in British Columbia and I have decided not to take the COVID-19 jab. I had a meeting with my

manager and with HR today to discuss my vaccination status and to inform me that I would be terminated

for not taking the shot. After listening to my manager read the employer's message as per the

mandate, I then took a few minutes to put her on notice. I told her I would hold her personally

liable for any loss of income I suffer due to the unlawful actions against me by interfering with

my right to gain gainful to gainful employment. I told her that she was personally not protected

under any act or statute that is in violation with the Canadian rule of law, constitution

and charter rights and freedoms. I have put her on notice and told her she was duly warned.

As I was reading my notice to her, HR tried to put a stop to me from speaking and told me

I needed to speak to the PHO if I had anything to say. I told her no, this was for my manager

and I kept on reading the notice. The next thing I knew both HR and management hung up.

So the meeting ended. A short while later, I had received a message from some colleagues

saying their meeting for the day had been cancelled. Apparently any other meetings will be scheduled

by someone else. She has been advised to not schedule any more meetings going forward. So I just want to say
