00:00:13.080 to appear before the Government Operations Committee. Now GC Strategies of course is the
00:00:19.140 two-person firm who worked on Justin Trudeau's $60 million arrive scam scandal but this app
00:00:28.660 had this $20 million contract where this company did no actual IT work and they have now twice
00:00:36.180 refused to appear having been summoned by committee and the effect of today's motion
00:00:43.340 will be to use the full power of the House of Commons to have these individuals appear before
00:00:51.620 committee. It's incredibly important when we have this report from the Auditor General that
00:00:57.120 revealed that this $60 million scandal with this app that wrongly imprisoned, 10,000 Canadians
00:01:06.040 wrongly quarantined them, didn't have proper management oversight and no cost controls and
00:01:13.020 of course revealed that the app cost many millions more than the government had first disclosed.

00:01:50.220 Canadians deserve answers and accountability and that's what our motion is calling for today.
