00:00:18.400 Manitoba. When the two RCMP officers arrived, multiple youths jumped on the vehicles. One of
00:00:24.680 the vehicles had the roof and hood damaged and the other had the windshield kicked in.
00:00:29.160 After the initial 70 youths who swarmed the RCMP vehicles left them alone,
