00:00:00.000 This is an iHeart Podcast.
00:00:02.580 Guaranteed human.
00:00:05.440 Well, Happy New Year's.
00:00:07.640 It is nice to have you with us on Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you.
00:00:12.200 And we are going to have a lot of fun on this show and on Friday's show is we are going
00:00:17.900 to go through some of the biggest predictions over the last year and some of these even
00:00:23.720 go back further.
00:00:24.400 But we found it information now that proves that we were right on this show of things
00:00:29.960 that you're not going to hear anywhere else.
00:00:32.140 Predictions, big predictions that we made right here.
00:00:35.400 This will be a two part series.
00:00:37.060 So today, New Year's Day, you're going to get part one and then part two on Friday.
00:00:42.260 And in no particular order of importance, we're going to do our top 10, but we're not ranking
00:00:46.940 them as one through 10 as in the biggest.
00:00:49.240 These are just 10 predictions in general.
00:00:51.080 And so with that being said, let me first say to you, Senator, Happy New Year.
00:00:55.620 Well, Happy New Year.
00:00:56.480 I hope everyone had a wonderful New Year's Eve.
00:00:58.960 I hope everyone is excited and ready for 2025.
00:01:02.440 I'll say last night, Heidi and I and both our girls, we were at Mar-a-Lago with President
00:01:07.160 Trump.
00:01:07.640 I will tell you, it was a wild evening, an incredible evening.
00:01:11.240 We'll talk on a future podcast about everything that happened New Year's Eve.
00:01:15.680 But it was a great way to celebrate not just the end of the year, but to celebrate a fantastic
00:01:20.240 election, a new administration coming in, a new Congress coming in, change that is in
00:01:25.340 the air.
00:01:26.320 And at a time of celebration, it's also a time to reflect on this podcast and on what
00:01:35.160 we do.
00:01:35.560 And in particular, one of the things we do on this podcast that a lot of people don't
00:01:38.660 do is we make predictions.
00:01:41.060 I stick my neck out and make predictions about what's going to happen, make clear, explicit
00:01:47.360 predictions.
00:01:47.960 And I have to say, over the Rana verdict, we have a remarkable record of those predictions
00:01:52.960 proving correct over and over and over again.
00:01:57.240 And many of the predictions we make on this podcast, very few, if anybody else, is saying
00:02:02.360 you're certainly not getting it in The New York Times.
00:02:04.960 You're certainly not getting it in The Washington Post or ABC, NBC, CBS or CNN or MSNBC.
00:02:09.620 And so we're going to go through 10 predictions that on this podcast we have made that have
00:02:16.840 proven correct and the principle going forward.
00:02:20.240 If you want to know what's going to happen next, what's going to happen in 2025, what's
00:02:23.700 going to happen in 2026, what's going to happen going forward?
00:02:26.800 Well, listen to verdict because we're going to keep making predictions.
00:02:29.700 And so far, our batting record is pretty damn good, including some predictions that at the
00:02:38.200 time we made them were widely, widely ridiculed and deemed crazy tinfoil hat wearing conspiracy
00:02:47.440 theories.
00:02:47.980 And now they are indisputably correct.
00:02:51.360 And let's go back and let's start with one that's way back.
00:02:55.800 And now we have a lot more confirmation to say yet again, we were right.
00:03:00.080 I want to go back to March the 10th of 2020, March 10th, 2020.
00:03:06.300 Get that in your head.
00:03:07.220 We're in 2025 now, January 1st.
00:03:09.680 And you said that, in fact, COVID-19, you believed was coming from a lab that this wasn't
00:03:19.060 some man made.
00:03:20.040 This wasn't some organic thing.
00:03:21.500 This was clearly man made.
00:03:23.740 And if you said that, by the way, on social media, you were shut down.
00:03:29.480 You were put into what we refer to as social media jail.
00:03:32.760 Your reach was limited.
00:03:34.400 You couldn't run ads.
00:03:35.980 It changed people's lives.
00:03:37.140 In 2020, Facebook and Twitter and Google, they were all actively suppressing, saying that
00:03:44.680 COVID was a man-made virus, that it was not something that had just naturally leapt from
00:03:51.960 an animal to the human population, but rather that it escaped from a lab.
00:03:55.840 It was suppressed.
00:03:57.260 We now know that Facebook, that Dr. Fauci was communicating with Mark Zuckerberg, asking
00:04:02.480 him to suppress it.
00:04:03.380 And yet somehow, starting back in March of 2020, this show was laying out the facts.
00:04:09.840 And for our loyal listeners and viewers, they were hearing the facts about COVID right at
00:04:15.380 the very beginning.
00:04:16.420 Give a listen, March 10th, 2020.
00:04:18.260 This was just a bad case of bat soup, that people ate something they shouldn't have eaten,
00:04:22.900 and that's how it spread.
00:04:24.140 Others have pointed to this strange coincidence that there is a virus testing laboratory in
00:04:30.180 Wuhan.
00:04:30.900 Do we have any sense of the true origins of the virus?
00:04:35.100 Well, we don't know for sure.
00:04:36.780 I've asked medical experts, and they've said based on the sequencing of the genomes, it does
00:04:41.720 not appear to be artificially created, that it appears to be a virus that has occurred
00:04:47.080 in nature.
00:04:47.940 You're right that a lot of people have focused on the Wuhan Virology Institute that is located
00:04:53.640 right there.
00:04:54.320 And indeed, they've got researchers there that are studying coronavirus and studying
00:04:59.500 bats.
00:05:00.100 I mean, that raises some obvious questions.
00:05:04.520 At the same time, it's very interesting.
00:05:07.240 Do you remember back last fall when the Houston Rockets, when Daryl Morey, the general manager,
00:05:12.560 tweeted out about Hong Kong?
00:05:14.120 He said, stand with Hong Kong, stand for liberty.
00:05:16.900 Right.
00:05:17.140 And the NBA went crazy, and China went crazy, and the NBA apologized profusely.
00:05:23.200 I have to admit, it's kind of the same thing that anyone suggests.
00:05:27.020 Well, gosh, you know, there are thousands, hundreds of thousands of cities all across the
00:05:32.780 world.
00:05:33.080 It just so happens this outbreak is there, right where this virology lab is.
00:05:37.220 And the collective media acts with this outrage of, OK, take your tin hat off.
00:05:45.540 How dare you even ask that question?
00:05:48.360 You know, it's obviously a question that people are going to inquire.
00:05:52.480 Look, the first step needs to be stopping this virus, stopping the disease and protecting
00:05:56.940 human life right now.
00:05:58.240 But there are certainly going to be questions following up if there is any connection or
00:06:02.920 not.
00:06:03.720 And that seems at least a reasonable question to ask.
00:06:07.260 You listen to that.
00:06:08.260 And again, we're going back now to 2020 for that.
00:06:11.920 You were spot on.
00:06:13.120 And that was something that the media and social media said made you a conspiracy theorist.
00:06:19.420 Yeah.
00:06:19.660 And listen, there are two predictions that came out that we were laying out.
00:06:24.740 Number one, that that COVID did not occur just naturally, did not occur in a wet market
00:06:31.100 from someone eating bat soup, but rather that it escaped from a lab.
00:06:34.820 And number two, that in particular, it came from the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
00:06:40.140 And look, early on, you're dealing with limited information.
00:06:43.220 And I was trying to do my best to walk through that limited information.
00:06:46.600 By the way, I got to say in that clip, Ben, you sound kind of funny there.
00:06:50.380 You know, you don't have much of a sudden bang.
00:06:52.160 I mean, you know, you sound like you sound kind of like a Yalie.
00:06:56.340 It's a little weird.
00:06:57.780 I've always, you know, wanted to know what I'd sound like if I went to the Ivy Leagues.
00:07:01.060 And now I know.
00:07:02.580 Compliments of Michael Knowles for making that happen, right?
00:07:06.340 And for longtime Verdict listeners, Michael Knowles, my dear friend, Ben's dear friend,
00:07:11.060 was my co-host for the first couple of years.
00:07:13.020 And so that was Michael and me back then before Ben came on board.
00:07:17.140 That was in March, March 10th of 2020.
00:07:23.100 Let's go forward a month later to April.
00:07:25.740 To April, we had a little more information.
00:07:27.500 I want to listen.
00:07:28.240 I want you to listen to Verdict laying out the evidence that this virus not just escaped
00:07:34.760 from a lab, but escaped from the Wuhan Institute for Virology in Wuhan, China.
00:07:39.580 Give a listen.
00:07:40.140 I want to turn for a moment from the economy into the virus itself, and I want to take just
00:07:47.280 a slight victory lap because I remember on this very show, Senator, on March 10th, over
00:07:52.720 a month ago, you suggested that there was very likely a link between the Wuhan Institute
00:07:58.980 of Virology and this virus that just so coincidentally happened to occur within a couple
00:08:05.240 miles of that institute.
00:08:06.720 During that time, the mainstream media said this was crazy.
00:08:09.200 This was a conspiracy theory.
00:08:11.060 There was no evidence of it.
00:08:12.340 Now we are getting multiple reports all saying that the virus came from the lab.
00:08:18.380 My question here is not, my point is not just to take a victory lap.
00:08:22.220 My question is, did the U.S.
00:08:24.020 government know that the Wuhan Institute of Virology was conducting this sort of dangerous
00:08:29.260 research?
00:08:30.100 And if we did know, why didn't we stop it?
00:08:32.920 Absolutely, yes.
00:08:34.120 The U.S.
00:08:34.660 government knew.
00:08:35.300 And in fact, when you and I brought this up on March 10th over a month ago, you're
00:08:40.620 right.
00:08:40.860 It was treated as tinfoil hat, conspiracy theory, nut jobbery.
00:08:47.120 Well, it turns out there wasn't just one.
00:08:49.440 There were two labs within miles of where this outbreak occurred that were studying coronaviruses
00:08:55.240 from bats and that there were internal State Department wires before this pandemic raising
00:09:03.160 concerns about the security in those labs and that an accidental virus could escape and
00:09:09.320 cause a global pandemic.
00:09:11.160 But I'll tell you, it's worse than that.
00:09:12.720 And let me give you some some breaking news right now, which is the U.S.
00:09:18.160 government was funding the Chinese research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, your taxpayer
00:09:26.320 dollars and my taxpayer dollars.
00:09:28.600 And let me give you specifics that we just got today.
00:09:31.740 Today, an inquiring of the National Institutes of Health.
00:09:34.760 Did any of your money go to the Wuhan Institute of Virology?
00:09:38.840 The answer is yes.
00:09:40.640 And here's what here's what they told us in writing today.
00:09:43.660 They said in fiscal year 2019, the funding for the Wuhan Institute for Virology was seventy
00:09:49.820 six thousand dollars and the three hundred and one dollars, seventy six thousand three hundred
00:09:55.520 and one dollars.
00:09:56.480 Now, what did it go to?
00:09:57.660 And I'm repeating what NIH has told me in writing.
00:10:01.300 It went to.
00:10:01.860 It was part of an overall three point seven million dollar funding program that went to
00:10:09.340 six years in sites in China, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Laos, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia and
00:10:17.000 Myanmar.
00:10:18.160 And here's what they were studying.
00:10:19.800 These are NIH's words.
00:10:21.760 The project included studying viral diversity in animal parentheses bats reservoirs.
00:10:29.860 Surveying people that live in high risk communities for evidence of bat coronavirus infection.
00:10:39.660 And conducting laboratory experiments to analyze and predict which newly discovered viruses pose
00:10:47.840 the greatest threats to human health.
00:10:50.800 Senator, it's pretty clear.
00:10:52.560 And that's part two of this prediction.
00:10:54.580 You were right as well.
00:10:55.820 Yeah, look, we now know this, like what we were predicting then, that was crazy fringe
00:11:03.420 theory, has now all been confirmed.
00:11:05.800 Let's fast forward to February 2023.
00:11:08.240 February 2023, the Washington Post reported FBI director said COVID-19, quote, most likely
00:11:15.400 originated from lab incident.
00:11:17.100 That's the FBI's position now.
00:11:18.660 June of 2023, the New York Post reported, quote, U.S.
00:11:24.760 taxpayers supported research in three Chinese labs that included risky gain of function experiments
00:11:30.240 with coronaviruses at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
00:11:33.540 The National Institutes of Health, NIH, and the U.S.
00:11:36.800 Agency for International Development, USAID, provided $2,168,345 in grant funding to the Chinese
00:11:44.300 research institutions between 2014 and 2021, according to the Government Accountability
00:11:49.200 Office.
00:11:49.720 The report shows $1,413,720 in subgrants allocated by the Manhattan-based EcoHealth Alliance went
00:11:59.760 to the Wuhan Institute of Virology, where hazardous research was conducted on bat coronaviruses.
00:12:06.940 July of 2023, Reuters reported, quote, U.S.
00:12:10.820 suspends federal funding to Wuhan lab over noncompliance.
00:12:14.860 December 2024, Fox News, COVID most likely leaked from Wuhan lab.
00:12:21.840 Social distancing not based on science, select committee fines.
00:12:25.300 And then finally, December 26th of 2024, just a few days ago, the Wall Street Journal wrote
00:12:31.980 the bombshell story that we did an entire podcast on entitled Behind Closed Doors, the spy world
00:12:39.280 scientist who argued COVID was a lab leak.
00:12:42.680 Well, there were scientists arguing that behind closed doors, but there was also the Verdict
00:12:46.780 podcast making the argument, laying out the facts right at the very beginning.
00:12:51.160 And I got to say, on COVID, we were proved exactly right.
00:12:55.740 Final question on this prediction looking forward.
00:12:59.080 Do you think we're going to learn a lot more about Fauci, the cover-up, and COVID when Donald
00:13:05.460 Trump is inaugurated after January 20th?
00:13:09.260 So I do, and I am urging the incoming Trump administration to engage in full transparency.
00:13:14.680 That's a discussion I have had with Pam Bondi at the Department of Justice.
00:13:18.800 That's a discussion I've had with Kash Patel, who will be going to the FBI.
00:13:23.100 It's a discussion I will have next week with RFK Jr., who will be coming in as HHS secretary.
00:13:28.620 Every one of them, I am urging, use full transparency, make it public, let the public know, and I'm
00:13:36.040 going to keep pressing them to do that.
00:13:37.380 And I think they're going to follow through.
00:13:39.240 We're going to know a lot more.
00:13:41.560 That is a very good thing.
00:13:43.460 Canadian women are looking for more, more out of themselves, their businesses, their
00:13:47.760 elected leaders, and the world around them.
00:13:49.800 And that's why we're thrilled to introduce the Honest Talk podcast.
00:13:53.460 I'm Jennifer Stewart.
00:13:54.660 And I'm Catherine Clark.
00:13:55.660 And in this podcast, we interview Canada's most inspiring women, entrepreneurs, artists,
00:14:01.060 athletes, politicians, and newsmakers, all at different stages of their journey.
00:14:05.460 So if you're looking to connect, then we hope you'll join us.
00:14:08.680 Listen to the Honest Talk podcast on iHeartRadio or wherever you listen to your podcasts.
00:14:14.580 Let's move on to another prediction.
00:14:16.900 This may be one of my favorite predictions that we've ever made here on this show, because
00:14:22.580 when we said it, we got a lot of pushback.
00:14:25.660 Uh, and there were a lot of people that said what you were saying was just absurd.
00:14:31.300 We had our tinfoil hats on again.
00:14:33.580 I mean, there were people that were angry over this.
00:14:36.140 And that was the big prediction, uh, that you made that Joe Biden would not be the 2024
00:14:43.620 Democratic nominee.
00:14:45.780 Well, that's right.
00:14:48.760 And I made two related predictions.
00:14:50.700 Number one, early on, I said, I believe Joe Biden would not be the Democrat nominee.
00:14:56.700 He would not be on the ballot in 2024.
00:14:59.540 Uh, I also predicted, I said, the only people that were, when people were later talking about
00:15:04.720 replacing him with Gavin Newsom or Gretchen Whitmer or some other people, I said, no, that
00:15:09.060 will never happen.
00:15:10.480 Uh, the Democrat party is a, a bean counting party.
00:15:15.200 Next in line is Kamala Harris and the Democrat party cannot, cannot, cannot push her aside,
00:15:22.320 cannot push an African American woman aside for a white guy like Gavin Newsom.
00:15:26.740 Their, their, their party would spontaneously combust if they tried to do that.
00:15:30.360 So I said, the only people who could replace Joe Biden are Kamala Harris or Michelle Obama.
00:15:38.380 And I did lay out that I thought Michelle Obama, if I were a Democrat, I would much prefer
00:15:43.080 Michelle Obama to Kamala Harris because Kamala Harris is the whole world has seen is a lousy
00:15:47.640 candidate.
00:15:48.420 So if you're a Democrat who wants to win and you're stuck with Kamala Harris, there's only
00:15:53.100 one human being who can push Kamala, Kamala Harris aside.
00:15:57.320 That is Michelle Obama.
00:15:58.560 Now what I think happened, uh, I think they tried with Michelle.
00:16:02.020 I think Michelle said no.
00:16:03.220 And so prediction number one, that Joe Biden would not be the nominee that came 100% correct
00:16:08.960 prediction.
00:16:09.940 Number two, that he would be replaced either by Kamala Harris or Michelle Obama.
00:16:13.680 That came, came true as well.
00:16:16.040 Although I did think Michelle Obama had a very real possibility.
00:16:19.760 So let's listen.
00:16:21.400 This, this first excerpt is from September 18th, 2023.
00:16:26.340 So more than a year, uh, a year and three months ago where I laid out, uh, laid out this possibility
00:16:33.800 and, and, and give a listen.
00:16:35.880 So here's the scenario that I think is perhaps most likely and most dangerous.
00:16:42.280 In August of 2024, the Democrat Kingmakers jettison Joe Biden and parachute in Michelle Obama.
00:16:51.540 And I want you to pause and reflect on this.
00:16:53.960 Oh, I'm pausing and I'm reflecting as we said, and so is everybody else listening right now.
00:16:58.540 I view this as a very serious danger.
00:17:02.800 I'm smiling right now because it terrifies me.
00:17:04.840 And I also could totally see this happening.
00:17:06.820 So Michelle Obama, number one, you don't infuriate African American women, which is a critical part of the constituency that Democrats are relying on to win.
00:17:16.160 But number two, you avoid the problem.
00:17:18.940 If you pick from any of the four, the other three are pissed because they're all to some extent peers, they're rivals.
00:17:26.380 They're all jabbing knives at each other.
00:17:28.680 Michelle Obama, because she was first lady, has the ability to kind of parachute in above all four and say,
00:17:36.960 Hey, we're not picking among any of you.
00:17:39.040 You guys can all fight it out next time.
00:17:41.180 You're all going to be on the same level.
00:17:43.260 We're coming.
00:17:44.400 This is the Obama's saving the day.
00:17:46.440 And I think in terms of a solution that unifies Democrats, there ain't nothing like that.
00:17:55.780 I also think Michelle is not all that eager to run for president, but to parachute in in August of 24, a couple of months before the presidency, and suddenly wake up and be president.
00:18:07.420 Not a bad gig.
00:18:08.240 Not a bad gig.
00:18:08.800 It's not a bad gig at all.
00:18:09.900 Now, would she do it?
00:18:11.280 I don't know.
00:18:12.860 I've met Michelle, but I don't know her personally in any meaningful way.
00:18:17.500 I don't know if she would do it.
00:18:19.300 I do think Barack Obama is already running the Biden administration.
00:18:24.940 I think he is already the puppet master behind this Biden White House.
00:18:28.780 I don't think Joe Biden is the decision maker.
00:18:30.820 And so when I see the media turning on Joe Biden right now, I think the odds of Michelle Obama parachuting in in August of 2024 have risen dramatically.
00:18:44.980 And that ought to scare the hell out of anyone who who is unhappy about the direction this country is going and doesn't want us to go even crazier in an even worse direction.
00:18:56.020 Well, and there you could you heard in September of 2023 making the prediction that Joe Biden would be jettisoned.
00:19:04.160 And by the way, at the time that happened, very few people were making that prediction.
00:19:08.160 When we put that podcast out, it drove a lot of news.
00:19:11.640 There were headlines.
00:19:12.440 There were people that were were shocked when when when I laid out that that that Biden was not capable, that that his mental capacity had diminished,
00:19:21.000 that he was not going to be the nominee, that he was not going to be the nominee, that the Democrats realized it, that they were going to jettison him, that the media ridiculed it.
00:19:29.280 But you go forward to February of 2024.
00:19:32.480 I went on Maria Bartiromo.
00:19:34.120 I said, I think Obama is driving the train, which is which is also what I said back in September of 2023.
00:19:39.620 John Harwood, who, you know, was the former journalist for The Wall Street Journal and and and for NBC and who's a hard leftist, a vicious leftist.
00:19:50.100 Um, he retweeted my comments on Maria Bartiromo and his his his entire commentary was, quote, impossibly stupid conversation.
00:20:00.740 So so that was his learned journalistic view is that it was impossibly stupid to say that.
00:20:09.340 Um, I will tell you just, uh, just in November of this year, I retweeted Harwood shot shot at me and I just said, want to know why nobody trusts the media?
00:20:20.100 Just nine months ago, a fake, quote, journalist claimed it was, quote, impossibly stupid to observe that Joe Biden was not mentally competent to be president.
00:20:31.900 Now, everybody admits it.
00:20:35.840 What say you, John Jay Harwood?
00:20:39.640 Of course, Harwood didn't respond at all.
00:20:42.800 He ignored it.
00:20:43.520 All right, let's go forward, though.
00:20:44.820 Um, not only did we lay it out in September of 2023, but then fast forward to the debate, the debate between Joe Biden and and Donald Donald Trump.
00:20:56.660 That was on June 28th, 2024.
00:20:59.320 You and I recorded a verdict podcast immediately after the debate.
00:21:03.640 We we we went live, recorded it that night and and give a listen to what the verdict podcast said the night of the debate.
00:21:11.760 Senator Cruz, I didn't think it could actually be this bad.
00:21:17.060 It was worse than even I think either of us could have imagined.
00:21:20.800 And now the Democratic Party is screaming, replace the president.
00:21:25.600 Well, you and I are sitting here.
00:21:27.200 It is 1017 p.m.
00:21:28.780 Texas time.
00:21:29.560 It is 1117 p.m.
00:21:31.480 East Coast time.
00:21:32.380 The night of the debate.
00:21:33.160 The debate just ended.
00:21:34.120 And I have to say, we have just witnessed what I believe is the most consequential presidential debate in U.S. history.
00:21:41.320 Sometimes debate change debates, change things.
00:21:43.640 Sometimes they don't.
00:21:44.600 I believe to bite tonight's debate change things fundamentally.
00:21:48.760 And I believe the odds have now skyrocketed.
00:21:51.820 I believe the odds are north of 80 percent that the Democrat Party will remove Joe Biden from the ticket and replace him.
00:21:59.420 And I believe they are likely to replace Joe Biden with Michelle Obama because Biden did so disastrously badly tonight that Democrats across the country are in utter free fall and complete panic.
00:22:12.480 We're going to break all that down tonight.
00:22:13.700 Yeah. And by the way, this is a prediction that you made on this show back in September of 2023 that the Democratic kingmakers could bring in Michelle Obama.
00:22:26.000 We'll break all that down.
00:22:29.160 Senator, yet another prediction there.
00:22:31.320 Again, you go back and look at the night you made it right at that debate.
00:22:34.740 And you said there's no way he's going to be on the ticket.
00:22:37.320 And it was absolutely correct.
00:22:40.000 Well, to be fair, what I said was the odds were north of 80 percent.
00:22:43.700 That he would be pulled off the ticket.
00:22:46.100 That prediction that Joe Biden would be removed from the ticket, which, by the way, is is unprecedented and was almost universally ridiculed in the media.
00:22:55.140 That prediction came 100 percent true.
00:22:57.620 I also articulated there were only two people who could replace him, Kamala Harris or Michelle Obama.
00:23:02.740 I believe Michelle Obama was more likely.
00:23:05.140 The Michelle Obama thing did not come to pass, but the Kamala Harris thing did.
00:23:09.840 And in fact, I predicted that the Democrat kingmakers would jettison Biden in August of 2024.
00:23:18.760 They, in fact, did so on July 21st of 2024.
00:23:23.060 So I was 10 days off in terms of predicting it.
00:23:26.620 And by the way, to be clear, I predicted that way back in September of 2023.
00:23:30.080 So so over a year earlier, I predicted within 10 days when they would throw Biden off the ballot.
00:23:37.600 And and I'm going to make actually a brand new prediction here.
00:23:40.800 I'm going to predict that in the next year or two, we're going to get confirmation that there was serious outreach to Michelle Obama to see if she was willing to replace Joe Biden on the ballot and that Michelle Obama said no.
00:23:57.880 I don't know that. But my instinct, my judgment tells me that happened.
00:24:02.840 And we'll see in the next year or two if that gets confirmed.
00:24:06.340 We'll have a subsequent podcast. If that gets confirmed publicly, we'll go back and revisit it.
00:24:11.700 Regardless, prediction number three, Joe Biden will not be the nominee.
00:24:16.220 Check. True. Prediction number four.
00:24:19.200 Joe Biden will be replaced by either Kamala Harris or Michelle Obama.
00:24:23.880 Check. True. So that's four predictions.
00:24:26.360 Let's move on to prediction number five.
00:24:29.500 Number five is another big one here, and that is the prediction that Joe Biden would pardon death row inmates.
00:24:39.700 You said that it was going to happen and it did.
00:24:43.020 Plus the even more, I would say, disgusting deal that was given out to Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the mastermind of 9-11, to spare his life.
00:24:55.360 The mastermind of 9-11 and a man that was also before even 9-11 involved in many other terrorist attacks that killed women and children and the elderly, innocent bystanders that he did around the world.
00:25:07.820 Well, and this is a prediction that we made on August 18th, 2023.
00:25:15.360 Give a listen to what we said back in August of 23.
00:25:17.960 Anyway, I'm going to make a prediction as well, which is that these are not the only mass murderers that I think this administration is going to refuse to follow federal law and impose the death penalty.
00:25:32.700 And I'm going to make a prediction right now, which is Joe Biden, before he leaves the White House, will commute the sentence of every federal prisoner on death row, that he will do it for every one of them.
00:25:46.120 And that includes, it includes the white supremacist and Nazi who murdered nine African Americans at the Mother Emanuel AME Church in Charleston, South Carolina, in a horrific hate crime.
00:26:00.780 He's on federal death row.
00:26:02.120 It includes the Boston bomber who murdered innocent people by exploding a bomb at the Boston Marathon.
00:26:09.720 One of the two brothers is still alive.
00:26:11.920 He's on death row.
00:26:13.560 And my prediction right now is Joe Biden intends to spare every one of these mass murderers.
00:26:22.160 Every one of them, many of them are racist, bigoted, homicidal lunatics.
00:26:27.640 And I think we're going to see him commute all of their sentences before he leaves the White House.
00:26:33.980 Well, if you won't take out the mastermind of 9-11 and you won't give him the death penalty, is there anyone that you'll give it to?
00:26:42.360 I mean, it doesn't get any worse than this.
00:26:46.500 It doesn't.
00:26:47.480 And yet that's exactly what he's done.
00:26:49.080 Well, so my prediction, again, in August of 23, is that he would remove the death penalty, that he would commute the death penalty for the federal death row prisoners.
00:26:59.100 That has come to pass.
00:27:00.520 Now, to be clear, this prediction proves slightly off.
00:27:04.560 I predicted that he would commute the sentence of every single federal death row prisoner.
00:27:09.500 He instead commuted the sentence of 37 out of the 40 federal death row inmates.
00:27:16.080 And so there were three he did not.
00:27:18.420 And interestingly enough, the three he did not are the three that I identified in October or rather in August of 2023.
00:27:26.640 So the three he did not were the murderer at the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh, the murderer at the Mother Emanuel Church in Charleston, South Carolina, and the Boston Marathon bomber.
00:27:39.180 And those three are the only three he did not.
00:27:41.160 Now, I identified those three because they're the most horribly egregious.
00:27:45.340 They're the most famous and infamous.
00:27:47.740 They are they are two of the three, at least, are vicious, unrepentant racists.
00:27:54.620 And so I have to say my prediction, it was not 100 percent right.
00:27:57.740 It was 92.5 percent right, because instead of commuting 40 death sentences, Biden commuted 37 out of 40.
00:28:05.800 And he left the three most egregious and famous ones off the table.
00:28:10.000 Why?
00:28:10.860 Because they knew that the press was so utterly corrupt that without those three that they would get almost no criticism for it.
00:28:18.680 That would you would just go under the carpet, not really be seen.
00:28:23.820 And I have to say, I underestimated the incredible cynicism.
00:28:29.900 And I got to say, nonetheless, that that is a profound disrespect for the rule of law.
00:28:37.340 Among those that that Biden did commute the sentences was was a Nazi and an Aryan brotherhood racist.
00:28:46.240 You know, Joe Biden stepped forward and said, hey, we're the Democrat Party.
00:28:49.180 We're here. We're here. We're here for Nazis and Klansmen.
00:28:52.520 I mean it. But.
00:28:55.860 Ninety ninety two point five percent prediction, correct.
00:28:59.300 And sadly, another element of this prediction just just became confirmed moments ago.
00:29:06.840 So so this episode we were talking about the plans to spare the life of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the mastermind of 9-11.
00:29:15.680 And and this podcast put enormous public pressure on the White House, the White House.
00:29:21.660 Karine Jean-Pierre was asked about it and the heat became so much that they backed off of it.
00:29:26.980 Well, sadly, the news just broke that they're going back to trying to spare Khalid Sheikh Mohammed.
00:29:32.960 They're trying to do it literally on the way out the door.
00:29:36.340 And the contempt that Joe Biden, this entire White House has for the voters.
00:29:41.200 They are trying to break everything on the way out the door.
00:29:44.140 They're trying to frustrate Donald Trump every way they can.
00:29:47.320 They are such vicious partisans that there is no no respect for the Constitution, for the rule of law, no respect for the voters.
00:29:56.900 They don't care what the voters said in November.
00:29:59.860 They are trying to literally break everything on the way out the door.
00:30:04.300 And I got to say it is grotesque.
00:30:07.820 It really is.
00:30:08.860 We're going to have part two of our predictions.
