00:06:28.840 And what's not clear, what the White House hasn't confirmed, is, well, who did Jimmy Bulger

00:06:37.660 We know who's listed on the visitor's log, but did Jimmy Bulger meet with Joe Biden?

00:07:30.900 Now, there are multiple emails back and forth, all of which Fox News reports on at great length.

00:07:35.740 One email, which is dated January 27th, 2014, the subject line is, quote, meeting with Chinese

00:07:44.700 ambassador.

00:07:45.900 And it shows Jimmy Bulger suggesting that he meet, along with Hunter Biden and Devin Archer,

00:07:52.480 with the Chinese ambassador in D.C. to talk about the fund.

00:07:56.360 And if you look at the email exchange, Bulger writes in the email that it is, quote, pretty

00:08:05.180 interesting that someone at the embassy in Beijing would be interested in what the domestic

00:08:09.940 Boha PE fund, private equity fund, was up to.

00:08:14.260 Thought you guys should see this.

00:08:15.940 He also goes on to ask Hunter in an email, and this email is on July 22nd, 2014, to introduce

00:08:28.320 the CEO of BHR, Jonathan Lee, and Andy Liu, who is a BHR committee member, to someone named

00:08:41.480 Now, who is Mr. Tung?

00:08:42.560 Well, according to the emails, Hunter Biden sat next to Tung at a 2013 dinner welcoming Vice

00:13:39.280 a, quote, serious stage in negotiations with a China based insurance company, but said he

00:13:46.700 wouldn't be able to, quote, seal the deal without a Chinese business license.

00:13:52.180 Now, Owens goes on to say, quote, time pressures are very tight.

00:13:55.520 Plus, the fact that we do not yet have one has caused a slight credibility bump in the

00:14:00.640 company's mind.

00:14:01.500 This all translates into the need that I have for a business license and one secured very

00:14:07.800 Well, this might seem to be a mundane task.
