00:07:56.000 he's going to fill it with something and that's communism they're liars but they achieve uh what they

00:08:02.320 want by repeating a lie often enough until it goes a generation and now they're repeating these lies to

00:08:07.920 our kids in the school system climate change critical race theory the trans lgbtq uh un agenda etc

00:08:16.000 but they've been lying to all of us as well and the media is the arm the propaganda arm by which

00:08:22.720 they do this so in order to undo this we need to repeat the truth over and over again and you need

00:09:43.920 lived through communism and the corruption and so he is yelling it from the rooftops uh for many many

00:09:51.280 years warning people what's what's right on our doorstep here and he doesn't mince any words uh some

00:09:57.680 of you i'm hoping that most of you saw this um action when i sent it out this week i was shocked to

00:10:05.520 find out that uh this new i don't know if she's a new reporter for rebel news i'm not too familiar

00:10:10.640 with tamara anyways uh she had this individual come on uh who's apparently a paralegal former prosecutor

00:10:20.000 and it was shocking actually to hear the information uh that she was providing people it was very

00:10:27.680 inaccurate it was attack against the notices of liability and also the charter rights basically

00:10:34.080 that we don't have the right uh to say that we're not going to wear a mask and that we need to follow

00:10:40.720 the orders and and in the comments section you can see right here one people says one person said so

00:10:47.600 this is basically telling everyone that that we the people are screwed and i just thought what a

00:10:53.200 disastrous report i mean in order for canadians to stand up and take action they have to feel empowered

00:11:01.600 encouraged hopeful and i just felt uh that this interview uh was just so anti anti-canadian and um

00:11:24.800 canada is having great success on and i know many many months ago i know one of the reporters i would call

00:11:30.480 her friends she's a lovely person and they had put the notice of liability before their lawyers but

00:11:38.480 they were employment lawyers and the employment lawyers came back and said oh you know the notices

00:11:43.600 of liability give false hope they're not going to be effective etc well what employees are going through

00:11:50.320 is not necessarily employment law although we wish we wish employment lawyers would actually stand up and

00:11:57.600 have the backbone to fight on their behalf as well as the unions but they're not this is turned into

00:12:04.320 criminal law and in violation of 100 guaranteed charter rights so after i'd watched this video i

00:12:12.240 truly was a little bit gobsmacked so i kindly put a comment in the comment section saying you know um

00:12:19.840 you know this isn't going to give people a whole lot of hope and the notices of liability

00:12:23.440 uh are actually having a great effect this is misinformation and i provided some of our links

00:12:29.360 so people could actually uh come to action for canada see the successes well to my shock i i went back

00:12:37.200 to the page and they deleted my comment and so i found that very discouraging but when i went to

00:12:43.200 the comment section somebody um i've blurred out their names uh to respect them they said keep deleting

00:12:49.040 comments it makes you look really bad and then another person had said yep been after them for

00:12:53.600 a year now rebel deleting the irony here now i can understand if it was cursing or swearing or something

00:12:59.760 inappropriate but i was genuinely wanting to make sure that the people in the comments section didn't

00:13:05.840 listen to what this lady had to say because she was misinforming them and that was poison to our ears

00:13:11.360 right now because canadians need to 100 percent understand that everything that the government

00:13:17.440 is doing is unlawful and they have no right since the onset now another way that action for canada

00:13:23.840 knows that we're having a super huge impact and this to me is evidence of it i didn't know who rma

00:13:31.760 insurance is uh but they sent out a bulletin on december 10th saying urgent action for canada

00:13:38.080 awareness it has been brought to our attention that various constituents are serving documents on

00:13:43.200 municipalities and counselors that purport to be official legal documents specifically documents

00:13:49.440 drafted by the online group action for canada that we have reviewed are titled notice of liability

00:13:55.200 instructions and vaccine notice of liability this one was particular to elected officials these

00:14:01.280 appear to be fillable forms that are available on action for canada website now what fillable forms

00:14:07.280 means um how that's significant i don't really know but what i do believe is happening here uh they

00:14:14.640 go on to compare us to some groups called freemen on the land and sovereign citizens who don't believe

00:14:20.960 in the rule of law in canada i believe the constitution or the charter of rights and it's totally contradicts

00:14:27.440 what i have been proclaiming uh for the last six years i've been all about the constitution the

00:14:33.680 charter of rights and the rule of law in canada that and we have them and that we should be using them

00:14:38.800 embracing them and owning them and uh so they were trying to give us a real hit when they uh created

00:14:45.440 this uh letter that would have gone out to all of the municipalities in alberta not only that but they

00:14:53.040 made defamatory accusations claiming that the citizens that are serving the notice of liability pose a

00:14:59.280 security threat and then advised individuals to contact law enforcement if they feel threatened

00:15:04.880 so i had drafted a letter and david it was wonderful i had it and and he went in there and he massaged

00:15:11.760 the vocabulary a bit to add a little bit of legalese in there and i sent that to the president of the rma

00:15:19.360 insurance today so i will keep you updated what happens but i told them to immediately retract what they

00:15:27.120 have written because it's the libelous defamatory and complete misinformation and that they are to

00:15:34.880 retract it and uh make sure that they everybody that they email to make it public uh to inform them

00:15:43.440 and uh that this is not who action for canada is and i hope that they will very much comply or i'll need

00:15:49.440 to take further action against them but tell me a notice of liability how ineffective they are if an

00:15:56.320 insurance company that oversees all of the municipalities in alberta would write a hit piece letter on action

00:16:03.920 for canada does that sound like notices of liability that are having no effect and is it possible that

00:16:13.120 maybe the agreement this insurance company has uh with the municipalities is that uh maybe they're

00:16:20.960 covering legal costs is included in their coverage well that's going to cost them a lot of money if

00:16:27.040 the mayors and city councils continue to violate the rights and freedoms of canada of their of their uh

00:16:33.680 residents in their um in their cities and towns and i'm just thinking that they were getting the

00:16:41.520 calculator out and and seeing that this could cost them a lot of money so in other words let's just send

00:16:47.280 a letter out to all the mayors and city council saying if you get these you know don't don't uh

00:16:53.120 create a scene because you don't want them becoming violent in other words but you know just disregard

00:16:59.600 them when you get them uh so yes i would say the notices of liability are having a huge impact now the

00:17:07.280 one that i became aware of today was cbc news notices of liability used by anti-vaccine anti-mandate groups

00:17:15.200 are not a thing law professor says and this is this always never ceases to amaze me how a ubc in this

00:17:23.040 instance professor apparently deborah parks can write such an article that is filled with so much

00:17:29.120 misinformation and nonsense have these people never picked up the constitution have they never

00:17:35.120 reviewed it looked at the charter of rights do they not understand the rule of law in canada

00:17:40.480 and so to me they just they should be embarrassed to even be a part of uh what it is that cbc is doing

00:17:48.160 cbc also had to include that i'm not sure where it is here i'd have to uh research a little bit go

00:17:56.720 down but they also compared us to this oh here it is uh the documents are popular with believers of

00:18:02.800 certain pseudo legal theories linked to groups like the freeman on the land a canadian anti-government

00:18:09.120 movement with links to white nationalism well we have no links to any white nationalists i didn't

00:18:15.040 even know who freeman on the land was until a couple of months ago when when you know it was cbc

00:18:21.600 had written an article about uh david lindsey saying that he was part of the freeman on the land and as

00:18:27.920 well talking about the notices of liability how they were completely ineffective and not a thing

00:18:32.640 and this article is almost verbatim it's just a junk piece uh this is why cbc is getting paid by the

00:18:39.440 government uh because if they actually had to do any reporting and maintain any kind of support from

00:18:44.960 the public we know they'd be bankrupt and and so i'm hoping that everybody that's joined us here today

00:18:53.040 will not entertain even turning the channel to the to the cbc global news or ctv it's really not worth

00:19:01.600 anybody's time so again i've as i've mentioned in the last months we have the media the government

00:19:08.720 and the unions all trying to uh disregard the notices of liability so why would they be doing

00:21:50.800 of weeks of being overwhelmed with stories of people who have vaccine injury and i'm talking critical

00:21:57.600 vaccine injury and many many deaths um in one day uh someone very close to me their grandmother had just

00:22:05.600 died she had been a nurse uh she was trying to tell the granddaughter to take the vaccine this is an

00:22:11.280 adult granddaughter and she kept saying no grandma i'm not going to do that but grandma did double dose

00:22:16.320 and uh she had taken it i believe in the summer and in perfect health she died of a heart a heart attack

00:22:23.040 i believe it was on saturday uh four other members uh friends of the family the husbands have died of

00:22:30.160 heart attack and uh they're still not getting it they're still not getting it that this is directly

00:23:28.240 somebody texted me and i don't know who this person is uh but somebody by the name of lonnie

00:23:35.920 five days ago had posted uh people keep asking me about action for canada so i don't know who this

00:23:41.440 l-o-n-n-y a lonnie person is really getting tired of it and we'll say right now i don't judge people

00:23:47.200 however i do pay attention to actions i will say just one thing here and leave it at that make your

00:23:52.400 own minds up and please stop asking me thank you okay so action for canada is offering help to file

00:23:57.840 a private prosecution and charging 150 for it no we're not that's complete lie and misinformation

00:24:05.440 it is free to download from the government website and you can do it yourself i have no idea what this

00:24:10.640 person is talking about if you see this information it's completely false then they say and by the way

00:24:16.800 all those school board results they're bragging about for bc are for teachers not the students

00:24:22.960 well we've never ever said that this campaign was about students we've said that this campaign

00:24:29.360 is about the school boards trying to mandate vaccines for teachers so when you see misinformation

00:24:35.040 out there like this uh please ignore it even make a comment and and let them know that that is not

00:24:41.200 at all accurate accurate so this is the campaign there are 60 school districts in bc and once we heard

00:24:51.680 that they were given the objective to the mandate from the government to decide whether or not teachers

00:24:58.640 should be vaccinated by the school districts individually we got very very busy and served

00:25:04.080 all of the trustees in bc and notice of liability as a result 22 school boards within

00:25:11.120 a month between october and november voted no to mandating vaccines for teachers as of i believe

00:25:17.920 it's november 27th they went silent we've heard nothing and so uh priscilla who's head of our parents

00:25:26.640 group and head of this campaign has been scouring every day going through the news checking out these

00:25:32.560 school districts to see if they've had a vote so we thought okay they're up to something else because

00:25:37.040 you can imagine being a government official and seeing a voted no every single time in big red

00:25:43.360 print i mean they're probably sitting there i say getting an ulcer and i'm sure they're very upset

00:25:48.560 with action for canada in having such an effective campaign so what are they going to do wait until all

00:25:54.560 60 end up in big red voted no no the government's not not like that right they're not going to sit back and

00:26:00.560 do nothing so it came to my attention on friday last friday that the uh school board superintendent for

00:26:09.440 school district 23 was central okanagan and mr kevin cardell ended up creating a um a letter and at 3 58

00:26:23.680 on friday he sent it to all school to school uh staff in central okanagan telling them that they

00:26:31.520 needed to fill out a vaccination data collection notice which is completely unlawful but what they hope

00:26:40.640 to do in in uh processing that is that teachers staff janitors whomever is involved would have until january

00:26:49.520 14th to provide their vaccination status so instead of the board saying all right we're voting no uh

00:26:56.800 against mandating vaccines for teachers or we want to vote yes to it instead they were going to have

00:27:03.360 the decision that all the teachers and all the school staff needed to provide their private vaccination

00:27:09.920 information and instead of um coming right out and saying you know we're going to mandate uh vaccines

00:27:19.840 for teachers they're very sneaky they're trying to do it in an indirect way in order to get teachers

00:27:27.280 in a position where they provide their information by january 14th and then at that point because they

00:27:34.160 haven't provided their information or because they're not vaccinated then they said there would be

00:27:38.560 disciplinary action or you know if they do using the word if they do mandate vaccines um at that point

00:27:46.720 the uh teachers would be put on unpaid leave very sneaky so i got busy and i wrote a very strongly

00:27:56.000 worded letter to mr cardell to let him know and to the school board trustees it was delivered to them

00:28:02.720 today and tonight at their trustee meeting letting them know in no uncertain terms it doesn't matter

00:28:08.480 how they word it or how they go about this this is completely unlawful they're committing an

00:28:13.680 indictable offense and that they could be held liable if they continue and if they vote in favor

00:28:18.640 for this so uh we're going to be very interested to see how the government responds to see how school

00:28:25.520 district 23 of the central okanagan because i believe they were hoping to set a precedent so the

00:28:30.720 rest of the 38 uh school boards would get involved and and vote along with this all right i'm going

00:28:37.280 to move along here i again i just i need everybody to be educated on this information because no matter

00:28:43.520 what province you're in you can bet that the government is conniving as well behind your backs

00:28:49.520 you've got to be going into the school districts within your province you got to be researching them

00:28:54.560 every day for new posts new letters new mandates whatever it is they're doing uh they they have to

00:29:00.320 post it on their web page they have to give notice um it's very helpful as well if you can find somebody on

00:29:06.320 the inside because more and more school board uh trustees are finding that ethically and morally they

00:29:12.400 cannot go along with this and once they know what their liability is it's making it um easier

00:29:18.640 and so we're finding this in alberta is that our chapters have exploded in many of the provinces

00:29:25.200 once we get one chapter in there and people start hearing about it and start initiating our campaigns

00:29:30.240 to the elected officials school board trustees mayors city councils they're getting appointments and um

00:29:37.440 you know being able to help and assist in educating them and then as well applying that pressure

00:29:44.240 that's why we're having reactions from even outside organizations like insurance companies

00:29:49.840 who are doing uh the calculating and and finding this is not going to bode well for them either um so

00:29:56.400 anyways maybe you know there will be a meeting coming up forthcoming with rma and we can have a

00:30:01.280 conversation or they'll just simply retract what it is uh that they've said in the chat somebody had made

00:30:08.960 a comment about rocco uh and that he's receiving tax dollars and i know there was big bold print there

00:30:16.240 demanding that you know rocco respond to this but let me tell you about canuck law canuck law has done

00:30:22.880 numerous hits pieces on action for canada on vaccine choice canada and you can bet against rocco to the

00:30:30.720 point that rocco consistently told them that they need to cease and desist to the point they did not

00:30:38.400 and so rocco in september has filed a statement of claim in the superior court of ontario against

00:30:47.840 canuck law all right they are liars they are filled with misinformation um i don't trust what they'd

00:30:55.520 say i know what they said about action for canada and i have no respect for their reporting even if they

00:31:01.120 said something at this point that was true i i i i wouldn't believe it all right notices of liability

00:40:52.960 up against and what they had to lose and that the health care system would completely collapse in quebec

00:58:56.800 stand up for themselves because now we're in a situation where we can have thousands of people

00:59:02.080 who do not know where their next paycheck is going to come from or whether they're even going to get ui

01:12:04.480 remember that the human rights commissions and tribe tribunals are all part of the un and the global cabal

01:12:15.920 actually in the criminal code and they've been kind of running their own game there and now of course

01:12:21.440 the provinces completely own them and are facilitating them and instructing them but if you

01:12:32.320 within your power to take every step possible to resolve this to make sure that your human rights and
