On behalf of everyone here at Action for Canada, I want to invite you to come along

In January of 2021, there were only a handful of very concerned people who were attending
00:00:15.660
the weekly Action for Canada Zoom meetings directed by Tanya Gaw, the courageous leader
00:00:23.720
The government's extreme and unlawful measures in response to COVID-19 was targeting small
00:00:32.860
As a result, the Boots on the Ground business campaign was started.
00:00:37.080
The goal of this campaign was to train and equip volunteers to visit the small businesses
00:00:44.400
A letter was drafted to give to business owners, a poster was created, postcards were handed
00:00:49.780
out and business cards were made available so people could easily be directed to the website.
00:00:55.600
As the weeks passed, people in all segments of society began to comply with mandates that
00:01:03.600
Our beautiful children were forced to social distance, use toxic hand sanitizer and wear
00:01:09.280
masks, hindering the health of their growing bodies and creating fear.
00:01:15.140
The elderly suffered extreme isolation, psychological abuse and neglect, and those who were at the
00:01:21.680
end of their lives were denied the comfort and love of their families.
00:01:27.360
In response, Action for Canada created a number of personal notices of liability which could
00:01:33.440
be served by individuals affected by these draconian measures to those who were implementing them.
00:01:39.960
These NOLs were immensely successful in raising awareness of the unlawfulness of the mandates,
00:01:46.600
and through serving them, relief was provided to children and adults alike all across Canada.
00:01:54.880
During this past year, Action for Canada has hosted several informative webinars and featured
00:02:00.680
many special guests for the weekly Boots on the Ground meetings.
00:02:07.480
Tanya became a sought-after speaker at rallies where she and A4C volunteers distributed the Boots
00:02:13.720
on the Ground material, and she took every opportunity to teach and empower Canadians as she agreed
00:02:24.040
In the midst of all this, we were also developing chapters across Canada to help connect citizens
00:02:34.280
This year, Action for Canada has had an overwhelming number of citizens volunteer to help our cause,
00:02:40.760
and our chapters grew from just a handful in September to over 113 by December.
00:02:48.760
The chapter leaders are building powerful teams in their communities, and are already having
00:02:54.000
a huge impact on reversing tyrannical measures, such as in New Brunswick, where the decision to
00:03:00.840
require a vaccine to buy groceries has now been walked back.
00:03:06.760
Thanks to the generous donations of people all across Canada, 100% of the funds for the legal action
00:03:12.520
were raised, and in August 2021, the legal action was filed.
00:03:18.040
Action for Canada created further NOLs as the year progressed, in response to the vaccine mandates.
00:03:25.640
When the BC government sidestepped responsibility by insisting that school boards make the decision on
00:03:31.880
whether teachers should face mandatory vaccination, we carried out a campaign where every single
00:03:38.440
school board trustee was served. The pressure of this campaign garnered great success.
00:03:45.320
This campaign was then rolled out to the rest of Canada, and we're seeing similar successes
00:03:51.720
in the other provinces. Various support groups were organized as people all across our nation
00:03:58.600
asked for help. As we began to hear more and more stories of people being injured or dying
00:04:04.440
from the so-called vaccines, we partnered with Liberty.com to create the Vax Victims page.
00:04:11.720
And then, because we were receiving reports of people in emergency situations or hospital settings
00:04:17.560
getting the jab without their consent, the advance medical directive was made available,
00:04:23.320
outlining non-consent to any COVID-19 protocols. As the government continued to move the goalposts,
00:04:30.600
and more and more people were losing their jobs because of non-consent to government overreach,
00:04:35.480
attendance at the weekly Boots on the Ground meetings exploded, so much so that it was necessary
00:04:41.240
to transition to a webinar format to accommodate the increased turnout. At around the same time,
00:04:48.040
we changed the name from Boots on the Ground to Empower Hour to expand our focus to include and empower
00:04:55.160
all Canadians to stand up for their rights. In response to the notices of liability being served,
00:05:02.120
the next step of action was required, and Action for Canada teamed up with David Lindsay from CLEAR,
00:05:08.200
the Common Law Education and Rights Initiative. On November 28th, David guided participants through
00:05:15.480
the Criminal Charging Empowerment Workshop, where he went through a step-by-step process showing how
00:05:21.240
anyone can lay criminal charges without needing to hire a lawyer. Action for Canada is committed to
00:05:27.960
continuing to fight, and we ask you to stand strong with us. Check our website often for resources that
00:05:35.080
will empower you, and be sure to sign up to receive our informative emails and calls to action. Invite your
00:05:41.720
family and friends to the Empower Hour webinar each week. Join a local chapter, and be sure to join our support groups.
