00:02:43.100 bring on some of these incredible people this is only a few of them we have 110 chapters and growing

00:02:48.940 and these people are doing such amazing things volunteering being leaders standing up within their

00:02:54.380 community and uh this is just an opportunity to to hear from them directly and so i'm i'm looking

00:03:01.020 forward to their testimonies i'll just go through a brief presentation with you it's a kind of a bit of a

00:03:06.620 journey of what's happened in 2021 so in january of 2021 there were only a handful of very concerned

00:03:14.780 people who were attending the weekly action for canada zoom meetings directed by tanya goth our

00:03:20.620 courageous leader and the meetings were hosted by darlene ondi the hostess with the mostest the

00:03:27.580 previous year when all the government restrictions and lockdowns were being implemented it had become

00:03:33.100 increasingly clear to tanya and the a4c team that the government's extreme and unlawful measures in

00:03:39.500 response to covet 19 was targeting small businesses in favor of large corporations as a result the boots

00:03:46.940 on the ground business campaign was started the goal of this campaign was to train and equip volunteers

00:03:53.100 to visit the small businesses in their communities in order to let them know about the valuable resources

00:03:58.940 available to support them as they navigated their way through the very challenging times

00:04:05.100 with the materials provided by action for canada volunteers were able to inform business owners of

00:04:11.260 their legal duties obligations and responsibilities and to direct them to the action for canada website

00:04:18.060 where they could sign up to receive weekly emails and calls to action as part of the boots on the ground

00:04:24.140 business campaign we drafted a letter to give to business owners a poster was created postcards were

00:04:30.860 handed out and business cards were made available so people could easily be directed to the website

00:04:37.820 in conjunction with this action for canada had retained the services of rocco galati a top constitutional

00:04:44.540 lawyer and was raising funds to proceed with the legal action against the federal and bc governments

00:04:50.700 and business owners were asked if they'd like to make a financial contribution

00:04:56.700 as the weeks passed people in all segments of society began to unfortunately comply with mandates

00:05:03.900 that violated their rights and freedoms and as they accepted these unlawful mandates such as covid

00:05:10.380 testing and the wearing of masks the levels of anxiety depression alcohol and drug abuse domestic

00:05:17.740 violence and suicide skyrocketed our beautiful children were forced to social distance use toxic hand

00:05:25.660 sanitizer and wear masks hindering the health of their growing bodies and creating fear the elderly

00:05:33.020 suffered extreme isolation psychological abuse and neglect and those who were at the end of their lives

00:05:39.500 were denied the comfort and love of their families millions of canadians were losing their jobs

00:05:46.220 and their businesses with the trickle down effect of losing their homes and being unable to provide for their families

00:05:55.020 in response to this various notices of liability were drafted during this past year action for canada has

00:08:01.340 role as action for canada hostess and with her encouragement and help i took over as host of the wednesday meeting

00:08:16.140 this was a to thank her for fighting for canadians rights and freedoms and also in recognition of her

00:08:22.380 powerful speech and call to action the previous september at a rally in vancouver when there was an

00:08:28.460 unexpected outpouring of donations and a cardboard box was passed around to collect money for the legal action

00:08:35.500 as the months rolled on and the government's unlawful mandates ramped up we saw the introduction of

00:08:42.460 unlawful mandatory vaccines and vax passports it was then that many canadians suddenly became aware

00:08:49.740 that the so-called pandemic had nothing to do with the virus but everything to do with the taking away

00:08:55.820 of our rights and freedoms as a result action for canada worked to revise and update our materials

00:09:03.340 and continue to add more resources to the website various support groups were organized as people

00:16:23.900 focus more on the call to action boots on the ground business campaign trying to go door knocking

00:16:29.500 at businesses and letting them know what their rights and their duties were hoping and making

00:16:34.220 an effort that they would wake up and and um you know uh start recognizing what the government was

00:16:40.060 asking them to do and that that was unlawful the government uh can't be successful without the media

00:16:46.140 but without small businesses uh because they are sort of an arm for the tyranny at this point and the

00:16:51.980 government was counting on that uh by basically intimidating them and forcing them into compliance with

00:16:59.100 threat of losing their business license and so we want to go into the new year with a bang in the

00:17:04.700 action this when i when i was writing this up on the weekend i said make sure going into the new year

00:17:10.620 you're going to invite a lot of friends and uh join with your family uh any restrictions that have been

00:17:17.100 put on you are unlawful and we got to choose not to comply we've got to choose not to wear the mask and

00:17:23.420 we've got to go into the new year very committed not to comply with any of the tyranny uh so if

00:17:41.340 and i hope you you know can celebrate with us the great win in new brunswick in response to their vax for

00:17:47.820 food i mean talk about the epitome of tyranny saying that you have to take a deadly and harmful

00:17:52.860 vaccination in order to go and buy groceries and so pastor ken and bonnie were absolutely essential

00:18:01.420 in getting that overturned along with other organizations you know that were joining in the

00:18:06.220 fight priscilla happens to be uh the parent lead for action for canada and she is uh really been

00:18:15.420 such an asset in the campaign if we want to scroll down a little more more trends yeah in the campaign

00:18:21.900 against the bc school boards i know that a couple of people had put in the chat what wins and i'm

00:18:26.620 thinking you haven't been reading the action for canada letters because this is exciting um in bc the

00:18:33.420 legal action that we commenced against uh rocco galati in in august sorry against the bc and federal

00:18:39.660 government rocco galati is our lawyer and we filed the statement of claim in august and we're

00:18:44.780 already experiencing some wins just by filing and one of them was that the bc minister of education

00:18:53.500 she decided not to further herself and get herself in any deeper and didn't want any more uh opportunity

00:19:00.220 to have uh more charges against her i guess at this point so she tried to pass the liability back onto the

00:19:07.180 school board trustees and told them to mandate vaccinations for teachers this experimental gene

00:19:13.260 therapy and so we got real busy and we had a campaign reaching out to every single school board

00:19:19.420 trustee with not only the notice of liability but a special letter of response that uh i had created

00:19:25.660 and uh there's 60 school boards in bc and 22 between october 24th and november 26th

00:19:32.300 um had a vote and they all voted no to mandating vaccination for teachers and that was because

00:19:38.860 they were concerned about liability then all of a sudden things went dead quiet and oh i'm sorry about

00:19:45.420 that those are my puppies in the bag they want something to say as well i think they're saying happy new

00:19:50.620 year all right and and so uh we've got 60 school boards so 38 more uh the government was probably watching

00:19:57.660 our campaign page and every time we had a win we went voted no next to the school just district uh

00:20:03.900 that had had the sense to do that well it went very silent and then on december 10th we found out

00:20:10.380 that the uh school district superintendent in the okanagan tried to pull a fast one by uh mandating

00:20:17.820 that all of the school staff fill out a vaccination data collection notice and what they're trying to

00:20:23.820 do is go at it from another direction because they knew they're losing and so by mandating that the

00:20:30.860 staff do this is equally it is if not more unlawful than what they were doing before you cannot at any

00:20:37.260 time ask for the private information or mandate or demand the private information of anybody their

00:20:43.420 medical information and so we swiftly sent them uh another letter letting them know that what they were

00:20:49.500 doing was unlawful and reminding them that no matter what direction they come at this they will be held

00:20:55.340 personally liable for any and all effects that this has on school staff and that they're opening

00:21:01.740 themselves up to further liability all right let's keep going down i really encourage you we're going to

00:21:07.100 post this uh action in the chat and so we have examples of matt who is a leader in cam loops chapter leader

00:21:16.220 serving the mayor and city council showing you how it's done we have paul who's going to be on

00:21:20.700 with us tonight who went out and served the school superintendents and trustees in hamilton

00:21:26.380 and i know there's other organizations that were also writing letters to hamilton but i really

00:21:30.860 believe based on what's happening in bc with the school board superintendents that this is key

00:21:36.860 a key campaign across the nation is serving the notice of liabilities to trustees letting them know

00:21:42.220 we're going to hold them personally liable if they support anything covet especially these dangerous

00:21:46.860 vaccines and we had a win in hamilton all right let's keep going scrolling up

00:21:59.500 regina just the fact that the premier scott moe has mentioned action for canada and the notices of

00:22:05.900 liability in the legislature is huge um andy and maple ridge as well served the mayor and city council

00:22:13.100 showing us how it's done he's also extremely incredible and active in getting uh the community

00:22:19.580 motivated and getting them involved and excited about being involved and this is what we want

00:22:24.620 we want this infectious across canada so we really want you to join a chapter

00:22:57.900 effectively help canadian citizens if you think about it in bc we have 45 000 teachers in bc

00:23:07.260 approximately less than 5 000 have actually reportedly been vaccinated so that's nearly 40 000 teachers who

00:23:15.740 still have a job to go to because of the campaign that action for canada has commenced here against the

00:23:21.900 school board trustees and against the government and by filing this humongous legal action

00:23:28.620 uh it's already having like i said an incredible effect and we hope to be able to give some really

00:23:33.580 good updates um on the legal action in the new year this takes time uh there needs to be filing of the

00:23:41.260 statement of defense for the defendants whom we have served and like i say i hope to have uh some more

00:24:46.140 meeting last night with a gym owner in bc and he's got 60 other gym owners in bc who are fed up uh

00:24:53.660 the government has closed them down and they finally have said enough is enough so we want everybody going

00:25:00.060 to under join if you hover on join uh you can see that there's the workers unite group get onto this

00:25:07.020 plate page please join and what we're going to be doing is because i was getting all zoomed out i was

00:25:13.500 having zoom meetings on mondays and tuesdays and wednesdays and thursdays and fridays and there's other

00:25:18.700 things that i need to be doing with my time but my heart has been in educating people how to use the notices of

00:25:25.020 liability and as we move forward of course you know i hope you know we're now uh taking it a step

00:25:31.260 further and actually uh commencing legal action and criminal criminal charges against those individuals

00:25:38.460 who are violating the protected rights of canadians who are uh using extortion and uh intimidation

00:25:46.780 and uh committing assault against their fellow canadians these are criminal acts they're indictable

00:25:52.060 offenses and and we are going to continue on taking action because we believe that without the

00:25:58.060 government having the assistance of these managers and supervisors and union leaders they they wouldn't

00:26:04.940 go anywhere with this uh campaign because they cannot effectively if you think about it uh you know we've got

00:26:13.180 um how many mps 338 mps in canada we got nearly 38 million canadians we've got mlas in in each province and millions of

00:26:23.180 citizens in each province we far outnumber them all right we are the voice of the silent majority and we need to wake up and we

00:26:31.180 need to speak up and we need to do it swiftly so we are going to hit the ground running come the new year and we are going to be more

00:26:40.180 effectively uh commencing the actions with the notices of liability and we want your help and laying the

00:26:48.020 criminal charges so i'm hoping that you have been following along on the empower hours with david because

00:26:53.860 we're going to be ramping that came campaign up so our um zoom calls for the business team for the parent

00:34:23.220 continue to live in freedom and i never ever fathomed that it would be one day we would be facing

00:34:29.300 communism in our nation and and so when covet hit and i saw the government catapulting communism in

00:34:37.460 through this uh it became all the more essential that our leadership should include individuals who

00:34:45.220 truly embraced what our founding fathers had gifted us with and that means that this country was founded

00:34:52.260 on judeo-christian principles which were inherited through our british commonwealth and i always say

00:34:57.300 this embedded in our magna carta it forms our laws and our values and is a system of governance

00:39:52.020 did it towards the schools and we actually got a pop-up clinic cancelled at a school uh we gave

00:39:58.820 other people you know uh they said it was uh your people flooded us with calls which says that a lot

00:40:05.700 of people are listening to us listening to action for canada and getting involved and then when they

00:40:12.180 announced the v pass uh you had to have a v pass to get into the boys market here in fredericton

00:40:18.820 it's uh the property is owned by the provincial government and the market is actually run by the

00:40:26.020 city of fredericton so we started a campaign of calling and sending nols and we set up a rally

00:40:34.580 that we actually got attention from people even in alberta who were interested in calling anybody and

00:40:42.100 everybody they knew to come people were going to come from quebec pei nova scotia uh one person even

00:40:50.580 talked about coming from newfoundland we don't know all the the reach that we had but uh just because

00:40:58.340 of the thoughts of thousands of people showing up and surrounding this uh boys market lining up at the

00:41:05.620 door with our nols in hand asking respectfully to get in if we were refused serving an nol and and you

00:41:13.300 know stepping aside so we're not uh we're not uh you know causing mischief which they the police said

00:41:21.300 they would have charged us with what they said they were fine with our campaign as we had set it out

00:41:27.620 just the the thread of that for three weeks the government had implemented this where the grocery

00:41:34.740 stores could require a vpass and the night before our big rally was to take place because of action

00:41:43.540 by action for canada by the nols by the sheer mass of people that were getting involved they not only

00:41:49.700 canceled the requirement for the vpass at the market they canceled that option for grocery stores across

00:41:57.540 our province so you know people say do these nols work yes they do work but it works

00:42:04.580 i say to people and we're i was talking to a lady in woodstock several ladies actually in woodstock which

00:42:09.700 is uh about an hour from here uh which is one of the reasons we're at 113 for our chapters now because

00:42:16.900 we've got a new one there at woodstock and i they said you know do the we've been handing out nols and

00:42:23.380 this and that and i said you know what if you hand out one you might have some effect but if you can

00:42:29.620 gather a group of people and hand out a hundred in the same place to the same person that's when you

00:42:35.860 start to get a real uh a response to it and the other thing is that i've said to people i encourage

00:42:43.940 them to join action for canada because if i'm just joe blow out there handing an nol i could be a nobody

00:42:51.700 but when i'm ken gilliard uh chapter leader for action for canada i said action for canada to a

00:43:00.260 police officer in a in a situation a few months ago and he said rocco he knew who our lawyer was

00:43:08.980 so when you get uh you know when they realize you're with a national organization when they

00:43:15.220 realize you're with an organization that has already launched a lawsuit against the federal

00:43:20.740 government they realize that you're not just blowing smoke that you're going to take action and

00:43:26.580 you're going to do something and a lot of people will back down because they just they don't want

00:43:32.580 that national attention but what we've got to do is build these chapters and bring national attention

00:43:39.140 to all of these crimes that are taking place in in uh in our country and two things i'd like to say

00:46:53.220 people are just going along you know they're not very affected they just put on their mask go to walmart

00:50:38.740 and we served the catholic board and then we served the public school board and um we uh we got some

00:50:46.740 interesting responses from the catholic board a little rough on the rough side the uh the public school

00:50:52.340 board on the other hand was very very agreeable and uh very nice and welcomed me in with no mask and

00:50:59.780 the whole thing and it was a it was a very enjoyable serving so so following that uh i went ahead and then

00:51:10.020 served uh i followed up with a personal email of servings of the nols to again each of the trustees

00:51:17.060 and supers of both boards so i made sure that they also were reminded that this was served and i was

00:51:23.460 asking them for their reply and i did get replies and i'm getting them scattered here and there

00:51:36.660 so that was good confirmation and uh and then the monday following um maybe december the the 13th there

00:51:44.660 was a school board meeting where they had to vote on whether or not to in the public school board and

00:51:50.420 whether or not to mandate a vaccination program for school staff and as as the result of that came uh

00:51:58.740 it's questionable some some papers said it's seven to three against some says six to three against no

00:52:04.980 matter they it did not pass and uh and that was amazing i thought wow you know we we got one uh we're still

00:52:12.980 waiting on the catholic board and um and so yeah that was that was so good and i got to share that with

00:53:50.420 never do anyway so but now they're they're happily talking about you know this epstein case and it's

00:53:57.540 taking away so i i remind people we have to keep the focus let them go ahead and you know and

01:02:03.860 there's the summer and then there was the election and it's just been hit the ground running so yeah i

01:02:09.460 i kind of identify we're still building as as we're moving along here but lots of really great um

01:02:16.660 uh sustainable growth in multiple directions so uh the first little while we spent time just building

01:02:23.380 this network and and it was just me in this office here and uh and then i started going to rallies and

01:02:30.580 just uh getting to know who was who in the freedom movement and who um shared my values and shared

01:02:36.660 action for canada's values and uh there's quite a community in calgary um calgary freedom central is

01:02:42.580 kind of the big hub that uh puts on rallies so i and i i tend to go and i i was going in the fall

01:02:51.700 almost every saturday to a rally and i was able to speak at a few of them and then uh you know just

01:02:57.700 kind of be there and we have a kind of a freedom market we call it where everybody that's in the

01:03:02.020 freedom movement kind of brings what they what they have to offer and action for canada for sure has

01:03:07.620 uh um developed quite a presence and quite a name uh across the country and certainly in calgary as

01:03:13.940 well so we're we're quite recognized and um and that's because of what was just mentioned that

01:03:18.820 there's actual steps there's action items that people can just take and and the first little bit

01:03:26.340 getting involved in activism uh is overwhelming it's that first inertia to get up and to start moving

01:03:32.740 and then as that momentum grows um more people come in and they can add to that the that movement

01:03:39.780 and that's what's going on here and so for me i'm really passionate about getting some a really good

01:03:44.420 core team that's um you know quite faithful and quite loyal to to the cause and um so i've got a core

01:03:51.540 team i have um uh kind of divided the the fronts so to speak the the battle fronts into the you know

01:04:01.300 parent councils and school boards and you know uh advocating for children because that is one of

01:04:07.380 the pillars for action for canada is just what do we do with the parents and the children protecting

01:04:11.380 faith family freedom and then there's the business community as well that needs our support because

01:04:16.100 they're in a really tight situation really nuanced situation where they're squeezed from both sides they

01:04:21.860 don't want to necessarily um you know discriminate against their clientele because they're going to be

01:04:27.860 paying customers for the rest of their life and they want to have that good relationship but then

01:04:32.100 they don't want the um regulations and from the government and all of that squeezing at them so

01:04:37.780 they're in this really tough position so i i have a real heart for them as well that business community

01:04:42.900 so we have really just actually in the last um i would say probably three weeks really started

01:04:47.940 to gain some momentum working towards um supporting our business community and actually creating

01:04:53.540 somewhat of a um a chamber of commerce an alternate chamber of commerce because the one in calgary has

01:04:59.140 done absolutely nothing for people um in in the business community if you're the big box store

01:05:05.300 well you know what loosey-goosey with your mandates there uh but if you're a small uh business family

01:05:11.220 owned business then the government's going to come after you and uh and really force you um really out

01:05:17.060 of business and i think that's a big agenda as well so i feel for them for sure and so we're

01:05:22.660 developing that kind of um alternate uh community for our business community to to flourish and that's

01:05:29.620 just coming online as well um so basically i i've spent the first little while just sharing the

01:05:36.820 resources getting the name out there getting people um knowledgeable about a place to go to find

01:05:43.140 information but then turning it back on people to say you have to do that due diligence you have to

01:05:48.820 um study and learn and get caught up to speed and so in order to help people do that i had uh several

01:05:55.380 zoom calls so on top of the zoom calls that action for canada was running and then also my own local

01:06:00.980 zoom calls it just is quite overwhelming for sure and i i do have now some people helping me with that

01:06:06.580 and and that will um probably carry on into the new year but maybe not with me facilitating it as directly as

01:06:13.060 before um our biggest uh win i guess our uh motivation and and uh momentum that developed

01:06:20.820 was through our parent campaign to serve our local school boards we have served in the calgary and local

01:06:27.060 area um thousands thousands actually in rocky view school division 800 just in rocky view and what ended

01:06:34.580 up happening was that you know people just we we call it we did a call to action we said you know what if

01:06:41.140 you fill out these notices liability and you give them to us we'll deliver them on your behalf and so

01:06:46.340 we got over that first little hurdle and then when we did that other leaders in the other communities

01:06:52.660 um started to call you reach out to me and they said you know what i i have a group of you know five moms

01:06:59.220 or ten moms or there's a group of 50 parents and we really want to have some direction on that so i spent

01:07:04.820 quite some time um even just equipping those leaders from other groups to start to rally together so

01:07:10.740 there's groups like the mama bears group families for choice in the calgary area and so with um

01:07:17.380 christine dial who's heading up the parent group for us in our chapter she's really liaisoning with them

01:07:24.580 and uh and and um connecting with their initiative and their network of people as well but the most

01:07:31.220 important thing and i know i just ran out of time because my alarm went off there um most important

01:07:36.500 partnership i want to mention is um the uh south side victory church in calgary so if you're in the

01:07:43.380 calgary area and you're in you know you know the area it's over by chinook mall south side victory

01:07:49.300 church has um a group of citizens that wants to there's two ministries that they have there one is

01:07:55.620 called the action hub and it's really the next uh big movement in the new year is to to activate their

01:08:04.340 volunteer network and kind of partner with action for canada and what we're doing to um help supply

01:08:10.660 the needs and answer the questions the notices of liability helping people that have been you know put

01:08:15.780 out and and you know even mortgages being paid in some cases actually people crowdfunding together so

01:08:23.540 these are some things that are uh that are happening i'm so excited about that finally the churches are

01:08:28.260 are stepping up and this is one that's a really great one i was invited to speak um on january 23rd

01:08:34.500 at 6 p.m at south side victory church and i'll be addressing the citizens action group that they have

01:08:40.820 actually in the church they have a group of citizens that take action and they want to have some

01:08:46.660 instruction on how to do that what's a campaign and so i'm going to just be pulling together uh and putting

01:08:52.580 out to the whole uh membership i have over 600 people in my email list that i reach out to in

01:08:58.100 the calgary area just calgary and then there's the surrounding area of cochran and erdry and so forth

01:09:02.980 but um i'll just be putting it out to uh to bring them in and so be able to have kind of a face-to-face

01:12:08.580 liabilities don't mean anything he's apparently going to write a legislation that says that the

01:12:14.260 employers cannot be sued um in regards to hold upholding these illegal mandates and i just i had

01:12:22.100 to giggle because you know people were calling and saying tony what do we do and i said you celebrate

01:12:26.500 you celebrate and just realize that the premier of saskatchewan just openly admitted that our nols

01:12:33.220 are getting out there and they are causing employers to worry and they are causing people to realize that

01:12:38.820 they have so much more clout and they have so much more grounds and so that was a huge win in saskatchewan

01:12:46.100 and now our focus is on getting people to realize that we are not going after the employers that we are not

01:12:51.460 going after these big corporations we're going after the individuals and that is really causing

01:13:39.220 refusing her access and refusing her treatment um be without testing so you know god's involved because

01:13:46.100 for whatever reason i was already in regina which i'm typically not i'm usually out at the beach

01:13:51.140 i said great i'll be there in 15 minutes and i was able to meet her daughter who was so sick

01:13:56.580 with tonsillitis and her sweet little guy um there who was just he'd been up all night with a croupy

01:14:01.860 cough and we walked into a clinic where i actually know the doctor that owns the clinic or is partial um

01:14:09.220 the partial owner partner of it um and we basically walked up there and said we are not testing this is

01:14:16.500 illegal and uh the receptionist was extremely indignant and very rude um and you know well

01:14:23.700 this is what our policy is and i have patients and i said that's nice i'll call the doctor myself

01:14:28.020 what you're doing is illegal we can serve notices of liability here but you need to tell them that

01:14:33.300 tony wells is here needless to say she did get uh she got an on phone consult which was just fine by

01:14:40.500 us i mean that was whichever they were able to get their prescriptions they were able to get medical

01:14:45.060 treatment um as well as the reminder into you cannot deny medical treatment to a canadian um they were

01:14:52.500 sick they had been up all night and you know it wasn't a fight i didn't go in guns blazing and part

01:14:58.420 of my teaching and part of empowering people is saying that we need to do this in love and when

01:15:03.540 people hear we are not going crazy and we are not yelling and screaming and swearing and hooplaing and

01:15:10.900 we're just matter of fact and these are the black and white facts and these are our laws and this is

01:15:15.140 what we're going to stand on people have become so receptive to that and that has just been a great

01:15:21.140 thing and connecting with saskatchewanians i think that's how we say it has been just a blessing and

01:15:27.380 saskatchewan is getting up and moving and they are tired we know we've got the premier um making an

01:15:32.820 announcement i'm going to quote unquote that for new year's tomorrow so i'm sure that's going to send

01:15:38.420 some fire up uh people and that's just more people that we're going to send to action for canada

01:15:43.380 and i'm going to continue traveling um in january to hopefully get some more chapters going in our

01:15:49.700 northern provinces and get more people going doing a couple workshops on the nols and we'll

01:15:55.940 be working with on the mlas mps um the rest of the school districts around here and we are just going

01:16:02.580 to keep going people know who action for canada is and they're starting to really pay attention and

01:16:08.020 know that it's going to cause some problems for them that's absolutely outstanding and i know tony

01:19:02.900 november ron when i said hey i'll start a chapter here after moving from out or from bc so very

01:19:09.860 unfamiliar with the area but thought what you know you got to start somewhere so uh i'm still trying to

01:19:15.860 build a core team here uh and just you know sharing ideas i'm ideally looking for you know a handful and

01:19:22.980 half a dozen people or so to be on the core team in the chapter where i would like you know one person

01:19:28.580 to be on the action for canada business team and or the parent team so that and or the workers unite

01:19:36.020 team so that i don't have to be on them all and uh but we could have you know some subject matter

01:19:42.100 experts to sit on those teams and bring it back into our chapter as well as somebody on social media

01:20:02.820 meantime i was anxious to do something i was like okay well i have to do something and i heard

01:20:08.340 in the community people were just anxious to do something so i decided that the best uh thing for our

01:20:16.340 local was to uh get into the town council and um never having gone to a city or town council meeting

01:20:24.260 in the past in my life this was a little bit new to me but uh whatever i'll just do something

01:20:30.340 so i was fortunate enough to get myself on the agenda for the town council meeting here in rimby

01:20:37.140 on december the 13th and i thought okay now what um so i did a little research and found out that

01:20:44.340 there they had not enacted any bylaws in this community they had not put in any coveted bylaws

01:20:50.340 per se um they were leaving it up to local businesses to do the government's dirty work

01:20:56.420 and it's being done quite nicely by some businesses i must say but in any case i uh i got on the town

01:21:04.100 council meeting agenda so then i was like okay so i had met a friend and she knows she's lived here all

01:21:10.660 her life so she took me out uh one day and i went around to businesses and i told them who i was

01:21:16.420 that i was representing action for canada and that i was meeting uh going into town council and my plan

01:21:21.940 was to serve them all notice of liabilities to educate them on you know should they decide to

01:21:28.180 implement or try to enforce any covet make any covet bylaws that you know the um what they would be

01:21:34.100 breaching in terms of charter rights and all that my goal was to try and engage the businesses into

01:21:39.620 helping me engage people locally because i don't really know anybody so went to about 10 businesses

01:21:45.700 they seemed to be on board and i said okay i'll come back in a week and i'll pick up any notice of

01:21:50.100 life but left in packages i'll pick up the notices of liability in addition to that i went to the co-op

01:21:57.140 where they sell cattle so my husband and i went one day and we sat up we got permission to set up a table

01:22:02.740 so we engaged with the farmers in the community as well and we had the notices of liability there so

01:22:09.220 we had about 13 signed that day and then it was through word of mouth i went and spoke at some home

01:22:16.580 groups and some prepper groups and uh told them about action for canada and what we were doing so

01:22:22.340 through word of mouth um i ended up with between 70 and 80 people standing alongside me on december the

01:22:29.780 13th when i went into town council and we served 300 a total of 315 notices of liability so there are

01:22:38.500 four councillors and one mayor and so there were 63 times five packages served to them all and um i put

01:22:49.060 together a speech i i went in uh they had been tipped off that we were coming and of course they've been

01:22:56.740 tipped off and who cares i'm glad they were but um they had an rcmp officer there they were expecting

01:23:03.620 some some violence actually they were expecting a little bit of a kerfuffle that is not my style

01:23:09.780 at all and that's certainly not what we want to represent this organization with so when i got there

01:23:15.700 there was a significant amount of people oops i'm out of time uh is it okay if i go for another minute

01:23:20.900 um there's that there was um there was a significant number of people there and some

01:23:27.540 people were riled up and they were riled up and such that they came out and said oh we can't

01:23:31.860 videotape the meeting they won't let us and and the mayor has said he will he will um uh stop the

01:23:38.580 meeting if we try to videotape and i said okay so what so we're not going to videotape i was like that

01:23:45.460 that's okay don't worry about it and i just brought a sense of calmness to the crowd quite honestly

01:23:51.300 because you know people are angry and they're emotional and and i was like no no we're just uh

01:23:57.700 we're going to just bring a sense of calm i'm not going to fight over something about videotaping and

01:24:02.660 have the mayor get all up in arms and cancel the meeting like what's the point and so we were outside

01:24:08.660 um and uh so i said to everybody no this is good we had a time of prayer before we started we sang

01:24:15.620 oh canada and then we went so when i went into the chambers uh council was sitting all around the

01:24:21.380 table and the police officer was there and i was like you know we're all people here so i immediately

01:24:27.700 introduced myself because it's kind of casual so i immediately introduced myself i went around to

01:24:32.580 each one of them they were all masked up i shook their hands and they shook mine actually they were

01:24:38.180 just kind of like taken aback that i was taking this friendly approach and even with the rcmp officer

01:24:44.340 i introduced myself to him and shook his hand and he kind of like you know he's trying to be all tough and

01:24:50.660 doesn't bother me we're all people we put our pants on one leg at a time

01:24:55.060 so um so then so then um you know got that out of the way and um sat down and i said oh we're not

01:25:02.420 allowed to videotape no we're not videotaping i said okay no problem that's uh you know that's not the

01:25:15.540 they had actually went in the town council they usually give the delegates 10 minutes to speak but

01:25:21.460 they they had canceled the second delegate and gave me the whole 20 minutes um and because they said we

01:25:28.900 knew that this was going to take quite a bit of time so i had 20 minutes i spoke i first of all

01:25:36.100 acknowledged the fact that they had a very tough job and i gave them credit i gave them credit and

01:25:41.060 said thank you your staff have been very respectful to me i acknowledged the hard work that they have

01:25:46.100 and i acknowledged that i wouldn't want to be in their shoes in such a time as this i also

01:25:50.100 acknowledged the rcmp officer there and said the same thing to him you have a tough job and i just

01:25:55.540 want to thank you that you know i appreciate what what you're doing because they have done nothing

01:26:00.420 wrong to me and they're not enforcing anything in this in this community so that was my approach

01:26:06.820 and this sort of started off that way got through it all and at the end then i served the notice of

01:26:11.940 liabilities and they i had just five in my purse the rest were in a box outside the door when i went to

01:26:18.100 serve them the mayor interrupted me and he said look we i just want you to know we were will not accept

01:26:23.780 that uh we've been advised by our legal counsel not to accept that we you know and i just was like in

01:26:30.020 my head i'm like oh that's okay do what you want and i just said okay and i but i just laid them all

01:26:35.300 in front of them on their tables and uh i took the box and i said it there as well and he said well

01:26:42.660 we'll just be shredding those and i said these are a legal document you are being served and he's

01:26:47.540 well we'll be shredding them and i didn't stand there and argue i just was like so you do what you

01:26:52.740 want to do you have been served and um and then and then it was over and it was quiet it was peaceful

01:27:00.980 went outside and of course we all dispersed i then was able to get a follow-up meeting with the mayor

01:27:06.900 and of course he was quite indignant that we serve the nols because uh to his point even the night that

01:27:13.460 i at the meeting he said we've done nothing wrong in this community you know and they haven't at this

01:27:18.580 point uh but they now know some of the um repercussions should they decide to do that

01:27:26.180 so that's so important dorothy and i'm glad you brought that point up because you know there's so

01:27:31.540 many you know city halls and mlas and and and that where there's nothing yet enforced as far as mandates

01:27:40.340 but there will be and they've been forewarned and they can understand you know that if it does come to a

01:27:46.260 point they're going to be less likely to enforce that mandate if you serve it before there's any

01:27:53.540 enforced mandates right so you're bringing that awareness and that's what we we're doing across

01:27:59.300 our country that's right so that that's it and then you know i have had a meeting with as i mentioned

01:28:05.220 since then with him and uh and now it's like now what's next i'm not sure but uh i need to build the

01:28:12.500 chapter because i'm all about getting people engaged because i get lots of emails like oh

01:28:16.660 you should do this and you should do that and i go back and say and yes you should do like it's not

01:28:22.660 all about the chapters doing all the work for all of the people out there we need the people and we

01:29:52.340 our main communication portal and we opened that up to all manitobans first first of all it's a

01:29:56.740 private invite only telegram channel and so we have to have friends that share the link um and then

01:30:02.820 every tuesday and thursday at 7 p.m we have a call that we start it's just a live audio chat on telegram

01:35:40.020 and city council alicia had plans to go and speak with her mayor and city council and as we know uh you

01:35:47.940 know depending on on you know the mindset of the individual uh as i mentioned earlier we have

01:35:54.660 elected officials that are can be reasonable who may even be on our side and there are definitely

01:36:01.380 those who are so far left and part of the plan and um as dorothy mentioned in her community

01:36:08.420 the mayor and city council were not uh hardcore implementing any of the measures of the government

01:36:15.060 she could uh make a reasonable interaction with them and then set up and had a meeting with the

01:36:21.220 mayor and uh again had conversation that made sense and that she could help educate and inform

01:36:29.940 and so we see progress in that community on the other side of this alicia had quite a different

01:36:36.580 experience dealing with a more tyrannical mayor who is definitely on side with the globalists had shown

01:37:52.260 in order to discredit us now why would an insurance company go out of their way to discredit

01:37:57.860 action for canada well as i researched them and looked into it it ends up that this insurance

01:38:04.020 company actually provides insurance insurance for municipalities throughout alberta and and i was

01:38:10.260 quite um impressed to see that the only reason they would have felt the need to call to to write a

01:38:18.740 letter that compared us to organizations um free freemen on the land and sovereign society who i'd never

01:38:26.100 really known about previously but these are organizations who do not believe in our

01:38:31.060 constitution that we have a rule of law everything anti-action for canada we are fighting fighting on

01:38:37.540 the front lines to say we have a constitution and a charter of rights and u.s canadians need to embrace

01:38:42.740 that and walk it out in truth and so the other thing that they the rma insurance did was try to make

01:38:49.940 us out like we were a threat to society and to citizens so this letter actually in advance of

01:38:58.020 these two amazing ladies going before their mayor and city council had been sent out the week prior

01:39:04.340 to mayors and city councillors so they were being primed i believe in having a sort of a being

01:39:14.340 preconditioned to think about who action for canada was and those coming before them to present and rma

01:39:22.020 insurance would be responsible for the covering the legal costs of mayors and city councils and so it

01:39:30.100 wasn't hard to figure out why they had tried to do a hit piece on action for canada so i've sent

01:39:36.420 them a cease and desist letter i haven't yet heard from them i know that their lawyers are involved and i

01:39:42.020 will definitely not be letting them slip between between the cracks because they need to retract

01:39:47.460 the poison that they sent out because they're actually promoting hate and it is dividing canadians

01:39:53.060 and it is critical for every single canadian that's why i put it out as a call to action

01:41:30.980 of like the mayor and the council's boss and he's a bully i've heard a lot of bad things about him

01:41:50.340 citizens get five minutes to speak so i was just going in there with three minutes um speech ready to

01:42:06.660 us that we had to put masks on and we were all like no we don't actually and um it was very common

01:42:12.020 in the beginning and um he left and then he came back and said because there's no rep program in this

01:42:20.340 building you all must put a mask on or you have to leave and the rcmp are on their way so not

01:42:26.820 going to lie i was a little bit scared i don't want to deal with the rcmp um they have arrested

01:42:31.620 a few women uh in our in alberta for not leaving an arena for not putting a mask on and so i just

01:42:38.580 didn't want to you know deal with that so um we just i just decided i was going to serve the nols

01:42:52.580 citizens started you know saying things and one guy yelled out um yeah we're coming for your houses

01:43:00.180 and one of the counselors said oh come on you guys and then there was a little kerfuffle and he's like

01:43:05.380 financial stress so we're going to do the same to you and um one guy shoved that guy from behind

01:43:12.020 uh and there was a little kerfuffle and then it you know it ended um but then what happened is one of

01:43:17.220 the counselors so they took that as a threat to their personal houses and not in a financial way

01:43:23.060 and so um you know people's emotions are high and you know like i was just kind of like well i didn't

01:43:30.100 we're not saying that and um that was it so they they think that there's a threat to their that people

01:43:37.220 were going to come to their houses and they made facebook posts about it there there was tons of they're

01:43:42.660 panicking okay you guys they're panicking and they're trying to discredit us they're trying to

01:43:46.740 discredit what we're doing and they were trying to take that incident incident that one spectator guy

01:43:54.340 what he said and paint me and action for canada in this threatening thing and that is not what we were

01:44:02.580 doing but they just took that and ran with it and because they know what they're doing is wrong and

01:44:07.940 they know that their houses that they could be liable personally you know with financially and

01:44:14.020 uh so anyways they started all sorts of rumors and even the dorothy's mayor was getting told stories

01:44:21.140 that weren't true and all this kind of stuff but so i was being painted in this picture that i was the

01:44:29.460 leader of action for canada and we threatened the mayor and that we um served her minor children with

01:44:36.580 notice of liabilities and all this stuff and that somebody said that there was going to be

01:44:41.060 houses burnt down and like i've heard all sorts of stuff um but at the same time uh the video had

01:44:48.820 got out the video i did record it and um i wasn't able to actually say what i wanted to say but a lady

01:44:56.900 after we left a lady did stay behind and she basically reiterated everything and told them everything

01:45:03.060 that i wanted to say anyway so it was awesome but i had so many people messaging me saying i saw the

01:45:10.820 video oh my god thank you thank you for being the leader and standing up for doing this oh my god
