a illegal crossing checkpoint.
00:08:24.720 It was 18 wheelers that are coming across and they come through it.
00:08:28.180 So it's a heavy commercial traffic checkpoint.
00:08:30.620 And I just went like in the booth with the Border Patrol agent.
00:08:34.020 And I got to say that the looks as truck drivers pull in and they're expecting, OK, I'm going to get checked now.
00:08:39.400 And then they look over and see me and they're double takes.
00:08:42.960 They're absolute double takes.
00:08:44.460 And I actually conducted an informal poll.
00:08:48.000 So just about everyone raised a finger to me.
00:08:50.800 I will say I was very happy at the finger ratio because I would say it was about 20 percent the middle finger and about 80 percent a thumbs up.
00:09:01.320 So I liked 80-20 among the truck drivers coming in.
00:09:04.240 That's a good ratio right there.
00:09:05.620 Pretty good ratio.
00:09:06.520 But it was like it was a real-time poll.
00:09:09.000 And just about everyone, look, obviously I'm not Trump, but you still got like weird double takes.
00:09:13.800 Like, what in the hell is Cruz doing here?
00:09:16.040 And I'm sure I really wish I haven't seen if they got pictures of like people in the cars, but but I am sure they were absolutely flabbergasted.
00:09:25.520 So the videos that came through, just because this is too good to pass out, it was incredible to watch the reactions and the people that were so happy and proud to say, I support you.
00:09:37.180 And like and a lot of them were people that you could tell it was very sincere moments for them.
00:09:43.400 And they were so happy to see him.
00:09:45.520 And and I said on on my national show Sunday night, I was like, this is why we need to stop being afraid to just be honest that we're in favor of of conservatives and our candidates, because I do believe we are the silent majority.
00:10:02.440 And at this point, just do it like I have gotten the point now where I'm either wearing a hat with your name on it or a hat with with Trump's name on it because of election.
00:10:11.900 But I thought I was going to get a lot more people that were angry.
00:10:14.360 I can't tell you the number of people that walk up to me now when I wear the hats and they're like, dude, I love your hat.
00:10:19.880 Dude, I love your hat.
00:10:20.580 Dude, I love your hat.
00:10:21.320 Dude, I love your hat.
00:10:22.100 Man, I got to get one of those hats.
00:10:23.200 I need to wear that hat, too.
00:10:24.540 And I think if we all just like picked a random Tuesday and said, wear your favorite political hat, we would be shocked how many conservatives are among us each and every day.
00:10:33.240 But we're so afraid now because they've been towing us forever.
00:10:37.180 You can't do that.
00:10:37.800 You've got to be quiet.
00:10:38.620 Sit down.
00:10:39.120 Shut up.
00:10:39.580 Be quiet.
00:10:40.120 You're a bigot.
00:10:40.560 You're racist.
00:10:41.500 The name calling.
00:10:42.660 I think we're the silent majority and we need to become a loud majority.
00:10:46.340 Well, let me actually I'm going to prove that you're right, because the basic dynamic nationally with elections is conservatives win when we effectively articulate what we believe.
00:10:58.940 And liberals win when they effectively obfuscate, when they effectively hide what they believe.
00:11:03.160 Take a look at Kamala Harris.
00:11:04.600 Kamala Harris is not running a campaign saying I'm for open borders.
00:11:08.840 I'm proud of letting in 11 and a half million illegal immigrants.
00:11:12.020 I'm proud of voting to defund the police.
00:11:14.540 I'm proud of raising bail money to bail out violent rioters who rioted in Minneapolis.
00:11:20.520 I'm proud of massive taxes.
00:11:22.440 I'm proud of attacking oil and gas and driving up the cost of gasoline.
00:11:27.760 I'm proud of undermining Israel and sending 100 billion dollars to Iran like that's her actual record.
00:11:35.540 And yet she denies all of it.
00:11:37.880 You look at her ad.
00:11:38.860 She's literally running ads with aerial footage of Trump's border wall.
00:11:42.660 She's pretending her record is Trump.
00:11:44.480 And by the way, what's Trump doing?
00:11:45.760 Trying to tell everyone his record and her record.
00:11:47.700 And that dynamic is true.
00:11:49.400 The reason for that, I believe, is this is fundamentally a center right country.
00:11:53.000 And Kamala and her team knows her policies are wildly unpopular.
00:11:58.320 If they thought the country agreed with this garbage, they wouldn't lie about it.
00:12:02.360 They'd admit it and be proud of it.
00:12:04.160 Yeah, you're absolutely right.
00:12:05.640 Which brings us to this next story.
00:12:07.860 And it's one where there's a lot of silence right now.
00:12:10.700 I mean, a significant amount of silence that deals with the U.N.
00:12:14.860 And catch everybody up to date on this one, because it's really important.
00:12:18.700 Yeah.
00:12:18.860 So the Palestinian Authority is is working to expel Israel from the United Nations General Assembly.
00:12:26.800 And so I've drafted a letter that I'm right now in the process of getting other senators to sign that I'm going to send both to the U.N.
00:12:34.280 Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield and a secretary of state, Tony Blinken.
00:12:38.660 And I'm going to send it in this next week.
00:12:40.140 And the letter lays out the consequences of such an action.
00:12:45.660 In other words, what happens if the U.N. actually expels Israel?
00:12:49.620 And if they do that, what what I lay out is is in fact here, I'll quote from the letter, quote,
00:12:56.480 the effort to diplomatically isolate Israel is aimed at ultimately destroying the Jewish state, which is both obscene and antithetical to American national security interest.
00:13:04.880 If Israel is suspended for the from the U.N. General Assembly, we will move to limit American participation and funding across the U.N., including U.N. programs, funds and other entities and bodies, as well as its specialized agencies and related organizations, both those in which the PLO participates and generally.
00:13:25.660 And look, I also point out that if if the Palestinian Authority is successful in this, it would violate the Oslo Accords, an agreement that the P.A. signed on to.
00:13:36.920 And so the letter notes, quote, those agreements committed the Palestinians not to internationalize their conflict with Israel outside the contours of bilateral negotiations, which the United States has traditionally mediated.
00:13:49.280 The proposal by President Abbas to suspend Israel from the U.N. General Assembly would straightforwardly violate and fundamentally abrogate those commitments, in turn requiring a comprehensive reevaluation of the U.S.-Palestinian relationship.
00:14:05.320 We would pursue such a reevaluation, which would minimally include downgrading cooperation with the P.A., ending assistance to the West Bank and Gaza, terminating all Palestinian related offices across the U.S. government, including the Palestinian facing consulate and the Office of Palestinian Affairs, and broadly curtailing diplomatic, economic and security engagements between American and Palestinian officials.
00:14:32.980 And it goes on to make clear that we will reimpose anti-terrorism sanctions on the Palestinian Liberation Organization and the Palestinian Authority that are currently, quote, vitiated by licenses and waivers and are primarily limited to Americans' ability to assist those groups.
00:14:52.180 Should the PLO move to suspend Israel from the U.N. General Assembly, we will seek to ensure that those licenses and waivers are ended and to expand American anti-terrorism sanctions to include third parties.
00:15:06.620 So you look at this, and I think there's going to be some shock by people that are listening.
00:15:12.360 There's going to be some anger and there's going to be some, why the hell are we still involved with the U.N.?
00:15:15.780 Why do they have so much power?
00:15:17.620 Why do we even entertain them when this is what's going on at the United Nations?
00:15:22.120 I think all of those points are pretty fair feelings to have.
00:15:25.300 Am I wrong?
00:15:26.280 You're not.
00:15:27.000 And look, one of the main reasons to stay in the U.N., listen, as I campaign across Texas and across the country, I frequently get questions about why don't we just pull out of the U.N.
00:15:36.880 And I understand the U.N. is fundamentally corrupt.
00:15:40.400 It is filled with anti-Semites.
00:15:41.920 It is filled with viciously anti-American organizations.
00:15:45.500 UNRWA, it was infiltrated by Hamas and actively assisting Hamas.
00:15:50.620 UNRWA is the Palestinian aid organization within the United Nations.
00:15:54.440 But the answer that I frequently give, it is important, I believe, for us to stay in the U.N., among other things, to defend Israel.
00:16:04.340 That that Israel without America would be persecuted.
00:16:08.100 There is so much anti-Semitism, so much hatred of Israel that without the U.S. and the U.N., it would be completely unchecked.
00:16:19.500 Now, if Joe Biden and Kamala Harris just roll over and do nothing to stop it, then I've got to say the justification for remaining in the U.N.
00:16:29.640 very rapidly disappears.
00:16:31.160 Part of us being in the U.N., and this goes back to a debate that we had, gosh, I want to say it was in 16 and 17, is why aren't we such big funders of the U.N., especially with the UNRWA corruption and the other corruption that you just mentioned?
00:16:46.900 Look, I'm fine being in the U.N.
00:16:49.140 And having a voice and kind of being able to just watch what the other countries are doing.
00:16:56.100 But why are we giving so much of our taxpayer dollars to them?
00:16:59.900 Like, other countries aren't doing it, so why do we do it?
00:17:03.480 Look, there's no doubt that we're taking advantage of.
00:17:06.200 And the U.N. agreements are based on the size of the economies.
00:17:10.000 And because we have the largest economy in the world, they charge us the most money.
00:17:14.000 But we happily go along with that.
00:17:17.000 And I could imagine that being justified if we were using our leverage to significantly advance American interests and to protect our allies.
00:17:26.060 If we're not – and here's the problem.
00:17:28.620 Let's go back to the end of the Barack Obama administration.
00:17:33.180 At the very end of the Barack Obama administration, after Trump won in 16, the Obama administration pushed a resolution called U.N. Resolution 2334.
00:17:47.080 That was adopted on December 23, 2016.
00:17:51.820 Resolution 2334 was viciously anti-Israel and viciously anti-Semitic.
00:17:57.260 It condemned the modern state of Israel as illegitimate and illegally occupied.
00:18:03.180 It condemned the West Bank as illegitimate and illegally occupied.
00:18:07.020 It condemned the Jewish quarter of Jerusalem as illegitimate and illegally occupied.
00:18:14.300 It condemned the Wailing Wall of Solomon's Temple as illegitimate and illegally occupied.
00:18:21.720 And it was wildly anti-Israel.
00:18:27.320 And what happened, number one, the Obama administration waited until after the election.
00:18:31.300 They didn't want people to know they were doing this to Israel.
00:18:33.760 And then, number two, what they did is quietly orchestrate it behind the scenes and then simply not veto it because the United States is on the Security Council.
00:18:44.340 The United States could have vetoed it, but Obama did not.
00:18:47.440 And the consequence of that was that the U.N., at the behest of the apparatchiks in the Obama-Biden administration, attacked Israel.
00:18:59.820 And that's what's going on here as well.
00:19:01.940 And it's why I'm circulating a letter to the Biden-Harris administration to make clear, look, I think we're going to win a Republican majority in the Senate.
00:19:09.660 And we're going to stand up.
00:19:10.880 There are going to be very real consequences to the U.N. if they do this.
00:19:15.740 I want to point out also the strategy that I'm laying out is actually exactly what Ronald Reagan did.
00:19:24.920 So the last time the PLO tried to expel Israel from the United Nations General Assembly, Reagan declared, quote,
00:19:34.620 if Israel is ever forced to leave the United Nations, the United States and Israel will leave together.
00:19:42.760 That is absolutely right.
00:19:44.640 Reagan was right.
00:19:45.820 I believe if it happens under Trump, I believe Trump would pull us out of the U.N.
00:19:51.280 And I think if the U.N. understands those are the real consequences, they won't throw Israel out.
00:19:58.040 But I think Kamala Harris is quietly pushing this behind the scenes because this White House has been the most anti-Israel White House we have ever seen.
00:20:09.500 Yeah, no doubt about it.
00:20:10.360 And Reagan policies, you mentioned, is a brilliant and simple one.
00:20:13.400 Go ahead, kick them out.
00:20:14.320 Watch how fast America leaves.
00:20:16.140 That's how you're supposed to stand up for an ally.
00:20:18.460 It's what a simple idea, right?
00:20:20.060 I wish this White House would understand that at some point.
00:20:23.880 Well, you've got to understand why they don't do that.
00:20:27.180 They agree with the Palestinian Authority.
00:20:31.400 They agree with the enemies of Israel.
00:20:34.080 Look, on October 7th, when the attack was happening, the Biden State Department that night at 3 in the morning tweeted out from the Office of Palestinian Affairs,
00:20:43.900 there must be no military response.
00:20:45.740 Israel should not retaliate for 1,200 citizens being murdered, 1,200 civilians being murdered, for women and little girls being raped, for over 200 hostages being taken.
00:20:57.040 It was ridiculous.
00:20:58.440 And you'll recall, my team and I, we spotted that at 3 in the morning.
00:21:01.740 I tweeted immediately after it.
00:21:03.900 I said, this is disgraceful.
00:21:05.140 Whoever wrote this should be fired.
00:21:07.580 And within minutes, they deleted it.
00:21:10.340 By the way, it wasn't just an aberration.
00:21:12.640 It wasn't just some lone anti-Semite in the administration.
00:21:15.960 Because the next day, Tony Blinken, the Secretary of State, on October 8th, a year ago, tweeted essentially the same thing.
00:21:22.760 He said he'd just spoken with a Turkish foreign minister, and they both agreed Israel must not retaliate.
00:21:27.520 There should be no military response to the most, the broadest and the worst mass murder of Jews since the Holocaust.
00:21:35.380 And let's be clear, we just took out Senwar, the head, we actually, Israel took out Senwar, the head of Hamas.
00:21:43.020 They did so despite Kamala Harris threatening Israel, urging them not to go into Rafa.
00:21:48.560 At every stage, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris tried to stop Israel from defeating Hamas.
00:21:54.100 And Israel, to its credit, and actually enhancing our national security, has done so anyway, despite the fervent opposition of this White House.
00:22:02.480 The 2024 election is upon us, and the war on masculinity in America today is more blatant than ever.
00:22:09.540 And I want you to know that now is the time to choose strength and vitality over weakness and complacency.
00:22:15.660 The problem is actually pretty simple.
00:22:18.120 Men's testosterone levels are off a cliff historically at an all-time low.
00:22:22.340 And isn't that exactly what the liberal elite won, a weak and docile underclass, especially of conservatives?

00:23:39.880 Senator, I want to also move on to another story, and it's one that it was a flashpoint for the media.
00:23:49.640 They were obsessed with saying that under Harris and under Biden, America has actually gotten safer.
00:23:57.060 It came up during the debates.
00:23:58.720 And, of course, they fact-checked those on our team that were saying, no, no, no, you're wrong.
00:24:03.920 Things aren't that safe right now.
00:24:05.580 And immediately they went into fact-checking.
00:24:07.920 They're like, no, no, no, actually, things are better off than they've been in years.
00:24:11.080 Well, guess what?
00:24:12.720 We knew we were right.
00:24:14.200 And now the FBI has quietly released the numbers that prove it, not released them.
00:24:20.360 Let me rephrase that.
00:24:21.660 They've had to revise their lies they put out earlier.
00:24:25.580 Yeah, and I got to say what the Democrats have been saying and what the media has been saying is actual and literal fake do's.
00:24:31.960 So the talking points of all the Democrats, the talking points of all of the corporate media was crime has gone down under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
00:24:40.260 Now, anyone looking at the rapes and murders and the children being abused, like that defied common sense, but they pointed to the FBI stats as their proof.
00:24:52.780 Let me read from an article in Real Clear Investigations by John Lott, who's an economist, and it's entitled Stealth Edit.
00:25:00.360 That FBI quietly revises violent crime stats.
00:25:04.200 Quote, when the FBI originally released the final crime data for 2022 in September of 2023, it reported that the nation's violent crime rate fell by 2.1%.
00:25:14.680 This quickly became and remains a Democratic Party talking point to counter Donald Trump's claims of soaring crime.
00:25:21.880 But the FBI has quietly revised those numbers, releasing new data that shows violent crime increased in 2022 by 4.5%.
00:25:33.840 So they said it fell by 2.1%.
00:25:35.920 That was a lie.
00:25:37.140 In fact, it increased by 4.5%.
00:25:39.680 That's a 6.6% delta difference.
00:25:44.480 The new data includes thousands more murders, rapes, robberies, and aggravated assaults.
00:25:48.720 The Bureau, which has been at the center of partisan storms, made no mention of these revisions in its September 2024 press release.
00:25:57.100 Real Clear Investigations discovered the change through a cryptic reference on the FBI website that states,
00:26:03.900 The 2022 violent crime rate has been updated for inclusion in CIUS 2023, but there's no mention that the numbers increased.
00:26:11.460 One only sees the change by downloading the FBI's new crime data and comparing it to the file released last year.
00:26:18.720 After the FBI released its new crime data in September, a USA Today headline read, quote,
00:26:25.440 Violent crime dropped for third straight year in 2023, including murder and rape.
00:26:31.140 It's been over three weeks since the FBI released the revised data.
00:26:35.140 The Bureau's lack of acknowledgement or explanation about the significant change concerns researchers.
00:26:39.920 And here's, like, let me give you a sense of just how dramatically they revised it.
00:26:46.280 The updated data for the 2022 report now shows there were additional, there were 80,029 more violent crimes in 2022 than in 2021.
00:26:59.760 There were an additional 1,699 murders.
00:27:04.220 There were an additional 7,780 rapes.
00:27:07.580 There were an additional 33,489 robberies.
00:27:11.280 And there were an additional 37,091 aggravated assaults.
00:27:17.220 And the FBI isn't explaining why it magically had a political outcome that happened to fit the Democrat talking points.
00:27:24.620 And by the way, Kamala Harris isn't explaining it either.
00:27:26.580 Not, yeah, not at all.
00:27:29.840 And this goes back to the cover-up.
00:27:31.780 I don't think this was an accident.
00:27:33.640 This was deliberate by them because they knew they needed this to be a campaign issue that, hey, things aren't that bad, right?
00:27:40.640 Inflation's actually not that bad.
00:27:42.960 Immigration, we saw them do this deal with Mexico to make the numbers artificially go down in August and September going into the election.
00:27:52.840 Going, see, we're securing the border.
00:27:54.480 It's no different with the violent crime stats here.
00:27:57.740 This is why so many Americans now don't trust the government, certainly the deep state, certainly, unfortunately, the FBI.
00:28:06.960 And yet no one's going to get fired for screwing up their job this bad because it wasn't a screw-up.
00:28:12.160 It was done deliberately.
00:28:13.060 Well, you may be wrong that no one's going to get fired because—
00:28:17.220 Well, that would be amazing in a first in my lifetime.
00:28:20.060 Well, if we have a good election, I think if Donald Trump gets elected, we will see a new attorney general.
00:28:26.820 I think we will see a new head of the FBI.
00:28:29.460 Oh, for sure.
00:28:30.060 And I am praying the people involved in this will be fired if we win a majority in the Senate.
00:28:35.980 I think we're likely to win, and the Republicans are likely to win a majority in the Senate.
00:28:39.880 As you know, I'm on the Senate Judiciary Committee.
00:28:42.160 I'm going to press the Judiciary Committee to launch an investigation into the FBI as to who specifically put out the false data.
00:28:52.520 And I think we should push to get every email exchange, every conversation.
00:28:59.200 I think it is likely that this was partisan, but we need to get to the bottom of it.
00:29:04.560 And the fact that the FBI is not even providing any explanation when they're caught red-handed really does damage.
00:29:11.360 And by the way, look, I'll tell you something.
00:29:13.380 Again, as I travel around campaigning, regularly people ask me, should we abolish the FBI?
00:29:20.520 And I've got to tell you that, actually, that question concerns me because the FBI does a lot of things that are incredibly important.
00:29:28.520 The FBI is designed to battle terrorism, to catch terrorists before they commit another 9-11.
00:29:35.140 The FBI catches serial killers.
00:29:38.720 The FBI catches child predators.
00:29:41.300 The FBI helps with kidnapped children.
00:29:43.800 I mean, there is a very, very important law enforcement mission of the FBI.
00:29:47.880 And I'll tell you, with first James Comey and now Chris Wray running the FBI, I think the integrity and the reputation of the FBI has been so profoundly tarnished that half the country wants to get rid of the damn thing altogether.
00:30:03.020 That is really bad from a law enforcement perspective, from a perspective in stopping terrorists and stopping criminals.
00:30:09.760 And I'll tell you, I have chewed out Chris Wray that when he circles the wagons and defends the hardcore partisans who have politicized the FBI, he is lighting on fire the FBI's credibility and its reputation.
00:30:26.480 And I think if Trump wins, there needs to be a wholesale cleaning house getting rid of the wildly partisan career bureaucrats who burrowed into senior leadership positions at the FBI.
00:30:39.620 Canadian women are looking for more, more out of themselves, their businesses, their elected leaders, and the world around them.
00:30:46.820 And that's why we're thrilled to introduce the Honest Talk podcast.

00:31:05.440 Listen to the Honest Talk podcast on iHeartRadio or wherever you listen to your podcasts.
00:31:11.360 All right, let's let's dive into this even on it on a more intense level, because this is one of those moments where I think there's a lot of voters that are listening right now.
00:31:21.520 They're saying, OK, my worry is we've heard this before, that there's going to be a real draining of the swamp.
00:31:29.280 What how different do you think a Trump administration will be this time compared to 2016 when there was a lot of people that were on a list and you've done transitions?
00:31:42.980 I've done it before when when people win.
00:31:46.240 And what you go through is you say, OK, well, there's a certain group of people over here.
00:31:49.300 These are nonpolitical.
00:31:50.740 We don't mess with that.
00:31:51.740 Right.
00:31:51.940 They stay throughout administrations and then here's your here's your political ones and you can deal with them how you want.
00:31:59.180 But there's these certain areas where you don't touch it.
00:32:01.820 I think Donald Trump learned there's a lot of these, quote, nonpolitical positions that have become highly political.
00:32:08.820 Yes.
00:32:09.380 And and this is a great example of that.
00:32:12.200 So do you believe that there is is the political will to actually clean house the way that many voters are expecting?
00:32:19.800 And I say that I think there's a lot of voters are expecting it.
00:32:22.860 They're like, OK, if we're going to put you back in there, Republicans, a.k.a.
00:32:27.900 Trump, then you guys better do what you said you're going to do this time and clean house, because that's what we're voting for.
00:32:32.640 Well, as you know, this is the topic of the third book that I wrote, which which is called Justice Corrupted, how the left has weaponized the legal system.
00:32:41.080 And in the book Justice Corrupted, I lay out how Barack Obama weaponized the Department of Justice and the FBI and the IRS and the alphabet soup of federal agencies to target and attack his political enemies.
00:32:54.060 And then when Trump became president, by that point, many of these hard partisans had burrowed into senior career positions in the agency.
00:33:03.120 And they spent the four years of the Trump presidency waging war on Donald Trump.
00:33:08.240 They hated him.
00:33:09.040 They tried to destroy the president.
00:33:10.840 They tried to to frustrate and oppose every aspect of his agenda.
00:33:14.860 And now under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, they're brazen and out in the open.
00:33:18.380 They are nakedly politicized, that they repeatedly are employed to target and persecute the political opponents of the White House.
00:33:26.600 And it is disastrous.
00:33:28.460 I think it is one of the most important things in a Trump administration to depoliticize the Department of Justice and the FBI.
00:33:34.880 I've said a lot of times I don't want a Republican DOJ.
00:33:38.120 I don't want a Democrat DOJ.
00:33:39.320 I want a DOJ that follows the law and that prosecutes people when they break the law, regardless of their party.
00:33:44.840 I want an FBI that does the same thing.
00:33:47.200 And look, will it be better the second time around?
00:33:51.440 Absolutely.
00:33:52.180 I don't think Trump and I know his his senior team in the White House, they didn't realize what it is they were fighting.
00:33:59.800 They didn't realize how the swamp operated.
00:34:02.120 And they left in place a lot of people who actively waged war against the Trump administration.
00:34:08.740 Look, classic example of that is James Comey.
00:34:11.220 I believe that that that the Trump White House should have fired James Comey on January 20th, 2017.
00:34:16.880 No one would have blinked.
00:34:18.360 First day Trump comes in office.
00:34:19.880 Mr. Comey, thank you for your services.
00:34:21.380 He was the old head of the FBI.
00:34:23.220 You're gone.
00:34:24.620 They didn't.
00:34:25.400 They thought, oh, we can co-opt this guy and get him to work with us.
00:34:28.760 Well, it was a disaster and the whole Russia, Russia, Russia nonsense.
00:34:33.780 James Comey was behind a lot of that.
00:34:36.220 And so this time around, I think they're certainly they realize the threat.
00:34:41.060 Now, fighting, it's not easy.
00:34:42.840 I'm not going to, you know, just just blow smoke at you and say it's all going to be rosy if Trump wins again.
00:34:48.660 Fighting the swamp and the career bureaucrats is incredibly difficult.
00:34:53.500 But I do think you will see a much, much greater seriousness of purpose from the Trump White House this time around.
00:34:59.900 And I think they realize much more the magnitude of the threat they're dealing with.
00:35:03.900 The world's in flames and Bidenomics is a complete and total disaster.
00:35:08.540 And let me just tell you, when you wake up every morning, as I say, fighting the commies, I do a radio show at 7 a.m.
00:35:14.440 You got to have a great cup of coffee.
00:35:16.060 Not an average cup of coffee, but a America first cup of blackout coffee.
00:35:22.360 Blackout coffee was started because of the other woke coffee companies.
00:35:25.660 And when I said that, you probably thought of a couple of different major brands of coffee.
00:35:30.260 Well, blackout coffee said no more.
00:35:32.220 We're not giving our money to those woke liberal companies that are attacking our values.
00:35:36.600 This coffee is 100 percent America blackout coffee, 0 percent woke and is 100 percent committed to conservative values.
00:35:43.520 Yeah, blackout coffee from the sourcing of the beans, the roasting process, customer support and shipping.

00:36:29.880 I get notes every day.
00:36:31.420 Try it right now.
00:36:32.980 Final question for you, Senator.
00:36:35.020 There's a story and we're getting more details on it, but we're going to talk about this one on Wednesday, I'm sure.
00:36:39.720 But there is a headline that just popped and it says big tech censoring ahead of the elections.
00:36:45.880 I was not surprised by this.
00:36:48.160 I think it's a no brainer.
00:36:49.460 But we're seeing now that this is a real problem yet again weeks before Election Day.
00:36:56.520 Yeah, the Washington Post had an investigation that said that Instagram, which is part of Meta, buries political posts and it slashes the audience by 63 percent when the word vote is posted.
00:37:12.720 And one influencer faced, as I said, a 63 percent drop.
00:37:19.740 And this is an investigation done by Washington Post tech columnist Jeffrey Fowler that showed that Meta across its platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and threads, actively suppress content related to the upcoming 2024 election.
00:37:35.560 And it affects partisan political posts, but it also just nonpartisan content like vote that they are suppressing it.
00:37:45.320 And Fowler found that that that whenever an Instagram account creator named Mrs. Frazzled, whose real name is Ariel Fodor, whenever Fodor mentioned anything related to politics over the last six months, her audience size decreased by about 40 percent compared to her nonpolitical posts.
00:38:03.520 And when she used the word vote in a caption across 11 posts, the average audience was 63 percent smaller and her experience is not isolated.
00:38:14.600 Fowler, this is a Washington Post investigative reporter, found several other Instagram creators who noticed a similar pattern.
00:38:22.020 And it's not unique to individual accounts.
00:38:23.880 There was a wider study by an advocacy group called Accountable Tech that quantified the audience drops for five prominent leftist Instagram accounts, including the Human Rights Campaign and Feminist.
00:38:35.760 And over 10 weeks this spring, their average audiences fell by 65 percent.
00:38:40.100 The study found that conservative accounts experienced a similar drop in engagement when discussing political topics and meta suppression of political content happened when when Zuckerberg in 2021 decided to pull back on political content and and just just try to avoid politics.
00:39:01.860 Now, look, I'd rather they avoid politics than then actively be biased, which is how they were in the 2020 election.
