00:00:00.000 This is an iHeart Podcast.
00:00:02.540 Guaranteed human.
00:00:05.260 Welcome.
00:00:06.020 It is Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you.
00:00:08.880 It's really nice to have you with us wherever you are around the country.
00:00:11.960 And we've got a packed show for you, including a new shocking claim.
00:00:17.360 But from the D&I director, Tulsi Gabbard, with the classified email center.
00:00:23.540 And this is really shocking what she's now saying about manufactured intelligence assessment.
00:00:29.420 That was deliberate and came from the very top to go after Donald Trump.
00:00:34.400 Well, every week we're getting new revelations about just how corrupt the federal government in the deep state was under Barack Obama.
00:00:42.280 How much they conspired and actively conspired to undermine President Donald Trump when he came into office in 2017.
00:00:49.520 The latest that Tulsi Gabbard just released is evidence that Jim Clapper pushed to compromise the normal steps the intelligence community would make in order to rush out a politically damaging attack on Trump.
00:01:05.660 We're going to give you all the details on this written evidence that they were ignoring the facts to push a political narrative.
00:01:14.840 Beyond that, we also have new evidence that big tech continues to interfere in elections.
00:01:19.900 And in particular, Google was caught repeatedly flagging Republican fundraising texts and emails as spam.
00:01:29.820 And they were doing this while they were not flagging Democrat fundraising emails as spam.
00:01:35.620 We're going to lay that out as well.
00:01:37.840 On top of that, we have Gavin Newsom in California.
00:01:41.760 And he is threatening to stand up to Texas.
00:01:44.640 And if Texas redistricts, California is going to as well.
00:01:48.060 We're going to explain why California is going to lose this showdown.
00:01:52.380 Gavin Newsom is going to lose this showdown.
00:01:54.800 We'll give you all the facts and all the law behind that.
00:01:58.100 And finally, the D.C. crime lockdown from President Trump.
00:02:03.180 Well, one of the latest manifestations of the response to it is it's really kind of funny.
00:02:07.560 It's it's sandwich gate.
00:02:09.080 It is this this D.C. leftist who got very angry, began screaming at federal law enforcement agents and then threw a subway sandwich at him and then ran away, prancing away and was arrested and charged with a felony.
00:02:28.200 And then it was discovered he was an employee at the Department of Justice.
00:02:31.720 And so he got fired.
00:02:33.280 And I got to say, the whole thing embodies the great Internet slogan of F.A.F.O.
00:02:41.920 And he did and he found out.
00:02:45.060 Yeah, it's a great story.
00:02:46.480 We're going to have it all for you in just a moment.
00:02:48.980 Let me also talk to you about our great friends over at Crockett Coffee.
00:02:52.580 If you start your day with coffee, I tell you, you've got to try Crockett Coffee.
00:02:59.440 Now, look, I'm going to save you some money to try it.

00:03:27.000 That is the best part of a cup of Crockett Coffee.
00:03:30.380 The aroma, it's amazing.
00:03:32.780 Now, here's the other thing.
00:03:33.980 You can choose between fresh ground, whole bean or K-cups.
00:03:37.460 You choose.
00:03:38.420 And if you're interested in mushroom coffee and the positive benefits that come with enjoying that each day,

00:03:55.140 This is a company that was started by two fellow patriots, Buck Sexton and Clay Travis.
00:04:01.300 And I love that they decided to do this because they're like,
00:04:03.640 look, why give your money to woke liberal coffee companies?
00:04:06.900 And they also give back.
00:04:08.180 Every time you make a purchase, you will be supporting Tunnel to Towers Foundation
00:04:13.980 because at Crockett Coffee, that matters.
00:04:17.040 And they say we will never forget.
00:04:18.980 Now, let me save you some money and try this small batch coffee.

00:04:31.560 Use my name, Ben, as your promo code and get 20% off CrockettCoffee.com.
00:04:37.080 Promo code Ben for 20% off.
00:04:39.180 All right.
00:04:39.520 So this is a story that we got to start with.
00:04:41.680 It's going to make a lot of Americans mad.
00:04:43.600 You should be furious over this.
00:04:45.280 I wanted to start with that.
00:04:46.300 It infuriates me to know that our deep state was this hardcore in
00:04:50.180 to just manufacturing anything they wanted to,
00:04:53.200 to go after and weaponize our government against Donald Trump and anyone around him.
00:04:57.980 And now we have even more evidence of this.
00:05:00.380 Well, this is a story Fox News Digital has published.
00:05:05.040 It's entitled,
00:05:06.140 Clapper allegedly pushed to, quote,
00:05:07.940 compromise normal steps to rush 2017 ICA despite concerns from an NSA director.
00:05:15.780 Gabbard declassified emails exclusively obtained by Fox News Digital,
00:05:19.900 allegedly revealing that this manufactured intelligence assessment was deliberate
00:05:23.880 and came from the very top.
00:05:26.660 And here's what Tulsi Gabbard, the director of national intelligence, said, quote,
00:05:31.780 The leading figures of the Russia hoax have spent years deceiving the American public
00:05:36.500 by presenting their manufactured and politicized assessments as credible intelligence.
00:05:41.940 The email released today reinforces what we already exposed.
00:05:45.760 The decision to compromise standards and violate protocols in the creation of the 2017
00:05:51.000 manufactured intelligence assessment was deliberate and came from the very top.
00:05:56.420 And this was an email that was sent from Mike Rogers, who was the head of the NSA,
00:06:04.020 was said to the director, sent to the director of national intelligence, James Clapper,
00:06:08.180 was sent to the CIA director, John Brennan, and was sent to the FBI director, James Comey.
00:06:13.440 It was sent on December 22nd, 2016.
00:06:16.720 Happened to be my 46th birthday.
00:06:18.180 So at 7 a.m.
00:06:20.100 On December 22nd, 2016, here's what the head of the NSA said, quote,
00:06:26.980 I've just returned from a TDY overseas and have been updated on the current status of our efforts
00:06:31.280 to produce a joint product related to Russian attribution and intent for the DNC DCCC hacks.
00:06:38.900 I know that this activity is on a fast track and that folks have been working very hard to put together a product
00:06:47.800 that can be provided to the president.
00:06:50.120 However, I wanted to reach out to you directly to let you know of some concerns that I have
00:06:56.880 with what I am hearing from my folks.
00:06:59.660 Specifically, I asked my team if they had sufficient access to the underlying intelligence
00:07:05.940 and sufficient time to review that intelligence.
00:07:09.760 On both points, my team raised concerns.
00:07:14.340 They were clear that, at the staff level, folks have been forward leading
00:07:18.540 and trying to ensure that we have an opportunity to review and weigh in.
00:07:22.460 But I'm concerned that, given the expedited nature of this activity,
00:07:25.760 my folks aren't fully comfortable saying that they have had enough time
00:07:30.360 to review all of the intelligence to be absolutely confident in their assessments.
00:07:36.080 And Rogers clarified.
00:07:37.820 He said, in the email, he said, he is, quote,
00:07:41.200 not saying that we disagree substantively.
00:07:43.920 But I do want to make sure that, when we are asked in the future
00:07:47.520 whether we can absolutely stand behind the paper,
00:07:50.240 that we don't have any reason to hesitate because of the process.
00:07:52.820 I know that you agree this is something we need to be 100% comfortable with
00:07:57.340 before we present it to the president.
00:07:59.320 We have one chance to get this right, and it is critical that we do so.
00:08:03.500 And he continued, quote,
00:08:05.400 if the intent is to create an integrated product
00:08:09.000 that is CIA slash FBI slash NSA joint authored that we can all defend,
00:08:16.780 we need a process that allows all of us to be comfortable.
00:08:20.320 And I'm concerned that we are not there yet.
00:08:24.840 And the email continued, quote,
00:08:27.220 in addition, if NSA is intended to be a co-author of this product,
00:08:31.420 I personally expect to see even the most sensitive evidence related to the conclusion.
00:08:37.200 And the email finished by saying,
00:08:39.340 if the intent is to create a CIA only or a CIA FBI authored product,
00:08:44.040 then I will stand down on these concerns.
00:08:46.460 I would welcome your thoughts on these points and any adjustments we might make to the process
00:08:50.280 to ensure we have all the necessary level of confidence in the final assessment.
00:08:55.400 That's what his email said.
00:08:57.120 And moments from now, you're going to hear the response
00:08:59.360 from the politicized leadership of the Obama intelligence community.
00:09:03.980 Now, you just read, Senator, the email that kind of opens all this up.
00:09:08.660 The response email, though, is even more shocking.
00:09:12.040 Well, as I just read, Mike Rogers, who was the director of the National Security Agency,
00:09:16.860 he said in writing in December of 2016,
00:09:20.640 we have one chance to get this right, and it is critical that we do so.
00:09:25.480 And he further said, we need a process that allows all of us to be comfortable,
00:09:30.060 and I'm concerned we are not there yet.
00:09:32.860 That's what he said at 7 a.m.
00:09:34.400 Well, later in the day, at 7.43 p.m.,
00:09:40.140 James Clapper replied to the Roger email, and he copied Brennan and Comey.
00:09:44.100 And here's what Clapper said, quote,
00:09:47.000 He continued,
00:10:13.100 And then I want you to listen to this next sentence.
00:10:34.880 We may have to compromise on our, quote, normal modalities,
00:10:43.600 since we must do this on such a compressed schedule.
00:10:48.880 And then the email continues, quote,
00:10:52.480 This is one project that has to be a team sport.
00:10:59.260 Now, Ben, that's a lot of things, but it's not intelligence.
00:11:03.160 It's not fair and objective.
00:11:06.400 It's not trying to get to the facts.
00:11:08.860 It is saying we must all be on the same page,
00:11:12.160 because as he puts it,
00:11:14.580 that's our story, and we're sticking to it.
00:11:18.680 Everyone had to agree.
00:11:21.680 And he said right up at the front,
00:11:23.560 Look, more time is not negotiable.
00:11:27.680 We have to compromise the way we do things.
00:11:30.020 Why?
00:11:30.380 He doesn't specify why.
00:11:32.760 But nobody who received this email was confused.
00:11:35.660 There wasn't an intelligence mandate.
00:11:37.460 There wasn't an intelligence reason why they had to have this put out within days.
00:11:42.520 There was a political reason.
00:11:44.800 They had to have it completed politically so they could run out and leak it to the press
00:11:49.220 and do so before Donald J. Trump was sworn in on January 20th of 2017.
00:11:54.580 That was the urgency.
00:11:56.740 It was a partisan political objective.
00:11:59.180 They wanted to slam the president.
00:12:01.240 And look, what they said in writing,
00:12:04.420 we don't care if the NSA disagrees,
00:12:07.700 if they say we're not convinced you're right,
00:12:10.660 if they say the intelligence doesn't necessarily back this up.
00:12:14.000 This is, quote, a team sport.
00:12:16.980 That's what Clapper said.
00:12:20.200 And ultimately,
00:12:23.200 the intelligence report they put together assessed that, quote,
00:12:28.320 Russia was responsible for leaking data from the DNC and the DCCC.
00:12:31.900 And it failed to mention that the FBI and the NSA had previously expressed low confidence in that attribution.
00:12:45.560 In other words,
00:12:46.240 they reversed the determination of the intelligence community for a political objective.
00:12:54.240 I go back to that, that we don't have the time, right?
00:12:58.080 It was all about the time.
00:12:59.320 Can we talk about how significant just that is?
00:13:02.680 Like, hey, we don't have the time.
00:13:04.660 This is a time sensitive thing,
00:13:06.480 a.k.a. to pull this off.
00:13:08.720 We've got to expedite this,
00:13:10.180 or we will run out of time to expedite it
00:13:12.620 and actually have it have influence
00:13:14.480 and do what the ultimate goal was.
00:13:17.480 Yeah, look, for folks listening,
00:13:18.840 just ask yourself a simple question.
00:13:21.160 Why?
00:13:22.200 Why didn't they have the time?
00:13:24.320 What was the rush?
00:13:25.300 We weren't going to war.
00:13:26.320 It's not like we needed plans.
00:13:27.700 We're dropping the bombs in three days.
00:13:30.700 There was nothing that was urgent
00:13:33.040 about assessing a retrospective
00:13:36.960 of what happened in the 2016 election
00:13:39.560 and did Russia hack the election.
00:13:42.160 That conclusion could have come in December.
00:13:44.320 It could have come in January.
00:13:45.280 It could have come in February or March or April.
00:13:47.240 It could have come in June.
00:13:48.420 It could have come the next year.
00:13:50.320 I mean, it was a retrospective assessing something.
00:13:52.640 So they had all the time in the world.
00:13:54.180 However, if you are a hardcore partisan leftist
00:13:59.100 who hates Donald Trump,
00:14:00.580 who wants to corrupt the intelligence community
00:14:03.440 and law enforcement to attack the incoming president
00:14:06.300 who'd just gotten elected by the American people,
00:14:09.340 then you have a very clear time clock,
00:14:11.980 which is January 20th.
00:14:13.300 Because once January 20th comes,
00:14:15.660 you're out of a job.
00:14:17.060 James Clapper isn't going to be there.
00:14:18.540 John Brennan isn't going to be there.
00:14:19.900 Unfortunately, Comey remained there.
00:14:22.740 And then that was a serious mistake.
00:14:24.680 One of the biggest, if not the biggest mistake
00:14:26.560 of the first term of the Trump administration.
00:14:30.360 But they're all looking at this saying,
00:14:32.980 if we are going to concoct a lie,
00:14:36.100 once we get to January 20th,
00:14:37.800 the new team is in place.
00:14:39.640 The one thing they're not going to be interested in doing
00:14:41.880 is participating in a political lie
00:14:45.360 to attack the newly elected president of the United States.
00:14:48.220 So the only reason for urgency
00:14:50.600 was a partisan political objective.
00:14:53.660 And that, at the end of the day,
00:14:55.580 was the reason why they conspired to subvert democracy.
00:15:02.080 By the way, in November 2016,
00:15:06.060 here's what the intelligence community concluded.
00:15:09.100 Quote, Russia was probably not trying
00:15:13.640 to influence the election using cyber means.
00:15:16.180 That was a month earlier.
00:15:18.020 Not, is what they concluded.
00:15:20.560 Weeks before the emails were sent,
00:15:22.420 on December 7th,
00:15:23.360 Clapper's talking point stated,
00:15:25.160 quote,
00:15:25.880 foreign adversaries did not use cyber attacks
00:15:29.580 on election infrastructure
00:15:30.760 to alter the U.S. presidential outcome.
00:15:33.720 That was just weeks before this election.
00:15:37.900 On December 8th,
00:15:39.180 the presidential briefing for President Obama said,
00:15:43.060 quote,
00:15:44.120 we assess that Russian and criminal actors
00:15:47.300 did not impact recent U.S. election results
00:15:51.000 by conducting malicious cyber activities
00:15:53.420 against the election infrastructure.
00:15:56.020 That was what they were concluding
00:15:58.060 until they made a political decision
00:16:01.600 and they made it the next day,
00:16:03.060 on December 9th,
00:16:03.940 in a meeting in the Situation Room,
00:16:05.500 for partisan political reasons,
00:16:08.800 they decided we're going to accuse Russia
00:16:11.940 of electing Donald Trump
00:16:13.260 because we hate Trump
00:16:14.740 and we want to tear down
00:16:15.720 the incoming administration.
00:16:17.720 And that is,
00:16:18.500 to use a term the Democrats like,
00:16:20.920 an absolute assault on democracy.
00:16:23.820 Canadian women are looking for more,
00:16:26.920 more out of themselves,
00:16:27.960 their businesses,
00:16:28.900 their elected leaders,
00:16:29.860 and the world around them.
00:16:31.060 And that's why we're thrilled
00:16:32.040 to introduce the Honest Talk podcast.
00:16:34.740 I'm Jennifer Stewart.
00:16:35.940 And I'm Catherine Clark.

00:16:38.380 we interview Canada's most inspiring women.
00:16:40.980 Entrepreneurs, artists, athletes,
00:16:42.960 politicians, and newsmakers,
00:16:44.540 all at different stages of their journey.
00:16:46.740 So if you're looking to connect,
00:16:48.540 then we hope you'll join us.
00:16:49.960 Listen to the Honest Talk podcast
00:16:51.340 on iHeartRadio
00:16:52.340 or wherever you listen to your podcasts.
00:16:55.880 All right, I want to switch gears, Senator,
00:16:57.700 to California Democrats
00:16:59.300 are now saying
00:17:01.120 they're going to redistrict in California
00:17:03.320 to counter what Texas is doing
00:17:05.660 after they waved the white flag
00:17:08.400 Democrats did in Texas.
00:17:10.360 Now, Gavin Newsom is, I guess,
00:17:12.400 trying to turn this into
00:17:13.080 like a presidential campaign issue for him
00:17:15.020 where he's like,
00:17:15.440 well, if you do X in Texas,
00:17:17.400 we're just going to counter it
00:17:19.180 out here in California.
00:17:20.760 The funny part is
00:17:21.780 they've been gerrymandering
00:17:23.100 in California for decades,
00:17:25.280 and it's like he's acting like this
00:17:27.220 the first time they'll ever do it.
00:17:28.720 It's pretty laughable.
00:17:30.440 Well, as we covered on Wednesday's pod,
00:17:32.740 the Texas Democrats have surrendered.
00:17:34.660 They fled the state.
00:17:35.700 They defeated a quorum,
00:17:37.080 and yet they were facing
00:17:38.300 serious repercussions
00:17:39.580 from the governor,
00:17:40.380 from the Speaker of the House.
00:17:42.080 They were facing $500 a day fines
00:17:44.840 they had to pay
00:17:45.400 from their personal bank account,
00:17:47.920 not from their campaign accounts.
00:17:49.200 They were facing the governor
00:17:50.800 declaring their offices vacant
00:17:52.800 and replacing them
00:17:54.960 in the state legislature,
00:17:55.960 and they were also facing
00:17:57.020 being arrested
00:17:57.860 and forcibly having their bodies
00:17:59.920 produced on the floor of the House.
00:18:01.460 And so the Texas House Democrats
00:18:03.060 caved and said,
00:18:04.520 we're coming back,
00:18:05.320 we're done fighting.
00:18:06.260 That news had broken.
00:18:07.720 And so then the latest,
00:18:10.860 what has broken just this week
00:18:12.940 after that,
00:18:14.520 is Gavin Newsom has leapt forward.
00:18:16.920 And Ben, have you noticed
00:18:17.940 that Gavin Newsom
00:18:19.440 is just a little bit thirsty?
00:18:21.440 Yes.
00:18:22.080 I mean, this is like,
00:18:23.360 I don't know what reincarnation
00:18:25.380 of his career this is.
00:18:26.660 It feels like it's like seven or eight,
00:18:28.240 but he is obsessed right now
00:18:29.940 with being in the media.
00:18:31.940 I got to say a bit of advice.
00:18:34.040 If any of you, God forbid,
00:18:35.300 find yourself in the vicinity
00:18:36.800 of Gavin Newsom,
00:18:38.720 under no circumstances
00:18:40.140 should you place your body
00:18:41.480 between Governor Newsom
00:18:42.760 and a TV camera.
00:18:43.760 He will run you over.
00:18:44.880 You will be roadkill.
00:18:46.400 You will be an armadillo
00:18:47.680 with a smear
00:18:49.020 in the center of the highway
00:18:50.160 because that man,
00:18:52.080 oh, if there's a headline
00:18:53.340 to be had,
00:18:54.420 he is chasing it.
00:18:55.360 And so he's decided
00:18:56.940 he is the great liberal hope
00:18:58.380 he's going to stand up
00:18:59.560 and fight against Texas.
00:19:00.940 I got to say as an aside,
00:19:03.040 I've said more than once
00:19:04.800 that I think we should nominate
00:19:06.660 Gavin Newsom
00:19:07.700 as the Texas Realtor of the Year
00:19:11.120 because there is no human being
00:19:14.120 on planet Earth
00:19:15.120 who has ever sold more homes
00:19:17.620 in the great state of Texas
00:19:19.080 than Gavin Newsom.
00:19:20.040 He sells thousands of homes
00:19:22.240 in Texas every year.
00:19:23.740 It is incredible.
00:19:24.880 All he has to do
00:19:25.920 is continue mucking up California
00:19:27.740 and people rent U-Hauls
00:19:29.400 and get the heck out of Dodge.
00:19:31.840 Well, his latest statement is,
00:19:34.540 OK, Texas, if you redistrict,
00:19:36.800 California is going to as well
00:19:38.640 and we're going to get
00:19:39.420 even more Democrats.
00:19:40.460 Now, let me give you some facts
00:19:41.800 that the New York Times
00:19:43.560 won't tell you,
00:19:44.680 that the Washington Post
00:19:45.680 won't tell you,
00:19:46.680 that CNN won't tell you,
00:19:48.480 that MSNBC won't tell you,
00:19:50.360 that the corporate media
00:19:51.500 does not want you to know.
00:19:53.700 Virtually every big Democrat state
00:19:56.220 in the union
00:19:56.820 is egregiously gerrymandered
00:20:00.100 right now,
00:20:01.400 massively more
00:20:03.440 than Republican states.
00:20:04.820 And let's put some numbers to it.
00:20:06.360 So California,
00:20:08.160 in 2024,
00:20:09.900 58% of Californians
00:20:11.380 voted Democrat.
00:20:13.200 The congressional delegation
00:20:15.400 in California
00:20:16.200 has 52 members of Congress.
00:20:17.960 It's currently divided.
00:20:19.620 43 Democrats,
00:20:21.860 9 Republicans.
00:20:23.180 That means
00:20:23.960 58% of California voters
00:20:26.500 get to be represented
00:20:27.640 by 83%
00:20:30.000 of the congressional delegation.
00:20:31.520 It's a massive gerrymander.
00:20:34.180 By the way,
00:20:35.440 California is not alone.
00:20:36.860 If you look at New York,
00:20:38.460 56% of New Yorkers
00:20:39.960 voted for Democrats
00:20:40.820 and yet
00:20:41.620 73%
00:20:43.340 of the congressional delegation
00:20:44.920 is Democrat.
00:20:47.140 Illinois.
00:20:48.300 Illinois is massive.
00:20:49.800 54% of the state
00:20:51.400 vote Democrat.
00:20:52.040 Illinois is not nearly
00:20:53.020 as Democrat
00:20:53.540 as people think.
00:20:54.960 Just 54%.
00:20:56.180 You know how much
00:20:57.200 of the congressional delegation
00:20:58.280 is Democrat?
00:21:01.620 82%.
00:21:02.060 And I'll tell you
00:21:03.600 one of the most stunning
00:21:04.560 is the state of Massachusetts.
00:21:05.800 State of Massachusetts,
00:21:07.480 you have about 36%
00:21:09.120 of the state
00:21:09.700 that votes Republican.
00:21:11.520 You know how many members
00:21:12.340 of Congress
00:21:12.800 that 36% gets?
00:21:14.580 How many?
00:21:16.380 Zero.
00:21:17.360 Yeah.
00:21:17.680 Not a single one.
00:21:18.960 There are nine congressional seats
00:21:20.440 in Massachusetts.
00:21:21.200 All nine are Democrat.
00:21:23.460 None are Republican.
00:21:25.060 That's a Democrat gerrymander.
00:21:26.360 By the way,
00:21:27.260 Texas by comparison,
00:21:29.320 so Texas in 2024,
00:21:32.220 56% of Texans
00:21:33.760 voted Republican.
00:21:35.340 And the congressional delegation
00:21:37.660 is 38 seats.
00:21:39.540 24 of those are Republican.
00:21:41.260 14 are Democrat.
00:21:42.400 That means
00:21:42.980 56% of Texas voters
00:21:45.660 are getting 63%
00:21:47.300 of the congressional delegation.
00:21:48.640 So it is much more mild.
00:21:50.660 63% in Texas,
00:21:52.900 83% in California.
00:21:55.200 So it is a massive
00:21:56.780 gerrymander in California.
00:21:58.380 Now,
00:21:58.640 what is Texas proposing doing?
00:22:00.820 Well,
00:22:00.980 the Texas legislature
00:22:01.860 has put out a map
00:22:02.700 to increase
00:22:04.120 the Republican representation
00:22:05.360 by five seats.
00:22:06.500 So instead of 24-14,
00:22:09.080 it will be
00:22:10.200 29-9.
00:22:12.740 So it will add
00:22:13.720 five Republicans,
00:22:14.660 take away five Democrats.
00:22:15.780 That will take it
00:22:17.440 from 63% Republican
00:22:19.180 to 76% Republican.
00:22:22.100 Now,
00:22:22.300 76% Republican
00:22:23.600 is an increase
00:22:26.020 from 63%,
00:22:27.000 but it's not nearly
00:22:27.940 as much as 83%,
00:22:29.560 which is where
00:22:30.300 California is.
00:22:31.900 So what does
00:22:32.600 Gavin Newsom say?
00:22:33.720 If you dare
00:22:35.220 draw a map
00:22:37.020 that's not nearly
00:22:38.840 as skewed as California,
00:22:39.980 what are we going to do
00:22:40.800 in California?
00:22:41.820 We're going to skew
00:22:43.000 our map
00:22:43.720 even more.
00:22:44.720 Now,
00:22:44.960 to be clear,
00:22:46.580 there are only
00:22:47.100 nine Republicans
00:22:48.040 elected in California.
00:22:49.440 He has very few seats
00:22:50.600 to get rid of
00:22:51.300 because it's 43-9
00:22:53.200 to begin with.
00:22:54.680 But essentially
00:22:55.720 what he's threatening
00:22:56.560 is instead of making it
00:22:57.620 43-9,
00:22:59.440 he wants to make it
00:23:00.720 52-0.
00:23:02.440 He wants to make
00:23:03.140 100%
00:23:04.280 of the congressional
00:23:05.500 seats in California
00:23:06.680 Democrat.
00:23:08.300 That would mean
00:23:09.020 58% of the voters
00:23:10.860 in California
00:23:11.600 get 100%
00:23:13.160 of the congressional
00:23:14.180 delegation
00:23:14.860 and the 38%
00:23:15.840 of Californians
00:23:16.620 that vote Republican
00:23:17.440 get zero.
00:23:20.520 I'll tell you,
00:23:21.240 I took on
00:23:22.400 Gavin Newsom today
00:23:23.420 on Twitter
00:23:24.380 and I said,
00:23:25.080 look,
00:23:25.760 if you want to do that,
00:23:27.080 if California
00:23:27.940 is going to go
00:23:28.540 100% Dem,
00:23:30.980 why shouldn't Texas
00:23:32.140 go 100% Republican
00:23:33.620 instead of
00:23:34.600 going,
00:23:35.840 we're right now
00:23:36.460 at 24-14,
00:23:37.660 the proposal is
00:23:38.400 to take it
00:23:38.860 to 29-9,
00:23:40.000 but if California
00:23:41.520 is going to do that,
00:23:42.620 Texas ought to go
00:23:43.360 to 38-0.
00:23:44.760 Now,
00:23:45.080 I'm not advocating
00:23:45.880 that.
00:23:46.160 I actually think
00:23:46.580 neither state
00:23:47.220 should do that.
00:23:47.860 I think you should
00:23:48.440 have a congressional
00:23:49.200 delegation
00:23:49.860 that reflects
00:23:51.660 the values
00:23:52.400 and views
00:23:52.900 of the state,
00:23:53.660 but if Democrats
00:23:55.120 are going to
00:23:56.060 utterly abuse
00:23:57.320 their power
00:23:58.080 to disproportionately
00:24:00.280 favor Democrats
00:24:01.480 in Congress
00:24:02.100 and the only response
00:24:03.160 I think Republican
00:24:03.820 states can have
00:24:04.720 is to counter that
00:24:06.180 and to be a check
00:24:07.160 and balance,
00:24:07.780 but of course,
00:24:08.200 the media wants
00:24:09.520 you to know
00:24:09.840 none of these facts.
00:24:11.220 Let me ask you
00:24:12.100 this question.
00:24:12.880 If this does
00:24:14.100 continue to go
00:24:14.780 the way that
00:24:15.260 Democrats are
00:24:15.960 advocating for it,
00:24:16.720 where they say,
00:24:17.240 hey,
00:24:17.740 forget us just
00:24:18.500 kind of gerrymandering,
00:24:19.700 we're just going
00:24:20.140 to go full-blown
00:24:21.220 get rid of every
00:24:22.220 Republican district,
00:24:24.020 what then happens?
00:24:25.660 Where does this
00:24:26.520 stop in this insanity?
00:24:27.860 I do think it's
00:24:28.920 great that the
00:24:30.540 American people
00:24:31.080 now understand
00:24:31.700 just how gerrymandered
00:24:32.940 so many Democratic
00:24:33.800 states have been
00:24:34.320 for decades and decades
00:24:35.560 and they didn't even
00:24:36.160 realize how blatant
00:24:37.760 it was.
00:24:38.880 Now it's getting
00:24:39.700 the coverage
00:24:40.300 that it deserves,
00:24:40.960 but where does
00:24:42.360 this all end?
00:24:43.240 What's the best
00:24:43.860 case scenario?
00:24:45.200 Well, look,
00:24:45.840 Republican states
00:24:47.240 have much more room,
00:24:48.800 so if this becomes
00:24:49.580 an escalation,
00:24:51.340 the Democrats lose
00:24:52.300 because the Democrats
00:24:53.660 have already
00:24:54.200 gerrymandered the
00:24:55.220 hell out of their
00:24:55.940 states,
00:24:56.980 so they don't have
00:24:57.520 that much room
00:24:58.340 to grow,
00:24:59.580 and the funniest
00:25:00.340 example of that
00:25:01.400 is the Democrat
00:25:02.100 governor of Massachusetts.
00:25:03.900 She got all worked up
00:25:05.400 and said,
00:25:06.200 oh yeah,
00:25:06.880 well if Texas
00:25:07.560 does this,
00:25:08.280 we're going to
00:25:08.700 redistrict too.
00:25:11.380 Massachusetts is
00:25:12.280 already 100%
00:25:14.000 Democrat in their
00:25:15.460 congressional delegation.
00:25:16.980 They have
00:25:17.620 gerrymandered to the
00:25:18.900 maximum extent
00:25:20.020 possible.
00:25:21.340 What exactly can
00:25:22.840 Massachusetts do to
00:25:23.980 gerrymander more?
00:25:25.140 There are no Republican
00:25:26.560 members of Congress
00:25:27.400 they elect by design,
00:25:29.140 and it can't get
00:25:29.820 any worse.
00:25:30.280 And so if this
00:25:32.040 becomes an escalation,
00:25:33.280 the Democrats lose.
00:25:34.440 Now interestingly
00:25:35.100 enough,
00:25:36.460 Newsom is mostly
00:25:37.500 playing politics.
00:25:38.740 He's mostly
00:25:39.320 wanting headlines.
00:25:40.460 He's mostly
00:25:41.200 wanting to impress
00:25:42.300 Democrat presidential
00:25:44.120 primary voters
00:25:44.980 because it ain't
00:25:46.000 complicated.
00:25:46.820 Gavin is running
00:25:47.520 in 2028.
00:25:48.820 He is running
00:25:49.360 full speed ahead.
00:25:50.360 Now what's funny
00:25:51.660 is it's like
00:25:52.300 watching a rerun
00:25:53.580 of Sybil late
00:25:54.300 on TV.
00:25:55.180 He's got 142
00:25:56.680 personalities,
00:25:57.380 so on day one
00:25:58.680 he is hard-left
00:26:00.540 progressive social
00:26:01.700 justice warrior
00:26:02.560 on day two.
00:26:04.000 He is reasonable
00:26:04.880 moderate,
00:26:05.420 and today he is
00:26:06.720 partisan gladiator,
00:26:09.620 but he'll do
00:26:10.540 all of them.
00:26:12.340 He does have a
00:26:13.140 challenge in that
00:26:13.920 California state law
00:26:15.260 provides that
00:26:16.020 redistricting is not
00:26:17.200 done by the
00:26:17.720 legislature,
00:26:18.500 which is what the
00:26:19.320 Constitution provides,
00:26:20.680 but rather by a
00:26:21.980 so-called
00:26:22.520 independent commission.
00:26:24.800 And so,
00:26:26.440 Newsom is proposing
00:26:27.500 putting on the
00:26:28.200 ballot,
00:26:28.680 changing the map,
00:26:30.480 and Politico did
00:26:31.920 a poll that they
00:26:33.180 released this week,
00:26:35.000 and it shows that
00:26:37.660 California voters
00:26:38.600 prefer keeping an
00:26:39.700 independent line
00:26:40.580 drawing panel to
00:26:42.080 determine the state's
00:26:43.000 House seats by
00:26:44.680 nearly a two-to-one
00:26:46.480 margin, 64%,
00:26:48.120 while only 36% of
00:26:50.720 respondents back
00:26:51.700 returning to
00:26:52.480 congressional
00:26:53.020 redistricting
00:26:53.700 authority to state
00:26:55.240 lawmakers.
00:26:55.960 So Newsom's got a
00:26:56.780 problem because if
00:26:57.600 this goes to the
00:26:58.280 ballot, right now
00:26:59.740 at least, he's got
00:27:00.480 to convince the
00:27:01.140 voters to allow
00:27:02.940 his partisan power
00:27:04.180 grab, I don't think
00:27:05.840 actually Newsom is
00:27:06.760 focused on winning.
00:27:07.660 I think he just is
00:27:08.600 trying to show off and
00:27:09.900 peacock for the
00:27:11.520 Democrat primary
00:27:12.260 voters.
00:27:13.060 Senator, it's time we
00:27:14.260 talk a little bit
00:27:14.980 about Google, and it
00:27:17.660 is another bombshell
00:27:19.040 that's come out
00:27:19.840 showing massive
00:27:21.480 bias with Google,
00:27:23.020 their search engines,
00:27:23.920 also the emails that
00:27:25.500 make it to your
00:27:26.060 inbox, and those
00:27:27.720 they decide
00:27:28.360 purposely to send
00:27:29.360 to spam.
00:27:30.520 There's even
00:27:31.260 shocking revelations
00:27:32.560 now that sending a
00:27:33.960 firm that sent the
00:27:34.680 same email, the
00:27:36.500 same exact wording,
00:27:37.900 one with a link to a
00:27:39.560 conservative group
00:27:40.660 went to spam, but if
00:27:42.260 it had a link to a
00:27:43.560 hardcore lefty group,
00:27:44.860 it went straight to the
00:27:45.960 top of your inbox.
00:27:47.100 How the hell are they
00:27:48.000 getting away with this?
00:27:49.000 Well, unfortunately,
00:27:52.340 it appears to be
00:27:52.980 blatant bias, and
00:27:54.700 listen, I have long
00:27:56.380 believed that big tech
00:27:57.940 censorship and bias
00:27:59.400 poses the single
00:28:00.460 greatest threat we
00:28:01.340 have to free speech
00:28:02.360 in America, and the
00:28:03.940 single greatest threat
00:28:04.820 we have to free and
00:28:05.780 fair elections in
00:28:06.540 America.
00:28:07.560 And big tech, the
00:28:08.820 giant tech oligarchs,
00:28:10.180 have been hardcore
00:28:10.920 leftists, and they
00:28:11.780 have abused their
00:28:12.780 monopoly power to try
00:28:14.760 to elect Democrats,
00:28:16.300 and by far, the
00:28:18.760 worst actor in this
00:28:20.080 historically has been
00:28:21.100 Google.
00:28:21.660 Google openly
00:28:22.500 censors conservative
00:28:23.620 speech, it skews its
00:28:25.640 search results to favor
00:28:26.900 Democrats.
00:28:27.920 In the 2016 election,
00:28:30.760 the employer for the
00:28:32.260 largest amount of
00:28:33.460 campaign contributions
00:28:34.620 to Hillary Clinton was
00:28:36.160 Google, and so they
00:28:38.160 are all in with the
00:28:39.340 Democrats.
00:28:39.680 Hold on, hold on.
00:28:40.340 Say that again so
00:28:41.220 people really understand
00:28:42.760 how biased they are.
00:28:44.120 Say that one more
00:28:44.760 time.
00:28:46.480 Okay, in 2016, think
00:28:47.840 of all of the people
00:28:49.240 that made campaign
00:28:50.140 contributions to
00:28:51.320 Donald Trump and to
00:28:52.220 Hillary Clinton.
00:28:53.420 So when you make a
00:28:54.540 campaign contribution,
00:28:55.340 you report on the
00:28:56.460 FEC, you put your
00:28:57.620 name, you put your
00:28:58.440 address, you put your
00:28:59.380 employer, and any
00:29:00.600 contribution, $200 and
00:29:02.640 above, gets reported.
00:29:04.300 And so then they make
00:29:05.260 reports, and you can see,
00:29:06.540 all right, where does the
00:29:07.320 most money come from?
00:29:08.780 The number one source,
00:29:10.780 not number two, not
00:29:11.560 number three, number one
00:29:12.560 source for campaign
00:29:13.640 contributions, hard money
00:29:14.840 contributions to Hillary
00:29:16.280 Clinton was Google.
00:29:18.060 Actually, technically it
00:29:18.900 was Alphabet, which is
00:29:19.960 Google's parent company,
00:29:21.340 but that's Google.
00:29:22.760 Wow.
00:29:23.000 They were her number
00:29:23.680 one donor.
00:29:24.560 And by the way, there
00:29:26.740 is a psychologist, Robert
00:29:29.200 Epstein, who I've had
00:29:30.600 testify in front of my
00:29:31.920 committee, the Senate
00:29:32.540 Commerce Committee, who
00:29:34.240 did empirical research on
00:29:36.080 Google and found that
00:29:37.100 Google skewed search
00:29:38.880 results and moved
00:29:40.240 millions of votes from
00:29:41.740 Donald Trump to Hillary
00:29:43.840 Clinton.
00:29:44.160 And by the way, Dr.
00:29:45.360 Epstein was a liberal
00:29:46.380 Democrat who voted for
00:29:47.460 Hillary.
00:29:47.820 He was still horrified at
00:29:48.760 the results.
00:29:49.340 Well, the latest report
00:29:50.880 I'm going to read from the
00:29:51.540 New York Post, quote,
00:29:53.260 Google caught flagging
00:29:54.520 GOP fundraiser emails as
00:29:56.380 suspicious, sending them
00:29:57.620 directly to spam.
00:29:59.500 Google is at it again.
00:30:00.760 The GOP campaign
00:30:01.740 donations could be a
00:30:02.940 casualty.
00:30:04.160 The search giant has
00:30:05.260 been caught this summer
00:30:06.180 flagging Republican
00:30:07.440 fundraising emails as,
00:30:09.200 quote, dangerous spam,
00:30:11.400 keeping them from hitting
00:30:12.280 Gmail users' inboxes,
00:30:14.360 while leaving similar
00:30:15.960 solicitations from
00:30:17.180 Democrats untouched, a
00:30:19.380 consulting firm warned.
00:30:21.520 That's despite repeatedly
00:30:22.960 sparking headlines and
00:30:24.080 lawsuits in recent years
00:30:25.260 over this allegedly
00:30:26.340 partisan practice.
00:30:28.340 This is something, this
00:30:29.680 has been a pattern, it's
00:30:30.660 been a problem, it's been
00:30:31.700 going on for a long time,
00:30:33.280 and it appears Google is
00:30:34.640 doubling down and
00:30:35.480 continuing to block
00:30:37.860 Republican fundraising
00:30:39.100 emails while green-lighting
00:30:41.280 Democrat fundraising
00:30:42.820 emails.
00:30:44.000 It really is incredible,
00:30:45.540 and this just goes, I
00:30:46.880 think, to the radicalness
00:30:48.100 of the left, whether it's
00:30:50.120 Google or we now have a
00:30:51.780 guy that is apparently was
00:30:54.700 in the Department of
00:30:55.800 Justice who just decided I
00:30:57.380 got a subway sandwich, I'm
00:30:58.720 going to throw it at police
00:31:00.460 officers and run away, and
00:31:02.360 now we find out even the
00:31:03.920 people that are still working
00:31:05.320 in the deep state are willing
00:31:06.520 to do things like this.
00:31:08.360 We've now found out who he
00:31:09.460 is, he's lost his job, and
00:31:11.480 he's been arrested.
00:31:12.660 Well, listen, we've talked a
00:31:15.140 lot on this podcast about how
00:31:16.580 the Democrats have lost their
00:31:18.320 ever-loving mind.
00:31:19.520 They hate Donald Trump so
00:31:20.940 much that they've just gone to
00:31:22.560 crazy town.
00:31:23.680 They've taken just about every
00:31:25.700 80-20 issue in America, they've
00:31:27.300 decided to embrace the 20%
00:31:28.960 side.
00:31:29.560 So when it comes to
00:31:30.220 immigration, they're for open
00:31:31.460 borders.
00:31:32.600 When it comes to sports, they
00:31:34.580 want boys competing in girls'
00:31:35.840 sports.
00:31:36.320 When it comes to kids, they want
00:31:37.820 children being sterilized and
00:31:39.420 having gender-mutilating
00:31:42.040 surgeries.
00:31:43.020 And when it comes to
00:31:44.080 criminals, they're in favor of
00:31:46.240 them.
00:31:46.420 They're in favor of releasing
00:31:47.360 murderers and rapists and
00:31:48.880 Venezuelan gang members.
00:31:51.840 And the left right now is
00:31:53.520 losing their mind about D.C. and
00:31:55.360 the fact that Donald Trump is
00:31:56.720 exercising clear
00:31:57.940 constitutional authority, clear
00:31:59.280 statutory authority to ensure
00:32:03.940 law and order in D.C. and to
00:32:05.900 keep people safe.
00:32:06.800 D.C. has the fourth highest
00:32:08.220 murder rate in America.
00:32:10.500 It has a higher murder rate than
00:32:13.040 Bogota, Colombia.
00:32:14.480 It has a higher murder rate than
00:32:15.860 Mexico City.
00:32:17.100 The murder rate in Washington, D.C.
00:32:19.060 is six times the murder rate in
00:32:21.860 New York.
00:32:22.420 And yet, leftists are furious that
00:32:25.900 Trump is saying, we're going to
00:32:27.460 stop murderers.
00:32:28.340 And so what happened this week is
00:32:30.600 you had a leftist on the streets
00:32:33.780 who saw a federal law enforcement
00:32:35.560 officers, and in this case, a
00:32:36.940 Customs and Border Patrol agent.
00:32:38.740 And this leftist began jumping up
00:32:41.100 and down and screaming, screaming
00:32:43.080 and cursing at him and calling him
00:32:44.480 a fascist, calling him a fascist.
00:32:46.360 And you got to, if you haven't seen
00:32:47.900 the video, you got a picture.
00:32:49.040 This guy is jumping up and down,
00:32:50.380 jumping up and down.
00:32:51.240 He's wearing a pink polo shirt and
00:32:53.780 these incredibly tight shorts that,
00:32:57.260 let me just say, it looks like a
00:32:59.200 costume.
00:32:59.700 And he's jumping up and down.
00:33:02.360 He's behaving like a five-year-old.
00:33:04.720 And he's screaming and screaming at
00:33:07.120 this federal law enforcement agent.
00:33:09.300 And then he's holding in his hand a
00:33:11.440 Subway sandwich.
00:33:13.120 And he turns to walk away, and then
00:33:14.680 he turns around and he just throws as
00:33:16.440 hard as he can the Subway sandwich
00:33:18.000 into the chest of the federal law
00:33:20.020 enforcement officer.
00:33:21.620 And then suddenly he realizes, oh,
00:33:23.580 maybe that was a mistake, and he
00:33:24.700 turns around and runs away.
00:33:26.440 Well, federal law enforcement pursues
00:33:28.960 him.
00:33:29.740 They catch him, and they arrest him.
00:33:33.000 Now, this is when the story changes.
00:33:35.320 Under Joe Biden, nothing would have
00:33:37.340 happened.
00:33:38.740 Under Barack Obama, nothing would have
00:33:41.240 happened.
00:33:41.660 Well, under Donald Trump, he's being
00:33:44.040 prosecuted.
00:33:44.720 He's being prosecuted for a felony.
00:33:46.460 It is assault to throw anything at
00:33:50.600 someone.
00:33:51.060 You don't have the right to throw
00:33:51.980 something.
00:33:52.800 And even if it is a sandwich, which
00:33:54.560 looks, a sandwich is not a deadly
00:33:56.200 item, but it is assault to throw it.
00:33:58.780 And what Pam Bondi, the attorney
00:34:00.860 general, said, and what the U.S.
00:34:02.300 attorney, Janine Pirro, said, is we're
00:34:04.140 going to protect law enforcement.
00:34:05.320 If you assault a law enforcement
00:34:06.700 officer, you will be prosecuted.
00:34:09.540 You will go to jail.
00:34:11.120 And then this is where the case took a
00:34:12.760 strange turn, that this pink polo-clad,
00:34:16.060 jumping-up-and-down nutcase, turns out
00:34:19.320 he was actually an employee of the
00:34:21.860 Department of Justice, a current
00:34:23.520 employee.
00:34:24.700 Now, Ben, I used to work at the DOJ.
00:34:27.540 I've worked a lot of years in law
00:34:29.140 enforcement.
00:34:30.320 It is not complicated if you're an
00:34:32.480 employee at the Department of Justice
00:34:34.020 to learn to treat federal law
00:34:37.120 enforcement agencies with respect.
00:34:39.400 I've got to say I'm 54 years old.
00:34:41.380 I've never had to restrain myself
00:34:43.160 once from a desire to assault a
00:34:47.060 federal law enforcement officer.
00:34:48.400 And yet, the left, they are so
00:34:50.820 radicalized, they're so, that their
00:34:54.280 worldview is so full of rage and
00:34:56.780 anger that when they see a federal
00:34:58.780 law enforcement officer there to stop
00:35:01.560 murderers, there to stop crime, this
00:35:05.380 DOJ employee entered into Sandwich
00:35:08.620 Gate.
00:35:09.940 And I will say, I did laugh out loud at
00:35:12.960 Janine Pirro when she put out a video
00:35:15.060 saying, well, he may have to stick that
00:35:18.180 sandwich somewhere else instead, which
00:35:20.720 it was, it was not subtle what she was
00:35:25.140 saying.
00:35:26.400 As they might say in the South, you
00:35:28.720 know, stick it somewhere, the sun don't
00:35:30.340 shine.
00:35:31.320 Yeah, it's nice to see that in
00:35:32.960 Washington, D.C., certainly in the
00:35:34.260 Trump administration, they're not
00:35:35.400 messing around anymore.
00:35:36.520 They're going after these criminals.
00:35:39.040 And Ben, your dad was a cop.
00:35:40.960 I mean, how glad are you to see an
00:35:42.600 administration that defends cops and
00:35:44.500 says you can't assault them?
00:35:46.020 Absolutely.
00:35:46.680 And it's long overdue for an
00:35:48.040 administration to do this.
00:35:49.180 Don't forget, we do this show Monday,
00:35:50.640 Wednesday and Friday.
