00:01:01.760
offensive language and spam action for canada is a grassroots movement reaching out to millions of
00:01:09.360
canadians and uniting our voices in opposition to the destructive policies tearing at the fabric of our
00:01:15.760

00:01:22.640
faith family and freedom it's my privilege once again this evening to introduce you to tanya ga the
00:01:31.120
founder of action for canada tanya has for the past several several years been persistently working
00:01:38.160
to bring awareness to the destructive government policies that are undermining our nation as each day
00:01:44.000
goes by we continue to experience constant government overreach as they attempt to erode our rights and
00:01:51.040
freedoms in an effort to make a difference tanya and the action for canada team have been working
00:01:57.440
diligently to provide tools so canadian citizens can stand strong and be empowered to defend our
00:02:04.800
guaranteed rights we are very grateful for her commitment passion and determination in this fight
00:02:12.080
please join me in a big virtual welcome tanya over to you
00:02:16.400
thank you heather uh you're you're just such a treat and such an about it's such an honored and
00:02:23.600
valuable part of this team i'm telling you if anybody needs somebody to have uh you know someone
00:02:28.640
introduce them it's it's got to be heather she just fills you up and uh you know i just have to
00:02:35.120
i have to give some of the back to you heather because you and i have been working together for i i want
00:02:40.880
to say almost a year it's actually been over a year now over a year now right and just so that
00:02:47.200
the viewers know that our guests tonight know that we are just regular people and we're putting
00:02:53.120
ourselves out there for you and i remember the first time heather said uh the other gal that was
00:02:57.920
leading our team had to step away and heather's like well i'll do it for you and uh we were all so
00:03:04.320
nervous but we've come out here i think that we come on to the show now and we're excited you are like
00:03:09.840
family to us and uh i've i've seen the word hope a lot uh being addressed in the chat and that action
00:03:17.600
for canada gives people hope and it also empowers you and that's truly how we ended up coming up with
00:03:23.200
the name the empower hour rather than the boots on the ground business campaign which is how we started
00:03:28.240
out a year ago so welcome to everybody we're excited that you're here i do i really do have some
00:03:34.320
good information for you all tonight but i'm just going to get through uh just a few of the
00:03:39.440
administrative things i want to let everybody know that um any zoom meetings that we have during
00:03:45.360
the week to serve all of you like the parent team on tuesday the business team the um workers unite
00:03:52.480
group that meets on thursday they'll continue this week until the end of the week and then we're going
00:03:57.680
to take two weeks off to give everybody a break we feel like as well that we have equipped you with
00:04:04.000
all of the resources that we possibly can and it's up to you now to uh get very very active as we say
00:04:11.920
we are not only here to educate you we're here to equip you and encourage you to get involved and take
00:04:17.120
action and i think that action for canada has been doing a good job of that uh we will be having a
00:04:22.560
christmas special and power hour next week so uh be prepared to wear your ugly sweater and get a mug of
00:04:30.160
hot chocolate or one of your favorite christmas drinks and i hope you'll join us we're looking
00:04:34.720
forward to it there will be some singing there will be a christmas story and uh yeah we're gonna have
00:04:40.480
some fun all right uh tonight i decided rather than bringing on another special guest we were going to
00:04:47.360
revisit the website and navigate again through it because we have so many people joining action for
00:04:53.520
canada and i am so excited about that and i want each of you to think about the day that you ended
00:05:00.320
up i want to say waking up and realizing that something else was going on and when you had that
00:05:07.520
revelation um and as you began to question and look at things around you through new eyes that is where
00:05:14.800
a lot of canadians are right now and that's a lot of where canadians will be in the new year and we
00:05:21.200
have to be there for them with compassion and also with the information to help assist them
00:05:27.760
to get them from a from a place of uh probably feeling like as i've said many times like i said
00:05:33.040
i feel like we're in the twilight zone can you ever imagine canada be being on the precipice here of
00:05:39.120
falling into such tyranny and a communist nation so we're in the fight of our lives they have uh commenced
00:05:45.600
war against us 21 months ago it was already going on before that but they came all out and and they
00:05:52.000
were vocal and verbal about it but most canadians still didn't know but now you do and so uh we are
00:05:57.760
here to try to assist you in every way we can so i'll go to meetings and i will talk to people who are
00:06:04.400
just finding out for the first time about the notice of liability and how to use them and i don't mind
00:06:10.560
sitting around for hours and talking to people and helping guide them through but if you um are just
00:06:16.640
becoming aware of this or you know somebody that would benefit please go to our empower our page
00:06:21.760
october 13th october 27th and november 26 i hope i had those right sheila will pop them in there
00:06:29.840
but those are the empower hours where we had david lindsey on and david and i i talk about the notices of
00:06:35.600
liability and then david comes on and he says okay so we're saying what happens after the notice of
00:06:40.880
liability uh doesn't work for some people we're having great success uh in many areas wonderful
00:06:47.680
testimonies coming across the nation uh people who have served their employer and uh they've ended
00:06:54.080
up not talking not even a bit anymore to them about vaccination we are having the masks come off of
00:07:00.640
children and uh we're having people get into care homes and serving the caregivers and saying this
00:07:06.480
is a violation i will come in and see my loved one and you won't hold me to rent them to ransom or me to
00:07:12.720
ransom for a double vaccination for me to get in there um so there's lots of good stuff going on all
00:07:19.040
right i'm going to get straight into the web page and for those of you who have heard me go through this
00:07:25.520
material before understand that the best way the government got us into this situation is by
00:07:31.840
repeatedly uh saying lies right and many times you've heard me say that you know canada is no
00:07:39.280
longer a christian nation we're a multicultural nation and then we're no longer a multicultural
00:07:44.480
nation we're a secular nation and we're no longer secular nation we're a nation with no core identity
00:07:50.240
and or post national state with no core identity is what trudeau said and i've always said you bet
00:07:56.000
he's going to fill it with something and that's communism they're liars but they achieve uh what they
00:08:02.320
want by repeating a lie often enough until it goes a generation and now they're repeating these lies to
00:08:07.920
our kids in the school system climate change critical race theory the trans lgbtq uh un agenda etc
00:08:16.000
but they've been lying to all of us as well and the media is the arm the propaganda arm by which
00:08:22.720
they do this so in order to undo this we need to repeat the truth over and over again and you need
00:08:30.800
to absorb all of the information that action for canada is giving you so that when you're in the moment
00:08:36.800
that you have an opportunity to educate someone else whether it's a co-worker
00:08:41.600
a family member an elected official you're going to be so well versed on it
00:08:46.000
all right everyone all right so this is action for canada's website as you know this is the main
00:08:51.600
menu and in order to if you are just joining action for canada i put out at least uh one action for
00:09:00.480
canada i don't want to even call it a newsletter it's filled with um information where we're either
00:09:05.920
asking you to take part in a call to action campaign writing elected officials uh just various
00:09:12.240
different things uh providing the notices of liability so each week we post them here this
00:09:17.760
is fantastic it's a it's students and parents a warning flyer um the notice of liability for
00:09:24.080
the media was posted here each week we add the empower hour and this is the one that was launched
00:09:31.520
this week and if you didn't see last week's with pastor arthur i would so encourage you to uh go to our
00:09:38.480
empower our page and have a listen this is a man that comes from a country where he he's already
00:09:43.920
lived through communism and the corruption and so he is yelling it from the rooftops uh for many many
00:09:51.280
years warning people what's what's right on our doorstep here and he doesn't mince any words uh some
00:09:57.680
of you i'm hoping that most of you saw this um action when i sent it out this week i was shocked to
00:10:05.520
find out that uh this new i don't know if she's a new reporter for rebel news i'm not too familiar
00:10:10.640
with tamara anyways uh she had this individual come on uh who's apparently a paralegal former prosecutor
00:10:20.000
and it was shocking actually to hear the information uh that she was providing people it was very
00:10:27.680
inaccurate it was attack against the notices of liability and also the charter rights basically
00:10:34.080
that we don't have the right uh to say that we're not going to wear a mask and that we need to follow
00:10:40.720
the orders and and in the comments section you can see right here one people says one person said so
00:10:47.600
this is basically telling everyone that that we the people are screwed and i just thought what a
00:10:53.200
disastrous report i mean in order for canadians to stand up and take action they have to feel empowered
00:11:01.600
encouraged hopeful and i just felt uh that this interview uh was just so anti anti-canadian and um
00:11:13.360
i i don't even know how to go you can you can see it for yourself or or or maybe don't but i just needed
00:11:19.040
to uh address it because i thought it was a real hit against the notices of liability that action for
00:11:24.800
canada is having great success on and i know many many months ago i know one of the reporters i would call
00:11:30.480
her friends she's a lovely person and they had put the notice of liability before their lawyers but
00:11:38.480
they were employment lawyers and the employment lawyers came back and said oh you know the notices
00:11:43.600
of liability give false hope they're not going to be effective etc well what employees are going through
00:11:50.320
is not necessarily employment law although we wish we wish employment lawyers would actually stand up and
00:11:57.600
have the backbone to fight on their behalf as well as the unions but they're not this is turned into
00:12:04.320
criminal law and in violation of 100 guaranteed charter rights so after i'd watched this video i
00:12:12.240
truly was a little bit gobsmacked so i kindly put a comment in the comment section saying you know um
00:12:19.840
you know this isn't going to give people a whole lot of hope and the notices of liability
00:12:23.440
uh are actually having a great effect this is misinformation and i provided some of our links
00:12:29.360
so people could actually uh come to action for canada see the successes well to my shock i i went back
00:12:37.200
to the page and they deleted my comment and so i found that very discouraging but when i went to
00:12:43.200
the comment section somebody um i've blurred out their names uh to respect them they said keep deleting
00:12:49.040
comments it makes you look really bad and then another person had said yep been after them for
00:12:53.600
a year now rebel deleting the irony here now i can understand if it was cursing or swearing or something
00:12:59.760
inappropriate but i was genuinely wanting to make sure that the people in the comments section didn't
00:13:05.840
listen to what this lady had to say because she was misinforming them and that was poison to our ears
00:13:11.360
right now because canadians need to 100 percent understand that everything that the government
00:13:17.440
is doing is unlawful and they have no right since the onset now another way that action for canada
00:13:23.840
knows that we're having a super huge impact and this to me is evidence of it i didn't know who rma
00:13:31.760
insurance is uh but they sent out a bulletin on december 10th saying urgent action for canada
00:13:38.080
awareness it has been brought to our attention that various constituents are serving documents on
00:13:43.200
municipalities and counselors that purport to be official legal documents specifically documents
00:13:49.440
drafted by the online group action for canada that we have reviewed are titled notice of liability
00:13:55.200
instructions and vaccine notice of liability this one was particular to elected officials these
00:14:01.280
appear to be fillable forms that are available on action for canada website now what fillable forms
00:14:07.280
means um how that's significant i don't really know but what i do believe is happening here uh they
00:14:14.640
go on to compare us to some groups called freemen on the land and sovereign citizens who don't believe
00:14:20.960
in the rule of law in canada i believe the constitution or the charter of rights and it's totally contradicts
00:14:27.440
what i have been proclaiming uh for the last six years i've been all about the constitution the
00:14:33.680
charter of rights and the rule of law in canada that and we have them and that we should be using them
00:14:38.800
embracing them and owning them and uh so they were trying to give us a real hit when they uh created
00:14:45.440
this uh letter that would have gone out to all of the municipalities in alberta not only that but they
00:14:53.040
made defamatory accusations claiming that the citizens that are serving the notice of liability pose a
00:14:59.280
security threat and then advised individuals to contact law enforcement if they feel threatened
00:15:04.880
so i had drafted a letter and david it was wonderful i had it and and he went in there and he massaged
00:15:11.760
the vocabulary a bit to add a little bit of legalese in there and i sent that to the president of the rma
00:15:19.360
insurance today so i will keep you updated what happens but i told them to immediately retract what they
00:15:27.120
have written because it's the libelous defamatory and complete misinformation and that they are to
00:15:34.880
retract it and uh make sure that they everybody that they email to make it public uh to inform them
00:15:43.440
and uh that this is not who action for canada is and i hope that they will very much comply or i'll need
00:15:49.440
to take further action against them but tell me a notice of liability how ineffective they are if an
00:15:56.320
insurance company that oversees all of the municipalities in alberta would write a hit piece letter on action
00:16:03.920
for canada does that sound like notices of liability that are having no effect and is it possible that
00:16:13.120
maybe the agreement this insurance company has uh with the municipalities is that uh maybe they're
00:16:20.960
covering legal costs is included in their coverage well that's going to cost them a lot of money if
00:16:27.040
the mayors and city councils continue to violate the rights and freedoms of canada of their of their uh
00:16:33.680
residents in their um in their cities and towns and i'm just thinking that they were getting the
00:16:41.520
calculator out and and seeing that this could cost them a lot of money so in other words let's just send
00:16:47.280
a letter out to all the mayors and city council saying if you get these you know don't don't uh
00:16:53.120
create a scene because you don't want them becoming violent in other words but you know just disregard
00:16:59.600
them when you get them uh so yes i would say the notices of liability are having a huge impact now the
00:17:07.280
one that i became aware of today was cbc news notices of liability used by anti-vaccine anti-mandate groups
00:17:15.200
are not a thing law professor says and this is this always never ceases to amaze me how a ubc in this
00:17:23.040
instance professor apparently deborah parks can write such an article that is filled with so much
00:17:29.120
misinformation and nonsense have these people never picked up the constitution have they never
00:17:35.120
reviewed it looked at the charter of rights do they not understand the rule of law in canada
00:17:40.480
and so to me they just they should be embarrassed to even be a part of uh what it is that cbc is doing
00:17:48.160
cbc also had to include that i'm not sure where it is here i'd have to uh research a little bit go
00:17:56.720
down but they also compared us to this oh here it is uh the documents are popular with believers of
00:18:02.800
certain pseudo legal theories linked to groups like the freeman on the land a canadian anti-government
00:18:09.120
movement with links to white nationalism well we have no links to any white nationalists i didn't
00:18:15.040
even know who freeman on the land was until a couple of months ago when when you know it was cbc
00:18:21.600
had written an article about uh david lindsey saying that he was part of the freeman on the land and as
00:18:27.920
well talking about the notices of liability how they were completely ineffective and not a thing
00:18:32.640
and this article is almost verbatim it's just a junk piece uh this is why cbc is getting paid by the
00:18:39.440
government uh because if they actually had to do any reporting and maintain any kind of support from
00:18:44.960
the public we know they'd be bankrupt and and so i'm hoping that everybody that's joined us here today
00:18:53.040
will not entertain even turning the channel to the to the cbc global news or ctv it's really not worth
00:19:01.600
anybody's time so again i've as i've mentioned in the last months we have the media the government
00:19:08.720
and the unions all trying to uh disregard the notices of liability so why would they be doing
00:19:16.160
that if it's also ineffective all right so back to the web page um i think i've covered all right so
00:19:25.200
now what i want to do is notices of liability what we're doing we have a testimonies page
00:19:31.360
and we're going to expand that because we have reports coming in from each province from individuals
00:19:40.480
of success we've not been able to get the pages up trust me there's a whole lot more information coming
00:19:46.560
than uh the couple of reports that we've got on here now but we've got a thin crew and we need to
00:19:53.440
be able to possibly recruit somebody else just to take on this task as you can see
00:19:58.560
in bc we have multiple good news reports okay i wanted to also let you know that on the empower
00:20:13.200
we are also providing not only a video but also um a podcast so in case you're in your car
00:20:23.120
or on your phone and you just want to listen to it you can click on the podcast on our a4c social
00:20:29.520
media site as well we have podbean available here as well as some of the other links i hope you'll
00:20:37.040
join liberty.com because that's uh odessa's husband norbert and his team the team there um have created
00:20:45.280
it's similar to facebook but there's no censorship and anything that we post there is going to be
00:20:50.480
secure and on that on our home page well you can almost find this on any page we've also uh through
00:20:57.840
liberty.com because facebook was censoring and taking down people's backs victims uh page so there's a
00:21:05.440
short less than a minute video here letting you know what the government is doing and then you are
00:21:10.720
able to simply ask people to upload their vax victim page very easy they can record it directly
00:21:20.240
and here you can watch stories and there's a handful there well we've had this page up for a
00:21:25.920
while but i don't think people know about it um and the reason i am promoting that today is because
00:21:32.560
we have a lot of people in very bad situations and they would really benefit from hearing from other
00:21:38.480
stories and so i'd like to see more people posting their stories on this page so that we can help
00:21:43.920
save lives and help uh save other people from a lifetime of suffering i've had the last couple
00:21:50.800
of weeks of being overwhelmed with stories of people who have vaccine injury and i'm talking critical
00:21:57.600
vaccine injury and many many deaths um in one day uh someone very close to me their grandmother had just
00:22:05.600
died she had been a nurse uh she was trying to tell the granddaughter to take the vaccine this is an
00:22:11.280
adult granddaughter and she kept saying no grandma i'm not going to do that but grandma did double dose
00:22:16.320
and uh she had taken it i believe in the summer and in perfect health she died of a heart a heart attack
00:22:23.040
i believe it was on saturday uh four other members uh friends of the family the husbands have died of
00:22:30.160
heart attack and uh they're still not getting it they're still not getting it that this is directly
00:22:35.920
related to the jab it's extremely sad okay uh another thing that i i want to bring to your attention
00:22:45.520
i'm going to go back to the recent actions all right i i just i really want you to understand
00:22:52.000
how effective oops that's not what i meant to click on my apologies how effective the notices of
00:22:57.920
liability are and why we can't listen to the naysayers because uh we need to hmm okay i'm not
00:23:06.000
i'm sorry my apologies i'm not finding it here just trying to think where i have that other page it's
00:23:11.280
okay uh what i'll do is i'll just talk about it um on the you know what i do know where i'll go
00:23:19.440
sorry bear with me my friends we've been talking about the bc campaign and these are some of the
00:23:28.240
somebody texted me and i don't know who this person is uh but somebody by the name of lonnie
00:23:35.920
five days ago had posted uh people keep asking me about action for canada so i don't know who this
00:23:41.440
l-o-n-n-y a lonnie person is really getting tired of it and we'll say right now i don't judge people
00:23:47.200
however i do pay attention to actions i will say just one thing here and leave it at that make your
00:23:52.400
own minds up and please stop asking me thank you okay so action for canada is offering help to file
00:23:57.840
a private prosecution and charging 150 for it no we're not that's complete lie and misinformation
00:24:05.440
it is free to download from the government website and you can do it yourself i have no idea what this
00:24:10.640
person is talking about if you see this information it's completely false then they say and by the way
00:24:16.800
all those school board results they're bragging about for bc are for teachers not the students
00:24:22.960
well we've never ever said that this campaign was about students we've said that this campaign
00:24:29.360
is about the school boards trying to mandate vaccines for teachers so when you see misinformation
00:24:35.040
out there like this uh please ignore it even make a comment and and let them know that that is not
00:24:41.200
at all accurate accurate so this is the campaign there are 60 school districts in bc and once we heard
00:24:51.680
that they were given the objective to the mandate from the government to decide whether or not teachers
00:24:58.640
should be vaccinated by the school districts individually we got very very busy and served
00:25:04.080
all of the trustees in bc and notice of liability as a result 22 school boards within
00:25:11.120
a month between october and november voted no to mandating vaccines for teachers as of i believe
00:25:17.920
it's november 27th they went silent we've heard nothing and so uh priscilla who's head of our parents
00:25:26.640
group and head of this campaign has been scouring every day going through the news checking out these
00:25:32.560
school districts to see if they've had a vote so we thought okay they're up to something else because
00:25:37.040
you can imagine being a government official and seeing a voted no every single time in big red
00:25:43.360
print i mean they're probably sitting there i say getting an ulcer and i'm sure they're very upset
00:25:48.560
with action for canada in having such an effective campaign so what are they going to do wait until all
00:25:54.560
60 end up in big red voted no no the government's not not like that right they're not going to sit back and
00:26:00.560
do nothing so it came to my attention on friday last friday that the uh school board superintendent for
00:26:09.440
school district 23 was central okanagan and mr kevin cardell ended up creating a um a letter and at 3 58
00:26:23.680
on friday he sent it to all school to school uh staff in central okanagan telling them that they
00:26:31.520
needed to fill out a vaccination data collection notice which is completely unlawful but what they hope
00:26:40.640
to do in in uh processing that is that teachers staff janitors whomever is involved would have until january
00:26:49.520
14th to provide their vaccination status so instead of the board saying all right we're voting no uh
00:26:56.800
against mandating vaccines for teachers or we want to vote yes to it instead they were going to have
00:27:03.360
the decision that all the teachers and all the school staff needed to provide their private vaccination
00:27:09.920
information and instead of um coming right out and saying you know we're going to mandate uh vaccines
00:27:19.840
for teachers they're very sneaky they're trying to do it in an indirect way in order to get teachers
00:27:27.280
in a position where they provide their information by january 14th and then at that point because they
00:27:34.160
haven't provided their information or because they're not vaccinated then they said there would be
00:27:38.560
disciplinary action or you know if they do using the word if they do mandate vaccines um at that point
00:27:46.720
the uh teachers would be put on unpaid leave very sneaky so i got busy and i wrote a very strongly
00:27:56.000
worded letter to mr cardell to let him know and to the school board trustees it was delivered to them
00:28:02.720
today and tonight at their trustee meeting letting them know in no uncertain terms it doesn't matter
00:28:08.480
how they word it or how they go about this this is completely unlawful they're committing an
00:28:13.680
indictable offense and that they could be held liable if they continue and if they vote in favor
00:28:18.640
for this so uh we're going to be very interested to see how the government responds to see how school
00:28:25.520
district 23 of the central okanagan because i believe they were hoping to set a precedent so the
00:28:30.720
rest of the 38 uh school boards would get involved and and vote along with this all right i'm going
00:28:37.280
to move along here i again i just i need everybody to be educated on this information because no matter
00:28:43.520
what province you're in you can bet that the government is conniving as well behind your backs
00:28:49.520
you've got to be going into the school districts within your province you got to be researching them
00:28:54.560
every day for new posts new letters new mandates whatever it is they're doing uh they they have to
00:29:00.320
post it on their web page they have to give notice um it's very helpful as well if you can find somebody on
00:29:06.320
the inside because more and more school board uh trustees are finding that ethically and morally they
00:29:12.400
cannot go along with this and once they know what their liability is it's making it um easier
00:29:18.640
and so we're finding this in alberta is that our chapters have exploded in many of the provinces
00:29:25.200
once we get one chapter in there and people start hearing about it and start initiating our campaigns
00:29:30.240
to the elected officials school board trustees mayors city councils they're getting appointments and um
00:29:37.440
you know being able to help and assist in educating them and then as well applying that pressure
00:29:44.240
that's why we're having reactions from even outside organizations like insurance companies
00:29:49.840
who are doing uh the calculating and and finding this is not going to bode well for them either um so
00:29:56.400
anyways maybe you know there will be a meeting coming up forthcoming with rma and we can have a
00:30:01.280
conversation or they'll just simply retract what it is uh that they've said in the chat somebody had made
00:30:08.960
a comment about rocco uh and that he's receiving tax dollars and i know there was big bold print there
00:30:16.240
demanding that you know rocco respond to this but let me tell you about canuck law canuck law has done
00:30:22.880
numerous hits pieces on action for canada on vaccine choice canada and you can bet against rocco to the
00:30:30.720
point that rocco consistently told them that they need to cease and desist to the point they did not
00:30:38.400
and so rocco in september has filed a statement of claim in the superior court of ontario against
00:30:47.840
canuck law all right they are liars they are filled with misinformation um i don't trust what they'd
00:30:55.520
say i know what they said about action for canada and i have no respect for their reporting even if they
00:31:01.120
said something at this point that was true i i i i wouldn't believe it all right notices of liability
00:31:07.120
right here easy to get to and this is the medical directive card that heather had spoken about in
00:31:16.320
the orientation you would tape this to your care card your health card and it gives instruction and on
00:31:26.320
the back it basically tells them that this is also that it says consider this your official and personal
00:31:32.560
notice of liability as well you want good health care when you show up at the hospital you do not
00:31:38.640
want to be put on a ventilator or given rem demsevir so you can find that on the notice of liability page
00:31:45.440
i think i just there we go and uh the covet testing it is 100 against the law to test anybody and you've
00:31:54.720
got the information there provide the warning letter it just gives a little bit more on the genetic
00:31:59.600
testing and yes it includes rapid testing if they are testing your genetic material if they are
00:32:05.680
putting anything into your body this is um an indictable offense a million dollars three to five
00:32:12.000
years in jail notice there's a liability for china for children minor sports we've had uh reported
00:32:18.960
recently where two gentlemen on a minor sports committee after being served the notice of liability
00:32:25.200
we need some common sense people who are overseeing our our children and their well-being um the
00:32:39.600
additional letter i am requesting that everybody include this with every single one of these notices
00:32:46.320
of liability this document on its own is a very powerful letter you can hear about this in um pretty
00:32:52.800
much all of the um zoom calls that i do i talk in detail about this employer notice of liability is
00:33:00.400
union uh join the workers unite group i'll show you that page in just a moment and specifically for
00:33:05.840
them these two letters are very similar but this one is specifically for employees to include with the
00:33:11.920
union notice of liability and the employer notice of liability this is the one that the uh rma insurance
00:33:19.200
is having a tough time with we're serving elected officials this is elected and appointed officials
00:33:25.280
so if it happens to be anybody in any appointed position this is the one that you use that includes
00:33:30.800
to pastors my friends because there's a lot of pastors who are opening up their doors and promoting
00:33:36.960
the vaccination and the masks and everything else this is to health care professionals who are
00:33:42.480
um administering the injection this is for business owners this is absolutely incredible information if
00:33:50.880
you have a business you need to join our business team and use how to learn how to use what we've
00:33:55.760
provided here and the strategy we have is having huge success businesses are open and uh health officers
00:34:03.040
and government government officials are are being served notices letting them know that they will have
00:34:08.400
personal liability not in their position of whatever employer they have but as a fellow canadian every
00:34:15.440
citizen has a duty to uphold the law respect people's human rights and as well not violate the
00:34:21.440
constitution or the charter rights and then swell if a business is giving you a hard time and they're
00:34:27.440
not permitting you in telling you you've got to be double pat double vax this is the uh notice of liability
00:34:33.600
you would use to serve them and this is the brand new one for the media and that is whether it's radio
00:34:39.680
tv host uh newspaper article you would uh click on there i want to just quickly show it's different than
00:34:46.880
any other notice of liability that we've had uh because they're they're a different fish all together
00:34:52.880
they have to adhere to the canadian association of broadcasters journalistic standards etc so you would uh
00:35:00.480
put at attention to how say it's a reporter the date published in news source uh you know vancouver sun
00:35:07.520
on uh november 27th and then you would say as far as their standards are concerned what is it that
00:35:13.520
they have violated and then you serve them we may not do anything with this right away but down the
00:35:20.240
road there may be an opportunity if there's enough complaints against an individual you do not serve a
00:35:26.000
notice of liability more than once you don't need to if there is a group of you going to a mayor or
00:35:31.680
city council that would be great uh because if you bring in 170 notices of liability uh they say what
00:35:40.080
is it that if one person has an opinion and writes a mayor and city council or the government that it's
00:35:46.240
worth is it a thousand and so we want them to see you know that the people that voted for them are not
00:35:53.120
happy they'll either step down come the next election or they'll be voted out or they'll change
00:35:59.440
their mind they'll get educated and actually do the right thing and so i want us to you to understand
00:36:06.000
that a lot of these people have just swallowed the kool-aid for so long and there's an amazing
00:36:12.480
opportunity for you to find a way to begin to educate them so don't go into this angry when you're
00:36:19.200
serving the notices of liability although that can be hard sometimes we're having many of our chapter
00:36:25.120
leaders who are getting opportunities to uh go in and talk before school trustees uh in alberta uh
00:36:34.320
there's many all across the country as well as mayor and city councils and i'm getting such good reports
00:36:39.360
back i had a conversation with the mayor in um ontario last week and she thought she was the only one
00:36:46.320
but when i told her there's three other mayors she was awfully happy about that and so we've got to
00:36:51.760
start um also finding out who those individuals are and find ways to support them if their council
00:36:58.000
isn't uh you know supporting them you get in there and you serve the mayor as well as the mayor and city
00:37:03.760
council and then start educating the city council on what their liabilities are all right just to finish
00:37:09.520
up and then we'll go into the q a please uh you know make sure that people know about the empower
00:37:15.440
hour there's some really good ones uh previously that we've had that will be very educational and
00:37:20.560
helpful for you join an action for canada chapter i just gotta go and show you this page just uh we're
00:37:27.360
going to be adding more and more chapters ron is the head of the um he's the coordinator for canada and
00:37:34.720
then we've got uh certain chapter leaders like in the pastor ken who's head of the new brunswick
00:37:41.760
chapter and then he's helping the maritime uh chapters get going and as well as vetting new
00:37:47.920
leaders and then we've got kim helping uh vet new leaders in alberta etc so um there's just so many
00:37:54.480
people waiting to be vetted to become chapter leaders so just take a look at this in august we had
00:38:00.000
one chapter in ontario do you feel encouraged i sure hope you do because all of the campaigns
00:38:08.160
that action for canada hey thanks trenzio this is happening across canada okay this is happening in
00:38:15.440
the in the yukon this is happening in the maritimes and more and more chapters i said we want to be in
00:38:21.840
every town every city in every community and this is the key to each one of you whether you're a
00:38:26.880
business owner an employee a first responder a parent there is something for everyone and as
00:38:33.920
i've said many times uh we need to support our single parents we if you're in a chapter and you
00:38:40.880
know a single parent has to work and they're devastated and so concerned about the uh school
00:38:46.640
bringing in a vaccination and vaccinating their children without their um you know a permission
00:38:54.320
can you imagine a single mom who has no choice or a single dad it's going both ways right now uh
00:39:00.480
you know we're asking churches and business owners to open up uh their facilities and that teachers who
00:39:06.880
aren't working right now and parents that don't want to put their kids in the public school system
00:39:11.600
could somehow uh you know get into maybe a church basement and start classes in the new year let's figure
00:39:18.400
this out together right let's build community where everybody's making new friends and and we're
00:39:24.080
making fast friends in this environment all right but i want you to know you're not alone
00:39:29.600
and some of our chapters are just getting going and some are saying oh i've emailed them
00:39:33.520
and i'm not getting a response i i know it's tough be patient but we're growing so quickly
00:39:38.960
and uh with all your gifts and talents if you're an accountant boy we need a treasure in the chapter
00:39:44.480
volunteer if you are a counselor uh you know we need people that are willing to help we've got a
00:39:51.280
lot of people who are suicidal right now we need people who can help see that through they need love
00:39:56.000
they need hugs and they need an ear so please join the chapters and then as well and this is a really
00:40:04.480
big campaign and i i really want you to appreciate what the value of the um workers unite group it's for
00:40:11.600
unionized and non-unionized worker for every single worker every canadian can join this group
00:40:18.080
and uh the purpose of it is that we saw what happened in quebec with the 25 health care workers that
00:40:24.800
walked off the job in non-compliance back in october and they were being told that they were being
00:40:30.240
mandated to vaccinate and the um health official gets on there in october and he says oh you know we're
00:40:36.960
going to put a pause on this but uh come november we're going to get this done and and you guys have
00:40:42.240
heard me say it i thought what a goof right you got 25 000 people walked off the job you just blinked
00:40:47.200
next month it's going to be 50 000 and instead you know the quebec government understood what they were
00:40:52.960
up against and what they had to lose and that the health care system would completely collapse in quebec
00:40:59.040
and so they lifted that mandate and uh in places like bc tyranny tyranny tyranny bonnie henry needs to go to jail
00:41:07.200
john horgan same in new brunswick doug ford i mean we could start naming them but these individuals
00:41:13.200
need to know their time is coming and they will be held to account so i go into detail here i do need
00:41:19.040
to remove this uh on on uh sunday david lindsey came back and for free for everybody who had purchased his
00:41:27.280
his book um on how to press uh file criminal charges and who had attended his uh last workshop we had an
00:41:35.120
amazing time of it as david walked everyone through how to fill out uh the forms for the criminal charges
00:41:41.600
by province it was very informative and this is the next step this is where we're going we're in
00:41:47.920
unprecedented times and you need to compile all of your evidence if you have been dismissed from work
00:41:55.840
because you weren't double vaccinated they're using extortion and intimidation against you even if you
00:42:01.360
didn't know about our notices of liability serve them now start a conversation with your employer
00:42:06.960
let them know what they've done is completely unlawful this is a workers unite meeting that we had
00:42:13.280
i'd recommend please go on there i give a complete presentation of these materials and how to use them
00:42:19.440
and then we go into a very informative q a and i love it because these are real people who are in real
00:42:26.320
situations and we're discussing you know how it is that uh they can effectively uh move forward and
00:42:33.920
how to use the notices of liability and potentially put the evidence aside gain more evidence and then
00:42:41.680
um put it together and file uh in the courts um let me just go down here i was excited about this
00:42:48.800
breaking news bank for police will not be implementing covet 19 vaccine mandate and they have been
00:42:55.360
absolutely an amazing force for the last year i was at a rally in october and uh the head sergeant had
00:43:02.400
told one of our people saying we will not be writing any fines because people across the country were
00:43:08.160
being fined he says because this is in violation of the charter people have a right to be here and the
00:43:13.120
freedom of speech and so they've always supported all of the rallies they've been terrific and so i'm
00:43:18.480
really glad to see that this is global news and they have this lawyer come on and this lawyer on
00:43:26.880
mainstream media tells us that it is unlawful it is absolutely against the law to fire anybody for not
00:43:37.840
getting vaccinated so this is a resource that you could send to your employer as well all right uh the
00:43:46.400
reason i want people to join the the workers unite group i want to see a hundred thousand people in
00:43:52.560
this group and then i want us to decide how we're going to go about non-compliance and exerting our
00:43:58.960
power we're already doing that in filing the notices of liability a lot of people are saying my union's not
00:44:05.280
supporting me you know my employer's still going ahead with it yeah but you know what your union leader
00:44:10.720
if you have enough evidence against him that he is in violation that he is in breach of his contractual
00:44:17.840
agreement with you and that he is trying to enforce he or she that you get mandated and that you you
00:44:25.120
comply with your employer then that's somebody that you could potentially file criminal charges against
00:44:32.080
certainly your employer who is trying to extort you and that's why i say go back to the empower hour
00:44:38.080
this is the last one that i'll cover and anywhere where you see david lindsay right here this was a
00:44:46.480
really good one november 24th got lots of great guests on there and there again is david lindsay go
00:44:55.360
back to these and listen to him a lot of your questions will be answered all right mariana are you there
00:45:01.600
hey hi hi oh my goodness i am the first one i'm so happy good for you tanya i just want to ask you
00:45:14.000
something um so i was kicked out from my office i didn't they didn't allow me not even to take my
00:45:21.280
my things from my office so uh starting november 23rd i am at home without payment without anything i
00:45:28.800
filled a complaint to labor um commission in here in quebec they are saying commission they know the
00:45:36.240
travail uh so they answered me quickly and they said that they're gonna um talk with my manager to see
00:45:46.720
his point of view and they're gonna establish a meeting between me my my employer and this commission
00:45:54.720
have you heard anything about this kind of meetings i mean what to expect i i have no idea are you going
00:46:02.560
to be going in person to this meeting or is this uh zoom i think it's going to be on team or zoom or
00:46:10.080
something okay well first of all make sure that you're going to record that conversation and uh
00:46:18.400
the additional are you familiar with the notice of liability and yes i send them already i send them
00:46:24.560
okay and the additional letter uh no i send them only the liability notice and after that they allow
00:46:32.000
me to come another week at work and after they gave me some craps about a ministerial order or something
00:46:40.240
and it's it's a stupidity but anyway so they said starting tomorrow morning you're not allowed to come
00:46:45.760
to your office you have to bring back your computer because i'm working from home if you're not gonna be
00:46:51.360
tested right okay and you've served them the covet testing nol yes everything right and and you see
00:46:59.920
this is ones um is it a did you say it's a federal it's not a federal i work for uh for a health
00:47:08.320
institution all right so it's not belonging to federal administration and now i've seen on action for
00:47:16.720
canada i've seen on this on the web that i can feel my my claim also to human rights but there's
00:47:23.200
something different in quebec now i've seen it where it is because i was a little bit confused i i i was
00:47:28.560
sending the request to another part and that's why they didn't do anything for me okay and so one of the
00:47:36.000
things that i love it if uh if britney could come on if corinne is on uh corinne if you can uh message me
00:47:43.520
directly because corinne was going to give her testimony like i say there is some ways of
00:47:49.840
addressing these matters and pardon me what's her last name you know what i i don't have corinne's
00:47:56.320
last name from northern alberta corinne knows i can't recall her name right now i haven't let go
00:48:02.080
i'm not sure if that's the one yes i think it is please put up your hand corinne and we'll bring you
00:48:06.560
on yeah i'm sure that is it sorry corinne that's her i'll bring her sorry her until you said it her
00:48:13.360
last name escaped me for a moment okay well so we'll bring her on in a moment i'm so grateful that
00:48:17.840
she's here and on tonight because this is a lady uh you know who was very well educated and and knew
00:48:24.720
the position that she was in and how to address it uh britney couldn't join us tonight as well and
00:48:29.920
she's a nurse in bc she's uh she's still employed but she's been on leave for a long time any other
00:48:37.360
nurse i think in bc has been already put on leave without pay uh britney happens to also be one of our
00:48:45.200
plaintiffs in the uh legal action that we filed and i'm sure that that's assisting her considerably
00:48:51.120
right now as well um so in your situation these are the tough ones right and what you need to do is
00:48:57.920
you need to pose reasonable questions that that you expect an answer from and and so first of all
00:49:05.120
question how do they justify uh telling you that you have to test when you're a healthy person that
00:49:11.440
the tests are known to be um you know inaccurate and that more than that we can even push that aside
00:49:18.960
saying that this is actually a criminal offense and say uh are you open are you willing to open
00:49:24.480
yourself up to this ask them uh start you know start that communication we need to be asking
00:49:30.880
questions and they need to be answering them and then are they telling you that you need to double jab
00:49:35.680
as well that you need to take the jab first first in october they said so and then they said that have
00:49:41.680
i have to be tested in november because actually i'm not working with patients i am and uh i work for
00:49:48.000
for the for the financial department so i'm not dealing with patients at all so they said for
00:49:52.960
those people like financial department they don't have to be tested but now after i served the no they
00:49:59.920
said oh you have to be tested three times a week but i'm coming in my office just one times a week
00:50:05.120
it's not normal it's not it doesn't have any sense you have to this is the law no it's not a law
00:50:10.720
no show me to ask them to show you the actual legislation for starters and then uh please
00:50:18.000
in the in the additional letter that i've written i'm going to ask you to send that to them
00:50:23.840
immediately and i want them to respond to that sheila can you pop that additional letter for employees
00:50:30.800
into the chat and and this is the case right they they have to respond they have to account for it if
00:50:37.440
section 52 one says that anything that is inconsistent with the constitution is of no force
00:50:44.960
or effect so knowing that uh the orders are not law they're not legislation and and they're violating
00:50:54.880
individual rights the charter rights the right to life liberty and security of the person then how can
00:51:01.200
they justify saying this is law when we're telling them that there is nothing that supersedes our
00:51:07.200
rights under the constitution yeah exactly all right so please challenge them see what kind of
00:51:13.520
response i uh join make sure you join the uh workers unite group i am okay good then in january
00:51:21.440
in the first week i i want to be able to hear back from you and hear a report we need to become educated
00:51:28.000
so that we can press into them and put them in the position where where they're basically on the
00:51:33.440
defensive because they have to answer questions that they're i don't see how they can and and and so
00:51:40.080
it's not none of this is sometimes going to be a quick solution but i'm telling you you can certainly
00:51:45.760
learn how to hold your ground and it's by putting the onus on them to answer reasonable questions
00:51:51.520
that if they're going to take these actions you're a completely healthy person that's working from home
00:51:57.200
why would you need to test healthy people um are asymptomatic if they're asymptomatic there is no
00:52:03.040
concern about them to begin with but even if you had the sniffles or the flu it's still you're right
00:52:07.840
whether you're going to be tested or not and and i don't believe there's anything even in employment
00:52:13.520
law at all that says you have to test there's no no legislation against wearing masks i mean to wear masks
00:52:20.160
in canada because they can't legislate against you breathing freely and there is no law in canada
00:52:26.240
saying that you have to test there's actually to the contrary it's in the genetic non-discrimination act
00:52:32.480
it's saying you don't have to test and if somebody's forcing you to do that they're committing an
00:52:37.920
indictable offense so challenge them on it hold their feet to the fire and in in january i'm going to want
00:52:43.920
to hear back from you yeah just one thing the commission of the uh for a commission the note
00:52:50.400
told me that if the meeting is not going to have any result they personally send my file to the
00:52:55.280
legal department and it's going to go to court and they're going to represent me oh and they're going
00:53:00.080
to represent you yeah this is what they told me okay well make sure that that they that there's pay
00:53:05.600
while you're in this position because uh they can't put you on unpaid leave it's up to an employee
00:53:13.680
to request to be put on unpaid leave and employers cannot tell me this is what they told me they
00:53:19.120
cannot say that you you quit your job it has to come from you a letter from you saying that you are
00:53:25.760
willing to quit not from them right so they're instructing you correctly then so stand on that
00:53:30.960
say i am i am not quitting my job i'm not resigning i'm not i am not willing to go and on unpaid leave
00:53:38.400
and i send them by by a letter i send them a letter saying that i'm not willing to quit my job
00:53:44.640
yeah all right thank you so much thank you so much okay can we bring colleen on
00:53:52.240
oh is it called corey corey corey that's okay tanya no that's okay because colleen is also on
00:53:59.760
and colleen is is from a hundred mile okay thank you calling for being on our corey for being on and
00:54:06.080
would you please uh share your story okay um can you hear me okay certainly can okay so i'm um
00:54:14.560
an occupational health and safety consultant and been in the oil and gas industry in northeastern
00:54:19.280
alberta for 25 years um when covet hit my business was affected hard um one i couldn't justify masks
00:54:28.080
of an individual out operating a shovel in the middle of nowhere um and unable to breathe
00:54:33.120
and um really uh safety we had gone sideways at that time so what i had done is i grew uh joined
00:54:41.040
a group of like-minded individuals in our community um our community is made up of about 35 000 people
00:54:47.440
between bonnieville cold lake elk point st paul lacklabish in northeastern alberta and i had become the
00:54:55.520
business law lead uh with our group and with that i identified the amazing work that action for canada
00:55:03.680
had put together with the notice of liabilities with the information they were getting out there to
00:55:09.120
the public and we started to have rallies or groups of people get together like-minded a lot of them
00:55:16.000
struggling with the potential loss of their employment uh september 26 we had 140 people show up
00:55:23.120
literally desperate when the mandates come out for vaccine uh well and testing um trying to push
00:55:29.920
back against that so we had educated at that time in those meetings uh to action for canada's
00:55:35.600
documentation i wasn't even a chapter league yet i just said you know what i gotta do something
00:55:40.400
and ron told me to run with it um and what i really uh got a lot of people at that time to really
00:55:46.240
look at is the power that you have um especially in our area working for
00:55:51.440
the oil and gas industry we're working for the big cnrls the imperial oils the um
00:55:58.400
synovus energies and whatever mandate they were pushing down to the smaller contractor which meant
00:56:04.960
um hundreds of thousands you know like thousands of people in our area were potentially going to
00:56:11.280
lose their employment if they didn't get the vaccine um so i'd started at the first meeting i met up
00:56:17.600
with a group of 38 individuals from cnrl one of them being the foreman saying what the heck am i
00:56:24.240
going to do and what are we going to do and i said you need to start having the safety conversation this
00:56:29.920
is about occupational health and safety that's what trudeau keeps telling us so let's ask questions
00:56:35.280
about our occupational health and safety and i really looked at it from a point of right to refuse
00:56:41.360
unsafe work and the right to ask the question and to know what your hazards of work are which was
00:56:47.360
our number two of your rights and then number three your right to participate in such things
00:56:52.080
as risk assessments and safety meetings to discuss what the possible consequences of you know this
00:56:58.720
condition of my employment that you're pushing at me whether it's the the uh the tests or the vaccine
00:57:05.280
so with my ohness background of course i'm asking you know i want to base this risk um assessment on
00:57:12.240
what i do and what the actual uh data is showing um i took a lot of people to the alberta government
00:57:20.480
website told them to do their very own covet 19 risk assessment on the alberta government website
00:57:26.880
which for myself being 52 years old female in good shape in good health and actually identified as a low
00:57:34.240
risk so what the heck is going on and why do i have to do all these backflips um even in taking
00:57:41.040
someone to the ccohs website is which is the center for uh communicable or uh canadian center for
00:57:47.760
occupational health and safety and it's identifying to me that vaccine is not what they've identified as
00:57:53.680
an elimination tool uh so you know it made me start to ask a lot of questions and get them to ask those
00:58:00.560
questions of their employer um and then we had another meeting on october the 28th we had over
00:58:06.800
200 people show up again uh started to have zoom meetings where i was educating the people in our
00:58:12.720
area how to complete the nol how to serve it um really got them involved in the action for canada
00:58:19.440
website and the most important part of it was um educating helping them understand that action for
00:58:26.080
canada had such incredible educating tools that were available for the people that we were serving
00:58:33.040
as well as for the people that were um receiving them um even uh you know a small contractor i was
00:58:39.360
getting phone calls saying hey my guys just brought this to me and they said you gave this to them i'm
00:58:44.320
terrified of what i'm doing i don't want to do it and i seem like i have no choice how can i keep my
00:58:50.720
business running um and then do a course equip them with the knowledge that they need to potentially
00:58:56.800
stand up for themselves because now we're in a situation where we can have thousands of people
00:59:02.080
who do not know where their next paycheck is going to come from or whether they're even going to get ui
00:59:07.920
but now we're giving them like it's incredible what you're offering to people out there is an
00:59:14.000
opportunity to have the education to stand for themselves and actually make a difference could you
00:59:20.160
imagine if a hundred thousand people in canada laid criminal charges against cnrl or synovus or
00:59:27.200
imperial oil or ahs or whoever it is what an impact that would make to this country i don't know how long
00:59:34.960
the media could suppress it but i just can't think and uh you know actually for canada enough really for
00:59:40.880
one taking me and i feel like a family member in my alberta chapter kim is amazing and has been such
00:59:46.560
an empowering inspiration to me as well as yourself tanya so i thank you very much for uh the opportunity
00:59:52.720
to hopefully turn this around i truly believe we will um and make it better for all canadians to
00:59:59.200
continue and live in a free sovereign society well thank you so much uh corinne and i appreciate you
01:00:05.760
coming on tonight and you know i just these are the stories i believe that you all need to hear i could
01:00:12.160
go through and answer everybody's questions tonight but i again want to suggest that you go to the
01:00:16.800
empower hour go to the workers unite page and the video at the top is the last zoom meeting uh that i
01:00:24.320
had done um anyways there's a lot of information they're going q a with people with the exact same
01:00:29.120
questions you're all facing so much of the same details and uh the the greatest uh obstacles of course
01:00:37.760
seem to be with jobs that involve unions and because the unions are in breach but what corinne
01:00:43.680
is showing here is that one she became immersed in the action for canada material she's a health and
01:00:49.840
safety person so she already knew the harms of the masks and how i want to almost say idiotic it was to
01:00:56.560
start demanding that people wear them uh you know alone in a field with a shovel i mean none of this makes
01:01:03.120
sense right common sense went out the the window as soon as they put this fear campaign on about 21
01:01:09.040
or 22 months ago the other guest that i want to bring on is colleen and colleen is a nurse who as
01:01:15.840
well has been implementing action for canada's notices of liability colleen can you come on are you there
01:01:23.680
i am here can you hear me yes please what would you like to share uh what would i like to share well
01:01:30.640
we've been very busy in our community 100 mile house of um sending out the uh notice of liabilities um
01:01:40.000
one of the things that i did recently well i guess it's been a little while now is i did uh serve my
01:01:46.560
manager with a notice of liability during our meeting prior to my termination and uh ultimately what ended
01:01:55.840
up happening in the meeting was they ended up hanging hanging up on me they my manager and hr hung up on
01:02:05.520
me because they did not want me to put them on notice and uh so i as a result of that i was i received
01:02:14.560
a message from some of the other staff and they said that the manager had cancelled all of the rest of the
01:02:21.680
the meetings for for uh the the uh pre-termination sessions and and then ultimately i never had any
01:02:30.800
more dialogue with my manager i ended up getting my termination notice from somebody completely different
01:02:37.440
within the health authority um so i think she might be a little bit scared uh also when our group did go and
01:02:49.680
hand her the official notice of liability in writing she she said i'm sorry i'm not i'm not accepting
01:02:59.360
those and uh and the uh my colleague who was handing the notice of liability to her said well you've been
01:03:07.360
served so she walked away but we we just kind of had to chuckle but ultimately in in a nutshell we are
01:03:14.560
getting pretty busy uh we have been busy serving notice of liabilities and we are going to be
01:03:22.400
starting up tomorrow we're going to have our first chapter meeting uh locally and it's just a touch base
01:03:28.000
before the christmas season we're having some people from williams lake come down and i know williams
01:03:33.280
lake is uh there's rumblings about williams lake wanting to get a chapter going as well so we're quite
01:03:38.240
excited about that because there's i think a huge group of people there who would like to um start
01:03:45.200
getting pretty active and i know of a few personally who i think will be coming on board with the chapter
01:03:51.120
if it goes ahead in williams lake okay and yeah and so we do have some of the firefighters i think that
01:03:57.360
are going to join us and i think things are going to be happening big time in hunter mile well you know
01:04:04.080
what thank you so much colleen and you have been somebody on the front line for a number of months
01:04:08.640
now months ago you and i met and you know as a healthcare worker um ethically and morally you knew
01:04:15.440
as well that what you were seeing going on in the hospitals uh didn't sit right and i'm sure there's
01:04:21.120
many people on here too who can attest to the same and i love it that you went into that meeting even
01:04:26.640
though you have a very nice manager she needed to be served that notice of liability and when you said
01:04:32.240
you know i'm going to hold you personally liable you know for any loss of income or you know um
01:04:37.840
anything of that further that i suffer and uh the hr person correct me if i'm wrong pipes up and says
01:04:43.600
oh no no no you know that's not shouldn't be directed at your manager that should be directed at
01:04:48.000
the health officer and you're like no i'm directing it at the right person this is an individual
01:04:53.520
right we've talked about this everybody in canada must uphold the rule of law and i was following
01:05:00.000
orders doesn't fly and correct me if i'm wrong but i believe the manager shut the meeting down
01:05:05.120
right there and and uh canceled canceled uh other scheduled appointments that day yeah that that's
01:05:10.320
correct and uh it ultimately what happened was it was just my shop steward and i uh hanging on a
01:05:16.960
meeting and my shop steward was like well that was nice i had questions for them yeah and so i i got
01:05:23.600
that all on uh recording of course and um we are pursuing other avenues as well uh right so yeah
01:05:32.320
we're we're looking at other avenues right and i'm excited to hear about the results of that um at some
01:05:38.160
point as well and and so i just i brought these uh couple of guests on with uh corinne and colleen
01:05:44.960
guys's names are so close uh because you know they are both now chapter leaders they both um are employees
01:05:52.240
and they've both been doing an amazing job at addressing the situation with their employer
01:05:58.880
now many of you are not going to get an instant result right now that's going to satisfy you
01:06:03.840
we have a company in new brunswick that i've talked about a couple of times huge construction company who
01:06:09.440
told their employer months ago their employees that they needed to get vaccinated the employees knew about
01:06:15.360
the notices of liability and i understood there i believe there was a hundred employees that served
01:06:20.480
the employer and the employer completely back down no more talk of vaccinating their employees once
01:06:27.360
they understood the legal liability and especially an experimental injection where you can prove you
01:06:34.000
have evidence to show that this is causing harm and death normally when they're testing a medication
01:06:40.480
or a drug 50 deaths and they pull it from the market we have tens of thousands if not hundreds
01:06:45.840
of thousands of deaths because of course they're they're not um being honest about the people who
01:06:51.360
are dying from a heart attack who happen to be 50 years old well you know he's a man he's 50 lots of men 50
01:06:56.720
die of heart attacks not after taking a deadly injection um talking about the firefighters i was in a great
01:07:04.240
meeting last night with uh you know professionals uh as far as dentists doctors uh hydro people uh firefighters and it is
01:07:13.920
just saddening me to hear the stories about those who felt uh coerced and extorted into taking the jab
01:07:21.600
and uh you know some have neurological damage and aren't are suffering greatly because of it um others
01:07:28.240
who took the jab instantly had to be rushed to hospital with myocarditis um as i mentioned earlier i know
01:07:35.040
one contact who she and her husband know 15 people who have had adverse effects six of whom have died
01:07:41.760
and then like i said the other young woman who's in her 20s i told you about both her parents were
01:07:46.480
double jabbed grandma just dies uh she dies of a heart attack and four of the family friends have
01:07:52.240
died of heart attack and are they ready are they ready to admit that this is a genocide that this is
01:07:58.880
murder it's just it's just shocking and so you have employers you have union leaders who are going along
01:08:06.800
with this be because uh they've just kept their head down they've been listening to the mainstream media
01:08:12.720
and through the notices of liability we are educating and informing and putting people in a position where
01:08:19.040
they have to begin to uh start looking at the other side of this and we are going to continue to press in
01:08:27.040
until people understand that we are in a war and that their actions are um perpetuating you know the
01:08:34.800
problem and assisting the government in destroying the livelihoods and the lives of their fellow
01:08:39.600
citizens and so i'm just so proud of everybody in our chapters and all of you who have joined us
01:08:45.440
tonight and uh you know i i keep saying knowledge is power and when you have it you have to share it
01:08:50.880
you have a duty to share it um i'm going to just answer a couple more questions thank you colleen for
01:08:56.720
that and i'm going to look forward to more updates uh from you on the uh next steps that we're taking
01:09:03.120
in filing criminal charges laying criminal charges what we are directing um everybody to do is that
01:09:10.720
you need to be engaging your employer your hr person whomever it is that's telling you you need
01:09:17.360
to either test or vax whatever it is that they're trying to impose on you unlawfully and you need to
01:09:23.040
make sure that you are saving all of this information all right and that you make sure that you've served
01:09:28.800
them the notice of liability you served in the additional letter make sure that your conversations
01:09:33.360
that you're recording them if you have had a phone conversation that you hadn't expected then what
01:09:40.800
i would recommend that you do is email your employer and say thank you so much your manager whomever
01:09:47.040
you know thanks for the conversation i just want to make sure that i understand the points that we
01:09:51.600
covered and then put bullet points in and cover what you heard in that conversation what you heard and
01:09:57.200
what you understand whether they directly said that you have to uh you know have the vax in order to
01:10:03.600
be employed otherwise you're going to be put on unpaid leave whether they've said to said that okay if you're
01:10:09.120
not going to take the jab you have to test three times a week make sure that you're putting this
01:10:14.160
information in the letter that you're documenting it and that you expect to reply from whomever it is that
01:10:19.760
that you're dealing with okay and then uh this is the evidence that you will be using when you uh fill
01:10:29.680
out the paperwork and present it to the crown and if you have a weak case you know we don't want this
01:10:35.440
to be dismissed and what i'm also incredibly encouraged by is that we have a lot of good friends
01:10:41.440
in law enforcement i don't know them all personally but i know some of the heads of those groups and they've
01:10:46.960
said that they will volunteer to help through our chapters get in touch with the people in the
01:10:52.960
community that are part of action for canada who are willing to lay criminal charges against their
01:10:59.600
employers their unions whomever it is and they are going to assist to make sure that the information
01:11:06.960
is filled out correctly before presenting to the crown and then i'm hoping they'll also be there for
01:11:13.120
moral support um on the days that those who are going to proceed with this go to court so it's
01:11:19.280
just i think the new year is going to be amazing i don't know how we're going to connect everybody at
01:11:24.880
this point that's why it is critical that you start getting involved with our chapters that's why it's
01:11:29.920
critical that you join the workers unite group as well it's all going to be about connection it's all
01:11:34.720
going to be about us being unified together and implementing this strategy and uh definitely
01:11:41.360
upholding what is already ours to have okay so somebody said do you know anyone who's filled
01:11:46.640
uh filed a complaint to the human rights i know lots of people who have filed human rights complaints
01:11:52.480
and that you've been let go of work since the 23rd that you've uh complained to labor commission
01:11:58.480
in montreal but i kind of stuck with human rights uh again human rights uh we've got to
01:12:04.480
remember that the human rights commissions and tribe tribunals are all part of the un and the global cabal
01:12:10.080
all right they many for years have called them a kangaroo court with dueling laws to what are
01:12:15.920
actually in the criminal code and they've been kind of running their own game there and now of course
01:12:21.440
the provinces completely own them and are facilitating them and instructing them but if you
01:12:27.600
filed a human rights complaint that is going to be further evidence that you have done everything
01:12:32.320
within your power to take every step possible to resolve this to make sure that your human rights and
01:12:38.800
that your constitutional and charter rights were respected all right so make sure that you file
01:12:43.600
your human rights complaints action for canada under legal action you can go down in human rights uh
01:12:50.000
filing human rights complaints we've got all the info you need for every single province
01:12:54.240
and below that is even filing a complaint against the police and if you are being uh harassed by police
01:13:00.880
you can see file human rights complaint right there and if you scroll down a little you'll see that we've
01:13:10.560
gone through the time to make sure that we've set you up by province with the information and even
01:13:17.360
there's help lines can you click on one maybe alberta all right gives you a little bit of information
01:13:26.720
and as you scroll down talks about our federal privacy and then as you go down further towards
01:13:32.560
the bottom it's actually got help lines that are available in each province if you need assistance
01:13:38.080
filling them out so we try to accommodate you as as best and be as thorough as we can and then as well
01:13:44.240
could you just click on the next one which was filing against the police it is critical that everybody
01:13:51.200
possible who has been mistreated it's actually under legal action to the bottom filing against law
01:13:57.120
enforcement it is critical that we take this action because i've talked to many um rcmp and uh municipal
01:14:05.120
police and these these are the complaints are taken seriously and these people are investigated so
01:14:12.320
if it is the rcmp it's only one link because it's federal and if it's the municipal police it's by
01:14:18.080
province and so we've uh made sure again that we've broken it down by province and provided that link
01:14:24.560
there you go for alberta okay so again we've tried to make it as simple as possible because it is
01:14:32.000
critical for as many people as possible to take action on every level they're hitting us as hard as
01:14:37.760
they can coming at all sides and we're gonna do the same all right uh maybe we'll have two more
01:14:43.840
questions and we're gonna wrap this up at 7 30 and because i know a lot of the questions i have
01:14:50.320
already answered in the empower hours and on the workers unite page in that zoom i i also while we're
01:14:57.280
waiting for a guest to another um person to come on to answer question many of you are single parents
01:15:03.520
who have said my ex has threatened that they're going to uh jab our child and uh so i have come up with a
01:15:11.520
non-consent letter for minors and they're using the mature minors uh doctrine in canada to say that
01:15:19.600
a child can make a decision whether they take a vaccine rocco has made it very clear that that
01:15:27.040
does not apply to vaccination but they're doing it anyways and so i figure if they think a five-year-old
01:15:33.120
is mature enough to say they can take a vaccine then i figure they're going to be mature enough to say
01:15:38.720
no they're not and so when you uh as a parent are going to sit down with them we'll have a resource
01:15:44.800
available where you will show them the harms of the vaccine whether it's a bears report showing over
01:15:50.880
18 000 deaths directly related to it and then on the other side we'll have an image such as a pie
01:15:58.320
and it shows that 99.997 survival rate for children and that it's zero percent nearly zero percent of
01:16:07.840
children suffer from any form of this virus and once a child sees that then you know you're recording
01:16:15.280
this conversation with your child you won't be coercing them or prepping them in advance you'll
01:16:19.280
record this conversation with your child some of them for five you might need a teddy bear i know
01:16:23.760
it's horrible to put our children in this position and then they'd say oh no i don't want to have
01:16:28.960
that jab i'm not going to take that for teenagers saying absolutely not i i'm not going to take a risk
01:16:34.960
children like are having uh teenagers are having myocarditis when they were perfectly healthy that
01:16:40.640
doesn't sound like something i i'm interested in and then they would sign their name and date it
01:16:45.600
and uh it may need to be done in in front of a uh a witness i'm waiting to have a conversation with
01:16:53.680
rocco uh to see if this is even a good idea but i i would think that uh you're going to need to have
01:17:01.760
some sort of this would have to be some sort of legal document and possibly to have it sworn is
01:17:06.960
how far you'll need to go i'm just desperately trying to find ways uh that we could come up with
01:17:11.920
answers to protect your children i i think all of us uh i would imagine lose sleep at night regarding
01:17:17.440
this issue knowing that they're they're actively moving towards harming them sterilizing them and
01:17:23.920
even in many cases killing them and and we just can't sit back and let this happen all right hi louise
01:17:31.760
can you take there you go hi hello hi taking my question um i got put on leave without pay by my
01:17:42.960
employer a few weeks ago and today i got my was asked to go to the office and i got my termination
01:17:50.240
letter right they asked me to sign this termination letter and uh it's the craziest one ever i'll tell you
01:17:58.720
that they asked me to sign my rights away against all the codes and the employers act and and that
01:18:06.240
i could not charge them or take any legal action against them or anything and they listed all the
01:18:16.160
oh this is yeah okay so did you sign it no oh thank god okay well done now okay this i i what what
01:18:28.800
province are you in manitoba okay so um we've got some very active people well in every province but
01:18:36.160
manitoba saskatchewan there's been some contact with the premier in saskatchewan and uh you know so
01:18:42.800
uh what they've tried to do in bc and i thought it was manitoba could be saskatchewan i'm sure it's
01:18:47.840
in every province what they're trying to pass is um i'll give you an example so the emergency measures
01:18:53.280
acts provincial ones because of course they didn't pass one federally and so they've unlawfully done
01:18:58.160
it on the at the provincial level and and it's only supposed to be temporary but they're just going
01:19:02.800
to keep it going and wouldn't you know we're we're under lockdown here you know in in in bc again and
01:19:08.880
it was supposed to expire at the end of december so not only are they going to reinstate the
01:19:14.000
emergency measures act here in bc but they've said there's going to be an amendment and then it's
01:19:18.960
going to be that employers will have no liability whatsoever for um upholding the emergency measure
01:19:25.920
orders now think about that right how how it's just like they may wave their little magic wand and
01:19:34.320
they say oh you know this is the plan we're going to say nobody's liable for breaking the law because
01:19:38.960
we say so all right section 52 1 says if it's inconsistent with the constitution it's of no
01:19:44.800
force or effect i keep saying these orders all of these amendments they're not worth it you could
01:19:49.680
blow your nose with them they're absolute garbage throw them in the garbage shred them
01:19:53.920
so what they're doing to you right now is they're trying to get ahead of the notices of liability
01:19:59.760
because we've said we're coming for the employer and they want to give employers as false sense of
01:20:06.240
security stating that they won't be held liable all right yeah i served my employer with a notice of
01:20:13.680
liability i gave it to him and then i ended up serving him by registered mail they have it and i had put
01:20:25.280
all that information in with the notice of liability you know some of the quote the the legal stuff and
01:20:32.640
that's what they put in there all these except for our constitution that's one they missed but uh yeah
01:20:39.920
so i've been you know they would they want to give me my like two weeks notice severance pay and then
01:20:46.160
they want to give me another three weeks severance pay if i sign this letter no what you should be
01:20:52.080
doing is you should go back in everybody do not accept any of this do not walk off the job do not
01:20:58.000
accept any of it show up for work if they tell you you're on unpaid leave put your recorder on record
01:21:04.320
it and show up for work on a normal scheduled time i know that may seem scary to do but then uh what you
01:21:10.800
would do is you would have proof that you were not in agreement with this that you did your best to show
01:21:15.680
up at work and uh that the employee is acting unlawfully as i said on on from the um global news
01:21:24.000
report a um mainstream media has a lawyer come on says this is illegal they can't do this and so you're
01:21:31.440
absolutely now have you challenged them uh in in an email stating that 100 i will not sign the document
01:21:40.320
that you've sent me it's illegal it's unlawful and you're opening yourself up to huge liability in
01:21:46.480
sending this to me no i didn't i haven't sent an email yet to them saying i'm not signing i told them
01:21:53.840
that i'm not complied on several occasions i went and showed up for work and like and uh they you know
01:22:03.440
told me i couldn't come back to work okay and did you happen to record that
01:22:10.960
uh they gave me a letter okay uh the other thing that i want to remind everybody to do is keep a
01:22:16.880
journal i i've been in several car accidents where i got rear-ended and um anyways uh you know it takes
01:22:24.320
some time to resolve these matters and if you create a journal whatever you put down uh december 15th
01:22:32.400
i had a phone conversation with such and such at this time this is what was discussed do not go
01:22:38.720
back and change anything once you've documented that if you want to make another note it would
01:22:43.760
need to be on another day but keep a detailed journal when you go into court when you could
01:22:49.840
submit this information you'll have all the evidence you need plus recorded information and then
01:22:56.000
i would recommend that if you're recording a conversation that you also make sure that you transcribe
01:23:00.800
it because it's easier to submit that to the courts all right so i'm going to want to hear back from you
01:23:08.080
louise in the new year i hope you're signed up with the uh workers unite group because i i'm definitely
01:23:15.120
going to be interested to hear on the follow-up okay okay i will sign up with that and i tried to
01:23:21.680
i talked to crown attorney i wanted to file file criminal charges but he said i couldn't find a
01:23:29.040
lawyer my own lawyer no if you do it through the system with uh david we are having success at that
01:23:35.680
and david is david will be making this available on on his website as well the um criminal code annotated
01:23:43.280
book all right you can get this via e trend um ebook or a hard copy but we have also i've made a huge
01:23:52.000
investment into all of our chapters and worked something out with david where every single
01:23:57.120
chapter will have an ebook and if you join a chapter then you're going to have the advantage of having
01:24:03.760
people around you that can assist you and as i said we're going to be somehow working out where these
01:24:10.560
um um officers that are with mountie for mounties for freedom or police for freedom whoever is going
01:24:16.240
to join us will be able to join a chapter and and then they'd be able to also assist on how to fill
01:24:23.360
properly fill out it's not a lot of work you just need to know the section of the criminal code if it's
01:24:28.320
extortion if it is intimidation uh maybe i talked to a teacher uh the other day and in i believe it was
01:24:36.560
in saskatchewan and she felt forced to take the vaccination and she's ended up having uh very
01:24:43.360
serious heart problems and so uh i said you could you could charge somebody with assault because people
01:24:50.560
have been well informed the health officers all have a duty to know that this is causing a huge amount
01:24:57.520
of of harm so whoever administered that vaccination should be charged but whoever uh extorted her into
01:25:04.560
believing that she had to take that otherwise be at risk of losing her job needs to be charged as
01:25:10.000
well okay how do i join a chapter then well um i don't know what area you're what area you are in
01:25:18.800
in manitoba we have them in winnipeg go to our chapter page and find the closest one to you okay okay we
01:25:26.560
we have some real powerhouses go ahead or can i can i create a chapter in northern manitoba you know
01:25:34.560
what uh if there isn't a chapter already in northern manitoba louise then uh sheila would you make sure
01:25:40.960
that you get louise's information please there's sheila is um if you go to the chat section where you can
01:25:49.280
search send chat put sheila's name in there or sheila maybe you can reach out to louise brat
01:25:56.560
there we go what do we got uh altona winnipeg and verdant are any of those close to your location
01:26:02.960
um probably winnipeg's the closest but we're six hours north oh wow okay
01:26:10.800
all right then we need to get you connected and having a conversation with ron do you have support
01:26:14.800
in your community well kind of on my own right now and you know like maybe if i can get something going
01:26:21.360
and you know try and contact other people i would have to know how to start it okay it is truly
01:26:26.960
amazing like i said we had one chapter in ontario when i was there in august and now we have over 32
01:26:32.640
and so the word starts to spread very quickly uh like this mayor she thought oh i thought i was the
01:26:38.400
only one i mean she had other people that were um actually members of action for canada and were
01:26:43.440
assisting her but she thought she was the only mayor and yet there was three other mayors in ontario and
01:26:48.320
the same thing will happen with individuals right that i'm the only one in my community
01:26:53.520
but once we get a chapter ready uh we see very quickly that um that others will join you
01:27:01.360
okay so let's let's get that happening all right i think okay information then yep just provide it to
01:27:10.160
sheila and we'll get you connected to ron to have a conversation all right everyone i'm going to do
01:27:15.120
one more i think one more question we have michelle k thank you hi hi hi i just actually wrote in the
01:27:24.720
chat i'm interested in starting a chapter in leduc alberta it's about an hour outside of edmonton so
01:27:30.640
i don't think there's anything here yet um okay so i'm self-employed um so i haven't had to deal with
01:27:38.880
um employment stuff but i went into just recently in the last couple weeks stores that i've been
01:27:47.200
entering i've been saying i will not wear my mask and um that i am protected by law and so it's been
01:27:54.000
working it's been great actually and um i tried to go into a restaurant the other day and was denied i have
01:28:02.560
everything on video i told him that i'm protected under the bill of rights um to my privacy i've
01:28:11.520
been trying to just educate myself on your website and so they he denied me unfortunately i didn't get
01:28:17.920
the name of uh the person i was speaking with but he transferred me he actually called his general
01:28:25.120
manager and i spoke with the general manager on the phone and he kind of had the final say and denied
01:28:31.440
me and so i told him i was trying to educate him and um said that i will be serving a notice of
01:28:37.440
liability to be honest with you i don't really like know what to do like that the next step i just kind
01:28:43.600
of was reading on the website what to say i said it so now like i said i have video footage i wrote a
01:28:49.680
journal documenting everything um the only thing like i said is i i have the general manager's information
01:28:56.400
the one that kind of said the final no so i have his email his phone number everything and i've
01:29:03.040
just been trying to ask around kind of like what the next step is i'm just really unsure what to do
01:29:09.680
because i only spoke with him on the phone so yeah i'm not sure yeah so we've had these notices
01:29:16.000
liability for businesses and boom you know since they were putting these vax passes and all this
01:29:21.200
unreasonable uh mandates into place and so a lot of people will say well you know what's the result
01:29:26.640
well so some have had very good responses and the business owners were informed and they've decided
01:29:33.200
not to comply uh these business owners it would be great if people would take the time as well to say
01:29:40.000
hey are you aware that you could be held liable for discriminating against and upholding these
01:29:45.440
unlawful orders and would you take the time to read this information i don't want to file a
01:29:50.160
complaint against you i would much prefer that if you could become educated and we could provide
01:29:54.960
you support as a business are you aware that by you are actually complicit by implementing these
01:30:03.040
unlawful orders um you know with through your business the government can't deputize you they
01:30:09.120
can't force you to commit uh criminal offenses and that's what you're doing okay so uh businesses
01:30:14.880
unfortunately you know have been ill-informed now one of the things that action for canada started
01:30:20.000
a year ago uh that's why we used to call the empower hour it used to be called the boots on
01:30:24.400
the boots on the ground business campaign because we started this business campaign where there was
01:30:29.600
a postcard a letter and a poster that they could uh the poster was like to vax or not to that well it
01:30:35.760
was to mask or not to mask that is the question we respect your right to choose and now we've got
01:30:41.200
to vax or not to vax to mask or not to mask we respect your right to choose and we ask them
01:30:46.160
to post that you know in in their business the postcard informs them that they are committing
01:30:51.600
human rights uh violations and uh are you aware you know that the government is in favoring large
01:30:58.960
corporations over small businesses a lot of small businesses are reporting 25 loss of income 50 loss
01:31:05.840
of income hundreds of thousands of businesses have already permanently closed the door with no fight at
01:31:10.800
all government is out to destroy their business and if we can appeal to business owners and understand
01:31:17.920
the language and what it is they need to hear that's very beneficial and that's why we've got
01:31:23.040
the boots on the ground campaign and um very active from our chapters and so we're asking our chapter
01:31:31.200
leaders to recruit individuals who will go out and deliver this information to business owners
01:31:36.640
within their community so recently the other investment that i made into the chapters was
01:31:41.520
sending them 250 copies of the business materials so that they could start to go into the communities
01:31:49.120
knock on the doors of businesses and start to educate them and then start to say hey join action for
01:31:54.720
canada um you could if they're if they're really one of those ones that are very militant about it
01:32:00.240
while the human rights complaint against them okay and at least get that going uh as i say
01:32:07.040
we are in provinces especially um alberta there's super lots of activity there right now because
01:32:13.360
all of a sudden the chapters went you know there it's happening in ontario and bc are really strong
01:32:18.640
provinces for chapters and now it's happening as well and we're getting good results in others
01:32:23.040
but the purpose of me saying that is again going back to the beginning of this if anybody wants to say
01:32:28.240
the notices of liability are ineffective you know you are strongly wrongly you're just mistaken we have the
01:32:35.040
evidence and the um we don't know like we may not uh have the effect from the human rights commissions
01:32:42.800
that we want but we're educating a business and hopefully turn them around and we got to apply
01:32:48.400
pressure we got to encourage other people not to do business with them if they're going to be
01:32:51.680
militant home hardware has been super bad and um there was one where there was a um
01:33:00.160
a post on social media and they had refused a customer service because of a mask and so they
01:33:05.520
got all kinds of backlash it kind of went through uh you know a social media who were people who
01:33:10.080
understood the harms of wearing masks and that this business was discriminating against someone who
01:33:14.720
chose not to or couldn't maybe for medical reasons and so anyways the business owner ended up coming
01:33:20.560
back on and saying i apologize i'll do whatever i need to make this right oh that's amazing yeah
01:33:25.840
yeah i know and that's really what i want like the intention behind it is just to educate because
01:33:30.720
the more i'm learning about this stuff too i'm like hey i just want to pass it on and i just want people
01:33:35.440
to like really understand what their what their rights are um but uh what else was i gonna say
01:33:42.800
on that just one second here i wrote i just wrote a couple notes um
01:33:48.720
okay something that's kind of coming up for me is just like my own personal safety
01:33:52.560
safety so it so even just you know let's say i'm sending a notice of liability and i'm putting
01:33:57.920
like my full name on there and everything i don't know like has that has that come up all at all in
01:34:02.560
conversation of people being a bit just scared i guess no you know i and this is again i know that
01:34:09.520
it's uh there's we're down to we've lost about 200 people because it's 7 41 and very late in the east
01:34:14.400
so one before we go any further i just want to thank everybody before um other people need to sign off
01:34:20.160
because of the hour i just want to make sure i wish you all a very merry christmas i'm hanging in
01:34:24.400
there to answer some of these questions because i'm hoping there's others on the call that are
01:34:28.880
having the same scenarios um so if i was to let fear stop me i i would have wouldn't have begun this
01:34:35.760
six years ago yeah and if you consider back on august 30th i filed a 25 page affidavit against uh the
01:34:44.080
health officer in bc she is incredibly corrupt provided all the information in there her ties to the
01:34:49.840
un bonnie henry is not a good person and i'm calling her out at rallies saying she needs to
01:34:54.000
go to jail i've done that on here tonight uh john horrigan you know uh there's people that know him
01:34:59.600
personally who said he is not the same man they once knew years ago they have become corrupted and
01:35:05.840
if we don't call this out we're not going to have a country left and so there is strength in numbers
01:35:11.760
but uh you know i could say one person can change the world we we can name a few of those people
01:35:17.200
throughout history um action for canada was started and we've got an army of people growing
01:35:22.960
across this nation so don't let fear consume you do be safe i mean a notice of liability is just
01:35:29.600
simply a notice informing people that what they are doing is wrong and causing harm and that they're
01:35:36.240
also violating uh the law and that their supreme court information in there we provide medical
01:35:42.000
information we provide peer-reviewed studies so that they have a duty and a responsibility especially
01:35:48.080
someone in authority uh mayor city council trustees they have a higher responsibility to be educated and
01:35:55.520
understand you know uh why they're making the decisions they are and if they need to take a shift
01:36:01.440
then they need to do so and and so don't let fear compel you don't let it happen so much i won't i won't
01:36:09.520
thank you okay um so to everyone again i know that we could go for three more hours answering questions
01:36:17.280
i would encourage you strongly to go to the empower hours listen to many of of these uh videos uh
01:36:25.760
conversations that we've already had go to the one on the workers unite page and let me just see um i
01:36:32.640
don't know if there's heather if there's anything further that you need to add at the end of the
01:36:36.400
night i would ask i know there's a lot of organizations going out and asking people for a year-end
01:36:42.400
contributions and i'm not going to do that i feel like that when something is laid on your heart and
01:36:47.920
you choose to give action for canada is super grateful and we don't have a great system of being able to
01:36:54.960
reach out and tell our people uh you know those who have donated how grateful we are but i really
01:37:00.240
want to take that opportunity to let you know i'm finding a way that we're going to retrieve a file
01:37:05.280
and i'm going to send a special note to everybody that's donated and supported us in the in the last
01:37:10.880
year and the only thing that i would ask is uh that i don't know if you know is available is that you
01:37:16.720
could become a monthly donor so it's nothing special for the end of the year is that if everybody gave
01:37:22.000
five dollars a month we could all carry this load so that i can make sure that uh action for canada
01:37:27.760
is taking some very strong steps moving forward and one of the ways we're doing that is uh giving
01:37:34.000
back to our chapters and making sure that they're facilitated within your community with what is
01:37:41.120
needed to help them grow and to help them reach out to their community and to make sure that our
01:37:46.560
resources are known that they could show up at a rally and that you'll know when we're going to get
01:37:50.960
big red tents and make sure that everybody has that with a big action for canada sign so on that um heather
01:37:58.400
did you have anything that you wanted to add well i just want to tell you that the chat is just blowing
01:38:03.600
up with such grateful hearts people are so thankful for all that you're teaching and your willingness to
01:38:10.400
do so and and i think that a lot of people don't realize how much time you put into this and you do
01:38:16.480
you're you're such an amazing person and they're just it's just the chat is just blowing up to let you
01:38:23.040
know thank you love you guys you make me teary because i've got to tell you guys uh we have an amazing
01:38:29.680
team at action for canada who is really working sacrificially uh laying everything down to help
01:38:36.000
this country uh some people work in full-time you know full-time jobs and then spending many many more
01:38:42.400
hours a week dozens of hours uh working to help support action for canada and the initiatives that
01:38:48.320
are coming from i want to say corporate but that doesn't sound grassroots i want to keep us grassroots
01:38:54.080
so everybody much love to you merry christmas uh we're off for two weeks by the end of this week
01:38:59.360
we're going to pause for two weeks we'll be back in january you've got all the resources that you need
01:39:04.560
uh hang in there be strong i hope that you feel empowered that you have hope hope we are on the
01:39:10.480
winning side and as i've always said we serve a mighty risen god and this is a don't forget that
01:39:16.640
jesus is the reason for this season and that the enemy wants to destroy us but god is in control
01:39:23.040
and we are going to win this and i hope that we were able to express that tonight as to the mountain
01:39:28.160
that we're moving and we are on the winning side so god bless you have an amazing merry christmas
01:39:46.400
i'm gonna thank god and god alone for the ground that i'm standing on
01:39:52.960
i'm gonna thank our founding fathers for giving their lives and sacrificing so much for our freedom
01:40:09.040
and i'm calling on you today don't put them to shame don't waste what they did
01:40:26.960
we are putting chapters across the nation we are going to be in every town and every city
01:40:34.160
and we are going to build communities within these communities of like-minded people
01:40:38.880
who are actually going to care for one another again and love on each other and give each other the
01:40:43.920
help when they're down we are going to use the teams and the people that build within chapters to support
01:40:51.600
our businesses the government's actions are completely 100 unlawful judgment will again be found on
01:41:02.720
justice and those with virtuous hearts will pursue it you have a virtuous heart if you are here today
01:41:11.680
pursuing freedom and righteousness and then verse 23 comes along with a promise
01:41:20.400
god says he will turn the sins of evil people back on them he will destroy them for their sins
01:41:29.840
i take great comfort in that because i serve a mighty living god who has allowed us to go through this
01:41:41.520
season of discomfort because we as a nation have turned our backs on him and we need to get right
01:41:50.400
so i am just going to thank you so much i'm going to say god bless you and god bless canada
