00:05:27.300 The issue is, did Hunter sell access to daddy, then the vice president of the United States, now the president of the United States, and was daddy corrupt?

00:05:44.160 Look, you look at the WhatsApp text that Hunter Biden sent, and I want to revisit it because this is as close to a smoking gun about corruption from the president as you're ever going to see.

00:06:03.040 By the way, count how many times you hear references to Joe Biden, not Hunter, Joe.

00:06:27.060 And Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this, other than you, Zhang, or the chairman,
00:06:32.460 I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me, that's three, and every person he knows, that's four,

00:06:59.880 Now, I've got to say, last week, Chris Wray, the director of the FBI, was asked at a congressional hearing,

00:07:17.760 And it's not just the shakedown.

00:07:25.780 You had five-plus million dollars, Senator, come into a bank account, connected directly to the Bidens.

00:08:03.340 They haven't denied that Joe Biden was sitting right next to them while he was shaking down
00:08:08.340 a communist Chinese and trying to extort $10 million from him.

00:08:17.640 So you're looking into, so I've got to say, Hunter and Joe had a great business.
00:08:21.160 They shook down just about every rotten, corrupt enemy of America they could find.
00:08:28.380 So they went to the Chinese.

00:08:31.080 But they also went to Burisma, the natural gas company in Ukraine.
00:08:35.500 And what broke this week, so the Ukrainian oligarch who owns Burisma, Michael Oslochevsky, not a good guy.
00:08:47.060 What we have seen now is an email that went on November 2nd, 2015, from an executive at Burisma,
00:08:59.600 a guy named Vadim Pajharsky, who emailed Hunter Biden, Devin Archer, and Eric Schwerin about a revised proposal.
00:09:07.740 And here's what the email says.
00:09:09.100 My only concern is for us to be on the same page, read our final goals.
00:09:13.160 With this in mind, I would like to formulate a list of deliverables, including, but not limited to,
00:09:17.420 a concrete course of actions, including meeting communications resulting in high-ranking U.S. officials in Ukraine,
00:09:23.160 U.S. ambassador, and in U.S. publicly or in private communications,
00:09:26.520 expressing their positive opinion and support of Nikolai, who's the oligarch, Burisma,
00:09:33.280 at the highest level of decision-makers, mind you.
00:09:36.780 We've talked on Verdict before about what expertise did Hunter have in oil and gas, in natural gas.
00:09:42.940 He didn't speak Ukrainian. He probably couldn't find Ukraine on a map.
00:09:46.460 Well, we now know what his expertise was. His expertise was daddy.

00:09:52.600 And just to show there was no subtlety here, this is the sentence that is most important,

00:11:05.200 Now, this email is really significant, and this is why the podcast matters,

00:11:14.060 Because the ridiculous Democrat talking point that their cheering squad in the corporate media repeats

00:12:59.460 Now, on the face of that, that self-identified information does not suggest some right-wing activist

00:13:06.720 What it suggests is someone who looked at this and said this is fundamentally corrupt,
00:13:10.580 but what those whistleblowers have testified to is that Merrick Garland, the attorney general, lied,
00:13:17.420 and he lied under oath to Congress in response to questioning that I asked him.

00:13:27.100 So I asked him in the Senate Judiciary Committee, and Merrick Garland said under oath there is zero
00:13:32.300 political interference in the investigation into Hunter Biden and Joe Biden.
00:13:36.420 The whistleblower said he was lying.
00:13:38.640 Not only that, the whistleblower said that he conducted conduct that is obstruction of justice.
00:13:45.120 And let me be clear what should happen.
00:13:46.800 Number one, I've called for this already.
00:13:48.780 The Department of Justice needs to appoint a special counsel to investigate and prosecute
00:13:54.220 Merrick Garland for lying under oath and obstruction of justice.

00:13:59.760 Number two, the House of Representatives should impeach Merrick Garland.
00:14:12.260 And number three, if the evidence confirms what that text says and what the whistleblowers
00:14:19.480 are saying, that the President of the United States took bribes from foreign nationals,
00:14:24.220 then the House of Representatives should impeach Joe Biden.
00:14:40.000 And let me be clear, that impeachment, that impeachment is not for high crimes and misdemeanors.
00:14:48.440 Remember all the discussions about high crimes and misdemeanors?
00:14:50.740 The Constitution provides for impeachment for treason, bribery, or other high crimes or misdemeanors.

00:15:22.320 And DOJ, according to the whistleblower, said, no, no, don't want to know that.

00:27:51.320 Mayor Bill de Blasio, in his final weeks going out, he's giving teachers who flunked basic proficiency, they're getting checks of $1 million, $2 million a piece.
00:28:04.080 Now, New York spends about $38,000 per student in its public schools.

00:28:11.620 Many of the kids come out not being able to read.
00:28:14.260 And now, you want to know what happens when Democrats are in charge?
