00:02:31.140 coming on. We're going to give an update on what's happening with his human rights complaints, how

00:02:36.020 they're continuing to persecute this incredible man that has stood up on behalf of our children.

00:02:42.820 He's refused to take deals because, you know, that would just not bode well to the fight that he's

00:02:49.740 been in for the last six years. He's got to see this through to the end. And he knows that. And I'm

00:02:55.340 so grateful that he hasn't given up. And then I'm going to have some good news reports in between this

00:03:01.460 and end with all of the radical extremism that is happening in Canada. It's going to be awesome.

00:03:13.480 and bold and courageous about calling out all of the extremism in Canada. And it's finally catching on

00:06:35.200 people that are going to join us at this time have a vision for the mission of what we're doing

00:06:50.500 because we never charged for the resources or our materials or our campaigns. We are truly looking

00:06:56.920 to Canadians to understand what it is that Action for Canada is doing is unprecedented.

00:07:03.640 So I'm appealing to you, please give. We're going to be commencing legal actions against

00:07:09.260 the federal government for their failed immigration policies. There will be more coming up on that.

00:07:15.380 I give you tidbits until I can give you more. I've told you the notice of civil claim with Rocco is

00:07:20.860 already completed, but strategically, we're waiting in order to file it. There will be more on that.

00:07:26.740 It'll be coming soon. And I'm really excited to do that. And just so you know, Rocco's are

00:07:32.260 truly the only cases, the federal cases and provincial that are still going in response to the COVID-19.

00:07:41.780 There are others that took on COVID-19 cases, but they took deals for their clients. They signed deals

00:07:49.960 and they paid donations to radical types of, what do you call it, charities. And to me, that set no precedent

00:08:01.320 or helped anyone out. But they got tons of donations doing it because they were perceived as being

00:08:06.860 actively involved. And so I'm sure that those who were their clients were grateful because, you know,

00:08:12.500 they got off, even though they had to make a large donation to a charity. But in this battle,

00:08:18.500 we need to set precedence. And Action for Canada has been smeared about the fact that we have been

00:08:25.000 refusing to compromise to that end goal. And I also trust the delays because there will be a change of

00:08:31.620 government in British Columbia this Saturday. And if there isn't, it will have been government

00:08:37.460 election fraud from the current government. Trust me, nobody wants the NDP here in British Columbia

00:08:45.200 at this point. And I just received something today in the mail, actually, speaking of, you know,

00:08:51.780 you need to know the candidates you're voting for. I'm not saying one party or the other. We've only

00:08:55.520 got two actually, and then independents. So learn the candidate and vote for them. But David Eby

00:09:01.300 had put something, I don't know if you guys can see that. I think I'm off. It's okay.

00:09:05.540 This big card came in the mail. And he said, all the points, we're fighting for a brighter future

00:09:10.380 for your family. Well, they've destroyed the economy. They've got 4,000 nurses who weren't

00:09:16.300 able to come to work. They've destroyed our healthcare system. Hospitals have had to close,

00:09:23.160 putting BC citizens at risk and families at risk and children at risk. And his number two point was,

00:09:30.660 get this, okay, think about all the thousands, thousands of doctors and nurses that have been

00:09:35.980 persecuted, that are being dragged through court proceedings, et cetera. And his number two was

00:09:42.120 getting a family doctor or nurse practitioner for everyone who wants one by December 2025.

00:09:49.440 Doctors are fleeing BC right now because of Bill 36, which is in our notice of civil claim. We're going to

00:09:58.300 have a constitutional challenge against Bill 36. And these people, I'm not talking about him as a

00:10:04.060 candidate right now. I'm talking about him as the current acting premier of British Columbia. This man

00:10:09.520 belongs in jail, along with Bonnie Henry for the harm that they have caused willfully towards the

00:10:16.780 citizens of this province. So I was disgusted to get this card in the mail today. And again,

00:10:22.360 has nothing to do with the election. It has to do with the man as acting premier and what he has done

00:10:28.980 to this province. So anyways, get out there to vote. That's it. I won't say who to vote for. Get

00:10:34.840 out there to vote. You know what to do. Okay. So, um, I just want to let you know as well, uh, the,

00:10:41.200 um, as Heather had mentioned at the beginning of the power hour, the youth course is going and the

00:10:47.460 parent course is going, uh, Dan Vachon had become quite ill and ended up needing emergency surgery.

00:11:19.220 the, uh, meetings in Calgary regarding their housing strategy and their, uh, what do you call it?

00:11:26.420 Uh, densification, uh, wanting to stack and rezone everything. You have a house and now people can put

00:11:33.060 a three story or six story or whatever it is in Calgary. I was just watching one for Surrey earlier this

00:11:38.660 morning and it's quite horrifying what the cities are agreeing to. So even though they had thousands

00:11:44.900 of people, the most amount of people ever show up this up at the city to oppose this, the, uh, and even

00:11:51.860 though the vote, uh, was against, they still voted it in to continue forward because mayor Gondakt and

00:11:59.540 their little cabal there at Cal in Calgary are acting on behalf of, um, unelected foreign officials

00:12:07.320 rather than for their constituents. So today I heard right here that, uh, they're taking,

00:12:13.340 so our good people, not Action for Canada. I'm not sure if the group behind this,

00:12:19.380 they're taking, uh, Calgary, they're fighting it in court and I am just, uh, praying for success for

00:12:27.300 them. And I'm so thankful for all the people stepping up and fighting at all the different

00:12:32.760 levels to push back. But remember if we had a thousand members showing up at Action for Canada

00:12:38.800 in Calgary, cause we have an amazing chapter there. Think about what we could get done. We could have

00:12:44.620 got people elected and, and none of these globalists would have had a chance to get in. You have to

00:12:50.480 understand and see the vision of what Action for Canada strategy is in order for us to win this battle

00:12:56.840 at all levels of government. Okay. This was good news in the U S you heard about all of the

00:13:01.440 Palestinians coming out, but the university that failed to stop anti-Israel activism now getting

00:13:06.460 hit with massive two for so this millionaire decided to cut off the donations to the Pennsylvania

00:13:14.800 university. And there are others that are taking suit and I just love it. I am hoping that gives you

00:13:21.900 encouragement. Our universities in Canada are so woke, but I know somebody personally who ended up

00:13:28.880 funding a multimillionaire. And, uh, it was through a friend of a friend who was providing, I believe it

00:13:35.640 was huge donations to York university. And now they too are cutting the donations because of their stand

00:13:42.700 against Israel. So this is a win-win for us. I'm promoting again that you would call and contact Steve

00:13:59.280 where your investments are, because we have had so many people on the show to give us warnings that

00:14:06.160 unless you can touch it, you don't really own it. And that they've got a bank bail in and, um, if the

00:14:20.680 government can come in, the banks can come into your own personal accounts, including your safety

00:14:24.720 deposit box, and take your money to bail themselves out of, uh, whatever debt that will befall them.

00:14:32.560 And with what's happened to the TD bank last week, uh, this should be horrifying everybody, including

00:14:40.980 action for Canada, who's going to work on this, but TD bank find 3 billion us after pleading guilty and

00:14:46.980 historic us money laundering case. And, uh, so people are talking about banks going belly up.

00:14:53.560 There's a lot of concern over the years after the truckers, people mass took their money out of the

00:14:59.340 accounts and they put it in silver and gold. And of course, Steven has offered to get you the best

00:15:56.740 So that was just October 11th. I'm not doing this to scare you. I want you to be in the best

00:16:02.200 possible position should something happen with the, uh, with the funding, um, and with finances and

00:16:10.520 with the banks and the fiat dollar. Okay. So now, um, I'm getting close to bringing Barry on,

00:16:16.860 but over the years, going back to September of 2022, um, Action for Canada had Barry on the

00:16:23.500 Empower Hour, but my work with Barry goes way back to 2017. I would show up at the rallies at

00:16:30.040 halls for him. There'd be massive amounts of radical LGBTQ activists spewing their hate with

00:16:36.160 their sadness of the purple hair and their deception because of what's been happening to them

00:16:41.900 in the, uh, publicly funded education system. So Barry came out the door once he saw as a school

00:16:48.400 board trustee in Chilliwack, he saw the, um, uh, SOGI123 policies. And he says, boy, because of the

00:16:57.000 work and the training he'd had, this sure looks like grooming. Something's a little bit wrong here.

00:17:01.400 He began to question it. And the head of the union, BCTF, Glenn Hansman was a homosexual. The head,

00:17:08.600 I believe of the minister of education at the time was homosexual. The three gentlemen at the

00:17:13.300 ARC foundation are homosexual who created the SOGI123. The activists were throughout the, um,

00:17:20.820 education system as principals, as school counselors, as teachers, as, uh, uh, maintenance, you name it.

00:17:29.140 The school was, uh, we were just shocked to find out what had happened in our education system. And so

00:17:34.960 Barry began to speak out. And then in 2022, he ended up at the, uh, Supreme Court of Canada because of one

00:17:43.120 of the cases. And I, I had put together an event there. Some of you will remember that on October

00:17:49.240 11th, 2022, I invited, uh, Maxine Bernier, Jack Vonsenka, Pastor Andrew Dibartola, Dibartola,

00:17:58.320 sorry, I got his name wrong, Shannon Boshi and Boshi and Moore to speak on Barry's behalf. And, um,

00:18:04.340 it was absolutely amazing. The, uh, court, uh, it, it didn't fare well for Barry. He'll, he can explain

00:18:10.740 that in just a moment, but it was important to have a presence out there and we need to do, be doing

00:18:15.860 so much more. Then Barry was dragged back into court, uh, again. And, um, what I want to do before

00:18:22.580 turning over to Barry is Action for Canada. Since way back in 2017, I've been on the front line of

00:18:30.340 exposing the SOGI123. For those of you who are new and seeing this for the first time, if you go under

00:18:36.400 current issues to political LGBTQ, we will, you will see how they are indoctrinating our children.

00:20:01.980 and the United States. But because of the mass immigration, they've got bums to fill those seats.

00:20:20.380 classrooms were closing and we're going to count on more of that, but we got to protect our kids.

00:21:58.660 So tell people what it is that's, uh, how, how things are gearing up and what's transpiring next week.

00:22:05.540 Well, it was back in 2017 when I publicly, uh, spoke out my opposition to, uh, the gender ideology

00:22:16.380 they were teaching in schools. The media, of course, of course went nuts and, uh, two unions

00:22:22.340 laid a complaint and their complaint was, I was causing a dangerous work environment for their members.

00:22:28.380 Uh, that was in early 2018. Well, immediately the, uh, school board, uh, told me to stay out of schools

00:22:37.260 and I haven't set foot inside a public school for over six years. So how can I be a threat to them?

00:22:42.720 Nevertheless, they've, uh, they've kept watching me for the last six years and recording and screen

00:22:50.200 capturing every comment that I made. Uh, one of their exhibits is this huge binder.

00:22:56.260 I don't know if you can see, there's probably over 600 pages of material that they're trying to use

00:23:03.400 against me and they've upped their complaint. They're determined that they want to convict me

00:23:08.500 of hate speech. Well, if they convict me of hate speech, then it will be very easy for them to go

00:23:15.620 after other leaders, uh, like, for example, yourself, um, for, uh, Amrit Behring, for Laurel and Tyler Thompson,

00:23:25.900 for, uh, Emily Duggan, uh, for Shannon Boshy. Anybody who says anything against criticizing this, um,

00:23:37.760 ideology in schools is going to be convicted of hate speech.

00:23:40.800 Uh, their initial intention of laying the complaint was to try to shut me up.

00:23:47.440 Uh, but as you know, it didn't work. I continue to speak out. And even if they continue to, uh,

00:23:54.920 accuse me of, uh, convict me of hate speech, I will continue to speak out. I have had literally hundreds of invitations

00:24:03.580 nations to go to third world countries and share with them because the United Nations is putting

00:24:09.380 pressure on, um, on third world countries to adopt all this LGBTQ agenda. And if they don't,

00:24:17.920 they're not going to get money for agriculture or hydro dams or, or, uh, schools or whatever.

00:24:24.880 And, uh, they're in Africa and Southeast Asia, they're just not interested in it. They don't want

00:24:31.840 it. They have family values, um, family values. Uh, these radicals are determined to make them all

00:24:40.400 a thing of the past. Now I know some people my age, they think what a boy changing into a girl. Oh,

00:24:47.980 that's so crazy. That's ridiculous. That'll never affect me. Well, let me tell you, grandpa and

00:24:54.640 grandma, if one of your grandkids decides to go this route, it's going to tear your whole extended

00:25:00.780 family apart because people will line up on both sides of the issue and they'll say, Oh, you can't

00:25:06.580 stop them. They're going to commit suicide. And others will say, no, they're just going to threaten

00:25:10.620 suicide. And it's, it's tearing families apart. And, uh, so that's why I meant I'm in this battle.

00:25:17.980 You know, I thought I wasn't going to have a lawyer, but, uh, the last minute, uh, I reconnected

00:25:25.440 with, uh, uh, James kitchen. Right. And, and he thinks he can do it for a bare bones budget. You

00:25:33.940 know, um, there's a lot of money, uh, for lawyers to make off the government. When Glenn Hansman

00:25:41.900 fought against my defamation case, he ran up a legal bill of almost a quarter million dollars.

00:25:47.300 And he's trying to figure out ways when he can try and squeeze that out of me. Well,

00:25:52.780 sorry, you can't get blood out of a stone. But when I was looking for a lawyer to represent

00:25:58.040 me for this human rights tribunal, there were so many files. There's no way we could transfer

00:26:03.480 them over the internet. I had to put them onto a bunch of thumb drives and courier them.

00:26:09.380 And they would take a couple of weeks to look over them and say, Oh, this is just too big

00:26:15.160 for us. We can't handle it. And, uh, one lawyer estimated that the, the teachers federation

00:26:22.000 has probably spent half a million dollars trying to destroy Barry Neufeld. And unfortunately

00:26:30.060 they spent half a million dollars and I still haven't shut up. So in a way I've won.

00:26:36.480 Yes. So this is Barry just to say, so between Glenn Hansman with the BCTF and the teachers

00:26:42.860 association, they spent nearly three quarters of a million dollars, but that's member dues.

00:26:48.540 Is that not member dues that they're spending?

00:26:51.180 They are spending. Yeah. They're member dues. Now, of course, um, as you know, teachers are

00:26:58.180 paid by the taxpayers and, um, they get, uh, they get well reimbursed, but, uh, they, they,

00:27:08.000 uh, get deducted out of their, uh, out of their paychecks, uh, their union dues, which is

00:27:15.300 roughly $2,500 a year for each teacher. So the, uh, BC teachers federation, uh, with 40,000

00:27:24.000 members, um, they're looking at a budget of about $800 million a year.

00:27:29.820 Do the math, like the unlimited funds, unlimited funds to attack someone like you. This is disgusting

00:27:36.460 to hear. Shame on them.

00:27:38.120 Yeah. It's, um, one of the most powerful and effective unions in North America. Um, I remember

00:27:48.240 Jack Monroe, who used to be, I think he was head of the international woodworkers. He says,

00:27:52.560 it's amazing. Um, teachers only unionized in the eighties and about four years ago, and they just

00:27:59.780 made such tremendous progress. You know, it says right in the school act that school trustees are

00:28:05.540 there, they're supposed to approve learning resources. Uh, and that's why local communities

00:28:12.340 elect school trustees to try and shape the local education to fit the values of the community.

00:28:18.960 But they've managed to get it into their union contract that any teacher can use any resource

00:46:48.220 absolutely entitled to it, received the same amount. As did her six siblings. Again, all born and raised

00:46:55.440 in Toronto? As I feel for the father for actually experiencing that trauma, a lot of people are

00:47:00.860 upset that the children of this man also got it. They're all under 40 and never went to school

00:47:07.080 on a reserve of any sort. Just blows my mind. Can you, are you outraged? I mean, that, that hurts me

00:47:17.260 to know that elderly people can't afford the groceries. We've got disabled people that can't

00:47:23.300 afford the rent because Trudeau is forcing them out because of the increases in the cost of rent and

00:47:29.100 offering them euthanasia. And here he is giving our hard earned tax dollars to the natives. I mean,

00:47:42.900 The Eyes of Children Life at a Residential School. This is the Kamloops School in 1962. I watched it

00:47:51.160 today. It is absolutely amazing how these children were treated. They were given an education and more

00:47:58.860 and more you're hearing about those who got the education who were grateful. And again, we're not

00:48:04.580 saying that there weren't some who were harmed in the schools, but it is far less than what the

00:48:09.920 government reports or even what the natives are reporting. I mean, you know what? They're getting

00:48:16.140 a lot of money. And by victimizing, they get more money. And this is not healthy or good for them.

00:48:22.380 It's not healthy or good for us. And so we need to stop all funding. We need to cut up all the treaties

00:48:29.260 and everybody needs to be equal under the law. There was over 600 tribes when the Europeans came

00:49:15.500 are taking advantage. They are being investigated. There needs to be bigger investigations. They are signing

00:49:22.200 on to treaties that's giving land and resources over to the United Nations. These deals have got

00:49:27.820 to stop. This is God's land. I thank God and God alone for the land I'm standing on. People are

00:49:34.180 stopping with the land acknowledgements. They're getting up and they're walking out. Are you bold

00:49:45.340 municipalities. Terry Recker from Oshawa last week knocked it out of the park week before last

00:49:52.020 when she gave a delegation. And she says, hi, I'm Terry Recker with Action for Canada. And first of

00:49:57.460 all, I'm going to give a land acknowledgement. I thank God and God alone for the ground that I'm

00:50:01.620 standing on. It has to be done. We've got to take away the curse on the land that the natives have

00:54:59.560 officials from the Canadian security and intelligence community, reviewed thousands of pages of documentation,

00:55:06.000 both classified and open source, and I mean thousands of pages, and deliberated at great length.
