In this episode, we discuss the need to protect yourself, your job, and your children from forced vaccinations, hand sanitizing, COVID testing, and mandatory vaccination passports. The government does not have the authority to force Canadian citizens to take part in these tests. All Canadians have inalienable rights, and if you want to protect your rights, then you must take action to protect them by holding those who violate them personally liable.

00:00:00.000 Welcome, welcome everyone. It's so good to see you all here tonight and thank you for joining us.
00:00:08.340 Thank you also for your kind comments in the chat and for holding us up in prayer.
00:00:14.100 You encourage us so much.
00:00:18.440 Protect yourself, your job, and your children.
00:00:22.540 Personal liability is a critical weapon in this war against individual rights and freedoms.
00:00:27.500 All Canadians have inalienable rights, and according to the Canadian Constitution and Charter of Rights and Freedoms,
00:00:34.540 the Coronation Oath, the Bill of Rights, the Canadian Human Rights Act, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights,
00:00:42.020 our freedoms are being violated by the government as they enforce masking, social distancing, hand sanitizing, COVID testing, mandatory vaccinations, and vaccine passports.
00:00:54.020 There are no provisions in any order of any health minister, doctor, or any provincial legislation that can override the Charter or other pre-charter constitutional rights.
00:01:06.960 The so-called COVID vaccines are experimental and should never have been approved for use on the public.
00:01:14.140 These experimental trials don't conclude until 2023.
00:01:20.220 By consenting to get the COVID injection, citizens have become a part of the ongoing clinical experiment.
00:01:27.800 As citizens of Canada, we have the right to breathe unimpeded, to move freely,
00:01:33.120 to be assured of personal privacy, safety, and security of the person,
00:01:38.020 and to not be discriminated against or bullied.
00:01:41.740 No order or government mandate supersedes your guaranteed rights.
00:01:46.220 As a Canadian citizen, you have the guaranteed right to work, assemble, worship, and visit your family and friends.
00:01:54.720 No one can force you to have anything stuck into any part of your body without your 100% consent.
00:02:01.420 If you do not want to lose your rights, then you must take action to protect them by holding those who are violating your rights personally liable.
00:02:10.780 In an effort to assist you, Action for Canada's Notices of Liability and Non-Consent Forms have been created to protect you
00:02:18.440 and to empower you to stand up against the unlawful mandates that our tyrannical government is attempting to force on Canadian citizens.
00:02:27.740 For more information, be sure to go to the Action for Canada website.
00:02:43.720 All Canadians have inalienable rights, and if you want to protect your rights, then you must take action.
00:02:50.020 Vaccination is voluntary in Canada, and anyone, including employers or businesses,
00:02:56.820 are unlawfully practicing medicine by prescribing, recommending, and or using coercion to insist you take any vaccine.
00:03:05.700 Even if the government attempts to mandate it, there is no law, nor can there be,
00:03:10.720 as it is a violation of human rights and international agreements.
00:03:14.980 If anyone attempts to coerce you or discriminates against you based on your decision to not participate
00:03:21.820 in the experimental COVID-19 vaccine program, then be sure to serve them Action for Canada's Notices of Liability.
00:03:30.340 The Notice of Liability will hold them personally, civilly, and criminally liable for any injuries or deaths
00:03:36.880 that may occur as a result of recommending, encouraging, advertising, mandating, facilitating, incentivizing,
00:03:45.200 coercing, or administering these experimental injections to members of the public, including minors.
00:03:52.980 The NOLs will also hold individuals personally liable for any financial injury and or loss of your personal and business income,
00:04:01.260 and for any interference in your ability to provide food and shelter for your family.
00:04:07.180 Our Notice of Liability Against Forced COVID Testing has been created in regards to any COVID-19 testing
00:04:13.660 forcibly required, mandated, or administered to Canadian citizens, including children, by the government,
00:04:21.060 or appointed officials, employers, educators, etc.
00:04:24.720 Any blood test, saliva test, nose, or throat swab potentially comes under the category of a DNA test
00:04:32.220 and cannot be administered without your 100% consent.
00:04:37.040 The Notice of Liability for businesses is for business owners who choose to remain open and defy the unlawful orders
00:04:43.460 and are then visited by a government representative, such as public health officials, by-law officers, or the police.
00:04:50.860 We also have a Notice of Liability for workers to give to their employers.
00:04:56.260 According to top constitutional lawyer Rocco Galati, both government and private businesses
00:05:01.560 cannot impose mandatory vaccinations on their employees.
00:05:06.000 Mandatory vaccination in all employee context would be unconstitutional and or illegal and unenforceable.
00:05:14.120 Union reps are in serious breach of the employee collective agreements
00:05:18.020 when they pressure or coerce union members to comply with any medical treatment,
00:05:23.060 including wearing masks, COVID testing, or submitting to any vaccine.
00:05:28.600 The union's responsibility and obligation is towards employment security
00:05:32.920 and the health and welfare of its individual and collective membership.
00:05:37.700 Remember, you are not addressing them in their capacity as a union rep,
00:05:41.780 but as a citizen who is committing an indictable offense.
00:05:45.100 The Notice of Liability for elected officials informs the elected officials in your community
00:05:50.960 that they have absolutely no authority or jurisdiction to authorize or prescribe medical treatments
00:05:57.260 and that they must cease and desist.
00:06:00.700 Medical professionals are unlawfully practicing medicine by prescribing, recommending,
00:06:05.400 and or using coercion to insist the public, including minors,
00:06:09.420 submit to the experimental COVID-19 injection.
00:06:12.300 It's a further violation for medical personnel to refuse care to anyone who chooses not to be vaccinated.
00:06:20.100 Hundreds of thousands of deaths are being reported worldwide as a result of taking the experimental injection.
00:06:26.840 The usual protocol is that if a vaccine causes 50 deaths, it is immediately pulled from the market.
00:06:32.840 The government, health officials, and mainstream media have been completely silent in reporting the severe reactions,
00:06:40.140 including death, and instead are continuing to promote the so-called vaccine.
00:06:45.600 Therefore, notify anyone administering this experimental shot today that they are on notice
00:06:51.360 and will be held personally liable for any death, injury, and or loss of personal income
00:06:57.260 as a result of their participation in giving this shot.
00:07:00.680 This includes public health nurses, doctors, pharmacists, firefighters, etc.
00:07:06.840 Also on our website is our Canada-wide formal notice of liability and non-consent exemption for students.
00:07:13.700 With these notices, you will be notifying your child's school officials
00:07:17.460 that your child will no longer wear a mask, use hand sanitizer,
00:07:22.200 participate in social distancing, or take the experimental COVID injection.
00:07:27.060 We have an NOL for parents who currently have a minor child in the education system.
00:07:34.180 One for concerned citizens who don't have kids in school but who are equally interested
00:07:38.760 in stopping the experimentation of our children.
00:07:42.260 One for post-secondary students to give to the educational institution they're attending
00:07:47.140 in order to protect their right to bodily autonomy.
00:07:50.440 As well as one for kids in sports and the performing arts.
00:07:55.560 Take action by sending the notices of liability to teachers, principals, teachers' unions, ministers
00:08:01.500 of education, school board trustees, district superintendents, etc.
00:08:06.780 Private stores and businesses in your community cannot legally ask to see your vaccine passport.
00:08:11.940 You have the guaranteed right to life, liberty, and security of the person,
00:08:17.320 including the right to access services without discrimination or hardship.
00:08:22.140 By attempting to impose a vaccine on patrons in exchange for services,
00:08:26.840 business owners are infringing on guaranteed human rights
00:08:30.080 and are putting themselves personally at risk of lawsuits.
00:08:34.140 The media has ethical journalistic standards to meet,
00:08:37.560 and when they are in violation of these standards, there are consequences.
00:08:41.940 The media needs to be held personally liable for the distortion of facts
00:08:46.420 and the deception they've committed in regards to withholding information
00:08:50.240 and or promoting hate speech, including, but not limited to,
00:08:54.940 the harms of masking, lockdowns, social distancing, ECR testing,
00:09:00.080 the experimental COVID injections, as well as targeted attacks against any dissenting voice,
00:09:06.080 including churches and medical professionals.
00:09:09.080 It's time to hold the media to account.
00:09:11.940 Be sure to serve this notice to executives, producers, editors, directors,
00:09:17.140 writers, reporters, anchors, radio and TV hosts, etc.
00:09:22.340 The notices of liability are having a powerful impact.
00:09:26.260 In response, the government, unions, and mainstream media
00:09:29.880 are trying to discount their effectiveness.
00:09:33.240 Do not listen to them.
00:09:34.320 They are lying in an effort to push their agenda.
00:09:38.360 Be sure to go to our website for more information
00:09:41.060 and to download Action for Canada's notices of liability.
00:09:45.000 All Canadians, including children, need to know that it is illegal to be bullied or abused.
00:09:55.900 In an effort to assist you, Action for Canada has created the iCare card
00:10:01.000 to enable you to take immediate action to stop bullying or abuse.
00:10:05.540 Harassment, bullying, coercion, duress, force, or overreach is described as
00:10:12.740 Any unsolicited and or unwelcome conduct, comments, gestures, or contact
00:10:18.300 which causes offense or humiliation
00:10:20.560 Any bullying or actions based on race, religious beliefs, skin color, physical or mental disability,
00:10:28.220 medical choices, age, ancestry, marital status, source of income, gender, etc.
00:10:34.500 Any physical harm which creates fear or mistrust
00:10:37.980 or which compromises and or devalues the individual
00:10:41.580 Any exclusion, segregation, or isolation of individuals
00:10:46.100 Any intimidation, cyberbullying, displaying or circulating offensive pictures
00:10:51.660 or material in either print or electronic form
00:10:55.260 Deliberately setting up the individual to fail
00:10:58.300 Intentionally withholding information or giving wrong information
00:11:02.500 Taking away work or responsibility without cause
00:11:06.320 It is well documented that violence and harassment can seriously compromise any environment
00:11:12.400 For the victim, abuse can result in anger, depression, guilt, self-doubt, anxiety, and PTSD-type symptoms
00:11:21.880 Abuse can be damaging for others as well
00:11:24.840 as they may no longer feel safe or comfortable at work or school
00:11:28.720 This may lead to lost productivity and decreased work performance
00:11:33.540 Parents and employees, be sure to fill out the iCare card
00:11:37.820 to report potential hazards or events of objectionable or unwelcome conduct
00:11:42.680 including comments, threats, bullying, and physical or psychological harm
00:11:48.080 The purpose of this program is to develop a positive safety culture in our daily environment
00:11:53.820 including that of our children
00:11:55.540 and to grow the type of culture where unsafe conditions and unsafe acts are noticed and corrected
00:12:02.060 For more information, be sure to visit the Action for Canada website

00:12:30.640 and to pursue the gaining of a livelihood in any province
00:12:34.460 Everyone has the right to life, liberty, and security of the person
00:12:38.720 and the right to not be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice
00:12:44.840 Everyone has the right to be secure against unreasonable search and seizure
00:12:50.160 In addition, Section 9 states that everyone has the right not to be arbitrarily detained or imprisoned
00:12:57.200 Section 8 also covers the right to personal and medical privacy
00:13:01.600 The values underlying the privacy interest protected by Section 8 are dignity, integrity, and autonomy
00:13:09.320 The personal, territorial, and informational protection Section 8 provides for privacy
00:13:14.960 is essential not only to human dignity, but also to the functioning of our democratic society
00:13:21.200 As such, Section 8 protects a sphere of individual autonomy within which people have the right to be let alone
00:13:29.100 and on which the state cannot intrude without permission
00:13:32.860 If you are stopped by the police, always be polite, but know your rights

00:13:42.000 Why have I been pulled over?

00:13:49.040 I'm performing an essential service
00:13:51.600 The Charter of Rights, our foundational law, provides the right to travel free of harassment

00:14:54.380 This so-called fraudulent pandemic is not over
00:15:14.480 They are not done with you yet
00:15:16.880 They have hit the pause button
00:15:19.360 I want you to know what's coming in the fall
00:15:21.960 They are going to hit you harder than ever
00:15:25.020 They are letting you above the water right now for a moment to breathe
00:15:29.780 To let you think it's over
00:15:31.660 So what we need to do in these next months is we need to continue to mobilize the masses
00:15:38.220 And work together toward the greatest shift in government this country has ever witnessed
00:15:44.840 And we need to call on God to raise up incredible men and women to lead
00:15:51.320 Men and women of integrity
00:15:53.080 Men and women who understand the issues and are willing to speak against them with every fiber of their being
00:16:00.540 We need to know who we vote for and where they stand on critical issues
00:16:05.320 How do we stop this at the grassroots level?
00:16:09.380 Join Action for Canada
00:16:11.380 Join a chapter
00:16:13.140 We have Vancouver, Langley, all throughout the lower mainland
00:16:16.140 We have 150 chapters nationwide and we're shooting for a minimum of 338 to be in every riding
00:16:23.380 Because our mission is absolutely 100% to replace everyone at all levels of government who have been going along with this
00:16:33.440 School trustees, mayors, city councils, MPPs, MLAs, and MPs
00:16:39.620 And this is the community that's going to bring about change
00:16:42.680 We're going to recruit really good people of integrity to run for office and we're going to get them a win
00:16:48.720 We've already done it with two school trustees running the districts up north
00:16:53.720 Two stepped down in October and in January there was a vote and our chapters got involved
00:16:58.640 And they supported two particular leaders who were on our side and both of them won their seat
00:17:03.960 We need to do this nationwide
00:17:07.060 Thank you, God bless you, and God bless Canada
00:17:18.720 Thank you, God bless you, and God bless you
