00:04:01.680 I talked about this last week. There are premiers that are finally stepping up for parental rights

00:04:06.920 and for our kids. I personally don't think it goes far enough. I think there's still too much

00:04:10.920 political pandering going on to acknowledge transgenderism at all is just a big mistake. All right.

00:04:17.440 We can't buy into this language. There's no such thing as a trans kid. It's wonderful that Daniel

00:04:23.400 Smith is saying that she's going to restrict gender transitions in minors. I personally believe 1.00

00:04:28.860 that nobody should have the ability to have their body mutilated, to have perfectly good body parts

00:04:35.200 cut off. Mutilation is a criminal code of fence in Canada and anybody that wants to have their body

00:04:40.920 parts cut off, there's got to be something psychologically going on where they need assistance.

00:04:46.620 And I think it's cruel. I think it is incredibly cruel to put somebody through that and so sad that

00:04:53.520 somebody would be struggling within themselves. And generally it goes back to trauma. All right.

00:05:00.340 A lot of times it's childhood trauma, whether it's sexual abuse, emotional abuse, physical abuse,

00:05:04.920 we need to get to the bottom of the problem. One of the biggest problems in every single province in

00:05:11.020 this nation is that they have implemented the comprehensive sexuality education. So let's stop

00:05:16.680 treating the cancer and let's remove the tumor. All right. The tumor is SOGI123. The tumor is the

00:05:23.940 WINSEXED. Let's get this out of the school systems. And we're counting on you to apply pressure to your

00:05:30.760 MLAs or MPP, depending on which province you're in, if they're called an MLA or MPP. But that's what we

00:05:37.840 should be calling for. They need to go back to traditional teaching, to traditional learning. 0.96

00:06:02.900 fellow Daniel Shepard's employment was a significant contributing cause to his injury. He had a vaccine

00:06:09.180 injury, which has since rendered him incapable of performing his role at work. This is incredible

00:06:16.360 news. And I think that it will be used as an example in many court cases moving forward. Okay. As well,

00:06:25.720 in Alberta, payouts coming for hundreds of Alberta health workers impacted by COVID-19 vaccine rules.

00:06:31.960 Now, I think it was like $5,000. That's not near enough for the trauma that they have put healthcare

00:06:38.720 workers through in the last three and four years. But you know, it's a start. And to me, it's a start

00:06:44.620 of them admitting that what they've done is wrong. So another good news report. I'm loving this.

00:06:55.940 protests and the German protests, but this is manure on this police officer. And you know what,

00:07:11.020 farmers are coming in and they mean business are coming in with their heavy duty tractors and

00:07:16.720 equipment and they're disrupting. They're moving around blockades from police. And this is what it's

00:07:21.660 going to take. All right. This is absolute civil disobedience is a long honored tradition when

00:07:27.960 faced with tyrannical governments. This is just showing that the Irish are involved. And again, 1.00

00:07:32.980 the farmers in Portugal, and I'm keeping an eye on what's going on in Texas. The government has

00:07:38.420 pledged more razor wire. I was watching a Twitter feed today and where the razor wire has been put,

00:07:47.100 there was zero migrants, illegal immigrants trying to cross the border where there would be lineups

00:07:53.420 of tens of thousands. They were unable to cross. Thank God for Governor Abbott. Okay. So this is

00:08:01.200 just an example of what it looks like with the wire. And then I just wanted to show this map of Texas.

00:08:06.460 I mean, their border is huge in Mexico. And of course they've got to protect their water as well,

00:08:11.660 but that's a massive amount of border to be protecting. And, you know, we'd hope that Arizona

00:08:16.200 and New Mexico will also get on board. It's got to happen. I don't think we have a hope in asking

00:08:21.560 California to get involved with this. And then of course, as you go east, there's waterways and into

00:08:28.180 Florida and they've all got to protect their borders as well. But thank goodness for Texas. I think that's

00:08:32.660 the beginning of the end. I think it's 25 states the governors are supporting Governor Abbott. So this is

00:08:39.180 good news. Here we go as well. This was a warning. Anti-maid advocate says euthanasia is out of control

00:08:46.680 in Canada. I was shocked with these details. These are things I'm bringing to your attention because you need

00:08:51.840 to make them election issues. We need to get these maniacs out of office. The findings reported in a blog

00:08:57.600 post by Euthanasia Prevention. That's Alex Schellenberg, great guy. Shocking that in the past year, 15% of

00:09:04.440 Quebecers who receive euthanasia were not terminally ill. Let that sink in. And of course, Trudeau

00:09:10.340 government wants to have it in place for those who are depressed, right, and having mental health

00:09:15.280 issues. 16,000 Canadians have been euthanized 2023 and more than 60,000 euthanized since they first

00:09:23.420 legalized it. This is a big problem. They're not only killing everybody off in their world population

00:09:29.500 control through the deadly jab. They're doing it through euthanasia. This is murder. Catholic Church 1.00

00:09:34.800 is taking a stand. If you don't know that, they're going to court. They want an exemption. Nobody should

00:13:26.720 that these four men that have been held in remand center in custody for two years, two of them struck

00:13:34.260 a deal yesterday and are going to be, are released. I think they were released yesterday and very

00:13:41.140 possibly maybe there will be the two others will follow. This whole thing has been so criminal and cruel

00:13:48.880 what has happened to these men. And rather than me go into detail, if any of you are not familiar with

00:13:55.800 Viva Fry, he was a lawyer who's gone rogue and he's out here on the front line and helping to

00:14:03.620 bring awareness about all things COVID, all things tyranny regarding the government. But he really

00:14:09.620 went on a positive, I'd say a very good rant. And so I'm not going to go on to a rant about these

00:14:14.460 coots, man. I'm going to allow Viva Fry to do that. So we'll play that video right now. 1.00

00:14:18.400 This is the most important news coming out of Canada since the federal court ruled Justin Trudeau's

00:14:23.860 invocation of the emergencies act was unlawful and unreasonable.

00:14:32.220 Viva Fry, former Montreal litigator turned current Florida rumbler. And if I look unhappy,

00:14:37.020 it's because I am. This is some of the best news coming out of Canada in a while. It's the most

00:14:41.440 important news coming out of Canada since the federal court ruled that Justin Trudeau's invocation

00:14:45.880 of the emergencies act was unreasonable and unlawful. The news today is that two of the

00:14:50.300 four men colloquially referred to as the coots four, the four men charged with conspiracy to

00:14:55.000 commit homicide against an RCMP officer. It was one of the principal reasons for which the

00:14:59.680 emergencies act was invoked. It was one of the cornerstone elements, justifications of 0.94

00:15:04.480 commissioner Rouleau's ratification of Justin Trudeau's invocation of the emergencies act. Two of the

00:15:09.200 four men today pleaded guilty to gun related charges. We'll get to it in a bit. They pleaded guilty.

00:15:14.140 And from what I understand, they are being released now if they haven't already been released for

00:15:17.740 time served. Now, why am I so angry in light of this otherwise good news you might be asking

00:15:22.300 yourself? Two of the four men, Jerry Morin and Chris Lysak, pleaded guilty to gun related charges.

00:15:27.380 One as relates to a restricted firearm. The other one as relates to trafficking firearms. These are

00:15:32.160 relatively serious firearms charges, but all firearms charges in Canada are very serious. I have often

00:15:38.180 said that the firearms laws and penalties in Canada have absolutely zero to do with protecting the

00:15:43.640 public and are only intended to basically criminalize gun ownership and deter private

00:15:47.880 citizens from owning guns because the penalties are so onerous. If you violate any of the many

00:15:52.620 laws, if you store your firearm loaded, if you don't have a proper finger lock on it, if you transport

00:15:57.280 a restricted firearm without getting authorization of whatever authority needs to give you permission

00:16:01.820 to transport a restricted firearm, that being a smaller, the laws are many and the penalties are so

00:16:07.360 severe. It is just a deterrent to not buy a gun in the first place for fear that you might

00:16:11.920 accidentally inadvertently break the law and then run the risk of years in prison. So it's not

00:16:16.480 nothing that Jerry Morin and Chris Lysak pleaded guilty to firearm related charges. It's not nothing,

00:16:22.040 but it has nothing to do with the original charges of conspiracy to commit homicide against an RCMP

00:16:26.800 officer. I tweeted out earlier today, this is a full capitulation by the crown as relates to the

00:16:32.000 original charges. That's not spin. I'm not trying to make something good out of something bad. It is the

00:16:36.520 truth. It is a full capitulation by the crown that their original charges were absolute bullcrap. 0.88

00:16:41.860 Jason Levine MP initially tweeted, the information I have at this time is Jerry Morin pled guilty to

00:16:46.900 criminal code 88 one possession of a weapon. Chris Lysak pled guilty to criminal code 95 one possession

00:16:52.240 of a loaded firearm. Neither pled guilty to criminal code 4651 a conspiracy to murder or 431 C mischief.

00:16:59.720 And I replied as follows. If this is true, it's amazing news and nothing shy of total capitulation by the

00:17:04.620 crown. And I'm not trying to spin anything. It would be total capitulation by the crown evidence

00:17:08.620 of the grotesque injustice and confirmation of malicious prosecution and two years of inhumane

00:17:13.280 torture. These are charges that even a law abiding gun owner could unwittingly be guilty of. I have

00:17:18.440 long said the Canadian gun laws are intended to criminalize possession, not protect the public.

00:17:22.480 But if these are the charges, the crown allowed them to plead guilty to this could have been done

00:17:25.920 two years ago without putting them through the torture of years of pretrial detention on absolute

00:17:29.940 bogus trumped up quote conspiracy to commit murder and quote charges on absolute injustice.

00:17:34.620 perpetrated against these Canadian political prisoners.

00:17:36.920 It is a full capitulation after two years of pretrial detention. These gentlemen have been

00:17:42.640 in remand for two years denied bail because they were such threats to society. They have been held in

00:17:47.900 solitary confinement, which I am told counts three days for one for time served. These gentlemen are

00:17:52.640 going to be released from jail for time served after having pleaded guilty to firearms charges while the

00:17:57.900 crown drops the bulk of the charges, the bulk of the charges that served as the basis for invoking the

00:18:02.400 emergencies act in the first place that served as the justification for commissioner de Rouleau

00:18:06.200 to come to the finding that Justin Trudeau was justified in invoking the emergencies act.

00:18:10.680 You will recall that commissioner de Rouleau said, well, there was this very serious situation in

00:18:14.340 Coutts, Alberta, where four men were charged with conspiracy to commit homicide. By the way,

00:18:18.360 bear in mind that there was a very important publication ban gag order on this trial so that 0.94

00:18:23.060 people were left thinking, holy crap, this was so serious. There must be some damning information in there.

00:18:27.540 damning information that after two years, the crown fully capitulates, allows these men to plead

00:18:32.420 guilty to relatively innocuous firearm charges and lets them out two of the four on time served.

00:18:37.440 Chris Lysak just celebrated his 50th birthday in jail. He's got two kids that have been living

00:18:41.940 without a father for two years. And they now, after two years of pretrial detention, remand agree to

00:18:47.520 let them plead guilty to these charges and be released. Where was this offer two years ago? This is not the

00:18:52.720 sign of a crown that had a strong case and was ready to go to trial in the spring as they were

00:18:57.440 scheduled to do. This is a sign of a crown that finally, after two years of digging away, chipping

00:19:02.180 away at their misconduct, they finally said, holy crap, if we go to trial, we are going to get hammered.

00:19:06.960 Let's let them plead guilty to a lesser charge so that we can claim some form of moral victory. 0.86

00:19:11.040 Well, they pleaded guilty to pretty innocuous gun charges that any law abiding good intentioned gun

00:19:16.500 owner could have been guilty of by accident. And why do I say that? I'm not protecting two people that I

00:19:20.960 happen to believe were innocent from the beginning. I say that because it's entirely reasonable that

00:19:25.100 somebody forgets that they had a gun in a backpack when they went out. It's entirely plausible that

00:19:29.440 people forget they had a loaded firearm in the car because they were hunting and forgot to

00:19:33.360 it might be negligent. It might be reckless. It might be whatever. But it is entirely reasonable that

00:19:38.320 even a good intentioned law abiding citizen could be found guilty of these charges. So these gentlemen

00:19:43.440 now, after having spent two years in jail and not actually in jail, because if they had been convicted,

00:19:48.260 they would have had more rights than they had in remand. After two years in remand,

00:19:52.080 70 some odd days in solitary confinement for one of them, the other one I know spent time in solitary

00:19:56.620 confinement. Well, now they are free to go having pled guilty to relatively innocuous charges compared

00:20:01.760 to the serious ones that were initially levied against them. This is not justice at last. Yay,

00:20:06.780 they got their freedom. They've learned a lesson. This is confirmation of the injustice. This is

00:20:10.940 confirmation of the malicious prosecution, the political prisoners that Justin Trudeau's regime

00:20:15.300 has been holding hostage for two years to justify their bullcrap invocation of the emergencies act.

00:20:20.620 They got what they needed out of Commissioner Rouleau's hearing, oh, these four big bad boys

00:20:24.900 accused of conspiracy to commit murder because apparently they sat down with a cute young 1.00

00:20:28.740 female police officer, had a few beers and might have said some stupid things. That was the bulk of 1.00

00:20:32.800 the incriminating information against them from what I understand. But who knows? We weren't allowed

00:20:36.420 hearing about it because there was a publication ban. After Commissioner Rouleau got whatever propaganda

00:20:40.340 he needed in order to ratify Justin Trudeau's invocation of the act. After the federal court

00:20:44.500 just declared it unlawful and unreasonable. Well, now Trudeau has no more need for these political

00:20:48.580 prisoners. And my goodness, if this goes to trial, we might really see evidence of actual real

00:20:53.120 prosecutorial misconduct. Let's let them plead, get them out of there and hope this goes away.

00:20:57.020 This is not going away. Now is the time there needs to be an investigation as to how this prosecution

00:21:00.980 happened in the first place. And you Trudeau loving sycophants who might think justice was served,

00:21:05.440 oh, they learned a lesson. This is not how a free country can work. These were actual political

00:21:09.800 prisoners held hostage for two years, let go when their use was no longer there, when it would have

00:21:14.300 been exposure to go to trial. There needs to be a full and complete investigation as to what the

00:21:18.420 prosecution did here, what prosecutorial misconduct there was, because from what I understand, there

00:21:22.440 was evidence of prosecutorial misconduct. And there needs to be political hell to pay for whoever was

00:21:26.920 responsible for this, because these two men had two years of their lives stolen. Their kids had two

00:21:31.780 years of parenthood stolen. And there are still two more sitting, rotting away in jail. But if I can

00:21:36.200 predict anything, I'm predicting that these two are going to strike a deal as well. Because if

00:21:39.780 two of the four have been let out on charges, despite the conspiracy to commit murder, logic

00:21:43.480 should have it that the other two stand to have the same fate. Time will tell. And I think we're

00:21:47.620 going to see sooner than later. But there needs to be an investigation. This is not justice at last.

00:21:52.080 This is confirmation of the injustice. And everyone should be up in arms. I don't care who you are.

00:22:04.560 When we take a look at what it is that the government has done here. I mean, he talks about

00:22:11.660 that, the exposure, if they were to go to trial of what really went on. And as they've done with

00:22:19.520 cases in the past, they shuffle them along, nothing to see here. Let's cut a deal. I was so discouraged

00:22:25.700 yesterday, to be honest, when I had heard about this, I was so confused. I thought, why did they cut a

00:22:30.740 deal? And then when my friend sent me Viva Fry's video, I thought, yeah, I can't even put that into

00:22:36.380 words. I think that he did an amazing job of it. I think there's more to come on this. And I just

00:22:42.140 pray that ultimately, justice will prevail in this country on so many different levels. All right,
