00:01:08.580 she was going to put a form of more restrictions in place on Monday in the form of what we're hearing

00:01:13.120 as vax passports and it's really all quite a bunch of nonsense and silly but this still leads business

00:01:20.420 owners and individuals in some difficult situations and as to how they can empower themselves and just

00:01:27.860 really you know own the freedoms that they have so all of these measures every bit of them are unlawful

00:01:36.300 and they're in violation and it is all a huge facade the government has been doing this for 18 months

00:01:43.780 and they don't have the power or control but the problem is is that Canadians have willingly giving

00:01:50.780 them given them that power because they don't know what the rights are so we ended up forming a new

00:01:57.300 notice of liability it's sort of a mask vax passport kind of liability that if there are these new

00:02:04.520 they're calling them environmental health officers and as of Monday several business owners contacted me

00:02:12.640 with letters from these environmental health officers stating that there were complaints

00:02:18.800 about their business and that they were following up and would need to come in and do an inspection and make

00:02:25.520 sure that they were complying with the new orders in BC. Now we've got to understand these environmental

00:02:31.200 health officers have been recruited and trained and their job is to intimidate and bully people into submission

00:02:38.020 with fear of fines and pulling licenses etc. So our notice of liability I always use the name Joe Smith

00:02:44.980 my apologies if your name is Joe Smith it's just just a name I'm choosing but say the environmental

00:02:52.020 health officer Joe Smith comes into your place of business and they are about to harass you and

00:02:58.660 you know give you instruction that they're going to either shut you down or write you know pull your license

00:03:04.900 or write a fine however it starts out this notice of liability is meant that you are going to put Joe

00:03:10.340 Smith's name at the top of this letter it is not environmental health officer Joe Smith with the

00:03:16.260 protection of the government or health office this is Joe Smith who is coming in and he's breaking the law

00:03:24.260 and he is violating your right your guaranteed right to work and provide for your family to be able to pay

00:03:33.140 your mortgage to take care of your bills in your business you have the guaranteed right to life

00:03:38.820 liberty and security of the person so if this individual was told by the government to come in

00:03:45.860 and pick up a thousand dollars from you so that they wouldn't close you down that would be unlawful

00:03:53.220 so what's the difference how do we look at this to understand that what the government is doing

00:04:30.740 the Canadian criminal code the genetic non-discrimination act and national and international agreements on

00:04:36.740 human rights so it says as a business owner i am also at risk of personal and civil liability if i

00:04:42.980 violate the individual guaranteed rights of my patrons of my customers so they're actually for the

00:04:48.820 last 18 months they've been putting business owners in the position that they've been violating the

00:04:53.940 civil and human rights of their uh uh fellow countrymen and women there are no provisions in any orders

00:05:01.460 of any health minister doctor or provincial legislation that can nor pretend that any measures can override

00:05:08.580 charter or other pre-charter constitutional rights and as i've mentioned many times the government the

00:05:15.460 federal government has never enacted the federal emergency act in 18 months if this truly was a pandemic

00:05:23.220 do you think that the federal government for concern for their citizens would have implemented the

00:05:28.740 federal emergency act the answer of course is yes but they didn't and the reason justin trudeau didn't

00:05:36.020 do that is because he would have had to prove demonstrably which means that without a shadow of a doubt

00:05:48.660 debate and if he had to do that he would have lost control of this facade and so he i believe and there's
