all right yeah so i think that we'll officially start this um people will continue to come in
00:00:12.600
and i value everybody's time and so what i was just saying is that i've been at this for over
00:00:18.600
six years since justin trudeau took office i said our problem is not covid it's communism
00:00:23.580
and uh trudeau every decision that he's been making i i can remember i was just an ordinary
00:00:29.920
canadian six years ago i was raising two kids helping out at the school in my community my
00:00:35.000
neighbors etc and i actually really to be honest the thing that ticked me off the most uh that he
00:00:40.620
was running on was that he was going to legalize recreational marijuana and what adults do you
00:00:46.520
know fill your boots but he was purposely putting it in the hands of 12 year olds and and the reason
00:00:52.600
was was to progressively get to where we are today to kind of dumb down uh the kids get them get them
00:00:58.920
hooked and then as well buy votes because at the same time he was trying to drop the age of voting
00:01:04.740
and this was one of the tools they were going to use and i have a real problem with that uh you need
00:01:10.080
to leave our kids alone right let them get to adulthood and let's just focus on getting them
00:01:14.980
educated in school getting them the tools that they need to be responsible adults and healthy adults
00:01:20.240
and move on from there anyways then it went into uh bill c16 allowing biological men into uh women
00:01:27.500
and children's private spaces and this was also from the un everything that they've been pursuing has
00:01:33.820
been a global agenda so if you're not familiar with this some of you teachers on here today will be
00:01:38.920
but the um uh the bill c16 was not about uh transgenders and and being sympathetic to the words their cause
00:01:49.140
it was coming from the un in the form of what's called a comprehensive sexual education program
00:01:54.700
and it was to sexualize children at the earliest age possible we're talking kindergarten preschool
00:02:02.200
the stuff they're teaching the material i have is frightening and they literally are teaching kids
00:02:07.880
in class uh i've got videos of it of teachers very proudly promoting this video teaching minor kids
00:02:14.160
like we're talking grade two or three you can be a boy girl neither or anything in between and the kids
00:02:20.920
go what and then they do a rainbow song with them and feed the milk and cookies that's not why we're
00:02:26.840
sending them to school and you know what if kids are suffering we've got anti-bullying bullying programs
00:02:32.620
for everybody but see it's been very progressive because now they're working towards critical race
00:02:38.220
theory and if you happen to be white today well you better watch out because you're a white privileged
00:02:43.620
male and they're teaching our teenage boys this and shaming them in school and i thought we had a
00:02:50.160
colorblind society in canada prior to justin trudeau taking office i was quite proud of that
00:02:56.180
we had cultural differences that weren't working by transplanting foreign cultures into canada because
00:03:02.160
they came here for freedom so i do have a problem with that part of it live your culture my mom's from
00:03:06.940
the netherlands there's things that she uh you know celebrates and and uh that she's kept that
00:03:12.720
tradition that's fine but in order to implement that into our school systems as well it's been a breaking
00:03:19.900
down of canada's judeo-christian foundation the country was built on biblical principles
00:03:26.160
and those values and principles set us apart from foreign countries that are built on say the 57 or
00:03:33.980
whatever plus majority countries that are built on islam or if you happen to come from a buddhist nation
00:03:40.160
or a sikh nation uh there's oppression in all of those nations wonderful people living there but they
00:03:46.740
don't have the same freedoms that we want celebrated here in canada because there's been this slow move
00:03:53.520
towards breaking us down the reason i'm all bringing this up is because um it's it was progressing
00:04:00.180
then towards through this they were affecting our freedom of speech by saying you have to name somebody
00:04:07.680
by their uh whatever their pronouns are he they she whatever um and and if you didn't you could end up
00:04:15.720
being um reprimanded right even find and so most recently with this program with the kids if you
00:04:24.640
didn't support this trans agenda at school then you know what they again were going to shame you uh even
00:04:30.680
call you a racist it's just been ridiculous so if they were going to move towards that naturally um it
00:04:36.640
would be like 0.0001 percent of the population now with an increase like this so they're your child's
00:04:43.680
coming home confused and the bill was uh expired back in july before the house uh went on for summer
00:04:51.220
june for summer break so the bill died but they're resurrecting it again i think it's going to come out
00:04:56.760
as bill 10 i'll have to check and it's going to say that now if your child comes home and your daughter
00:05:02.240
says i'm a boy if you don't promote their dysphoria and bring them to a dysphoria clinic you as a parent
00:05:09.900
could spend five years in prison so could a counselor all right so this is what i mean by that they have
00:05:17.320
been affecting our freedoms for a long time and our freedom of speech has been for years we've been
00:05:27.160
fighting for the freedom of speech because of what these demands have been on society it's been very
00:05:34.160
strategic so when covet hit first night on the news i'm looking at this and i'm thinking i knew they
00:05:40.480
were going to come to some other point that they were going to move this forward because they were
00:05:45.100
pushing everything through the house and um so what happened when covet hit was that what happened
00:05:52.100
millions of canadians ended up off off of work stay home don't go to work there's fear fear fear
00:05:59.580
do it for everybody else protect them costco can stay open you can be packed in an airplane but
00:06:05.080
don't you dare go to work you know we got to keep everybody safe it ended up forcing everybody on to
00:06:09.980
serve what do you need for a socialist government is that the majority of the people are reliant on the
00:06:15.700
government so in the last year and a half hundreds of thousands of businesses have been forced to close
00:06:21.600
their doors permanently and we've been since um april and may of 2020 trying to say to people this is not a
00:06:30.760
pandemic and for people to wake up don't put the mask on because the mask is their barometer to say
00:06:36.900
who's following with this fear program all right in the last two years they're saying 28 or 28 000 deaths
00:06:44.120
that means that that's uh nearly 38 million people in canada do the math that's two years 29 000 deaths
00:06:54.900
this is not a pandemic these are health canada's numbers all right so that brings us to where we are
00:07:01.020
and um just to back up i wrote a report called government corruption including with a foreign syndicate
00:07:07.000
i released it back in april of 2020 and then i sent it to every single premier uh in a call to
00:07:13.880
action it went out about 60 times and so i can tell you that they got the information
00:07:18.960
showing what was behind all of this it is on my website under covid19 last one is government
00:07:24.700
corruption report i then met with the bc sorry all right if i help her here today appreciate you
00:07:32.920
jennifer okay um so i then met with the bcrcmp the assistant commissioner who's now the top cop in bc
00:07:41.060
and i've met with them for a year and a half if you saw the action that came out yesterday
00:07:45.180
uh you can see the efforts that i've gone into and the reports that i've provided to say that uh
00:07:52.740
something very sinister is afoot and every single health officer and premier and the prime minister
00:07:58.200
and his closest colleagues are behind this the next step in this of course was you cannot
00:08:04.880
have a experimental vaccine unless there's an emergency order in place so the federal government
00:08:13.520
never actually implemented the federal emergency act i don't know if you're aware of that if you're
00:08:18.920
reading my documentation and some of the reports i make sure that i point this out in the federal
00:08:23.960
emergency act it basically says that there is no order that can supersede our charter guaranteed
00:08:29.000
rights even in an emergency which the federal government never implemented he i believe made
00:08:35.280
backroom deals with all of the premiers to push through provincial orders the provincial orders were
00:08:41.160
passed unlawfully and the reason is they're trying to convince you i just need you guys educated going
00:08:46.940
into this because you're going to be taking on your employers you're going to be talking to other
00:08:51.180
people other employees and we need to know what we're talking about when we go into this fight
00:08:55.340
so the provincial measures i'm going to just use bc as an example but it happened in every province
00:09:00.360
on june 23rd they uh put a bill in place called bill 19 in bc and it was the emergency measures orders act
00:09:08.240
and then it was tabled june 23rd i found out about it july 1st a bunch of people were going to go to
00:09:14.580
the legislature the provincial legislature and they were going to have public input and they were going
00:09:20.080
to debate this and instead the legislature quickly passed it through second and third reading on july
00:09:26.060
8th whether it was federal or whether it was provincial everything needs to go through the legislature and
00:09:34.860
when you implement a federal emergency you have to demonstrably prove that we're in an emergency they never
00:09:42.140
did that they never brought any facts or evidence i think we had two deaths when they implemented or three
00:09:48.180
destination wide when they implemented the emergency measure in march of 2020 that's not an emergency
00:09:53.440
it's certainly not a pandemic and and so what they did at that point is that not only are you to
00:10:01.220
demonstrably prove and show evidence that we're an emergency which i might add as well is a natural
00:10:07.120
disaster storm flood etc not virus but they passed it and they never had public input in debate
00:10:14.640
i had sent that bill to several constitutional lawyers i knew at the time and they came back and said
00:10:20.800
that's the most draconian legislation we've ever seen you need to fight it and so it almost violates
00:10:27.880
every section of the charter so i went busy to work looking for a lawyer trying to find the best one that
00:10:34.020
i could and i heard about rocco galati and i decided after conversation with him because he was the only one
00:10:40.640
person that understood the global assault that we were under and he understood it for 20 years since
00:10:46.720
he took on the bank of canada and so i retained him and i had to raise half of the money which i did
00:10:52.820
by december 25th all lawyers were pretty much the same base rate and he started the statement of claim
00:10:57.960
in january and we filed our statement of claim in bc against the bc and federal government on august 17th
00:11:06.760
of this year as a result the named defendants we've got 24 of them have all been served the
00:11:12.980
statement of claim the bc minister of education is named as a defendant and if you happen to be a
00:11:19.060
teacher in bc the reason she did not mandate vaccines for you i 100 believe is because she's
00:11:24.740
named as a defendant and she's really considering what her liability will be so instead they passed the
00:11:30.680
buck onto school board trustees and said you guys vote in your district whether we should mandate
00:11:37.240
vaccines for teachers so action for canada has had a huge campaign um filing against all of the school
00:11:44.600
board superintendents and trustees and one school board after another is beginning to vote against
00:11:50.560
mandating for teachers because they do not want to be held liable or hold the decision because it's
00:11:57.060
unlawful they cannot mandate vaccines in canada all right so that's a campaign plus bc ferries came
00:12:04.040
out and said that they were not going to uh look for vax passes from passengers and they are named as a
00:12:10.020
defendant although they're they are going after them their employees and i'll show you a letter in a
00:12:14.600
moment that that i've written um and then as well the minister of transportation is omar al-gabar he's
00:12:22.460
also named as a defendant and i don't know if you saw the report on it mainstream isn't really saying
00:12:27.360
it but you think that you need to show a vax pass when you go on a plane or train he put it on pause
00:12:33.000
till december after getting served and the attorney general david lametti the federal attorney general
00:12:40.040
has also turned around and publicly this was quoted by toronto sun said that he warned trudeau
00:12:47.600
that vax passes are unconstitutional he's also named as a defendant so although we're not in court
00:12:55.140
yet uh we're applying a lot of pressure and we are seeing some results i certainly hope they stick
00:13:00.260
to these decisions uh because we are guaranteeing you we are going to look for justice in the courts
00:13:05.640
and those uh who are behind this uh i i will persist i don't care what happens to me until people
00:13:12.080
are charged and so that i just wanted for those of you who don't know about action for canada or
00:13:17.500
myself and what we're doing that's a little rundown it's not everything we're doing but a rundown
00:13:22.340
we have notices of liability that i'll go over and um so what i want to get into i know i'll share my
00:13:29.180
screen at this point okay first of all we've created this page i'm going to change the title i already
00:13:40.400
did to unionized and non-union unionized workers i want everybody possible joining this group all
00:13:47.940
right i don't want to see 3 000 people on on this um email list of ours i want to see hundreds of
00:13:54.140
thousands because the uh nurses or the medical staff in quebec i'm hoping you all knew 25 000 of them
00:14:02.360
walked off the job several weeks ago and it forced the government into putting a pause on the
00:14:09.720
mandated vaccines i call them vaccines but understand it's an experimental injection there's
00:14:14.700
no viral content in there but for the sake of today i'll use it as a vaxxer jab but i don't mean it
00:14:20.060
and um okay so that was a very effective move and so i don't know who the guy was health officer
00:14:27.960
whomever says oh you know we're going to put a pause on it for a month in november but we are going
00:14:32.100
to get her done and it's like good luck to that because hopefully next time it'll be a hundred
00:14:36.980
thousand health care workers plus other sectors walking off the job and joining them and so we
00:14:43.640
need to get ourselves very organized and very coordinated we need i need you to reach out to
00:14:49.080
as many unionized members as possible and other workers employees whomever get them signed up with
00:14:55.180
action for canada onto this group um if there's future meetings i'm going to make a point to put
00:15:00.240
them on this page i think that's the easiest way to communicate with you and then plus we send out
00:15:05.120
uh an email now on our system i do have you know a group that's just for this um this email system
00:15:12.760
and um there's x amount of people in there but overall we have over 73 000 people on my mass email
00:15:20.280
list so when i put out the action the other day i i actually included it in that action so if you're
00:15:27.040
not if you have not joined action for canada that means that you hadn't received that so i would
00:15:32.680
encourage you to please join action for canada to make sure that you get these actions because then
00:15:37.820
you'll get these notices as well but we will send them separately to this uh to this team all right
00:15:43.580
the resources available on here i love the video that had been made uploaded that uh the people were
00:15:49.700
happy that we posted it there for them all right so if you're an employer the employer notice of
00:15:55.920
liability i had created six months ago when a friend of mine was being given the choice to get
00:16:03.360
the jab or not to work unfortunately he got this i stayed up till 2 a.m and wrote this and it was the
00:16:09.840
next day they were giving him the time frame and they were just adamant uh that they were going to
00:16:14.140
get him so they'd already prepared to fire him by the end of the day but he it was beautiful thing
00:16:19.560
he had this notice of liability signed out to the name of his uh boss and served him before walking
00:16:26.020
out the door so now when he goes to take them to court or take any action against them he has this
00:16:32.580
he can prove to them that he gave them every opportunity to let them know that what they were
00:16:37.180
doing is unlawful and um it says right in here right here there is no legislation that allows an
00:16:44.240
employer to terminate an employee for not getting a covid shot if an employer does so they are
00:16:50.280
inviting a wrongful dismissal claim as well as a claim for human rights code violation all right so
00:16:56.560
um this is also a very important document vaccination is voluntary in canada i refer to it in other
00:17:04.100
documents uh just bring it up here for a moment
00:17:18.200
i have it right here okay so this is public health agency of canada as you can see it refers to
00:17:26.200
immunization in canada and right here unlike some countries immunization is not mandatory in canada
00:17:33.960
it cannot be made mandatory because of the canadian constitution boom i say drop the mic that's all
00:17:42.160
there is to that conversation and and yet they persist so anyways the employer notice of liability is right
00:17:48.220
here available to you and then a couple of weeks ago we launched the union notice of liability
00:17:57.940
rep um now what i want to make sure you understand uh when we're serving notices of liability
00:18:05.900
this is personal this is not in their capacity as your employer um or as a government worker or as a
00:18:13.440
union rep if joe blog's name is the name of your union rep that's all you put at the top of this page
00:18:20.900
attention joe blog he's a citizen of canada who is in violation of the constitution the charter and the
00:18:27.700
rule of law and as a union representative as well he's unlawfully practicing medicine and he's put
00:18:34.520
himself in serious breach of your employee collective agreement now i know some of you
00:18:39.000
have a collective agreement that includes being vaccinated so um i just want to cover that right
00:18:44.180
now an experimental vaccination that is killing people does not qualify under vaccine and um
00:18:52.940
if you look at the various report this is a something i wrote to the city of surrey the other day which
00:18:59.960
i'll try to cover children's health defense in the united states is awesome because they give just a great
00:19:07.660
report uh let's see if that'll load okay uh so hmm all right there are 850 000 injuries
00:19:19.880
and over 18 000 deaths directly related to taking the vaccine in the united states this is apparently
00:19:29.240
one to ten percent of actually what's reported because doctors are being prohibited from reporting
00:19:36.360
and this has been an ongoing problem with vaccination for many years this is why these vaccine companies
00:19:42.520
um are are free from all liability if you're aware of that vaccines have been dangerous for many many
00:19:49.580
years i've never been an anti-vaxxer but i tell you all of this has sure brought a lot of attention
00:19:54.440
to the injuries and harms um as well what's coming to our attention now as well is that when i was a kid i
00:20:00.900
think there was four vaccines with 16 different shots uh now it is i i forget how many it is like 24 or
00:20:08.800
something or 16 uh vaccines i haven't checked in about a year and 72 injections that are going into
00:20:16.360
our kids this is a money making business and therefore autism is through the roof i won't go into that
00:20:24.580
but i'm sure you teachers in schools and ueas see that it has gone to an extreme level the amount of kids
00:20:31.280
that are um getting autism it's directly related to uh one of the vaccines that they're receiving
00:20:37.860
directly related they've got the proof and the evidence of it anyways this is a great reporting
00:20:42.420
system and uh what it it says is that so it verifies um here in this report and i've got it in
00:20:51.900
every notice of liability it may not be the most up-to-date one but you can go to your union and say
00:20:58.100
this is in the trial phases i don't care what label the government's putting on it this speaks volumes
00:21:05.420
all right if we've got um oh looks like i need to yeah correct that it's not 86 000 should be 18 000
00:21:14.480
i'll have to correct that in that document um normal rate is that with a experimental injection
00:21:20.180
if there's 50 deaths they pull it off the market and then you start seeing it on tv
00:21:25.160
so that's 18 000 deaths in the united states and the canadian government is refusing to report on it
00:21:32.540
i'm in touch with a lot of doctors and nurses and they are being prohibited from talking about the
00:21:38.880
vaccine injury many deaths many heart attacks many women constantly i'm hearing about having
00:21:45.160
miscarriages it is absolutely criminal what's going on now what i also came up with is because people
00:21:51.920
said well what if they're not taking me seriously and they're saying the notice of liability is nothing
00:21:56.760
then i've compacted okay that's the genetic non-discrimination
00:22:03.820
okay for some reason the wrong letter is uploaded there
00:22:12.700
so i'm gonna have to first responders i'm gonna have to correct that but i can
00:22:19.380
i'm hoping that you are all getting familiar with the website
00:22:30.280
okay employee further letter of response on our union notice of liability this this is a very serious
00:22:43.560
letter that i would recommend that you follow up and give to your employer and the union
00:22:47.600
all right says it's about the threat to use an experimental injection as a term of employment
00:22:53.020
and it's 100 there are no provisions in any orders of any health minister doctor or provincial
00:23:00.340
legislation that can nor pretend that any measures can override charter or other pre-charter rights
00:23:05.840
all statutes bylaws and acts and orders must be consistent with the constitution or they are of no
00:23:13.880
force and effect section 52 one of the constitution act says the constitution of canada is the supreme
00:23:20.400
law of canada and any law that is inconsistent with the provisions of the constitution is to the extent
00:23:26.240
of the inconsistency here it is of no force and effect uh and then again here's i just read to you
00:23:32.960
about the vaccines are not mandatory in canada comes straight out of the public health agency of canada
00:23:38.500
next one i talked to you about the federal emergency act and it says right here in taking such special
00:23:44.740
temporary measures not two years temporary measures would be subject to the canadian chart of rights
00:23:52.320
and freedoms and bill of rights and must have regard to the international covenant on civil and
00:23:57.220
political rights particularly with respect to those fundamental rights that means you're guaranteed
00:24:02.500
rights that are not to be limited or abridged even in an emergency employment is 100 guaranteed under
00:24:10.360
section seven you have the right to life liberty and security of the person they cannot close your
00:24:16.200
business down they cannot interfere with your right to work consent to medical treatment says that you
00:24:21.500
have the right to have fully informed consent they're not giving you the consent because they're not telling
00:24:26.640
you about the people dying and the side effects and that it says you have the right to treatment
00:24:30.840
without informed consent which includes the right to refuse such treatment and there's two supreme court
00:24:37.320
cases several supreme court cases in here to support this the genetic non-discrimination act some people
00:24:43.520
have said oh well they're not checking dna rna they are checking your genetic material it's against the law
00:24:51.680
stop doing the testing this is liable up to a million dollar fine or imprisonment of a term up to exceeding
00:24:59.580
or not to exceed five years you don't have to be forced to take this test and it's useless because
00:25:05.740
as we know it's got a 97 false positive and if you're not aware of that the uh creator of the
00:25:13.280
pcr testing carrie mullis said that um if you test anyone you can find any molecule in anybody if you
00:25:21.740
basically what it says at higher amplifications you can find the same molecule in almost everyone the pcr
00:25:27.940
test is to be used up to 25 amplifications the government is using them between 40 and 45
00:25:34.100
so if you had a flu virus uh flu last year or you had a flu shot that part of the particle will show
00:25:41.780
in your system at 40 to 45 amplifications and give you a positive that's why i say if they're going to
00:25:47.520
test you you tell them to do a blood test on you all right if they're going to say you got a quarantine
00:25:53.140
for two weeks or you know what uh somebody at work tested positive say you test them do a blood test
00:25:59.320
on them and then maybe i'll believe what you're saying you have no right to interfere with my work
00:26:03.660
i'm not sick okay um all right so interfering with someone's right to gain people employment or
00:26:09.820
essential or non-essential services is a further violation of the constitution um i am and so then
00:26:15.220
you're telling this individual i'm writing to advise you joe blog that if you persist in interfering
00:26:21.060
with my guaranteed rights by supporting or enforcing the injection or any other medical treatment
00:26:26.280
under threat of losing my employment or being suspended without pay i will hold you personally
00:26:31.860
liable for any loss of income damages and or injury i suffer as a result of your actions
00:26:37.140
you are personally not protected under any act or statute that is in violation of the canadian rule of law
00:26:43.540
constitution charter rights and freedoms you have been duly warned all right so i've mentioned this
00:26:49.820
but i've given you all of the information you need right here to prove that they cannot interfere
00:26:55.220
with your rights this is actual criminal and like i say extortion committing tort privacy
00:27:02.980
violations willful misconduct and acting in bad faith are serious indictable criminal code offenses
00:27:10.220
and so the next step that we are taking we have uh david lindsey coming on if you have not heard our empower
00:27:17.320
our from october uh 13th and october 27th i would recommend that you go on there because that's where we bring
00:27:24.360
david on who has written one of the only books in canada in how to file criminal charges against another person
00:27:31.440
that is not going through the police you go straight through the courts
00:27:34.660
this is what's going to turn this around and this is what's going to bring you justice
00:27:38.980
and because they have no right to interfere with your ability to pay your mortgage and provide for
00:27:44.400
your family so this is the information on on the unionized page i do provide the empower our
00:27:50.500
our information here i do encourage you to have others come on and and sign up and so i'm just going
00:27:57.840
to quickly go through my links to make sure i'm not because i want to get into the questions um just as
00:28:05.160
well if you want to know about our legal action go to our legal action page everything that i told you
00:28:10.220
about bc ferries the minister um is all right here to the right and this is where our statement of claim
00:28:16.340
is and the announcement that i made with rocco this is a covet advanced medical directive which we're
00:28:25.120
encouraging you to put on your driver's license uh not your driver's license or your care card or whatever
00:28:30.920
your id is and we say to put it here and then tape it on because then they have to remove it in order to
00:28:37.400
get your care card number because people are extremely concerned about showing up at the hospital in an
00:28:43.320
emergency and that they're going to vaccinate you or put you on remdesivir which is a death shot right there
00:28:50.600
and or the ventilators which is the only care that they're pretty much providing people in hospitals
00:28:56.100
across canada and it's criminal the remdesivir is known to be an incredibly dangerous drug it shuts
00:29:02.600
down your kidneys it creates fluid around your hearts and then your lungs and they actually it's
00:29:08.220
literally drowning people and then they mark it as a covid pneumonia death extremely criminal all right
00:29:17.020
we went over that uh our chapters this is huge um i've had firefighters here um in certain cities
00:29:24.620
and and they say my city has just said that we've all or the deputy uh fire chief has just said that we
00:29:31.020
all got to get vaccinated and so i say get into a chapter if there's one in your community because we
00:29:36.440
want these people our people helping you by serving the mayor and city council and the city mayor and the
00:29:43.680
fire chief all notices of liability if it's the police then you're then the chief as well whoever
00:29:50.500
is involved in telling you you got to get vaccinated you serve them a notice of liability and then you get
00:29:57.100
involved in a chapter because within our chapters we have uh resources for businesses we have resources
00:30:06.320
for parents so the parents were encouraging to reach out to school trustees and even reach out go to city
00:30:12.280
council meetings etc push back push back push back and then find good people to run as school school
00:30:17.700
board trustees in the businesses as well we want them active getting out into the community with our
00:30:23.120
business resources bringing them to businesses and letting them know what's available to them and that
00:30:28.400
the government's um orders are unlawful and they have a right to be um operating fully and then we also
00:30:34.840
have uh resources where we reach out to the church community and then we go now into of course all of
00:30:42.580
the unionized and non-unionized workers and i'm also we've got programs where we're going to be
00:30:48.160
working on elected official uh officials provincially municipally um federally at all levels so these are
00:30:55.660
very powerful groups we've got over a hundred chapters we did that in two and a half months it's been on my
00:31:01.720
radar for a long time to do it but now we don't only open a chapter and then this community of people
00:31:07.520
will all be able to go to the city and protest find a person that you know can run at the next uh for city
00:31:15.660
council at the next meeting this is what we need to do and we all need to get together and it's just
00:31:21.660
incredible so there's sort of a list of all of our chapters i'm just so proud of this program and it's amazing
00:31:27.920
but we need to get you support people are contacting our chapters who are on the brink of suicide
00:31:34.040
they need a community of people to to be there supporting them and helping them and telling them
00:31:39.620
they're not alone and uh so it's just phenomenal and then i'm involved in getting involved with ezra
00:31:45.900
this is a group that is putting care facilities in in across the country but i said you know what
00:31:53.840
if there's nurses and and doctors who are no longer working they can start one of these clinics
00:31:59.780
they can work with ezra and get that going and if you went to our partners page
00:32:05.080
these are some of the good organizations there's ezra right there and if you want to learn more about
00:32:13.080
this that lena is the lady that's creating this she's already got uh centers here in bc and in alberta
00:32:19.940
i think it's fabulous the government is not if they're going to prohibit care from people then
00:32:25.480
we need an alternative um as to you know receiving that kind of care all right i think
00:32:32.160
and there's the empower hour i talked about that
00:32:37.660
okay all right uh just in closing before i get to questions i had ended up finding out that the
00:32:52.280
city manager and mr burns is the deputy chief had ended up sending a letter you guys may have all
00:33:01.400
seen an inter-office memo deputy chief burns and he goes on to say effective the 4th of 2022 all
00:33:09.280
employees volunteers and contractors must be fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination
00:33:13.700
no sir absolutely not that's in violation of the privacy acts that is in violation of bodily autonomy
00:33:21.880
and this is a deadly harmful vaccine injection we won't be promoting this or allowing anybody
00:33:29.860
to tell you that you have to take this anyway so it just goes on in the letter with all the blah blah
00:33:35.760
blah and how you know we're going to have keep everybody safe when in the history have we ever
00:33:43.240
been forced to take a vaccine i mean if you've taken the vaccine and you got your your kryptonite
00:33:48.720
you're safe right i got taken out of a out of a meeting at the uh mayor and city council i was
00:33:55.820
incredibly peaceful i just didn't wear a mask i was totally away from everybody they called the
00:34:00.900
police 45 minutes later the police show up i would have been speaking three minutes and out of there
00:34:05.580
and um in the meantime the city councillors uh were up there without masks on not six feet apart and
00:34:13.320
chatting and yet i got removed uh but we're gonna we're gonna keep applying pressure and we're we're
00:34:19.280
gonna actually file complaints against the mayor and city council and they need to be removed from
00:34:23.560
office they have no business and no authority removing anybody because remember i said they
00:34:28.520
tried to say under the municipal act the mayor has the right to do that that's what the rcmp said they
00:34:34.720
don't know the law because i've just showed you that no act or statute can be in violation of a person's
00:34:41.040
individual rights and human rights and and so we're addressing that that matter we're not going to
00:34:47.160
stop there so in response um i know people that work for the city of surrey i know firefighters that
00:34:53.500
were coming to me and saying you know what do i do with all of this and and so i went ahead and i said
00:34:59.120
according to the following letters sent to all city employees including firefighters you have opened
00:35:04.280
yourself up to personal liability you are using coercion extortion and misinformation on the safety and
00:35:10.280
efficacy of the vaccines to manipulate employees into taking the experimental injection
00:35:15.040
vaccination and or be forced to take a rapid test with the threat of being put on unpaid leave if
00:35:20.180
they do not comply i posted their letters to my web page and then put them in here where we're going
00:35:25.400
to share them far and wide if we need to and then at no time does anyone have the power to force
00:35:31.020
vaccination testing masking or any medical treatment on any citizen in canada as it is against the law and
00:35:37.760
citizens are protected by the constitution and the charter of rights so i go on about masks are not
00:35:42.660
legislated in canada and i need you to really hear this it is not law because it is in violation of
00:35:48.540
a citizen's right to breathe freely there is no law in canada saying that you have to wear masks they
00:35:54.740
can't make it law and that is why everyone with the fight the fines with rebel news love rebel news
00:36:01.960
it's being thrown out of court because there is no lawyer that is going to to uh agree with that fine
00:36:08.620
because they know it's unconstitutional and that's why those are being thrown aside our health officer
00:36:14.200
bonnie henry did a an arbitration in 2015 for the ontario nurses their union went up against this
00:36:21.540
uh vaccinator mask nurses who couldn't uh mask uh chose not to and oh sorry they chose not to vaccinate
00:36:28.880
they had to wear masks be forced to wear masks for six months it was very stressful for them it went
00:36:33.780
from 2012 to 2015 until the ontario union took them to task and the arbitrator ended up saying
00:36:41.140
that masks were punitive discriminatory and meant to push vaccines and bonnie henry was the expert
00:36:48.800
witness who said masking masks are punitive and discriminatory and they don't work so they had
00:36:55.040
uh nurses not wear masks people copying in the hospital every kind of scenario you can imagine
00:37:01.480
with the flu all right with a normal virus and the masks were completely useless that's what this
00:37:09.520
arbitration it's all on my web page uh i'll show you where it is if you guys need this report actually
00:37:14.900
it's right here here i'm going to make that available and so the whole point of that this is
00:37:19.660
is that so-called covid was supposed to be an aerosol size a virus which would make the masks even
00:37:27.680
more useless than ever over a normal flu season and so i go talk about standard protocol which i've
00:37:35.500
talked and then i go into much of the information i just read you it's in the separate letter
00:37:39.620
and again i finalize it by saying i'm writing to advise you that if you persist in interfering with
00:37:46.360
the guaranteed rights of city employees by supporting or enforcing the injection or any other medical
00:37:52.040
treatment under threat of losing employment or being suspended without pay it will be recognized as you
00:37:58.340
acting in bad faith and will be met with a human rights complaint civil litigation and or potential
00:38:04.320
criminal charges against you you will be held personally liable for any loss of income damages
00:38:10.600
and or injuries injuries suffered as a result of your actions you are personally not protected again i repeat
00:38:17.960
that you as well as city council have been duly warned it is highly recommended that you cease and
00:38:24.100
desist and immediately retract your unlawful policy in writing and inform all city employees forthwith
00:38:30.580
so i just i'm going to stop sharing my screen now and we're going to get right into questions oops there
00:38:38.000
we go i'm just showing you that example of the letter that i wrote i just pulled information from action
00:38:45.120
for canada the notices of liability before i posted them i ran them by rocco they've been seen by a top
00:38:51.780
constitutional lawyer and and um so i want you to know that pull anything you out of there that you
00:38:58.260
want out of there and form a letter i'm in the midst of just editing this just slightly because i'd like to
00:39:04.400
make it so that anybody nationwide can use that letter if they want to as well because i'm sure many of you
00:39:11.140
have received a memo just like this and we really the biggest thing i want to impact you with today
00:39:17.220
this is illegal all right and the warning that david lametti as i want to remind you told justin trudeau
00:39:25.640
he warned them that the vaccine um vaccinations mandatory vaccinations was in violation of the
00:39:33.360
constitution that's the attorney general telling the prime minister okay so i'm going to just
00:39:40.580
start uh start in the top corner up here with uh christina if you want to unmute
00:39:47.240
all right hi hi um i'm i'm if if the if this isn't a bluff i'm losing my job next week on tuesday
00:40:00.040
right i'm an rn and i just found out about your vaccine notice of a liability right so i'm i'm gonna work
00:40:09.140
all night to get a letter for island health and my manager and also the union which i think deserves
00:40:19.160
a letter as well because of their inactivity but my lawyer told me that we need to file a policy
00:40:28.320
grievance as well as a regular grievance and that it can be done now so i text messaged my union rep
00:40:37.020
who text me back and said they've already been filed now do i have to file my own personal
00:40:45.040
policy grievance and um regular grievance yeah thank you for all these good questions so colleen do you
00:40:54.260
happen to be on you know who you are colleen my colleen okay if she's not on she was going to come on
00:41:04.800
and give a bit of a testimony so she's a nurse that i'm working with first of all you're in a good
00:41:09.320
uh district island health is listed as a defendant as well in our claim all right okay yes i saw that
00:41:18.180
because i started reading your court cases my problem is no um right now i'm supposed to have a meeting
00:41:25.880
to a follow-up yep i'll go over that right now and i've got no time they they changed the time
00:41:33.260
so they're talking monday and i've asked the i said i want it in person i want to see my manager
00:41:40.620
in person and i want the union rep in person because it was supposed to be a telephone call
00:41:46.260
because i didn't know i didn't realize uh the impact of your vaccine notice of liability
00:41:54.120
so i'm planning to hand both these ladies uh these liability um uh letters because i can't see how i
00:42:05.200
can do it any sooner than that meeting yeah you could serve serve them by registered mail and you can
00:42:11.760
get overnight service as well um now with um most like our our notices of liability are known across
00:42:19.860
the nation i've been doing this since may serving ministers of education top heads of unions and uh
00:42:26.480
some of them you know are getting the idea don't you know accept registered mail so just keep that in
00:42:31.960
mind just pursue serving them if you can get a an in-person meeting that'd be awesome so i'm going
00:42:37.940
to run through a scenario okay just before you do that yep can i if if there's no meeting can i still
00:42:46.140
give those notices of of a liability before i'm fired because technically absolutely yeah you can do
00:42:53.560
it after i i just get her done i would serve him i would serve him overnight it's tuesday today do
00:42:59.640
whatever two-day service whatever you need uh because a week monday will come pretty quick so i
00:43:04.540
would get the notice of liability served and then i would also provide the letter that extra letter
00:43:09.960
that i have and now i pardon me do both the same day include the letter as well the further one
00:43:18.000
and make sure it's to the individual person don't use their title this is a sit as a citizen on the notice
00:43:25.240
of liability page and my apologies i didn't know that i had uploaded the wrong uh letter the further
00:43:31.500
notice letter is on the notice of liability i saw that yep serve that one as well give that to them
00:43:36.720
attach it to the notice of liability all right do you want me to give you the scenario now i do
00:43:41.900
okay all right so what our our gal did is she had already served the notice of liability she's a nurse as
00:43:49.540
well she loved her manager said she's a very nice person and it's regardless of that i said even if you
00:43:55.460
love your manager serve them because that gives them some support as well to say look they're going to
00:44:00.480
hold me liable i'm not taking a chance on being sued in court and losing my house right i just because
00:44:06.900
they're not protected under their work insurance no director and officer insurance covers them on on
00:44:12.460
this because you're serving them personally and if you look into anything you may hear our business
00:44:19.040
owner said uh the environmental health officer to him said oh i'm protected under the health act
00:44:24.280
so he went into the health act and they're different from each province so look for where
00:44:29.580
they are uh not protected where they are considered um not absolved from liability and it is if they're
00:44:37.700
acting in bad faith section 92 i think one in bc our business owner went researching the health act
00:44:44.860
and sure enough he found out where employees are not protected in the school act okay they tried to the
00:44:51.320
unions or sorry yeah the union tried to say oh don't worry about those notices of liability under
00:44:56.520
section 94 1 you're totally immune from any kind of liability well i went in and wouldn't you know
00:45:02.780
section 2 and 4 showed that if they were uh committing tort or uh being dishonest and there was a couple
00:45:09.520
of other things uh willful misconduct you bet they can be held liable and so that's when i created
00:45:15.740
the second letter because they're going to hear from their union their association that they're
00:45:21.860
protected so what this letter tells them is that no you're not so do your research in your province
00:45:28.180
and get ahead of them and whether it's a health act a school act whatever act that they want to throw
00:45:33.940
at you look it up and find out where they're liable this is not a free-for-all in canada we have a rule
00:45:39.480
of law and as i told you every statute and act must align with our charter rights and the constitution
00:45:45.660
and our rule of law all right so that's okay should should i tell her after i give her the letter that
00:45:52.480
she's liable okay so let me let me run through it just a moment all right so that so that's the
00:45:57.740
scenario so she had served them the notice of liability she goes into the meeting and hr is present
00:46:03.960
and they're on a telecom they're doing this by phone and so she's going to be you know it was a
00:46:09.280
and by tuesday she had to decide or she was going to be out of work on unpaid leave and so she informed
00:46:15.980
her manager right there saying i am going to hold you personally liable for any loss of income i
00:46:21.960
experience because your actions are unlawful and the manager the hr person said oh no no no you don't
00:46:28.940
have that conversation with the manager that's a conversation you need to have with the health
00:46:33.720
officer bonnie henry and colleen turned around and she says oh no i am directing it at the person who
00:46:40.840
is directly interfering with my ability to work in my income so the manager shut the meeting down
00:46:48.320
and she canceled all other scheduled meetings with colleagues for the day and i don't know that
00:46:55.260
she's had any since and so now what the next step was she was waiting to hear and so she ended up
00:47:01.080
filing a grievance with the union and now it's gone before labor relations officer
00:47:07.660
and we're going to take further action so to get to that point and then that's where
00:47:14.780
if they're still not thinking this is serious this is where we need to get educated and we're going to
00:47:21.920
start filing criminal charges against these individuals this is extortion that is a very
00:47:28.080
very serious crime it is um assault because if if you know anybody and trust me i didn't know
00:47:37.080
anybody that died of covid i know that there was people that were over the age of 80 who had other
00:47:43.120
comorbidities and i might have had one or two reports there but personally i didn't know anybody from
00:47:48.780
my team who had actually died from it we got to remember those people were never treated properly at
00:47:55.060
the hospital with life-saving treatment so even on that but i can tell you that daily i am receiving
00:48:01.720
information about uh jab jabba jabba injuries right i'm talking terrible and i know that if you are
00:48:10.700
medical staff you're seeing them come in i talked to a nurse yesterday who's going to provide me a death
00:48:15.140
certificate where the doctor was actually brave enough that a 22 i think he was 22 or 23 year old
00:48:21.700
young man got both jabs and two days after the second one he died he was perfectly healthy prior
00:48:30.060
to receiving this i got stories like crazy this is very serious and remember when we're in trial phase
00:48:38.280
which this is until 2023 they have to have placebos so all of those people were like i took the jab you
00:48:46.340
stupid anti-vaxxer and i'm fine just go get the jab what's the big deal they got a placebo
00:48:51.520
and i always say to them you get down on your knee and thank god you cannot have trials without
00:48:57.320
placebos well how do they know that it's been reported and it's it's a fact you can't you can't
00:49:06.600
have trials without having a test group okay well there's a lot of people that want to ask you
00:49:14.160
questions so yeah what's the rest that i do so i so you go into your meeting you go in
00:49:20.300
yep you go into your meeting and say the exact same thing you come in with a couple of extra notices
00:49:26.400
of liability and those other letters in case anybody else shows up and then you put their their name
00:49:31.540
on there please make sure that you are recording these events make sure you keep copies of the notice
00:49:38.540
i'm going to take my camera and yep absolutely and they say shut it off say absolutely not
00:49:43.760
i need this uh i'm going to need this all right christine i'm going to get to the uh next next
00:49:49.400
question okay all right one last thing i was thinking of sending it to bonnie henry too
00:49:55.140
yeah yep absolutely everybody because i know they're well aware of these bonnie henry does not care
00:50:03.380
because bonnie henry has worked for the who has a long history these health officers have been
00:50:10.280
handpicked to do this oh and we'll see how long they last and how far they want to go with it
00:50:15.480
because i really believe they're going to go to jail but anyways okay on that is it uh cd
00:50:20.320
s-i-d-d-h-i i hope i'm saying that correctly yeah you did say that correctly perfect okay hi hi first of
00:50:27.660
all tanya i just want to say you've done such amazing work and i honestly wanted to say thank you for
00:50:32.200
doing so much and just being on the ball um it's just yeah i find it hard because i'm literally like
00:50:39.660
the only person in my whole workplace that is against this so you know it's really hard and i
00:50:45.700
don't know much about like the grievance processes and how to file them so um i i'm met with a little
00:50:53.960
bit of resistance um is it like you know these uh notices of liability like you've done them have
00:50:59.900
been checked out by like a lawyer and let's say if let's say if i did get um put on leave or get
00:51:06.740
fired if i was to get my own lawyer would these still stand up with with yes yes they are and what
00:51:13.760
i'm gonna mention here okay is you've asked a very good question cd thank you that's why i love
00:51:18.120
this q a time um okay so if if we're looking at this um okay so repeat the question again how
00:51:26.180
how did you say that so i said like um you know first have they been checked by a lawyer because
00:51:31.160
i think you did it with rocco right and then second if i was fired and i took it to court um if i did
00:51:37.080
start saying would my lawyer be able to use these like because i know some wouldn't you know okay so
00:51:43.140
the first question is yes rocco has looked over these before i i got sort of a template down as you
00:51:49.740
can see and then i had to refine it for beginning and end so for parents uh you know for employers
00:51:55.440
uh against unions so the beginning and end would be different and maybe a slight bit of content
00:52:00.180
uh you know like for employees employer law what you will be hearing is if you go to an employer
00:52:06.560
lawyer he will say you got nothing okay what that employer lawyer is employment lawyer is not doing
00:52:15.700
is they are not understanding the constitution and charter rights of what i have laid out here
00:52:20.660
this is a constitutional issue so if you go to an employment lawyer bring the form that i've written
00:52:27.260
that shows you the constitution and the charter and what your rights are guaranteed this goes beyond
00:52:32.160
an employment lawyer if that employment lawyer doesn't get this he's the wrong lawyer and this is
00:52:37.360
why you know rocco has been a stellar superstar from the beginning because he was the very very first
00:52:43.020
lawyer to take action and and he's taken on a massive one because it's been very hard for us
00:52:48.220
to find lawyers who get it they are waking up now they are getting on board unfortunately it's because
00:52:54.160
some of them are seeing an opportunity to make money here but either way they're out they're alive
00:52:59.960
they got their head out of sand and they're finally helping this is a constitutional issue and you have
00:53:06.180
the right so the grievance that goes to your lawyer and this is why we're making this personal
00:53:11.120
criminal is because is because these people need to understand that they are committing
00:53:18.400
an indictable criminal offense and that's why it's really important to make sure that you use the
00:53:26.640
language when you're in this meeting extortion right uh um privacy violations the other one that i have
00:53:35.320
on another letter is actually you know assault this is assault to to be forcing anybody to do this it's
00:53:44.000
got my heart sick for you guys and that's why you know i don't just sit at home here i work 12 to 14
00:53:49.640
hours a day i had to go to the mall today for the first time in a while and i had to stand outside a
00:53:54.620
store they wanted me to because i'm not wearing a mask and i just said this is discrimination and i i
00:53:59.820
actually began to tear up a bit today because i knew i was coming into this meeting and i know that
00:54:04.840
you guys are forcing to be forced to wear masks and you're having to do this but unless we collectively
00:54:10.300
all begin to start to stand up and say no this isn't going to stop anytime soon so you refuse to wear
00:54:17.180
that mask when you're going out in public that's a first start for every single one of you you can do
00:54:22.760
that you go into stores and and you learn the language this is discrimination i'm going to file a human
00:54:28.700
rights complaint against you um you have to understand that there is no law in canada show me
00:54:34.280
the law in canada that says i have to wear a mask if they say well it's in the mandate a mandate is not
00:54:40.120
law show me the law we really you have to learn how to assert yourself and assert your rights um okay
00:54:48.060
so that was about the the lawyer and i think that we and we talked about yeah the employment lawyer
00:54:54.220
as well so is that good for you city uh yeah just one more thing um i know that uh because i'm a
00:54:59.160
unionized employee like um i know that um a lot of the times like you can't take uh legal action
00:55:06.720
unless you've gone through the whole uh union process right you know um so that means that it
00:55:12.200
would be filing a grievance do you have to go through the labor relations board as well before you
00:55:16.640
file you should go through the whole process to make sure but that does not stop you from filing
00:55:21.540
criminal charges against the union rep or your employer okay and david if you guys haven't signed
00:55:29.240
up uh make sure you do because david is actually going to do a workshop on his book and how to file
00:55:36.140
so anybody that has purchased this book or there will be a fee to attend this um meeting this workshop
00:55:43.920
and he'll go start going through the process of how we do this can you imagine you guys i mean this
00:55:49.660
is how we're going to take our country back right like um i can see how countries have fallen into
00:55:54.940
tyranny and this is why i've been appealing to the police for so long as well as i say the countries
00:56:00.260
that did fall into tyranny from free nations were those where the military and the police stood behind
00:56:04.840
the government rather than the people and and it comes down to uh working with our police in our
00:56:11.200
communities there's lots of police i'm hoping they're on here today to know that we're advocating
00:56:15.660
for them it's all of us collectively saying no more it's this is why i don't want to see 500 people on
00:56:23.600
this meeting i want to see thousands tens of thousands so that i can say okay we're all walking
00:56:29.660
off the job on december 1st and we shut this country down and and we shut these businesses down because it
00:56:36.920
all comes down to money and if the if these you know if they're not making money then then all their
00:56:44.060
fun is done right anyways that's just as it okay okay so john you're next hi there um i'm part of a
00:56:52.460
large group of public servants and uh we're all you know generally opposed to these mandates and so if
00:56:58.600
i was going to try to motivate um you know this group to try to take action in the state of like
00:57:02.980
nols and whatnot uh it would be wise for us to be like sort of peppering all of our leadership right
00:57:08.140
up to the minister line with with these notice of liabilities what do you think is the best tactic
00:57:12.060
for us to get uh you know like reasonable traction on what we're doing yeah are you in a union yeah
00:57:16.980
bcgeu and there's quite a few of us yes yes and so i know they're aware of what we're doing we've
00:57:23.340
probably got a few of them on here and i hope you guys learned something you men or ladies that uh
00:57:27.680
are listening in today you're hurting a lot of people shame on you and anyways okay back to you john
00:57:34.060
i just have to get that in there i'm sickened by the fact that anybody could do this to their
00:57:38.560
fellow canadian and yeah so collectively uh the strongest force we're going to be is by everyone
00:57:45.100
coming together and serving the notices of liability to the employer and to the union
00:57:50.060
and then filing the grievances against the union and taking it as high up as you can go
00:57:55.440
and then um in in every province as well serve all of your mlas serve your mayor and city council
00:58:02.900
they're all part of this right they all are no backbone whatsoever there's a handful are and
00:58:09.660
there's many who don't agree with this but just have no courage to stand up and so by us serving
00:58:15.400
people we're empowering them we're one bringing awareness with this tremendous information i don't
00:58:21.600
know if you've read the notice of liability but it's packed with the information that we need to make
00:58:26.100
our case and a notice of liability is basically a cease and desist order it's not necessarily a
00:58:32.560
legal document in as much as you're serving it it doesn't become a legal document i guess until you
00:58:37.600
go into the courts and you actually take action and that's action proving that you didn't fully
00:58:43.120
inform these people of what they were doing was criminal and they still chose to do nothing and so
00:58:49.360
that's the benefit of these nols um so john does that answer your question yeah i'd probably a couple
00:58:55.120
quick more other ones um you know if if our date should pass and uh and uh a lot of us are removed
00:59:00.340
from our positions you know it'd probably be wiser just up front to get a more immediate action with
00:59:04.480
uh with the criminal charges that right yes and so we're we're we're on unprecedented land here right
00:59:10.840
now as we're moving forward with this right and the government keeps trying to uh get in front of
00:59:15.920
what we're doing because it's that effective um but you can't trump the law and so i'll give you an
00:59:21.960
example john in bc you may or may not be aware of this but the bill 19 i told you about it is
00:59:27.420
actually was supposed to expire at the end of december and of course they're going to extend it
00:59:32.040
because we're going into phase four of this pandemic and not only that they're going to make an amendment
00:59:37.200
and the amendment and this is because of our notices of liability that the business owners are using
00:59:42.740
the business owners are refusing to ask for vax passes because they know that they don't have
00:59:48.800
they're not entitled to see people's private information and so bonnie henry in her orders
00:59:54.820
has said oh i know that you're very concerned you know about the constitution and the charter
00:59:59.420
right violations but you know for the greater good of all there are times you know where i am given the
01:00:04.540
power to do that i can roughshod over your rights so now they want to make an amendment that says
01:00:10.560
exactly that that individuals and employers can have the same right to violate the constitutional
01:00:17.140
and charter rights of others that they would have that power and it's like i don't care what amendment
01:00:22.760
they make to this order it's illegal because as i showed you in this form it does not align with the
01:00:28.720
constitution charter rights and the rule of law it's null and void all of what they've done you could
01:00:34.460
rip that paper up you could blow your nose with it it is useless all of the orders have no power
01:00:41.140
the only power they've had is that they've used fear to implement them and make people think that
01:00:46.980
they're a real deal they were never passed lawfully okay thanks all right uh karen
01:00:56.400
hi um thank you for what you do so very helpful um i am a non-unionized uh support worker i work for
01:01:09.380
the salvation army i we were given the option to apply for either a medical or human rights exemption
01:01:16.720
uh sorry i'm also in manitoba um i applied for the human rights exemption and i mentioned uh the
01:01:24.300
that it violates the canadian constitution and the letter that i got back rejecting my exemption
01:01:30.460
uh told me that because the salvation army is not a canadian company it's an international
01:01:37.020
organization they are not beholden to the canadian constitution so i would like to know if that's
01:01:43.720
i would okay do they have a business license um i would assume so i mean i first of all very little
01:01:52.240
about the whole process okay so this is a very good point i'm glad you brought this up because i've had
01:01:57.480
my deal with costco any of you have i'm gonna be serving them they like to say oh we're a private
01:02:03.040
organization and so i questioned them i said do you have an address in bc and they said yes i said do
01:02:10.100
you have an address in the city of langley because i know it's costco langley i was at and they were
01:02:14.460
like yes and i says well then you have a business license from the city of langley and they're like
01:02:20.220
yes and i says then you're that's an open invitation and you're open to the public so that's starters on
01:02:25.840
that side so they have to have a business license to operate in canada so first if that's the case a
01:02:32.900
hundred percent that uh they are beholden to the constitution and the charter rights of the employees
01:02:39.920
every employee in this nation is protected this is canada yeah a hundred percent you're protected boy
01:02:47.080
i've heard a lot about the salvation army in manitoba that's pretty disgusting from a christian
01:02:52.540
organization i'm a christian and i've just been disgusted by them yes um yep uh just a couple more
01:03:00.380
um uh so i i my next shift is the 15th and um i'm not sure who who do i serve my direct employee
01:03:15.300
like my direct supervisor or do i serve hr or the director of who's telling you who's telling you
01:03:23.240
to get vaccinated uh the salvation army in toronto like their head office is in toronto and i mean
01:03:29.580
somebody's name is on that letter um the person who sent me the response to mine is um
01:03:39.920
let's see this person is the territorial director
01:03:45.220
and i believe this person is located in okay does it say their name in toronto yeah they have name and
01:03:55.040
then you you make out to whomever's name is telling you to do that you make it it out to them and then
01:04:02.540
if in your in your um office or that you have anybody instructing you there you shut them down
01:04:09.120
right there and you give them as well an nol okay um i work in residential so essentially i
01:04:15.480
am unsupervised at the site okay but i do have a supervisor who is located at a day program
01:04:24.360
well if your supervisor is not giving you any hassle i i wouldn't bother them just go straight to the top
01:04:30.640
and and let them know again with the other letter that i extortion and this and that
01:04:35.320
are against the law and i'll be holding you personally liable if you interfere with my income
01:04:39.920
okay okay last question is uh like i can't afford a lawyer um so i'm not sure what to do in that
01:04:51.200
instance everybody a lot of people are in this instant and that's why we're desperately trying to
01:04:56.340
educate people and teach them how to do it i as well am on a learning curve on this i've never
01:05:01.200
filed charges against somebody before um but you know what we're going to be doing this because it
01:05:06.740
needs to be done and and we need to take the time to do our best get together with a couple people if
01:05:11.440
you have a you know like some people are smart at math and some people are smart at writing and
01:05:15.720
find the friend that you can collaborate with to to help and put this together uh if there's a team of
01:05:22.300
you that could do it uh we're going to have this group as well so that people can collaborate on
01:05:27.700
here i'm hoping you'll make some friendships on here and reach out maybe again getting into an
01:05:32.920
action for canada chapter so so that we could have maybe a lawyer will you know join the chapter
01:05:39.020
which is happening and and could assist okay i'll need to get on to the next question karen but
01:05:44.360
sorry i emailed the chapter in winnipeg and they have not responded and my sister is a lawyer but
01:05:50.700
she so she could help me with things but she's she thinks i should get vaccinated but she could
01:05:57.160
help me at least with the language i'm not sure if she's willing to her okay well that's that would
01:06:01.420
be fair enough right she's supposed to be neutral and she should be able to help you with that so
01:06:06.080
the thing about if you go contact any of the chapters you guys as i said we are setting them up
01:06:10.340
very fast and they're overwhelmed as well as they're getting set up and getting people on so hang on
01:06:16.940
there we just had a meeting monday and we were talking about the people um our leaders responding
01:06:22.020
to the emails so that that is has been an issue okay um alan thank you karen
01:06:33.540
okay we'll come back to alan oh there you are alan okay sorry about that um okay i'm actually really
01:06:44.500
glad that i was able to get a hold of you because i know there's several of us on here um i'm a
01:06:51.160
a member of the uh bc uh bc ferries marine workers union um we just had a zoom meeting today that was
01:07:02.640
nothing more than i can say a propaganda disaster for uh our union and for the uh the lawyer and the
01:07:10.080
health nurse and obviously this was an employment lawyer that was uh that's been retained by the union
01:07:15.840
you know none of us paid for them right nobody paid for the the doctor come on and and quite frankly i think
01:07:24.780
um i was left out of asking any questions that meeting because i knew i was going to ask
01:07:30.680
legal questions which i've already posted in a uh public group for our local um in horseshoe bay i'm
01:07:38.900
right out of horseshoe bay um there are other union members here they're out of uh to watson
01:07:45.560
departure bay duke point you know all over the place even including uh going up into hornby and
01:07:51.860
all the other islands so what is what is your question alan okay so uh i i basically what we needed
01:07:59.640
a little direction on i think this is probably the most important for our group is because we felt
01:08:05.780
after that meeting today that our union has completely and i mean completely abandoned us
01:08:11.580
because they said they wouldn't challenge this in court and i think they're looking at this as like
01:08:16.860
the employment angle of course um but they're not looking at it as the constitutional angle so
01:08:22.900
do we have the right like i i i think legally we have to challenge the union's decision or whatever
01:08:31.120
they're saying through the grievance process first yes or can we do the grievance and the nols at the
01:08:38.500
same time oh do the nols for sure there's nothing this this an nol is just a notice right you are
01:08:45.400
informing them it can't cost you your job they can't fire you for for serving a notice of liability
01:08:51.400
you're saying like hey you are stamping all over these rights are you aware that what you're doing
01:08:56.520
is illegal and that your extortion like you either take this jab or you don't get a job excuse me like
01:09:04.120
what the heck is that you can't do that so it's not even that it's just a constitutional issue like i
01:09:09.580
say repeatedly this is a criminal issue this is crimes crimes against you people yeah well i i just
01:09:17.960
want to add to have clarity on that because i think there was a lot of misdirection um in in what
01:09:24.620
we were kind of kind of doing and what we have to do to proceed that so if the grievance is filed
01:09:31.140
or if we try to file a grievance with our shop stewards and they fail to take those grievances
01:09:37.880
from us do at that point do we contact a labor relations lawyer or the labor board themselves and
01:09:45.800
say i think the next next step is right that once you filed your grievance it goes to labor relations
01:09:52.060
okay but if the union doesn't file it for us like if they and there's a i know in some there's like
01:09:59.160
one was section 13 where you file is not just a grievance but then you file oh what was the term
01:10:04.840
for it it's a further um a report like as if against the actual union itself and i think you do is it you
01:10:12.740
do that through labor relations so labor relations board i believe yeah yeah yeah say it again ray
01:10:22.680
it's whoever the authority is above the union okay so i'm not exactly sure may vary the process may vary
01:10:34.420
from province to province we were told yeah okay sounds good thank you ray so so other in other words
01:10:42.760
we have to file that grievance with a shop steward if they don't respond to us then at that point we have
01:10:51.920
the justification in contacting the labor board ourselves yes okay well yeah i believe i know for
01:10:59.740
calling it was the matter that the union put it over to labor relations put her grievance to labor
01:11:04.360
relations they're the ones that upped it so whatever the process is just find out but just just keep on
01:11:09.600
them and um yeah i that that's that's the best answer i can do like i say we're at the process
01:11:16.060
of moving through this and then seeing what the results are going to be right we don't have all the
01:11:21.260
answers of how these next steps are and i know that i spoke to somebody yesterday and yeah but you know
01:11:26.860
what it said in our collective agreement that we had to take a vaccine but again i have to repeat to
01:11:34.320
you that you still even within that you still always have had the choice but this is experimental
01:11:40.880
don't let them tell you that the government has uh turned around and and approved it or the fda not
01:11:46.480
when you got death rates like we see yeah and another thing i just wanted to mention is that
01:11:53.000
that is in fact not in our collective agreement at all okay it's in some though like with the nurses
01:11:59.840
yep yeah it's not in our collective agreement at all that we have to take this vaccine it's a policy
01:12:06.760
that's been we are being told is going to be implemented if we don't sign an attestation which is a
01:12:15.960
breach of our right of privacy medical privacy uh so a lot of people haven't signed it so far
01:12:23.120
they should those people so that's another thing so they shouldn't sign the attestation
01:12:29.160
um they should forward their grievance to their shop steward if the shop steward doesn't reply or if
01:12:36.340
we don't get a response approach the labor board ourselves and file all nols including now i just
01:12:44.420
want to clarify the nols we need we're going to need one for the head of the company one for head
01:12:49.580
of the union and then there's the what's the medical disclosure one or there was one that you you said
01:12:55.820
in the zoom call here earlier that it was it's the one that's a further letter where i go through the
01:13:02.380
sections of uh section uh like 52 one of the constitution that that letter i've got the wrong one posted
01:13:09.660
on the unionized page but if you go to the notice of liability page down to employer it had there the
01:13:15.560
other one everybody is that sorry what is that one called though because i know there's the employer
01:13:21.620
there's the union and then there's the further for further warning letter okay and that's after you've
01:13:29.000
served those two nols yeah and i'd also throw in there you should be serving the union notice of
01:13:34.380
or the notice of liability regarding the uh covet testing because they're going to say well if you
01:13:39.640
don't do that then you got to test three times a week or every day absolutely not that is as well
01:13:44.420
it's a criminal offense and i'll be charging you with such i love what they're collecting genetic
01:13:50.180
material illegally yes you have not given consent to that so therefore it's unlawful and that it said
01:13:57.160
that you have you have the freedom like to refuse right they cannot do this and it says in the act
01:14:03.720
it says that they can't withhold a job from you if you don't take this test it clearly says it in the
01:14:10.980
act yeah they their position on that was that our jobs are are not protected i think that's what they
01:14:19.840
were trying to i i honestly think the zoom meeting that we had with our union uh president was was
01:14:26.320
nothing but propaganda and bullying tactics 100 i saw him on a video last night i quickly went in and
01:14:32.420
and i said oh you know legal action has commenced against bc fairies and so serve a notice of
01:14:37.720
liability and i brought it and put it down to everybody who had commented because there was a
01:14:42.240
lot of upset people on that page and this is the kind of thing we need to do right we need to call
01:14:46.560
out the union letters let them know that their actions are you see when somebody's doing something
01:14:50.480
in the dark and they're forcing people and you know it's easy to bully people right but when you call
01:14:55.280
them out and you stick a spotlight on them and say we're coming after you because you know what
01:14:59.480
this is criminal and we can show them how this is criminal based on the information i've easily
01:15:04.600
provided you here that's all you need you guys just need to read the info i've got and verbatim and i
01:15:10.860
was gonna say i love what ian mcdonald posted here he says you have a duty to report all criminal action
01:15:15.420
i agree ian okay i gotta get to the next um because uh can i add just one more question okay i'm gonna ask
01:15:23.200
okay hurry hurry up um okay uh i need to know do we file grievance together as a group or do we just
01:15:33.040
do it as individuals um i'm not sure about that like uh i would think that if you can do them as
01:15:38.740
a group great and uh individuals so however if you've got a group of them willing to file a grievance
01:15:45.320
go for it okay excellent all right thanks so much i appreciate it all right good luck um we're
01:15:51.900
fighting hard okay cheers okay you guys i'm gonna ask you no more than two questions okay because
01:15:57.280
there's a lot of people waiting here and in fairness i gotta get through so rachel you're next
01:16:01.240
hi tanya thank you so much for everything that you're doing with action for canada i'm not sure why
01:16:11.380
i can't see you now that's strange i don't know that's all right okay there you are okay um okay
01:16:17.820
two questions um so i was i'm a nurse in bc i was terminated on the 20 26th or the 28th and um
01:16:26.980
the lro i believe is with the union so my union i got a letter saying that the lro was following up
01:16:33.380
with step two um with several articles from our contract which i have to follow up with um my union
01:16:39.240
basically told me um for my loss of income i should start applying at grocery stores um that's not
01:16:46.000
going to cut it right now i can't work anywhere in health care from what i understand in the mandates
01:16:49.800
not even naturopath clinics private clinics nothing so that's where i am should i continue with a human
01:16:57.520
rights complaint based on what discrimination because it's not race it's not sex it's just basically my own
01:17:04.000
human autonomy well yeah discrimination at 100 is discrimination you're getting fired because
01:17:12.800
they're discriminating against you because you will not get jabbed yeah 100 everybody should be filing
01:17:19.880
human rights complaints and sheila could you pop our link in there um because just for everybody
01:17:25.380
sheila helps me out here thank you sheila and we've got a page already set up under legal action
01:17:31.020
you drop down it says filing a human rights complaint we've got all the links for every single
01:17:35.760
province on there to make it easy for you and if you need uh help filling them out you can uh there's
01:17:41.620
phone numbers there all right so yes uh for sure rachel you should file a human rights complaint
01:17:47.360
okay in in regards to um dealing with any uh i guess civil and criminal charges against
01:17:55.140
anything else do we just do our our our due diligence and just show up at restaurants and
01:18:00.840
wait to be arrested and then from that point have our day in court like i'm just wondering as civilians
01:18:06.020
what can we do um so what do you mean by before i forget something oh you just said something oh one
01:18:12.360
thing i wanted to mention to everyone as well that's very important is if they oh alan could you mute
01:18:17.800
please oh sorry that's all right is that if they put you on unpaid leave go into work anyways
01:18:26.280
go into work and they'll tell you you're not scheduled you'll say uh because you're not taking
01:18:32.140
the vaccine well i don't comply with that i don't agree with this this is in violation this is illegal
01:18:36.820
this is unlawful it's discriminatory name things things like that get it on recording that you made
01:18:42.640
the effort to go back into work even if it's confrontational i'm not saying be angry stay
01:18:46.980
very calm and and if they walk you out then you've got it on recording that you did everything
01:18:52.600
to maintain your job yeah what about staff working from home no no hang on kello hang on okay so rachel
01:19:02.800
you were um saying about going to restaurants we're not going out to get anybody arrested
01:19:08.320
if they don't i mean that's a separate issue if you're going to file a business and a notice of
01:19:14.540
liability against business that's a different thing for not getting service that's also on our
01:19:19.380
notice of liability page but right now we just want to help employees how to deal with their employers
01:19:24.180
so you should file if you had a union file a grievance um file a human rights complaint and then
01:19:31.040
stay in tune with us to figure out how to file a criminal charge and a criminal charge would be
01:19:37.740
against my my employer my manager fraser health what yep fraser health they've been well informed
01:19:43.220
they're horrible they're in on this uh they're just to me yeah they've received lots of notices
01:19:50.780
of liability but now what you need to do is you're not under fraser health you need to serve the
01:19:55.020
individuals who have uh interfered with your right to work okay you need to put their name yeah okay is
01:20:02.180
that good all right thank you thank you annette you're next um i just following up you mentioned
01:20:09.540
about if you are even you put on leave you should still trying to get back to work and red card it
01:20:14.940
how about for the staff that are working from home right now what should i do well kel i mean you still
01:20:22.400
have to serve your employer the notice of liability it's the craziest thing to think you need to be
01:20:27.300
jabbed and you're working from home um so you just you need to use the notice of liability to employer
01:20:33.440
and the warning letter that goes along with it the additional letter
01:20:37.440
all right okay so annette sorry that you were next no problem um my question is i work in home support
01:20:48.100
island health right and um i gave her the notice of liability she gave me a letter with my full name on
01:20:54.940
that stating that i'm on unpaid leave and i have to follow up by the week of november 8th she told me
01:21:01.060
that if i don't it's non-compliance uh she said i should be jabbed by the the first jab should be
01:21:08.240
by november 8th yeah um so i gave her an email um i have another group that i talked to and they told me
01:21:16.760
i did the right thing by emailing her instead of phone call because it's proof that i did attempt to try
01:21:22.060
and say that hey i'm not refusing but if you can answer all these questions what's in the the vaccine
01:21:28.880
and um that they will be held liable they agree to that then i will get it because in fact they won't
01:21:36.440
agree with it anyway with the fact of being liable so um anyway my question is is uh due the fact of trying
01:21:45.440
to keep my job um it's security entrance they they expected me to give the phone the keys everything to
01:21:54.260
getting into the building back to them by um it was the 25th of october and so i have no way of getting
01:22:03.420
in there and my schedule for working is on the the work phone which they have all right so go back to when
01:22:12.420
your normal schedule would be and just show up with your phone on um and and and that has made a very
01:22:18.560
good point everyone i just we have it on our web page but make sure that you are always uh videotaping
01:22:23.780
or recording the events conversations or keeping everything in writing if i've had a phone conversation
01:22:29.540
that i wasn't able to record um i make sure i have the person's email and i go thank you for the call
01:22:35.100
um i just want to make sure that i understand what you've said in in our conversation and then put it
01:22:41.300
in writing and then they will get back to you because either they're going to say oh no no no i didn't tell
01:22:46.420
you that or they're going to reply and then again then you have the proof but yes email is tremendous
01:22:52.420
you could show up at work on what would normally be a scheduled day they say we told you we took your
01:22:57.260
phone you're not employed unless you get the vaccine then you have it on recording you showed
01:23:01.380
that you went there you tried to go to work you've done your best because you're saying i do not
01:23:06.160
accept this this is unlawful and it's a violation but the only trouble with that is is now that it's
01:23:12.320
been a week i haven't done any any attempting to try okay don't don't worry about it then you've got
01:23:17.100
yours in email oh i'm just saying that this is an extra layer right oh okay yeah don't don't fret
01:23:22.620
over it if you haven't done it you've already got enough uh you know on your plan and you've got
01:23:27.660
enough proof that they've unlawfully ended your um your employment because of uh you know oh because
01:23:36.500
because of you not taking this ridiculous jab one other thing i wanted to say is there was one of the
01:23:41.460
gals on that's in our committee and she said that if you do go to apply for ei because they're even
01:23:46.620
trying to say that you can't apply for ei it apparently asks a question that is this related to
01:23:52.200
covet 19 so you put down no this is because you're asking for ei because of stress and the rest of it
01:24:00.400
right okay that's what this you know that i was going to ask you about that no this is because of
01:24:06.160
unlawful question that's good somebody's unlawful activity okay jeanette is that it or because i need
01:24:12.460
to get on i've only can do a couple more questions if anybody needs to leave thank you so much for
01:24:18.320
joining us i i just i want to make myself available for as many questions as possible
01:24:23.000
but i know that you know we've gone well over the hour here and uh can you i just have one more
01:24:28.940
question quickly um so after this um okay because i did the lor i i mean i did the um the liability
01:24:37.000
forms that you had out on your website i did those by registered mail um but the canada post states that
01:24:44.360
you can't have uh signature because they're not doing that because of covid so how effective is
01:24:51.320
that going to be now i paid for that they they did that because of the notices of liability that wasn't
01:24:56.800
because of covid i can 100 they've done that so i would i would they have to leave the building at
01:25:04.240
some point so just be there ready to serve them well i've already sent just a moment please whoever's
01:25:11.420
doing that for a moment oh okay sent them by uh canada post to victoria to um island health um it
01:25:21.040
would have been kathy mcneil and uh richard stanwick right and so we we had to we had somebody show up at
01:25:29.620
their office and serve so just show up their office they have a duty to give it to kathy or whoever else
01:25:36.260
is is there and you'll find out that if their day is in office is thursday show up thursday knock on
01:25:42.000
the door and um serve them just figure out a way to do it there's also uh express post i did that
01:25:50.440
okay express post uh yeah there's several ways you got to be creative and you got to figure out how to
01:25:56.840
do it be their kg and and mention to your employer as well look that interior health is part of a
01:26:02.980
massive uh um constitutional legal action okay they're already on notice and and so that you'll
01:26:12.760
you'll not be yeah and like i said you're going after the person though anyways who who was trying
01:26:17.160
to interject there to give some advice about serving
01:26:19.920
hello diane hi diane hi i work for canada post and i deliver registered mail
01:26:28.880
um we can't go to the door anymore with it because we hold a machine that you usually have to hand to
01:26:35.940
the customer and they sign okay we can't do that because it's not sanitary yeah so what we do is we
01:26:42.400
card the item out for delivery and that person has to go into the post office and they sign for it there
01:26:48.060
they do get a signature oh okay but they're not going to do that though because they know
01:26:53.800
well we'll we'll just keep looking at it right you'll see if it's uh delivered or not thank you
01:27:02.860
so much diane for interjecting yeah i know that you're right okay so i'm gonna do a few more b
01:27:08.600
hi there thank you for um organizing this and taking my questions just a couple quick questions
01:27:15.240
um regarding the chapters is are those basically just mailing mailing lists we just send an email to
01:27:20.940
the whatever local chapter is and join is that how that yes and then yeah that's the best way we
01:27:25.520
could do it so we've created individual emails for each chapter no matter where they are in the land
01:27:30.180
and then you would communicate with them initially through an email and then they would um either give
01:27:37.080
you a phone call or however that chapter is doing it they would get in touch with you
01:27:40.760
okay and if you want to become a chapter leader then please on the chapter page you can sign up to
01:27:47.300
actually become a chapter leader if there's not one in your community okay got it um and second
01:27:53.840
question these uh notices of liability um sending them via email won't isn't appropriate or no it's
01:28:02.740
not a legal way of doing it we've had a couple you know where people have served it via email and the
01:28:08.660
person responded and so then it's official you know they responded they acknowledged that they received
01:28:13.980
it okay but i would follow up with if they do respond that's terrific even you know if it's to
01:28:19.880
an elected official they have an auto response some businesses do i would think that that would be
01:28:25.020
uh you know uh a proof of uh receipt as well if there's an auto response but i would just be doubly
01:28:31.800
sure because when the time comes man if you could get the money back for what you're losing right now
01:28:36.920
you guys deserve it this is just criminal tanya just just a minute it not not right now just oh
01:28:44.060
yeah hey kim hey i i just want to say to about delivering electronically i believe that you can
01:28:52.240
download a docu-sign free app it does not give you full functionality of docu-sign but it probably
01:29:00.160
would give you that history trail of receipt so that might be an option yeah unfortunately it's not
01:29:07.900
one of the ones that's listed i know that lawyers uh submit information all the time via email and i
01:29:14.260
was talking to one lawyer and they consider it if you're already in communication um yeah so right
01:29:21.340
now i just play it safe and say in person but thank you for that kim no something definitely docu-sign
01:29:27.220
okay um good let's go on to sarah thank you so much i've been trying to all the times that i
01:29:36.380
wanted to ask questions the microphone wasn't working at the hours i was like ah i was putting
01:29:40.940
in the chat and everything okay i'll stop wasting time on that all right um i just wanted to say i'm
01:29:45.500
also on the police on guard federal employees lawsuit with rocco gilotti and they just sent us an email
01:29:50.320
this morning telling the people who are on their lawsuit do not file grievances or human rights
01:29:56.000
complaints because it can undermine their case so that was in the email anybody on the rocco gilotti
01:30:02.000
suit will have that email today so just know don't file any grievances or human rights complaints right
01:30:07.120
now but nol's are still okay that's what they said um but i do have a question for you that i've been
01:30:12.800
trying to ask for a little bit um so it kind of posed in my work location it's a 24-hour operation
01:30:19.300
in richmond near the airport and there's a couple of thousand employees but what they're doing is
01:30:25.100
they're just handing out a bulletin there's no name on it it's faceless and nameless it just says
01:30:30.580
canada post at the top and then it has instructions for um attesting and saying that you have to you
01:30:37.460
know say whether or not you've had the shots and you have to do the shots by x date but there's no name
01:30:42.000
on it so we can't how do we send an nol to something that's nameless and faceless especially
01:30:47.860
when it's not being handed to us by an individual it's just okay i would find out who the head of
01:30:54.720
canada post is in your region and i'd serve them ask the question okay so does that mean for example
01:31:01.660
like doug ettinger is the ceo yep of canada post that's one that we could do but then could we do
01:31:09.260
like the director of the facility where we work yes okay yeah yeah because the director is responsible
01:31:17.220
to speak with the powers that be and if she'd be the one that would have to enforce it so and if
01:31:23.440
she's a nice person then she's going to be empowered by the notice of liability saying hey i am not putting
01:31:28.720
myself out i'm not going to lose my home or any finances over this i see here that my actions are
01:31:34.420
unlawful okay and just to clarify because any us anybody at the supervisory level uh once you hit
01:31:41.900
manager then they're on the management team and and they don't have any association or union protections
01:31:46.720
so supervisors and superintendents have union protections and anytime we tried to serve them
01:31:51.820
they'd say whoa whoa whoa it's not my decision go straight to a manager but if they're presenting it
01:31:56.400
we can still serve them right if their name is on it then they need to go to their manager and say hey
01:32:01.160
look i'm being served these i'm not going to be pushing this any further if you guys want to do
01:32:06.000
this that's up to you that's what the manager okay so anybody who presents everybody needs even if it's
01:32:10.520
a shop steward we can say you i'm presenting this to you as an individual because you as an individual
01:32:15.920
are trying to make me do something unlawful yep sorry it's frozen on the screen yes are you good
01:32:25.280
maybe that's on her side i'm thinking and also the union number um tanya you know this l o this is
01:32:35.200
this letter of this n o l is a letter you know it's a we have a union number another manager sorry wendy
01:32:43.920
hold on just a second sorry i'm going in order of the questions i'm so sorry i just have to keep going
01:32:48.780
here okay sorry that's okay norm you're next um i want to let everybody know as well i am going to
01:32:55.900
be having a i'm going to have to have a conversation with rocco um after hearing what was just said about
01:33:01.340
don't file grievances uh sometimes there are situations over the last year where we'd say
01:33:06.780
i'm not asking for an exemption i'm not asking because there's nothing to ask to be exempt from
01:33:11.500
none of us have to wear a mask period we can use the language saying i'm exempt because i don't have to
01:33:16.900
wear a mask but as far as having to show proof exemption so now what i'm wondering is i'm going
01:33:22.680
to double check with rocco about filing grievances if by filing a grievance we're saying we have
01:33:28.220
something you know that uh that we're admitting to is real um or it will harm or it will harm the case
01:33:35.540
but anyways just keep doing what you're doing and his is different because because he's filing um
01:33:41.260
again a constitutional challenge on their behalf but keep an eye on keep an eye on
01:33:46.780
our unionized members page all right so norm go ahead uh thanks for your your uh your efforts
01:33:53.740
there tanya it's awesome um is there any do you have a list of lawyers like i'd like to hire someone
01:33:58.640
so i don't have to get have to only ask two questions under pressure in a forum here why is
01:34:04.480
it so hard to find a lawyer to get some advice on this stuff yeah it's a good question because like
01:34:09.300
many canadians they've had their head in the sand and they've just been going along with it
01:34:14.300
uh it has been a conundrum i tell you we could have had so much use for lawyers in the last year
01:34:21.360
and a half um i've had to learn what i have just by crunching down 12 14 hours a day and doing this
01:34:27.180
and what it boils down to is that we have a constitution charter rights and a rule of law
01:34:33.540
and that's all the truths that i'm presenting to you guys today these are guaranteed rights under this
01:34:39.460
and we hardly should even need a lawyer in order if we've got the language right in these letters
01:34:45.060
they're um they're helping in many instances masks are coming off kids at school when parents are
01:34:51.260
courageous enough to use them and employees are serving them to employers employers are like okay
01:34:57.120
that's enough for me uh i'm not going to mandate a mask or vaccines and then we've got the unions
01:35:03.380
and the bigwigs who are obviously uh they've got an incentive i believe in order to push this agenda
01:35:10.140
but i do not understand how any canadian these are traitors to our country any of these union leaders
01:35:17.380
it's disgusting what they're involved in and if you read the notice of liability how you could
01:35:22.300
participate in this after reading that is beyond me so that's the best i can give you as far as yeah
01:35:28.920
where are the lawyers can we hire you for an hour just so we're not pressed for time are you will
01:35:34.080
you do consulting for a fee or yeah well i've got to as i should have said it at the top i'm not a lawyer
01:35:40.280
and i'm not a doctor and i'm not giving anybody legal advice or um medical advice right uh but i will
01:35:46.980
come in and and do q a's and do my best to answer these questions because again all i'm giving you
01:35:53.380
is official information about um you know what's available to all of us already so so my wife and
01:36:01.200
i are both on notice right now my wife is a federal uh cra employee so on i think november 16th she's
01:36:07.960
going to lose her job we both work from home so it's not about health it's not about health obviously
01:36:12.760
i work at a college and i wanted to share that uh they told me in september that i couldn't at first
01:36:18.860
i was gonna have to get swabbed twice a week at my own cost and i would be unemployed by october 26th
01:36:24.620
so i said well do you have a women's safety data sheet for this chemical you want to shove up my
01:36:29.400
nose and they they panicked right and the next day they moved the swabbing off campus to a pharmacy
01:36:35.240
so i called the pharmacy and i said hey i said uh i gotta come for testing there they said yeah i said
01:36:40.020
have you guys got a women's safety data sheet for this chemical the chemicals and they said oh uh
01:36:45.020
what do you mean i said well work is sending me there so that becomes a place of work for me i
01:36:49.820
said i want to see a women's safety data sheet the next day they told me i could teach from home for
01:36:54.160
that semester but but now you know ramp ahead they're saying that i can't teach them from home
01:36:59.640
again they won't give me an accommodation now we're both eligible for retirement okay we can we can
01:37:05.280
take pensions but should we take our pensions under under uh you know stipulating that it's only under
01:37:12.200
duress and and still file a complaint or should we not take our pensions because we might void
01:37:17.620
our our complaint yeah see that that would be a legal question and i would not want to touch that
01:37:24.100
because i mean it'd be great if you wanted to be a warrior but i wouldn't want to be responsible for
01:37:29.520
the two of you losing your pension because i'm hearing about people who are actually not being given
01:37:34.840
their pension because they won't vaccinate it is absolutely disgusting and i would never even think
01:37:40.900
to put you in that position but i would do it and then and and then file though against them saying
01:37:47.660
that i did it under duress you know that's an option right uh you're on mute you're on mute you muted
01:37:57.560
oh yeah so we should stipulate in our pen when we apply for pension that we're only doing this
01:38:03.480
under duress because we're being coerced due to covet yes okay that's an option right that's an option
01:38:09.440
that you may wish to uh choose last thing yeah well i'm not clear so i should i just do my immediate
01:38:14.700
supervisor or the whole chain of command each with a separate nol yeah i'd serve all of them if you can
01:38:20.660
i would do it all yeah and and uh yeah so thank you for all these good questions i would love for
01:38:25.900
everybody as well i'm i should do it at the beginning of the end but i'm asking people as well to
01:38:31.780
join action for canada even as monthly donors five bucks a month would help me very much in being able to
01:38:38.900
you know keep with our tech person on our website they've tried to take me down you can see why
01:38:43.100
and i figure if you cannot give anything please do not feel guilty or obligated but if you can sign
01:38:49.740
up and do five bucks a month i just want to plug that in there right now uh because i want to keep
01:38:54.820
action for canada going and i want to do everything that we can uh to to make sure that we're getting
01:39:02.160
these materials into our chapters and facilitating people across the nation okay dustin i'm going to
01:39:09.100
do two more questions and then i'm so sorry everybody we're going to end it today because
01:39:12.840
i got to go into a 3 30 meeting 4 30 meeting and a 5 30 meeting and there's more of this um i'll make
01:39:19.220
this available i think a lot of you are in the same boat and so a lot of these situations will be
01:39:25.520
applicable to all of you all right so i just i love you i encourage you i pray for you and uh we
01:39:32.900
just got to stick with this together and i really believe that we are moving this mountain i i asked
01:39:38.960
god years ago for the faith of a mustard seed so that we could move mountains and i would have never
01:39:44.020
imagined being in this situation so i am very confident that god is on our side and that through
01:39:49.360
action for canada we are able to do miraculous things okay so dustin and pascal i'll give you
01:39:55.880
both a question here so dustin if you want to start hello uh okay so so uh right now my wife just got her
01:40:07.580
date for the 21st yes uh to be like like one dose vaccinated or whatever so we're serving uh the
01:40:17.580
notices liabilities tomorrow to the um to the ceo of the hospital and uh and her supervisors and she's
01:40:29.740
going to talk to her uh rep tomorrow as well her union rep and then we may serve them as well uh so my
01:40:38.060
question is kind of more like related to strategy so after we serve this i was going to follow up with
01:40:43.500
the letter the warning letter i i would do it all at one time okay that's what i was getting from
01:40:53.980
earlier in the thing so that's where i'm going to change that and um and then like so she's not being
01:41:01.660
compliant uh i was thinking like that she go make the injection appointment we serve the injecting nurse
01:41:08.380
and i go with her and then when they're going to go in and eject her anyway because she's gonna
01:41:14.540
she doesn't want to lose her job like it's her life right and so they're pretty much going to
01:41:21.020
she'll consent anyway well i wouldn't recommend so so like i know that it's not legal consent though
01:41:28.620
because i've been through this with cps in the past with homeschooling
01:41:31.900
okay so like it's not legal consent because she is being coerced so they have a responsibility to
01:41:40.140
recognize that oh dustin i mean it's russian roulette you know that right yeah i i know how
01:41:46.220
serious this is everyone but your life if you've got kids i mean that should mean yeah i know anybody
01:41:52.220
right now because they need you i've got tons of videos uh first of all women you know having
01:41:58.060
miscarriages but you know having complete uh seizures and yeah well i don't i'm not going to
01:42:05.260
let her get injected i'm good that's why i want to go with her to the appointment because that's her
01:42:09.580
right to have me there with her as her husband yeah okay so i was going to go in there and if
01:42:15.500
they're going to proceed after i tell them and tell them that it's illegal consent
01:42:20.540
then i'm bringing information forms to fill out with their names and everything yes medical the
01:42:30.860
medical ones right dustin the medical ones yeah to serve them yes yeah yes and then uh i was going
01:42:38.540
to fill out an information like uh in uh the book that i bought for 150 dollars the annotated criminal
01:42:45.820
procedures good for you so so i was gonna like serve the doctor serve the injection nurse
01:42:52.300
yes and tell them like she's gonna consent to you but it's not legal consent because she's under threat
01:42:58.140
of her dreams being taken away right she just got this career and now they want to take it right from
01:43:06.140
under her after working so hard yet yeah you're awesome you're awesome dustin for giving her the
01:43:12.940
support that she needs and going in there and serving and i would ask them say i want uh my wife
01:43:19.180
needs informed consent uh what are the lists i want you to provide what the um contents are of the
01:43:25.980
injection you'll be giving her and i would like to see a list of the side effects before anything
01:43:32.460
and i'm telling you if they're not showing blood clots and all the rest of it i would just want
01:43:37.980
to push it that far to see what they give you and say well if you're not willing to give informed
01:43:42.300
consent then she can go back to employer and say look they wouldn't give me what the contents were
01:43:47.340
they wouldn't give me uh you know the side effects to this i can't make an informed decision unless i
01:43:53.420
have that information so that's a very clever way of going about it my thing though is it can't be
01:43:58.460
voluntary at this point because she's being threatened yeah she's being coerced and threatened
01:44:03.500
absolutely and it can't be it's not consent because uh because uh she's being forced to
01:44:12.060
and threatened yeah okay any other question in that uh dustin i know that's all i was just uh
01:44:19.340
wanting to run that by you yeah okay well the best of my best wishes to you all right pascal
01:44:26.700
thanks for thanks for everything tanya i know you're tired um i'm a core public federal servant
01:44:33.180
and i'm not part of the police on guard action but there's other pockets that's what i want to
01:44:37.980
let other people know right so i'm part of the bergman lawsuit so tomorrow he's filing an injunction
01:44:43.660
uh which then uh could lead to the the full merits of the case would be the part two part three
01:44:49.260
appealers supreme what province is this in he's from montreal but we're a lot from ottawa region that
01:44:56.540
have you know have hired him right okay and then there's other feds for freedom that they also
01:45:03.740
hired uh another pocket of employees four or five hundred employees who've hired actually a lawyer from
01:45:09.420
dc i forget the lawyer's name though unfortunately so i just want to let people know out there that there
01:45:14.620
are smaller pockets of people getting together hiring lawyers so that's the first thing so my
01:45:20.380
question was um just like uh you know ethics over fear i forget her name it's somebody who i don't want
01:45:28.860
to uh yeah i'm not going to bring them up right now on this one okay for for other for other reasons
01:45:34.700
which i won't discuss right now okay so unless you have an actual question for me yeah yeah the question
01:45:41.180
is um going the criminal justice route um aside serving like what what some people have done 1200
01:45:53.100
people in new barnswick have done is filed a complaint a criminal complaint based on extortion
01:45:59.100
to their local police and they're actually opening an investigation but you mentioned earlier that you
01:46:04.460
don't need to do that you can go straight to court right right which is what uh david's book is about
01:46:11.180
because a lot of people are concerned that the police aren't taking it seriously and if you read
01:46:15.100
my action that went out yesterday i've been working with the bc rcmp communicating with them
01:46:19.660
for a year and a half they have a 27 page affidavit against bonnie henry they have a 391 page
01:46:25.340
statement of claim and they're still refusing to give me a case number so when you come across a situation
01:46:30.460
like that it makes people wonder if uh the rcmp are indeed going to act on their behalf when you're
01:46:36.860
coming up against an individual and so um people can certainly certainly file you know with the rcmp
01:46:43.740
if you like but i'm relying on david right now he's going to do the workshop and i'm very interested
01:46:49.420
in in going through this process okay so the thing that we're doing is the government has used fear
01:46:56.700
to get us all into this situation and and so fear has caused people to comply and wear the mask and not
01:47:02.780
because they wanted to but they were afraid of uh people criticizing them even as simple as that that
01:47:08.460
has kept this stupid mask on people's faces and so we have had to shift it's a cycle military
01:47:14.700
psychological warfare they've had against us and so we have to shift that military style fear and it
01:47:20.220
comes down to personal responsibility and what's the greatest fear somebody is going to file a complaint
01:47:25.660
a criminal charge against me and i just read on this piece of paper it looks pretty legitimate
01:47:31.020
i'm concerned about that so now all of a sudden i actually have a choice to make do i comply with
01:47:37.260
the government's unlawful orders which i see are unlawful or do i say no more i can't do that i finally
01:47:44.300
found a boundary and i'm drawing that boundary in the sand i am not going to violate the rights of
01:47:49.020
another person that's that's where we're moving towards here right and for the most part it's been very
01:47:55.260
effective when will the book in the workshop be available so i can get on this as soon as i can
01:48:00.620
with a group of people here yeah the book is available now on my website on i've put it on
01:48:05.900
the unionized members page the workers page and david i believe it's going to be around november 26th
01:48:12.060
that he's doing the workshop um my phone broke down i had to get a new one today and so i've not
01:48:16.860
communicated with him to confirm that and get a notice out okay thank you so much thank you all right
01:48:24.460
everyone like i say i've got a few minutes before i have to go into another meeting and so i just want
01:48:30.300
to thank you if this has been helpful please let me know in the uh chat if there is something uh we
01:48:38.300
can save the chat as well there's three little dots down at the bottom there and if you click on that
01:48:44.460
and click on save chat that's available to you and i'm going to do my best to get this up on the website
01:48:50.780
and then if you know other people that would benefit from listening to it i'm sorry i see a
01:48:56.060
lot of questions there i think they would continue for about four hours and um i know that the concerns
01:49:02.460
and the situation that you're in are dire and very very concerning and that's why we need everybody
01:49:08.380
united and working together so please call back district steven here can help you oh steven you're
01:49:14.620
on let's see if i can mute him got him done okay um so i what i was going to say is to help action for
01:49:22.860
canada by reaching out to other members and getting them to join with us and join the unionized workers
01:49:28.140
group and it's unionized or non-unionized i'll change the title on that but if we can get tens of
01:49:34.380
thousands of people into this group we're going to be a really powerful force all right so that's the
01:49:40.860
end of uh this meeting for today uh if this was helpful as well say yes please have another one
01:49:47.100
we'll go over it again and we'll just keep working at this if you're a concerned parent
01:49:51.740
join our parents group uh business group we've got them all under join you can pick which groups you
01:49:57.980
want to be uh be a part of uh parents group meets tuesdays at 3 30 pst business team is 4 30 pst
01:50:06.300
the unionized committee the one that i've created is thursday uh that i don't really have something
01:50:12.460
online where you can join that but we have a team that we're working so that we can come up with these
01:50:17.660
new resources for you and as well come up with um additional actions and what i really want to see
01:50:24.940
is tens of thousands of us on this uh on this group so that we can coordinate properly coordinate
01:50:31.180
walking off the job and really hurt the government's plan here all right so it's sheila i just put in
01:50:40.220
the because vincent gursey's the retired ontario police officer is a morrowed and power hour yes
01:50:48.380
it's so important that people try to attend that because that will be so rich with information
01:50:54.860
super thank you sheila yeah so we have the empower hour where we go through tons of information like
01:51:00.140
this i answer questions i have a guest on and we have q a at the end this week it is vincent gursey's
01:51:06.540
who's a retired opp officer and he's such a treat he's so bold and courageous and so knowledgeable
01:51:13.020
and um he's uh part of uh groups that are standing up and gathering um actual active and retired police
01:51:21.660
officers to take a stand and so we're excited about that police for freedom sheila did i say that right
01:51:27.580
police for freedom yes correct yep thank you and there's also police on guard so vincent's on this
01:51:35.420
uh wednesday so under join it dropped down to empower hour you can register for that and you'll hear more
01:51:41.500
great information i say knowledge is power and now that you have it you need to share it so that's it
01:51:47.340
all right god bless you everyone and uh we'll see you next time thank you so much time thank you
01:51:56.220
thank you tanya yeah you can all on mike if you want it's a party it's a family say goodbye

01:53:29.740

01:53:41.260

01:53:48.300
uh my name is jason but uh i work in ontario that's correct yeah right okay all right jason best of
01:53:54.860
luck to you i'll be praying for all of you guys and uh you know we got into this situation because
01:54:00.300
we put our guard down in this nation and we became too compliant with some really bad ideas and i i i'm
01:54:07.260
a believer i believe in god and when a country and throughout history has turned their back on god and
01:54:12.380
his good ideas for us nations go into get into some trouble and so we've just got to get back to an
01:54:18.860
ethic and moral society and and commit to that and commit to protecting our children
01:54:24.860
the vulnerable ones and what they're taught in our school systems we can no longer turn a blind eye
01:54:30.540
we have a huge responsibility and we need to be warriors and get on the front line of this
01:54:35.420
yeah i'm not doing it for me i'm doing it for my kids you know it's good to save them from a medical
01:54:40.540
and cultural complex so god bless you thank you thank you thank you thank you you too all right
