And that's when we bring I do some announcements and bring on the special guest. And so if you're not too familiar with Action for Canada, Heather does an amazing job of walking people through some of our resources and the website. And I'm going to give that back to you, Heather, because it's 545. Let's get this party going.
00:00:29.040 Let's do it. Okay. Hello, everyone. And thank you so much for joining us today. It's Wednesday, October 27 2021. My name is Heather Fournier. And on behalf of everyone here at Action for Canada, I'd like to welcome you to tonight's orientation.
00:00:46.980 The presentation you'll be listening to will introduce you to the valuable and powerful information on the Action for Canada website, such as your rights and freedoms as Canadian citizens and the various notices of liability we offer.
00:01:01.700 Action for Canada's founder, Tanya Gaw, will open the Empower Hour at 6pm with some encouraging stories. She'll be joined by David Lindsay, the co-founder of the Common Law and Education Rights Initiative.

00:01:54.580 According to the Canadian Constitution, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the Coronation Oath, the Bill of Rights, the Canadian Human Rights Act, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights,
00:02:05.480 our freedoms are being violated by the government as they enforce masking, social distancing, hand sanitizing, mandatory vaccinations, and vaccine passports.
00:02:16.160 There are no provisions in any order of any health minister, doctor, or any provincial legislation that can override the Charter or other pre-Charter constitutional rights.
00:02:26.700 Please keep in mind that here in Canada, the Federal Emergency Act was never invoked.
00:02:31.860 The provincial orders were passed unlawfully, and the experimental injection should never have been approved for use on the public.
00:02:38.320 The Federal Emergency Act preamble states clearly that emergency orders cannot and do not supersede the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Canadian Bill of Rights.
00:02:48.880 Be advised that the so-called COVID-19 vaccine is experimental and that the trials don't conclude until 2023.
00:02:57.240 By consenting to get the COVID injection, citizens have become a part of the ongoing clinical experiment.
00:03:03.340 As citizens of Canada, we have the right to breathe unimpeded, to move freely, to be assured of personal privacy, safety, and security of the person, and to not be discriminated against or bullied.
00:03:16.080 It's imperative that we continue to think critically and be aware of all changes that are occurring at every level of government in our ongoing effort to protect our rights and freedoms.
00:03:27.000 We're seeing how compliance to the unlawful mask mandates across our nation has created a segment of the population who now lives in fear, bows to unlawful, unscientific government mandates, and does the government's bidding without question.
00:03:42.660 This fear is paving the way for uninformed citizens to accept and then demand mandatory vaccinations, vaccine passports, and other unconstitutional orders.
00:03:52.980 Please understand that we still have all our rights and freedoms in Canada, but it's vital that we educate ourselves and take a very powerful stand.
00:04:02.900 We must unite and resist this tyranny and let everyone know that we do not comply.
00:04:10.420 Vaccination is voluntary in Canada.
00:04:13.300 Even if the government attempts to mandate it, there is no law, nor can there be, as it is a violation of human rights and international agreements.
00:04:23.940 Remember, you are not required to take a COVID test, wear a mask, provide a doctor's note, or show proof of vaccination to anyone at any time, as that is your personal medical information between you and your doctor, and to ask for it is a violation of the Federal Privacy Act.
00:04:41.780 All Canadians have inalienable rights, and if you want to protect your rights, then you must take action.
00:04:50.380 In an effort to assist you, we have created various notices of liability, which will empower you to protect you and your loved ones from an out-of-control government.
00:04:59.940 With these notices, you will hold those who are violating your rights personally liable.
00:05:05.580 When you serve someone a notice of liability, you are holding that individual personally liable for any financial injury and or loss of your personal and business income,
00:05:17.820 and for any interference in your ability to provide food and shelter for your family.
00:05:22.900 If someone chooses to use coercion or discrimination against you, based on your decision to not participate in the experimental COVID-19 vaccine program,
00:05:32.860 then the notice of liability will hold them personally, civilly, and criminally liable for any injuries or deaths that may occur as a result of recommending, encouraging, advertising, mandating, facilitating, incentivizing, coercing, or administering these experimental injections to members of the public, including minors.
00:05:54.600 Keep in mind that people are unlawfully practicing medicine by prescribing, recommending, and or using coercion to insist you take any vaccine.
00:06:04.740 The notices of liability are having a powerful impact.
00:06:08.560 In response, the government, unions, and mainstream media are trying to discount their effectiveness.
00:06:15.340 Do not listen to them. They are lying in an effort to push their agenda.
00:06:19.360 The notice of liability against forced COVID testing has been created in regards to any COVID-19 testing forcibly required, mandated, or administered to Canadian citizens, including children,
00:06:34.300 by the government or appointed officials, employers, educators, etc.
00:06:39.060 Please understand, you have the right to refuse COVID testing.
00:06:43.380 Based on the Genetic Non-Discrimination Act, Bill S-201, it is an indictable offense to force anyone to take a DNA RNA test or to deny any service, employment, or education opportunity to anyone who refuses to take such a test.
00:07:01.260 It is prohibited for any person to require an individual to undergo a genetic test as a condition of A, providing goods or services to that individual,
00:07:12.460 entering into or continuing a contract or agreement with that individual,
00:07:16.960 or C, offering or continuing specific terms or conditions in a contract or agreement with that individual.
00:07:24.140 The punishment is a fine up to $1 million or imprisonment for up to five years or both.
00:07:32.800 No order or government mandate supersedes your guaranteed right to work, assemble, worship, or visit your loved ones.
00:07:39.880 It cannot force you to have anything stuck into any part of your body without your 100% consent.
00:07:46.780 Union reps are, oh, pardon me, new to the Action for Canada website is the notice of liability to give to union representatives.
00:07:58.020 Union reps are in serious breach of the employee collective agreements when they pressure or coerce union members to comply with any medical treatment,
00:08:06.520 including wearing masks, COVID testing, or submitting to any vaccine.
00:08:11.160 The union's responsibility and obligation is towards employment security and the health and welfare of its individual and collective membership.
00:08:21.360 Members should accept nothing less.
00:08:25.260 The notice of liability for businesses is for business owners who choose to remain open and defy the unlawful orders
00:08:32.460 and are then visited by a government representative such as public health officials, by-law officers, or the police.
00:08:40.420 With this notice of liability, any measures taken by a government authority to force you to comply to unlawful orders by means of instigating confrontation,
00:08:51.680 threatening to remove you, harassing you in an attempt to demean, humiliate, and or coerce you into complying,
00:08:58.360 attempting to seize you or your property, or issuing fines and or charges will be met with a human rights complaint, civil litigation, and or potential criminal charges.
00:09:11.560 We also have a notice of liability for workers to give to their employers.
00:09:16.980 According to top constitutional lawyer, Rocco Galati, both government and private businesses cannot impose mandatory vaccinations on their employees.
00:09:26.340 Mandatory vaccination in all employment context would be unconstitutional and or illegal and unenforceable.
00:09:35.640 Employers are not medical professionals, and therefore they are unlawfully practicing medicine by prescribing, recommending,
00:09:43.500 and or using coercion to insist employees submit to the experimental COVID-19 injection.
00:09:49.680 The notice of liability for elected officials informs the elected officials in your community
00:09:58.680 that they have absolutely no authority or jurisdiction to authorize or prescribe medical treatments,
00:10:05.380 and that they must cease and desist.
00:10:08.080 Medical professionals are unlawfully practicing medicine by prescribing, recommending, and or using coercion
00:10:16.480 to insist the public, including minors, submit to the experimental COVID-19 injection.
00:10:23.020 It's a further violation for medical personnel to refuse to care for anyone who chooses not to be vaccinated.
00:10:31.240 Tens of thousands of deaths are being reported from taking the experimental injection.
00:10:35.940 The usual protocol is that if a vaccine causes 50 deaths, it is immediately pulled from the market.
00:10:43.940 The government, health officers, and mainstream media have been completely silent in reporting the severe reactions,
00:10:50.700 including death, and instead are continuing to promote the so-called vaccine.
00:10:55.420 Therefore, notify anyone administering this experimental shot today that they are on notice
00:11:02.200 and will be held personally liable for any death, injury, and or loss of personal income
00:11:08.060 as a result of their participation in giving this shot.

00:11:57.060 in order to protect their right to bodily autonomy.
00:12:01.020 And the fourth is for elected officials who are involved in children's care.

00:12:08.940 and they apply and are in full force and effect throughout the entire 2021-2022 school season and beyond.
00:12:16.920 Please take action by sending the notice of liabilities to teachers, principals, teachers' unions,
00:12:23.380 ministers of education, school board trustees, district superintendents, etc.
00:12:27.840 This notice of liability allows you to take action and inform all individuals who oversee minor sports and performing arts that they must cease and desist,
00:12:39.520 and they will be held personally, civilly, and criminally liable if they continue to prescribe, recommend, coerce, or insist your children submit to the experimental COVID injection.
00:12:50.900 Private stores and businesses cannot legally ask to see your VAX passport.
00:12:57.900 You have the guaranteed right to life, liberty, and security of the person, including the right to access services without discrimination or hardship.
00:13:08.500 By attempting to impose a vaccine on patrons in exchange for services,
00:13:13.580 business owners are infringing on guaranteed human rights and are putting themselves personally at risk of lawsuits.
00:13:20.240 I'm going to go over how to serve the notice of liability.
00:13:26.000 Be sure to have at least two copies of the appropriate notice of liability on hand.
00:13:31.120 You'll probably want to have extra copies as well, just in case you need to serve others who are infringing on your rights and freedoms.
00:13:37.940 Fill in both copies with the name of the person you are serving, one notice per person.
00:13:43.100 Sign and date the bottom.
00:13:44.920 Keep one copy for yourself and either deliver it personally or send it by registered mail.
00:13:49.640 You do not need a notary or the person you are serving to sign it, just you.
00:13:55.040 For parents, do not give the notice of liability to your minor child to serve.
00:13:59.900 We do not suggest or recommend that you email the notice of liability.
00:14:04.200 To serve the document personally, you or someone acting on your behalf will simply hand the document to the defendant or other party.
00:14:12.480 If the person refuses to take it, you can drop it on the floor at their feet.
00:14:16.960 This applies throughout Canada.
00:14:18.460 You do not need a lawyer to serve a notice of liability.
00:14:24.100 Keep a photocopy of the notice for your records and take a photo with your phone.
00:14:29.120 Keep copies of everything, including times, videos, all documents, as well as your personal notes of what happened.
00:14:36.520 Have someone record you as you give the notice of liability.
00:14:39.380 The notice of liability and the video recording will serve as evidence that you fully advised the person that they were in violation of your rights and the law.
00:14:48.860 By serving the notices of liability, you are making a powerful statement, which in turn could empower others to take a stand to no longer comply with unlawful orders or do the government's dirty work.
00:15:00.680 Also new to the Action for Canada website is the Advanced Medical Directive.
00:15:07.320 If you're concerned about the possibility of going to the hospital as a result of an emergency and being given the COVID-19 injection without your consent, then be sure to sign this directive and attach it to your medical card.
00:15:21.060 This directive clearly states your non-consent to any COVID-19 protocols and has been designed in such a way that it covers your personal details on your care card.
00:15:31.840 It should be taped to your care card to keep it secure and also as further proof that it has been seen by the medical professionals as they will have to remove it to get your care card number.
