00:00:00.000 This I do not understand. Dave mentioned that in the news. Check in. I'll give the details of this
00:00:04.660 man, this guy. So he's a 22-year-old Windsor man already facing multiple child sex charges.
00:00:13.080 He's a child rapist. Let's just put it for what it is. He's a pedophile. He's dangerous. He harms 1.00
00:00:18.360 children. He's one of the worst possible people we could ever have on the loose. And somehow we
00:00:23.440 can't keep him behind bars. He sexually assaulted two boys while free on bail prior. And then a
00:00:31.920 third time. And they put him on bail again. And guess what? He molested another kid. How much
00:00:37.480 does it take to make this a pattern? How hard does this have to get? You know what I think should
00:00:42.320 happen? I think the committees who determine bail or the judges who determine bail should have to
00:00:47.940 keep these offenders in their own household for two days after they give them bail. Do you think
00:00:51.480 they're safe enough to release among us and our children, then you should have no qualms about
00:00:56.520 having these perverts in your home with you, should you? Seriously, how are you letting these guys out
00:01:01.720 among us? What is the matter with you? Whoever let him out on bail should be disbarred, removed from
00:01:07.440 the bench. It's absurd. I don't care. We don't need legislative changes to change the bail
00:01:14.240 requirements. That's the reason we have a judge. That's the reason a person sits there and looks at 0.99
00:01:20.060 and listens to the evidence and says this person is a risk to society thus must be held until the
00:01:27.300 full trial is done or this person is not a high risk we can allow them back out say if it was a
00:01:34.160 shoplifter or you know other things that aren't as dangerous to society or didn't have a long long
00:01:40.100 history so okay post bail and we'll move on with the trial but we won't spend all the expense of
00:01:44.500 keeping you locked up and lets you get on with the world. But this guy, this pervert with multiple 0.96
00:01:50.400 child sexual assaults released again among the public, and he's clearly not learning. 0.98
00:02:00.140 So, you know, either are our authorities though. What does it take? I really feel for the police.
00:02:06.100 I do. How many times have they got to arrest this guy, see the victim, see what they've done
00:02:09.960 and realize that we're just arresting him, putting him in and some liberal judge is going to throw
00:02:15.100 him back out to molest more kids. This guy's name is Kasim Sabi. 22 years old with that many child
00:02:22.220 molestation charges under his belt. This is a broken individual who should never be loose again,
00:02:30.460 much less constantly put out on bail. You know what? Every week I see to be going into one of
00:02:34.180 these stories. Every bloody week. What does it take? What's the point of a justice system? And
00:02:39.060 You know, the prisons aren't full.
00:02:41.600 Dave mentioned that.
00:02:42.840 They aren't full.
00:02:44.420 Our remand centers have been overcrowded, but the prisons aren't.
00:02:47.860 Put them away.
00:02:50.660 Either way, I had to get on with that.
00:02:52.300 It's just insane.
