00:01:15.400 Bulger, who is the nephew of mobster Whitey Bulger.
00:01:19.120 James J., who went by Jimmy, visited the White House.
00:01:25.080 Now, the details are pretty remarkable.
00:01:27.820 But before we do that, let's let's stop and address who's Whitey Bulger, who is Jimmy's
00:01:34.060 uncle?
00:01:35.180 Well, Whitey Bulger was a mob boss in Boston.
00:01:40.460 Uh, he led what was called the Winter Hill Gang in Somerville, Massachusetts, and he was
00:01:49.640 a mob boss for decades.
00:01:52.460 And in fact, he was a mob boss who was on the FBI's 10 most wanted lists and was number
00:02:00.820 two behind Osama bin Laden.
00:02:03.180 So what else do we know about him?
00:02:06.940 Well, we know that that unbeknownst to everyone, for decades, he was an FBI informant and he
00:02:14.500 would report on the other mafia rival gangs in Boston.
00:02:19.480 He would report to the FBI and the FBI in turn worked to make sure that the Winter Hill
00:02:28.360 gang was basically ignored and he ended up ultimately, in his latter years, uh, being
00:02:39.420 arrested, being sent to prison.
00:02:41.680 And then when he was in a wheelchair, when he was quite elderly in prison, he was sent
00:02:48.680 to the United States Penitentiary in Hazleton, uh, in West Virginia.
00:02:55.780 And he was beaten to death by inmates, uh, in his wheelchair.
00:03:01.220 And, and you noted, uh, movies that there've been a number of movies, uh, about Whitey Bulger,
00:03:07.880 but, but the best one I actually think is, is, is the character of Frank Costello, who was
00:03:14.080 played by Jack Nicholson in The Departed, uh, was based on Whitey Bulger.

00:03:21.080 And that, that, that whole, it was a fictional Martin Scorsese, Scorsese made the movie, but
00:03:26.980 it was based on Whitey Bulger and, and his nephew, it turns out is, is in the Obama Biden
00:03:36.580 White House, but he's not just in the White House.
00:03:38.860 He's meeting with White House officials, and he's deeply involved in business dealings
00:03:47.120 with Hunter Biden and communist China.
00:03:52.740 There's a reason that the corporate media doesn't want to want you to know about this story.

00:04:12.680 Uh, and he's the most, as, as the movie Black Mass put it, he's the most famous violent criminal

00:04:19.480 He became, as you mentioned, the FBI informant, but there's certain people in politics center
00:04:24.420 that you probably just don't want to have on a visitor log, right?
00:04:27.140 Like, and Whitey Bulger, a mob boss's nephew working with a Chinese coming in and out of
00:04:32.920 this White House, which has been unearthed by Fox with these visitor's logs.
00:04:36.940 This is not a normal person you would want to come visit unless you're in the business
00:04:42.240 with him and your son's doing business with him.
00:04:45.160 Your brother's doing business with him.
00:04:46.480 You're doing business with the Chinese.
00:04:48.200 This is who you hang out with.
00:04:49.960 These are the bedfellas that will do these types of shady and corrupt business deals.

00:05:08.820 Well, and if you look at some of the details, so this was a meeting that happened on August
00:05:13.880 25th of 2016, and Jimmy Bulger, Whitey Bulger's nephew, is listed as visiting the White House
00:05:21.480 for a West Wing tour.
00:05:23.480 And the visitor's log show that he met with Anne-Marie Person.
00:05:29.460 Now, who was Anne-Marie Person?
00:05:31.060 She previously served as a general assistant at Hunter Biden's, quote, investment firm,
00:05:39.380 Rosemont Seneca Partners.
00:05:41.220 And she was at Rosemont Seneca Partners from 2009 until she joined Vice President Biden's
00:05:48.520 staff in 2014.
00:05:49.980 So she's sent by Hunter, presumably, to work for daddy.
00:05:53.520 And then she's the point person to Whitey Bulger's nephew coming in.
00:06:00.180 Now, Bulger is accompanied on the tour by his two daughters and by a woman named Eileen
00:06:07.360 Kerwin, who shares the same address as Bulger.
00:06:11.380 And between 2015 and 2016, Kerwin sent Bulger multiple articles about various business deals
00:06:20.120 in China, and Bulger, in turn, would send them both to Hunter Biden and also to Devin
00:06:25.520 Archer, who was his business partner.
00:06:28.840 And what's not clear, what the White House hasn't confirmed, is, well, who did Jimmy Bulger
00:06:36.820 meet with?
00:06:37.660 We know who's listed on the visitor's log, but did Jimmy Bulger meet with Joe Biden?
00:06:44.420 Did Jimmy Bulger meet with Biden's senior staff?
00:06:47.820 We don't know.
00:06:48.480 The White House isn't telling us, and the press isn't asking.
00:06:53.220 But we also know more, which is that Bulger played an important role in Hunter Biden's
00:07:04.080 business with the Chinese Communist Party.
00:07:06.880 So he was chairman of a Boston-based group called the Thornton Group that launched a joint
00:07:14.120 venture with Hunter Biden's Rosemont Seneca, and also with the Chinese investment firm Bohai
00:07:21.680 Capital.
00:07:22.980 And together, they created BHR Partners, which is controlled by the Bank of China Limited.
00:07:30.900 Now, there are multiple emails back and forth, all of which Fox News reports on at great length.
00:07:35.740 One email, which is dated January 27th, 2014, the subject line is, quote, meeting with Chinese
00:07:44.700 ambassador.
00:07:45.900 And it shows Jimmy Bulger suggesting that he meet, along with Hunter Biden and Devin Archer,
00:07:52.480 with the Chinese ambassador in D.C. to talk about the fund.
00:07:56.360 And if you look at the email exchange, Bulger writes in the email that it is, quote, pretty
00:08:05.180 interesting that someone at the embassy in Beijing would be interested in what the domestic
00:08:09.940 Boha PE fund, private equity fund, was up to.
00:08:14.260 Thought you guys should see this.
00:08:15.940 He also goes on to ask Hunter in an email, and this email is on July 22nd, 2014, to introduce
00:08:28.320 the CEO of BHR, Jonathan Lee, and Andy Liu, who is a BHR committee member, to someone named
00:08:40.000 Mr. Tung.
00:08:41.480 Now, who is Mr. Tung?
00:08:42.560 Well, according to the emails, Hunter Biden sat next to Tung at a 2013 dinner welcoming Vice
00:08:53.220 President Biden to Beijing.
00:08:55.280 In other words, Biden goes to Beijing, brings along Hunter.
00:09:00.260 Hunter is seated right next to Mr. Tung.
00:09:02.760 And what does Whitey Bulger's nephew say?
00:09:05.460 Hey, we want to meet these guys.
00:09:09.020 And here's what Bulger writes.
00:09:11.600 I want to just read it verbatim, quote, it is my understanding that during the trip
00:09:16.240 to Beijing that you made with your father, President Xi hosted a welcome dinner.
00:09:23.420 At that dinner, you were seated right next to Mr. Tung.
00:09:27.280 Therefore, Jay and Andy believe it would be very helpful if you could please send a brief
00:09:32.360 email to Mr. Tung laying out that you are a partner and board member of BHR and that you
00:09:38.800 would be very grateful to Mr. Tung if he could meet your local partners to discuss the fund.
00:09:45.820 Hunter responded.
00:09:47.020 He says he's happy to fulfill the request, but he couldn't remember Tung.
00:09:50.800 Look, nobody said Hunter was competent.

00:09:53.940 Here's what Hunter writes in response.

00:09:56.720 Quote, happy to do this, but I have no email address for Mr. Tung.

00:10:07.580 Regardless, I would suggest the team draft an email in Mandarin and English for my approval

00:12:03.380 And he's literally sitting there with the nephew of a mobster going, hey, this this is a great

00:12:16.660 The fact that this guy was sitting next to Hunter Biden also screams to me that the Chinese
00:12:23.080 knew exactly what they were doing, trying to get into bed with the Biden crime family
00:12:28.480 to have leverage over American policy and to have leverage, I would argue, over Hunter

00:12:35.420 To me, this is no different than what they did with Fang Fang.

00:13:16.020 Now, who is John Owens?
00:13:17.200 John Owens is Hunter Biden's uncle.
00:13:19.080 So John Owens is married to Valerie Biden Owens, who is President Biden's younger sister.
00:13:26.460 And John Owens, he goes by Jack.
00:13:30.680 He emails Hunter Biden on May 9th, 2014, telling him that his telemedicine companies reached
00:13:39.280 a, quote, serious stage in negotiations with a China based insurance company, but said he
00:13:46.700 wouldn't be able to, quote, seal the deal without a Chinese business license.
00:13:52.180 Now, Owens goes on to say, quote, time pressures are very tight.
00:13:55.520 Plus, the fact that we do not yet have one has caused a slight credibility bump in the
00:14:00.640 company's mind.
00:14:01.500 This all translates into the need that I have for a business license and one secured very
00:14:07.000 quickly.
00:14:07.800 Well, this might seem to be a mundane task.
00:14:09.880 I've come to understand that such matters, matters such as a business license can end up
00:14:13.600 taking an inordinate amount of time, time we do not have.
00:14:17.960 Within an hour, Hunter turned to Bulger, Whitey Bulger's nephew, forwarded the email to him
00:14:26.020 and copied Lynn on the email.
00:14:29.140 And here's what Hunter says, quote, see email below.

00:14:38.180 Biden responds the next morning, says he'll discuss with Lynn how they can help.
00:14:43.340 Three days later, Bulger sends an email saying, me and Michael had a call with Jack this morning,
00:14:48.080 and I think we have the solution for his China problem.
00:14:52.320 This is a family affair.
00:14:55.360 This is an entire family that is enriching themselves from the Chinese communist government,
00:15:04.180 and all of it hinges on daddy's position as vice president of the United States and now
00:15:10.640 president of the United States.

00:20:16.680 the news that broke that the Biden family had received over a million dollars directly
00:20:21.640 from the Chinese communists.
00:20:23.480 All that money went through Rob Walker.
00:20:26.240 He was the conduit where they transferred it to Rob Walker and Rob Walker transferred
00:20:30.080 it to multiple Biden family members, including Hunter's sister-in-law.
00:20:34.080 Well, you know how many times Rob Walker visited the white house?
00:20:37.760 How many?
00:20:38.860 At least 16 times.
00:20:41.480 This was a, so Walker's on the white house log twice in 2019, five times in 20, twice in
00:20:49.160 2009, five times in 2011, four times in 2012, twice in 2013, once in 2014, once in 2015, once

00:20:58.540 This is an ongoing business model and it's a business model that is designed to extract
00:21:09.440 cash from the Chinese communists and in exchange, I believe for government influence at the highest

00:22:14.280 But here, I mean, Ben, seriously, if you sat down and wrote a screenplay and you went
00:22:19.720 to Hollywood and pitched it and said, okay, here's my idea for a screenplay.

00:23:45.260 it's fair to say there had to be at least some visits to Delaware and had to be some
00:23:50.140 visits to his residents at the, when you're the vice president's pretty nice place.
00:23:56.120 I had the opportunity to go there a couple of times during the Bush Cheney years.
