00:01:27.100 Welcome.

00:01:27.680 It is The Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you.

00:01:30.880 We are live at Turning Point in Florida with an audience.

00:01:38.220 I like it.

00:01:40.960 That's a rowdy crowd.

00:01:43.680 We've got a room full of 3,000 young people

00:01:47.380 who are ready to transform America and take this country back.

00:01:51.620 It's nice to see a rowdy crowd that's ready to take back America.

00:01:54.620 I love this.

00:01:55.220 You know, and this is a very different gathering from, say, a Joe Biden political speech.

00:02:03.280 One, we can understand what's being said.

00:02:05.340 Well, there is that, and there are more than six people here,

00:02:09.020 and they're not sitting in little circles really far away from each other.

00:02:13.360 They're not staffers.

00:02:14.340 And I feel relatively confident that neither one of us is going to wander off the stage looking for the Easter bunny.

00:02:19.780 That's true.

00:02:20.240 Or finding cocaine.

00:02:22.660 Or for that matter, let's just talk for a second. 0.98

00:02:26.160 What the hell was Biden doing, like, biting that little kid? 0.78

00:02:32.760 I'm sorry, that's just weird. 0.97

00:02:34.680 Yeah.

00:02:36.420 It was weird.

00:02:37.380 This is a week, Senator, and it's going to be a really fun week,

00:02:41.740 especially for, I think, this country to see what's happening on the issue.

00:02:46.720 You mentioned the Bidens.

00:02:47.560 Yep.

00:02:48.200 Of Joe Biden, the Biden family corruption.

00:02:50.700 And we're going to be sitting down with a man that knows a lot about this, James Comer,

00:02:55.840 for a two-part series this week.

00:02:57.360 You are not going to want to miss that on Verdict the Podcast.

00:02:59.560 It is a phenomenal moment, I think, for this history of this week to kind of hear from these whistleblowers.

00:03:07.560 But let's talk about where we are going into this week, because these whistleblowers have risked everything.

00:03:12.780 And I don't think people understand.

00:03:14.860 They're risking not just their lives.

00:03:16.600 They're risking their careers.

00:03:18.060 They're going to be ruined if the Bidens have their way.

00:03:20.400 And they're coming to Congress this week to say, here's what we saw, here's what we know, and here's what was covered up.

00:03:26.340 Yeah, no, that's exactly right.

00:03:27.540 This is a big week, as everyone here knows, because the folks here at Turning Point, y'all are engaged.

00:03:33.260 You're following what's happened.

00:03:34.700 You're informed.

00:03:40.460 But I've got to say, the evidence that is coming out of Biden family corruption, it keeps growing and growing and growing.

00:03:48.740 And this podcast, we do it three days a week.

00:03:50.960 We do it Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

00:03:52.420 And it is every month we're getting just under a million unique listeners.

00:03:59.520 We're beating CNN every single week.

00:04:02.640 You can clap for that one.

00:04:04.080 And what's powerful about it is we try to walk people through and give them the information that doesn't get covered on TV, that doesn't get covered in the ordinary meeting.

00:04:17.180 So, for example, the Biden family corruption evidence.

00:04:20.860 This week, we're going to have, hopefully, both IRS whistleblowers on Wednesday, testifying before the House of Representatives.

00:04:29.000 Immediately after that happens, that night, Wednesday night, we're going to have James Comer, the chairman of the committee that is going to be having both IRS whistleblowers, is going to be a guest on verdict.

00:04:45.060 We're going to do two episodes, record them Wednesday night, and put them out Thursday morning and Friday morning.

00:04:49.780 If you look at what's come out now, you've got two senior career employees at the IRS who've come forward and said, we are seeing a pattern of corruption.

00:05:04.800 We're seeing a pattern of corruption, number one, of Joe Biden and Hunter Biden. 0.93

00:05:09.580 And listen, the important thing to keep in mind, this is not about whether Hunter Biden is running around on crack with guns and prostitutes. 0.94

00:05:19.500 He is.

00:05:22.180 But if it were just that, it would not be an issue of national concern.

00:05:27.300 The issue is, did Hunter sell access to daddy, then the vice president of the United States, now the president of the United States, and was daddy corrupt?

00:05:41.300 And the answer, the evidence at this point is overwhelming.

00:05:44.160 Look, you look at the WhatsApp text that Hunter Biden sent, and I want to revisit it because this is as close to a smoking gun about corruption from the president as you're ever going to see.

00:05:54.540 Here's what Hunter Biden texted to a senior Chinese communist official.

00:05:59.560 Quote, I am sitting here with my father.

00:06:03.040 By the way, count how many times you hear references to Joe Biden, not Hunter, Joe.

00:06:08.440 I am sitting here with my father, and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled.

00:06:19.160 Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now, before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight.

00:06:27.060 And Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this, other than you, Zhang, or the chairman,

00:06:32.460 I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me, that's three, and every person he knows, that's four,

00:06:43.600 and my ability to forever hold a grudge, that you will regret not following my direction.

00:06:50.560 I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.

00:06:57.860 Five.

00:06:58.540 Five.

00:06:59.880 Now, I've got to say, last week, Chris Wray, the director of the FBI, was asked at a congressional hearing,

00:07:06.400 was that a shakedown?

00:07:08.440 No.

00:07:09.280 And he refused to answer the question.

00:07:11.260 Look, that is as transparently a shakedown as you will ever see.

00:07:17.760 And it's not just the shakedown.

00:07:20.980 It's the fact that we have evidence after the shakedown that it worked.

00:07:25.780 You had five-plus million dollars, Senator, come into a bank account, connected directly to the Bidens.

00:07:32.560 Five for Hunter and five for Joe.

00:07:33.800 Right.

00:07:34.140 But a week after that was sent, within a week, the money came in the bank account.

00:07:37.860 And these are all the suspicious activity reports, all the LLCs.

00:07:40.760 And we even know that the Bidens at one point said, there's so many LLCs that we've set up,

00:07:45.000 shell companies, they'll never be able to figure it out.

00:07:47.220 And by the way, let's be clear.

00:07:48.920 There are potentially defenses to this text.

00:07:51.200 You could say it's fraudulent.

00:07:52.420 Well, Hunter hadn't said that.

00:07:53.340 He doesn't deny that this is a real WhatsApp message he sent.

00:07:57.040 You could also say Hunter was lying, that he wasn't, in fact, sitting next to Joe Biden.

00:08:00.820 But he hadn't said that.

00:08:02.080 The White House hasn't said that.

00:08:03.340 They haven't denied that Joe Biden was sitting right next to them while he was shaking down

00:08:08.340 a communist Chinese and trying to extort $10 million from him.

00:08:14.380 And now we have new breaking news.

00:08:17.640 So you're looking into, so I've got to say, Hunter and Joe had a great business.

00:08:21.160 They shook down just about every rotten, corrupt enemy of America they could find.

00:08:28.380 So they went to the Chinese. 0.97

00:08:30.020 That was very profitable.

00:08:31.080 But they also went to Burisma, the natural gas company in Ukraine.

00:08:35.500 And what broke this week, so the Ukrainian oligarch who owns Burisma, Michael Oslochevsky, not a good guy.

00:08:47.060 What we have seen now is an email that went on November 2nd, 2015, from an executive at Burisma,

00:08:59.600 a guy named Vadim Pajharsky, who emailed Hunter Biden, Devin Archer, and Eric Schwerin about a revised proposal.

00:09:07.740 And here's what the email says.

00:09:09.100 My only concern is for us to be on the same page, read our final goals.

00:09:13.160 With this in mind, I would like to formulate a list of deliverables, including, but not limited to,

00:09:17.420 a concrete course of actions, including meeting communications resulting in high-ranking U.S. officials in Ukraine,

00:09:23.160 U.S. ambassador, and in U.S. publicly or in private communications,

00:09:26.520 expressing their positive opinion and support of Nikolai, who's the oligarch, Burisma,

00:09:33.280 at the highest level of decision-makers, mind you.

00:09:36.780 We've talked on Verdict before about what expertise did Hunter have in oil and gas, in natural gas.

00:09:42.940 He didn't speak Ukrainian. He probably couldn't find Ukraine on a map.

00:09:46.460 Well, we now know what his expertise was. His expertise was daddy.

00:09:50.440 His expertise was his last name.

00:09:52.600 And just to show there was no subtlety here, this is the sentence that is most important,

00:10:00.840 which is,

00:10:02.540 the ultimate purpose to close down for any cases pursuits against Nikolai in Ukraine.

00:10:16.100 Now, that is in writing. From Burisma, the ultimate purpose, why did they pay Hunter Biden $83,000 a month?

00:10:24.680 The ultimate purpose is to close down any cases pursuits against Nikolai in Ukraine.

00:10:30.520 Well, you know what? Three months later, Joe Biden traveled to Ukraine.

00:10:35.680 Three months later, Joe Biden sat down with leaders in Ukraine, and he engaged in a quid pro quo.

00:10:41.600 Remember quid pro quo?

00:10:42.400 Oh, yeah.

00:10:43.440 He made a very explicit quid pro quo. He said, we're going to hold up over a billion dollars in USAID

00:10:49.580 unless you fire the prosecutor who's investigating the Ukrainian oligarch. 1.00

00:10:57.200 And Joe Biden, who's on film saying it, his response was, well, son of a bitch. 1.00

00:11:03.280 They fired him. 0.98

00:11:05.200 Now, this email is really significant, and this is why the podcast matters,

00:11:09.660 because it takes you into the substance.

00:11:11.740 Why is this email significant? 0.71

00:11:14.060 Because the ridiculous Democrat talking point that their cheering squad in the corporate media repeats 0.81

00:11:22.560 is they say, no, no, no, no, no. 0.63

00:11:24.120 That prosecutor was fired because he wasn't vigorous enough in prosecuting corruption.

00:11:32.000 It really is a ludicrous point, but that's their talking point.

00:11:35.440 Well, you know what? We now have in writing three months before Joe Biden got on the plane,

00:11:41.160 the ultimate purpose is get that guy fired.

00:11:44.700 And I've got to say, the oligarch got what he paid for.

00:11:48.660 He purchased a vice president, he got a vice president,

00:11:51.620 and the vice president got the prosecutor fired in Ukraine.

00:11:55.520 I want to ask, you can cheer for that, I want to ask you this question about these whistleblowers

00:12:02.420 and just how brave they are this week.

00:12:04.320 They're coming forward, and we mentioned this a moment ago, they're risking everything.

00:12:08.680 They're risking their careers.

00:12:10.620 They're risking, I would argue, their lives.

00:12:13.480 They are risking retaliation from a DOJ and an FBI and a Biden administration.

00:12:18.500 If they come forward with what we expect them to come forward with,

00:12:23.440 how damning is this to Joe Biden specifically, and does this put his presidency at risk now?

00:12:29.460 It absolutely does.

00:12:31.300 This testimony, look, it's important to understand this testimony is not from right-wing Republicans.

00:12:38.880 It's not from people that have an ax to grind against Joe Biden.

00:12:43.020 These are career IRS employees.

00:12:44.880 He's one of them, Gary Shapley, has testified as a senior supervisory and agent.

00:12:49.400 Another one who we only know is Mr. X.

00:12:52.400 But we also know he is a gay Democrat married to a man, and he's a career IRS employee.

00:12:59.460 Now, on the face of that, that self-identified information does not suggest some right-wing activist

00:13:04.840 who hates Joe Biden.

00:13:06.720 What it suggests is someone who looked at this and said this is fundamentally corrupt,

00:13:10.580 but what those whistleblowers have testified to is that Merrick Garland, the attorney general, lied,

00:13:17.420 and he lied under oath to Congress in response to questioning that I asked him.

00:13:24.200 Let's say that again.

00:13:25.520 That's big.

00:13:27.100 So I asked him in the Senate Judiciary Committee, and Merrick Garland said under oath there is zero

00:13:32.300 political interference in the investigation into Hunter Biden and Joe Biden.

00:13:36.420 The whistleblower said he was lying.

00:13:38.640 Not only that, the whistleblower said that he conducted conduct that is obstruction of justice.

00:13:45.120 And let me be clear what should happen.

00:13:46.800 Number one, I've called for this already.

00:13:48.780 The Department of Justice needs to appoint a special counsel to investigate and prosecute

00:13:54.220 Merrick Garland for lying under oath and obstruction of justice.

00:13:58.700 Amen to that.

00:13:59.760 Number two, the House of Representatives should impeach Merrick Garland.

00:14:12.260 And number three, if the evidence confirms what that text says and what the whistleblowers

00:14:19.480 are saying, that the President of the United States took bribes from foreign nationals,

00:14:24.220 then the House of Representatives should impeach Joe Biden.

00:14:40.000 And let me be clear, that impeachment, that impeachment is not for high crimes and misdemeanors.

00:14:48.440 Remember all the discussions about high crimes and misdemeanors?

00:14:50.740 The Constitution provides for impeachment for treason, bribery, or other high crimes or misdemeanors.

00:14:57.420 Well, bribery is explicitly listed.

00:15:00.120 And if the big guy, and by the way, the IRS whistleblowers say they were prevented from

00:15:05.200 investigating the big guy, Merrick Garland said no questions about Joe Biden, including,

00:15:10.480 you know, one thing they weren't allowed to ask?

00:15:12.600 All right, Hunter Biden says this text, I'm sitting next to my father.

00:15:16.040 Hunter, the investigators said, hey, can we look at GPS to see if Joe Biden was sitting

00:15:20.980 next to Hunter Biden?

00:15:22.320 And DOJ, according to the whistleblower, said, no, no, don't want to know that.

00:15:25.980 No, no, no, that would be a problem.

00:15:27.580 Don't look at that at all.

00:15:29.360 Is it because maybe they know that they were actually sitting next to each other?

00:15:32.200 Is there a good chance, Senator?

00:15:33.720 Okay.

00:15:34.040 That might be the reason why.

00:15:35.720 So what I'm wondering is when he was sitting next to him, which one was holding the bag of

00:15:39.400 cocaine?

00:15:39.860 Yeah.

00:15:40.140 Well, the text was well written, so I doubt that was Biden.

00:15:45.640 And to be clear, by the way, you go into one of the most secure buildings in the world with

00:15:48.460 cameras everywhere, with Secret Service agents everywhere, and really, who can figure out

00:15:53.700 whose cocaine it is?

00:15:55.020 Right next to the Oval.

00:15:55.940 Who hasn't taken a Schedule I drug into the White House, left it right there, and suddenly

00:15:59.820 the Secret Service, oh, no, can't figure it out, don't want to know.

00:16:02.940 What's even more shocking is, did you guys see this story, and this was amazing, you and

00:16:06.460 I talked about this on Verdict the other day.

00:16:07.900 When the Secret Service were asked by Congress about the cocaine, they're like, oh, we found

00:16:13.200 other drugs there, too.

00:16:14.460 Oh, yeah.

00:16:14.860 They found a bunch of weed.

00:16:16.320 I mean, look, these are Democrats.

00:16:17.620 We're, you know, we're surprised when they're not stoned.

00:16:20.900 Canadian women are looking for more. 1.00

00:18:28.780 So you guys are going to get a chance to be on verdict.

00:18:32.340 I have no idea what y'all are going to ask, but that's okay.

00:18:35.100 I have no idea what we're going to say in response.

00:18:37.860 So we're going to do that.

00:18:39.460 Microphones are where?

00:18:40.660 Microphone right there.

00:18:41.960 Microphone right there.

00:18:44.080 All right.

00:18:44.500 So come on up.

00:18:45.360 We're going to ask you because this is going out live.

00:18:49.080 If you have a question, ask it briefly.

00:18:52.060 We do this, by the way, on lefty college campuses.

00:18:55.540 And our rule on a college campus, we say if you have a hostile question,

00:18:59.900 if you have a mean and antagonistic question, come to the front.

00:19:05.240 So all right.

00:19:05.940 Let's start.

00:19:06.540 Who's first in line?

00:19:07.520 Hello, Ted.

00:19:10.460 My name is Caden Smith.

00:19:11.840 I'm from the great state of Nebraska.

00:19:14.220 And my question for you is how do we control the narrative here with the Democrats?

00:19:21.680 Like how do we get them out of our schools?

00:19:24.720 How do we just like totally shut down leftist ideology?

00:19:30.120 It is a fabulous question.

00:19:31.460 So let me say thank you for being here.

00:19:33.080 A big part of it is what you're doing right here.

00:19:36.180 A big part of it is being here, being smart, being engaged, being educated, knowing the facts.

00:19:43.120 And understand what you're dealing with.

00:19:45.060 Understand that you're dealing with, number one, a corporate media that lies.

00:19:49.860 They are not journalists.

00:19:51.160 They are not trying to inform.

00:19:52.720 They are propagandists.

00:19:53.980 They are the left wing of the Democrat Party.

00:19:55.920 Number two, for young people, the Democrat socialist agenda is to control every aspect of your lives,

00:20:02.240 to control what you think, what you believe, how you worship, how you act.

00:20:06.540 Everything. 1.00

00:20:07.200 These are the same idiots that shut the country down, that shut schools down, and that shut skate parks down. 1.00

00:20:12.740 They literally brought bulldozers to put sand to stop people from skating because, you know. 1.00

00:20:19.180 That's where you get COVID.

00:20:20.300 You get COVID by skating outside.

00:20:22.540 By the way, I've got to say, a joke that I tell that my wife Heidi hates when I tell,

00:20:30.140 but you ever notice a guy driving down the road, alone in a car, wearing a mask?

00:20:38.540 And I've got to say, every time I see that, that's kind of like a guy laying alone in a bed, wearing a condom.

00:20:50.300 Like, what exactly is the point here?

00:20:52.800 What are you trying to accomplish?

00:20:55.920 I'm not sure I want to know.

00:20:58.020 You definitely don't want to know.

00:20:59.960 But look, I want to say, what y'all are doing, young people are getting screwed by the agenda of the radical left.

00:21:09.840 And every one of you, you have a platform in your high schools, in your colleges, with your friends, with your family.

00:21:16.240 Use your platform.

00:21:18.100 Listen, how do we communicate and win the narrative?

00:21:20.460 We started this podcast now nearly four years ago to do that.

00:21:24.120 So I want to ask everyone here to do something to help control the narrative, which is pull out your cell phone right now

00:21:29.680 and text the word VERDICT, V-E-R-D-I-C-T, text the word VERDICT to the number 24005.

00:21:40.060 Let me give you that number again.

00:21:43.200 24005, text the word VERDICT.

00:21:46.100 What you will get is a link to subscribe to VERDICT.

00:21:49.300 And the reason we put this out is to give you the information, look, discussing the email that just came out

00:21:57.060 saying the ultimate purpose of Burisma was to get the prosecutor fired.

00:22:01.020 You know where you won't find that?

00:22:02.440 CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS.

00:22:07.360 And sometimes Fox.

00:22:08.900 And look, to be honest, on the networks, they don't have the time.

00:22:14.020 I go on Fox all the time.

00:22:15.380 I go on Newsmax.

00:22:16.180 I go on OAN.

00:22:17.340 You can go do a five, six-minute interview.

00:22:19.040 You can get into a little bit of this.

00:22:21.420 But when it's complicated, what a podcast like VERDICT lets you do is go through the substance and get into the meat.

00:22:28.480 All right, next question.

00:22:30.340 Mike from Arizona.

00:22:33.020 I am so tired of hearing we're going to hold them responsible.

00:22:37.880 I want to know why, after six months, we can't put anybody in jail.

00:22:49.440 I want to know why, after six months, we can't put anybody in jail.

00:23:03.320 So, Mike, thank you for that question.

00:23:06.660 You are exactly right, and it is infuriating and frustrating.

00:23:10.300 And I'll tell you, let me tell you why people haven't gone to jail.

00:23:14.720 Because under our Constitution and the federal government, the only people who can bring a prosecution is the executive branch of the government, and in particular, the United States Department of Justice.

00:23:27.020 That means no member of the legislature can bring an indictment.

00:23:31.560 No member of the legislature can convene a grand jury.

00:23:33.800 No member of the legislature can prosecute a case.

00:23:36.600 Likewise, no member of the court, no judge can say, I'm going to prosecute someone.

00:23:42.680 It is only the executive branch, and it is why it is such a tragic disaster that we have a Biden administration led by Merrick Garland, the most political attorney general in history, who refuses to enforce the law.

00:23:57.700 And so, the chances that Merrick Garland will prosecute Joe Biden or Hunter Biden or anyone else, and to be clear, the deal with Hunter Biden is not a prosecution.

00:24:10.480 It is a sweetheart deal meant to insulate Hunter and protect Joe Biden, the big guy.

00:24:15.060 The chances that Merrick Garland will prosecute them are zero, which means here's what we need to do.

00:24:20.160 In Congress, the House can impeach, and I believe the House should impeach Alejandro Mayorkas, should impeach Merrick Garland, and should impeach Joe Biden.

00:24:30.500 That we can do constitutionally.

00:24:35.920 Now, to be clear, when all three of them are impeached, the chances that the Senate will convict are zero, because Senate Democrats don't care.

00:24:47.000 They could have videotape of Joe Biden taking bribes from foreign officials.

00:24:52.300 They don't care.

00:24:53.680 They wouldn't vote to convict.

00:24:55.240 I joke that you could have videotape of Joe Biden strangling children under a full moon while listening to Pat Benatar.

00:25:05.140 And no Democrat would vote to convict.

00:25:07.520 And you know what the media lost their minds about?

00:25:09.380 Pat Benatar.

00:25:10.060 Pat Benatar.

00:25:10.760 They're like, what has he got against Pat Benatar?

00:25:13.160 I'm like, guys, you're missing the point here.

00:25:15.420 Stay focused.

00:25:17.500 So what I will say, and State Attorneys General, you're right that local prosecutors, if there have been local crimes, can bring cases.

00:25:24.660 But let me say, what we can do is every person here can educate and inform and help people know about the corruption and illegality.

00:25:37.500 And we can hold people to account politically, and then we've got to throw the bums out of the executive branch and get a new administration that will enforce the law and prosecute the criminals. 1.00

00:25:50.000 All right.

00:25:50.420 Last question.

00:25:51.120 Denise Nystrom from Benita Springs, Florida.

00:25:55.440 First of all, Senator Cruz, I just want to thank you for your leadership.

00:25:58.500 You have integrity.

00:25:59.440 We love you.

00:26:00.440 Thank you.

00:26:03.660 So I am a grassroots conservative candidate who ran for school board, but like many people, we get up against the machine and they have more money than they know what to do with.

00:26:13.900 How do we win?

00:26:15.600 Fantastic question.

00:26:16.560 First of all, thank you for running for school board.

00:26:19.480 That is a big, big deal.

00:26:22.720 And let me encourage everyone here.

00:26:25.720 Get involved in elections and get involved in elections at the presidential level, at the Senate level, at the House level, but also at school boards.

00:26:32.980 We are winning school board races all over the country.

00:26:35.800 You want to know the power of what y'all are doing?

00:26:38.040 Take a look at Virginia.

00:26:40.780 Virginia, in 2020, Biden won Virginia by 10 points.

00:26:45.380 A year later, Glenn Youngkin, a Republican, won Virginia, and it was over the issue of schools and critical race theory and the radicals in those schools who were covering up sexual assaults by a boy dressed as a girl in a skirt who assaulted a teenage girl in a bathroom.

00:27:02.620 And I got to tell you, the moms in Virginia were so upset that a whole bunch of moms who had voted for Joe Biden said enough is enough is enough, and they flipped over and voted Republican.

00:27:14.360 That's the power of what y'all are doing.

00:27:17.720 And Miami-Dade is an example.

00:27:19.840 We've seen school board races throughout Texas where this has happened.

00:27:23.780 And let me make this final point.

00:27:25.900 You want to understand how insane it is.

00:27:27.600 There's a story that broke just a couple of days ago.

00:27:29.720 New York is paying teachers who flunked the proficiency exam to be a teacher, paying them $1.8 billion because when they flunked the proficiency exam, they lost their job.

00:27:48.100 And they brought a lawsuit, and New York just settled.

00:27:51.320 Mayor Bill de Blasio, in his final weeks going out, he's giving teachers who flunked basic proficiency, they're getting checks of $1 million, $2 million a piece.

00:28:04.080 Now, New York spends about $38,000 per student in its public schools.

00:28:09.780 It has terrible results.

00:28:11.620 Many of the kids come out not being able to read.

00:28:14.260 And now, you want to know what happens when Democrats are in charge?

00:28:18.640 They write $2 billion worth of checks, and they ensure you can't actually have qualified teachers teach your kids.

00:28:26.020 You can't expect teachers to know how to do reading or writing or arithmetic.

00:28:30.680 And that is hurting low-income kids throughout this country.

00:28:34.540 In New York, if you're a low-income kid, if you're an African-American kid, if you're an Hispanic kid,

00:28:39.560 the Democrats say, you don't have a right to an education.

00:28:42.880 What we care about is the teacher that can't pass the test.

00:28:47.560 And we're going to give them a million bucks and let them keep teaching you when they don't know what it is they're teaching you. 1.00

00:28:52.480 That is idiotic. 1.00

00:28:54.800 And so what I want to say to everyone on Turning Point, everyone watching this on YouTube, 0.99

00:28:59.040 everyone listening to it and downloading the podcast at home, share this with your friends.

00:29:04.020 Say, is it a good idea for kids, and especially our most vulnerable,

00:29:08.180 is it a good idea to have them taught by teachers that don't have basic proficiency and that flunk the test?

00:29:15.800 Because that's what New York Democrats are doing.

00:29:18.520 And those are the kind of issues that turn suburban moms who voted Democrat previously into saying, 0.95

00:29:25.480 this doesn't make any sense.

00:29:27.420 I'm going to stand with our kids.

00:29:29.160 And I'll tell you, the high school and college kids here,

00:29:32.000 y'all have a better platform and a better voice to speak the truth than anyone.

00:29:36.620 So thank you, Turning Point.
