00:11:50.560 mandating for teachers because they do not want to be held liable or hold the decision because it's

00:11:57.060 unlawful they cannot mandate vaccines in canada all right so that's a campaign plus bc ferries came

00:12:04.040 out and said that they were not going to uh look for vax passes from passengers and they are named as a

00:12:10.020 defendant although they're they are going after them their employees and i'll show you a letter in a

00:12:14.600 moment that that i've written um and then as well the minister of transportation is omar al-gabar he's

00:12:22.460 also named as a defendant and i don't know if you saw the report on it mainstream isn't really saying

00:12:27.360 it but you think that you need to show a vax pass when you go on a plane or train he put it on pause

00:12:33.000 till december after getting served and the attorney general david lametti the federal attorney general

00:12:40.040 has also turned around and publicly this was quoted by toronto sun said that he warned trudeau

00:12:47.600 that vax passes are unconstitutional he's also named as a defendant so although we're not in court

00:45:09.520 of other things uh willful misconduct you bet they can be held liable and so that's when i created

00:45:15.740 the second letter because they're going to hear from their union their association that they're

00:45:21.860 protected so what this letter tells them is that no you're not so do your research in your province
