00:00:49.440 to remind everyone to be supportive and respectful of other people's opinions in the chat please stay
00:00:55.680 on topic avoid spam and offensive language action for canada is a grassroots movement reaching out
00:01:03.760 to millions of canadians and uniting our voices in opposition to the destructive policies tearing at
00:01:10.240 the fabric of our nation through call to action campaigns we equip citizens to take action we are
00:01:17.040 committed to protecting faith family and freedom for those of you who are new to the empower hour i have
00:01:25.520 the great pleasure of introducing you to tanya ga the founder of action for canada for the past several
00:01:32.640 years tanya has been working to bring awareness to the destructive policies that are undermining our
00:01:38.240 nation the action for canada website is a result of the hard work she and her associates have been doing
00:01:44.960 and i recommend that you check the website often for news and updates because of tanya's great love
00:01:51.680 for our country she's always willing to share information regarding our rights and freedoms
00:01:56.800 and she wants to teach and empower each and every one of you to learn how to stand up for those rights
00:02:02.720 she's a woman of courage strength and faith and an inspiration to hurting people
00:02:08.160 all across this nation hello tanya hi heather and hello everyone and welcome
00:02:14.480 heather heather thank you so much i love your orientation because it really does
00:02:18.560 give a really good look at what action for canada is doing in part not in whole can you imagine we've
00:02:25.280 just got so much going on and i just really appreciate that and i welcome everybody and i'm very aware you know
00:02:32.880 as we're working through these last weeks especially how many people um their jobs are at risk
00:02:40.000 their livelihoods how they're going to provide for their families and so you know this is a place
00:02:45.440 that you can come and you can know that you're with people of like mind and that we're doing everything
00:02:51.200 within our power to try to figure out ways to support you and to give you tangible resources
00:02:57.280 in order to help yourself and we know that for many of you it may not help you immediately but the plan
00:03:04.400 is that once we start with the next step and that's why we have david on tonight and we're hosting
00:03:09.760 the um workshop on sunday is because we're anticipating that we will see see justice and
00:03:16.960 that whether your incomes you know are reimbursed or you're reinstated this is what we're working
00:03:22.800 towards we are in unprecedented times earlier today i know that some of you i've seen some of you
00:03:29.680 coming with a heavy heart here and we're hoping that you're going to feel empowered by the end of
00:03:35.120 this and that you know that you have a community of people that care about you and that's why i really
00:03:40.560 want to um give a big shout out to our chapters and ask you to join a local chapter we have over a
00:03:48.400 hundred of them now and under join on their website if you drop down you'll see a percy chapters
00:03:54.320 and you'll see a list of all of the chapters and i really encourage you to get involved
00:03:58.800 because this is where you're going to have a community of support and then as well i saw some
00:04:04.400 things about the media in the chat as well and i know i've been promising this for a long time
00:04:08.560 but i am ever so close to getting a media notice of liability done and the reason there's such a delay
00:04:15.200 is that i really have to prioritize my day and think what is the greatest and most uh you know important
00:04:21.920 objective of the day and sometimes that's one that's gotten bumped but when it does come out we're
00:04:27.280 really going to go after every reporter in every community who is promoting this propaganda they
00:04:34.480 need to be held to account and again we may not see always immediate changes but i believe for those
00:04:41.760 who really read the notice of liability and consider it it will give them a a change of heart
00:04:47.680 and i have been told in this last week that there are whistleblowers uh from several mainstream media
00:04:54.560 who have said they can no longer go along with the orders that they're being given because they say
00:05:00.240 that it is just unethical and immoral all right so i'm just going to get right into it here and
00:05:06.720 just go over a couple of highlights and i hope that you're all aware that on sunday november 28th
00:05:14.560 we have david coming on to give a powerful workshop on how to lay criminal charges as we had said after
00:05:21.600 the notice of liability for those who are not responding well to you we feel that it is imperative
00:05:27.680 that we take it to the next step and then uh if we scroll down a little bit there's the workers unite
00:05:34.080 group this is an incredibly important initiative that action for canada is getting behind because
00:05:40.640 whether you're unionized or non-unionized you're all in the same boat right now that they are using
00:05:45.920 unlawful orders and uh taking away your job right this is illegal and i see that we're going to need a
00:05:54.480 mass a force of canadians getting together and whether we move to strike whether we move to
00:06:02.000 just walk off the job whatever it needs to be it has to take place and i know that quebec is the
00:06:07.840 greatest example right now of all of those health care workers who walked off i think it's almost a month
00:06:13.280 ago now because they were being mandated to vaccinate or they wouldn't have a job and it was so effective
00:06:20.400 that the quebec government has turned around their mandate all right if we could just scroll down a
00:06:25.520 little bit more uh something else that uh i've been involved in in for six years was these call to
00:06:31.440 action campaigns i believe it's incredibly important that we see when we see criminal activity going on
00:06:38.320 that we address that and this lady here to the right the employment minister called carla kualtrov
00:06:45.040 this is i'm gonna say it this is a wicked lady she came out in i believe it was october and said that
00:06:52.400 for those people uh who weren't going to vaccinate that they wouldn't be permitted to have uh to uh
00:06:58.000 qualify for ei and if you can just scroll up a little more trenzio she ended up saying that if you
00:07:04.720 choose to leave your job then you will not receive ei and in this action that i'd created that went out
00:07:11.200 earlier in the week i said let's make it very clear extortion and coercion is not a choice and i
00:07:18.480 provided all of her contact information and i requested that people bombard her with emails demanding
00:07:26.000 that she not because now after the election uh this was just prior and she said that this was the
00:07:32.800 position that she was going to stand on and i do not believe an official decision has has been made
00:07:38.480 but we need to let them know that we do not and will not comply with this and that she needs to
00:07:43.920 step down from her position she is unqualified to manage the care of any human being now if we
00:07:50.960 scroll down just a smidge we'll see that global news this was a little while ago they actually
00:07:56.400 interviewed a lawyer now this is mainstream media bringing on a lawyer and he 100 that it is illegal
00:08:04.720 for them to mandate vaccination and he went over why and that were protected under the charter and
00:08:10.320 the constitution all right let's go to the next link all right we'll scroll down a little bit
00:08:18.560 and i'm hoping that you are all receiving these down a little bit more and i'd like to bring to your
00:08:24.160 attention uh that the uh what is it the uh commissioner the privacy commissioner commissioner
00:08:31.440 as well if we could just go down a little more to renzio and we'll see the article at least in part
00:08:36.240 that he came out and said there were challenges related to privacy security and access and he reflected
00:08:42.640 a level of government surveillance that diminishes the level of freedom one expects in a democracy
00:08:49.040 all levels of government are coming out and saying that this is unlawful and it is a breach and that
00:08:58.160 it diminishes your freedoms so we have everything on our side in order to be non-compliant we have the
00:09:04.880 law the constitution the charter of rights and freedoms and uh the constant yeah as i said the
00:09:10.560 constitution all right let's skip down a little bit more and this is another lady that needs to go
00:09:16.400 this is the lieutenant governor in bc her name is janet austin and she had signed an order last friday
00:09:25.600 stating that everyone every employee needs to have a vaccination this is it's just so despicable and that
00:09:35.760 if an employee under does not take a vaccination the employee is deemed to have been dismissed
00:09:41.760 for just cause now what is the job of the lieutenant governor well it's to uphold the constitution
00:09:52.160 so she obviously has no interest in doing that and she's in violation of her duties and she needs to
00:09:59.360 resign she needs to be removed and again i've provided her contact information for everybody to swarm her
00:10:07.760 office with phone calls and faxes and emails and mail let's send some snail mail to janet and tell her
00:10:16.240 that we do not approve and that uh she needs to be removed from office these people work for us
00:10:23.520 they are paid and employed by us all right uh now i'd like to just bring to your attention uh there's two
00:10:32.400 links that i've made available on the notice of liability page they've been on there for a week
00:10:37.520 or two and it's called one's called additional backs mandate letter of response and the other one
00:10:44.000 was called the employee further letter of response if you could just click on one of those terenzio
00:10:51.360 yep there we go just scroll down to the second page and i made a very important change this week
00:10:58.080 it originally was just regarding the coveted injection so threat to use a coveted injection
00:11:05.360 as a condition of employment was the purpose of this letter but i've changed it to threat to use
00:11:11.920 an coveted injection mask or testing as a condition of education extracurricular activities essential or
00:11:20.880 non-essential services and the other one says it is directed at employees same thing many of you
00:11:27.840 have been asking for a mask exemption or a letter saying you know my work is demanding that i do
00:11:33.360 this i go into a store and they're demanding i wear a mask and i've been so busy i i just never got to
00:11:39.040 it and i was looking at this the other day and this document absolutely 100 supports you not only not
00:11:47.520 having to be injected but absolutely you don't need to wear a mask or go along with testing and i support
00:11:54.800 it with quotes from and sections from the constitution from the charter and other important documents so
00:12:02.400 please use this have a bunch of them ready if you're going to go out shopping and somebody's giving
00:12:07.520 you a hard time you can ask for that person's name in full put their name at the top of it sign it at the
00:12:13.600 bottom make sure you're recording this and then serve it to the person that is giving you a hard time
00:12:20.320 anyways i'm really hoping that now this document is broadly going to support a lot of you this comes
00:12:27.280 and it packs such a punch because like i said it has the constitution the charter the rule of law
00:12:34.160 everything behind you here and this will open it up that if you do decide to press criminal charges
00:12:39.520 against the person that is trying to extort you or coerce you or is acting in bad faith this will show
00:12:45.600 that you've done everything in your power to warn them to cease and desist and if they don't then it
00:12:50.080 will assist you if you end up in court okay the last resource i want to show you we're going to just be
00:12:55.840 launching this we just completed it today this one is critical and we need to as chapter leaders i've
00:13:03.920 sent it out to all of them today in the communities we're going to send it out to all of our parents
00:13:09.520 in our parent group but i want all of you getting this flyer and committing to have a stack of them
00:13:15.520 on you and when you're out shopping when you're at church whatever your activity is to is that you
00:13:21.680 would start handing this flyer out this is to students and parents warning them about the harms
00:13:27.200 of the covid vaccine and if you could just scroll down a little bit uh terenzio we provide all kinds
00:13:33.840 of facts um i've got a copy of it here it it provides uh facts and stats but on the back which
00:13:41.280 i can't show you right here but it is on there let me just see if i could show a little bit there we
00:13:45.920 have qr codes and then links to extremely compelling information that whoever receives this if they do
00:13:53.760 take the time that the information that is on the back of this um i think this that this can save a lot
00:14:00.240 of harm to our kids and please make this a priority i've been meaning to get this out for a really long
00:14:06.320 time and i have been in every every chance i get i'm asking parents to pull their kids out of school
00:14:12.480 and join one of our chapters find a community of parents and each of you take a day off work
00:14:17.280 and you know agree to watch that group of children and if you do that if you're part of a community i'm
00:14:22.560 asking church leaders i'm asking business owners to make office space available or the basement of your
00:14:28.480 church available so that teachers who aren't working right now can teach children at all grades
00:14:34.000 and all levels as a community we can do this and we can work together all right those are all of my
00:14:40.240 updates and now uh heather would you please bring on david our special guest again and let's get at
00:14:45.920 this q a okay thank you tanya for all your information we just appreciate it so much joining us this evening
00:14:53.920 is david lindsay one of our frequent and popular guest speakers david is the co-founder of clear
00:15:00.480 short for common law education and rights he focuses on teaching a correct understanding and application
00:15:06.960 of common law which surprising to many people originated in the bible and he's very knowledgeable
00:15:13.200 about the law the constitution the charter of rights and freedoms and the coronation oath as tanya
00:15:19.760 mentioned earlier david will be holding his workshop this this coming sunday november 28th from 2 to 5
00:15:27.760 p.m pacific standard time so do be sure to sign up for that and his email address is on there if you
00:15:33.360 need to contact him david is a man of integrity and an amazing freedom fighter and we're so thrilled
00:15:40.320 that he can join us for tonight's empower hour welcome david thank you thank you very much
00:15:46.560 so good to have you on david uh do you have anything to say before we get into the q a
00:15:54.080 anything you would like to um i'm just really excited about how freedom has progressed over
00:15:59.200 the last little while um when i got involved 30 years ago it was really difficult to to get people
00:16:06.480 involved and as a friend of mine said at that time he said people like just in canada he said just
00:16:10.720 haven't suffered enough and for the first time i think people now are realizing what it's like to
00:16:15.760 suffer and um they're not sitting back and still doing nothing they're still coming out and they're
00:16:21.360 and they're they're really getting empowered and really doing things now so that's exciting to see
00:16:25.920 yeah i agree you know that we've been at this a long time myself six years and i think about all the
00:16:31.040 people who were trying to ring the warning bell before myself probably 20 years or more uh because
00:16:37.200 the decline has been coming and the undermining of our constitution and charter rights has been coming for
00:16:42.160 some time so i'm very grateful i mean i hate that these are the circumstances that bring us together
00:16:47.840 but throughout history there's uh many times that we hit to had to hit rock bottom uh before we rose
00:16:54.560 back up as nations to really embrace and understand and pass on to our future generations uh the benefit
00:17:02.480 of living in a democracy and how that comes to be all right so uh how shall we do this heather did you
00:17:10.000 terenzio have we got anybody that's got their hand up right now i would like to actually chat with some
00:17:15.840 people and give them the opportunity or we'll go to your questions all right 10 seconds okay we can
00:17:23.840 fill 10 seconds seconds of space with a little bit of chatting all right so if you have any questions uh
00:17:31.200 please raise your hand also put them in the q a we're going to do our best because we know in the past
00:17:37.440 this has been a bit new to those of us who are overseeing the the q a and even doing a zoom and
00:17:45.200 we just are going to do our best not to miss anyone tonight all right we have fred
00:17:52.400 moskitchi i'm so sorry if i didn't say that right hello fred hi can you hear me all right we sure can what's
00:18:02.000 what's your question excellent uh i just want a quick question so i've uh i've i've rejected uh
00:18:09.680 a program they've asked me to sign on to a thrive app which uh where i have to agree to being tested
00:18:16.320 right so i haven't been i've been working from home and i haven't i'm just wondering um
00:18:21.600 if i if i sign that thing and keep working from home and then later on you know they
00:18:26.320 i have to go to sighted and i reject it then is am i putting myself in a worse position than if i
00:18:32.400 just hold my ground now because i am i am home without pay which isn't which isn't good but yeah
00:18:42.800 um i think that any time you're in a situation where there's a choice to be made
00:18:47.600 that making that choice in a manner where you waver give up your rights and freedoms
00:18:54.560 as a general rule with exceptions is generally not the best thing to do right um if if you have a choice
00:19:02.960 for example and you decide to resign that will come back to haunt you in the future if you force
00:19:08.720 their hand and they end up firing you or taking action then you have a much stronger hand should any
00:19:14.400 legal action happen at some point civil or criminal in the future and um i i wish to clarify for not
00:19:22.720 just you but for everybody that um due to the fact that governments have put a monopolistic um
00:19:29.440 platform on giving legal advice that i'm not allowed to do that and they started that in the 1600s
00:19:35.040 when the king's but lawyers petitioned the king to get a monopoly on uh on giving advice in the king's
00:19:41.120 courts and they've pursued that to the present but i should state that for the record um but giving um
00:19:47.600 giving up your rights and freedoms in my opinion is um is generally not the best way to go well it
00:19:53.840 certainly doesn't help the overall cause but but i i did phone a lawyer and they said it could be
00:19:58.400 anywhere from 25 to 100 000 to fight this right and i'm like well i'm not going to get much more out
00:20:04.000 of them probably than that so i don't i don't know if it's worth it that's why i'm asked but anyway i'll
00:20:09.040 have to figure that out well you know and and fred if i can say they're really not giving us a choice
00:20:14.720 here because we know that daily we're getting the reports of people who are having extreme adverse
00:20:21.120 effects to the injection and even death men are very susceptible i i was talking to nurses in a remote
00:20:29.520 area which so made it really more uncommon but three men came in with heart attacks after they had
00:20:36.400 taken the injection and this is a small town they may see one a year and and so if they don't get
00:20:42.880 you now they're going to get you later so you're in essence you're giving up your freedoms because
00:20:47.920 it'll be hard to challenge that if you agree to it and you're just prolonging the inevitable and
00:20:53.680 that's why you know we're hoping and praying that as we move forward with uh david in pressing criminal
00:21:00.560 charges against these individuals for their indictable offense against you that you will
00:21:05.920 have success down the road okay almost a game of russian roulette in a way you know um you you uh
00:21:12.000 take your chances on the vaccine some may be placebo some are not people are uh there's a two-fold aspect
00:21:18.080 number one they're they're tainted and number two um do you or anybody have a specific uh bodily
00:21:25.120 reaction that's going to happen other people may not yeah i i i've 100 decided i won't take the
00:21:31.040 vaccine this is just about testing right now i i'm just trying to prolong how many you know how many
00:21:35.760 months of salary i could still get before i before i'm forced to take a test at which point i would say
00:21:40.960 no but yeah unless you sign under duress right and you make it clear that you're signing under duress i
00:21:48.080 don't know david would that change his situation in the interim well it would um they probably wouldn't
00:21:54.400 accept it any more than if you send sent them a notice saying will you agree to accept all
00:21:59.840 financial compensation if i get injured and so on chances are they're going to say no we're not
00:22:04.560 going to accept it and if you force that on us we're just going to fire you anyway um if ultimately
00:22:09.120 if they're going to fire you why would a company fire you or or sign something that says you're going
00:22:14.880 to be there they could be held viable taking a chance that you get something sick or injured from
00:22:21.200 the vaccine or whatever and then um and then you come back on them for that so most uh most companies
00:22:27.040 in fact probably all companies are simply not going to do that so it definitely comes down to um
00:22:33.200 unfortunately a david and goliath situation but it is something that um you need to you need to stand
00:22:39.360 firm on for sure and fred can i ask have you signed the covid testing notice of liability and added the
00:22:46.960 additional warning letter have you sent that to them um i i haven't yet i i did download it i saw
00:22:52.560 a couple of things on it there was a link that wasn't working and also uh there's something about
00:22:58.000 nuremberg article 6 i couldn't find that i found that in a unesco agreement so there's just a couple
00:23:02.960 little things in there that i wasn't really sure were accurate i don't want to send inaccurate info to
00:23:07.680 them so if i can give you comfort when i drafted these they went through rocco our constitutional
00:23:14.160 lawyer before i made them available to the public and even in our constitutional challenge that we
00:23:20.960 have presented it's 391 pages long rocco refers to the nuremberg nuremberg trial and i almost get
00:23:27.920 a bit of a chuckle for people that were like oh we can't use them the nuremberg trials in there
00:23:32.080 when i look at the information that's in the notice of liability and what they cover
00:23:36.800 we're talking about the pcr test i think there's 10 links there from around the world where they're
00:23:42.000 saying this is an unreliable test we've got criminal code uh offenses that are listed we've
00:23:48.720 got supreme court information and then for anybody to pick out the nuremberg trial to think the nuremberg
00:23:54.720 trial is an example of what's happened in the past when such atrocities happened against a society that
00:24:03.520 justice was served internationally and if nothing else the nuremberg trial being listed in the notice of
00:24:10.400 liability brings attention to that there will be justice yeah okay all right well i don't want to
00:24:18.240 let some other people ask questions i appreciate your time thank you very much best of luck
00:24:25.520 okay terenzio how are we doing
00:24:31.920 know what i could do um while terenzio maybe is looking for someone else uh let me just get on here
00:24:37.280 sorry about that heather do you have one from the telegram group that we have set up i do i can
00:24:43.840 just read it out for you are citizens required to provide their name and identification if the police
00:24:49.200 come to their business or home what do you do if the police officer does not leave after they have
00:24:55.280 confirmed that you are not under arrest and are not being detained you are not obligated to give your
00:25:02.720 name to the police unless you're under arrest and even then you can withhold your name if you want
00:25:08.960 but at that point they will use it against you as a basis of trying not to release you on bail or
00:25:14.320 promissory uh uh promissory note or something or not promissory note but a promise to appear so
00:25:21.440 unless you're under arrest you don't have to tell them who you are or anything about you and if they're
00:25:26.640 on your property you can demand that they leave and you can get their badge number if they don't and
00:25:32.160 you can definitely um institute trespass proceedings against them um
00:25:41.280 they may claim that they had a right to be there they were in an investigation
00:25:44.880 but that investigation doesn't trump your property rights and if they're told to leave
00:25:50.080 and they want to remain there they should go to the court and get a warrant to do so
00:25:53.920 and either search or whatever they want to they want to do so if they're there at your business or
00:26:01.440 at your uh home or wherever and they're demanding to know who you are you should be demanding who they
00:26:07.200 are and uh i go back to what somebody said years ago which i thought was really insightful the reason
00:26:13.040 these people are called public officials is because we're supposed to know everything that they're doing
00:26:18.240 and who they are the reason we're called private individuals is because they're not supposed to
00:26:22.960 know anything about us period unless the law allows for it so um yeah if they're there you don't have
00:26:29.440 to tell them anything about yourself your name or anything about you okay perfect thank you i have a
00:26:36.160 question here it says what is the process for a business to file an foia request to find out the name
00:26:41.840 of the person who made an anonymous complaint about the following about not following the covid mandates and
00:26:47.840 then it says who do we file with and and for one david i want to hear your answer on that but one of our
00:26:53.600 business owners he's just been phenomenal and so he owns a gym and as soon as bonnie henry in bc
00:27:00.080 had stated that uh you know there there was these vax pass orders and that businesses had to comply
00:27:06.160 and ensure that they were asking their customers to show their private vaccine information he refused to do that
00:27:13.040 and so it almost immediately an environmental health officer was knocking on his door and saying i need
00:27:20.000 to come and inspect i need to do this and that and he used the action for canada's notice of liability
00:27:26.880 that could be served to anybody trying to interfere with his business and that's a specific one under
00:27:32.080 business under our notice of liability and on our business page and and it's it's it's working extremely
00:27:38.240 well and so the environmental health officer came back and said oh the notice of liability doesn't
00:27:43.600 apply to me and uh under the health act and he came back and showed that if she's acting in bad faith
00:27:49.520 it does so they went through this process and uh you know she had said then there was like 10 people
00:27:54.960 who had made these anonymous uh complaints against him and so he's saying you know you're damaging
00:28:00.960 my reputation and so i'd like to see who's been making these complaints against me and so he filed
00:28:08.240 and demanded uh the foi information from the environmental health officer to comply and provide that
00:28:14.960 information and they are currently working on that and will be giving him that uh so that's one way
00:28:20.720 depending on who it is that's coming in and trying to disrupt your business i would say first deal with
00:28:26.880 them if they're claiming that people are making complaints that means that they have access to
00:28:30.880 that david what what else would you say um i think it depends where you're going there's different
00:28:37.680 um access privacy legislation in each province and there's one federally federally breaks it down
00:28:42.960 into access requests and privacy requests which are separate the access requests i believe still are
00:28:48.400 five bucks the privacy requests are free depending on the quantity of information you want and each
00:28:55.120 province will have its own legislation in bc they combine it into one statute uh other provinces may
00:29:00.800 do that as well or they may keep them separate as well um so a lot depends on um on where you're going
00:29:08.320 and who um or what legislation applies in what province and who you're seeking the information from
00:29:15.520 some information will be redacted um and you know if it's an anonymous tip how are you going to find out
00:29:22.560 who it is anyway if it's anonymous and they didn't leave any information right you may get a copy of
00:29:27.680 the um you may get a copy of the written say email for example um alternatively if it was an if it was
00:29:36.560 done orally maybe you can get a tape recording and maybe you might recognize the voice but otherwise if
00:29:42.000 it's an anonymous one it's going to be very difficult to find out who it is but a lot depends as i said what
00:29:47.360 province you're in and what type of legislation you're referring to and it's very helpful as well
00:29:52.560 to apply the pressure because if they're fabricating this and in this instance because it was almost on
00:29:58.320 september 13th within hours of the order being put in place that they had contacted him saying there had
00:30:04.000 been a complaint and i found that to be highly suspicious so this puts them on notice uh they're
00:30:10.320 either going to fabricate more information or be put on the spot right and so definitely pursue
00:30:16.880 information pursue um trying to make it as difficult as possible for them to do their job uh because
00:30:24.400 what they're doing is unlawful yeah all right heather do you have another question that you could provide
00:30:30.800 i do and this one is actually happening to a lot of people so we're i think we're going to be really
00:30:35.600 interested to hear what your answers are how do we deal with customers who harass and threaten us
00:30:40.480 for not wearing a mask in a store or the mall can we threaten to sue them for harassment or
00:30:45.600 follow criminal charges should we serve them with a notice of liability well a lot depends on what you
00:30:52.960 consider to be harassment if somebody is a customer and i don't the question doesn't refer to whether
00:30:58.320 you're an employee or another customer in the store but if you're there and somebody looks at you
00:31:04.320 and says hey you should be wearing a mask then um there's really nothing to be made you can say
00:31:10.480 what you want to them or keep your mouth shut and say nothing if however they start yelling and screaming
00:31:16.000 then you have grounds to put them either under citizen's arrest for causing a disturbance or to
00:31:20.720 call the police and have them do that if uh and put them under arrest if they're not yelling and
00:31:26.160 screaming and just continually berating you my recommendation is just leave them um why
00:31:32.720 you know you got 30 percent of the people that are simply brainwashed in the system and you're
00:31:39.440 not going to convince them otherwise and if they come up to you and they're really really hard-nosed
00:31:44.240 about um coming after you for not wearing a mask um why engage them why engage them at all just walk
00:31:53.040 away from them and why why cause a problem um go to some other aisle go to another part of the store
00:31:58.880 go to another lineup whatever it takes just just leave them and uh because it's just not worth not
00:32:04.240 worth talking to them for you're not going to convince them of anything and depending on the
00:32:08.480 situation as well say they are a little more aggressive i've had a lady where she was in a
00:32:13.200 store and one of the customers actually was abusive and made contact with her and so she he was just
00:32:20.320 brutal and so she went outside she was too scared to get her phone too shocked to get her phone on but
00:32:25.760 please try to remember to whip your phone out and start recording got mine in my hand right now
00:32:31.040 start putting it up like this because once they know that this is an accountability machine right
00:32:36.000 here and it can have a huge impact but if it's after the fact make sure that you either get a
00:32:42.960 license plate number get the person's photo and then go directly to the police and file a complaint
00:32:49.120 you should also immediately ask the store for a copy of their video so that you have the evidence
00:32:56.480 of the harassment if it's something more light-hearted um i've turned around in a couple of instances i
00:33:03.120 says oh could you show me your badge i'd like to see your badge and they'll go what and i'll say well
00:33:08.160 show me your badge like you know what gives you the authority to tell me whether i can wear a mask or not
00:33:12.960 um sometimes i'll i'll give them a bit of a shame and saying you know do you know my my health situation
00:33:20.880 are you willing to put me at risk is that what you're demanding i do right now do you have no
00:33:25.920 compassion for people what what's happened in canada we were once the nicest and most polite nation
00:33:33.120 of people around you know there are some things that you could practice in advance gauge the situation
00:33:39.920 i happened to pull that one with a city councilor who was so incredibly rude to me i was literally
00:33:45.280 standing on my own and she walked over to me i was so well distanced from anybody and she just had it
00:33:51.760 in her mind uh to come and harass me and so i just politely looked at her and i said what is what is the
00:33:59.520 matter with humanity i says that we would treat each other with such disregard i said this this is so
00:34:07.440 unlike us anyways it was another city councilor that came along and said you know you let's let's
00:34:13.920 just walk away and i said yeah that would be a good idea so it would be a little bit of practice but i
00:34:20.720 think it's an opportunity depending on the time to actually engage them and maybe tap into their
00:34:26.880 critical thinking and get their perspective to change i mean that would be a good thing if you could
00:34:32.000 change somebody's heart in the moment but you have to gauge it and you have to be prepared for it for
00:34:36.560 sure i agree and the other thing i would mention on that is um something i was reading the other day
00:34:41.920 in proverbs if if you respond by yelling and screaming at them you're just going to get them
00:34:46.800 upset and it's almost like they're goading you into it and you fell for it be calm talk to them politely
00:34:52.400 and um you know if worse comes to worse and they're still antagonistic toward you leave the scene
00:34:57.840 it's not worth staying there and and as tanya said um get evidence record it get license plates
00:35:04.960 and if you do send a request into the store make sure you send it in writing and you got proof they
00:35:09.280 got it uh if you want their videos or whatever too because uh you always want to keep proof
00:35:14.480 of anything that you've done exactly and i have found the phone to be a very good tool
00:35:20.560 people will say i didn't give you permission to record me and i'm like well i don't need your
00:35:24.960 permission and and that's a hundred percent as long as if you're in a conversation with somebody
00:35:29.840 i'll say if you look at the videos on the website i've i've managed to have conversations with people
00:35:36.320 at the dollar store people at costco and say i didn't give you permission it's only one of us have to
00:35:42.080 be okay with this right now and i need this as evidence because you're being abusive and as soon
00:35:47.120 as they say i'm not being abusive and say yeah you are this is something that's none of your concern
00:35:51.280 in none of your business and um i'm asking you to cease and desist right now and anyways it's
00:35:58.240 helpful i have found it to be a helpful tool all right uh uh trenzio did we have somebody else that
00:36:04.320 we could bring on with a question yeah we have angela spicer angela are you there
00:36:11.680 yes i am hi angela what's your question hi um well first thanks for doing this um
00:36:18.240 and so i kind of have two questions i'll try to make them quick so the notice of liabilities
00:36:24.160 state that canada has not enacted the federal emergencies act um and you might have addressed
00:36:29.440 that in the preamble but um alberta has enacted um the emergency act so i was just curious on how
00:36:37.360 that affects the nols that's kind of question one and question two is employers are touting the
00:36:44.880 occupational health and safety as a reason for implementing vaccine policies can that be
00:36:50.560 refuted in the nols yeah so okay so the point of bringing up the fact that the federal government
00:36:56.880 hasn't even enacted it but if they had it states in their preamble that nothing supersedes the chart of
00:37:03.680 rights or the bill of rights and then as for whatever you'll see that the document that i was just
00:37:09.840 uh referencing that i'd updated as you know as a vaccination as a term of employment vaccination
00:37:16.720 mask uh or testing as a term of employment or yeah it just means nothing if it is inconsistent with the
00:37:24.400 constitution section 52 one states that there is no no law anything that is inconsistent with the
00:37:32.960 constitution is of no force or effect that means every law or sorry sorry every act every order every
00:37:39.600 statute all of these things that they're putting forth right now are in violation of the constitution
00:37:47.040 and your charter of rights and freedoms so this is why i keep saying that that um most recent resource
00:37:54.960 that i've made available to you i keep calling it the drop the mic letter because it has everything in
00:38:01.280 there that states none of this none of this is constitutional none of it is lawful all of those
00:38:08.640 orders that the provinces have put in place i'm sorry you could just use them to blow your nose
00:38:15.280 that's how unlawful they are because they did not go through proper process and they're trying to say
00:38:22.160 according to section one of the charter that there are times when they get to interfere with our rights
00:38:29.760 but the part that they always uh sorry and neglect to include is that they have to demonstrably prove
00:38:38.880 beyond a shadow of a doubt that we're in a pandemic or in an emergency and that there has to be also
00:38:46.000 included in that public input and debate so when they pass these bills at the provincial level because
00:38:52.320 each one of them did i think is night bill 19 in bc i think it was 10 in alberta 95 in ontario every single one of them
00:39:01.440 passed an unlawful bill and it was unlawful because they bypassed the legislature they had no public input in debate
00:39:09.280 and they did not demonstrably prove that we're in a in a pandemic and again david correct me if i'm wrong but pandemic
00:39:16.320 is is is not part of the emergency orders it's a natural disaster and a and a virus is not a natural
00:39:24.000 disaster so everything they're doing is a joke it's unlawful okay well the emergency order right from
00:39:31.120 the beginning from farnworth back on um i think it was march 18 last year excuse me he um he specifically
00:39:38.400 said in his opening line on the uh on the order it says whereas there is a pandemic and my first question
00:39:45.280 is you don't have the power to to declare that there's a pandemic who did and there was no facts
00:39:50.240 to exist because two days earlier bonnie henry in here in british columbia said only three people had
00:39:54.800 died so there was no medically speaking there was no factual pandemic and yet he passes an order saying
00:40:02.320 there was and and you're correct the emergencies act uh program act here in bc does not make reference
00:40:08.400 to virus viruses or viral transmission or or anything like that uh as being something that can be
00:40:13.680 and comes to an emergency the floods that happen now that's something different of course and they
00:40:17.840 can do that but um not for the virus absolutely okay thank you that that helps i just and just to
00:40:24.400 expand a little bit on the um occupational health and safety so there are employers saying that we're
00:40:30.240 going to implement a vaccine policy in our workplace because we believe it um i guess falls under the
00:40:38.480 rules of occupational health and safety for the protection of the good of everyone else we need
00:40:43.520 to to put this into place and that that's what i'm looking at at work that's their i guess focus is
00:40:50.400 number one that you know the cmoh is saying this but number two um to comply with occupational health
00:40:57.280 and safety they're they're putting this vaccine mandate in into place which okay i'm not familiar
00:41:04.400 really with occupational health and safety rules but it doesn't make sense to me so again it's a
00:41:09.040 it's an occupational rule does it is it in conflict with the constitution and the chart of rights yes
00:41:15.200 it is so it is of no force or effect so i'm going to take the link that i have right here and i'm going
00:41:19.680 to put it in the chat immediately but i want to read part of this and highlight it so it goes it's to
00:41:26.960 say your employer occupational health whose ever name is on that letter re threat to use an
00:41:31.440 experimental covet 19 injection mask or testing as a condition of my employment there are no
00:41:37.680 provisions in any orders of any health minister doctor or provincial legislation that can nor pretend
00:41:44.400 that any measures can override charter or other pre-charter constitutional rights all statute orders
00:41:51.280 bylaws and acts must be consistent with the constitution or they are of no force or effect section
00:41:57.360 52 1 of the constitution act it says the constitution of canada is the supreme law of canada and any law
00:42:05.920 that is inconsistent with the provisions of the constitution is to the extent of the inconsistency
00:42:11.840 of no force or effect then the next link is according to the public health agency of canada
00:42:17.840 canadian national report on immunization 1996 this is right off their website quote vaccines are not
00:42:25.040 mandatory in canada and they cannot be made mandatory because of the canadian constitution then i include
00:42:31.680 the federal emergency act which we just discussed then i quote section 7 of the canadian charter of
00:42:37.920 rights which says everyone has the right to life liberty and security of the person life and liberty life
00:42:44.560 when you know this is an experimental deadly injection one you're entitled to life you're entitled to
00:42:51.280 liberty which means i can choose what goes into my body and you're entitled to security which means i
00:42:57.280 have the right to work and provide for myself and or my family then it goes into consent to medical
00:43:03.120 treatment and testing and the genetic non-discrimination act which states very clearly on the testing side of
00:43:09.600 it that you have the right to refuse this testing because of dna rna testing and it's an indictable
00:43:17.600 offense up to a million dollar fine or three to five years in prison the letter finish off finish
00:43:23.520 finishes off with saying to this individual extortion committing tort which all of these are
00:43:29.600 privacy violations willful misconduct assault and battery and acting in bad faith are serious
00:43:34.960 indictable criminal code offenses interfering with someone's right to gainful employment or essential
00:43:40.640 or non-essential services is a further violation of the constitution and charter rights and freedoms
00:43:46.160 i am writing to advise you that if you persist in interfering with my guaranteed rights by
00:43:51.280 supporting or enforcing the covet 19 injection testing mask or any other medical treatment under
00:43:57.520 threat of losing my employment or being suspended without pay i will hold you personally liable for
00:44:03.120 any loss of income damages and or any injury i suffer as a result of your actions you are personally
00:44:10.400 not protected under any act order or statute that is in violation of the canadian rule of law constitution
00:44:17.200 and charter of rights and freedoms and that portion means that if they have a dno insurance
00:44:23.680 the director and officer insurance it's the owner of a company or someone that works for the company
00:44:28.640 they can not rely on that insurance because we're saying that you are criminally you're you're uh you're uh
00:44:34.880 uh and yeah this is an indictable criminal offense and so if you robbed a bank you would not have any
00:44:42.480 title supporting you you would go before the courts as joe smith and that's the protections i'm saying they
00:44:49.600 don't have any of those protections if they're committing a criminal offense which they are so i said
00:44:55.760 it is the duty of every canadian citizen to uphold the law and respect the constitution and charter of
00:45:01.280 rights so they've been duly warned and the reason this is so vital for all of you to use this letter
00:45:08.800 is because when it comes time to press the criminal charge against this individual you can go to the
00:45:15.120 courts and you have something tangible to say i i warned you i gave them the information to cease and
00:45:21.200 desist i i gave them the evidence of the fact that they were committing an indictable offense i provided
00:45:27.760 them the constitution the charter and and the uh criminal code and so anybody that neglects it and
00:45:34.320 brushes it aside maybe they're doing it as your supervisor because they're worried about losing
00:45:39.120 their job it doesn't matter they're still going to be responsible for committing a criminal offense
00:45:47.200 so i'll put that link in there just so it's fresh at the top so you can grab it david do you have
00:45:51.680 anything to add to that yeah i think that one of the things that we need to look at is the
00:45:57.760 fundamental nature of what's being asked governments are trying to tell you you need to get the vaccine
00:46:04.400 to protect everybody else and so on and putting aside the fact that vaccines don't stop viral
00:46:09.600 transmission anyway they just listen lessen the symptoms i think it's important to know that at
00:46:15.280 common law any surgery done without your consent was called trespass to the person and today it's
00:46:22.240 commonly just called an assault so what these employers and and stores and and everybody is
00:46:28.240 saying is that you have to be assaulted criminally assaulted in order to come into our store or work
00:46:36.160 here as a condition of employment and when you look at it at a fundamental level like that you realize
00:46:42.560 that hold on even if vaccines did work that doesn't allow them to force you to be assaulted
00:46:51.120 as a condition of of employment or as a condition of going into somebody's restaurant or or store
00:46:56.720 so think um i urge everybody think fundamentally at that level it's an assault and you cannot force
00:47:03.200 me to be assaulted in order to do something and putting it in that context it's probably extortion and
00:47:08.480 uh a couple other offenses in the criminal code as well but look at it from that that perspective
00:47:14.000 and uh hopefully that'll um clarify things a little more excellent thank you all right
00:47:22.000 trenzio do we have another question in the queue or are we good yeah we have a crystal uh bat key i think
00:47:29.520 i i said that right crystal are you there hello hi crystal what's your question okay
00:47:38.160 hey tanya we've been over this a lot but oh crystal okay yes it's me um my daughter i've told her she
00:47:47.280 is not to mask anymore at school so my question is she's actually stopped masking but it's very hard
00:47:55.760 for her because the rest of my christian private school is they've honored all of my requests they've
00:48:02.800 said they won't back sir they won't even i've told them teachers can't even ask her to mask like they
00:48:08.640 did last year and um they're honoring everything but my daughter is very shy and feels humiliated
00:48:15.360 because she's not masking and has been undergoing quite a bit of anxiety this week even chewing on the
00:48:20.960 side of her mouth and lip what's your question is there a way to deal with the whole school and get them
00:48:29.600 unmasked to make it that kind of environment they're all in uniform anyway and she's the only
00:48:34.960 one who's slightly different and it's not a part of their uniform or um work or or student policy it's
00:48:42.240 just they think they have to follow the mandates well as we had mentioned the other day you had not yet
00:48:48.160 served the notice of liability to the principal and the others and so that would be my first
00:48:54.800 recommendation is that you do that you're an advocate for the other children and what we're
00:48:59.520 finding in sorry we're finding in schools where parents did take this step that other students are
00:49:07.280 finding a way to remove the mask as well so your daughter's on the front line and there is no way
00:49:12.160 that you can force other parents to take the mask off their children and that's the mentality that
00:49:16.320 we're also fighting with so you have to do this incrementally and you have to take the steps that
00:49:21.120 were are within your power and uh to let them know that there's a liability here that they're causing
00:49:26.880 harm to all students and that you are um highly recommending to them to change their policy because
00:49:34.720 there's nothing to back it up david what would you add to that i would just add that you know uh
00:49:39.840 fundamentally our law is based on the supremacy of the individual not the collective and if you're in
00:49:45.120 a public school system by choice um then no clearly well most people always asking what can we do
00:49:55.120 about the whole school i get i could serve the principal even though they're complying i'm
00:49:59.760 considering it because they're not they're actually really honoring all of my requests i want all the
00:50:04.960 kids unmasked in that school how do i go about that is there a letter is there a notice of liability
00:50:10.640 i'm not their parents but it's that's what you need to do is you need to get other parents on
00:50:16.000 board to do that because they have to do it you have no legal power to do it on behalf of somebody
00:50:20.800 else or somebody else's parents or kids or whoever you don't have that legal power to do that so what
00:50:26.480 you need to do is recruit other parents on board and once you get to a certain level maybe say
00:50:31.440 five ten fifteen percent the school might likely then say okay look let's just back down
00:50:37.280 but ultimately you you can't do it for them they have to come on board and that's where you have
00:50:41.920 to get uh some sort of maybe parent association or something happening where um all of these parents
00:50:47.600 are going to do it um it doesn't have to be simultaneously but within a short period of time
00:50:52.000 they go in and enforce their own rights okay i'm working on it i've sent home the nol to uh one of the
00:50:59.200 families already and i i now i will be contacting more to put pressure on them so my child doesn't feel so
00:51:06.000 right okay it is about education and i and i've got to add sorry crystal just so everyone knows
00:51:13.360 we've got two notices of liabilities for students one is for a parent to sign where you actually can
00:51:19.040 put your child's name at the bottom of it bottom of it along with your own and then the other one is
00:51:23.760 called concerned citizen and i my kids are grown but i want to serve a notice of liability to a school
00:51:29.840 to support those other kids and get the mask off and educate and advise them that what they're doing is
00:51:35.360 criminal and it's causing harm so we do have a notice of liability that you could serve as a whole
00:51:42.000 to as a concerned citizen i could serve that absolutely and the other the mask did you say
00:51:50.960 yeah we've got a christian school that's in langley and it's just a total dictator that's overseeing
00:51:55.840 three different schools and he has been served repeatedly and he has been advised the harm that the
00:52:01.840 masks are causing children and and just here's a good point to say everyone masks are not legislated
00:52:08.800 in canada there is no law and and if it's not legislated that means you don't have to do it you
00:52:13.440 don't have to do it because they can't legislate it because they can't interfere with your right to breathe
00:52:17.680 freely and when these masks you know were created for surgeons understand in those surgical rooms
00:52:23.760 that there's extra oxygen being pumped into those rooms to compensate for the lack of oxygen that
00:52:30.640 the surgeons and nurses are receiving while they're wearing a mask during surgery oh they're not pumping
00:52:37.440 our schools filled with extra oxygen are they to help our kids get the mask off your children
00:52:42.960 okay thank you crystal all right thank you okay terenzio did you have one more yes we have diane oh
00:52:53.040 excellent diane are you there yeah i'm here can you hear me hi diane i'm going to say what's your
00:53:00.160 question okay going once going twice he's there next we have maria bc police for freedom
00:53:07.840 hey can you hear me we got maria are you there oh can he not hear me yes i'm here but apparently
00:53:17.680 the last person needs to speak first she uh she did respond so i'll wait i'm still here okay diane oh
00:53:26.480 okay yes diane go ahead okay thanks um i have a few questions but i'll only ask one um i belong to
00:53:34.000 two outdoor clubs one of them i volunteer as a coordinator for and i managed uh months ago to
00:53:41.760 stop them from requiring vaccine passports uh to participate but now they passed the motion
00:53:49.040 a few weeks ago to require vaccine passports to participate in indoor meetings and outdoor trips
00:53:58.800 because it's going to make the trip leaders feel safer so the i was going to serve them with notice
00:54:06.240 as a liability so what i did is i um i x i took some excerpts from the notice of liability and i emailed
00:54:15.040 the uh president of that organization and informed her how many laws they're breaking by this by mandating
00:54:22.640 that and anyway short story is uh she shared that with the board they got back to me and said uh they
00:54:31.040 it's they're still going to go ahead with that regardless she didn't want to get into any discussion
00:54:36.320 about what laws they're actually breaking and um so now um you know she basically said to me well if
00:54:46.080 somebody doesn't like it then they don't have to join the club so you know that so i have a couple
00:54:52.480 questions about that the meeting space is rented from the town so the town or the city is requiring
00:55:01.440 them to mandate vaccine passports when they use the community space but the activity part that takes
00:55:10.720 place outside has nothing to do with that space so i don't know whether i should go ahead and file
00:55:17.120 notice as a liability or just forget it and try to just get people that don't want to be vaccinated to
00:55:23.920 make another club or how you would deal with a club like that well to me there's two things you could do
00:55:32.320 one for the cause serve them notices of liability don't just walk away it's like resigning from a job
00:55:38.240 right we have an opportunity here to have a potential to educate these individuals and serve
00:55:45.280 them the notice of liability and then potentially possibly taking the next steps of criminal charges
00:55:52.320 against them and then on the other side of it you could form your own group because i'm sure there's
00:55:57.440 others uh you know that who are in agreement with you that aren't going to subject be subjected to this
00:56:03.840 experimental treatment david what would you recommend well even if they're a private group
00:56:09.040 that you're voluntarily associating with the city doesn't have the right as a condition of um of using
00:56:15.120 their facilities demand to demand you get assaulted either so the the city's obligation or the the city's
00:56:22.000 duties upon them i would suspect it's probably probably not even in their original contract that
00:56:28.000 they had to rent the space off the city in the first place um so that's the first starting point
00:56:33.040 check their contract is it even um is that type of uh requirement even in there and the second thing
00:56:39.680 would be to try and convince them that the city doesn't have the power to force them to do that in
00:56:44.480 the first place because they're they're also then forcing you to be criminally assaulted and um ultimately
00:56:50.640 if they um if they say they're going to go ahead and do it and they're going to comply with the city and
00:56:55.600 they're not going to fight it and there's uh insufficient people to change their mind and
00:57:00.240 the board's not changing their mind then short of legal action um start your own group and just get
00:57:06.400 out of there and um give them competition okay and one of the other things that they said is oh we're
00:57:12.800 decided to go ahead and finally do this because all the other clubs are doing it how ridiculous just to
00:57:18.640 follow along yeah that attitude i i had a story here in uh penticton was um claiming that the other
00:57:26.160 day and we got orders to follow and that that excuse i wish there was a criminal offense that anybody who
00:57:33.040 says uh right in the criminal code if you you say we're following orders you can be charged with an
00:57:37.120 offense for all the people that that say that because it's just a um a legally indefensible comment
00:57:45.840 to put the blame onto somebody else so you're not accountable for your own actions right yeah it's
00:57:50.640 like just use an excuse for your ignorance yeah and that's why we said that everybody every citizen
00:57:57.280 has a duty to uphold the law right everybody all right david here's a question it says uh i've served
00:58:04.240 the mayor i want to serve the mayor of calgary and notice of liability if they don't comply
00:58:09.120 can i press criminal charges that would depend on what it is they're they're doing that would
00:58:16.400 violate the criminal code um it's in reference to the vaccine okay and is the person uh how do i put
00:58:26.480 this is the person um like you don't need to be a victim but i'm just wondering what relationship the
00:58:34.160 person is is doing and and uh what so calgary i'm assuming calgary has made a bylaw that says
00:58:40.640 everybody in in the city facilities has to be vaccinated or something to that effect it didn't
00:58:45.600 specify but let's just assume because we've got a lot of city workers who are being told that uh you
00:58:51.600 know by january they need to take the vaccine be double vaxxed right or they're not going to have a job
00:58:58.800 and okay so you're talking the employees that let's see yeah it didn't specify but let's just
00:59:03.440 say it is sure yeah if you're talking to the um to the employees for example um for the city of calgary
00:59:10.560 and they're forcing you as a conditioned appointment to get vaccinated in my opinion
00:59:17.200 yes you could you could lay criminal charges on them you would have to find out the individual
00:59:21.280 person for example who's forcing it on you and one of the things i'll talk about on on sunday is the
00:59:27.120 critical importance of keeping detailed records there's no use going to charge somebody if if all
00:59:32.240 you have is a he said she said uh or he said he said uh situation you're not going to get very far
00:59:38.640 so um whatever they're they're doing the mayor has done you need a copy of uh their records their
00:59:44.880 policies uh bylaws whatever they passed and if they uh if they do terminate you and say it's in january
00:59:51.840 you need to keep a record of all their correspondence and communications till then
00:59:56.960 and in my opinion you you probably if you keep detailed records you can make out a charge against
01:00:01.600 and probably several charges against them for doing that and again think fundamentally you you simply
01:00:07.120 cannot force people to be assaulted and the analogy i i will give is if uh an employer goes up to an
01:00:13.920 employee and says hey listen if you still want to work here um uh from now on once a week you either have
01:00:20.640 to get slapped in the face or you have to be agree to be sexually assaulted somehow um nobody would
01:00:28.160 think twice about saying that that's wrong so why is it that the mentality changes when you think it's a
01:00:34.640 vaccine it's still a criminal assault and an assault is an assault no matter what a criminal offense is a
01:00:40.160 criminal offense no matter what so yes if they're forcing you to be assaulted uh keep the records keep the
01:00:48.400 evidence and in an extent of that when david says keep the evidence i would even go further to ask for
01:00:53.920 freedom of information of all correspondence uh to the city requesting all correspondence regarding
01:01:00.480 whatever vaccination mandate had come down and he also says make sure to uh include ask for request
01:01:07.280 attachments because if there is an email you want all attachments uh text phone calls faxes make sure that you name
01:01:15.360 it all when you request your foi anything to add to that david no that's correct we learned that the
01:01:20.560 hard way uh five years ago we made an access and they came back and they said well you didn't ask for
01:01:25.280 the attachments so we learned the the hard way to put the attachments since we eventually got them
01:01:30.240 anyway but um always add for the attachments or anything extra exhibits whatever it is you're you're
01:01:36.160 going to ask for but yeah make your own evidence do access privacy requests to get it um you may be able to get
01:01:42.240 um notes of mayors and city councillors you may be able to get communications from one councillor to
01:01:49.360 another normally you cannot get minutes of meetings that they're from within their meetings because they
01:01:55.440 like to have that privacy but um if mayor is communicating on an email to another councillor
01:02:02.000 you may be able to get some of that communication as well and this is why it's really important to
01:02:07.200 communicate via email as well because then you have a record of it and if it's a public office
01:02:13.200 they also have to keep a record of it and and so that uh is always in the data bank there so make
01:02:21.040 sure that you keep things and if you have a phone conversation with somebody get their email and then
01:02:26.080 follow up with an email saying you know thank you so much for uh the phone conversation i just want to
01:02:32.080 to highlight you know some of our conversation so that i don't misunderstand what you've said
01:02:37.600 name the points and if there's nothing that they agree with when you name those bullet points they're
01:02:43.280 going to come back and confirm one way or the other and so then now you have written or at least a
01:02:49.600 communication of that conversation just in case you think oh i didn't record that conversation that's
01:02:55.040 another way to address it all right terenzio could you bring somebody else on yes we have uh maria are you there
01:03:05.360 hello hi can you hear me hi maria yes we can
01:03:11.200 yep what's your question it looks like she's been put on mute terenzio there we go my question is uh
01:03:19.360 if i was to lay a private information does crown still have to approve private information and let's
01:03:26.960 say here in bc how does that process work because my understanding is it still gets approved by crown
01:03:34.800 well are you talking from what like what kind of okay so if i was to go with a 346 under the criminal
01:03:42.320 code for code for extortion uh and i would lay that let's say i would stick to bc let's just keep
01:03:49.120 it um i can go big and go federal and say federal government but let's say i would go with dr bonnie
01:03:54.800 henry and a health authority so uh because they're you know they're mandating this right they're they're
01:04:01.520 putting this out there in the in a public mandate so or uh yeah so i would lay that private information
01:04:09.040 because the police aren't going to investigate that i'll tell you that right now i am a police officer
01:04:12.960 and that's the big question they don't teach you in the police academy is how do you
01:04:19.280 lay charges against your government when they're the corrupt ones and they're doing illegal activity
01:04:24.400 and criminal activity so wouldn't crown have to approve that no no you can file your own criminal
01:04:31.920 charge you do not need crown approval to do it um ultimately they um they may or may not take over
01:04:39.040 the prosecution most cases they do sometimes they even uh and i've seen it they appoint special
01:04:44.640 prosecutors but you do not get need to get crown approval the only thing you do need to do and i'll
01:04:49.760 talk about it on sunday is you need to be able to give the crown a copy of your charge which is a recent
01:04:55.360 amendment to the criminal code um so they know about it but other than that um you do not need to get
01:05:01.600 their approval done okay all right uh and then if i were part of a federal suit uh let's say with the
01:05:09.840 constitutional argument let's say with mr galati and i was to lay a private information does that impede
01:05:17.040 the civil suit because usually we hear criminal matters before we hear civil matters and i don't
01:05:23.280 know if uh if this even impacts it but it's something i had a question i was wondering about
01:05:28.160 well i wouldn't do it without talking to the lawyer first if you're part of a civil claim
01:05:33.360 that that's first and foremost uh before you run out and do something but civil and criminal can exist
01:05:39.040 simultaneously um if criminal is done first and say you lose and the accused is acquitted
01:05:46.160 it may or may not have relevance on the civil because the civil is a balance of probabilities which
01:05:50.880 is a lower test uh criminal is uh beyond reasonable doubt which is significantly higher so you may not be
01:05:56.800 able to meet that high test but you may be able to meet the lower test still for uh for civil suits
01:06:03.280 but i wouldn't do anything without talking to the lawyer first yes and then there was uh there was
01:06:08.480 some uh some people wanting to lay a charge let's say uh against the the pm for inciting hate 319 public
01:06:18.640 incitement of hatred publicly public public incitement of hatred because when he's dividing the country
01:06:25.760 and literally saying that the unvaccinated have no rights they're not going anywhere he's going to
01:06:31.120 make sure that they never get on a plane train sit next to him or should be sitting next to you and your
01:06:38.880 kids that's hatred right and it's again uh how do we go about that but maybe i'll uh try to join in on your
01:06:46.800 next um on your next workshop there you're here sure interestingly um ebus had just come out which uh
01:06:54.320 kind of partially took the place of greyhound uh they're out of alberta and they run generally i
01:06:59.280 think from calgary edmonton to um kelowna and then kamloops and vancouver and that's about it but
01:07:04.960 they came out recently and announced that uh you won't be able to ride their buses i think starting
01:07:09.840 january unless you've been vaccinated and so you're you're right you won't they're going to try and make
01:07:15.920 it so you can't fly and uh the next thing is going to be uh check stops check stops and lockdowns of
01:07:22.880 the unvaccinated that's coming that happened in austria uh the government couldn't go ahead with
01:07:29.200 it they actually ended up just doing the full lockdown again because uh even the police and
01:07:34.400 the military showed up to protest against this so that's great news but unfortunately then they
01:07:41.120 they went ahead and locked everybody down again so uh that's coming people where the
01:07:47.600 the unvaccinated are going to be locked down well we're gonna fight hard to make sure that doesn't
01:07:53.520 happen but exactly it is definitely it's i won't accept it i can tell you when they tried last year
01:07:59.280 i mean i was walking around penticton it was like a ghost town but i was walking here and in kona and uh
01:08:04.720 in various other places and my position was fine let him arrest me yeah we need it we need a tsunami
01:08:11.440 of non-compliance in this nation and this is why i keep pumping out saying join the action for canada
01:08:18.240 chapters they are exploding when i was in ontario in august uh third week in august there we had one
01:08:26.160 chapter in ontario in niagara and there were people that i met that a couple of ladies that wanted to do
01:08:31.680 the toronto chapter well now three months later in toronto alone we have 32 chapters and all of them
01:08:39.040 are igniting with our campaigns and our strategies and then the other huge one that i have to ask you
01:08:45.760 to join is the workers unite group we need a massive amount of people to be involved but the reason the
01:08:52.640 advantage of joining action for canada's workers unite group is that we have all of these resources
01:08:58.400 to empower the individual to make sure that they take the steps with their employer and union to
01:09:04.480 cover themselves when they go to next action and to make sure a massive amount of employers understand
01:09:10.480 that canadians mean business that we're not going to comply to this and that they have no authority
01:09:15.520 to assert these unlawful orders over us and and so please under join you can find a4c chapters and if
01:09:23.840 you go down a little bit more you will be able to find the workers unite group that's under join in
01:09:29.360 our menu bar and i forgot to mention as well for everyone uh when i was talking about the parent flyer
01:09:36.880 oh thank you so much terenzio he's showing you exactly right there on the website you'll see join
01:09:42.720 you'll see a4c chapters in the drop down and then down below you'll see workers unite
01:09:47.920 this is the chapters you can see them all listed there like we've got i'm sure over 30 in bc as
01:09:54.800 well it's exploding we want to be in every city and community we want to take back every city council
01:10:01.760 we want to get rid of every crummy mayor and council that's in on this we want to get rid of every horrible
01:10:08.000 school board trustee that uh is not supporting our children and then the only one i was going to show
01:10:14.160 you as well because i forgot was where the flyer was for the students i've added it to the bottom
01:10:19.680 of the notice of liability page and jenny also put it on the parent page so okay um if you can scoot
01:10:26.160 to resources training yes and and down below you'll see parent resources scoot down there it is and
01:10:36.800 right there is where you can find the flyer along with other terrific information all right good i'm
01:10:42.240 glad i didn't forget that because that's critical thank you oh heather do you want to come on and
01:10:47.680 ask a question i sure do there's a couple here uh what can parents and do proactively to prepare
01:10:56.640 for the possibility of children being taken from parents who refuse to get them vaccinated and i know
01:11:01.600 this is a big concern i've been seeing this quite a bit in the chat i think that um i put some thought
01:11:08.000 into this recently as well that if you're a parent whether you're together as a family or you've been
01:11:17.120 divorced if you have partial whole custody of the children um i think what needs to be done is
01:11:26.560 you need to explain both sides of the situation to the children and i'm going to caveat that because
01:11:36.480 i mean if your child's three years old they're not going to be able to understand anything um
01:11:42.880 any discussions you have you should tape record always tape record with your child because if you
01:11:48.720 ever have to go to court or as some parents have done to try and uh force custody into their hands so
01:11:54.640 they can get vaccinated um you've got recordings and you need to be able to talk to them if the
01:12:00.000 legislation like in british columbia deems and i was talking to tanya about this earlier the word
01:12:06.800 deem is a legal fiction it means they're going to assume something is true or something is correct
01:12:12.400 when it really isn't for legal purposes and it brings up a whole other argument i'm not going to
01:12:17.360 get into but the point being is if they're going to deem in bc that children can are competent
01:12:22.880 mentally to get vaccinated uh make that determination then they're competent enough to understand what
01:12:28.400 the parent is telling them so if the parent tells it to them and they and the child says you know
01:12:33.360 what i don't want a vaccine then what i would recommend in addition to the tape recording is get
01:12:40.640 that child to do an affidavit if if you don't know how to do it get a lawyer to help you because
01:12:46.800 children can still do affidavits if they're mentally competent to do that and if it's deemed
01:12:50.880 under the act that they're competent to decide whether to take the vaccine they're competent
01:12:56.000 enough to do an affidavit and say no i don't want to take it so the lawyer will help you do this
01:13:01.360 affidavit that they understand what has been told to them they understand the risks involved with
01:13:07.760 taking vaccines and even put in there the uh the medical doctors never explained to them all the
01:13:16.400 risks if you want to add something like that in there if you have the uh the proof to back it up
01:13:21.120 and then the child squares out an affidavit so you've got an affidavit from the child before legal
01:13:28.400 action even starts that the child is saying no uh i've read i understand i've been told i understand
01:13:35.360 and i don't want the vaccine period and um he can put a clause in there that says i reserve the right
01:13:42.720 i may change my mind in a year but right now i don't want it and until i do change my mind this
01:13:47.920 affidavit is true and correct and then you've got a a legal basis to to try and set up a um a factual
01:13:56.480 basis i should say for any legal action coming up in the future that you've talked to the children
01:14:01.600 and in case the parent says no you threaten them and you try to do something you've got tape
01:14:06.560 recordings to back up you know all the conversations that you may have had and um if necessary i mean the
01:14:13.200 child can do another affidavit and says no i was never threatened but in order to do proactively
01:14:18.960 you need to establish in advance a factual basis that cannot be refuted when it goes to court because
01:14:26.960 suddenly everything's a surprise and you're trying to do everything at once so that's just a general
01:14:31.600 overview as to um as to what i would do to prepare for for that in advance no matter um no matter who you are
01:14:39.040 you know david that's just brilliant um i know you and i were talking because a mom has kind of
01:14:45.280 um been in contact with me and actually it's numerous parents across the country have been
01:14:49.840 asking me this what do i do i've got an ex you know who's not supportive and believes in the
01:14:55.120 vaccination they have shared custody or the lady that i spoke to you about yesterday who showed up to
01:15:00.960 court because her ex-husband wasn't paying support and while they were there to try you know to get
01:15:07.520 this guy to pay support as as is his duty to do so the lawyer brings up vaccination and starts to
01:15:14.160 call her anti-vaxxer and the judge ends up giving the father the right to um back to vaccinate the
01:15:20.720 kids and she made very clear they're nine and twelve that they do not consent to it and i'm just saying
01:15:26.720 right now um what my mind is and i'll ask you so that it will give people it would be a priority to me
01:15:32.320 is there a way that we could create uh you and i could come up with uh an affidavit that we could
01:15:38.560 make available uh to parents that they could walk through with their children uh just to add to that
01:15:46.640 before you answer it's about a month ago a good friend of mine she has a six-year-old granddaughter
01:15:52.240 and it was regarding the mask and she goes oh you know uh you know about wearing the mask at school and
01:15:57.840 she know even though that her mom has said no she doesn't have to wear it you know she's afraid of
01:16:02.080 peer pressure at six years old and i said well did you show them the mask video that you know that we
01:16:08.880 created and made available where we take the niagara school board had uh made this very colorful very
01:16:15.200 bright very good music very happy video for children coming back to school saying come on kids you know
01:16:21.280 it's going to be a little different this year put on your mask and you have this smiling child with a
01:16:25.440 happy mom putting a mask on the face and then saying wash your hands a lot and i hope you've
01:16:30.080 seen this video sheila if you could pop that into the chat that would be great and then we bring the
01:16:35.760 reality into it and so i end up uh narrating through this video and we show that rash on the children's
01:16:43.040 faces the burns on their hands and a 15 year old who's giving her testimony how her friends are all
01:16:50.000 depressed 50 of them and really struggling with um all of the measures that are in place and she
01:16:56.160 goes yeah but she's only six and i says but look at the stress that she's already under in the school
01:17:02.480 what if we put reality and educate her on actually why as a parent i'm advocating for you i love you
01:17:09.200 enough to make these decisions for you if the government is going to deem a five-year-old can make a
01:17:14.240 decision to take a vaccination then it's got to go two ways then they're old enough to sign an
01:17:20.560 affidavit with the assistance of their parent right or or a lawyer and say yeah i see what that's doing
01:17:28.080 to other children i see the videos and like i say be prepared to show them the information and the links
01:17:33.600 we've put on the back of this flyer and and then ask them if they'd like to sign you know a letter
01:17:39.600 telling people that they can't receive you know this experimental injection so david what would
01:17:45.120 you have to say about that yeah um it could be done it's something especially due to the two issues
01:17:51.440 number one the critical nature of it and number two the probably infinite variables that may be there
01:17:56.240 from family to family um it could be done in something that couldn't be rushed but yeah uh something
01:18:02.960 like that could definitely be done that will list the effects and the one thing that might be uh
01:18:08.240 important to do is uh include exhibits where the parent has said here are the facts where 99.9997
01:18:18.320 of kids are are uh are never going to get sick from covid and it doesn't affect you and and the child
01:18:24.960 understands that there's virtually no risk of him getting it in the first place i that that would be an
01:18:29.840 important aspect to put as an exhibit to the affidavit to the trial 12 year old would say yeah my mom
01:18:35.040 showed me this and explained that i have no chance of getting it anyway um those types of things would
01:18:41.120 be important and would take some some critical thinking to make sure that we put stuff in there
01:18:46.080 on one hand you don't want to put scientific medical information before a 12 year old that
01:18:50.400 really is not going to be able to understand it on the other hand you still need to get something in
01:18:54.960 front of them that the kid can say okay i do understand that yeah i know what numbers mean and um
01:19:01.040 and then the child makes a decision they don't want the vaccine so yeah it can be done and and
01:19:05.840 in hindsight probably should be done it's just a question of making sure we don't rush doing it
01:19:10.640 because uh it needs to something like that needs to be done correct well you and i will have further
01:19:16.320 conversation on that but in the meantime parents create an affidavit uh take the money go to a lawyer
01:19:23.120 find somebody that can help you with this and i would take david's advice and act very quickly on it
01:19:29.360 but we'll see we've got so much work going on here at a4c and as does david uh but this would be a
01:19:35.280 priority to me all right it is 7 21 shall we go to 7 30 and ask a couple more questions uh trenzio if
01:19:43.520 you had somebody available yeah we have trisha eagles trisha are you there
01:19:50.000 there can you hear me now we can hear you hi hi hi david thank you so much for coming on and uh
01:20:01.280 doing this call uh you may recall sending emails back and forth with me very late at night and
01:20:08.320 errors and things like that so i do thanks awesome um i was just wondering i have served a couple of
01:20:14.800 notices of liability to a store manager and i am going to be pursuing that and i am just wondering
01:20:21.280 is your book useful to me in that if i am taking the small claims court route for those notices
01:20:28.960 um you're doing civil i'm sorry doing criminal at the same time as you're doing civil is is not
01:20:33.760 prohibited you can certainly do that all that matters is do you have evidence to support the charges
01:20:38.320 right um and if you're in the video and sorry go ahead i was just going to say if if you're in a
01:20:45.200 civil claim um you can take evidence from the civil and you can use it in criminal and uh and and that's
01:20:50.720 not a problem but it's it's important to ensure that whatever evidence you have will support the
01:20:56.640 criminal charge so if you're going to allege an assault for example um well you know alleged that uh
01:21:04.880 allegedly seeing somebody screaming in a store will not be evidence of an assault so it's not going
01:21:10.080 to do anything right so you would you would need some evidence that would support the uh the basis
01:21:15.120 for an assault so similarly um if you're going to ledge an assault and uh you you show a picture of a
01:21:23.520 black guy um but there's no date on it there's nothing linking that picture of a black guy which could
01:21:29.280 have been taken five months earlier yeah to the actual incident right you may have a problem
01:21:34.720 so it all comes down to making sure you have evidence to support whatever charge you're going
01:21:38.400 to lay and that in turn involves reading the criminal code a little bit for whatever section
01:21:42.720 you want to you want to charge under yeah right and i'm kind of anticipating that this is this was a
01:21:48.480 shopper's drug mart um where i was was not wearing a mask and uh this also happens to be the place
01:21:56.400 where i pick up my mail and i was also in the store to do business so he denied me service in the store
01:22:04.720 so i was not able to conduct my business and i also have mail that will be it's it's been shipped
01:22:11.920 so it will be arriving at that post office within that store sometime very soon so if he denies me
01:22:18.640 service to receive my mail presumably that is a criminal charge i think there is something in the
01:22:23.840 criminal code about obstructing mail or something i'd have to look but i believe so again on there yeah
01:22:28.720 yeah it was like one small section i read it last night so yeah i don't know i may uh reach out to
01:22:35.360 you a little bit on that sure even when it happens so terrific okay thank you thank you i just wanted to
01:22:43.440 make a comment as well i was uh talking next steps with one of my chapter leaders from cam loops who's
01:22:49.280 been doing an amazing job going into uh vaccine clinics and other places schools with uh camera on and
01:22:56.640 recording what is going on and i think that we as a society need to send a message out that we're
01:23:03.840 recording others and whether you end up putting a gopro on your child put a pen in his pocket uh you know
01:23:12.480 we've got to go to whatever efforts we can to um make sure that they understand as well that we're
01:23:20.880 surveillancing them i mean it's been a great intimidation to us to see cameras on every corner
01:23:26.640 in every corner of the bank in the grocery stores everywhere you go we're being watched but what
01:23:32.640 about them they're not giving informed consent when they're getting this injection so if you want to have
01:23:38.480 a camera on your child at school and a mother came to me on saturday saying she had served everybody
01:23:44.800 said don't touch my child he's 13 years old but he consented and they went ahead and uh they gave him
01:23:53.280 the jab now if he'd had some sort of uh recording device on him i mean it's a horrible thing to think
01:23:59.600 about but if you can't take your child out because my first thing is take your kid out of school that
01:24:04.320 would take your children out of the public school system it is accessible and uh for many various
01:24:10.880 reasons but if you can't this this lady i told her that she should be going and pressing assault
01:24:16.480 charges on behalf of her son but if she had a recording of it as well that uh would probably
01:24:22.800 show that they never gave him any informed consent but anyways that's just a thought it's just another
01:24:28.560 avenue that we've been uh considering going uh they're going to play dirty uh we've got to
01:24:34.720 take some of their tactics and use it against them david uh do you have any anything to say about that
01:24:41.200 sadly i have to agree um and i say that because the last thing you want to do is make children
01:24:47.680 your own spies on top of it but there's no other way around it um you know if if you know their child
01:24:54.240 is going into school uh and and they could be talked to by teachers yeah have them have a tape
01:25:00.480 recorder and i mean you can go to the spy shop and there's all different kinds of tape recorders you
01:25:04.160 can get indiscriminately hide them and they would never know and um that way you've got something to
01:25:10.400 back it up absolutely or if um if somebody's going to go in and get jabbed uh you know go in
01:25:17.600 and then see what they tell you before you get jabbed in respect to all the dangers the risks
01:25:23.920 and everything else and tape record them doing that and and then just say now you know what based on
01:25:29.680 what you've said i'm not going to get jabbed so then you take that tape recording away and you've got
01:25:34.240 evidence that they're breaking the law because they're not telling you all the uh all the necessary
01:25:38.720 information of course to make an informed choice we got to think offensively like that as well and um
01:25:44.560 and definitely recordings are the optimum weapon in that regard yeah and those ones uh i would make
01:25:50.000 public absolutely the only time i wouldn't say make something public is if you're say a nurse
01:25:56.400 and you're recording events within the hospital of harm to customers to elderly people etc that you can
01:26:04.080 even though you've um signed a notice saying that you wouldn't record and that you would keep things
01:26:09.600 confidential when it comes to criminal activity you are indeed allowed to gather information to make
01:26:15.760 sure that it is available in in a defense and in a court of law but you cannot share that information
01:26:22.000 with anyone other than a lawyer or someone somebody that you're working with so just to make sure we're
01:26:27.840 clear all right tarenzio uh let's have another question all right we have annemarie mcloid
01:26:43.280 annemarie are you there yeah can you hear me we can hear you hi hi tanya good to see you again i uh told
01:26:50.160 you oh no cost her oh there she is she went on mute you went on mute ann there you are no somebody else
01:26:58.720 did that okay i got the video now and they're going to do worse than what i told you now as a board
01:27:05.840 director and an employee we won't be allowed to go any board meetings or anything any any person who's
01:27:14.000 on backs we are literally being kicked to the curb and i got it on video so how do i serve them and
01:27:23.040 my question is a two-part because my co-op is only one of four it's both provincial and federally funded
01:27:32.960 can i hit can i double whammy them
01:27:37.600 in respect go ahead sorry go ahead no i was going to say give david a brief you've already heard from me
01:27:42.640 so give david you you are in a uh dc housing federation co-ops yes also subsidized so at one
01:27:52.320 of the meetings they were saying how they want to now put it in the occupancy agreement if you are not
01:27:57.680 double jab you will have no home they are now putting it in that if you're on the board of directors or
01:28:03.920 if you're in a building and if you're not faxed you will no longer be uh able to go to any of the
01:28:10.000 meetings you won't be able to do it via zoom nothing you're literally cut out they want to
01:28:17.520 they they're going at us tooth and nail and i want to fight back that's for new people coming in or
01:28:22.560 existing as well uh i didn't get to see it all but definitely for new but i'm already on the board here
01:28:29.920 and i'm hired here and this will affect me and i'm also a person on disability how many people are on the
01:28:37.280 board just out of curiosity uh right now we've only got it it can go up the highest nine but as low as
01:28:44.320 three and right now we've got four on my board and i am the president and i'm also the on-site
01:28:52.320 administration here can you not make changes that can you not like convince the other people to come
01:28:57.440 on site and make resolutions or something that uh to get it would have to be done at like an agm
01:29:05.360 and right now because of uh covet we can't have an agm we haven't had it so i'm about to do up a
01:29:13.120 special meeting i'm allowed to do that for them to sign for the billing to be worked on
01:29:19.840 but that's it can you not do an agm via say zoom or because we can't because not everybody has a
01:29:26.880 computer or a cell phone so that's why yeah but i thought that you had to have that that there was a
01:29:33.040 policy that you have to meet ever so often yeah but because of the covet we're not allowed to meet
01:29:40.400 in person so and like i said not everybody has zoom or a phone or a computer i think you can meet in
01:29:48.160 person as long as you're staying six feet apart can you not well like we're about to do that but i want
01:29:53.040 to know if i uh because we're doing a special meeting so i would like to toss that in there
01:29:58.560 but well you should be how to do that without causing uh rift because it's kind of divided in
01:30:07.520 here well just find as many people on your side as possible yeah right as david is saying to make
01:30:14.800 the vote go your way stack it in your favor yeah but that's what i mean can i hit them both federally
01:30:20.160 and provincially when i hit them with the knolls i'm not sure if the relationship is straight
01:30:26.560 simply funding being funded and i know bc um they got strata corporation acts and someone i'm not
01:30:33.680 sure about your place um yeah so i don't know if there's actual legislation i don't know simply
01:30:39.360 because of getting funding if that means that constitutional provisions apply i think in some
01:30:45.760 cases it might take our subsidy away well that may be but i don't know if that allows them to
01:30:51.520 impose or violate charter rights because generally charter that's what they're talking about
01:30:57.760 charter applies to government on sunday yeah okay the charter applies to governments um kind of as a
01:31:03.920 negative inference saying they cannot violate your rights and freedoms but um if they're if they're
01:31:10.480 just getting funding and they're getting subsidized i don't know the the legalities around that with respect
01:31:17.360 to the charter i couldn't comment on that one way or the other ultimately however you know if they're
01:31:23.040 forcing it and they're still committing a criminal offense it doesn't matter whether they're getting
01:31:26.320 subsidized or not anyway yeah and one other question read your book i've already paid for the
01:31:32.800 the the pfd plus the for the meeting can i also buy the book on top a hard copy yes thank you
01:31:42.480 and thank you guys for everything you're doing so appreciate you guys thank you all right wonderful
01:31:49.120 well thank you and uh i see that we're just past the half hour here and so i just want to really
01:31:55.280 thank everyone for showing up i know it is near impossible to get to all the questions but i think
01:32:01.440 that we had a really good balance tonight between uh business uh notices of liability and obviously
01:32:08.880 occupancy and parents and we really would encourage you to sign up for the empower hour on sorry not
01:32:18.320 sorry not the empower hour the um workshop with david on sunday the 28th it'll be from 2 to 5 bc time
01:32:27.200 and uh sheila would you make that available one more time the link to that so people could grab that link
01:32:33.360 and if they want to sign up they can do that all right and then heather i was wondering if you want
01:32:41.840 to pop back in here with us i think what i would like to do tonight is i'm going to actually close in
01:32:48.000 a prayer and then give it to you to to close us off completely and i just want to really from the bottom
01:32:54.880 of my heart thank you everyone if this was uh beneficial please give us a thumbs up or a yes
01:33:02.160 again in the chat next week i'm going to have a very special guest on linda morgan is from vaccine
01:33:09.360 choice canada and and um well she's she's previously with them but still connected with them and we're
01:33:16.400 going to talk about not only the harms of the uh current experimental injection which which i would
01:33:22.800 think we've heard enough of but because we are convinced i think we're all convinced of the harms
01:33:27.680 but we're going to open up the conversation to vaccines as a whole and linda just is uh so
01:33:34.560 informative and something that i did about a year and a half ago as i began to study the the history
01:33:41.360 of vaccination and i was really shocked and it's still embedded in my mind this chart where i saw
01:33:48.320 there was measles and mumps and all these different things that they they vaccinate against and they
01:33:54.240 and it was really high and then all of a sudden there was this tremendous drop in cases and it leveled
01:34:00.240 out and all of a sudden i think it was about the 50s where they started to introduce the vaccines but
01:34:07.360 it was already when it was at almost an extreme low to non-existent and basically they brought vaccines in
01:34:14.400 when there wasn't a problem and it just the history then from that point on of the harm that it has
01:34:22.480 caused to children and where it was when i was a child four injections 16 doses back in june of 2020
01:34:32.400 when i was doing a bit of research on it it was then 20 injections 72 doses for children wow and i have
01:34:40.880 no idea where they're currently at it's got to probably be upward of 90 this is a pharmaceutical
01:34:48.960 making money making business and our kids the rate of autism has gone through the roof
01:34:56.320 and other kinds of you'll hear so much now about other types of things that kids are autoimmune disorders
01:35:04.160 and linda herself has grandchildren and about half of them i understand are vaccinated and half are not
01:35:11.120 and she says it is undeniable the difference and the health and wellness of those who were never
01:35:16.560 vaccinated and then the conditions and the problems that they're facing with kids who are so i hope
01:35:22.400 you'll join us next week we're going to talk about diet and about regenerating the soil and how our
01:35:28.080 ancestors ate and how health canada is trying to move people away from a healthy diet in in order to harm us
01:35:34.880 as well so i look forward to that we'll have the post up probably maybe by friday or saturday so keep
01:35:41.120 an eye on the empower our page and we'll of course as long as as long as you have joined action for
01:35:46.960 canada you will receive an email probably will come out monday with the uh invitation for that um many of
01:35:54.160 you may know that bc has undergone some real tragedy in the last week with the flooding a week ago
01:36:00.800 and it has affected many lives many people lost uh lives animals cattle their livelihoods and we just
01:36:10.720 want to say a prayer for them tonight and for everybody across this country who is hurting right
01:36:16.880 now and is in a dire position and at threat of losing so much so i'm just going to say a word
01:36:23.760 lord lord i thank you for this platform within power hour i thank you god that how it is growing
01:36:31.840 every week and i thank you for the way that action for canada is increasing its territory across this
01:36:38.080 nation that we're bringing love and care and hope into communities lord that we're raising up an army
01:36:45.600 of people god we need to protect what you have gifted us with and that was a free nation and that
01:36:53.520 free nation is under attack today so god we pray for your mercy we pray for your help in this time of
01:37:02.000 trouble god i also pray that people will come to their knees and acknowledge you because this country
01:37:08.640 truly is built on christian principles biblical principles which were good principles about taking
01:37:15.120 care of our elderly and not stealing and being loving to our neighbor about not lying about not committing
01:37:22.640 adultery there's nothing here lord that any of us i don't think that we could dispute and yet people
01:37:28.960 are repulsed at times and we prefer calling this a secular nation or communist nation than a christian
01:37:35.520 nation and any nation that's turned their back on you on god has suffered because of it and it was only when
01:37:44.160 we got down on our knees and acknowledge you once again and the gift that you've given us
01:37:48.880 that things turned around so i pray for eyes to be open in this nation that they'd have the gift of
01:37:55.200 knowledge and wisdom and understanding and discernment that they would see clearly for
01:38:00.400 those who have been blinded god and indoctrinated into something through fear god i pray for your mercy
01:38:06.800 on their lives and that you would bring truth and knowledge into their life and that they would see
01:38:11.600 what was what is going on and transpiring i pray for those in bc who have suffered because of the
01:38:17.440 floods god that there would be a community surrounding them and uplifting them and helping
01:38:22.480 them and restoring them help those right now who are out of work and who have a threat of losing their
01:38:30.000 jobs i pray for restoration in this nation lord and i pray for justice there is a word in the bible
01:38:37.360 that says better to wrap a millstone around your neck if you harm a hair on a child's head better
01:38:42.880 to wrap a millstone around your neck and cast yourself into the sea than face the wrath of god
01:38:49.840 god our children are under attack and it breaks my heart for those single parents god i pray for your
01:38:56.560 protection over their children for those who are in the school system again i pray for their protection
01:39:01.520 lord jesus but i pray that you bring justice to those evil ones that are commencing and behind
01:39:07.840 this attack against the citizens of this nation and our children i thank you because you are a mighty god
01:39:15.520 and you are perfectly in control of all things and i know that you do allow a time of suffering
01:39:20.720 so that people will get back on board and that they will turn them their eyes back to you so again
01:39:27.120 i pray for your grace and your mercy on this nation i thank you for everyone here and i pray for a
01:39:31.680 special blessing over them and that even in the shadow lord in the in the valley that they may feel
01:39:40.000 that they're in god that you would bring some sort of hope and even a spirit of joy so i commit this
01:39:46.800 all to you in jesus name and i thank you and i pray that you will continue to bless action for
01:39:50.960 canada as we reach out and help others amen heather back to you heather thank you so much we always

01:41:13.920 we are putting chapters across the nation we are going to be in every town and every city
01:41:21.200 and we are going to build communities within these communities of like-minded people
01:41:25.920 who are actually going to care for one another again and love on each other and
01:41:30.080 give each other the help when they're down we are going to use the teams and the people that build
01:41:36.800 within chapters to support our businesses the government's actions are completely 100 unlawful
01:41:47.200 judgment will again be found on justice and those with virtuous hearts will pursue it
01:41:54.240 you have a virtuous heart if you are here today pursuing freedom and righteousness
01:42:03.200 and then verse 23 comes along with a promise
01:42:06.320 god says god says he will turn the sins of evil people back on them he will destroy them for their sins
01:42:16.960 i take great comfort in that because i serve a mighty living god who has allowed us to go
01:42:27.920 through this season of discomfort because we as a nation have turned our backs on him and we need to get
01:42:35.920 right so i am just going to thank you so much i'm going to say god bless you and god bless canada
01:42:52.560 um
