00:02:50.500 And let's go back, and let's start with one that's way back,
00:02:55.000 and now we have a lot more confirmation to say, yet again, we were right.
00:02:59.340 I want to go back to March the 10th of 2020.
00:03:04.300 March 10th, 2020, get that in your head.
00:03:06.480 We're in 2025 now, January 1st.
00:03:09.100 And you said that, in fact, COVID-19, you believed,
00:03:15.140 was coming from a lab, that this wasn't some organic thing.
00:03:20.760 This was clearly man-made.
00:03:23.360 And if you said that, by the way, on social media,
00:03:26.640 you were shut down.
00:03:28.480 You were put into what we refer to as social media jail.
00:03:32.020 Your reach was limited.
00:03:33.660 You couldn't run ads.
00:03:35.240 It changed people's lives.
00:03:36.420 Yeah, look, in 2020, in 2020, Facebook and Twitter and Google,
00:03:40.640 they were all actively suppressing, saying that COVID was a man-made virus,
00:03:48.160 that it was not something that had just naturally leapt from an animal
00:03:51.660 to the human population, but rather that it escaped from a lab.
00:03:55.180 It was suppressed.
00:03:56.380 We now know that Facebook, that Dr. Fauci was communicating with Mark Zuckerberg,
00:04:01.380 asking him to suppress it.
00:04:02.720 And yet somehow, starting back in March of 2020, this show was laying out the facts.
00:04:09.100 And for our loyal listeners and viewers, they were hearing the facts about COVID right at
00:04:14.640 the very beginning.
00:04:15.280 Give a listen, March 10th, 2020.
00:04:18.080 This was just a bad case of bat soup, that people ate something they shouldn't have eaten,
00:04:22.160 and that's how it spread.
00:04:23.340 Others have pointed to this strange coincidence that there is a virus testing laboratory in Wuhan.
00:04:30.160 Do we have any sense of the true origins of the virus?
00:04:33.900 Well, we don't know for sure.
00:04:36.000 I've asked medical experts, and they've said, based on the sequencing of the genomes,
00:04:40.720 it does not appear to be artificially created, that it appears to be a virus that has occurred
00:04:46.340 in nature.
00:04:47.200 You're right that a lot of people have focused on the Wuhan Virology Institute that is located
00:04:52.900 right there.
00:04:53.760 And indeed, they've got researchers there that are studying coronavirus and studying bats.
00:04:59.200 I mean, that raises some obvious questions.
00:05:03.780 At the same time, it's very interesting.
00:05:06.440 Do you remember back last fall when the Houston Rockets, when Daryl Morey, the general manager,
00:05:11.820 tweeted out about Hong Kong, he said, stand with Hong Kong, stand for liberty?
00:05:15.980 Right.
00:05:16.400 And the NBA went crazy, and China went crazy, and the NBA apologized profusely.
00:05:22.740 I have to admit, it's kind of the same thing, that anyone suggests, well, gosh, you know,
00:05:27.440 there are thousands, hundreds of thousands of cities all across the world.
00:05:32.360 It just so happens this outbreak is there, right where this virology lab is, and the collective
00:05:37.880 media acts with this outrage of, okay, take your tin hat off.
00:05:44.800 How dare you even ask that question?
00:05:47.600 You know, it's obviously a question that people are going to inquire.
00:05:51.640 Look, the first step needs to be stopping this virus, stopping the disease and protecting
00:05:56.180 human life right now, but there are certainly going to be questions following up if there
00:06:01.160 is any connection or not, and that seems at least a reasonable question to ask.
00:06:06.520 You listen to that, and again, we're going back now to 2020 for that.
00:06:11.040 You were spot on, and that was something that the media and social media said made you a
00:06:16.980 conspiracy theorist.
00:06:18.680 Yeah, and listen, there are two predictions that came out that we were laying out.
00:06:24.080 Number one, that COVID did not occur just naturally, did not occur in a wet market from someone
00:06:30.840 eating bat soup, but rather that it escaped from a lab.
00:06:34.140 And number two, that in particular, it came from the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
00:06:39.160 And look, early on, you're dealing with limited information, and I was trying to do my best
00:06:43.680 to walk through that limited information.
00:06:45.880 By the way, I've got to say in that clip, Ben, you sound kind of funny there.

00:07:25.000 To April, we had a little more information.

00:07:34.020 from a lab, but escaped from the Wuhan Institute for Virology in Wuhan, China.

00:07:39.400 I want to turn for a moment from the economy into the virus itself, and I want to take just
00:07:46.540 a slight victory lap, because I remember on this very show, Senator, on March 10th, over
00:07:51.980 a month ago, you suggested that there was very likely a link between the Wuhan Institute
00:07:58.240 of Virology and this virus that just so coincidentally happened to occur within a couple of miles of
00:08:05.120 that institute.
00:08:05.980 During that time, the mainstream media said this was crazy.
00:08:08.800 This was a conspiracy theory.
00:08:10.320 There was no evidence of it.
00:08:11.600 Now we are getting multiple reports all saying that the virus came from the lab.
00:08:17.300 My question here is not, my point is not just to take a victory lap.
00:08:21.280 My question is, did the U.S. government know that the Wuhan Institute of Virology was conducting
00:08:27.540 this sort of dangerous research?
00:08:29.520 And if we did know, why didn't we stop it?
00:08:32.180 Absolutely, yes.
00:08:33.380 The U.S. government knew.
00:08:35.400 And in fact, when you and I brought this up on March 10th over a month ago, you're right.
00:08:40.060 It was treated as tinfoil hat, conspiracy theory, nutjobbery.
00:08:46.300 Well, it turns out there wasn't just one.
00:08:48.680 There were two labs within miles of where this outbreak occurred that were studying coronaviruses
00:08:54.500 from bats and that there were internal State Department wires before this pandemic raising
00:09:02.420 concerns about the security in those labs and that an accidental virus could escape and cause
00:09:09.080 a global pandemic.
00:09:10.540 But I'll tell you, it's worse than that.
00:09:12.080 And let me give you some some breaking news right now, which is the U.S. government
00:09:17.780 was funding the Chinese research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, your taxpayer dollars
00:09:26.140 and my taxpayer dollars.
00:09:27.860 And let me give you specifics that we just got today.
00:09:31.000 Today, an inquiring of the National Institutes of Health.
00:09:34.160 Did any of your money go to the Wuhan Institute of Virology?
00:09:38.100 The answer is yes.
00:09:39.880 And here's what here's what they told us in writing today.
00:09:42.900 They said in fiscal year 2019, the funding for the Wuhan Institute for Virology was seventy
00:09:49.100 six thousand dollars and the three hundred and one dollars.
00:09:52.780 Seventy six thousand three hundred and one dollars.
00:09:55.740 Now, what did it go to?
00:09:56.920 And I'm repeating what NIH has told me in writing.
00:10:00.460 It went to it was part of an overall three point seven million dollar funding program that
00:10:07.820 went to six years in sites in China, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Laos, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia
00:10:16.060 and Myanmar.
00:10:16.580 And here's what they were studying.
00:10:19.080 These are NIH's words.
00:10:20.260 The project included studying viral diversity in animal parentheses bats reservoirs, surveying
00:10:30.880 people that live in high risk communities for evidence of bat coronavirus infection.
00:10:37.340 And conducting laboratory experiments to analyze and predict which newly discovered viruses pose
00:10:47.120 the greatest threats to human health.
00:10:50.060 Senator, it's pretty clear.
00:10:51.820 And that's part two of this prediction.
00:10:54.020 You were right as well.
00:10:55.080 Yeah, look, and we now know this, like what we were predicting then, that was crazy fringe
00:11:02.680 theory has now all been confirmed.
00:11:04.860 Let's fast forward to February 2023.
00:11:07.500 February 2023, the Washington Post reported FBI director said COVID-19, quote, most likely
00:11:14.660 originated from lab incident.
00:11:16.380 That's the FBI's position now.
00:11:18.520 June of 2023, the New York reported reported New York Post reported, quote, U.S.
00:11:23.960 taxpayers supported research in three Chinese labs that included risky gain-of-function experiments
00:11:29.500 with coronaviruses at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
00:11:32.620 The National Institutes of Health, NIH, and the U.S.
00:11:36.060 Agency for International Development, USAID, provided $2,168,345 in grant funding to the Chinese
00:11:43.560 research institutions between 2014 and 2021, according to the Government Accountability Office.
00:11:49.000 The report shows $1,413,720 in subgrants allocated by the Manhattan-based EcoHealth Alliance went
00:11:59.020 to the Wuhan Institute of Virology, where hazardous research was conducted on bat coronaviruses.
00:12:06.200 July of 2023, Reuters reported, quote, U.S. suspends federal funding to Wuhan lab over noncompliance.
00:12:13.660 December 2024, Fox News, COVID most likely leaked from Wuhan lab.
00:12:21.080 Social distancing not based on science, select committee finds.
00:12:25.000 And then finally, December 26th of 2024, just a few days ago, the Wall Street Journal wrote
00:12:31.240 the bombshell story that we did an entire podcast on entitled Behind Closed Doors, the spy world
00:12:38.540 scientist who argued COVID was a lab leak.
00:12:41.860 Well, there were scientists arguing that behind closed doors, but there was also the verdict
00:12:46.000 podcast making the argument, laying out the facts right at the very beginning.
00:12:50.420 And I got to say, on COVID, we were proved exactly right.
00:12:54.940 Final question on this prediction looking forward.
00:12:58.260 Do you think we're going to learn a lot more about Fauci, the cover-up, and COVID when Donald
00:13:04.720 Trump is inaugurated after January 20th?
00:13:07.640 So I do, and I am urging the incoming Trump administration to engage in full transparency.

00:14:16.300 This may be one of my favorite predictions that we've ever made here on this show, because
00:14:21.840 when we said it, we got a lot of pushback, and there were a lot of people that said what
00:14:27.660 you were saying was just absurd.
00:14:30.660 We had our tinfoil hats on again.
00:14:32.860 I mean, there were people that were angry over this, and that was the big prediction that
00:14:38.280 you made that Joe Biden would not be the 2024 Democratic nominee.
00:14:46.920 Well, that's right, and I made two related predictions.
00:14:49.700 Number one, early on, I said I believe Joe Biden would not be the Democrat nominee.
00:14:55.980 He would not be on the ballot in 2024.
00:14:58.680 I also predicted, I said, the only people, when people were later talking about replacing
00:15:04.480 him with Gavin Newsom or Gretchen Whitmer or some other people, I said, no, that will
00:15:08.480 never happen.
00:15:10.100 The Democrat Party is a bean-counting party.
00:15:13.900 Next in line is Kamala Harris, and the Democrat Party cannot, cannot, cannot push her aside,
00:15:21.560 cannot push an African-American woman aside for a white guy like Gavin Newsom.
00:15:26.020 Their party would spontaneously combust if they tried to do that.
00:15:29.960 So I said, the only people who could replace Joe Biden are Kamala Harris or Michelle Obama,
00:15:37.660 and I did lay out that I thought Michelle Obama, if I were a Democrat, I would much prefer Michelle
00:15:42.680 Obama to Kamala Harris, because Kamala Harris, as the whole world has seen, is a lousy candidate.
00:15:47.900 So if you're a Democrat who wants to win and you're stuck with Kamala Harris, there's only
00:15:52.360 one human being who can push Kamala Harris aside.
00:15:56.600 That is Michelle Obama.
00:15:57.940 Now, what I think happened, I think they tried with Michelle.
00:16:01.140 I think Michelle said no, and so prediction number one, that Joe Biden would not be the
00:16:05.740 nominee, that came 100% correct.
00:16:08.660 Prediction number two, that he would be replaced either by Kamala Harris or Michelle Obama, that
00:16:13.480 came true as well, although I did think Michelle Obama had a very real possibility.
00:16:19.140 So let's listen.
00:16:20.900 This first excerpt is from September 18th, 2023.
00:16:25.520 So more than a year, a year and three months ago, where I laid out, laid out this possibility
00:16:33.060 and give a listen.
00:16:34.700 So here's the scenario that I think is perhaps most likely and most dangerous.
00:16:41.540 In August of 2024, the Democrat kingmakers jettison Joe Biden and parachute in Michelle
00:16:50.380 Obama.
00:16:51.220 And I want you to pause and reflect on that.
00:16:53.220 Oh, I'm pausing and I'm reflecting as we said, and so is everybody else listening right
00:16:56.800 now.
00:16:57.800 I view this as a very serious danger.
00:17:02.080 I'm smiling right now because it terrifies me.
00:17:04.100 And I also could totally see this happening.
00:17:05.680 So Michelle Obama, number one, you don't infuriate African-American women, which is a critical
00:17:11.880 part of the constituency that Democrats are relying on to win.
00:17:15.500 But number two, you avoid the problem.
00:17:18.180 If you pick from any of the four, the other three are pissed.
00:17:21.200 Because they're all, to some extent, peers, they're rivals, they're all jabbing knives

00:17:27.920 Michelle Obama, because she was first lady, has the ability to kind of parachute in above
00:17:34.940 all four and say, hey, we're not picking among any of you.
00:17:38.320 You guys can all fight it out next time.
00:17:40.500 You're all going to be on the same level.

00:17:43.620 This is the Obama's saving the day.
00:17:45.600 And I think in terms of a solution that unifies Democrats, there ain't nothing like that.
00:17:55.040 I also think Michelle is not all that eager to run for president, but to parachute in
00:18:01.300 in August of 24, a couple of months before the presidency, and suddenly wake up and be
00:18:05.980 president.

00:18:30.080 And so when I see the media turning on Joe Biden right now, I think the odds of Michelle
00:18:37.600 Obama parachuting in in August of 2024 have risen dramatically.
00:18:44.620 And that ought to scare the hell out of anyone who is unhappy about the direction this country
00:18:51.160 is going and doesn't want us to go even crazier in an even worse direction.
00:18:55.760 In an even worse direction.
00:18:57.060 Well, and there you heard in September of 2023, making the prediction that Joe Biden would
00:19:02.560 be jettisoned.
00:19:03.520 And by the way, at the time that happened, very few people were making that prediction.
00:19:07.500 When we put that podcast out, it drove a lot of news.
00:19:10.900 There were headlines.
00:19:11.720 There were people that were shocked.
00:19:14.200 When I laid out that Biden was not capable, that his mental capacity had diminished, that
00:19:21.320 he was not going to be the nominee, that the Democrats realized it, that they were going
00:19:24.720 to jettisoned him, that the media ridiculed it.
00:19:28.700 But you go forward to February of 2024.
00:19:31.740 I went on Maria Bartiromo.
00:19:33.360 I said, I think Obama is driving the train, which is which is also what I said back in
00:19:37.060 September of 2023.
00:19:38.880 John Harwood, who, you know, was the former journalist for The Wall Street Journal and
00:19:45.100 and for NBC and who's a hard leftist, a vicious leftist.
00:19:50.320 He retweeted my comments on Maria Bartiromo and his entire commentary was, quote, impossibly
00:19:58.620 stupid conversation.
00:20:00.000 So that was his learned journalistic view, is that it was impossibly stupid to say that.
00:20:07.900 I will tell you, just in November of this year, I retweeted Harwood's shot at me and I just
00:20:16.660 said, want to know why nobody trusts the media?
00:20:19.720 Just nine months ago, a fake, quote, journalist claimed it was, quote, impossibly stupid to
00:20:26.820 observe that Joe Biden was not mentally competent to be president.
00:20:31.160 Now, everybody admits it.
00:20:34.260 What say you, John Jay Harwood?
00:20:38.920 Of course, Harwood didn't respond at all.
00:20:42.060 He ignored it.
00:20:42.780 All right, let's go forward, though.
00:20:45.200 Not only did we lay it out in September of 2023, but then fast forward to the debate, the
00:20:51.560 debate between Joe Biden and and Donald Donald Trump.
00:20:56.000 That was on June 28th, 2024.

00:21:02.900 We went live, recorded it that night and give a listen to what the verdict podcast said

00:21:11.460 Senator Cruz, I didn't think it could actually be this bad.
00:21:16.360 It was worse than even I think either of us could have imagined.
00:21:20.060 And now the Democratic Party is screaming, replace the president.

00:21:26.480 It is 1017 p.m. Texas time.
00:21:28.820 It is 1117 p.m. East Coast time, the night of the debate.
00:21:32.420 The debate just ended.
00:21:33.980 And I have to say, we have just witnessed what I believe is the most consequential presidential
00:21:38.220 debate in U.S. history.
00:21:40.580 Sometimes debates change things.
00:21:42.880 Sometimes they don't.
00:21:43.860 I believe tonight's debate changed things fundamentally.
00:21:47.520 And I believe the odds have now skyrocketed.
00:21:51.140 I believe the odds are north of 80 percent that the Democrat Party will remove Joe Biden
00:21:56.680 from the ticket and replace him.
00:21:58.720 And I believe they are likely to replace Joe Biden with Michelle Obama because Biden did
00:22:03.880 so disastrously badly tonight that Democrats across the country are in utter free fall and
00:22:10.840 complete panic.
00:22:11.720 We're going to break all that down tonight.
00:22:12.940 But yeah, and by the way, this is a prediction that you made on this show back in September
00:22:19.100 of 2023 that the Democratic kingmakers could bring in Michelle Obama.
00:22:25.240 We'll break all that down.
00:22:28.460 Senator, yet another prediction there.
00:22:30.580 Again, you go back and look at the night you made it right at that debate and you said
00:22:34.520 there's no way he's going to be on the ticket.
00:22:36.580 And it was absolutely correct.
00:22:38.260 Well, to be fair, what I said was the odds were north of 80 percent that he would be pulled
00:22:43.880 off the ticket.
00:22:45.400 That prediction that Joe Biden would be removed from the ticket, which, by the way, is is
00:22:49.900 unprecedented and was almost universally ridiculed in the media.
00:22:54.400 That prediction came 100 percent true.
00:22:56.860 I also articulated there were only two people who could replace him, Kamala Harris or Michelle
00:23:01.660 Obama.
00:23:02.000 I believe Michelle Obama was more likely.
00:23:04.220 The Michelle Obama thing did not come to pass, but the Kamala Harris thing did.
00:23:09.900 And in fact, I predicted that the Democrat kingmakers would jettison Biden in August of
00:23:16.220 2024.
00:23:17.980 They, in fact, did so on July 21st of 2024.
00:23:22.400 So I was 10 days off in terms of predicting it.
00:23:25.860 And by the way, to be clear, I predicted that way back in September of 2023.
00:23:29.340 So so over a year earlier, I predicted within 10 days when they would throw Biden off the
00:23:36.040 ballot.

00:23:41.140 I'm going to predict that in the next year or two, we're going to get confirmation that
00:23:47.780 there was serious outreach to Michelle Obama to see if she was willing to replace Joe Biden

00:24:28.740 Number five is another big one here, and that is the prediction that Joe Biden would pardon

00:24:41.740 Plus, the even more, I would say, disgusting deal that was given out to Khalid Sheikh Mohammed,
00:24:49.720 the mastermind of 9-11, to spare his life.
00:24:54.960 The mastermind of 9-11 and a man that was also, before even 9-11, involved in many other
00:25:01.020 terrorist attacks that killed women and children and the elderly.
00:25:04.800 Innocent bystanders that he did around the world.
00:25:07.060 Well, and this is a prediction that we made on August 18th, 2023.

00:25:18.200 I'm going to make a prediction as well, which is that these are not the only mass murderers
00:25:25.980 that I think this administration is going to refuse to follow federal law and impose the
00:25:31.640 death penalty.
00:25:31.960 And I'm going to make a prediction right now, which is Joe Biden, before he leaves the White
00:25:36.580 House, will commute the sentence of every federal prisoner on death row, that he will do it for
00:25:44.440 every one of them.
00:25:45.380 And that includes, it includes the white supremacist and Nazi who murdered nine African-Americans
00:25:53.920 at the Mother Emanuel AME Church in Charleston, South Carolina, in a horrific hate crime.
00:25:59.920 He's on federal death row.
00:26:01.660 It includes the Boston bomber who murdered innocent people by exploding a bomb at the Boston Marathon.
00:26:08.980 One of the two brothers is still alive.
00:26:11.180 He's on death row.
00:26:12.820 And my prediction right now is Joe Biden intends to spare every one of these mass murderers.
00:26:21.420 Every one of them, many of them are racist, bigoted, homicidal lunatics.
00:26:26.900 And I think we're going to see him commute all of their sentences before he leaves the
00:26:32.800 White House.
00:26:33.240 Well, if you won't take out the mastermind of 9-11 and you won't give him the death penalty,
00:26:39.340 is there anyone that you'll give it to?
00:26:41.600 I mean, it doesn't get any worse than this.

00:26:48.340 Well, so my prediction, again, in August of 23, is that he would remove the death penalty,
00:26:55.020 that he would commute the death penalty for the federal death row prisoners.

00:26:59.780 Now, to be clear, this prediction proves slightly off.
00:27:03.820 I predicted that he would commute the sentence of every single federal death row prisoner.
00:27:08.020 He instead commuted the sentence of 37 out of the 40 federal death row inmates.
00:27:15.660 And so there were three he did not.
00:27:17.660 And interestingly enough, the three he did not are the three that I identified in October
00:27:23.180 or rather in August of 2023.
00:27:25.920 So the three he did not were the murderer at the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh,
00:27:31.640 the murderer at the Mother Emanuel Church in Charleston, South Carolina, and the Boston Marathon bomber.
00:27:38.460 And those three are the only three he did not.
00:27:40.520 Now, I identified those three because they're the most horribly egregious.
00:27:44.600 They're the most famous and infamous.
00:27:47.000 They are, two of the three at least, are vicious, unrepentant racists.
00:27:53.820 And so I have to say my prediction, it was not 100% right.
00:27:56.620 It was 92.5% right because instead of commuting 40 death sentences, Biden commuted 37 out of 40.
00:28:05.160 And he left the three most egregious and famous ones off the table.

00:28:10.100 Because they knew that the press was so utterly corrupt that without those three that they would
00:28:15.840 get almost no criticism for it, that you would just go under the carpet, not really be seen.
00:28:23.080 And I have to say, I underestimated the incredible cynicism.
00:28:29.140 And I got to say, nonetheless, that that is a profound disrespect for the rule of law.
00:28:36.600 Among those that Biden did commute the sentences was a Nazi, an Aryan brotherhood racist.
00:28:45.500 You know, Joe Biden stepped forward and said, hey, we're the Democrat Party.
00:28:48.540 We're here.
00:28:48.960 We're here for Nazis and Klansmen.
00:28:51.760 I mean, it, but 90, 92.5% prediction, correct.
00:28:58.540 And sadly, another element of this prediction just, just became confirmed moments ago.
00:29:06.220 So, so this episode, we were talking about the plans to spare the life of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed,

00:29:14.940 And, and this podcast put enormous public pressure on the White House.
00:29:20.320 The White House, Karine Jean-Pierre was asked about it.
00:29:22.720 And the heat became so much that they backed off of it.
00:29:26.260 Well, sadly, the news just broke that they're going back to trying to spare Khalid Sheikh Mohammed.

00:29:35.600 And the contempt that Joe Biden, this entire White House has for the voters.
