00:02:46.860 This was the one case that the left, if they were going to prosecute him,
00:02:52.480 it was on these charges because it completely protected the president
00:02:56.520 and the rest of the Biden crime family from the millions of dollars coming to their bank account.

00:03:04.980 but is this nothing but a red herring of all red herrings
00:03:07.540 where they're going to get away with all the other stuff because of this little charge?
00:03:11.380 Well, that's certainly their plan, and this is exactly the political outcome
00:03:15.800 that the Biden White House wanted.
00:03:17.780 And go back to our early podcast when the Biden investigation was moving forward,
00:03:23.740 and we talked at length about if the prosecution focuses on crimes that are personal to Hunter,
00:03:29.220 on the gun crime, on his drug issues, that's their entire political narrative.

00:03:37.540 He has had substance abuse problems for years and years, and all of that's true.
00:03:43.840 And to be clear, if Hunter Biden were just Hunter Smith, this wouldn't be national news.
00:03:50.720 It would be someone who broke the law, who should be held accountable, who should be prosecuted.
00:03:54.180 And by the way, there are people all across the country who are found guilty of gun crimes like this
00:03:58.660 and prosecuted, and so Hunter should be held to the same standard.
00:04:01.120 But we wouldn't be talking about it if he were not the son of the president.
00:04:04.860 And the reason we're talking about it if he's the son of the president
00:04:07.280 is the Biden White House and the Biden DOJ's objective from day one
00:04:12.640 was insulate the big guy, insulate Joe Biden.
00:04:16.600 And so the gun crimes, Joe Biden has nothing to do with.
00:04:19.400 What Hunter Biden has just found guilty of is not corruption.
00:04:22.920 It's not influence peddling.

00:04:26.240 It's not being an illegal and unregistered lobbyist for China, for Russia, for our country's enemies.

00:04:39.560 And then on the other end of the spectrum, there's Hunter Biden.
00:04:41.940 I mean, the guy had pictures documented.
00:04:44.880 He's sitting there with a gun and with crack cocaine and with prostitutes.
00:04:48.160 I mean, this was not subtle or complicated.
00:04:52.020 This was about as straightforward as possible.
00:04:54.640 And Ben, it's worth remembering, even though he was clearly and indisputably guilty,
00:04:59.800 and now a jury has found him guilty, the Biden DOJ tried to do a sweetheart deal
00:05:05.500 where he doesn't spend a minute in jail even for these crimes.
00:05:08.920 And they wanted to do that sweetheart deal in exchange for essentially giving immunity
00:05:12.920 for every other issue of corruption.
00:05:14.760 It was only the IRS whistleblowers coming forward.
00:05:17.740 It was only the House of Representatives shining a light on the IRS whistleblowers
00:05:20.880 that caused that sweetheart deal to crater.
00:05:23.540 And by the way, Hunter's legal team ended up turning down the deal at the end
00:05:27.860 because they pulled back from blanket immunity.
00:05:31.120 And Hunter said, well, no, no, if I can be prosecuted for all the really bad stuff I did,
00:05:35.300 I won't take the deal.
00:05:37.460 It's interesting to see whether Hunter and his legal team regret that decision.
00:05:41.420 Yeah, you look at that deal, and it was obviously an abuse of power.
00:05:44.380 And that's the reason why ultimately the judge said this is insane,
00:05:47.020 going backwards and giving you immunity for all your other sins.
00:05:49.960 In the past, it would have just completely protected him
00:05:53.840 and, more importantly, would have protected the President of the United States of America.
00:05:57.740 But let's go back through what has not been brought up in any court case yet
00:06:03.980 against the Biden crime family.
00:06:06.860 And that is the millions and millions of dollars
00:06:09.420 that they've still not had to answer for.
00:06:12.240 Since Joe Biden was vice president, his family and their shell companies
00:06:16.980 have hauled in at least $18 million from foreign sources

00:06:27.460 The House Oversight Committee just put out a list of the latest evidence
00:06:30.900 of illegal actions from Joe Biden and Hunter Biden.
00:06:34.240 They detailed, as you noted, $18 million from foreign sources.
00:06:37.780 Now, let's break that down.
00:06:38.760 $7.3 million from China directly to Joe Biden and his family.
00:06:44.500 $4 million from Ukraine.
00:06:46.780 $3.5 million from Russia.
00:06:49.040 $1 million from Romania.
00:06:50.900 $1 million from Panama.
00:06:53.500 $142,300 from Kazakhstan.
00:06:56.600 Guess what? For what? For a Porsche.
00:06:58.520 It was a nice one.

00:07:04.280 We're not talking the old 944 and 16 Candles that, I mean,

00:07:16.300 And understand, look, the Biden White House and Joe Biden's defenders try to say,

00:07:24.640 Joe Biden personally met with nearly every single foreign national who was funneling his family millions and millions of dollars.
00:07:34.560 He met with the chairman of CEFC, Yijing Ming.
00:07:39.340 He met with Chinese fund executive, Jonathan Lee.

00:07:43.620 And lied about it.
00:07:44.880 He met with Burisma corporate secretary, Vadim Porzharsky.
00:07:49.080 He met with Russian oligarch, Yelena Baturina.
00:07:52.920 And he met with Kazakhstani oligarch, Kenez Rakishev.
00:07:56.880 So, understand, let's go back.
00:08:01.460 Hunter Biden has no discernible skills and certainly no skills that are worth $18 million.
00:08:07.700 The only thing he has to sell is daddy.
00:08:13.020 That is the commodity being marketed, not just marketed, but sold and sold for millions and millions and millions of dollars.

00:09:11.880 Now let's go on our jihad against Donald Trump because this is all about winning the elections.
00:09:17.420 And I got to say, by the way, the most ludicrous statement I think I've heard in a long time in politics is Joe Biden's claim he will not pardon his son.

00:09:31.120 If Joe Biden loses in November, I'll wager $1,000, Ben, that Joe Biden pardons Hunter before he leaves.

00:10:16.680 Can you explain for people the difference and how valuable commuting his sentence would be?

00:10:23.100 So pardoning someone is the offense itself goes away.
00:10:26.300 The guilty conviction goes away.
00:10:27.920 It basically pardoning functions to erase the crime.
00:10:31.700 So you're not a felon.
00:10:32.780 If you get a pardon, you are no longer a convicted felon.
00:10:36.880 Commuting the sentence, you're still a convicted felon.
00:10:39.780 The crime is on your record.
00:10:41.720 You have all the consequences of being a convicted felon.
00:10:44.840 However, commuting the sentence can mean you can say, OK, no jail time for you or your jail time is over now.
00:10:51.180 And listen, if Biden wins in November, I agree it's more complicated.
00:10:56.260 I think the odds are pretty good that he commutes the sentence at least, even if he wins.
00:10:59.920 But if he loses, I think it's a no brainer that Biden just just goes ahead and does the pardon and leaves.
00:11:07.200 But but if he wins, commuting the sentence is probably a good cut the baby in half solution.
00:11:12.840 But, you know, I will say one consequence of commuting rather than pardoning is is is you stay a felon.
00:11:19.740 It means, among other things, ironically, Hunter can't legally own a gun.
00:11:24.720 So one of the consequences of being a convicted felon, you no longer have to prove that he's on crack right then, which is what this trial was about, because convicted felons are not allowed to own a gun.
00:11:35.140 And can we just pause and note the utter and complete hypocrisy?
00:11:43.060 So what did Joe Biden do yesterday, the day his son was convicted of three felony gun charges?
00:11:51.900 Talking about gun control.
00:11:53.780 He had a press release about gun control saying we must stand up and go after gun criminals.
00:11:58.820 And ironically enough, he didn't say like my own son.
00:12:02.700 And let's be clear, crackheads buying guns illegally and then disposing of them in a dumpster for any kid to come along and shoot himself or someone else.
00:12:11.900 That would qualify as serious gun safety violations.

00:15:18.900 And any time you see now someone on the media saying, move on, this case is over, it's been decided, you know, they might as well put on a hat that says Joe Biden 2024 because they're acting as a Biden political operative.

00:15:53.620 And if you were debating Joe Biden on stage, what would your strategy be on this issue of Hunter and the lies to Congress and the money that's coming in?

00:16:14.240 So, look, I think Trump should have a focused, carefully laid out indictment that can be made succinctly.
00:16:27.300 And I think I'd start with, you know, Joe, at the last debate, you looked at the American people and you lied to the American people.

00:16:39.920 Your son's laptop had just been revealed and you stood up and told the American people that your son's laptop wasn't real, that it was Russian disinformation.

00:16:56.780 And in fact, the Department of Justice has proven that in court, that the laptop was real.

00:17:09.640 But the real evidence on that laptop is of your corruption, of the millions of dollars that you personally and your family took from China, from Russia, from Ukraine.

00:20:04.440 But there is an even bigger story that we have been warning about for months on this show.
00:20:10.360 And that is prospective terrorists, those that are on the terrorist watch list, hundreds that have been caught, a lot of gotaways that have not been caught.

00:20:25.880 And now we have multiple arrests of ISIS-K coming across our southern border.
00:20:33.260 Here is how CBS News broke the story last night.
00:20:37.080 Eight individuals, all from the Central Asian country of Tajikistan, were arrested in Los Angeles, New York, and Philadelphia.
00:20:44.960 They entered the United States this year and in 2023, crossing the Mexican border.
00:20:51.840 They were vetted and allowed to remain in the country.
00:20:55.860 CBS News has learned further investigation uncovered the men had possible ties to ISIS-K,
00:21:02.180 the terror group which claimed responsibility for an attack at a Moscow concert hall that killed more than 140 people earlier this year.
00:21:10.540 Senator, that's eight across the entire country, from the extreme West Coast to the East Coast and Philadelphia.
00:21:20.500 And these are just the ones that we've caught that have been arrested.
00:21:25.500 You've been warning about this open border, and we've had the numbers to back it up of those on the terrorist watch list.
00:21:31.580 And the administration is saying we're willing to roll the dice and take that risk to bring in illegal immigrants.
00:21:36.560 Well, sadly, that's exactly right.
00:21:39.860 This story is a big damn deal.
00:21:43.040 We have eight suspected terrorists with ISIS-K who've been arrested.
00:21:48.940 They've been arrested in Los Angeles, in New York, and in Philadelphia.
00:21:53.940 Now, they came into this country illegally at our southern border.
00:21:57.700 The Biden administration apprehended them, and then they let them go.
00:22:02.380 They let terrorists go.
00:22:04.020 And I've been saying for a long time, we are at a greater risk of a major terrorist attack in the United States right now than we have been any time since September 11th.

00:22:19.760 So the first outlet to break this story was the New York Post.
00:22:22.940 And the New York Post announced that these people had been arrested, and they were arrested in a coordinated sting operation that occurred in three cities, Los Angeles, New York, and Philadelphia.
00:22:34.680 Two ICE sources confirmed to the Post that they arrested six people from Tajikistan over the last week after the FBI contacted the agency to warn them.
00:22:48.880 And two others who were part of the same group were also arrested after being under surveillance for several months by the multi-agency Joint Terrorism Task Force.
00:22:59.040 Part of the investigation featured a wiretap, which revealed one of the now-arrested individuals was talking about bombs.
00:23:07.860 And here's a quote, quote,

00:25:36.040 Among the record number of migrants crossing the southern border was a member of an Afghan terror organization

00:25:51.220 His name is on a U.S. terror watch list, identifying him as a member of HIG,
00:25:56.080 a terror group that's killed Americans in Afghanistan.
00:25:58.860 I mean, Senator, this is another story that is completely unrelated.
00:26:04.460 A month before that, we found out that another man on a terrorist watch list was released,
00:26:09.460 and they had to go grab him up in upstate, I think it was upstate New York.
00:26:13.280 So you have these headlines that keep happening.
00:26:18.120 We are catching some of these people, and we're releasing them because we're overrun.
00:26:23.260 So, and it's worth remembering that the FBI Director Chris Wray has repeatedly testified before Congress
00:26:31.420 about possible ISIS terror plots being carried out on U.S. soil
00:26:35.940 and the group's potential for using the southern border to get into this country illegally.
00:26:41.820 And Chris Wray has warned about a possible, quote, coordinated attack
00:26:46.960 that could take place on the United States from ISIS case.
00:26:50.900 So they know this risk is there, and I want to point out also, you know,
00:26:54.700 we had a couple of months ago, we had the impeachment of Alejandro Mayorkas,
00:26:58.000 and it came over to the Senate, and I and many others on the Republican side
00:27:02.000 wanted to lay out the facts that this administration, that Mayorkas' lawless refusal
00:27:08.960 to follow federal immigration law and his releasing of millions and millions and millions,
00:27:14.660 over 11 million illegal immigrants that have come into this country under Joe Biden,
00:27:17.940 that a major threat from that are the terrorists that they keep releasing over and over and over again.
00:27:24.120 And it's worth noting, Ben, every single Democrat voted not to hear the case,
00:27:29.580 to throw it out, to dismiss it at the outset.
00:27:31.540 They didn't want to hear the evidence of terrorists being released in the country.
