Action4Canada - A4C Orientation December-01-2022 Website Orientation

00:00:00.000 Protect yourself, your job, and your children.

00:00:14.900 Personal liability is a critical weapon in the war against individual rights and freedoms.

00:00:21.020 All Canadians have inalienable rights, and according to the Canadian Constitution and

00:00:26.700 Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the Coronation Oath, the Bill of Rights, the Canadian Human

00:00:32.260 Rights Act, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, our freedoms are being violated

00:00:38.120 by the government as they enforce masking, social distancing, hand sanitizing, COVID testing,

00:00:45.360 travel mandates, mandatory vaccinations, and vaccine passports.

00:00:50.680 There are no provisions in any order of any health minister, doctor, or any provincial

00:00:57.700 legislation that can override the Charter or other pre-charter constitutional rights.

00:01:04.200 The so-called COVID vaccines are experimental and should never have been approved for use

00:01:10.120 on the public.

00:01:11.520 These experimental trials don't conclude until 2023.

00:01:15.820 By consenting to get the COVID injection, citizens have become a part of the ongoing clinical

00:01:22.300 experiment.

00:01:23.620 As citizens of Canada, we have the right to breathe unimpeded, to move freely, and to be

00:01:29.740 assured of personal privacy, safety, and security of the person, and to not be discriminated

00:01:36.360 against or bullied.

00:01:37.620 No order or government mandate supersedes your guaranteed rights.

00:01:42.640 As a Canadian citizen, you have the guaranteed right to work, assemble, worship, and visit

00:01:49.540 your family and friends.

00:01:51.720 No one can force you to have anything stuck into any part of your body without your 100%

00:01:57.620 consent.

00:01:58.800 If you do not want to lose your rights, then you must take action to protect them by holding

00:02:03.820 those who are violating your rights personally liable.

00:02:07.240 In an effort to assist you, Action for Canada's Notices of Liability and Non-Consent forms have

00:02:14.100 been created to protect you and to empower you to stand up against the unlawful mandates

00:02:19.960 that our tyrannical government is attempting to force on Canadian citizens.

00:02:25.040 By using these notices, you will hold those who are violating your rights personally liable.

00:02:30.640 Be sure to always take videos of any interactions involving anything COVID-related, and remember

00:02:37.540 that in Canada, you can legally record any conversation that you are a part of without the other person's

00:02:43.920 knowledge or consent.

00:02:45.900 If possible, have other people you're with record the interaction as well.

00:02:50.620 Be sure to document in writing everything that transpired as soon as you can while it's

00:02:55.900 still fresh in your mind.

00:02:57.520 Once you've closed your file, don't add to it, but instead create a new file with any

00:03:03.640 new details, observations, or remarks.

00:03:07.140 Keep all your information, such as photos, videos, copies of the NOLs, proof of mailing,

00:03:13.320 etc., in a safe place for future use.

00:03:17.000 All this can be used as evidence.

00:03:19.780 And remember, you do not need a lawyer to serve a notice of liability, and you do not need the

00:03:25.740 consent or the signature of the person you are serving it to.

00:03:34.200 All Canadians, including children, need to know that it is illegal to be bullied or abused.

00:03:41.100 In an effort to assist you, Action for Canada has created the I Care Card to enable you to take

00:03:47.940 immediate action to stop bullying or abuse.

00:03:51.660 Harassment, bullying, coercion, duress, force, or overreach is described as any unsolicited and

00:03:59.000 or unwelcome conduct, comments, gestures, or contact which causes offense or humiliation.

00:04:05.780 Any bullying or actions based on race, religious beliefs, skin color, physical or mental disability,

00:04:15.000 medical choices, age, ancestry, marital status, source of income, gender, etc.

00:04:24.180 Any physical harm which creates fear or mistrust, or which compromises and or devalues the individual.

00:04:31.420 Any exclusion, segregation, or isolation of individuals.

00:04:37.220 Any intimidation, cyberbullying, displaying or circulating offensive pictures or material

00:04:43.380 in either print or electronic form.

00:04:46.240 Deliberately setting up the individual to fail.

00:04:49.440 Intentionally withholding information or giving wrong information.

00:04:54.220 Taking away work or responsibility without cause.

00:04:57.660 It is well documented that violence and harassment can seriously compromise any environment.

00:05:05.020 For the victim, abuse can result in anger, depression, guilt, self-doubt, anxiety, and PTSD-type symptoms.

00:05:15.000 Abuse can be damaging for others as well, as they may no longer feel safe or comfortable at work or school,

00:05:22.100 which may lead to lost productivity and decreased work performance.

00:05:27.660 Parents and employees, be sure to fill out the iCare card to report potential hazards or events

00:05:34.680 of objectionable or unwelcome conduct, including comments, threats, bullying, and physical or psychological harm.

00:05:42.920 The purpose of this program is to develop a positive safety culture in our daily environment,

00:05:49.400 including that of our children, and to grow the type of culture where unsafe conditions

00:05:54.920 and unsafe acts are noticed and corrected.

00:05:58.620 Every citizen of Canada has the right to enter, remain in, and leave Canada.

00:06:17.540 Every citizen of Canada and every person who has the status of a permanent resident of Canada

00:06:23.940 has the right to move to and take up residence in any province

00:06:28.460 and to pursue the gaining of a livelihood in any province.

00:06:33.360 Everyone has the right to life, liberty, and security of the person

00:06:37.340 and the right to not be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice.

00:06:43.940 Everyone has the right to be secure against unreasonable search and seizure.

00:06:50.480 In addition, Section 9 states that everyone has the right not to be arbitrarily detained or imprisoned.

00:06:58.080 Section 8 also covers the right to personal and medical privacy.

00:07:03.000 The values underlying the privacy interest protected by Section 8 are dignity, integrity, and autonomy.

00:07:10.540 The personal, territorial, and informational protection Section 8 provides for privacy

00:07:16.720 is essential not only to human dignity, but also to the functioning of our democratic society.

00:07:24.260 As such, Section 8 protects a sphere of individual autonomy within which people have the right to be let alone

00:07:32.040 and on which the state cannot intrude without permission.

00:07:36.100 Section 9. If you are stopped by the police, always be polite, but know your rights.

00:07:42.280 The recommended response is to ask the officer,

00:07:46.660 Why have I been pulled over?

00:07:48.700 If you're questioned about where you're going or why you are not at home, state the following,

00:07:54.380 I'm performing an essential service.

00:07:57.060 The Charter of Rights, our foundational law, provides the right to travel free of harassment.

00:08:02.620 Your oath and the Police Services Act agree.

00:08:07.420 The Charter also gives me the right to remain silent.

00:08:11.120 Following this statement, say nothing further, or, if need be, repeat the statement.

00:08:17.100 If you're questioned about your personal medical information, such as requesting vaccination status,

00:08:23.220 refer to the section on guaranteed right to privacy above

00:08:26.720 and remind them of their oath to uphold the Constitution and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

00:08:33.160 Provide your driver's license, insurance, and vehicle registration only if asked, but remain silent.

00:08:39.960 If you are issued a ticket, accept the ticket and immediately file to dispute it.

00:08:45.560 As long as you identify yourself verbally or with documents when requested,

00:08:50.360 the police have no arrest authority.

00:08:52.640 If the police show up at your home, do not answer the door and do not invite them in.

00:08:58.900 They require a Crown Warrant to enter and also need reasonable cause to do so.

00:09:12.000 If you're planning to travel either within Canada or abroad,

00:09:16.100 be sure to check out Action for Canada's Domestic and International Notice of Liability.

00:09:21.340 If you are a citizen of Canada or a permanent resident,

00:09:26.120 you have the legal right to travel within Canada and to enter or leave Canada at any time.

00:09:32.620 You also have the guaranteed right to travel without delay or hindrance

00:09:36.820 and to have access to any assistance and protection you may require.

00:09:41.860 A valid Canadian passport is all that is required,

00:09:45.060 and if anyone requests additional verification,

00:09:48.800 such as a driver's license, address, or phone number,

00:09:52.400 they are impinging on your fundamental right to travel freely.

00:09:56.980 Canadian citizens are not required to provide personal or medical information

00:10:01.980 to any transportation personnel, border guard, or public health official.

00:10:07.300 The government's unlawful domestic and international travel mandates,

00:10:12.340 including the use of ARRIVE CAN,

00:10:14.680 are in violation of our Constitution,

00:10:17.560 which is the supreme law of Canada

00:10:19.580 and envelops the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

00:10:23.820 Action for Canada provides step-by-step instructions

00:10:26.900 on how to serve this Notice of Liability,

00:10:29.700 as well as detailed guidelines on how to respond to Border Services officers,

00:10:35.800 health officials, the RCMP, and airline personnel

00:10:39.460 if they try to enforce the unlawful travel mandates,

00:10:43.720 including the ARRIVE CAN app.

00:10:46.500 As a Canadian citizen, you have the right to unhindered mobility.

00:10:51.800 You have the right to be treated with respect and dignity.

00:10:55.540 Have you heard about Action for Canada's new Notice of Liability

00:11:09.060 regarding the CSE and SOGI123 learning resources?

00:11:13.960 CSE stands for Comprehensive Sexuality Education,

00:11:18.420 and it's a learning platform that was developed

00:11:20.520 within the context of a program

00:11:22.400 being implemented by the United Nations Educational,

00:11:26.080 Scientific, and Cultural Organization,

00:11:28.780 also known as UNESCO.

00:11:31.200 SOGI stands for Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity,

00:11:35.300 and it's a learning resource

00:11:36.700 that was added to BC and Alberta school curriculums in 2016.

00:11:41.760 It was introduced as an anti-bullying program

00:11:44.620 to gain acceptance.

00:11:46.640 Action for Canada has been working to bring awareness

00:11:49.140 to this agenda since almost the very beginning

00:11:51.780 of the CSE and SOGI resources being introduced,

00:11:55.820 and in May of 2022,

00:11:58.340 we provided a report exposing the United Nations

00:12:01.740 in their bid to sexualize our children 0.91

00:12:04.000 through the education system.

00:12:06.240 This extensive report provided examples

00:12:08.840 of pornographic books recommended by the ARC Foundation

00:12:12.120 and SOGI123 that are now accessible to our kids

00:12:16.300 from kindergarten through grade 12

00:12:18.360 in schools and public libraries.

00:12:21.320 In response, Action for Canada created the Notice of Liability

00:12:25.300 advising school trustees, ministers of education,

00:12:28.840 teachers, librarians, etc.,

00:12:30.940 that they will be held personally liable

00:12:33.320 for exposing minor children and youth

00:12:35.800 to any form of pornography

00:12:37.780 or sexually explicit material,

00:12:40.760 including any activities or organizations

00:12:43.520 that promote sexual deviancy

00:12:45.960 and the exploitation of minors.

00:12:49.100 By using this valuable NOL,

00:12:51.420 you have the ability to demand

00:12:53.140 that the CSE and SOGI123 programs

00:12:56.180 be immediately and completely removed

00:12:58.900 from libraries and the education system,

00:13:01.940 and that all educational facilities,

00:13:04.480 including libraries,

00:13:05.620 cease and desist promotion

00:13:07.740 of any and all activities,

00:13:10.140 including performers and clubs

00:13:11.840 that are exploiting our innocent,

00:13:14.220 impressionable, and vulnerable children and youth.

00:13:17.940 This Notice of Liability can be used

00:13:19.860 by parents, grandparents, and concerned citizens.

00:13:23.960 Here are a few actions you can take

00:13:25.900 to protect our youth.

00:13:27.640 Pull your children out of public schools

00:13:29.740 and universities.

00:13:31.500 Run, facilitate, join, or help

00:13:33.860 with a homeschool group.

00:13:35.080 Write letters and serve notices of liability.

00:13:38.660 Run for office as a school board trustee,

00:13:41.500 mayor, or city council member.

00:13:43.840 Connect with an Action for Canada chapter near you.

00:13:47.500 Our children and youth are our most precious

00:13:49.920 and valuable resource,

00:13:51.580 and we must protect them.

00:13:53.360 With recent talk of reintroducing mask mandates

00:14:07.920 in schools,

00:14:08.840 it is vital that we take a stand

00:14:11.160 to protect our innocent and vulnerable children.

00:14:14.320 The government is currently advising

00:14:16.580 and will possibly be mandating

00:14:18.520 that children once again wear masks.

00:14:21.140 There is absolutely no medical evidence

00:14:24.300 to support this decision.

00:14:26.740 In fact, masking children has proven

00:14:28.960 to cause severe emotional and psychological trauma,

00:14:32.780 respiratory distress,

00:14:34.200 and it hinders their social and emotional development

00:14:37.360 due to the lack of facial communication exposure.

00:14:41.800 Masks are not legislated in Canada.

00:14:44.580 It is not law and cannot be made law

00:14:47.760 because it is in violation of a citizen's right

00:14:50.520 to breathe freely.

00:14:54.780 Masks have been proven useless

00:14:56.720 in protecting against the spread

00:14:58.640 of aerosol-sized respiratory illnesses,

00:15:01.540 so wearing a mask only gives a person

00:15:03.800 a false sense of security.

00:15:06.320 Masks have never before been used on children

00:15:08.640 in response to the yearly cold and flu season,

00:15:11.380 and they are certainly not required now.

00:15:15.100 Did you know BC's health officer,

00:15:17.180 Dr. Bonnie Henry,

00:15:18.340 was one of the expert witnesses

00:15:20.060 who was instrumental in overturning

00:15:22.280 the mask mandate

00:15:23.260 in the 2015 Ontario Nurses' Tribunal hearing?

00:15:27.240 During that hearing,

00:15:28.420 she provided evidence

00:15:29.600 on the ineffectiveness of masks.

00:15:32.520 The arbitrator in this case ruled

00:15:34.460 that masks were punitive, discriminatory,

00:15:37.160 and meant to push vaccination,

00:15:38.780 and stated that Dr. Henry's evidence

00:15:41.300 was a decisive factor

00:15:43.000 in reaching his conclusion.

00:15:45.300 On December 4th of 2019,

00:15:47.940 Bonnie Henry signed an agreement

00:15:49.500 in support of BC nurses

00:15:51.520 based on the Ontario arbitrator's decision.

00:15:55.220 On multiple occasions,

00:15:56.880 Bonnie Henry has admitted

00:15:58.280 that masks don't work.

00:16:01.380 I've always supported wearing masks.

00:16:04.240 I've never said don't wear them.

00:16:06.060 I've always said wear them

00:16:07.140 where it's appropriate.

00:16:07.920 We don't recommend that people

00:16:09.660 who are well wear them

00:16:11.280 because it is not an effective way

00:16:13.520 of protecting yourself.

00:16:14.780 And we know that it actually

00:16:16.480 can be irritating

00:16:17.440 and people are more likely

00:16:18.520 to touch their face

00:16:19.700 when they have a mask on.

00:16:21.660 And that can be a way

00:16:22.640 of inoculating yourself.

00:16:24.620 If I'm not sick,

00:16:25.820 it's not effective.

00:16:26.840 It's not something that

00:16:27.820 when I'm out in public,

00:16:28.920 it's going to protect me in any way.

00:16:30.960 We don't want people wearing it

00:16:32.400 all day long, for example.

00:16:34.000 We cannot rely on a mask

00:16:37.300 because the mask

00:16:38.300 is not what keeps us safe.

00:16:40.500 And masks for long periods of time

00:16:42.420 are not recommended

00:16:43.440 by anybody in any situation.

00:16:46.260 We're not wearing masks now.

00:16:47.600 Would we be safer right now

00:16:48.780 if we had masks on?

00:16:50.160 No.

00:16:50.860 You see, these are the things

00:16:51.820 that we have learned.

00:16:52.800 I've always supported wearing masks.

00:16:55.340 I've never said don't wear them.

00:16:57.140 I've always said wear them

00:16:58.240 where it's appropriate.

00:17:00.420 Bonnie Henry is not the only one

00:17:02.700 who admits that masks don't work.

00:17:05.100 In fact, numerous peer-reviewed studies,

00:17:07.920 as well as the expert opinions

00:17:09.700 of qualified doctors and scientists,

00:17:12.660 report masks are ineffective.

00:17:15.440 The reason?

00:17:16.600 Aerosol particles are too fine

00:17:18.660 to be blocked.

00:17:19.960 They are so minute

00:17:20.760 that they easily penetrate

00:17:22.240 through and around masks.

00:17:25.180 Therefore, forcing children

00:17:26.560 to wear masks

00:17:27.580 is not only cruel,

00:17:29.100 it's abusive.

00:17:30.580 In response,

00:17:31.440 Action for Canada

00:17:32.700 has created a cover letter

00:17:34.500 and we ask that you serve it

00:17:36.520 along with the notice of liability

00:17:38.280 to anyone who is mandating

00:17:40.560 that children once again be masked.

00:17:42.980 For example,

00:17:44.000 school board trustees,

00:17:45.320 superintendents,

00:17:46.500 ministers of education,

00:17:47.960 principals,

00:17:48.720 teachers, etc.

00:17:49.840 in order to prevent

00:17:51.140 further mask mandates

00:17:52.380 being imposed

00:17:53.260 on our precious children.

00:17:55.380 Please stand up for our kids

00:17:57.340 and be sure to share this information

00:17:59.400 on your social media

00:18:00.560 and with your friends.

00:18:02.540 Be a wonderful example

00:18:04.060 and refuse to put on a mask.

00:18:06.820 Let your children, 0.90

00:18:08.180 grandchildren,

00:18:08.860 neighbors and friends

00:18:09.720 see your beautiful smile

00:18:11.380 as you advocate

00:18:12.520 for the right to breathe

00:18:13.640 unimpeded and mask-free.

00:18:15.820 Hi, I'm Tanya Gaw

00:18:30.020 with Action for Canada.

00:18:31.720 School boards

00:18:32.380 and teachers' unions

00:18:33.380 across Canada

00:18:34.280 are mandating masks,

00:18:36.040 social distancing

00:18:36.800 and hand sanitizer.

00:18:38.860 This is causing harm

00:18:40.100 to our children and youth

00:18:41.280 both physically

00:18:42.080 and psychologically.

00:18:43.480 This is even though

00:18:45.140 the science tells us

00:18:46.440 that children and youth

00:18:47.820 are at nearly 0% chance

00:18:49.840 of contracting

00:18:50.560 or transmitting this virus.

00:18:53.100 They are creating

00:18:53.800 a mass culture,

00:18:55.160 trying to normalize something

00:18:56.420 that just isn't normal.

00:18:58.280 Let's take a look at a clip

00:18:59.420 from the Ontario school board.

00:19:02.260 As you know,

00:19:03.520 this school year

00:19:04.340 is going to be

00:19:05.340 a little different.

00:19:07.180 Be sure you have

00:19:08.060 cleaned your hands

00:19:08.960 before entering the school

00:19:10.260 and make sure

00:19:11.260 to wash them

00:19:12.060 a lot.

00:19:14.360 What the school boards

00:19:15.500 and unions

00:19:16.080 aren't talking about

00:19:17.180 is what this is actually

00:19:18.260 doing to our children

00:19:19.440 and youth.

00:19:22.960 I was using it

00:19:24.100 every morning

00:19:24.640 and as a result

00:19:25.800 my fingers started

00:19:26.780 to crack and bleed.

00:19:27.740 When you walk

00:19:33.800 into the school

00:19:34.500 the vice principal

00:19:36.320 is standing there

00:19:37.960 and there's a table

00:19:39.520 with a hand sanitizer bottle

00:19:41.680 and it looks bad

00:19:43.820 if you don't use it.

00:19:46.980 And depending on your grade

00:19:48.620 that you're wearing a mask.

00:19:51.300 I had dance for like

00:19:53.080 two and a half hours

00:19:54.560 then PE right after

00:19:55.760 and I had to wear masks

00:19:56.820 the entire time

00:19:57.820 and doing that

00:19:59.440 multiple like

00:20:00.820 weeks in a row

00:20:01.620 it started giving me

00:20:03.060 nosebleeds.

00:20:04.480 Having the masks

00:20:05.240 contributes to

00:20:06.460 like mental issues

00:20:07.480 and people are getting

00:20:08.060 like more insecure

00:20:08.740 and people feel scared

00:20:10.980 to kind of like

00:20:12.520 show themselves

00:20:13.420 in public

00:20:13.960 which I think

00:20:14.760 is really strange.

00:20:17.340 The isolation

00:20:17.860 is causing

00:20:18.760 increased depression

00:20:19.840 and even suicide.

00:20:22.060 Children as young

00:20:22.740 as five years old

00:20:23.820 and up

00:20:24.440 are ending up

00:20:25.520 in emergency

00:20:26.340 for mental health issues.

00:20:29.060 Once you're in the school

00:20:30.160 make sure you're keeping

00:20:31.420 a safe distance

00:20:32.420 from each other.

00:20:33.720 I've gone pretty much

00:20:35.020 over a year

00:20:36.080 without seeing

00:20:36.720 any of like

00:20:37.600 my really good friends

00:20:38.680 and getting to actually

00:20:39.840 like hang out

00:20:40.560 and interact with them.

00:20:42.380 I noticed that

00:20:43.420 any of my friends

00:20:45.080 that are taking

00:20:45.740 online school

00:20:46.860 they are much more

00:20:49.240 like emotional

00:20:50.240 and distant.

00:20:52.240 The people in school

00:20:53.720 instead of being

00:20:54.580 in groups

00:20:55.080 a lot of them

00:20:55.780 sit alone now.

00:20:57.020 People don't

00:20:57.840 really have

00:20:58.980 as much of a

00:20:59.680 close connection

00:21:00.400 anymore.

00:21:02.820 Quite a few people

00:21:04.020 in my classes

00:21:05.080 have been struggling

00:21:06.240 with depression.

00:21:07.360 I'd say

00:21:08.020 better than

00:21:09.800 half of them.

00:21:11.440 Children are minors 0.89

00:21:12.540 and they're counting

00:21:13.380 on us as adults

00:21:14.760 to do what's needed

00:21:16.180 in order to protect them.

00:21:18.060 We've known

00:21:18.820 for over a year

00:21:19.760 that this virus

00:21:20.740 does not affect

00:21:21.980 children and youth

00:21:22.860 that they do not

00:21:23.900 transmit this virus.

00:21:25.760 Why are we going

00:21:26.480 along with this?

00:21:27.760 Why have we complied

00:21:28.840 with masking children

00:21:29.940 when we know

00:21:30.840 that this is causing

00:21:31.800 so much harm?

00:21:33.240 We must stop

00:21:34.460 the madness.
