00:00:00.000 Action for Canada is a grassroots movement reaching out to millions of Canadians and
00:00:11.920 uniting our voices in opposition to the destructive policies tearing at the fabric of our nation.
00:00:18.200 Through call to action campaigns, we equip citizens to take action.
00:00:22.840 We are committed to protecting faith, family and freedom.
00:00:27.160 Last year, in response to the constitutional measures that were passed by our various levels
00:00:32.320 of government, many dedicated people at Action for Canada launched the Boots on the Ground
00:00:37.600 business campaign.
00:00:39.320 The mission of the campaign has always been to support business owners as they navigate
00:00:43.740 their way through these unlawful and uncertain times, and we are committed to providing business
00:00:49.480 owners with information outlining their legal duties, obligations and responsibilities.
00:00:55.400 However, we now find ourselves in the remarkable position of having to expand our outreach to
00:01:01.880 include not only business owners and their employees, but also concerned citizens all across
00:01:07.380 Canada who realize that our rights and freedoms are being eroded by the various levels of government
00:01:13.640 that are supposed to be working for us.
00:01:16.740 It turns out that when the COVID-19 lockdown measures commenced across Canada in March of 2020, small
00:01:23.640 businesses all across our nation ended up getting targeted.
00:01:28.120 Even now, small business owners continue to be assaulted by the unlawful provincial measures,
00:01:33.960 and owners are at risk of closure and potential civil litigation.
00:01:39.000 Because of all the confusion and uncertainty, Action for Canada created the business campaign
00:01:44.440 and asked for volunteers to educate the business owners in their communities.
00:01:50.400 Many Canadians still do not know that by enforcing masks, social distancing, hand sanitizer, mandatory
00:01:57.020 vaccinations and vaccine passports, our Canadian constitution and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms
00:02:03.400 are being violated.
00:02:05.320 We all have the right to breathe unimpeded, to move freely, and to be assured of personal
00:02:11.020 privacy, safety and security of the person, and to not be discriminated against or bullied.
00:02:19.240 We've made a few important changes to some of our resources.
00:02:22.600 If you go to the business campaign on our website, you'll notice that our postcards have been updated
00:02:27.760 to reflect the government's proposed vaccine passports.
00:02:32.060 We've also updated the poster for businesses, which is non-discriminatory and allows customers
00:02:37.640 the right to choose under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
00:02:41.980 It's essential that we let our local businesses know that they are not required to be mask
00:02:46.780 enforcers or vaccine police as they are not under contract nor are they getting paid to
00:02:52.700 enforce mask use or to determine whether or not someone has had the COVID injection.
00:03:01.000 Any time you represent Action for Canada or share our materials, keep in mind that in
00:03:06.040 addition to providing valuable information, we also want to build trust.
00:03:11.660 Because of this, we have created a code of conduct and we ask that you are professional at all times,
00:03:17.820 in appearance and demeanor.
00:03:19.880 That you don't wear any badges or buttons identifying you as belonging to any particular group.
00:03:25.500 That you always communicate respectfully and do not engage in any physical, verbal, emotional,
00:03:31.080 threatening or abusive behavior towards business owners, their staff, customers or bystanders.
00:03:38.160 We also have a real opportunity in these very confusing, polarizing and uncertain times to
00:03:44.320 show kindness to others as we share information with them.
00:03:48.060 And we encourage you to be calm, friendly, understanding, compassionate and respectful as you interact
00:03:53.760 with others who don't yet fully understand what is going on in Canada right now.
00:03:59.940 Remember that people all over our nation are beginning to wake up to the truth of what's
00:04:03.920 really going on.
00:04:05.540 And those who might previously have been closed to the truth may now be searching for truth,
00:04:11.160 so never give up in your efforts to educate and support them.
00:04:16.400 Remember you are not required to wear a mask, provide a doctor's note or show proof of vaccination
00:04:21.880 to anyone at any time, as that is your personal medical information between you and your doctor,
00:04:28.860 and to ask for it is a violation of the Privacy Act.
00:04:33.680 On August 18th, Action for Canada reached 100% of our financial goal for the legal action.
00:04:40.820 We want to extend our most sincere gratitude to the thousands of Canadians who helped raise
00:04:45.720 this money.
00:04:47.240 We are heading into this legal battle fully armed and ready to win.
00:04:52.320 Moving forward, we ask that you will please continue to support Action for Canada financially.
00:04:58.660 Your donations enable us to work to protect Canadians' rights and freedoms through providing
00:05:03.840 effective resources, legal actions, training and more.
00:05:08.160 We are not for profit and rely solely on the contributions of our donors to support the
00:05:13.360 work we are doing.
00:05:15.600 For those of you who have not yet heard, the statement of claim has been officially filed.
00:05:21.920 On August 16th, 2021, Action for Canada and the Constitutional Rights Centre formally filed
00:05:28.060 legal action in the BC Supreme Court to hold multiple parties accountable for their actions
00:05:34.160 with respect to COVID-19 measures.
00:05:36.680 The defendants include the Government of Canada, the Government of British Columbia, various
00:05:42.640 public health officers, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation and others.
00:05:47.680 The lockdowns and the mask mandates have become more and more unpopular with Canadians, even
00:05:54.520 though all levels of government and some businesses continue to push mask use.
00:06:00.000 The expert opinions of doctors and scientists, as well as numerous peer-reviewed studies, report
00:06:05.580 that masks are ineffective in protecting people against so-called COVID-19.
00:06:11.780 And studies have proven that aerosol particles are too minute to be blocked and can easily
00:06:16.640 penetrate through and around every model of mask.
00:06:21.140 It's imperative that we continue to think critically and be aware of any changes that
00:06:26.200 are occurring at all levels of government in our ongoing effort to protect our rights
00:06:31.100 and freedoms.
00:06:33.140 We've seen how compliance to the unlawful mask mandates across our nation has created
00:06:38.480 a segment of the population who now lives in fear, bows to unlawful and unscientific government
00:06:44.640 mandates, and does the Government's bidding without question.
00:06:49.020 This fear is paving the way for uninformed citizens to accept, and then demand, mandatory
00:06:54.680 vaccinations, vaccine passports, and other unconstitutional orders.
00:07:00.140 It's time for us to stand in truth and power, to resist, to unite, and to say that we do not
00:07:07.140 comply.
00:07:09.700 Many Canadians are not fully aware that the Federal Emergency Act preamble states clearly
00:07:14.860 that emergency orders cannot and do not supersede the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the
00:07:19.980 Canadian Bill of Rights.
00:07:22.200 Please understand that as Canadians, we have inalienable rights.
00:07:27.220 And if you want to protect your rights, then you must take action.
00:07:31.640 In an effort to assist you, we have created Notices of Liability which will empower you to
00:07:37.020 protect you and your loved ones from an out-of-control government.
00:07:41.460 With these Notices, you will hold those who are violating your rights personally liable.
00:07:49.260 The Notice of Liability against Forced COVID Testing has been created in regards to any
00:07:54.980 COVID-19 testing forcibly required, mandated, or administered to Canadian citizens, including
00:08:02.200 children by the government or appointed officials, employers, educators, etc.
00:08:08.360 Please understand, you have the right to refuse COVID testing.
00:08:13.540 Based on the Genetic Non-Discrimination Act Bill S-201, it is an indictable offence to force
00:08:20.660 anyone to take a DNA test or to deny any service, employment, or education opportunity to anyone
00:08:29.240 who refuses to take such a test.
00:08:31.860 The punishment is a fine up to $1 million, or imprisonment for up to 5 years, or both.
00:08:38.320 The Notice of Liability against Forced COVID Testing will protect you and your family's
00:08:43.460 guaranteed inalienable right to bodily autonomy.
00:08:47.420 Keep in mind that no order or government mandate supersedes your guaranteed right to work,
00:08:52.320 assemble, worship, or visit your loved ones.
00:08:55.140 We cannot force you to have anything stuck into any part of your body without your 100% consent.
00:09:01.640 If you want to keep your rights and freedoms, then you must not concede, comply, or give
00:09:06.620 in to this tyranny.
00:09:09.940 The Notice of Liability for Businesses is for business owners who are visited by a government
00:09:14.800 representative such as public health officials, by-law officers, or the police.
00:09:20.480 This notice explains the rights of the business owners according to the Canadian Constitution,
00:09:25.660 the Coronation Oath, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the Bill of Rights, and the Universal
00:09:30.700 Declaration of Human Rights.
00:09:33.100 It holds the government official personally responsible for any financial injury and or
00:09:38.680 loss of personal and business income.
00:09:43.180 We also have a Notice of Liability for workers to give to their employers.
00:09:48.580 Workers are not medical professionals and, therefore, they are unlawfully practicing medicine by
00:09:54.080 prescribing, recommending, and or using coercion to insist employees submit to the experimental
00:10:00.860 medical treatment for COVID-19, namely, being injected with one of the experimental gene therapies
00:10:07.060 commonly referred to as a vaccine.
00:10:10.700 According to top constitutional lawyer Rocco Galati, government and private businesses cannot
00:10:16.200 impose mandatory vaccinations as that would be unconstitutional and or illegal and unenforceable.
00:10:25.300 Employers need to be notified that they will be held personally liable for any financial
00:10:30.080 injury and or loss of personal income if they choose to use coercion or discrimination
00:10:35.740 against you based on your decision to not participate in the COVID-19 experimental treatments.
00:10:43.200 Also on our website is our Canada-wide formal notice of liability and non-consent exemption
00:10:50.140 for students.
00:10:51.520 With this notice, you will be notifying your child's school officials that your child will
00:10:56.300 no longer wear a mask, use hand sanitizer, participate in social distancing, or take the experimental
00:11:03.220 injection.
00:11:04.800 There are four PDFs to choose from.
00:11:07.620 One is for parents who currently have a child in the education system.
00:11:12.360 Another is for concerned citizens who don't have kids in school, but who are equally interested
00:11:17.320 in stopping the experimentation of our children.
00:11:20.820 The third is for post-secondary students to give to the educational institution they are attending,
00:11:27.260 in order to protect their right to bodily autonomy.
00:11:30.780 And the fourth is for elected officials who are involved in children's care.
00:11:35.960 To be clear, what is being administered is not a vaccine, it's a harmful and deadly experimental
00:11:42.380 gene therapy.
00:11:44.020 With Action for Canada's notices of liability, you are empowered to refuse the injection and
00:11:49.880 protect yourself and your loved ones.
00:11:52.760 Please note there is no expiration date on the notices of liability, and they apply and are
00:11:58.280 in full force and effect throughout the entire 2021-2022 school season and beyond.
00:12:05.880 I'll go over the instructions for giving a notice of liability with you briefly, but do
00:12:11.460 be sure to go to the website for further details and to read the disclaimer.
00:12:16.700 Print the notice of liability, and fill in the name of the person you are serving.
00:12:21.100 One notice for each person involved.
00:12:23.540 For example, if you have more than one supervisor, or your child has more than one teacher.
00:12:29.780 Keep a photocopy, or take a photo with your phone, for your records.
00:12:34.000 Be sure to video record when serving the notice of liability in person.
00:12:38.600 If mailing, you must send it by registered mail.
00:12:42.020 Remember to keep a record of all your information, documents, videos, dates, times, etc.
00:12:50.220 Citizens are entitled to the full protection guaranteed under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms,
00:12:55.600 the Universal Declaration of Bioethics and Human Rights, the Nuremberg Code, and the medical
00:13:01.400 and legal ethic of informed consent.
00:13:04.440 The Nuremberg Code of 1947 was created at the end of the Second World War to protect citizens
00:13:11.200 from experimental medical procedures and to limit the medical power of federal governments.
00:13:18.160 Now in 2021, we are dealing with a similar crisis in the form of the new experimental COVID injections.
00:13:26.880 The Nuremberg Code stipulates that consent must be voluntary.
00:13:32.200 Telling someone that they are required to take the COVID injections or else they will lose
00:13:36.800 their job, not be permitted to go to school, or not be allowed to travel is coercion, not
00:13:43.000 voluntary consent.
00:13:45.260 Forcing medical tests and or procedures goes against every known law, including the Nuremberg
00:13:51.040 Code and must be fought against, because without medical freedom, we have no freedom at all.
00:13:59.480 Action for Canada is developing chapters across Canada to help citizens get connected in order
00:14:05.280 to share all the resources we have.
00:14:07.940 We believe there is strength in numbers.
00:14:10.420 And by building chapters across our nation, we can mobilize an incredible army of like-minded
00:14:15.640 people who will work together to protect our inalienable, God-given rights.
00:14:21.140 If you're interested in starting an Action for Canada chapter in your area and you're already

00:14:38.960 Leader as your area of interest and we'll follow up with you.
00:14:43.240 Your contact information will be kept private and will not be shared with anyone.
00:14:47.840 I should mention as well that we've had a huge increase in people wanting to volunteer
00:14:51.800 with Action for Canada, so there may be a bit of a wait as we process all the registrations.
00:14:57.680 Be sure to go to our website and see if there's a chapter near you.

00:15:15.040 for Canada resources with others.
00:15:18.600 If you or someone you know has been injured due to the COVID experimental injection, then
00:15:23.480 Canadians need to hear your story.
00:15:26.800 Action for Canada is working with Liberty.com to ensure that Canadians' vaccine injury stories
00:15:32.600 are not censored or erased and can be seen by others.
00:15:36.980 By sharing your stories, lives can be saved and injuries can be prevented.
00:15:42.220 Please join Liberty.com to upload your video.
00:15:48.520 As each day goes by, it's becoming more and more apparent to Canadians in every sector of
00:15:52.980 society that the unlawful shutdowns have nothing to do with a so-called pandemic but everything
00:15:58.700 to do with government control and the taking away of our constitutional rights and freedoms.
00:16:04.080 We're so thankful that you're standing in unity with Action for Canada and taking steps
00:16:09.200 to educate and protect your family, friends, neighbours and community.
00:16:13.880 Be sure to sign up to receive our informational emails and check out the Action for Canada
00:16:18.620 website regularly as it is constantly being updated and improved.
00:16:24.060 Thank you for joining me today and giving me this opportunity to share a bit of what Action
00:16:28.360 for Canada is all about.
00:16:30.740 God bless you and God bless Canada.
