Action4Canada - A4C Empower Hour Sept 15 2021

00:00:00.000 so now it's my very great pleasure to introduce you to Tanya Gah over to you Tanya well thank

00:00:11.620 you so much Heather and I love watching that presentation and seeing how you update it to

00:00:16.740 help people know about the new resources there's a couple more that you're going to be able to add

00:00:21.900 for next week it's been a busy week for me especially on the weekend well and today

00:00:26.900 so I want to let you know as Heather had said if somebody invited you to this and you didn't

00:00:32.900 receive the invitation directly from Action for Canada please go on and make sure that you join

00:00:38.280 as soon as you join you put your email in there and then you will automatically be included on our

00:00:44.420 contact email list and we'll send you these directly and so there's a couple of things with

00:00:50.220 the the lead of our business team there was real concern about Monday in BC coming up because the

00:00:56.660 provincial health officer who really has absolutely no power control at all but she is

00:01:02.800 really grasping at straws and trying to throw her weight around as if she does she decided that

00:01:08.580 she was going to put a form of more restrictions in place on Monday in the form of what we're hearing

00:01:13.120 as vax passports and it's really all quite a bunch of nonsense and silly but this still leads business 0.98

00:01:20.420 owners and individuals in some difficult situations and as to how they can empower themselves and just

00:01:27.860 really you know own the freedoms that they have so all of these measures every bit of them are unlawful

00:01:36.300 and they're in violation and it is all a huge facade the government has been doing this for 18 months

00:01:43.780 and they don't have the power or control but the problem is is that Canadians have willingly giving

00:01:50.780 them given them that power because they don't know what the rights are so we ended up forming a new

00:01:57.300 notice of liability it's sort of a mask vax passport kind of liability that if there are these new

00:02:04.520 they're calling them environmental health officers and as of Monday several business owners contacted me

00:02:12.640 with letters from these environmental health officers stating that there were complaints

00:02:18.800 about their business and that they were following up and would need to come in and do an inspection and make

00:02:25.520 sure that they were complying with the new orders in BC. Now we've got to understand these environmental

00:02:31.200 health officers have been recruited and trained and their job is to intimidate and bully people into submission

00:02:38.020 with fear of fines and pulling licenses etc. So our notice of liability I always use the name Joe Smith

00:02:44.980 my apologies if your name is Joe Smith it's just just a name I'm choosing but say the environmental

00:02:52.020 health officer Joe Smith comes into your place of business and they are about to harass you and

00:02:58.660 you know give you instruction that they're going to either shut you down or write you know pull your license

00:03:04.900 or write a fine however it starts out this notice of liability is meant that you are going to put Joe

00:03:10.340 Smith's name at the top of this letter it is not environmental health officer Joe Smith with the

00:03:16.260 protection of the government or health office this is Joe Smith who is coming in and he's breaking the law

00:03:24.260 and he is violating your right your guaranteed right to work and provide for your family to be able to pay

00:03:33.140 your mortgage to take care of your bills in your business you have the guaranteed right to life

00:03:38.820 liberty and security of the person so if this individual was told by the government to come in

00:03:45.860 and pick up a thousand dollars from you so that they wouldn't close you down that would be unlawful

00:03:53.220 so what's the difference how do we look at this to understand that what the government is doing

00:03:59.780 is unlawful they can't interfere with your business you are protected now this business

00:04:05.540 notice of liability it's against government interference it starts out saying this letter is

00:04:11.940 response in response to queries and or threats made by regional health officers and or any other

00:04:18.500 government officials attempting to enforce compliance to unlawful health orders which are in violation of

00:04:24.740 the charter of rights bill of rights the Canadian constitution the universal declaration of human rights

00:04:30.740 the Canadian criminal code the genetic non-discrimination act and national and international agreements on

00:04:36.740 human rights so it says as a business owner i am also at risk of personal and civil liability if i

00:04:42.980 violate the individual guaranteed rights of my patrons of my customers so they're actually for the

00:04:48.820 last 18 months they've been putting business owners in the position that they've been violating the

00:04:53.940 civil and human rights of their uh uh fellow countrymen and women there are no provisions in any orders

00:05:01.460 of any health minister doctor or provincial legislation that can nor pretend that any measures can override

00:05:08.580 charter or other pre-charter constitutional rights and as i've mentioned many times the government the

00:05:15.460 federal government has never enacted the federal emergency act in 18 months if this truly was a pandemic

00:05:23.220 do you think that the federal government for concern for their citizens would have implemented the

00:05:28.740 federal emergency act the answer of course is yes but they didn't and the reason justin trudeau didn't

00:05:36.020 do that is because he would have had to prove demonstrably which means that without a shadow of a doubt

00:05:42.660 that this was a pandemic and he would have had to go before the legislature to have public input and

00:05:48.660 debate and if he had to do that he would have lost control of this facade and so he i believe and there's

00:05:56.660 evidence of it coming from the belarus president who had exposed the world banks and imf who tried to

00:06:02.340 bribe him with nearly a billion dollars to implement the emergency measures so do you think it's possible

00:06:07.860 that justin trudeau has been making deals with our premiers or that there are certain things that they

00:06:15.300 know about these premiers that they're holding over their head as a threat to expose them of something it

00:06:21.300 must be pretty bad because i can't imagine anybody in this country doing what they're doing to our

00:06:27.940 fellow citizens to our children and to our elderly these truly are and have been crimes against humanity 1.00

00:06:35.540 that are being perpetrated against the citizens of this nation and so the federal emergency act basically

00:06:42.900 says that there is no um orders that can supersede the charter of rights bill of rights and or civil and

00:06:50.900 political rights it goes to say particularly with respect to those fundamental rights those are guaranteed

00:06:57.220 fundamental rights that are not to be limited or abridged even in a national emergency this is what

00:07:04.340 the federal emergency act says and it's going to be included in this document i've already included in

00:07:09.220 several of the notices of liability so then the business owner goes on to say or the parent because

00:07:14.900 today i spend about an hour and a half with a parent who called me and the principal said this

00:07:19.780 notice of liability doesn't apply to me it's not a principal story he's head of three different

00:07:24.260 schools private schools and we're like au contraire mon frere it absolutely applies to you and i have

00:07:32.580 been comparing this to if somebody's robbing a bank and they are coerced somebody into driving uh

00:07:38.580 you know the getaway car those people get arrested the guy driving the getaway car is equally guilty

00:07:46.180 of the crime you cannot just be complicit to the crimes of this government because these are crimes

00:07:53.940 against the citizens of this nation these are crimes against our students our students our children

00:07:59.460 are being abused and it is absolutely being reported you know even in mainstream media of the effect

00:08:07.300 psychologically of the last 18 months on our kids then it goes on to say i am under no moral

00:08:13.940 or legal obligation to comply with any orders to subject myself or anyone else to an experimental

00:08:22.180 treatment demand personal health information or use coercion to obtain compliance neither i nor my staff

00:08:31.140 have been deputized to enforce any orders further section 52 one of the constitution act 1982 clearly

00:08:39.540 states that any law that is inconsistent with the constitution is of no force and effect therefore

00:08:46.820 any measures taken by you remember joe smith you to compel compliance by means of instigating

00:08:54.740 confrontation threats to remove me harassment in an attempt to demean humiliate and coerce attempts to

00:09:02.740 seize person or property or issuing fines and other charges will be met with a human rights complaint

00:09:10.100 civil litigation and and or potential criminal charges against you i will hold you personally

00:09:16.580 culpable for the financial injury and or loss of my personal and business income and that of my employees

00:09:23.140 and for any interference in my ability to provide food and shelter for my family i therefore demand

00:09:29.140 you cease and desist you are formally on notice so this is a form that we are going to make available

00:09:36.020 on our notice of liability page it will be uh just probably replacing the other business notice of

00:09:43.380 liability we had to defy orders i am transferring some of this information for parents to use for those

00:09:49.940 principals or um education individuals who say this notice of liability that you have given me on the

00:09:57.380 vaccines doesn't apply to me and the point is yes it does and during the nuremberg trials nobody said

00:10:05.060 i was just following orders and got away with it all right the media didn't we're going to be i keep

00:10:10.260 promising it but i i promise you we are going to get the notice of liability out against the media and we are

00:10:15.780 going to hope and expect that all of you make sure that anytime you see a news report and it is covering

00:10:22.660 up the details of this horrendous event that's taking place in covering up the covid measures the

00:10:29.700 vaccine dust whatever it is that you will find out who that individual is reporting you will get their

00:10:36.500 name you will find out their address and you will serve them a notice of liability through registered mail

00:10:41.780 we have to put a stop to this and we have to address everybody that is involved in it so keep an eye

00:10:47.860 out make sure you've joined so that you receive that information um there's other things that we're

00:10:53.220 updating our uh on our web page we have uh filing a human rights complaint we are updating it to include

00:11:00.500 information regarding the backs passports and the pressure that's uh being put on so we're revamping and

00:11:06.260 today i would have had it uploaded already but we have a charter rights and freedoms uh under resources

00:11:13.860 and uh we have a lot of bc information in there so we have just eliminated it we have included it

00:11:20.660 included information on genetic non-discrimination act the federal privacy act it is going to be an

00:11:27.140 incredible resource and what we want you to do with this is we want you to print it off and have

00:11:32.100 it on your person at all times and anybody anywhere who is um violating your human rights and your

00:11:40.900 guaranteed constitutional rights bring extra copies and then you can give them this to uh give them an

00:11:47.460 opportunity to educate them as well and uh i'm planning that my shopping and my time going out is not

00:11:55.860 going to be interfered with by these bogus orders now um with the notice of liability that we created

00:12:04.340 for uh that was against covet testing i don't care if it's a spit test i don't care if it's a blood test

00:12:11.460 i don't care if it's an up your nose test whatever the testing is it's a medical treatment it is in

00:12:16.660 violation of your rights and unless you consent to it wholeheartedly you do not have to take this

00:12:22.980 all right the uh genetic non-discrimination act actually says that it is a indictable offense

00:12:30.260 as heather had mentioned up to a million dollar fine and up to five years in prison and thank you

00:12:37.060 uh ron for bringing that up i believe it was or it might have been john so up here you see covet

00:12:42.340 testing notice of liability so i have just uh we've updated that to include include the genetic

00:12:48.740 genetic non-discrimination act in it okay so um yeah it's included already in the uh pdf

00:12:57.220 i think we included it on page four or five so just so you know this is that is an incredible

00:13:03.300 notice of liability right there and remember the notice of liability it only has to be um addressed to

00:13:11.060 the person joe smith and then it's only signed by you you don't need them signing this this is a

00:13:18.420 notice telling them that based on all of this legitimate information we have uh reports on

00:13:26.180 here about pcr testing and the fraudulent use of them to increase cases cases cases 97 false positives

00:13:34.660 you'll notice that the news isn't reporting on deaths it's always about cases and that's because

00:13:39.700 they turned the amplification up on the pcr test which was never meant to test for coronavirus so that

00:13:45.780 they could uh continue on with the um illusion that we're in a pandemic so that they could force this

00:13:52.660 vaccination but how can they even have this vaccination authorized under emergency when the

00:13:58.180 federal emergency act hasn't even been initiated and then in bc and in ontario there is no emergency order

00:14:07.060 so the whole thing is so corrupt and so criminal and so if you could go yeah just scroll down again

00:14:13.060 so what i've done uh who is it is it ron are you doing it yeah it's it's me that's doing yeah okay

00:14:18.820 super duper so you will see printable uh pdf right to refuse covet testing there are some people who are

00:14:25.940 being test uh forced to test whether you're a nurse um whether somebody i i know that the uh film industry is

00:14:34.340 really horrible about testing people so you could start out by saying

00:14:39.140 you could print this off and take it to your supervisor um and and send it to the company and

00:14:45.540 saying are you aware that by forcing these testings you are absolutely in violation of the law

00:14:54.020 everything is sort of right here i put it in a punchy form there's more to the genetic non-discrimination

00:15:00.340 act you can go on to you know the link and look it up i just wanted to have the highlights on here

00:15:06.900 so you would give that to your supervisor your boss and if they said doesn't matter i'm following the

00:15:13.060 orders say you can't follow orders that are in violation of the criminal code that's not going

00:15:18.580 to hold up if i decide to take action against you and if they don't change their attitude then you serve

00:15:25.460 them the notice of liability against forced covet testing they can't do this we have to understand

00:15:30.820 they cannot do this and then you got to be ready to act right and so i'll give you a great story today

00:15:37.860 uh the lady that i was helping regarding uh the letter for her uh school and to protect her kids

00:15:44.740 is she ended up telling me that a friend of hers was being threatened by his employer that he was uh

00:15:51.220 you know going to have to take the double jabs and he ended up serving them right away the notice of liability to the employer

00:15:59.300 and the employer sent it to their lawyer right away and the next day the employee was brought into the

00:16:05.700 office said we're all good he was treated very well and he drove home in a new company van

00:16:13.540 at the end of the day true story true story so i've got uh i've got the text and information on it i just

00:16:20.900 want you to know and be confident that these are having a real impact and i'm really in every rally

00:16:27.780 speech i'm giving in every interview that i'm doing i am really putting on the front lines here that

00:16:33.140 we have these guaranteed rights that all of these orders are a hundred percent bogus i've shown you

00:16:38.580 the federal emergency act it cannot interfere with your guaranteed rights and so i know a lot of you have

00:16:44.740 questions and the reason i'm going over this material is because i'm hoping some of this will answer your

00:16:50.020 questions i loved it today let me just get the one uh that i did with the parent so yeah for instance

00:16:59.220 this this fella was saying you know oh this notice of liability doesn't apply to me and we don't so you

00:17:03.940 know support this uh action for canada so uh it came back saying you are incorrect in stating that it has

00:17:10.740 no legal significance to the contrary it will act as evidence that as leader of my name the school

00:17:19.060 was notified of their legal actions in mandating masks based on unlawful health orders against which

00:17:25.780 there is no official emergency act in place provincially or federally this is in bc there is absolutely

00:17:33.780 no legislation in canada that masks our law therefore exemptions are not even required all right we don't

00:17:43.460 need a mask exemption all we need to tell them is that there is no law in canada therefore you have no

00:17:52.340 basis by which you are trying to mandate to me that i need to wear one i have the 100 guaranteed right

00:18:00.820 to breathe freely then it goes on to say masks cause significant psychological and physical harm

00:18:07.540 and it is abusive to recommend or coerce students into complying as head of these schools you have a

00:18:13.780 duty and an obligation to educate yourself on matters and question the status quo if there is evidence to

00:18:21.140 prove the requirements of the government are legitimate and or are causing harm to students

00:18:27.620 and this is what we need to appeal to everybody who is blindly just holding up these orders

00:18:33.220 they have a duty and responsibility that if they are the getaway car driver right now it is not going

00:18:40.580 to hold up in a court of law that they were just saying i was just following orders not when it is in a

00:18:46.820 criminally in violation and not when it is in violation of your guaranteed rights

00:18:52.980 and then i love it my children are guaranteed the right to life liberty and security of the person

00:19:00.180 including the right to an education your actions are in direct violation of the canadian constitution

00:19:06.980 coronation oath charter rights freedom of freedom bill of rights universal declaration of human rights

00:19:12.900 there are no provisions in any orders of any health minister doctor or provincial legislation that can

00:19:18.900 nor pretend that any measures can override any charter or pre-charter it goes again i'm under no moral

00:19:26.420 obligation to do this and that uh it carries on to say i expect that my children will be treated with

00:19:33.140 respect and not segregated or discriminated against in any way this is very important for us to understand

00:19:40.900 right we have a duty and an obligation as the adults to protect the most vulnerable and our students our

00:19:49.380 children are trained up from a young age to respect the authorities in their life if those authorities are

00:19:56.500 abusing their position and they are not taking the steps to protect them and doing due diligence to read

00:20:03.300 the notice of liability and to understand and educate themselves on what is going on then they will be held

00:20:09.780 personally liable and we've got to be very firm on this with them we have no apologies to make on this

00:20:15.460 and if worse comes to worse you need to pull your kids out of the public school system and make other 0.72

00:20:20.420 arrangements that's what it's coming down to the last thing that's an update is a strategy for

00:20:26.260 businesses against the backs passports we will also have this available on our business page all right so

00:20:32.900 i think i am done with all these updates and so we're going to get to a marathon of questions

00:20:39.620 and as we said um we're going to keep them short and quick and if they're repeated ones uh then i'll just

00:20:46.500 go on to the next question before we get to the questions i just while i have the the website up

00:20:52.900 please there's going to be so many questions and all of those questions the majority of which can be answered by

00:20:59.220 way of you doing your due diligence and research and seeing what's on our website as far as our

00:21:04.740 resources covet 19 our notice of liability um all the information that you need to equip you and give

00:21:14.260 you a position and stand uh you'll see as resources on our website the one i want want to draw your

00:21:19.940 attention to is the join so the action for canada chapters these are chapter leaders across our country

00:21:28.660 just register as a volunteer and then you're going to have a drop down menu for all the areas which you

00:21:36.260 can register and volunteer so here's a chapter leader province or city we're also going to add one

00:21:42.420 chapter leader member business support team and then we have our parents pastoral support so you have all

00:21:50.900 these options here which you can select and volunteer and commit some time and effort to uh creating

00:21:57.620 awareness all right awesome awesome run and uh just to let people know my goodness we have

00:22:05.140 thousands of people who are wanting to volunteer and this is fantastic but we can't get to you all

00:22:11.300 and so what we've determined is uh for those of you who know about our chapters we plan on going into

00:22:16.900 every city and town to unite people within their communities so we will have in those chapters we want

00:22:24.340 people completely invested in say the business campaign where we have uh boots on the ground

00:22:30.340 campaign materials uh the postcard it's a letter and then a poster that we ask uh businesses to put up

00:22:40.100 and this is an amazing way of reaching out to businesses and getting connected with them so if

00:22:44.660 we have these boots on the ground in every town and city reaching out to the business owner saying hey we

00:22:48.980 care about you the government is trying to get rid of small business in in order to uh have large

00:22:54.180 corporations controlling everything great great campaign then we want invested in uh as a parent

00:23:03.220 and you know who are going to initiate rallies outside of schools initiate meetings with the school

00:23:09.620 boards we want somebody on each team as well as somebody who wants to reach out to pastors maybe

00:23:15.540 somebody's awesome at making rallies we want these chapters to be fully loaded and then all the

00:23:21.460 materials that we have uh created can be issued right across the country right away every community

00:23:29.540 and city will be working together with the notices of liability and as soon as we have something new

00:23:35.220 we have something in our social media called the super spreaders and and i created this uh you know

00:23:40.020 this information today and i sent it to priscilla and i said send to the super spreaders and then they

00:23:44.820 send it out to all their social media groups and we are getting information out across this country

00:23:50.180 to millions of canadians and we really want to do this through our chapters so we're hoping that all

00:23:56.420 the people who are signing up and saying i'd like to volunteer instead if there is already a chapter

00:24:03.220 listed get in touch with them and start you know sharing all your gifts and skills within your community

00:24:08.900 if you have social media skills help to set up a facebook page and a liberty dot com page uh liberty

00:24:15.540 l-i-b-r-t-i they spelled it different dot com is the alternative to facebook and so we're trying to

00:24:22.740 move as many people there as possible because these good people will not uh censor anyone so that's going

00:24:28.580 to eventually be our platform but right now we use what we've got all of our facebook posts are done

00:24:34.500 from corporate to make sure that we don't get them shut down and so we need your skills at all levels

00:24:40.020 in the chapters um so if we're not communicating with you right now it's not because we don't want

00:24:44.180 to and we don't need the help it's because it's overwhelming uh the the campaigns and what we're

00:24:49.460 doing so we're juggling a lot of balls in the air and we're catching as many as we can and we're

00:24:54.580 getting you the resources okay let's get to these questions and let's uh see what i can answer here today

00:25:00.740 so tanya we have questions people asking questions we also have people asking questions in the chat

00:25:07.860 should how would you like to work that one of one of each or our and there's also a lot of raised hands

00:25:14.260 so i'm sure which to prioritize there okay let's go through a couple of the ones in the chat and maybe

00:25:21.780 some of those hands will go down okay all right i think that q a would probably be better than chat is

00:25:29.060 kind of hard to deal with questions through there people should be you start to get used to maybe

00:25:34.820 using the q a for questions that way it's it stays kind of orderly you can answer them live or type the

00:25:41.700 answer in okay right i'll i'll give that a whirl right now let's try this out this is a new platform

00:25:46.740 you guys and uh let's see what's best going to serve you did you want to just read through the

00:25:52.100 questions yourself or did you want me to read them out if you read me a question that'd be great

00:25:55.940 okay so ontario hockey league mandated vaccines for all fans how can i fight this as a season ticket

00:26:02.900 holder okay so the actual hockey league has done this okay so they're not an employee

00:26:11.860 they are i'm just trying to go through my notices of liability um they appointed so it's a season's

00:26:18.900 ticket holder okay the one that i'm i've just created today

00:26:27.940 it is against anyone i haven't posted that one i was hoping that i had uh printed it let me just

00:26:34.180 think about that for a minute it is anyone that is issuing a notice of uh or i mean vaccines or

00:26:41.380 or administrating them yeah that's a bit of a that's a bit of a tough one we don't have one you

00:26:47.780 know what actually we're having one coming i'm just thinking about this that would be a business

00:26:52.980 yes i am creating one once we did the the business one that i i just read out to you um i'm taking most

00:26:59.860 of that material and i'm going to create one for citizens to do against businesses that are discriminating

00:27:05.460 against them so that's when that one is coming if i had two or three days that were clear of anything

00:27:11.140 else um i'm hoping i've got a rally on the weekend i'm hoping by sunday or monday to have that one

00:27:17.620 finished because i know it's critical to get that one available to you so that one's coming okay that's

00:27:22.980 going to be a really important one okay okay i'm going to ask um patricia de santo to ask you a question

00:27:30.100 i've just asked her to unmute are you there patricia

00:27:39.780 it says we can't oh it says we can't unmute you have to be asked to unmute

00:27:45.140 oh i see okay yeah this is a little bit different so thank you everyone for your patience

00:27:55.300 okay maybe we'll go to another question as we're sorting that out for a moment

00:27:58.820 so how about if i just read another one to you then um here in quebec legal is suspending

00:28:04.420 nurses without pay i would like to know what the legal options are when employers suspend without

00:28:10.100 pay it's not being fired so constructive dismissal isn't an option and you also can't collect

00:28:15.940 unemployment so this is very this is a very insidious way to force the gene therapy what would our options

00:28:22.740 be if we are suspended without pay you serve them the notice of liability to employer we've

00:28:30.260 made it available that it no longer starts you're not a medical professional we edited it

00:28:34.420 so it says you are unlawfully practicing medicine by prescribing or recommending or coercing

00:28:39.780 a an experimental treatment it they cannot do this and most certainly um even if they were you know

00:28:48.180 suspending you they have to give you a reason for that and and the reason would be that you're not

00:28:54.260 taking the injection oh my gosh they're opening up themselves to a huge lawsuit and i know for a fact

00:29:02.100 that there's a legal action that's going to be commencing in quebec so you need to absolutely 100

00:29:10.740 percent serve them with the uh the new the notice of liability against forced testing the uh provide

00:29:20.180 them with that the genetic non-discrimination even though we've included it this is a good read to

00:29:25.460 highlight and uh maybe even use a highlighter and say it's an indictable offense for a million dollars

00:29:31.620 and up to five years in prison and then serve them the notice of liability as well hit them hard and

00:29:38.260 fast and if you have anybody else uh you know that could do this with you uh we've got these great uh

00:29:45.860 nurses campaigns going on across the nation right now the canadian nurses uh we we had questions

00:29:51.620 last week and that ends up a nurse who felt all alone and somebody else was on the call and could 0.58

00:29:56.580 end up saying you know what i'll exchange um information with you so if there's anybody else

00:30:02.340 uh did this person give their location at what hospital heather

00:30:09.300 i don't know all right well if you want to put it in the chat right now and if anybody else is a nurse

00:30:16.180 uh check that out because maybe together you could unite and uh you could serve them together the other

00:30:22.820 thing is is if the union is involved in this this notice of liability works against unions as well

00:30:28.900 serve them hot and heavy uh what i'm finding now as well is that because of all the human rights

00:30:35.300 complaints lawyers have been uh missing in action for the last 18 months except for rocco galati and

00:30:42.580 uh some others there's been a handful who have still been practicing law in the last 18 months to

00:30:49.060 actually support constitutional rights and freedoms these now these lawyers many of them are starting to

00:30:54.500 come out of the woodwork uh they're getting a little backbone from the rest of us and i'm very hopeful

00:31:00.980 that you are going to have representation if you call a constitutional lawyer and and or an employment

00:31:07.060 lawyer now employment lawyers some of them are saying that what the government is doing is okay they

00:31:13.780 don't know what they're talking about these are constitutional charter right violations those supersede employment

00:31:22.660 uh employment uh employment law all right if they don't align with the charter then the employment

00:31:28.500 lawyers are out to lunch they have to uphold uh our constitution and the charter of rights and

00:31:34.900 freedoms and like i said even the federal emergency act says so all right heather i hope that was helpful

00:31:41.460 um krista and lauris we're gonna ask you to unmute hi hi kristen hi how are you

00:31:48.260 hi what's your question oh gosh i am just as a quick off side um i'm part of a very active board

00:31:58.580 is for sports this is youth sports and this is across canada it's a very growing facebook group

00:32:05.780 that has close to i think six thousand members in a week and or so so it's like exponentially taken

00:32:13.700 off for all the angry parents of kids in sports so uh essentially um so essentially it's like like

00:32:21.140 you're getting everybody from all the organizations around sports just saying that all the individual

00:32:25.220 teams and organizations and the higher ups including the arenas are mandating vaccinations uh

00:32:31.780 for players basically the one that we're part of is the gthl which is greater toronto hockey league

00:32:37.940 and they're mandating mandating vaccinations for 12 year olds and above starting october 24th and

00:32:44.740 there's other rules around parents can't even go in if they're not vaccinated but you know there's

00:32:49.220 there's it's insane because the the provinces have come up with their own rules but then the

00:32:54.580 organizations are circumventing those and going above them okay so kristen we have an answer to that

00:33:00.500 and it's called the student child the parent child notice of liability it in the end of it it

00:33:07.300 states or any other person affecting with effect to a child all right so it's not just for educators

00:33:15.220 it's any person involved in the education or um i can't remember the wording right now for children

00:33:21.380 so um in that one i made it very clear that it could be against the um head committees of these uh

00:33:28.820 sports teams 100 every person should be served so i'm an active member on that board because it's i'm

00:33:36.020 i'm incredibly passionate about this just and i appreciate your energy tanya honestly so what i

00:33:41.220 did was what i did was take that document on your website and tweaked it for sports keeping the entire

00:33:49.540 all the verbiage intact and just retitling it and instead of saying students i put uh youths like

00:33:56.420 whatever and i put that on our website and everybody is using that and downloading that so

00:34:01.780 literally it's verbatim all the legalese um but i just thought that i would just tailor it for sports

00:34:06.580 so i did that on my own behalf and actually emailed it to your office just to say i did this yeah you

00:34:12.180 know what i saw a question about that earlier so i would absolutely if you hadn't changed the format

00:34:17.620 and that's what you put at the top i would put that up for simplicity i would take that and put it

00:34:22.340 up if i can get a hold of it um guys you have it somewhere in your big mailbox you probably get a lot

00:34:28.020 of stuff so kristen was that to the call to an action for canada yes okay uh jennifer gets those

00:34:37.460 okay uh can you send it again then it's at the top of the pile okay for sports sure and it's verbatim

00:34:48.500 and it took me a while to format because you know yeah whatever so um yeah so you and i'm like put it on

00:34:54.500 your website so you don't have to um yeah i said i'll send it again no problem okay yeah i know the

00:35:06.020 effort that it takes to make uh even the simplest amendments to these things so uh but we're on it

00:35:11.540 like i said we're wanting to facilitate and equip you and so i will post that one since all the work

00:35:16.980 is already done uh and you didn't change any other format to it right not i also had it other people on

00:35:22.900 the board to say can you please look at this and had input so we were all kind of you know there's

00:35:27.620 some people you know what i'm saying just so it's not just me um and so i think it reads right and i

00:35:32.420 i minimized every single thing everything's intact except for the things that are targeted towards

00:35:37.380 sports organizations etc okay awesome thank you for doing that i'll look i have a second question

00:35:44.100 when we tell people on these boards to use this legal this notice of liability there's there's pushback

00:35:48.900 sometimes to say this will never stand up in court this won't why are we doing this so there's always

00:35:54.180 and i don't know how to respond because i don't have the experience for that so i just want to bring

00:35:58.260 that to you this is absolutely in a format that can be used as evidence that somebody has been served

00:36:05.620 and informed of the harms that they are participating in okay that's the purpose of a notice of liability

00:36:11.460 it in itself is not a legal action it is giving the person the opportunity to change their ways

00:36:16.740 right right based on the information in this notice of liability and i don't know who could

00:36:21.780 read this and who in their own right mind wouldn't see the harm causing uh to children a hundred percent

00:36:28.100 and i think it reads so perfectly i don't know how anybody would not change their mind um so it's

00:36:33.700 amazing how the heads of the gthl are still like sorry we're following our own thing that we wrote in our

00:36:39.220 own policy um and it just is kind of stuck in there so i'm just telling everybody it doesn't matter they

00:36:45.220 don't have any legal right we do they don't even they don't even know the law no and and eventually

00:36:50.900 you guys should just start um hiring lawyers and having them send letters telling them to cease and

00:36:56.100 desist and um yeah we and you and you need to be able to go back to them as well and say please uh

00:37:02.580 give me a uh send me a signed copy of the federal emergency act and then are so all you are aware and

00:37:08.340 then take what i just read from you from the federal emergency act which will be it's on quite a number of our

00:37:13.460 pages stating that and whereas you know nothing can supersede the charter of rights and the bill

00:37:18.500 of rights you send them that stuff you know challenge them in their thinking use the information it's

00:37:23.940 all in our documents okay thanks so much chris thank you thank you excellent okay lee ang can you yes

00:37:31.780 thank you can you hear me yes lee thank you hi thank you tanya um love what you're doing so my question

00:37:37.460 my question is that is this i was offered a job in a bank uh and i start next monday the the the problem

00:37:45.860 is i stupidly this was before i knew about action for canada i stupidly because i have a conscience 0.90

00:37:52.100 i actually at that time i knew that the bank um the all the five main banks are mandating vaccines 0.93

00:37:58.420 in their employees by october the 31st and because i'm not vaccinated i stupidly like i said 0.65

00:38:04.180 it's asked like um what you know what accommodations are you making for those um employees who are not

00:38:10.500 vaccinated and initially and initially my would-be manager said oh you know don't worry about it

00:38:16.420 because i'm not vaccinated either so that that's not a problem however she came back to me after

00:38:21.620 consulting the regional manager and and she came back and said that all new hires must be vaccinated

00:38:27.940 before they start and then she actually suggested i decline the offer and i thought about it in the

00:38:33.940 weekend and i went uh-uh if you're gonna you know if you're gonna if you're not gonna hire me you

00:38:39.140 tell me why and i actually accepted the offer um but and they didn't say anything i mean the hr

00:38:47.220 person said to me yes you know you uh you must all employees must be vaccinated but no what's your

00:38:52.980 question in it then like what's the question so my question is this since i know the bank is mandating

00:38:59.220 the vaccines and i'm not vaccinated was is it wrong to accept this job should i withdraw no no what

00:39:05.860 they're doing is illegal and unlawful and actually part of uh our research today as we were preparing

00:39:11.780 the charter rights resource i can't wait to get that one up i promise you i'm gonna have that one up by

00:39:16.260 tomorrow we i i was going through the uh federal um discrimination act and it says in there that that you

00:39:24.900 can't discriminate against individuals you they employers can't they can't discriminate against

00:39:31.620 you on the basis that you're not vaccinated or that you won't mask or anything else they can't

00:39:36.980 discriminate against you so you're going to be able to use this resource and this resource is i could

00:39:41.940 make a thousand different notices of liability or letters but i'm putting it the the work on you guys

00:39:46.980 as well i'm giving you resources that you can pull what applies to you so if it's a discrimination

00:39:53.780 matter then you can pull this even in the uh federal discrimination act it says they can't

00:40:00.420 discriminate against you as well on genetic testing it is absolutely absurd to know how

00:40:08.020 much rights we had against all of this nonsense every single bit of it has been in violation of every

00:40:16.500 level of our rights nearly every section of the charter june a year ago i knew that when i

00:40:21.860 decided to take legal action against the bc government all right so you're a hundred percent

00:40:26.500 guaranteed you are a good person but i'm telling you we got to fight fire with fire and and you know

00:40:33.060 if somebody as i said before was going to force you to rob a bank we can't be complicit to the

00:40:39.380 government's illegal activity we can't we have an ethical and a moral obligation as citizens in this

00:40:46.580 in this nation to uphold the criminal code of canada the charter of rights and and every other

00:40:53.140 thing under the constitution under the constitution of their rights okay all right so thank you and good

00:40:58.900 luck to you you take that very quick very quickly the next question who do i serve if i if they actually

00:41:05.060 force me let's say i start the job and then they say oh you have to take the vaccine who do i serve the

00:41:10.100 notice of liability to because my immediate manager it's like is it them because it's the higher

00:41:15.540 echelons in the bank right so who do i serve it to you start with whoever is telling you that you need

00:41:21.140 to do this and if your supervisor is a good person i'm telling everybody this as well you may have a nice

00:41:27.700 supervisor you may have a great boss you may have a great principal you are best to serve if you're a

00:41:33.620 teacher serve your principal because if he's not on board with this it empowers him to go to the

00:41:38.900 school board and say i'm not doing this i'm in violation you know of the teachers human rights

00:41:44.260 and the students i'm not going along with this and as parents you serve you know your teachers and the

00:41:49.700 principal as well no matter how nice they are because you're going to empower them and if they're not nice

00:41:53.860 boy serve them double get other parents to serve them as well and if your employer and you're in this

00:41:58.980 situation you serve whoever is on if it comes out as a letter you send by registered mail if it's another

00:42:06.100 office you send that individual a registered uh letter make sure it's registered because you want

00:42:11.780 proof of them being served and then when you do a registered letter you go into canada post for

00:42:18.340 instance and you can actually print off the proof of delivery and then you just keep those things

00:42:24.660 together if they continue you file a human rights complaint if they continue hire a lawyer and say i need

00:42:30.900 a letter from you to tell my uh employer to cease and desist because they are violating and

00:42:36.340 discriminating against me and they're violating this that and the other rights the notice of liability

00:42:41.140 pretty much is such a big pack of punch right there it should be all that you need okay if they

00:42:47.540 it's so it's so from what you're saying they they are in violation if they even give your offer

00:42:53.140 letter conditional upon you getting the vaccination correct so that they cannot do that they're

00:42:58.420 discriminating against you i mean think about the people that uh i mean never mind that this is not

00:43:03.380 a vaccination people i'm using it because it's a common word right now it is a hundred percent

00:43:08.260 experimental it is in the trial phases there are placebos saline being given to people and i had it a

00:43:16.180 hundred percent confirmed for me uh from somebody yesterday and then of course there's the real deal

00:43:21.220 can you imagine if they gave everybody who volunteered to take this vaccination uh starting in december or

00:43:27.460 january uh people would have been dead and miscarriages and people are being severely

00:43:34.420 permanently harmed and injured by this if they had given it to everyone there is no way anyone would

00:43:41.460 have taken it because they would have you know heard somebody in the family etc so they gave it to

00:43:46.180 only a certain percentage of the population we don't know that percentage they have did not divulge

00:43:51.300 that information to us but it is a hundred percent that in order to have a trial you need to have

00:43:56.020 placebo studies and you need to have the real shot and every day i am receiving especially now that they 1.00

00:44:04.740 are doing 12 to 17 year olds i am so sad to hear parents you know are calling devastated uh children

00:44:12.340 being emergency airlifted to vancouver general hospital uh being it's not paralyzed but their legs become

00:44:19.620 rubber uh they can't use them they can't think properly it is absolutely disgraceful what's going

00:44:25.540 on we the government has commenced war against its people and we need to understand that this is a

00:44:32.340 psychological war and now it's become a physical war and we need to act accordingly anyways okay heather the

00:44:38.900 next question i've just been trying to get um some people to unmute but i'm not sure if it's not working

00:44:47.620 or if they're just not okay i see cindy on i've been asking for cindy and michael and not so i'm gonna try

00:44:56.900 maybe i'll ask a question i'll ask kristen um let's see thank you so much oh thank you lee okay somebody

00:45:07.940 on now no no lee was just saying thank you okay um okay so i have a question if serving a notice of

00:45:15.700 liability in someone's home as opposed to a public place is it legal to film and if not how would we

00:45:22.020 prove notice has been served okay well i'm not sure why somebody would be uh serving somebody in

00:45:28.020 their home if it was a business in their home like a daycare then you are permitted to film them and um

00:45:35.940 you need two people to consent when you're filming under canadian uh law and if you are the consenting

00:45:44.660 person if you're the person having a conversation with somebody and you are the one that knows you're

00:45:49.300 filming that's okay that's your evidence and proof that you're filming or recording and you don't

00:45:54.420 have to tell the other person if it is two other people having a conversation uh you cannot do that

00:46:01.060 all right it's only if you're personally involved in this if it is um in a business yes you can uh

00:46:08.180 videotape because you need proof you know if you need to file a human rights complaint what are they

00:46:13.540 saying do you have proof of it oh well it's your word against theirs so you better get your camera out

00:46:19.940 i'm finding that if somebody is giving me a hard time about mass i get my camera out and

00:46:24.420 i'm very obvious about it and they say oh i'm not comfortable i don't give you consent and i says

00:46:28.980 well you're violating my my human rights and you're discriminating against me and you're making me

00:46:34.180 uncomfortable and i says therefore i need this as evidence that you're violating my rights because

00:46:39.700 i'm going to be filing a complaint against you and they're like well no no no you know like this and

00:46:44.420 i'll say oh yes you know until it was at a restaurant and they weren't sitting me down

00:46:48.260 because you know i didn't have a mask on and so they're like well i want you to you know delete

00:46:53.700 that i said i'll delete it as soon as we're sat down and all of this ends and and you know what it

00:46:59.220 went very well but um yes so inside a home uh i don't know what the purpose of that would be so i

00:47:08.020 i can't give you advice on that one i don't know of doing it unless it's a business and uh they've

00:47:12.980 invited you into their home as part of their business okay thank you tanya i'm still having

00:47:22.420 trouble um ray is there some way to find out if i think ray needs to send them a little yeah because

00:47:29.780 i've i've actually been asking them to unmute but i think ray has to send them a little invite to do that

00:47:36.580 and release them okay no i think they're just not responsive so you they're able to talk i see it

00:47:44.420 you've switched their um their audio on but they're just not there you might just have to keep moving

00:47:52.580 through the list i'll just continue okay we'll try we'll try for um andrea harris are you there

00:47:59.380 andrea can you unmute okay i can't imagine that all these people can't unmute but we'll keep going

00:48:10.180 with questions so as not to waste any time could be um okay so some of the questions through the

00:48:16.580 um questions are not really questions so oh there's something i hear andrea you're on thank you

00:48:24.180 it's her daughter oh okay hello what's your name hannah hannah hi what's your question hannah

00:48:33.860 um so essentially i'm enrolled at the university of toronto scarborough campus and they had released

00:48:40.500 an email in the summer saying that you either had to show proof of vaccination and be vaccinated by

00:48:47.300 september 14th i believe like your first dose at least or you would have to apply for an exemption

00:48:56.180 which can be denied based because basically they look at all the exemptions and they evaluate them

00:49:01.460 to see if you're eligible or not i don't know what the requirements are but it can be denied and in the

00:49:07.940 event that it's accepted that you have to do a rapid screening test twice a week and proof that it's

00:49:15.060 negative twice twice a week in order to go onto campus okay so no no and no all of what they're

00:49:21.460 asking is against your rights and so i would serve them the notice of liability against all covet testing

00:49:30.020 i would have uh the other document that i said on the genetic non-discrimination act and there is extra

00:49:36.580 information for for them for the punch i would file the notice of liability the uh student postgraduate one

00:49:44.900 you can fill that out you would send it to the dean the president and whoever has put their name on

00:49:51.220 this letter or whoever's been communicating with you i would highly recommend that if you are talking

00:49:57.300 to them in a phone conversation that you record your conversations and make sure that you get this in

00:50:04.260 writing in an email if they're sending you some sort of directive or if you're in a phone conversation

00:50:09.540 say i will need you to email me that information and either way you've got it in recording as well

00:50:17.060 and you serve them whoever is putting their name out there and involved and the president of the

00:50:21.300 university should be served as well as for the masking we don't need mask exemptions to breathe freely in

00:50:27.060 this country 100 they cannot discriminate against you you have the guaranteed right we don't need an

00:50:34.900 exemption not to wear a mask and you need to be bold and confident in that if they say well it's part of the

00:50:39.780 health orders say you tell me where it's legislated and law in canada an order is not law so if this continues you are

00:50:50.500 looking for major you know um liabilities here and and we got to be confident and secure now the thing about Ontario is of

00:51:00.500 course that Rocco is filing all of these um claims against uh multiple universities and colleges you're

00:51:09.220 in a good province for this and he's also there's there's going to be more actions coming on behalf of

00:51:16.100 with parents students uh you know professors i believe um i'm not quite sure but i know that he is definitely go

00:51:22.740 to his website constitutional rights uh constitutional rights what's the end of that center constitutional

00:51:32.420 rights center and then Rocco has videos he explains this man has made so many resources available to us

00:51:40.340 people and he is giving so much free um advice at this point because he cares about Canadians and he wants

00:51:48.340 you he knows that we as the people have to embrace our rights and we have to be acting on them and

00:51:54.500 fighting for them we don't we just have to take them back we just have to say these are mine you can't

00:51:58.980 take them from me and we just have to be prepared you know to take further steps if need be this i i hope

00:52:05.620 that helps you out hannah yes it does okay thank you i know other people i've seen sorry heather i'd

00:52:13.060 seen in the chat uh then people said well what do you do once you've filed the notice of liability

00:52:18.660 so i'm answering that question as we go you follow there if they're not respecting it you follow it up

00:52:24.580 with further uh um uh interaction and and you put them in a position where they need to answer your

00:52:32.100 questions you ask them for the federal health order right where's the federal health emergency act

00:52:39.700 where is the legislation on masks are you aware that under the federal emergency act it says that

00:52:45.940 no order supersedes my rights are you aware that you're behaving you're acting unlawfully

00:52:52.020 and that this notice of liability is giving you an opportunity to do the right thing otherwise there is

00:52:58.660 great potential that it is going to be evidence if this goes to court all right learn the language use

00:53:05.620 the language those are the next steps okay heather okay and i do i do want to mention that this will

00:53:11.700 be this is being video recorded and it will be posted on the action for canada website if you have to go

00:53:16.900 back to what tanya has just said to refer to it then it's there and available for you cindy oh no no hang on

00:53:25.060 she was unmuted but uh she accidentally got on cindy can you unmute 0.99

00:53:34.980 she was unmuted and waiting okay so maybe we'll try to go to you're doing a great job heather

00:53:43.620 to maurice richard could you please unmute and ask can you your question

00:53:54.260 i don't have a question i don't know why

00:54:00.100 we'll go on to somebody else um michael magna

00:54:13.620 i'm gonna i guess i'll ask you a question from the um from the chat then i'm a nurse

00:54:18.900 in ontario um do they have a right to put me on leave of absence unpaid for two weeks

00:54:24.500 then say i have resigned for not taking the gene therapy absolutely 100 not so we just covered this

00:54:30.900 with that other nurse you guys's uh circumstances are quite similar you serve them the notice of

00:54:36.260 liability and uh along i would uh if they're doing the testing and everything as well same thing for

00:54:43.460 you do the notice of liability against testing give them the other document that's there as a printable

00:54:48.820 pdf on the non-genetic discrimination act and we need to really get busy on this you guys need a lot of

00:54:57.460 support you nurses and uh we're trying to help facilitate that this is very strange tanya that

00:55:07.220 we that nobody's answering so i think there might be a little bit of a glitch okay so i see something

00:55:12.020 here as it's really going up and up here uh the minister of transportation announced that by the end

00:55:17.300 of october no one can travel without a vaccine passport no they can't do this you guys i gotta repeat

00:55:22.900 again and again and again none of this none of it is legitimate okay not only is there no pandemic

00:55:31.140 there's been a virus there's been a respiratory virus i'd never say there's not a respiratory virus

00:55:35.460 and people weren't ill but let me tell you i ended up uh with a call from one of our chapter leaders

00:55:41.860 uh whose friend was in another chapter and this lady's husband was in hospital with so-called covet

00:55:49.220 respiratory respiratory whatever illness and they were going to put him on a ventilator

00:55:54.180 and she said no because these ventilators have proven to be what ends up killing people uh reports

00:56:02.020 that i have read on this and so she said do not put him on a ventilator and that she wanted him to be

00:56:07.860 treated with ivermectin because ivermectin is hugely successful in in late term like hydroxychloroquine

00:56:16.260 was great for people at the onset of the virus and ivermectin was proven that with people that

00:56:22.580 didn't get the proper care in hospitals and so it advanced and they got to critical care and uh

00:56:29.300 being put on these these ventilators that's when a lawyer in uh new york families are hiring this guy

00:56:36.740 to fight on their behalf to get their loved one ivermectin they're getting the ivermectin and

00:56:42.820 they're recovering anyways i i put this person in touch with dr steven maltose and dr steven

00:56:49.540 maltose knows the protocol for ivermectin and you know other things to give some advice i mean what

00:56:55.620 do we got to do we got to smuggle them into the hospital and and start treating people another guy

00:57:00.980 i met uh he's he's from my community and uh he had a mask on and he smiled at me where we were waiting

00:57:08.100 for service and i says oh you know you don't have to wear that mask it's not legislated and he goes he

00:57:12.980 went to take it off but he was a bit nervous he goes oh he says you know i knew something was up i

00:57:17.460 you know can't wait to get it off most of the people don't want to do this and you don't have to you are

00:57:22.180 part of our oppression and the downfall of our society that mask is assigned to the government of

00:57:28.740 how many people they they they have fooled with all of this nonsense so take your mask off for starters

00:57:34.500 anyway so i told him what was going on and uh we had a conversation then he tells me he's an engineer

00:57:41.140 and he ends up that he has uh family cousins whatever that are that are doctors physicians

00:57:47.940 and he went to india because his mom passed away when he got there the indian government is giving them

00:57:54.900 the indian government is providing them vitamin d vitamin c something else and ivermectin

00:58:00.500 working the health care as prevention and our government is withholding ivermectin and

00:58:08.020 hydroxychloroquine they're telling doctors not to prescribe it to treat people and so ivermectin

00:58:14.980 can be purchased at your local tax store it is a dewormer for horses and and other animals you can get

00:58:21.700 it in a tincture and you can google i don't know what the the mix is that you can take but this is

00:58:27.620 preventative and if you know somebody who has it they can be treated this way now i'm not a medical

00:58:33.300 professional and i'm not a lawyer i'm just telling you the information that is being made available

00:58:38.340 to us and uh the frontline doctors down in the united states and doctors in canada are prescribing

00:58:44.500 this they're they're advising people to do this and so we need to be aware and and focused on this so

00:58:50.180 it's extremely you know uh criminal what is going on and that's why when i've met with rcmp and others

00:58:56.420 i've said this is murder it's a genocide by this government it's a it is a genocide yep it is a

00:59:04.180 genocide when you are not treating people because if there was a treatment for this virus then under

00:59:10.980 the emergency orders the only way they can implement this emergency vaccine is if there's no other

00:59:16.900 treatment and so everybody knows there's other treatments it's so wrong none of this stands up and

00:59:23.460 it won't in a court of law when we get there all right sorry who are we on um we are on rose rosaline's

00:59:30.340 galaxy before you ask your question rosaline tanya i just want to point out to you that it's uh five

00:59:34.500 minutes after seven right now would you want to go a little bit longer i am i am good to go okay so

00:59:40.500 rosaline uh rosaline's galaxy first and then mila blanchniel after okay ask your question

00:59:48.100 yes hello hi my name is rosaline i'm from hamilton hi and the question that i um but i wanted okay my

00:59:58.740 i work in a healthcare field and i've been working in the covert unit from when it started

01:00:04.660 and i've never contracted um covet 19 i work around the patients i wear my proper ppe but now

01:00:14.100 my managers are telling me that if i don't take the vaccine that i would have to do an educational

01:00:20.660 session where i have to take the the test twice and i will not be paid for it it would kind of it

01:00:27.620 would come out of my own pocket okay so rosaline we've covered this like two times already right

01:00:33.860 you serve the employer notice of liability yes the notice of liability against covet testing with the

01:00:43.220 genetic non-discrimination form i was telling you yes it's a hundred percent you guys and i could

01:00:50.260 repeat this probably all night but it is the same for employees with their employers no matter if you're

01:00:56.660 in the medical profession whether you work for cn rail or air canada these rights are every single

01:01:04.020 citizen's person to have we don't have to have rights okay i understand that one but the union said

01:01:12.100 that they are they hired their own lawyer to fight against this also what what do i do about the

01:01:18.260 union because i'm also in the union and they're not trying to fight for us yeah you serve the union as

01:01:23.220 well okay unions are part of this scandal they as well i i have no doubt in my mind that these guys are

01:01:30.980 all being paid something all right yeah and they're in violation of the rights of uh canadians and you need

01:01:38.020 to remind them that the unions are there to represent you and i would either stop paying my union dues

01:01:45.620 everybody stop paying your union dues if you're in a union all right that's what i want to do i'm

01:01:50.660 gonna do that stop paying your union dues because they're not representing you why are they getting

01:01:55.460 your money why are you answerable to them you pull out of it you don't answer to them and and so i

01:02:01.300 don't know what ramifications that have check it out because i don't know if you you can be a nurse

01:02:05.300 without being part of a union um but they but they have to uh you know they have an uh objection and

01:02:13.620 not um they have a duty to protect you and serve you so whoever the union leader is whoever's name

01:02:22.340 again from the union is saying that you need to double backs and that you need to have testing you need

01:02:27.860 to serve them all of this is violation of everybody's human rights and the law 100 okay um i want to

01:02:36.340 also give like updates on the legal action people have asked me you know that uh we filed august 16th

01:02:42.820 so you know what's happening this is a process so what happens is is the uh defendants uh they have a

01:02:49.380 certain amount of time that they have to provide a statement of defense and so we're we're waiting on

01:02:55.140 those responses and the other thing is is that there will be an injunction in bc against these

01:03:00.660 ridiculous vax passports rocco is working on that and and we are proceeding there's other things

01:03:07.540 that i'm not at liberty to discuss but trust us that we're coming at this from all angles 0.51

01:03:13.220 action for canada is one of the only organizations doing what we're doing where we're where we're

01:03:20.340 interacting with uh law enforcement and requesting that all of our members do as well a lot of them

01:03:28.020 don't understand the law and and that they're breaking it we are encouraging people to uh file

01:03:35.540 human file complaints against the police if they violated your rights we've got all the information

01:03:40.900 on our website under under legal action it talks about rock open our thing but it also says uh filing a

01:03:47.460 human rights complaint and then filing a complaint against the police we have got to put the pressure

01:03:52.340 on the police because that empowers them to their superiors as well and we got to educate them and so

01:03:58.260 we're also taking the legal action and we are also coming up with incredible resources that 100 support

01:04:06.820 your rights and so the one thing i don't want to miss doing today because i'm horrible at doing this

01:04:12.420 but i'm going to ask for people monthly donors with action for canada all right because we have the

01:04:18.740 costs i've never asked before because all i wanted to do and was committed to do was raising the money

01:04:24.420 for the legal action and thank god and thanks to all the grassroots people we have filled that

01:04:29.460 obligation to make sure that we are ready to go all the way on this legal action but in the in doing that

01:04:35.380 we have scrimped like crazy on our on on the costs of other things but there are costs right and so

01:04:43.220 having a website having an email making sure that we're up and running uh providing you know the the

01:04:49.780 zoom meeting and so if you can become a monthly donor ten dollars twenty dollars fifty dollars whatever

01:04:56.100 you want um we're here to serve you and we're doing our best but there are costs on our side i can

01:05:02.420 guarantee you i have never accepted a penny for myself i'm working doing this because i am so

01:05:10.580 concerned about my country and the welfare of my children and their future and and so if i have to

01:05:16.820 travel you know there is a cost of an airplane and that is covered but i am personally this is how

01:05:22.420 we are functioning as an organization we are completely volunteer run and and there are some needs with us

01:05:29.780 when it comes to um our computer and our tech where we have to pay for this and we have to pay for email

01:05:36.340 services and we have to pay for zoom services and other services and the government really doesn't

01:05:41.380 like what we're doing and they really like to take us down and so we need to have really good security

01:05:46.980 on everything so we appreciate it um that if you can even if you you take a resource and you want to pay

01:05:52.740 10 bucks for the resource but we don't want to hold these resources back from anybody who's not in a

01:05:58.980 position we know that because of what the government has done um in removing people from their jobs

01:06:05.140 closing down hundreds of thousands of businesses we understand that people are are struggling financially

01:06:10.980 but there are those of you who have been able to work and doing well and so we'd appreciate the balance

01:06:16.180 so that we can support and keep providing this service to everybody so thank you all right um heather

01:06:21.860 let's have a couple more questions hey mila blanch neo please ask your question 0.98

01:06:29.620 you're unmuted so can you hear me mila

01:06:38.500 wow okay this is this is unusual this is a new system you guys so we're having a little bit of problems

01:06:43.220 here all right maybe heather can you do you have another question you could i'm scrolling through

01:06:48.020 and a lot of them are just comments and there's a couple that a medical doctor could answer but uh

01:06:54.180 probably not you

01:06:58.500 okay i'm as well going for a check is there anybody that can unmute at this point

01:07:05.780 let me just try somebody else well this uh milo is actually was actually unmuted i know i saw that

01:07:11.860 okay oh somebody said about the election all right you guys um you get to vote a hundred percent

01:07:22.820 whether you're vaccinated or not and these people you know what if you're confident i've never heard

01:07:29.140 of anybody that has been stopped from going in and uh being able to vote and the people that i'm talking

01:07:35.860 to are going in without a mask you just walk in and say i'm exempt we're all exempt just walk in

01:07:40.980 and say nope no mask and you go ahead and vote that is a violation it's a criminal offense to

01:07:48.260 interfere with somebody being able to vote so i know somebody said about doug ford you got to be

01:07:52.180 double backs garbage it's only true if we believe it show me the law on that doug ford all right you go

01:07:59.060 in and you vote you do your civic duty vote smart vote really smart and and get her done i have been 0.97

01:08:06.500 hearing about some people um going in and not being allowed in because they're not wearing a mask

01:08:12.020 so they need yeah illegal they need to stand in their power yeah you need to challenge them and the

01:08:17.620 one thing i heard too is that somebody had a ppc t-shirt on you can't go to a voting booth and have

01:08:25.220 any kind of logos or anything on from any party so make you sure you uh show up in neutral clothing

01:08:31.780 so here's a question for you tanya and you've been doing a little bit of traveling if you want to

01:08:38.740 travel out of canada how do we best leave the country and then make sure we can come back okay

01:08:44.740 and then remind me about this new brunswick thing about the kids and what the uh minister of education

01:08:49.460 said um okay so uh traveling that's an interesting one right now and uh it all have the notice of

01:08:58.020 liability uh against the testing on hand with you and make sure that again that you have the genetic

01:09:04.100 non-discrimination act when coming back into canada they can't do this they cannot do this

01:09:11.140 all right i don't know how many times i can say it i traveled to ontario last month and i went through

01:09:17.780 every single airport without a mask on and into every single plane i got onto every plane and then

01:09:25.300 on a couple of them the stewardess would give me a bit of trouble and you know i got to get

01:09:29.860 to one place to another so i had a plasticky kind of little mask uh that i had and then you know they

01:09:37.140 the ones that were fanatical about it you got it but i just pull it away and they give me a hard time

01:09:41.860 and so i would wear very temporarily and to get up in the air and then i would just take it off i'd eat

01:09:47.060 my peanuts whatever else i was on a really small plane and they were giving me a really hard time

01:09:52.420 and um i i did what the other side does i victimized i am the true victim in this i said

01:09:58.260 you're discriminating against me you're making it very difficult i actually do have an official

01:10:02.580 exemption if i want to go down that route um you know but none of us have to and it was a really

01:10:07.300 small plane getting me from montreal to toronto and i everybody could hear me i said do you realize

01:10:12.020 there's no legislation in canada there is no law in canada you know the reason why is because they

01:10:17.460 can't they can't have a law saying you got to wear a mask it's it's insane and anyway so this this

01:10:24.260 say they were going to take me off the plane and that's when i put it on and i pulled it out

01:10:28.260 and they were giving me uh more trouble and then this guy two seats back said i said you're

01:10:33.300 discriminating again no you're harassing me and uh she goes i'm not harassing you and i said yes you are

01:10:39.540 and i says i'm doing my best and i said what would you do it she goes it's only an hour and i said only an

01:10:44.900 hour to you i said you you're not somebody with copd or asthma or anything else and i said how can

01:10:50.900 any of you in good conscience go up go along with this and uh the guy two seats back said yes you are

01:10:56.260 harassing her leave her alone we're fine with her okay so people are shifting in their opinion

01:11:02.420 but think if it wasn't just me on that airplane without a mask on you know think about if 50 got on

01:11:09.220 there and said we're not wearing these what are they going to do right if everybody decided not to

01:11:14.580 give air canada their business but anyways i i managed and i think there is a real shift going on

01:11:20.260 so coming back uh we have a couple of plaintiffs who are uh people who have traveled out of the

01:11:26.580 country and came back in and then they chose to uh uh stand on their rights when they got to the

01:11:32.740 airport and they said oh you gotta take a covet test and they said no i don't consent i choose not

01:11:38.020 to and then it escalated to where police came and they were really trying to intimidate and single you

01:11:43.460 out just don't even worry about it they single you out and then they gave you a fine for 3 500

01:11:50.020 and you turn it over and you contest the fine none of the fines are being processed in the courts rebel

01:11:55.620 news just again reported on a single mom who had two fines against her and they were dismissed it is

01:12:03.060 pure intimidation then they say you got to get home and you got to do a spit covet test and you got to do

01:12:07.700 a test on the screen no you don't it says right here that you do not need to be forced to take any

01:12:14.260 of this test that it's an indictable offense so get these people's names have the notice of liability

01:12:19.860 start writing their name on the top of it and videotaping them saying you know what i'm gonna give

01:12:24.820 you just a moment to change your position and say first of all are you aware of the non-discrimination

01:12:31.220 act like look at this section here you could be held liable up to million dollars or in prison for

01:12:37.060 five years are you aware of what the government is acting you is telling you to act unlawfully

01:12:42.580 and if they say no we're following the order say well you can't do them blindly all right and then you

01:12:48.180 get out the notice of liability you get their name and you start to uh fill it out sign it date it

01:12:54.180 make sure it's you've got a photo of it and then you serve them and if they still decide to give you a fine

01:13:00.420 when you go to fight that fine you are going to have evidence that you gave them every opportunity

01:13:06.900 to act according to canadian law and your rights and and i can't see you losing that one all right this

01:13:14.020 is critical that we start to accumulate this information and stand 100 on our rights all right

01:13:18.820 let's do one more question well you wanted to talk about the new brunswick kids and education so

01:13:24.980 why don't we why don't we close with that okay so pastor ken and and his wife bonnie are our chapter

01:13:32.100 leaders in new brunswick and last week they actually went out because there was a rally i think a hundred

01:13:39.140 or so people showed up outside they call them the monster of education not the minister of education

01:13:45.780 because no no joke he said if kids are out for 15 days they will be oh oh will be uh reported to child

01:13:54.980 protection services all right so i didn't hear that one but his comment the other day was that the state

01:14:00.980 basically has control of the of the kids so this guy is literally out of his mind all right people

01:14:08.180 are calling for him to step down he's not going to step down they're calling for him to be fired

01:14:13.380 so you need to get out and if you're in the vicinity join people we need a thousand people outside that

01:14:19.940 guy's office we need people reporting him to the police all right this is what we're doing with

01:14:26.820 our chapters we are getting people together and now we're going to have a business community a parent

01:14:32.820 community and a church community and an outside community everybody in a community together and

01:14:39.140 if a business is in trouble we're going to call on that community as a whole to go and support that

01:14:44.580 business and if it's a parent that is going to go to a school board to talk about their draconian

01:14:51.220 measures that they're trying to enforce we're going to have a thousand people show up at that school

01:14:55.780 board in opposition to what they're doing and we need to be out with signs for every single candidate

01:15:03.220 whether they're an independent on our side like derrick sloan whether it's the christian heritage

01:15:08.420 party in your community or whether it's the ppc okay get out there with a ppc sign for your candidate

01:15:15.780 because this you know with traffic driving by is one of the best things you can do you can't do it by a

01:15:20.980 voting booth via voting location but i uh one of my assistants here jennifer she is committing to four 0.91

01:15:27.860 to six every day through rush hour out in her community standing on a busy street with the pp sign

01:15:34.580 with pp sign ppc sign okay that won't be the last time ppc sign with her candidate's name on it you guys

01:15:42.500 these people are committing and just giving up everything right now to do something so brave and

01:15:49.540 heroic can you spend the next seven days or five days out there supporting them commit to it with your

01:15:57.460 family get your kids out there and start committing to supporting these in the last run come up to to

01:16:03.540 voting day because we're of course you know there's the uh early voting going on right now this is it's so

01:16:09.300 critical and in the future because we're going to have the chapters all all uh set up we're going

01:16:15.620 to make sure that we are behind candidates we're going to make sure that that those candidates in

01:16:20.900 those communities have a ton of support that they have financial resources that they have you know

01:16:26.100 people manning their um facebook or social media and their website and that people are going door

01:16:33.300 knocking on their behalf and if there's a school board trustee election we're going to make sure

01:16:39.380 that really good ethical moral people get voted on to the school board rather than these individuals

01:16:46.980 that are leftist un controlled hacks who are promoting critical race theory and the un sexual education

01:16:55.300 program that is sexualizing children at the earliest age possible confusing them sterilizing them

01:17:01.860 and causing just mass destruction of the minds of our kids and then all of this uh you know global

01:17:08.180 climate change all right it's destroying the minds of our kids it's poisonous and it's people that are

01:17:13.540 on the school boards that are supporting it we have some good ones on there but i'm telling you we need

01:17:18.420 an overhaul across our nation and we need to get back into our municipalities and get great people

01:17:24.020 elected as mayors and city councillors who are not going along with the agenda 2030 and the agenda 2030

01:17:31.220 global compact on migration and sustainable development goals clearly says that they're

01:17:36.740 going to work through the cities in order to implement their plans this is why you see a lot of the cities

01:17:43.940 it's no coincidence that cities across canada especially major cities have huge condo complexes going in

01:17:52.820 forcing people into the cities and the communities where they'll be more closely controlled it is no

01:17:59.700 coincidence that in bc we had massive fires being set throughout our province to get people off of

01:18:06.660 and out of the interior and forced into cities this is part of the plan but if we have cities mayors city

01:18:13.300 councillors who aren't going along with this we're going to put a stop to it and we need to completely

01:18:19.060 elect people who are going to get the un out of canada they are an unelected body interfering with our

01:18:26.100 our sovereignty and our rights and our society and they have no control except for the fact that justin

01:18:32.260 trudeau and the liberals are giving them the ability to speak into how canada is run and that is no good

01:18:39.620 this is treason that the government is committing against its people by listening to the un and the who 0.95

01:18:45.300 so anyways so yes as that's my my you know response to this guy in new brunswick it all comes down to

01:18:54.660 people being appointed or voted and we need we are the majority all right the majority voice needs to

01:19:03.460 be heard in canada and we are going to equip you and encourage you and educate you in order to give you

01:19:10.660 a powerful voice where you feel confident in the steps that you're taking so i'm just going to give

01:19:15.700 it back to heather but i'm just going to say thank you so much to everyone who's joined us and uh we'll

01:19:21.700 be back next week we'll have some special guest speaker it'll be a surprise at this point and uh just

01:19:27.300 thank you so much and i hope that this was helpful and thank you tanya for sharing your knowledge with

01:19:33.380 us and i do have a special surprise for everyone at the end of the of this meeting but i also want to

01:19:39.860 acknowledge and thank the action for canada core team for all the countless volunteer hours they

01:19:44.660 put in as well as the hundreds of people who are standing up for the rights and freedoms of canadians

01:19:48.900 all across this nation and i think that we'll just um get john to play this presentation

01:20:09.860 4th so

01:20:19.860 yes

01:20:24.820 yes

01:20:31.860 me

01:20:33.860 Oh

01:21:03.860 Wow

01:21:09.860 Was that an original

01:21:12.080 Heather? That was 1.00

01:21:13.700 my son and my daughter helped me put

01:21:16.040 this together today and

01:21:17.900 I just wanted to bless everybody on

01:21:19.960 the call tonight

01:21:21.800 and I wanted to let you know that that is actually the

01:21:23.900 fourth verse of our

01:21:25.540 national anthem. Beautiful

01:21:27.780 Thank you. It's brought tears

01:21:29.840 to my eyes. I love this country so much

01:21:31.820 It's worth fighting for

01:21:33.040 Absolutely. So thank you everyone

01:21:36.300 for coming tonight and thank you

01:21:38.220 again for your donations and

01:21:40.240 for just coming, attending

01:21:42.320 loving us and supporting us, praying

01:21:44.200 for us and I wish you a good week

01:21:46.120 and we will see you back again here next
