Transcript

00:00:00.000 Welcome. We're so happy that you can come and spend some time with us this evening.
00:00:14.220 It's Wednesday, January 5th, 2022.
00:00:17.960 Once again, we have a full evening planned for you.
00:00:21.460 Tanya will be sharing some important information and wins with you,
00:00:24.800 and then she'll be joined by David Lindsay of Clear.
00:00:28.640 And tonight, we're having a special contest.
00:00:31.280 We're giving away a copy of David's e-book.
00:00:34.340 Please write why you want David's book and what you'll be doing with it in the Q&A chat
00:00:39.220 at the bottom of your Zoom screen, and you'll be entered to win
00:00:42.420 the Annotated Criminal Charging Procedure in Canada.
00:00:46.440 As well, feel free to send us questions that are directly related to tonight's meeting
00:00:51.080 by clicking on that same Q&A tab at the bottom of your Zoom screen.
00:00:54.960 I'd like to remind you to keep your questions brief, relevant, and to the point.
00:01:00.500 For those of you who want to replay tonight's meeting, a recording will be available,
00:01:04.620 and we'll be sure to share it as soon as we can on our social accounts.
00:01:09.720 And out of respect for everyone attending the webinar tonight,
00:01:12.580 I'd like to once again remind you to be supportive and respectful of other people's opinions in the chat.
00:01:18.400 Please stay on topic. Avoid offensive language and spam.
00:01:22.860 And we also request that you don't advertise organizations that aren't aligned with Action for Canada,
00:01:28.480 as our goal is to showcase and focus on A4C resources and materials.
00:01:34.980 Next slide, please.
00:01:37.440 Action for Canada is a grassroots movement reaching out to millions of Canadians
00:01:42.260 and uniting our voices in opposition to the destructive policies tearing at the fabric of our nation.
00:01:49.220 Through call-to-action campaigns, we equip citizens to take action.
00:01:53.920 We are committed to protecting faith, family, and freedom.
00:01:59.480 Here we are at the beginning of a brand new year.
00:02:04.540 And could I have the next slide, please?
00:02:05.880 And our commitment is to empower and serve all Canadians as we fight for our rights and freedoms.
00:02:14.460 And we're very strong and we're very clear on what we have to do this year.
00:02:19.360 Leading us in the charge is Tanya Gaw, an amazing freedom fighter and patriot,
00:02:24.520 a woman of courage, strength, and faith,
00:02:27.100 and an inspiration to hurting people all across this nation.
00:02:31.380 Welcome, Tanya. Over to you.
00:02:35.880 Oh, thank you so much, Heather.
00:02:38.320 Oh, boy, it's good to be back.
00:02:40.120 And it's great to see so many people joining us tonight.
00:02:43.180 So, welcome.
00:02:44.480 Oh, from sea to sea, I'll tell you, we have people involved with Action for Canada
00:02:49.520 and we're just so excited.
00:02:51.260 And as I said, we're going to hit the ground running in January
00:02:54.400 and we are off to a good start.
00:02:56.860 I dialed it down over Christmas, but I didn't stop working completely.
00:03:01.280 But I did get some rest.
00:03:02.620 I think I look a little bit refreshed for a while.
00:03:05.880 So, I'm looking forward to tonight.
00:03:08.380 And I just want to start this off by starting the new year off by saying a huge,
00:03:13.480 and I mean heartfelt thank you to everyone who has given Action for Canada
00:03:18.000 so much support this past year, whether it was financially, emotionally,
00:03:22.400 or through your prayers.
00:03:23.340 There's been so much support.
00:03:26.340 And again, I just can't tell you enough how much it means to not only myself,
00:03:30.740 but the whole Action for Canada team.
00:03:32.820 I may be kind of the face on the front line here along with Heather,
00:03:35.960 but we've got hundreds, actually thousands, of people volunteering across Canada.
00:03:40.840 I never dreamt six and a half years ago that we would grow so quickly or so successfully.
00:03:48.160 And it sometimes is overwhelming.
00:03:50.460 And as we try to build our teams and be able to keep up, you know,
00:03:55.400 with not only the growth, but being able to respond to you.
00:03:59.020 So, that brings me next to that.
00:04:01.640 Due to this massive growth, I am not always able to answer emails
00:04:05.060 or acknowledge all the generous donations that have poured in daily.
00:04:09.720 And as you can imagine, I'm stretched to the limit as our campaigns have taken off like a rocket.
00:04:14.940 But this is all really good news.
00:04:17.180 But our work is making a huge difference.
00:04:20.560 And we are literally saving tens of thousands of jobs and lives
00:04:24.100 and saving kids from wearing masks and taking the vaccine.
00:04:27.680 My hope is that you understand that the major victories we are having
00:04:32.040 would not have been possible without each and every one of you.
00:04:36.820 And that you know that your contribution to our success is received in my heart
00:04:41.460 and in our heart with enormous gratitude and appreciation.
00:04:45.620 And this is just from a very genuine place that I can't thank you enough
00:04:50.460 for the support that Action for Canada has received.
00:04:52.940 One, in achieving the massive goal in raising all of the funds in less than a year
00:04:59.440 that were needed for the constitutional challenge against the B.C. and federal government.
00:05:05.640 I was talking to a group last night and I wanted to let them know that
00:05:09.680 there's a group that has questioned Action for Canada continually for the last seven months
00:05:16.320 saying we're not being transparent, etc.
00:05:18.540 But as I've always said, you can call any constitutional lawyer
00:05:22.960 and you can ask them how much a constitutional challenge would be
00:05:26.180 and they're going to give you a set amount.
00:05:28.780 And I called about five lawyers before retaining Rocco Galati.
00:05:32.440 All of those lawyers said you need to raise half of the funds
00:05:36.180 before we will even begin writing the statement of claim.
00:05:39.480 And the reason is a constitutional challenge is so large and it is so costly
00:05:44.640 because you have to be able to afford to bring in expert witnesses
00:05:47.900 or your case is going to fail.
00:05:50.420 So I announced it as just a reminder to everybody
00:05:53.940 that we were going to take on this massive legal action.
00:05:57.900 And on September 13th of 2020 and by December 25th, 2020,
00:06:02.560 we had raised half of the funds.
00:06:05.840 In January, Rocco started the statement of claim
00:06:09.400 and by August 16th, we had filed the statement of claim in the courts.
00:06:15.800 On August 15th, that evening, just before we had launched the news press release
00:06:20.960 saying that we had officially filed the statement of claim,
00:06:25.720 we had also accomplished raising all of the funds that were needed.
00:06:29.640 And so we are going into this new year and ready for the challenges in the court,
00:06:34.900 completely prepared.
00:06:36.660 Not only that, but many of you have continued to contribute to the legal fund.
00:06:43.160 First of all, all the monies for Rocco, the remainder, sit in trust.
00:06:47.940 And as those funds are needed, we will then pay those monies out.
00:06:54.380 As for the rest of the funds,
00:06:55.960 Action for Canada is planning on hiring another lawyer.
00:07:01.480 And this would be specifically for situations like we have announced
00:07:06.280 recently of RME insurance in Alberta,
00:07:10.560 having written a hit piece letter against Action for Canada.
00:07:14.200 Now, I couldn't understand why an insurance company
00:07:16.800 would write to put out an urgent bulletin about Action for Canada
00:07:20.800 and its notices of liability.
00:07:22.640 And then, of course, once I researched who they are,
00:07:25.800 they provide insurance for municipalities,
00:07:28.060 which means that the mayors and city councils,
00:07:31.760 very likely within their insurance, their legal costs would be covered.
00:07:37.240 That's got to be quite a concern to an insurance company
00:07:40.460 if they're covering the mayors and city councils,
00:07:42.560 knowing that they're receiving notices of liability
00:07:44.800 and the threat that that poses to them.
00:07:47.140 So a notice of liability is a warning against somebody
00:07:50.480 saying that what you're doing is illegal and unlawful
00:07:53.740 or causing harm or both.
00:07:55.960 And it's telling people that they need to cease and desist
00:07:58.660 or action could be taken against them.
00:08:01.140 It only becomes a legal document
00:08:02.940 when we decide to move forward with a legal case
00:08:06.480 and you use it as evidence.
00:08:08.680 And so one, I just want to clarify that
00:08:10.540 and one, I want to give an example
00:08:11.980 of the types of things that we want to do moving forward.
00:08:15.040 I believe it's very important that our RMA insurance,
00:08:18.580 I sent them a letter to cease and desist
00:08:20.320 and to retract the report that they had sent out
00:08:23.940 because it was defamatory and libelous
00:08:25.840 and it is promoting hate within the communities.
00:08:29.040 Here we are fighting for their freedom
00:08:31.840 and they don't even realize it.
00:08:34.040 And because of their own selfish interests,
00:08:36.460 they send out a letter trying to discredit Action for Canada.
00:08:41.140 And I'm going to continue on until they retract that
00:08:45.120 and send out the truth.
00:08:47.080 So these are the type of things we want to do.
00:08:49.280 We want to make sure that all of our chapter leaders
00:08:51.720 who are on the front line,
00:08:53.440 we want to make sure they're protected and covered
00:08:55.600 because they're working hard on your behalf now
00:08:58.120 in your communities.
00:08:59.560 And so with that in mind as well,
00:09:01.860 I want to let you know what we're doing
00:09:03.560 with some of the funds
00:09:04.400 that are going into the general account.
00:09:06.040 So we want to give back to your communities.
00:09:09.980 And so we're actually investing in the chapters
00:09:12.580 and I'm really excited about this.
00:09:14.940 We have covered the costs of the eBooks
00:09:17.320 for every single chapter.
00:09:19.100 We're making sure that every new chapter gets one as well.
00:09:21.840 We've made sure that they're getting the training from David.
00:09:24.960 I've also sent a package of 250
00:09:27.880 of the business campaign materials
00:09:29.920 that we always call it
00:09:31.020 the boots on the ground business campaign information.
00:09:33.460 It comes with a postcard, a letter and a poster.
00:09:38.300 And within our chapters,
00:09:40.620 one of the greatest campaigns we want this year
00:09:43.020 for you to be involved in
00:09:44.200 is getting this material
00:09:45.400 and helping us go business to business
00:09:48.000 to inform them of not only what their rights are,
00:09:51.600 but what their duties are
00:09:53.000 and what their risk of liability is.
00:09:56.140 And so we've got a great package and a great strategy.
00:09:59.200 So every single,
00:10:00.220 we've got 115 chapters across Canada right now
00:10:03.620 and I'm excited about this.
00:10:05.520 We're going to be in every single writing.
00:10:07.160 That's 338.
00:10:08.520 We are committed to achieve this goal.
00:10:10.920 Every single one will receive the business package.
00:10:13.600 We'll receive the eBook.
00:10:15.200 We want everybody as prepared as possible,
00:10:17.700 but we want all of you to become involved.
00:10:21.340 And so also we're going to be ordering tents,
00:10:24.980 banners and tables
00:10:26.120 because it is essential that our chapters
00:10:28.740 are visible to the public,
00:10:30.820 that they're at rallies,
00:10:32.440 that they're prepared to show up at events
00:10:34.380 to get our materials out there.
00:10:37.120 And as Heather, you know,
00:10:38.160 she mentioned about not promoting
00:10:40.280 other organizations within the chat.
00:10:44.160 On our website,
00:10:45.580 we have a page that says partners.
00:10:48.200 Vaccine Choice Canada is one of them.
00:10:51.100 We're in line with LifeSite News,
00:10:55.260 Liberty Coalition,
00:10:56.780 all kinds of good organizations
00:10:58.360 that we've listed.
00:10:59.720 And it's not that we object
00:11:01.020 to other organizations,
00:11:02.180 but there is nobody actually effectively
00:11:04.500 doing what Action for Canada is
00:11:06.500 as far as our resources.
00:11:08.740 And so I love that there's so many people
00:11:10.800 that are actively involved,
00:11:13.220 but every time,
00:11:15.080 if people are promoting another organization
00:11:18.040 that doesn't have the resources,
00:11:19.780 that could be a life lost,
00:11:21.860 that could be a job lost.
00:11:23.480 We need people to come alongside
00:11:26.160 Action for Canada,
00:11:27.840 grab our resources there for free
00:11:29.940 and help us help society,
00:11:32.600 help the citizens of Canada
00:11:34.520 know what their rights are,
00:11:36.540 but also be able to tangibly use resources
00:11:39.360 that are going to be able
00:11:40.540 to protect those rights.
00:11:42.220 So we need you out there,
00:11:43.380 serving the notices of liability
00:11:45.600 is going to be a huge part
00:11:46.940 of our campaign to continue
00:11:48.240 to do that this year.
00:11:50.000 And the next step, of course,
00:11:52.260 is to lay in the private information,
00:11:54.560 criminal charges.
00:11:55.960 And so we have been helping coach people
00:11:59.300 who are losing their jobs right now.
00:12:01.420 The notice of liability is working great
00:12:03.400 for many, many people.
00:12:04.580 And we're going to have Kelly on,
00:12:06.300 who's going to give us a testimony shortly
00:12:08.100 of how it has worked for her
00:12:10.580 with her employer.
00:12:12.180 And so I hope that's going
00:12:13.480 to give you encouragement.
00:12:14.760 But of course, the unions
00:12:15.980 and the corporate federal businesses
00:12:19.160 are digging their heels in
00:12:21.200 because they're in cahoots
00:12:22.460 with the government.
00:12:23.100 And so the human beings
00:12:25.540 are working in these federal businesses
00:12:28.420 and in these unions,
00:12:29.760 and they are as duty-bound
00:12:32.720 as the rest of us
00:12:33.640 to uphold the law.
00:12:35.040 The criminal code is set,
00:12:36.460 and there is nobody
00:12:37.680 who is above the law in Canada.
00:12:39.260 And that includes the prime minister.
00:12:41.400 And so as much as we're working
00:12:42.640 very hard to make sure
00:12:44.280 that justice is served
00:12:45.840 at the highest levels of government,
00:12:47.560 we are going to be commencing
00:12:49.820 a campaign to make sure justice
00:12:51.700 is also served
00:12:52.900 at the lowest hanging level
00:12:55.240 possible.
00:12:57.600 And that is business owners,
00:12:59.220 that is managers, supervisors,
00:13:00.740 who are asserting authority
00:13:03.000 that they don't actually have in Canada.
00:13:05.260 And that is to eliminate people's jobs
00:13:08.100 if they don't take this jab.
00:13:09.520 Well, that's not lawful.
00:13:11.900 Extortion, intimidation,
00:13:14.060 and for those who took the jab
00:13:15.540 and have experienced hardships,
00:13:18.200 that's assault.
00:13:19.600 And so that's why we love having David on
00:13:21.820 and have aligned with him.
00:13:23.620 I want to give you encouragement as well
00:13:25.700 over Christmas.
00:13:27.080 One of our faithful people
00:13:30.260 that volunteer with Action for Canada
00:13:31.840 is Al.
00:13:33.160 He served 100 of the business campaigns
00:13:36.020 in his community a year ago.
00:13:38.460 And he has just been incredible.
00:13:41.200 And as soon as he heard about the gyms
00:13:42.700 being shut down in BC
00:13:44.040 via our health officer,
00:13:46.740 he immediately got in touch
00:13:48.360 with one of the gyms
00:13:49.240 that he had heard
00:13:50.060 was going to stay open,
00:13:51.600 which has led to hearing
00:13:52.820 that there's 60 to 70 gyms
00:13:54.660 that have said enough is enough.
00:13:57.200 This is unlawful.
00:13:58.040 But they hadn't heard
00:13:59.080 about Action for Canada.
00:14:00.660 So I right away organized
00:14:04.020 a Zoom meeting
00:14:04.700 with one of the leaders
00:14:05.660 and then provided that meeting
00:14:08.440 and the content of it
00:14:09.660 to all of these business owners.
00:14:11.740 And I have decided
00:14:12.680 to make that actual video available.
00:14:15.440 We've got, I think,
00:14:16.140 11,000 business owners
00:14:18.500 who have signed up
00:14:19.460 with Action for Canada.
00:14:21.000 And I think it's critical
00:14:22.000 that they get this information
00:14:23.520 to learn step by step
00:14:25.120 how to keep their business open,
00:14:26.900 to defy the orders
00:14:28.280 that are unlawful,
00:14:29.620 and to do this
00:14:30.820 in a tangible way
00:14:31.920 of holding the individual
00:14:34.060 that's coming in,
00:14:35.120 the government official.
00:14:37.380 Usually it could be
00:14:38.760 an environmental health officer,
00:14:40.820 bylaws, whomever.
00:14:43.700 And we are threatening them
00:14:46.740 with liability.
00:14:48.520 We are saying
00:14:49.360 that what you are doing
00:14:50.420 is completely unlawful.
00:14:52.440 We're advising them of their,
00:14:56.160 how shall I say,
00:14:57.600 we're advising them
00:14:58.460 and educating
00:14:59.080 on how they are infringing
00:15:02.600 on your 100% guarantee
00:15:04.760 to have your business
00:15:05.580 up and running.
00:15:06.580 And they have a decision to make.
00:15:08.560 The government cannot force
00:15:11.120 individuals to act unlawfully.
00:15:13.820 And so we've got great materials
00:15:15.200 and we're going to want
00:15:16.400 to make sure that
00:15:17.220 everybody going into the new year
00:15:19.660 is advised on that.
00:15:21.640 Okay, Terenzio,
00:15:22.540 could you help me
00:15:23.280 bring up the website?
00:15:25.020 And I'm just going to go over that.
00:15:27.040 Yeah, just bring up your browser
00:15:30.200 and we'll bring it live.
00:15:32.080 There we go.
00:15:33.720 Is that good?
00:15:34.240 All right, here we are.
00:15:36.000 All right, thanks, Terenzio.
00:15:37.360 All right, for starters,
00:15:38.500 I just want to give everybody
00:15:39.760 a little bit refresher.
00:15:41.380 I know, you know,
00:15:42.180 I go onto somebody else's website
00:15:43.860 and I go, oh my goodness,
00:15:44.820 there's so much material here.
00:15:46.160 How do I navigate through it?
00:15:48.020 And what you see here
00:15:50.080 is under call to action.
00:15:51.680 If you click on recent actions,
00:15:53.540 this is what you will find.
00:15:54.860 And every time we have
00:15:57.500 a weekly Empower Hour,
00:15:59.060 I make sure that it's loaded up
00:16:01.820 onto the recent actions page,
00:16:03.460 as well as whatever action call
00:16:06.100 that we had done that week,
00:16:07.320 the letter that we send out
00:16:08.420 to everyone.
00:16:09.680 And so, for instance,
00:16:10.940 this week,
00:16:12.080 I wanted to send the,
00:16:13.360 I know the government's
00:16:14.140 watching very carefully
00:16:15.160 what Action for Canada is doing.
00:16:17.220 They're probably on this call
00:16:18.760 right now,
00:16:19.400 or maybe later,
00:16:20.320 we'll go and listen
00:16:21.020 to the Empower Hour.
00:16:22.120 And so, we say,
00:16:23.800 you know,
00:16:24.180 you need to have a reality check
00:16:25.680 and you need to understand
00:16:27.120 what you're participating in
00:16:28.480 is treason against this country.
00:16:30.820 And so, I created
00:16:31.780 this little sign here
00:16:32.860 saying government corruption,
00:16:34.600 fraud, assault, extortion,
00:16:37.080 bribery, politics,
00:16:38.700 ethics violations,
00:16:39.840 murder, control,
00:16:41.340 abuse, and unlawful.
00:16:43.040 Those are pretty powerful statements.
00:16:45.600 And I believe that this one here,
00:16:47.880 murder,
00:16:48.320 is absolutely taking place
00:16:49.800 in our country.
00:16:50.380 I believe they know
00:16:51.860 that the injection
00:16:52.720 is killing people
00:16:53.740 and that they're choosing
00:16:55.500 to do this
00:16:56.140 as part of a global plan.
00:16:58.760 And then,
00:16:59.220 always within the weekly
00:17:00.760 update letter,
00:17:02.240 I always include
00:17:03.240 the Empower Hour as well
00:17:04.660 and that you can view it,
00:17:07.020 which is also something
00:17:08.200 that's handy
00:17:09.260 because then you can share
00:17:10.300 that page on social media,
00:17:11.920 which we would encourage
00:17:13.100 you to do.
00:17:14.220 This week,
00:17:14.900 we were super thrilled
00:17:15.960 to find out
00:17:16.640 that the RCMP Corporal Mainer,
00:17:19.000 who I understand
00:17:19.700 lives in BC
00:17:20.460 and I'm looking forward
00:17:21.560 to somehow getting
00:17:22.460 in touch with him.
00:17:23.820 He wrote a goodbye letter
00:17:25.100 because he refused
00:17:26.360 to take the injection
00:17:27.500 and I was just so excited
00:17:29.300 about the letter as well
00:17:30.420 because he said
00:17:31.360 that, you know,
00:17:32.660 he encouraged people
00:17:33.440 to join Mounties for Freedom
00:17:35.060 but also Action for Canada.
00:17:37.180 So that, I think,
00:17:38.560 speaks volumes
00:17:39.260 about the work
00:17:39.960 that we're doing.
00:17:41.300 This video was
00:17:42.360 quite compelling.
00:17:44.240 I want to bring
00:17:45.120 this to your awareness.
00:17:46.840 Many of you
00:17:47.480 may have seen this.
00:17:48.580 It was a post
00:17:49.220 on Telegram
00:17:50.120 and I believe
00:17:51.180 I found out
00:17:51.920 who posted it
00:17:52.800 so I'll be getting
00:17:53.380 in touch with them
00:17:54.360 but they said
00:17:55.180 a police officer
00:17:56.500 on yesterday's
00:17:57.580 A4C Zoom meeting
00:17:58.900 shared this info
00:18:00.160 and it was saying
00:18:01.320 anyone currently
00:18:02.320 not vaccinated,
00:18:03.720 which I don't understand
00:18:04.620 why not vaccinated,
00:18:06.200 can right now
00:18:06.960 go to their local courthouse
00:18:08.520 and request to lay
00:18:09.340 what is called
00:18:09.780 a private information.
00:18:11.420 I want you to know
00:18:12.120 that Action for Canada
00:18:13.160 had no part of this.
00:18:14.660 We had no A4C meeting
00:18:16.380 with a police officer
00:18:19.480 and unless you see
00:18:21.760 Action for Canada
00:18:22.760 in a post,
00:18:23.640 it is not
00:18:24.320 from Action for Canada.
00:18:26.020 We did not promote this.
00:18:28.060 There's misinformation
00:18:28.760 in here.
00:18:29.960 It's referring
00:18:30.640 to the criminal code
00:18:31.660 in a Form 1.
00:18:33.040 I talked to David Lindsay
00:18:34.100 about it.
00:18:34.600 It should be a Form 2.
00:18:36.820 If it was,
00:18:37.820 if we're going
00:18:38.440 to encourage people
00:18:39.240 to take action
00:18:40.180 and lay private
00:18:42.240 information,
00:18:43.200 we're actually encouraging
00:18:44.300 people who have been
00:18:45.160 vaccinated and harmed
00:18:46.300 as well.
00:18:47.340 And that's where
00:18:48.060 they would be
00:18:49.020 actually filing
00:18:51.300 against us
00:18:52.000 on assault charges.
00:18:54.000 So anyways,
00:18:54.340 if you see something
00:18:55.420 like this,
00:18:56.300 be cautious of it
00:18:57.340 if it doesn't have
00:18:58.120 Action for Canada's
00:18:59.100 information on it,
00:18:59.980 please.
00:19:01.260 Again,
00:19:02.000 I love it.
00:19:03.000 Just even if you
00:19:03.740 browse through
00:19:04.420 what Action for Canada
00:19:05.380 is promoting
00:19:06.040 in these letters
00:19:06.900 that go out every week
00:19:07.880 because I was so excited.
00:19:10.560 Many of you
00:19:11.260 may have heard
00:19:12.120 that between
00:19:13.420 October 24th
00:19:15.000 and November 27th,
00:19:16.680 the school boards,
00:19:17.860 in response
00:19:18.360 to our campaign
00:19:19.240 and in warning
00:19:20.280 the school board
00:19:20.840 trustees that they
00:19:22.160 could be held liable,
00:19:23.940 personally liable,
00:19:25.520 for voting in favor
00:19:26.760 of vaccinating teachers.
00:19:28.220 I mean,
00:19:28.640 my goodness,
00:19:29.440 they're not health
00:19:30.160 professionals,
00:19:30.860 and even if they were,
00:19:31.780 unless it's your doctor,
00:19:32.960 they have no business
00:19:34.280 telling you to take
00:19:35.100 a vaccine.
00:19:36.280 And so all of a sudden
00:19:37.300 on November 27th,
00:19:39.020 it went silent.
00:19:39.860 And Priscilla,
00:19:41.220 who is head
00:19:41.860 of our parent group,
00:19:43.600 we were going like
00:19:44.300 something fishy
00:19:45.100 is going on.
00:19:46.800 And so we found out
00:19:48.600 that Mr. Cardell,
00:19:50.640 who is the school
00:19:52.960 superintendent
00:19:53.620 in the Okanagan,
00:19:56.420 he had put out
00:19:58.080 a notice
00:19:59.320 telling all school staff
00:20:01.860 within that school district
00:20:03.580 that they had to fill out
00:20:05.860 something called
00:20:06.780 a data collection,
00:20:08.340 a vaccination data
00:20:09.540 collection notice.
00:20:11.340 And so I guess
00:20:12.240 the government
00:20:12.760 didn't like seeing
00:20:13.820 all the wins.
00:20:14.660 So these are,
00:20:15.300 there's 60 school districts
00:20:16.800 in BC.
00:20:18.360 And prior to December 10th,
00:20:21.500 when he had sent this out,
00:20:22.940 we were posting
00:20:24.020 every time we had a win,
00:20:25.940 voted no.
00:20:26.960 And so you can imagine
00:20:28.020 the government
00:20:28.480 has been probably
00:20:29.740 taking a look
00:20:31.280 at this page
00:20:32.080 and seeing all the
00:20:32.900 voted no's
00:20:33.440 and they were probably
00:20:34.080 quite discouraged
00:20:35.120 because they weren't
00:20:37.100 winning this battle.
00:20:38.020 So it went silent
00:20:39.660 and then all of a sudden
00:20:41.460 Mr. Cardell
00:20:43.180 ends up sending out
00:20:44.100 a very illegal
00:20:45.080 and unlawful directive
00:20:46.580 to all school staff
00:20:48.640 stating that they had
00:20:49.880 to submit this information
00:20:51.200 and they had to
00:20:52.100 have it completed
00:20:53.180 by January 14th.
00:20:55.020 So we got real busy
00:20:56.540 and we advised him
00:20:58.140 that he better cease
00:20:58.980 and desist
00:20:59.600 and retract this
00:21:00.820 because that was
00:21:01.760 very illegal
00:21:02.600 and unlawful
00:21:03.400 and was opening up
00:21:04.460 his school board
00:21:05.380 trustees
00:21:06.360 and himself
00:21:07.140 to liability.
00:21:08.520 As a result,
00:21:09.540 three more school boards
00:21:10.780 over Christmas
00:21:12.040 we found out
00:21:13.360 had voted no.
00:21:14.700 So we're up to 25
00:21:16.200 out of 25 school boards
00:21:17.540 have voted
00:21:18.020 and they've all voted no
00:21:19.720 and we're going to continue
00:21:21.140 until we have
00:21:22.420 60 out of 60.
00:21:24.340 And for any school board
00:21:25.640 trustees
00:21:26.020 that end up voting
00:21:27.060 in favour of this,
00:21:28.200 we will be holding
00:21:29.260 them accountable.
00:21:30.580 Anyways,
00:21:31.000 I just want to give you
00:21:31.960 that good news
00:21:32.640 because I was thrilled
00:21:33.560 about it.
00:21:34.580 Just real quick
00:21:35.760 for those of you
00:21:36.640 as well,
00:21:37.620 if you don't know
00:21:38.440 about all our notices
00:21:39.400 of liability
00:21:40.160 under call to action
00:21:41.480 you just click on
00:21:42.340 notices of liability
00:21:43.420 and here is all
00:21:45.140 of this incredible
00:21:46.040 great information
00:21:47.320 that we have been
00:21:48.700 posting since April
00:21:49.940 and May of this year.
00:21:51.720 Sections to
00:21:52.640 protect your kids,
00:21:54.400 the mass COVID notice
00:21:55.620 is against
00:21:56.600 all things COVID.
00:21:58.360 That includes
00:21:59.020 social distancing,
00:22:00.360 hand sanitizers
00:22:01.360 that are burning
00:22:02.080 children's hands
00:22:02.880 and putting toxic
00:22:04.140 chemicals into
00:22:05.260 their system
00:22:05.860 and of course
00:22:06.380 getting these
00:22:06.920 ridiculous masks
00:22:08.000 off kids
00:22:08.820 who don't even
00:22:09.360 contract COVID
00:22:10.180 and bear no risk.
00:22:12.100 And isn't it funny
00:22:12.940 that as we go
00:22:14.820 over this report,
00:22:16.900 every time they post
00:22:18.720 and say that they
00:22:19.580 voted no
00:22:20.120 because the school
00:22:21.200 district will do
00:22:21.980 a press release,
00:22:23.120 they say we voted no
00:22:24.380 because there was
00:22:25.200 a high rate of
00:22:25.920 vaccination amongst
00:22:26.760 the teachers
00:22:27.340 and very low
00:22:28.180 transmission in the
00:22:29.080 schools.
00:22:30.480 They are such liars.
00:22:32.000 Yes, absolutely.
00:22:34.480 There is low
00:22:34.920 transmission in the
00:22:35.740 schools.
00:22:36.420 So why are you
00:22:37.040 saying that children
00:22:37.780 who don't get any
00:22:39.140 form of these COVID
00:22:40.340 variants are at risk
00:22:41.680 and trying to force
00:22:42.880 this deadly vaccine
00:22:43.940 on them?
00:22:44.880 Anyways, so as for
00:22:46.700 high vaccination,
00:22:48.060 that's also a lie.
00:22:49.700 There's 45,000
00:22:50.920 teachers in BC
00:22:51.920 and we understand
00:22:52.760 somewhere around
00:22:53.480 5,000 have actually
00:22:54.600 been double vaccinated.
00:22:56.180 My sister was in
00:22:57.280 touch with a teacher
00:22:58.020 yesterday in BC
00:22:59.340 who ended up
00:23:00.460 feeling forced
00:23:01.200 to take the jab.
00:23:02.560 She is in very
00:23:03.740 rough shape
00:23:04.480 and she also
00:23:05.580 thought it was a
00:23:06.260 good idea to get
00:23:06.960 her kids vaccinated
00:23:09.360 or injected
00:23:10.660 and her child
00:23:12.420 who is a teenager
00:23:13.360 is having very
00:23:14.560 adverse effects.
00:23:15.720 So don't tell me
00:23:17.060 that this is safe
00:23:18.080 and it's okay.
00:23:19.300 We are going to
00:23:20.000 fight hard
00:23:20.760 to protect our
00:23:22.000 children.
00:23:22.920 And on that note,
00:23:24.120 on the notice of
00:23:25.000 liability page,
00:23:26.200 I just want to bring
00:23:26.920 to your awareness,
00:23:28.080 the easiest access
00:23:29.000 is at the bottom
00:23:30.860 right here.
00:23:31.800 You can get these
00:23:32.420 student flyers
00:23:33.380 and we want you
00:23:35.180 to make it your job
00:23:36.220 to print these off
00:23:37.640 and we are asking
00:23:39.320 you to please have
00:23:40.100 them in your car,
00:23:41.040 have them in your
00:23:41.600 buggy at the grocery
00:23:42.420 store.
00:23:43.240 Please hand them out
00:23:43.920 to parents with
00:23:44.560 children.
00:23:45.520 On the reverse
00:23:46.140 side of it
00:23:46.860 are all of these
00:23:48.520 incredible links
00:23:49.860 that are so compelling.
00:23:51.640 I don't know how
00:23:52.260 any parent could
00:23:53.320 decide to get
00:23:53.900 their kid jabbed
00:23:54.660 after they read
00:23:56.020 this information.
00:23:57.580 So please print
00:23:58.380 those off.
00:23:58.960 These are the things
00:23:59.580 that we're going
00:24:00.060 into the new year
00:24:00.940 and really wanting
00:24:02.080 your assistance on.
00:24:04.440 Okay, I covered
00:24:05.260 that.
00:24:06.460 Again, please
00:24:07.780 celebrate with us.
00:24:09.520 We had about
00:24:10.060 10 chapters in
00:24:11.280 August and I want
00:24:12.580 you to see where
00:24:13.260 we are.
00:24:14.460 All right?
00:24:15.480 There was zero
00:24:16.240 in Alberta in
00:24:17.340 August.
00:24:18.240 Zero in Newfoundland
00:24:19.360 and Nova Scotia.
00:24:20.380 Look at this.
00:24:21.240 It's spreading
00:24:21.920 like wildfire.
00:24:23.440 Over 32 in
00:24:25.080 Ontario as well
00:24:26.080 as British Columbia.
00:24:27.500 As I said, we want
00:24:28.340 to be in every
00:24:29.120 community because
00:24:30.500 we want everybody
00:24:31.580 launching Action
00:24:32.980 for Canada's
00:24:33.720 resources.
00:24:34.800 We do have
00:24:35.420 people in the
00:24:36.080 Yukon and the
00:24:37.020 territories that
00:24:37.780 will be coming up
00:24:38.440 so keep your eye
00:24:39.340 on this page.
00:24:40.640 If you are wanting
00:24:41.300 to become a
00:24:41.960 chapter leader,
00:24:43.080 please register
00:24:43.760 right here and
00:24:44.500 volunteer to do so.
00:24:45.680 We're so excited
00:24:46.540 about this campaign.
00:24:48.180 The Workers
00:24:48.540 Unite group is
00:24:49.380 also something
00:24:50.080 we're focusing on
00:24:50.980 going into the
00:24:51.640 new year.
00:24:52.080 I've built
00:24:54.280 this page so
00:24:55.200 that anybody
00:24:55.900 who's an
00:24:56.380 employee could
00:24:57.520 easily find the
00:24:58.680 union notice of
00:24:59.440 liability, employer
00:25:00.380 notice of
00:25:00.960 liability.
00:25:02.100 This letter is a
00:25:03.380 must that you
00:25:04.020 include this when
00:25:04.860 you send any
00:25:05.700 notice of
00:25:06.200 liability.
00:25:07.600 And there's
00:25:08.360 great resources
00:25:09.240 on the side
00:25:10.080 here.
00:25:10.680 This health
00:25:11.180 official in
00:25:11.820 Vancouver, with
00:25:12.860 a smirk on
00:25:13.580 her face, she
00:25:14.340 admitted that
00:25:15.120 closing down
00:25:15.800 businesses and
00:25:16.640 gyms was not
00:25:17.400 about transmission
00:25:18.240 but meant to
00:25:19.020 create an
00:25:19.920 incentive to
00:25:20.760 vaccinate.
00:25:21.320 It is
00:25:22.060 disgusting.
00:25:22.960 I think she
00:25:23.440 belongs in
00:25:24.080 jail.
00:25:24.740 Maybe some
00:25:25.200 of you will
00:25:25.640 agree.
00:25:26.540 The breaking
00:25:27.220 news a couple
00:25:27.760 of weeks ago
00:25:28.460 was that the
00:25:29.160 Vancouver police
00:25:29.900 said they will
00:25:30.480 not mandate for
00:25:31.300 their officers.
00:25:32.740 This is a great
00:25:33.560 resource to use
00:25:34.480 as well if you're
00:25:35.160 an employer or
00:25:36.120 an employee
00:25:36.620 business owner.
00:25:37.800 This lawyer on
00:25:38.640 mainstream news
00:25:39.540 tells everyone
00:25:40.420 that it is
00:25:40.980 illegal.
00:25:42.040 It is illegal
00:25:42.860 to force
00:25:43.460 employees to
00:25:44.100 vaccinate and
00:25:45.280 that the
00:25:45.980 business owner
00:25:46.560 could be opening
00:25:47.260 themselves up to
00:25:48.180 liability.
00:25:49.320 Now, what you
00:25:50.220 may not know
00:25:50.940 is I have
00:25:51.340 been having
00:25:51.720 all these
00:25:52.320 fabulous Zoom
00:25:53.240 calls going
00:25:54.620 over all of
00:25:55.600 the resources
00:25:56.300 with the
00:25:57.220 employees.
00:25:57.960 You can find
00:25:58.580 these resources
00:25:59.260 here.
00:26:00.160 One I had
00:26:01.000 last night and
00:26:01.720 as a notice,
00:26:02.860 we are combining
00:26:03.680 our parents
00:26:05.720 group, our
00:26:06.480 business group,
00:26:07.300 and our
00:26:07.640 workers unite
00:26:08.220 group into
00:26:08.780 one Zoom
00:26:09.440 meeting to
00:26:10.520 effectively unite
00:26:12.480 everybody and
00:26:13.780 that we can
00:26:14.380 meet one
00:26:14.940 each other,
00:26:15.480 one another,
00:26:16.920 and I'm
00:26:17.460 encouraging
00:26:18.220 everyone in
00:26:19.080 these meetings
00:26:19.580 to join
00:26:20.100 chapters so
00:26:21.160 they can
00:26:21.600 start working
00:26:22.300 together.
00:26:23.120 I'd like
00:26:23.460 business owners
00:26:24.280 to start
00:26:24.800 opening up
00:26:25.440 an office so
00:26:26.920 that teachers
00:26:27.540 can come and
00:26:28.240 teach some
00:26:28.640 students as a
00:26:29.420 classroom.
00:26:30.380 I'd like
00:26:30.740 churches to
00:26:31.380 open up their
00:26:31.980 basements and
00:26:33.100 get parents and
00:26:34.060 teachers in
00:26:34.980 there facilitating
00:26:36.140 our kids to
00:26:36.900 get them out
00:26:37.260 of the public
00:26:37.700 school system.
00:26:39.220 But in the
00:26:39.660 meantime, all of
00:26:40.940 the videos I'm
00:26:41.840 going to be
00:26:42.180 posting on
00:26:42.880 this page.
00:26:43.960 So look out
00:26:44.860 for last
00:26:45.400 night's.
00:26:45.880 It was an
00:26:46.420 awesome session
00:26:47.600 and it is
00:26:48.520 going to be
00:26:49.420 much worth
00:26:50.020 your time to
00:26:51.660 review that.
00:26:54.300 I'm not going
00:26:55.200 to go over
00:26:55.560 this today.
00:26:56.500 Business resource
00:26:57.500 page, I have
00:26:58.480 been updating
00:26:59.980 this.
00:27:01.000 We've had
00:27:01.740 amazing meetings
00:27:03.180 with business
00:27:03.780 owners and our
00:27:04.800 strategy is
00:27:05.840 incredible.
00:27:07.100 You would serve
00:27:07.820 government officials
00:27:08.620 when they walk
00:27:09.360 in with the
00:27:09.860 business notice
00:27:10.520 of liability and
00:27:11.920 this additional
00:27:12.620 letter.
00:27:13.760 There's a no
00:27:14.240 trespass sign.
00:27:15.280 We are
00:27:15.440 encouraging
00:27:15.940 businesses to
00:27:17.160 put up.
00:27:18.120 But on the
00:27:18.600 meetings that
00:27:19.200 we have, I'll
00:27:19.820 be posting the
00:27:20.960 one for business
00:27:22.060 owners on this
00:27:22.920 page in the
00:27:23.620 very near future.
00:27:25.180 We've got
00:27:25.760 videos from a
00:27:29.640 health official
00:27:30.260 here, which is
00:27:31.020 the one I just
00:27:31.560 spoke about,
00:27:32.520 which is great
00:27:33.400 evidence showing
00:27:34.580 that there is
00:27:35.260 no incentive
00:27:36.460 other than to
00:27:37.320 vaccinate people
00:27:38.240 in closing
00:27:38.780 businesses down.
00:27:39.800 They don't have
00:27:40.320 Bonnie Henry
00:27:40.920 even said,
00:27:41.380 well, we don't
00:27:42.660 have any proof
00:27:43.280 there's transmission
00:27:44.060 in gyms, but
00:27:44.680 we're just going
00:27:45.200 to close down
00:27:45.820 gyms.
00:27:46.540 It's just to
00:27:47.340 squeeze people
00:27:48.080 and tighten the
00:27:49.680 noose around
00:27:50.280 everybody's neck
00:27:51.140 and wear them
00:27:52.260 down.
00:27:52.820 We are not
00:27:53.560 going to comply
00:27:54.220 and put up
00:27:54.740 with this.
00:27:55.440 A couple of
00:27:55.780 great videos
00:27:56.600 there from
00:27:57.060 Rocco and
00:27:58.940 just amazing.
00:28:00.300 Here's our
00:28:00.640 business campaign
00:28:01.680 resources I've
00:28:02.500 been talking
00:28:02.920 about that I
00:28:03.440 sent to all
00:28:05.400 of our
00:28:05.680 chapters.
00:28:06.840 So please
00:28:07.260 review what
00:28:08.280 Action for
00:28:08.740 Canada has
00:28:09.400 available to
00:28:10.240 get to the
00:28:10.740 business
00:28:11.040 resource.
00:28:11.760 You would
00:28:12.000 just simply
00:28:12.580 come down
00:28:13.080 here,
00:28:13.780 business
00:28:14.080 resources.
00:28:15.400 Look up
00:28:15.680 our church
00:28:16.100 resources,
00:28:16.720 how to keep
00:28:17.120 a business
00:28:17.560 open.
00:28:18.060 They've got
00:28:18.400 no trespass
00:28:19.140 orders,
00:28:19.980 great information
00:28:21.020 on here and
00:28:22.080 how to even
00:28:22.740 talk to the
00:28:23.360 police.
00:28:24.140 You may want
00:28:24.500 to print that
00:28:25.040 off for
00:28:25.440 yourself right
00:28:26.580 here.
00:28:27.620 Interactions
00:28:28.140 with government
00:28:28.700 agents and
00:28:29.400 police.
00:28:30.240 Have that on
00:28:30.840 your person.
00:28:31.960 Make sure
00:28:32.400 that you're
00:28:32.820 very familiar
00:28:33.620 with the
00:28:34.300 information that
00:28:35.380 Action for
00:28:35.820 Canada is making
00:28:36.600 available to
00:28:37.360 you.
00:28:38.180 Okay, so
00:28:38.960 just to make
00:28:39.620 sure you know
00:28:40.400 how to get
00:28:40.840 to everything,
00:28:41.740 join A4C
00:28:43.160 chapters.
00:28:43.940 I just went
00:28:44.320 over that,
00:28:44.760 but you can
00:28:45.140 access it
00:28:45.720 here.
00:28:46.700 Also, to
00:28:48.060 become a
00:28:48.760 member of
00:28:49.160 the Workers
00:28:49.540 Unite
00:28:49.880 group, every
00:28:50.720 single employer
00:28:51.720 and employee
00:28:52.540 and business
00:28:53.260 owner in this
00:28:53.880 country, we
00:28:54.980 need to get
00:28:55.820 100,000 people
00:28:56.800 on this
00:28:57.260 Workers
00:28:57.540 Unite
00:28:57.920 group.
00:28:58.400 Because when
00:28:59.000 we get big
00:28:59.680 enough, we
00:29:00.620 are going to
00:29:01.240 apply a
00:29:02.140 strategy that
00:29:03.000 we have up
00:29:03.500 our sleeve to
00:29:04.520 shut the
00:29:04.920 government down
00:29:05.580 and all this
00:29:06.080 nonsense.
00:29:07.160 We are, there
00:29:09.240 is strength in
00:29:10.020 numbers and we
00:29:11.320 have the power of
00:29:12.140 those numbers on
00:29:12.740 our side.
00:29:13.680 My goodness, if
00:29:14.620 we could just
00:29:15.380 reflect back, when
00:29:17.620 Priscilla put a
00:29:18.580 call out to all
00:29:19.720 the parents to
00:29:20.420 say, hey, who
00:29:21.180 can help us
00:29:21.980 deliver the
00:29:22.820 notices of
00:29:23.580 liability in
00:29:24.480 BC to all of
00:29:26.100 these school
00:29:26.560 board trustees,
00:29:27.660 150 volunteers
00:29:29.120 stepped up and
00:29:30.080 we got the
00:29:30.640 job done.
00:29:31.700 This campaign
00:29:32.660 has been launched
00:29:33.500 across Canada.
00:29:34.640 It's been in
00:29:35.040 motion for many,
00:29:36.080 many months.
00:29:37.140 We have
00:29:37.400 parents in
00:29:37.940 Saskatchewan,
00:29:38.860 every single
00:29:39.500 province, Ontario.
00:29:40.940 We've recently
00:29:41.800 had a great win
00:29:42.900 in Ontario where
00:29:43.800 a school board
00:29:44.500 has decided to
00:29:46.480 also vote no
00:29:47.660 against mandating
00:29:48.940 vaccination for
00:29:49.860 school staff.
00:29:50.940 And are you
00:29:51.340 aware that was
00:29:52.240 in Hamilton on
00:29:52.980 Ontario, that
00:29:54.140 our chapter
00:29:54.780 leader was
00:29:55.360 already busy in
00:29:56.300 November serving
00:29:57.540 those school board
00:29:58.660 trustees and all
00:29:59.640 of the
00:29:59.920 superintendents the
00:30:01.540 notice of
00:30:01.960 liability.
00:30:02.480 They then, days
00:30:03.960 before they had
00:30:04.740 the vote, they
00:30:05.700 also had committed
00:30:07.160 to sending again
00:30:09.000 an email privately
00:30:10.280 to each one of
00:30:11.180 them with the
00:30:12.160 notice of
00:30:12.640 liability that
00:30:13.460 they've been
00:30:13.900 served as a
00:30:14.660 reminder.
00:30:15.040 So, anyways, please
00:30:17.100 research the
00:30:18.120 information that
00:30:18.900 Action for Canada
00:30:19.700 has on here.
00:30:20.760 It's very
00:30:21.540 exciting about the
00:30:22.940 progress that we're
00:30:24.360 having.
00:30:25.660 Again, back to the
00:30:27.160 call to action
00:30:28.160 campaign under
00:30:28.920 recent actions.
00:30:29.820 If you want to see
00:30:30.880 some of our wins
00:30:31.580 we've been
00:30:32.000 spotlighting, take
00:30:33.660 the time to go
00:30:34.500 through and cover a
00:30:35.340 couple of these.
00:30:35.920 You'll be so excited
00:30:36.940 and encouraged.
00:30:37.820 Okay, so I'm just
00:30:39.400 going to stop
00:30:39.960 sharing my screen.
00:30:44.580 And, Heather, we're
00:30:46.080 going to bring you
00:30:46.880 on and what I'd
00:30:47.900 like to do, if I
00:30:50.480 can get back on.
00:30:52.040 I think it's
00:30:53.080 through.
00:30:54.440 There we go.
00:30:55.300 I'm back.
00:30:56.380 Thanks, Terenzio, so
00:30:57.620 much.
00:30:58.260 And so, Heather,
00:30:59.060 without further
00:30:59.780 ado, would you
00:31:00.520 please bring David
00:31:02.820 on?
00:31:03.320 Thank you so much.
00:31:05.280 And thank you,
00:31:06.540 Tanya, so much for
00:31:07.440 your weekly update.
00:31:08.580 So much valuable
00:31:09.420 information.
00:31:10.820 It's my privilege to
00:31:12.060 introduce you to
00:31:12.900 David Lindsay this
00:31:13.740 evening.
00:31:14.400 David is the
00:31:15.180 co-founder of
00:31:16.100 CLEAR, the Common
00:31:17.520 Law Education and
00:31:18.780 Rights Initiative.
00:31:20.360 He's the author of
00:31:21.660 the Annotated
00:31:22.480 Criminal Charging
00:31:23.920 Procedure in Canada
00:31:25.020 and he's been
00:31:25.860 teaching Canadians
00:31:26.700 how to lay criminal
00:31:28.240 charges without
00:31:29.080 needing to hire a
00:31:30.360 lawyer.
00:31:31.700 Now, David is
00:31:32.500 often criticized by
00:31:33.900 the media as they
00:31:35.060 attempt to discredit
00:31:36.420 him and censor
00:31:37.420 the truth, but
00:31:38.860 his integrity and
00:31:40.200 knowledge always
00:31:41.360 outshines any
00:31:42.640 attempts to smear his
00:31:44.280 good name and his
00:31:45.320 reputation.
00:31:46.740 David, as always,
00:31:48.040 we're so very
00:31:48.880 grateful that you
00:31:49.620 can spend time with
00:31:50.540 us and share your
00:31:51.980 wealth of knowledge
00:31:52.640 with us.
00:31:53.260 Thank you very much.
00:31:57.000 I'm grateful to be on.
00:31:59.380 Well, David, we're
00:32:00.420 excited to have you on
00:32:01.580 tonight.
00:32:02.220 And one, we want to
00:32:03.200 clear up a bit of
00:32:04.100 misinformation that's
00:32:05.280 been coming from the
00:32:06.020 mainstream media.
00:32:07.660 I put it in the post
00:32:08.960 this week, that
00:32:09.700 castanet.
00:32:10.560 I called them a
00:32:11.340 two-pit rag, right?
00:32:15.220 Because they are well
00:32:16.420 known within your
00:32:17.300 community of attacking
00:32:19.220 good people like
00:32:20.220 yourself.
00:32:21.600 And, you know, just so
00:32:23.060 come on, let's clear
00:32:24.360 this up once and for
00:32:25.600 all.
00:32:26.860 Yeah, you know,
00:32:27.820 castanet, especially in
00:32:29.780 Kelowna and the
00:32:30.280 Okanagan, they've been
00:32:32.180 opposed to what we've
00:32:33.540 been doing to expose
00:32:34.860 Bonnie Henry and all
00:32:36.460 the governments for
00:32:37.380 their fraud on COVID-19
00:32:39.000 right from the
00:32:39.560 beginning.
00:32:39.840 I had an official
00:32:42.080 fairly high up in
00:32:44.660 castanet come up to me
00:32:45.880 last year and told me
00:32:47.780 right to my face that
00:32:48.840 they were given
00:32:49.480 instructions from the
00:32:50.660 government that we were
00:32:52.640 not to be given a
00:32:53.520 platform, meaning
00:32:55.440 nothing positive was to
00:32:57.300 be said about us.
00:32:58.220 We were not allowed to
00:32:59.140 be interviewed or
00:32:59.940 anything good said
00:33:01.260 about us.
00:33:01.900 Any interviews,
00:33:02.680 nothing.
00:33:03.780 And I have no doubt
00:33:05.280 that other media as
00:33:06.640 well have also been
00:33:08.160 told.
00:33:08.480 They are generally
00:33:09.860 the starting point
00:33:10.880 for the disinformation
00:33:11.780 campaign within the
00:33:13.220 Okanagan.
00:33:14.220 They go to print
00:33:15.140 something and then
00:33:16.260 Info Kelowna and
00:33:18.620 other smaller news
00:33:20.900 media types will just
00:33:22.180 latch on to it and
00:33:23.120 just republish it,
00:33:24.040 maybe rephrase it a
00:33:24.980 little bit and
00:33:25.840 rephrase it and put it
00:33:27.260 out a little bit.
00:33:27.920 But they are generally
00:33:29.460 the starting point for
00:33:30.600 the disinformation
00:33:31.300 campaign within the
00:33:32.640 Okanagan.
00:33:33.480 And we've done
00:33:35.100 several rallies,
00:33:36.480 protests in front of
00:33:37.380 their office.
00:33:38.480 And they absolutely
00:33:39.940 hate it.
00:33:40.760 They come out
00:33:41.300 screaming and
00:33:41.980 swearing and F-bombs
00:33:43.040 are flying from their
00:33:44.460 officials at us simply
00:33:45.760 for being out there and
00:33:47.020 saying to them, what
00:33:48.280 you're doing is wrong,
00:33:49.960 completely wrong.
00:33:52.020 And so the media
00:33:53.160 definitely has been
00:33:55.940 opposed to what we've
00:33:58.460 been doing from the
00:33:59.220 beginning.
00:33:59.520 And, you know, when we
00:34:02.300 started our rallies last
00:34:03.660 year, two years ago, I
00:34:06.240 apologize, man, time
00:34:07.360 flies, eh?
00:34:08.740 When we started these
00:34:10.040 rallies, I talked to a
00:34:13.320 whole bunch of people
00:34:14.140 that we had coming to our
00:34:15.840 rallies in Kelowna and I
00:34:17.120 said, you need to be
00:34:19.060 careful.
00:34:20.220 Most people had never
00:34:21.420 been to protest rallies or
00:34:23.000 had never been politically
00:34:24.020 involved before.
00:34:24.780 And I said, you need to
00:34:27.280 be very, very careful
00:34:29.240 on what is about to
00:34:31.660 happen.
00:34:33.180 Governments and your
00:34:34.360 media are going to
00:34:35.360 attack us.
00:34:36.400 And there's a variety of
00:34:37.660 ways they're going to,
00:34:38.400 they're going to do it.
00:34:39.240 One of the ways they
00:34:41.940 normally like doing it is
00:34:43.120 through infiltration.
00:34:44.760 They will get people to
00:34:46.600 join your group, make
00:34:47.500 friends and so on.
00:34:49.140 And, you know, ironically,
00:34:50.560 I found it humorous a year
00:34:52.380 ago, December, Castanet
00:34:54.140 wrote an article on how to
00:34:55.660 infiltrate our groups.
00:34:57.560 And in the article, it
00:34:59.480 said, do not talk to these
00:35:01.480 people about research,
00:35:03.880 statistics and facts to
00:35:05.760 deal with COVID.
00:35:06.720 They've already done their
00:35:07.920 research.
00:35:09.240 So they're trying to get
00:35:11.320 these people to come in
00:35:12.400 and infiltrate us, but
00:35:14.420 don't talk about the facts
00:35:15.580 because they already know
00:35:16.240 the facts.
00:35:17.380 And you will lose if you
00:35:18.740 do that.
00:35:20.740 So Castanet has also
00:35:22.620 published articles from
00:35:24.720 our letters to the
00:35:25.980 editor from people who
00:35:27.180 had COVID demanding that
00:35:29.100 they come to our rallies
00:35:30.200 and purposely infect
00:35:31.260 everybody there with
00:35:32.200 COVID.
00:35:33.640 And they publish those
00:35:35.680 types of articles,
00:35:36.860 letters to their
00:35:37.820 editor.
00:35:38.100 That tells you the
00:35:40.160 nature of what Castanet is
00:35:41.580 like.
00:35:42.600 And they are certainly
00:35:43.900 not a very reputable
00:35:45.880 organization, but so they
00:35:49.620 definitely attack and
00:35:51.720 anybody who is is involved
00:35:54.540 with exposing what the
00:35:55.660 government is doing.
00:35:56.440 in this particular
00:35:59.180 instance, they've
00:36:02.080 attacked me and I
00:36:04.800 predicted that was going
00:36:05.720 to happen.
00:36:06.380 I said, not just Castanet,
00:36:08.400 but all the media, they
00:36:09.560 will find out who they
00:36:10.800 consider to be the leader
00:36:12.080 in a given area.
00:36:14.000 They will do a historical
00:36:15.140 search on them, find
00:36:16.260 anything they can,
00:36:17.400 anything, anything they
00:36:18.800 can on them.
00:36:19.720 And then they will bring up
00:36:21.080 stuff to get people going,
00:36:22.740 oh, my, that person's not
00:36:24.100 good.
00:36:24.300 We don't want to deal
00:36:25.120 with them.
00:36:26.560 And they're very, very
00:36:29.560 criminally good at what
00:36:31.520 they do.
00:36:32.280 And I emphasize criminal
00:36:33.300 because they are.
00:36:34.780 They're libelous.
00:36:35.640 They're slanderous.
00:36:37.000 And what they say and do
00:36:39.680 to people is really
00:36:41.420 wrong.
00:36:42.520 But there's no
00:36:43.340 investigative morals and
00:36:44.980 ethics.
00:36:45.760 I know I used to work for
00:36:46.800 the Winnipeg Free Press and
00:36:47.800 the Winnipeg Tribune years
00:36:49.020 and years ago.
00:36:49.600 And people, reporters,
00:36:52.820 there was a high degree of
00:36:53.940 values and morals and
00:36:54.960 ethics back then.
00:36:55.940 Really, really high.
00:36:57.240 And that's gone in the
00:36:58.340 media industry.
00:36:59.220 It's completely gone.
00:37:01.120 They're just mouthpieces
00:37:01.980 for the government.
00:37:03.240 And isn't that so, David?
00:37:04.300 I mean, this week we heard
00:37:05.200 about a CBC, what was
00:37:07.940 it, producer, who ended up
00:37:09.900 stepping down.
00:37:10.460 She said, I used to be the
00:37:11.540 most far-left reporter
00:37:13.000 there was.
00:37:14.280 And she goes, morally
00:37:15.860 and ethically, she can't
00:37:16.980 stand it anymore, so step
00:37:18.260 down.
00:37:19.080 And CBC has attacked you.
00:37:21.560 They've compared you to
00:37:22.520 Freeman on the land.
00:37:23.880 And it's just anything
00:37:24.840 couldn't be more, like,
00:37:26.840 farther from the truth.
00:37:28.220 I mean, you are all pro
00:37:29.500 Constitution, Charter of
00:37:30.940 Rights and Freedoms.
00:37:32.160 You aren't this willy-nilly
00:37:33.400 group who are saying, we
00:37:34.580 have no charter and we have
00:37:36.860 no criminal code.
00:37:37.860 We don't have to follow.
00:37:38.780 It's all about the person.
00:37:40.240 I mean, you are legitimately
00:37:41.500 saying we have a
00:37:42.760 Constitution.
00:37:43.220 We have a Charter of Rights.
00:37:44.760 You are the one that brought
00:37:45.880 awareness to me about the
00:37:47.020 Coronation Oath.
00:37:48.340 And that's a very vital,
00:37:50.900 critical document because a
00:37:52.700 lot of people are looking at
00:37:53.860 the RCMP and they're saying,
00:37:55.240 oh, you know, they've taken
00:37:56.120 a duty or an oath to the
00:37:57.680 Queen.
00:37:58.400 Well, let's revisit that just
00:38:00.380 for a second before we get
00:38:01.580 back to these charges that,
00:38:04.820 you know, were apparently
00:38:06.480 against you that warrant out
00:38:08.180 for your arrest.
00:38:09.200 But under the Queen's Oath,
00:38:11.440 and I know you're always so
00:38:12.380 excited about this and are
00:38:13.440 going to speak more about it
00:38:14.740 in March and do a
00:38:16.380 presentation, but the Queen
00:38:18.340 took an oath to run Canada
00:38:21.060 with a commitment as a
00:38:23.640 Judeo-Christian nation based
00:38:25.540 on biblical principles, which
00:38:27.480 is key and foundational to our
00:38:29.220 freedoms.
00:38:30.240 And so if the RCMP have taken
00:38:32.620 an oath to the Queen and the
00:38:34.240 Queen has taken an oath to run
00:38:35.840 Canada as a democracy built on
00:38:37.660 Judeo-Christian biblical principles,
00:38:39.460 then that's a pretty safe bet that
00:38:42.420 what Trudeau is doing is treason
00:38:44.540 against this country, as well as
00:38:46.240 any other official that is
00:38:48.760 following suit with him.
00:38:51.140 Absolutely.
00:38:52.200 Absolutely it is.
00:38:53.300 And his comments that we have to
00:38:55.020 get rid of our culture and
00:38:56.260 everything else could definitely be
00:38:58.120 used as evidence to definitely
00:39:00.520 charge him with that.
00:39:01.720 Because the whole purpose of
00:39:04.920 Parliament, of MPs and MLAs, is
00:39:07.140 simply to aid and advise her
00:39:08.620 majesty.
00:39:09.400 That's it.
00:39:10.480 And if they aid and advise the
00:39:12.320 monarch to do something she has
00:39:14.060 sworn an oath not to do, she
00:39:15.420 cannot give royal assent to it.
00:39:17.480 So just think about all the laws
00:39:19.420 out there that violate God's laws
00:39:21.060 in the Bible and go, wow, that's
00:39:23.500 the extent of their corruption and
00:39:25.200 criminal activity.
00:39:26.180 And there's literally tens of
00:39:27.360 thousands of them.
00:39:28.300 They've got to be revoked and
00:39:29.780 they've got to be overturned, right?
00:39:31.940 You know, anything I love having
00:39:34.220 had Honourable Peckford on
00:39:36.540 because, you know, he's nailed
00:39:38.320 it when he said, I mean, he was
00:39:39.800 right there creating the Charter
00:39:41.000 of Rights.
00:39:41.480 He said that's embedded in the
00:39:42.920 Constitution.
00:39:44.200 And the Constitution, it clearly
00:39:45.960 says it's the supreme law of
00:39:47.640 Canada and anything that's
00:39:49.320 inconsistent with it is of no
00:39:50.800 force or effect.
00:39:52.200 And so the RCMP need a huge
00:39:54.360 wake-up call.
00:39:55.620 We're going to need to hold a
00:39:56.600 couple of those officials liable
00:39:58.940 as well as we're proceeding.
00:40:01.300 And to figure out how to go about
00:40:02.560 doing that, we are applying
00:40:03.700 pressure to them.
00:40:04.720 But they've got to, there's many
00:40:05.900 officers.
00:40:06.640 I'm hoping to have Vincent
00:40:07.580 Thiersey on soon and hopefully
00:40:09.380 Corporal Bulford, because these
00:40:12.120 are both men who are committed and
00:40:13.920 who are saying, we took an oath
00:40:15.400 that was absolutely opposed to any
00:40:18.040 tyranny entering this nation and we
00:40:19.720 cannot comply to this.
00:40:21.360 And I'm excited about that, that
00:40:23.380 there are officers who are
00:40:24.480 definitely stepping up and we're
00:40:27.160 going to be facilitating them in
00:40:28.680 order to do that as well.
00:40:29.980 So let's get back to these
00:40:31.760 warrants for your arrest.
00:40:33.600 You called me right before
00:40:34.760 Christmas and said, Tanya, you
00:40:36.200 know, I may be in jail over
00:40:37.380 Christmas, so here's some
00:40:39.000 numbers you can get in contact
00:40:41.420 with me.
00:40:42.520 And just let us know what led to
00:40:44.480 that.
00:40:45.940 Yeah, sure.
00:40:46.820 We've done various rallies
00:40:48.260 throughout the Okanagan,
00:40:49.400 including at Interior Health
00:40:50.800 Administrative Building, which is
00:40:52.580 located on 505 Doyle in
00:40:54.680 Kelowna.
00:40:55.220 And two weeks before Christmas, a
00:41:00.560 Crown official authorized two
00:41:03.820 charges of assault to be laid
00:41:05.280 against me.
00:41:06.640 And they got what's called a court
00:41:08.780 lianzant officer to lay the
00:41:10.720 charges.
00:41:12.940 And they went down.
00:41:15.020 And as I pointed out in our book
00:41:16.880 and in our previous shows, they have
00:41:19.020 to have a process hearing as well
00:41:20.580 when they when they lay charges.
00:41:22.740 So they had theirs.
00:41:24.900 And the Crown wanted what was
00:41:26.660 called an unendorsed warrant.
00:41:28.960 And the there's two types of
00:41:31.320 warrants, unendorsed and
00:41:32.320 endorsed.
00:41:33.800 Unendorsed means if the police
00:41:35.920 arrest you, they have to bring you
00:41:38.340 before a judge to determine what
00:41:40.580 conditions are going to be
00:41:41.600 released, if at all.
00:41:43.220 If it's endorsed, then the police
00:41:45.160 can release you immediately on
00:41:47.260 conditions right there.
00:41:48.380 So the Crown wanted an
00:41:50.540 unendorsed warrant and they
00:41:51.900 wanted to ban me from even
00:41:54.160 though this alleged incident only
00:41:55.740 took place at one building in
00:41:57.980 the city, they wanted to ban me
00:41:59.840 from all city parks where we have
00:42:02.320 our rallies and protests.
00:42:04.420 They wanted to ban me from all
00:42:05.880 interior health buildings and
00:42:07.300 hospitals in the area.
00:42:08.940 And they wanted me to keep the
00:42:11.940 peace and be of good behavior.
00:42:14.140 And that one is a major was a
00:42:16.520 major problem.
00:42:17.120 Basically, if you if you commit a
00:42:20.080 bylaw offense, as the Supreme
00:42:21.680 Court of Canada ruled last year,
00:42:23.480 they could have you up on
00:42:25.220 breaching a court order charge
00:42:26.440 under the 145 of the criminal
00:42:27.920 code.
00:42:29.280 So their whole goal was not to
00:42:33.240 say, David, you committed an
00:42:36.400 offense.
00:42:37.180 You shouldn't have done this.
00:42:38.760 Their whole goal, as I predicted
00:42:40.400 last year, would be to falsify
00:42:42.320 charges and then do it at an
00:42:45.800 unopportune time and then try and
00:42:48.720 get it in a manner that will
00:42:50.320 release you.
00:42:51.000 But only if you agree not to do
00:42:52.240 the rallies and the protests that
00:42:53.940 you're having directly or
00:42:55.160 indirectly.
00:42:56.600 So what did they do is they waited
00:42:57.780 four months until just before
00:42:59.140 Christmas and laid the charges.
00:43:03.140 And unfortunately, there was for
00:43:05.040 them, God willing, for us, there
00:43:07.060 was a communication problem with the
00:43:09.520 Crown and it didn't get before the
00:43:11.680 JP.
00:43:12.680 So they issued, the JP issued an
00:43:15.280 endorsed warrant so the police
00:43:17.580 could release me.
00:43:19.000 The Crown applied to the court to
00:43:21.160 change that and the judge said,
00:43:23.160 show me the law that says I can go
00:43:24.760 behind the back of a JP and change
00:43:26.800 that warrant.
00:43:27.920 And they didn't have anything.
00:43:29.840 So it stood.
00:43:31.360 I turned myself in.
00:43:33.280 They were waiting at our first rally.
00:43:35.040 That was Thursday, Wednesday, by the
00:43:36.480 way.
00:43:37.160 And the Crown, the RCMP called me and
00:43:39.420 said, as a courtesy call, we're
00:43:40.660 telling you there's a warrant out.
00:43:42.040 And I'm grateful for that.
00:43:44.280 So they wanted me, the media, who
00:43:46.660 knew about it, they wanted me to
00:43:48.360 show up at the rally and then they
00:43:50.460 would call the police and then they
00:43:52.160 wanted to get, of course, videos of
00:43:53.620 me being hauled off in handcuffs and
00:43:55.860 charged and all the visual optics
00:43:59.080 that go along with it.
00:44:00.520 And I said, no, you know what, I'm not
00:44:02.040 going to play into that.
00:44:03.680 So I turned myself in Monday morning.
00:44:05.680 I didn't go to the rally.
00:44:06.820 I had other friends in that that ran
00:44:09.080 it and did a great rally.
00:44:11.180 Turned myself in Monday and got
00:44:13.560 released on several conditions.
00:44:16.540 They took out keep the peace and be of
00:44:18.120 good behavior and just said report to a
00:44:21.000 bail supervisor and that I couldn't go
00:44:23.380 within 100 meters of a hospital unless I
00:44:26.100 was in an emergency ward.
00:44:27.180 So I applied and I was successful in
00:44:32.860 getting those two conditions removed
00:44:34.300 last week on my own and went and
00:44:38.220 argued.
00:44:38.600 The judge said my analysis of the law
00:44:40.320 was correct and he removed those two
00:44:43.280 conditions.
00:44:46.540 So the only condition that I have there
00:44:48.540 right now is that I cannot go near 100
00:44:51.120 meters of that specific building, Interior
00:44:53.820 Health and Doyle, and I can't go within
00:44:56.220 100 meters of the two alleged accused.
00:45:00.000 And I want to emphasize the Crown has
00:45:03.140 already admitted on the record this is
00:45:05.140 one of the most minorest of assaults.
00:45:07.140 They're saying it and they're going to
00:45:09.860 lose.
00:45:10.320 They will lose on this.
00:45:12.740 And what was the alleged assault, right?
00:45:15.320 It wasn't it against a couple of security
00:45:17.020 guards?
00:45:18.040 Who were the ones that approached you?
00:45:20.340 They were standing there.
00:45:21.460 I wanted to get into the Interior Health
00:45:24.000 because the health officer in that
00:45:26.920 building had just issued a an order
00:45:29.780 ban or putting masks or something on for
00:45:32.060 people in the Okanagan at that time.
00:45:34.800 So I wanted to get in and ask questions
00:45:36.620 and tell her, you know, get her to come
00:45:38.080 down and ask, answer our questions.
00:45:39.740 We had about 100 people outside.
00:45:42.380 And there's nothing unlawful about doing
00:45:46.460 that.
00:45:46.800 You have a right to be there.
00:45:48.200 That's a government building, which the
00:45:50.780 taxpayers have built for, built or paid
00:45:53.400 for, and they are answerable to the
00:45:56.740 public.
00:45:57.480 And that's all that you were seeking that
00:45:59.540 day.
00:46:00.260 That's it.
00:46:01.580 It's open to the public.
00:46:03.540 They're trying to say that I was told a
00:46:05.220 week earlier I couldn't come in.
00:46:08.020 But one of the officers at the building
00:46:12.140 that day told me if I tried to go in, they
00:46:14.120 would arrest me with trespassing.
00:46:15.420 But a trespassing is a non-arrestable
00:46:18.140 offense.
00:46:19.340 So the officer lied to me on top of
00:46:21.500 that.
00:46:23.260 But anyway, all I did was try to walk in
00:46:26.240 to get to the receptionist and ask
00:46:27.920 questions.
00:46:28.420 I had my hands on my chest like this.
00:46:30.640 I went to walk in, bumped into the guy
00:46:32.920 and bumped up.
00:46:33.800 The contact lasted approximately one
00:46:36.900 second.
00:46:38.140 Right.
00:46:38.740 And they didn't even move.
00:46:40.280 I mean, they weren't knocked off their
00:46:41.840 feet or flying or anything else.
00:46:43.360 That was it.
00:46:45.140 That's what they're saying.
00:46:47.200 Right.
00:46:47.780 You also have this on video.
00:46:50.100 And I think the major offense that that
00:46:52.760 this security guard was saying that you
00:46:55.240 may have poked your finger in his side, but
00:46:57.620 it looks like your hands were on your
00:46:59.040 chest.
00:46:59.920 You're on my chest.
00:47:01.160 Maybe he needs to look for a new job or
00:47:03.220 as we were saying, maybe he needs a
00:47:05.400 bulletproof vest.
00:47:06.680 You know, I mean, if a finger in the side
00:47:08.420 is going to hurt him, maybe he needs to
00:47:11.700 have something a little bit more protective
00:47:13.420 on his body.
00:47:14.780 He sounds quite fragile.
00:47:17.120 But anyway.
00:47:17.360 This guy hates our guts.
00:47:18.900 His Facebook page, he just he hates
00:47:21.360 anybody that's opposed to to the
00:47:25.200 government narrative on that.
00:47:26.440 He just he just goes into it.
00:47:28.480 And on his Facebook, he should be quite
00:47:30.920 embarrassed, you know, about this.
00:47:32.740 And here you are fighting for the freedom
00:47:35.220 of this nation.
00:47:35.980 And they're just basically trying to block
00:47:38.380 you from being able to effectively show up
00:47:40.980 at events and rally people and get them
00:47:43.540 going.
00:47:44.300 And so, you know, I thank you for coming
00:47:45.900 on.
00:47:46.240 I know that Castanet had dug back into your
00:47:48.700 history and made more false claims about
00:47:51.000 you.
00:47:51.540 So I just wanted you to have the opportunity
00:47:53.400 to come on tonight.
00:47:54.440 And let's just clear this up, set it aside,
00:47:56.900 because you are essential to the work that
00:47:59.880 we're going to be doing moving forward.
00:48:01.960 I mean, what were the chances when you and
00:48:04.080 I met a year and a half ago that, first
00:48:06.120 of all, you know, we at Action for Canada
00:48:08.360 would have created these incredibly
00:48:10.140 effective notices of liability that are
00:48:13.180 saving lives and saving jobs and and then
00:48:16.800 moving towards people saying, OK, well, I've
00:48:19.100 lost my job.
00:48:19.860 What's the next step?
00:48:21.100 And I know that I've seen people posting
00:48:22.960 that in the chat.
00:48:24.020 Many of you.
00:48:24.840 I mean, we have a fabulous turnout tonight
00:48:26.800 and I'm so glad that you're here.
00:48:28.600 But the page that I just showed you on the
00:48:30.740 Workers Unite group, I'm going to encourage
00:48:32.920 a lot of people to go to the Zoom calls
00:48:35.120 and start listening to those.
00:48:37.360 Not only that, I've listed on that page
00:48:39.560 for the Empower Hours that David and I did
00:48:41.920 October 13th, I think it was October 27th
00:48:45.060 and November 24th.
00:48:46.160 I did list them on that page.
00:48:48.040 Again, invest your time.
00:48:51.180 We have put thousands of hours into the
00:48:53.880 resources that we're creating for you.
00:48:56.060 Now you need to put in 12 hours to listen
00:48:58.220 to videos and really listen to the
00:49:00.960 information that we've already provided.
00:49:03.100 We can't, you know, go over all of that
00:49:05.240 tonight.
00:49:05.740 We don't want to, but we need you
00:49:07.780 to know what your rights are, to know
00:49:10.220 what the next steps are.
00:49:11.800 So go into those Empower Hours.
00:49:14.160 Listen, you're going to find out that
00:49:15.680 most of your questions are answered.
00:49:17.880 Now, for those of you who are on here
00:49:20.760 where you did get put on unpaid leave,
00:49:23.100 one, we want to say that was unlawful,
00:49:25.820 100% illegal, and it isn't up to.
00:49:28.280 An employer can't put you on unpaid leave.
00:49:31.360 Only an employee can be requested to be
00:49:34.060 put on unpaid leave, and that's if you
00:49:36.380 want to take, for some reason, personal
00:49:38.380 time for six months.
00:49:39.720 Maybe your mother is passing away and in
00:49:42.320 sick and need of your time.
00:49:43.900 You can go to your employer and you can
00:49:45.960 request to be put on unpaid leave.
00:49:47.920 For them to randomly put you on this,
00:49:50.480 completely.
00:49:51.240 You have a case against them.
00:49:53.200 And so we have been preparing you to
00:49:56.000 make sure that you engage your employer.
00:49:58.580 If the union is not supporting you,
00:50:00.580 they're in breach of their contractual
00:50:02.540 agreement with you.
00:50:04.080 And so start accumulating all of this
00:50:07.020 information.
00:50:08.140 Keep it in a file.
00:50:09.580 Engage.
00:50:10.200 If you were already let go and you
00:50:12.260 didn't know about notice of liability,
00:50:14.220 that's okay.
00:50:15.480 Serve them a notice of liability via
00:50:17.260 registered mail.
00:50:18.340 If you can book an appointment with
00:50:19.820 them and serve them in person,
00:50:21.660 make sure that you're recording that
00:50:23.380 interaction with them.
00:50:25.500 Then if it is a recording,
00:50:27.600 get it transcribed.
00:50:28.780 Because when you go to take the next
00:50:30.380 steps that we're talking about,
00:50:32.280 that David is working and aligning with
00:50:34.160 us on, you are going to make sure,
00:50:36.240 need to make sure that everything is
00:50:38.080 ready and available to go.
00:50:39.620 So transcribe your videos,
00:50:41.760 make sure that you've engaged them in
00:50:43.460 conversation.
00:50:44.480 And I want you to also start challenging
00:50:46.480 them.
00:50:47.480 Start challenging them by showing them
00:50:49.720 the video, you know, from the lawyer that
00:50:51.960 says it's a hundred percent unlawful and
00:50:54.480 that they're opening themselves up to
00:50:56.480 charges, criminal charges.
00:50:58.800 If they, if they continue on to pursue
00:51:01.120 this, let them know that you're going to
00:51:03.260 come back to them personally for any
00:51:05.700 financial loss that you experience because
00:51:08.860 of their actions.
00:51:10.040 You can say this to a supervisor, to a
00:51:12.920 manager.
00:51:13.580 It was like one of the nurses that we
00:51:15.360 have, she challenged her manager in a
00:51:17.480 meeting and HR was there.
00:51:19.300 And she said to her manager, as she'd
00:51:21.240 already served the notice of liability
00:51:22.640 to her, she already put her on notice.
00:51:24.760 And she said, I am going to be holding
00:51:27.740 you personally liable for any loss of
00:51:30.500 income I experienced because of your
00:51:32.180 actions.
00:51:33.140 HR piped up right away.
00:51:34.360 And she said, she happened to live in
00:51:35.680 BC.
00:51:36.060 She goes, oh, that's not a conversation
00:51:37.940 you should be having with your manager.
00:51:39.900 That's something you need to have with
00:51:41.740 the health officer, Bonnie Henry.
00:51:43.620 And, and our nurse turned around and she
00:51:45.660 said, no, absolutely not.
00:51:47.040 This is the person, my manager is the
00:51:49.560 person who is directly interfering with
00:51:52.440 my ability to work.
00:51:54.760 And so that is the individual that I, is
00:51:56.820 on the front line that I'm going after.
00:51:58.620 The manager immediately shut the meeting
00:52:01.120 down and then she canceled all scheduled
00:52:04.260 appointments with other nurses that were
00:52:06.260 to follow.
00:52:07.100 This is very effective.
00:52:08.980 All right.
00:52:09.320 Now she has still been put on leave, but
00:52:12.140 the point is she has a lot of great
00:52:14.600 evidence.
00:52:14.980 She also recorded that conversation.
00:52:17.820 And so she has put that together.
00:52:20.200 And so we're working on some very
00:52:22.940 specific cases that David himself is
00:52:25.240 involved in and helping people with the
00:52:27.480 private informations and laying those.
00:52:30.180 So that's one thing I just want to say, get
00:52:32.460 this information together.
00:52:34.440 David, sorry for this, but one other, a
00:52:36.340 couple of people have posted.
00:52:37.660 I've got, you know, a relative that's in
00:52:39.740 long-term care.
00:52:40.800 I can't access them.
00:52:42.340 We've had great success give testimony.
00:52:45.380 I was on an interview with Odessa where a
00:52:47.720 couple of people had successfully used our
00:52:50.100 notices of liability, gained access to their
00:52:53.100 loved one.
00:52:53.560 And there wasn't another conversation again
00:52:55.160 after it.
00:52:55.980 If you don't have success, record these
00:52:58.380 conversations.
00:52:58.940 And this may be the person that you want to
00:53:00.940 lay a private information against.
00:53:02.620 So, David, moving forward, is there anything
00:53:08.100 that you would like to add?
00:53:09.800 Could we please bring up David's book, actually,
00:53:12.300 so that everybody could see?
00:53:14.100 I can hold it up as well.
00:53:16.680 This is a hard copy.
00:53:18.260 We're going to give one e-copy away today to
00:53:21.400 somebody who is going to effectively use it in
00:53:24.240 their community.
00:53:24.880 If you also want to order one, Sheila, maybe
00:53:28.540 you could post that in the chat.
00:53:32.140 All of this information is also on the Workers
00:53:34.060 Unite.
00:53:34.600 So, anyways, I'll stop talking.
00:53:35.980 David, back to you.
00:53:37.820 Sure.
00:53:38.360 Yeah, no problem.
00:53:39.080 There's lots of good information out there.
00:53:41.480 You know, laying criminal charges is one of the
00:53:43.540 oldest rights we have in our common law society.
00:53:46.480 And it goes back hundreds and hundreds and hundreds
00:53:49.680 of years.
00:53:50.780 And it's preserved in the criminal code.
00:53:53.120 So, it's important we start to use those procedures
00:53:55.900 because, as one judge said, if the police refuse to
00:53:59.940 do anything, it's the only option we have to hold
00:54:03.340 government officials accountable.
00:54:05.400 And it's critical that we start using that.
00:54:08.300 More and more, people are starting to learn.
00:54:12.320 And it's not something you learn overnight, but you
00:54:15.020 can read the book and learn.
00:54:16.120 And within a very short period of time, if you have
00:54:19.800 the evidence to back it up, you can lay your own
00:54:22.060 criminal charges.
00:54:23.460 And it doesn't apply just to government, anybody who
00:54:26.300 breaks the law, that charges can be laid.
00:54:29.180 But the one thing I do want to emphasize is that it's
00:54:31.960 important to make sure you've got evidence, as I've said
00:54:35.140 in the past, to make sure that you can get through that
00:54:38.460 screening process hearing.
00:54:40.160 And if you've got some evidence, you will be
00:54:43.940 successful.
00:54:44.500 So, and then, although the Crown can take action in the
00:54:48.080 future, my experience has been over 90% of the time, the
00:54:52.500 Crown will take it to trial, especially if you've got
00:54:55.300 evidence to back it up.
00:54:57.380 So, it's important to be organized, important to get your
00:54:59.980 evidence.
00:55:00.540 Remember, you can tape record anybody in your employers or
00:55:03.580 any restaurant or anywhere you are, hospitals, without
00:55:06.360 telling the other person, video or audio.
00:55:09.240 You don't have to tell them.
00:55:11.240 And that can be used in your favor in the future as well.
00:55:14.900 But laying these criminal charges is a very, very powerful
00:55:17.980 weapon.
00:55:18.820 And when any of these people start to get notices in the
00:55:22.060 upcoming months that they've been charged, their whole life is
00:55:25.500 going to flash before their eyes.
00:55:27.020 And word is going to get around very, very quickly.
00:55:29.280 And I'm optimistic that as we work with more people, I have a
00:55:33.320 meeting here next week with two people here in the Okanagan
00:55:36.280 specifically to review their information and help them to get
00:55:40.640 criminal charges laid as well.
00:55:42.480 And we're working on a third one.
00:55:45.120 So, there's definitely people out there.
00:55:46.860 There's an interest, a really, really high interest that people are
00:55:50.240 saying, I didn't know we could lay charges.
00:55:52.180 I thought only the police could do it.
00:55:54.240 And we've really, and thanks to you, Tanya, as well, have empowered a
00:55:59.200 lot of people to be able to know that, no, not just the police can
00:56:03.320 do it, you can do it as well.
00:56:05.120 And I'm really optimistic, really optimistic for this year we're going
00:56:09.580 to get some evidence before the courts on these people.
00:56:12.820 Yeah, I love it, David, because, you know, I look at it that, you
00:56:16.820 know, us Canadians are all so compliant.
00:56:18.960 And a lot of them, we said, had their head in the sands for pretty
00:56:22.960 much the last two years because they just wanted to go along to get
00:56:26.260 along.
00:56:27.300 Something that saddened my heart many times was somebody say, oh, well,
00:56:30.360 I just don't like confrontation.
00:56:31.820 I'm going to wear the mask.
00:56:32.740 I'll get my grocery shopping done and we're all good.
00:56:35.100 But I've said continually the mask is the barometer for the government
00:56:38.800 as to who's complying.
00:56:40.740 If you're wearing a mask, you are a huge part of the problem and you need
00:56:44.360 to remove that mask.
00:56:45.400 You need to take on any confrontation.
00:56:47.540 I go everywhere without a mask.
00:56:49.720 And I am just so, so happy about that.
00:56:52.440 Again, I have the right to breathe freely.
00:56:54.400 There is no law in Canada saying that you have to wear a mask.
00:56:58.080 And so we really, really need to understand that the individuals,
00:57:01.880 as far as employees were concerned, I hate to say it, but many of the nurses
00:57:06.460 who knew in their hearts they were seeing firsthand that something was
00:57:10.120 sinister going on in the hospitals, they saw they were empty.
00:57:13.540 But they still, they wanted their job and they didn't want to speak up.
00:57:16.920 They felt the threat of maybe that they'd lose their jobs.
00:57:19.460 The same goes for teachers.
00:57:21.720 You know, here they saw 25 kids, sorry, but being abused in front of them.
00:57:25.520 Many had very good hearts and couldn't stand it and didn't comply and tried
00:57:29.480 to keep the mask off the kids.
00:57:31.180 Our problem has been the compliance at the cost of self-preservation.
00:57:36.120 And so now what everybody is facing who's losing their jobs, who's sorry,
00:57:40.060 but were actually guilty of keeping their job.
00:57:43.440 So to comply and just do what they had to, to keep an income.
00:57:47.700 That's what you're facing with the union leader, the shop steward, the manager,
00:57:51.600 the supervisor right now that's forcing you to lose your job if you don't get
00:57:55.260 vaccinated.
00:57:56.560 And so this is the last line of defense.
00:57:59.280 And what we need to do is what's their greatest threat.
00:58:02.380 Is it that, you know, the owner is going to turn around and say, well,
00:58:07.180 you're not forcing the vaccination.
00:58:09.000 So your job is now on the line.
00:58:11.460 What if we now have served them the notice of liability and they have this level
00:58:16.000 of defense to say, well, look, I'm being told I could be held liable.
00:58:21.060 And this is what they need to start doing.
00:58:22.960 And you need to do them a favor and serve your employer,
00:58:26.260 even if they're a great employer, serve them the notice of liability.
00:58:29.080 Because when the health officials come in, they can say, I'm opening myself up to
00:58:33.240 liability, personal liability.
00:58:35.860 And I've realized by the documents that I've read that what I'm doing and what I'm
00:58:40.540 being forced to do by the government is unlawful.
00:58:43.240 And even for employers where provinces are now trying to react to the notice of
00:58:47.960 liability by passing amendments to the emergency measures saying that employers
00:58:53.540 aren't going to be held liable.
00:58:54.840 But we've already said, if it is in violation and not consistent with the Constitution,
00:59:01.500 it's of no force or effect.
00:59:03.420 So they can't sprinkle fairy dust on an amendment and say, okay, now employers can,
00:59:09.680 you know, lawfully force a vaccination, a harmful experimental injection on their employees.
00:59:15.540 No, because we have the right to light, liberty and security of the person.
00:59:20.340 Security of the person means you have a right to work and provide for your family.
00:59:23.940 That's 100% unlimited.
00:59:26.000 You have the right to work against all emergency measures.
00:59:29.220 And you have the right to say what goes in your body.
00:59:32.440 And so that's what we're doing is we're trying to change the level of concern or fear within
00:59:38.980 these individuals' minds.
00:59:41.440 Am I going to be fearful of the potential of the government saying, well, you've got to
00:59:46.280 comply to these measures?
00:59:47.520 Or am I going to be concerned that I could be charged criminally?
00:59:50.480 Because we've got a good case against them.
00:59:53.060 Extortion and intimidation are indictable offenses.
00:59:57.500 Assault is an indictable offense.
00:59:59.560 And that's easy for many people who are being jabbed that they can prove this.
01:00:04.640 So we've got great defense.
01:00:05.940 So I want everybody, please accumulate your information.
01:00:09.400 Hang in there.
01:00:10.180 Okay?
01:00:10.580 I know that many of you are not able to get EI.
01:00:13.620 It is so corrupt and criminal.
01:00:15.260 And we're going to go after them.
01:00:17.240 And once the news gets out that we're doing this, these employees, employers, union leaders,
01:00:23.320 they're people.
01:00:24.280 They are not above the law in Canada.
01:00:25.940 And they're going to have to start changing the dynamic of the government because they're
01:00:30.360 no longer going to have the low-lying fruit doing their dirty bidding.
01:00:33.860 It's going to go up the food chain.
01:00:36.200 And so once we get these people disabled, then we're going to start going a little bit
01:00:40.340 higher and a little bit higher.
01:00:42.060 And I think one of the things that I've tried to impress upon people for years now is, and
01:00:48.500 especially since this COVID nonsense came in, is the cultural change that is taking place
01:00:56.340 within our society.
01:00:57.860 You have to wear a mask to protect my health.
01:01:01.000 You have to get vaxxed to protect my health.
01:01:04.820 And our law has always been premised for a thousand years on the supremacy of the individual,
01:01:11.340 not the collective.
01:01:13.260 And in as much as I have a duty not to infringe your rights and freedoms, I don't have a duty
01:01:19.120 to make sure you don't get sick.
01:01:21.140 That's your duty.
01:01:22.120 And you don't have a duty to make sure I don't get sick.
01:01:24.480 That's my own duty to do.
01:01:25.840 But that shift in mentality that has been propagandized day in and day out on our TVs to everybody
01:01:35.980 watching TV, sitting at home watching TV, the government and the health care, we're all
01:01:41.400 in this together.
01:01:42.400 And you have to look after everybody else.
01:01:44.400 And you have to do it for their safety, even though masks don't work anyway.
01:01:47.340 We all know that.
01:01:48.060 My concern has always been that cultural change that is taking place.
01:01:54.300 Last year, the Ontario, Ottawa, I'm sorry, health minister for the city of Ottawa said
01:02:00.080 that Canadians have to get used to a culture change.
01:02:04.980 And I thought, you arrogant, arrogant health professional, you should be removed from office
01:02:09.720 for getting into areas you have no business to be in in the first place.
01:02:13.160 But to everybody that's listening tonight, I really want to emphasize the supremacy of
01:02:18.840 the individual in our law.
01:02:20.860 If people believe in the supremacy of the collective, there's a lot of socialist and
01:02:27.560 communist countries out there that we can see the results of that type of mentality.
01:02:32.580 And I hope and pray that everybody will take that supremacy of the individual and keep
01:02:38.300 that close to their hearts, because that is our law, period.
01:02:41.320 Yeah, we have everything protected for us.
01:02:44.400 You know, I always in the Zoom meetings I'm having during the week, I always want to say
01:02:48.060 I'm not a doctor and I'm not a lawyer.
01:02:50.260 I'm not giving you medical advice and I'm not giving you legal advice.
01:02:54.100 What I'm doing is I'm taking everything that all of us have access to, the criminal code,
01:02:59.540 the Constitution and the Charter of Rights.
01:03:01.620 And I've put it into common sense documents that actually just outline, simply outline what
01:03:08.760 your rights are.
01:03:09.500 I call the Drop the Mic Letter.
01:03:11.580 Sheila, would you please post the Drop the Mic Letter?
01:03:14.160 I love this letter.
01:03:15.640 And I'm asking all, look at this, 1.700 people on tonight.
01:03:21.160 This is absolutely amazing.
01:03:22.780 Yeah, thank you.
01:03:24.340 I love that.
01:03:26.240 Right?
01:03:27.400 Thank you, Trendio.
01:03:29.400 Anyways, there's 1,700 of us.
01:03:32.140 I want you all to print off this document and I want you to memorize it.
01:03:37.720 I call it the Drop the Mic Letter because every section of it, it should be the end of this
01:03:42.580 conversation.
01:03:43.820 All right?
01:03:44.160 It absolutely outlines all of what your rights are.
01:03:47.840 You give that to your employer.
01:03:49.480 You give that to that silly person at the store that's trying to interfere with your rights.
01:03:54.180 And it just outlines that we have the right to be doing everything and living freely and to work and to communicate, to hug our grandparents, to visit our grandparents, etc., etc.
01:04:04.360 Now, you know what I'm going to do?
01:04:05.740 I'm going to take a little bit of a break from this and I want to bring in a good news story.
01:04:10.140 We have Kelly.
01:04:11.100 I was on a meeting last night.
01:04:12.580 As I just want to remind you, the business team, parent team, and Workers Unite group, I've merged all of those Zoom meetings because I was getting awfully Zoomed out by having three different meetings in a week.
01:04:24.520 And we're having them Tuesdays, 4.30 B.C. time.
01:04:28.780 And Kelly ended up speaking up.
01:04:31.060 So, Trendio, can we bring Kelly on?
01:04:34.120 Just waiting for her to turn on her camera.
01:04:37.500 There she is.
01:04:38.320 Hi, Kelly.
01:04:39.800 Hi there.
01:04:40.780 Thank you for your patience.
01:04:42.260 I wanted to bring you on at a time where we could spotlight your success.
01:04:46.840 I was just so encouraged by what you had to say.
01:04:49.760 And I think everyone here would be encouraged as well.
01:04:52.040 So, you have the floor.
01:04:54.600 Okay.
01:04:55.500 So, it's been quite a long journey, probably.
01:04:59.620 And I do have the documentation.
01:05:01.720 So, thank you for confirming that.
01:05:03.460 Good choice, David.
01:05:05.580 I have kept a portfolio of every communication I've received from our executive director with respect to policies that they intended to change in the organization that I work for, letting me know that it was going to be mandated that we all become vaccinated due to the COVID situation.
01:05:32.440 And so, I initiated a conversation with my boss before I received the letter, letting her know that I wanted to just say right up front that I had no intentions of participating in any kind of vaccination.
01:05:50.840 Because I let them know that there was fetuses from aborted babies that were also included in the ingredients, which went against my religious beliefs.
01:06:14.820 And also, for personal reasons.
01:06:16.940 And also, for personal reasons, I did not want to participate in this.
01:06:19.440 And so, they said, well, we'll do what we can.
01:06:22.180 They, you know, were actually very encouraging to me, saying, you know, Kelly, you've done such a great job in our organization.
01:06:30.020 You're a valued person, you're a valued person, you've made an impact in our community, we don't want to lose you.
01:06:35.980 And I said, well, you know my position and that will not change.
01:06:39.860 So, they issued a form that's, or a policy to the staff that said vaccinations are now mandated and they want, they sent us a link.
01:06:56.500 You have to register with the health unit to get this in place ASAP.
01:07:01.080 You have until October the 13th.
01:07:03.060 And so, again, I went and spoke to my boss and I said to her, my position has not changed.
01:07:08.520 I am not going to participate in this.
01:07:11.760 And she said, Kelly, I just want to give you a chance to think about it.
01:07:15.880 And I said, I have made an informed decision.
01:07:19.840 I have done research left, right, and center.
01:07:22.900 I am not ignorant on this fact.
01:07:25.300 And I said, the other piece that really concerns me that I am surprised you have not addressed is the fact that you're hearing so much from this one position, you know, from the liberal viewpoint of vaccinations and COVID and masks and all the rest.
01:07:46.380 But I said, does that not make you curious as to why there are so many immunologists, vaxologists, whatever, they're being suppressed.
01:07:55.960 And I said, if you really do some digging, you will find some remarkable websites where these people have done some presentations.
01:08:05.580 One of the gentlemen that I follow in particular has led the charge of rolling out for national vaccinations for 40 years.
01:08:15.280 And I said, all of a sudden, they want to hear nothing from this man.
01:08:19.340 How does that happen after 40 years of expertise?
01:08:22.800 And so anyways, long story short, is they just said, we're just going to, you know, leave it with you and hope that you change your mind.
01:08:31.660 So my executive director left the room and I was talking to my direct manager and I said to her, I want to be fair to you.
01:08:40.080 I want to let you know, I have been participating in conference calls from Action for Canada.
01:08:50.820 I am made aware that this is illegal for you to follow this procedure and that you cannot mandate anybody.
01:08:59.100 It's against our rights and freedoms.
01:09:02.120 And I said, I will tell you straight up, I intend to join an action lawsuit and I will name my employer directly in this lawsuit.
01:09:17.480 And she said, well, that's not going to be any one of us.
01:09:20.580 That will be the name of the organization that oversees our association.
01:09:27.420 And I said, actually, no, the person who has been issuing these communications is the one who will be directly responsible for it.
01:09:39.640 So anyway, we chat a little bit more.
01:09:41.840 What can I possibly do to eliminate, you know, me possibly losing my job?
01:09:47.920 She actually asked me to go talk to my doctor to see if I could get an exemption.
01:09:54.540 I did call my doctor and his medical secretary told me that no exemptions will be issued because they are considered fraudulent unless I had the first jab and had an adverse reaction.
01:10:08.260 And I said, are you kidding me?
01:10:10.640 I like it sounds so ridiculous.
01:10:13.280 Anyway, I went back, told my manager, the very next day, we all received the mandate.
01:10:22.840 This needs to be done now, Kelly, by November the 15th.
01:10:26.720 So my boss came in.
01:10:30.600 I reiterated what I was going to say about taking action.
01:10:35.800 And the very next morning, I got a letter in my inbox from my manager saying, we have rescinded the mandate.
01:10:45.740 The board of directors has decided we went one step too quickly.
01:10:50.640 We need to now share this with our lawyers.
01:10:54.420 And this is not if, but when it is issued again, it will be because we've crossed our T's and dotted our I's.
01:11:04.020 So that was late October.
01:11:08.400 I went back into my manager's office two weeks later and I said, I'm not very fond of surprises, especially these types of surprises.
01:11:18.360 So I'm doing a follow up and I would like to know what is happening with that.
01:11:24.420 You know, what is the lawyer saying?
01:11:27.380 And she said, we still haven't heard back from the lawyer.
01:11:30.120 And so I said, so does that mean that this is not going to be moved, like, it's not going to move forward?
01:11:37.180 And she said, no, it's again, it's when, not if.
01:11:41.120 And I said, okay.
01:11:43.000 I said, I just want to once again reiterate, I will not change my position.
01:11:47.620 And so here we are, January the 5th, and there still has nothing to move forward.
01:11:58.360 I love it.
01:11:59.480 I love it, Kelly.
01:12:00.580 I was so thrilled.
01:12:01.560 I hope everybody's feeling really encouraged by this.
01:12:04.820 Like I say, not everybody is having a win, especially if you have a union involved.
01:12:10.020 But what this shows us is that the information we're providing is legitimate.
01:12:13.780 This is 100% illegal, what these employers are doing.
01:12:17.800 And we're going to make sure that they pay for this and that there's going to be justice.
01:12:22.260 And so, Kelly, thank you so much.
01:12:24.820 Thank you again.
01:12:25.780 Like I said, I wanted to bring you in when we could really highlight this.
01:12:29.820 And, you know, you never know what's coming in the future, but you're going to be prepared.
01:12:35.560 Kelly has positioned herself to make sure that she has all the evidence to prove that what they are doing is unlawful.
01:12:41.780 Even the fact that they turned around and she has a letter wherein they retracted it.
01:12:48.160 It's going to be awfully hard for them to undo this and move forward with a mandate to vaccinate.
01:12:55.300 So, Kelly, well done.
01:12:57.340 Kudos to you.
01:12:58.700 And you know that David and I are here and in your corner if you do end up needing any help.
01:13:03.900 But the storm will come and will bring the rain.
01:13:07.300 And so thank you again for that.
01:13:09.200 I just want to, while we're talking about this again, I want to make people sure, well, make sure that they know that David's e-book has been made available to every single one of our chapter leaders.
01:13:22.660 So if you're in a community and or in one of the communities where we have a chapter, then I encourage you to reach out to them if you don't have one of David's book or you can't afford one right now.
01:13:35.700 I do want to quickly just address that, David, talking about whether they can afford or not.
01:13:41.880 I know that when we had originally in November promoted your book and just let us know what the cost is, please.
01:13:50.760 Yeah, the book itself is $150 for the PDF version.
01:13:56.760 And for the hard copy production, it was $199.
01:14:01.320 That includes all shipping, production, everything.
01:14:03.880 Everything.
01:14:04.240 And, you know, I have the hard copy here and I want you to know it took David years to develop this book.
01:14:12.360 And, you know, there is we all know that lawyers are not stepping up and $150 for the e-book.
01:14:19.900 And so I know that some people, you know, had sent some negative emails to Action for Canada.
01:14:25.780 Part of it could be because we spoil you.
01:14:27.660 Action for Canada has made all of our resources available for free because we knew that it was very important to protect our kids.
01:14:37.100 I mean, you're signing a notice of liability.
01:14:39.660 We've saved you thousands of dollars in legal costs.
01:14:43.300 And but something like this is, to me, it's invaluable.
01:14:48.100 So I think that David has been so kind and so fair and so reasonable in what it is that he's doing in the charge or the fee that he's put on his book.
01:14:59.680 So I just want to give you a huge shout out, David, and a huge thank you for that.
01:15:04.360 And as well, David has willingly worked together with Action for Canada to come up with something very, very reasonable in making sure that all of our chapters have the book as well.
01:15:16.500 And so, again, David, I'm just going to say how you see it's lighting up in the chat.
01:15:21.900 What a great resource.
01:15:23.060 It's very reasonable.
01:15:24.020 And thank you, David, for that.
01:15:26.280 And so we're going to be moving forward.
01:15:29.160 You have done workshops with us.
01:15:31.500 The first one was was about three hours long.
01:15:34.740 It was a little bit complicated for somebody who maybe doesn't have, you know, a legal mind initially.
01:15:41.200 But you ended up laying the groundwork as to why we need to move forward with these legal charges and the process of doing it.
01:15:50.320 Then you had a follow-up one, which you did for free for the people who had bought your book and or had attended one of your workshops.
01:15:59.600 And it was incredible.
01:16:00.840 It was a step-by-step as to how to fill out the forms initially to serve, to go before the crown.
01:16:09.580 Can you just before, I know we're getting on to 616, and maybe just briefly what we'll do here.
01:16:15.960 And again, please remember, everyone, we have gone over a lot of this information in past Empower Hours.
01:16:21.580 So we're going to get to just this question.
01:16:24.060 And I think then I'd like to announce who the winner is.
01:16:28.120 Heather is not checking this page.
01:16:31.060 Heather, just so you know, I've been going through, Sheila has been providing me information, and I've been able to find a winner.
01:16:39.240 And so we'll be announcing the winner who's getting David's e-book in a minute.
01:16:42.340 But I also want to ask everybody, if you had to put a request in for it, I've got a special reason why I'm putting in this request.
01:16:51.660 If you could please make sure that Sheila or Heather, let's make it Sheila.
01:16:57.120 Please email Sheila or send a message via the chat and let Sheila know what your email address is, please.
01:17:06.640 Because I'm going to want to be in contact with you.
01:17:09.080 So anybody who has put in a request for the e-book, please make sure that Sheila, Sheila, maybe if you could just, I think actually if you just go under the chat and under send chat to Sheila, H, sorry, S-H-E-L-A-G-H, and it'll say slash A4C.
01:17:30.620 That's how you contact Sheila and let her know what your email address is.
01:17:34.520 Okay, so David, when somebody fills out the form, they're not going to be providing all of their evidence at that point.
01:17:42.720 Can you walk us through the first step?
01:17:44.940 And this is another thing I want to make sure.
01:17:46.960 If you are somebody who is wanting to lay a private information against someone, I want you to get a hold of the closest chapter in your province.
01:17:57.580 If you are actually in a community where there is a chapter, I want you to reach out to them because we're going to be reaching out to you and we're going to be assisting you through our chapters in laying the information.
01:18:11.860 We're going to help to make sure that the information is done right.
01:18:14.740 I know this is a huge task and we're going to call in some help for it.
01:18:19.120 So I can't promise it's going to go super quickly, but that is what we're trying to commit to.
01:18:24.580 And so make sure that you reach out to a chapter.
01:18:27.480 Okay, David, go.
01:18:29.060 I think the first thing I'd like to say is if you're considering laying criminal charges, no mercy.
01:18:37.460 No mercy at all.
01:18:39.760 Cops don't have any mercy on you if they've already are laying a charge.
01:18:44.440 They may up until the time they make the decision.
01:18:47.280 But once that decision is made, they have no mercy.
01:18:49.400 These employers, the hospitals and other government organizations and so on, they have no mercy on you.
01:18:58.520 Once you've chosen to lay a charge, no mercy on them.
01:19:02.000 That's number one.
01:19:03.520 And you start the process, it's important to remember to finish it.
01:19:08.360 The second thing is keep detailed and accurate records of everything.
01:19:14.820 Evidence is critical and evidence depends on your record keeping.
01:19:18.160 So something that may seem innocuous at first may be critical later down the road.
01:19:25.600 It may form a chain of events that take place that you may need to reference down the road.
01:19:32.440 Tape record everything.
01:19:34.280 If you have tape recordings, audio or video, make sure you review them and mark down the minutes that are most important.
01:19:41.980 So that somebody doesn't need to watch 45 minutes worth of an audio or listen to 45 minutes of an audio or watch a video only to see something at minute 37.
01:19:51.500 That's critically important, right?
01:19:53.260 This way you can say to anybody, a judge, whoever, go to minute 17.3 and this is what you're going to see.
01:20:00.100 So that is also important that you can keep that timeline on a Word doc, for example.
01:20:06.840 And get your evidence together, your documents together, emails, correspondence, everything that you're going to use for evidence.
01:20:14.120 And in order to do that, you need to look at the sections you're going to charge.
01:20:18.880 Tanya mentioned earlier the main ones we're looking at are extortion, intimidation, and assault charges, especially if you've been vaccinated.
01:20:25.780 And you need to read those charges, and what evidence do you have will meet those charges.
01:20:35.140 And it doesn't take a lot.
01:20:37.000 It's a very low test at this stage to get past the initial hearing.
01:20:42.260 Getting to trial, in most cases, what you have at your screening hearing will suffice at trial in most cases.
01:20:50.760 And that's the most important thing is evidence.
01:20:54.100 And so it's important to make sure it's organized chronologically, if possible, and make sure you've got at least three copies of everything.
01:21:03.740 You're not going to need one for a judge and one for the Crown.
01:21:06.740 And once you've got that and it's organized, then the next step is filling out the forms.
01:21:12.440 And we've gone through that to fill out the forms on several occasions in our book.
01:21:16.740 And filling out the forms is something that you will be able to do quite easily compared to what it used to be.
01:21:26.340 You know, Middle Ages, the forms used to be three and four pages of just word after word, sentence, and line.
01:21:31.380 And if you missed anything, the offender got off on a technicality.
01:21:34.880 That's long gone now.
01:21:36.380 And the charges are usually pretty simple.
01:21:38.380 An assault charge, for example, would simply say, John Doe in the city of Toronto, province of Ontario, did commit an assault on Bill Smith and laid the date and so on.
01:21:49.720 And that's it.
01:21:50.620 They're fairly short now.
01:21:52.620 So that's something that you can keep in mind when you go to lay charges.
01:21:57.500 Don't let it intimidate you the wording on it because they're not very complicated.
01:22:02.420 You then fill out the forms.
01:22:04.520 Usually you can have two or three counts on each form, and then you would go and swear it before a justice of the peace.
01:22:14.520 Now, something has been raised and brought to my attention recently about Ontario, and I have some concerns about it.
01:22:22.960 They want you to give them the information.
01:22:25.700 They, assumably a justice of the peace, will fill out the form, and then they are going to swear it in via a Zoom call, or you can go in person.
01:22:39.000 I don't have a problem with Zoom calls on that regard.
01:22:43.120 As long as you get your process hearing in person, you don't want to do that by a Zoom call because you have no way of watching what everybody's doing.
01:22:50.540 You want to be there in person.
01:22:53.100 But my concern is with the JPs filling out the forms for you, are they giving legal advice?
01:23:00.180 That's an issue.
01:23:01.260 And the other issue is do they look at your information and say, you know what, I'm not going to draft this charge.
01:23:09.100 We don't think you're going to win.
01:23:10.620 This is what we ran into Manitoba years ago, and we overcame it.
01:23:14.220 But if anybody goes to swear a charge in Ontario, and some justice of the peace specifically says, I'm not going to do this.
01:23:24.000 I'm not going to word the charge for you because I don't like your evidence or for any other reason, you need to let me know.
01:23:29.920 And I will personally contact them and let them know in no uncertain terms what they're doing is illegal.
01:23:35.080 And they have to accept that properly worded information form.
01:23:41.080 And if you have a problem in Ontario, I would be more than happy to contact them and let them know.
01:23:48.020 If they still refuse to take it, I'll help you get a higher court order forcing them to take it.
01:23:52.940 And I've done that successfully three times now already.
01:23:56.420 And it's a slap on the wrist for them, as it should be.
01:23:59.360 So that would be good.
01:24:00.360 But anyway, you lay your charge and you go to your process hearing.
01:24:05.520 You tell the judge either some of them are taking it under oath, some don't.
01:24:10.680 And it shouldn't be very long.
01:24:12.760 Half a day is even pushing it for most of them.
01:24:15.240 It should be maybe an hour, hour and a half at tops.
01:24:19.240 And in most cases, the justice of the peace should issue a decision right there to issue a summons or a warrant.
01:24:25.280 And in most cases, it'll be a summons.
01:24:27.100 And to summarize, that's generally what is involved.
01:24:33.460 There's no cost for doing it.
01:24:35.420 You can go down and file the criminal charge.
01:24:37.800 They don't charge you any fees at the registry.
01:24:40.500 The only cost, I shouldn't say, they don't charge you any fees.
01:24:43.640 The only cost may be photocopying your documents and so on.
01:24:46.880 And that would be about it.
01:24:48.960 And that's the end of that procedure.
01:24:50.440 Once the judge issues a summons, then you can go public with it, because up until this time, nobody is supposed to know about it.
01:24:58.480 And then the Crown, 99.9% of the time, either take it over themselves or they will hire a special prosecutor to do it.
01:25:06.240 So you won't actually have to take it through the trial process.
01:25:09.180 You will have to be a witness at trial, of course, but you won't have to do the prosecution.
01:25:14.760 That'll be done by the Crown.
01:25:16.080 And that's it.
01:25:19.580 I wanted to mention one other thing.
01:25:24.320 Our friend that was speaking a few minutes ago, Kelly, she mentioned that her boss had said on several occasions,
01:25:32.540 I want you to think about it.
01:25:35.920 That is an implied threat.
01:25:38.580 It's saying, you know, punitive actions are going to happen.
01:25:44.840 Think hard about it.
01:25:45.700 We want you to make sure you know what you're doing.
01:25:47.380 Think about it.
01:25:49.020 And they're trying to get you and coerce you into a different decision than what you've made.
01:25:54.000 But implied underneath that is a threat.
01:25:56.360 Think about it because you don't know what's going to happen.
01:25:58.600 We're going to come after you and we're going to fire you if you don't do it.
01:26:01.380 But those words, which most people wouldn't consider to mean much, I'm telling you right now,
01:26:07.600 can be very, very important in a criminal prosecution to show that they are and were implying that you would be fired
01:26:14.360 by trying to get you to change your mind.
01:26:17.000 And that's when, as I said, what I meant earlier, words that a lot of people wouldn't put too much weight on,
01:26:22.160 like these ones, I want you to think about it, legally could have a very, very grave implication for the people you're charging.
01:26:31.380 You are a wealth of information, David.
01:26:34.560 And I just love it.
01:26:36.420 I learn something every time, you know, you speak.
01:26:39.840 And I'm just so grateful that you've been on tonight.
01:26:42.400 And it gives an idea to individuals as well to all the reasons why Castanet and CBC want to try to discredit you, right?
01:26:51.180 Because you are going to be a force helping us in moving forward.
01:26:55.300 And I'm so excited about going into the new year and the new campaign that Action for Canada is commencing
01:27:01.580 and aligned with you by our side to help us out and give us the direction that we need.
01:27:07.900 So there will be other workshops that we'll be putting on.
01:27:11.480 And we are really wanting at this point for people to get connected with our chapter leaders
01:27:16.860 and then make sure that your information is in order and that process of getting you ready to lay these criminal charges.
01:27:25.660 Now, I know that I was talking to somebody today and they were concerned that if the courts were to get overwhelmed with these charges,
01:27:35.160 that they may turn around and try to pass something saying it's frivolous.
01:27:39.080 What do you have to say about that, David?
01:27:40.620 It all comes down to how much and what evidence you have to support your charges.
01:27:48.500 And if you have the evidence, they cannot claim it's frivolous.
01:27:52.360 Under the criminal code, it says where a case for so doing has been made out, they have to issue a summons or warrant.
01:27:59.240 So if the evidence you have makes out the case, that ends the matter.
01:28:04.620 And that's usually used more along the lines for somebody who's filing, lays a criminal charge and then tries to do it again if they lose, using the same evidence.
01:28:15.260 And that's usually tried for something like that.
01:28:18.600 Or somebody who's trying to file a charge and there's, say, four essential elements and they have no evidence on one of them and they can't win anyway and they don't get the message.
01:28:29.400 So my position is, if we get lots of charges filed, the position to take is that supports our position that these people have been, a lot of them have committed criminal activities that need to be sanctioned by the courts.
01:28:44.640 Not that we're frivolous or anything we're doing is frivolous.
01:28:47.780 They are criminals and they need to be held accountable.
01:28:50.920 And we have the evidence to back it up.
01:28:52.860 That's right.
01:28:53.260 And we do have good judges in Canada.
01:28:55.760 I want to let people know there's been a few constitutional rulings within the last year.
01:29:00.880 I've posted them some on the website and they did uphold the Constitution in those.
01:29:05.800 Those were issues that we were dealing with three years ago, two years ago and even a year ago.
01:29:11.820 And, you know, it takes time to go through the courts and those were upheld and they did rule in favour of the Constitution on behalf of those citizens.
01:29:19.560 One of them was a huge case against Justin Trudeau for his job attestation, which was forcing people to agree with abortion in order to get, what do you call it, summer grants.
01:29:32.620 So if you had a church who normally hired extra staff for camps and things.
01:29:36.400 Yeah, yeah, I see.
01:29:38.660 That's OK.
01:29:39.580 For camps and things like this, then you had to agree with abortion.
01:29:44.040 So one university took them to task and not only did they win, but Trudeau had to pay them the hundred thousand dollars court costs that they had.
01:29:53.540 So I want to just encourage people, don't be concerned about none of the judges are on our side.
01:29:59.480 We're going to take this all the way to the top.
01:30:01.760 If a local judge, you know, has been infiltrated, then we're going to bypass him and go further.
01:30:09.000 So we're in this to win it.
01:30:10.560 We're in it to win it.
01:30:11.720 Just remember that.
01:30:13.220 Now, I know, I think that what we'll do is we're going to announce who our winner is.
01:30:20.780 I'm just going to get back into into the other page.
01:30:24.220 I'm excited about this.
01:30:27.060 And it is going to be Carolyn, Carolyn H at 448.
01:30:32.220 There we go.
01:30:36.140 All right.
01:30:37.060 So Carolyn said, I am a legal advocate helping folks fight the corruption for 40 years and have a large network.
01:30:44.340 We'll love to be able to have David's ebook to continue the good fight.
01:30:48.040 And so that is amazing, Carolyn.
01:30:51.500 I want to make sure that everybody.
01:30:55.660 OK, so I want to make sure that everybody else as well, make sure that you've given your email to Sheila.
01:31:02.900 And at this point, I also want to encourage you, Carolyn, that when you get the book, I want to encourage everybody.
01:31:09.920 Please don't try to to be somebody that goes off in a direction on your own.
01:31:15.200 We don't want you to end up setting a bad precedent.
01:31:17.540 And we don't want you to have a bad result because you're in a rush to file.
01:31:22.680 We want to make sure that we're going to do this right.
01:31:25.520 And we're going to do it right the first time so that it is well accepted by the crown, that you have your evidence in order.
01:31:32.260 Remember, this isn't just about you.
01:31:34.200 This is about all of Canada.
01:31:35.820 What we're going what we're doing with Action for Canada is going to go down in history.
01:31:40.740 And you're a part of that.
01:31:42.420 And like I said, we're in it to win it.
01:31:44.680 We just want success.
01:31:46.260 So, David Lindsay, thank you very much for coming on the show tonight.
01:31:49.600 Thanks for sharing your knowledge and all.
01:31:52.320 It's been a wealth of information.
01:31:54.280 Thank you to everybody that joined us tonight.
01:31:56.800 So I just want to say God bless you.
01:31:59.600 Remember to say your prayers.
01:32:00.760 God says to appeal to him and he will answer the prayer of the righteous.
01:32:04.620 We as a nation got to first turn to him and have our hearts and eyes turned on him because really, that is the only thing that's going to save us all in Canada right now.
01:32:14.080 All right.
01:32:14.560 So thank you so much.
01:32:15.920 And make sure that you show up next week and bring a friend.
01:32:18.680 All right.
01:32:29.540 That's what I've got to say.
01:32:31.160 Look at this crowd.
01:32:32.340 Look at this crowd.
01:32:34.620 I'm going to thank God and God alone for the ground that I'm standing on.
01:32:42.800 I'm going to thank our founding fathers for giving their lives and sacrificing so much for our freedom.
01:32:55.260 And I'm calling on you today.
01:33:00.260 Don't put them to shame.
01:33:03.820 Don't waste what they did.
01:33:06.080 We have guaranteed rights in this country.
01:33:09.440 We are putting chapters across the nation.
01:33:19.060 We are going to be in every town and every city.
01:33:23.000 And we are going to build communities within these communities of like-minded people who are actually going to care for one another again and love on each other and give each other the help when they're down.
01:33:34.520 We are going to use the teams and the people that build within chapters to support our businesses.
01:33:42.020 The government's actions are completely 100% unlawful judgment will again be found on justice and those with virtuous hearts will pursue it.
01:33:57.020 You have a virtuous heart if you are here today pursuing freedom and righteousness.
01:34:05.200 And then verse 23 comes along with a promise.
01:34:10.120 God says he will turn the sins of evil people back on them.
01:34:15.140 He will destroy them for their sins.
01:34:20.900 I take great comfort in that because I serve a mighty living God who has allowed us to go through this season of discomfort because we as a nation have turned our backs on him.
01:34:37.140 And we need to get right.
01:34:39.580 So I am just going to thank you so much.
01:34:42.980 I am going to say God bless you and God bless Canada.
01:35:12.980 God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you.
01:35:42.980 God bless you and God bless you and God bless you.
01:36:12.980 God bless you and God bless you and God bless you.
01:36:15.780 God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you.
01:36:31.340 God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and love you and love you and God bless you and250.
