The Vancouver Police Department has made an arrest following another vicious, random attack that left a meal delivery driver with life-threatening injuries over the weekend. The 22-year-old newcomer to Canada was on the clock for the meal delivery service company, and while locking his bike to a street pole in Chinatown around 6pm Sunday night, a man unknown to him approached from behind and began stabbing him repeatedly. Police say the victim suffered a number of stab wounds, including to his chest and throat.
