Transcript

00:00:00.000 I don't know that my question is really pertinent to Stuart this evening,
00:00:03.500 but I've been having some trouble regarding the long-term care home that my
00:00:07.560 mom is in. And again, if you don't want me to ask it here,
00:00:11.260 I can certainly email, but I'm not with a chapter right now.
00:00:15.520 My mom does have an appointment next week.
00:00:17.540 I have not served any notice of liability.
00:00:20.020 Obviously I do not want to get an RAT or PCR swab going in there.
00:00:24.320 I've not seen her for months. If she does come out for appointment,
00:00:27.540 they will make her have a rapid test or a PCR test going back in.
00:00:33.020 We know how bad they are. I just,
00:00:35.920 I don't know whether to reach out to a lawyer, even at that point,
00:00:39.500 you could get bad legal advice. Is it a human rights lawyer?
00:00:42.660 Like where are we at? There's probably not any, you know,
00:00:45.560 class action suit or anything happening. I know there's, you know,
00:00:48.420 your organization, Tanya, as well as Stanford.
00:00:51.540 I've before reached out to Suzanne Coles from Ontario,
00:00:55.920 but I'm just at a loss and it kills me that I can't see my mom.
00:01:00.540 And I apologize if it's not at this time,
00:01:02.380 I should really be asking this.
00:01:04.080 Yeah. The whole, the whole thing is asinine.
00:01:06.280 I honestly wouldn't know which type of lawyer to go and talk to.
00:01:09.760 I would say at the very, reach out to a lawyers,
00:01:12.360 lawyers for truth or the, or, you know,
00:01:17.020 center for constitutional freedom in Calgary or,
00:01:18.900 or any of these organizations.
00:01:21.080 There are lots of lawyers out there might be able to give you, you know,
00:01:23.480 even the 10 minutes of advice that, you know,
00:01:25.860 to point you in the right direction, who to talk to.
00:01:30.740 This is, this is a problem that we've got.
00:01:33.260 Unfortunately, we've got victims and this is the reality that people need,
00:01:36.300 that the government is going to have to face up to.
00:01:38.940 And all of these people who have perpetrated this,
00:01:40.500 we're going to have to face up to someone who can't see their mother.
00:01:45.160 That's, it's asinine. It's just,
00:01:48.040 so the question is, the question is, I mean,
00:01:53.660 some people are in a situation where you could possibly move them.
00:01:57.160 And if that is an option, I would seriously consider moving them.
00:02:01.940 I would love to. She's 93 with Alzheimer's dementia.
00:02:05.300 This is her home of the last eight years.
00:02:07.400 She pays for it. That's what's, you know, the hard part,
00:02:10.420 especially what's going on in the world. I mean, if I bring her out,
00:02:13.160 that could kill her.
00:02:13.860 Sorry. So Gamby,
00:02:16.080 have you served the notice of liability that we have available to these
00:02:19.500 individuals?
00:02:20.680 I have not. Like,
00:02:21.640 I don't know which notice to serve because number one, I mean,
00:02:24.200 I don't want the PCR testing done on me.
00:02:26.400 I don't want it done on her.
00:02:29.080 They won't even let me in because I'm not jabbed. Right.
00:02:32.500 So you're in Ontario. Is that correct? You're in Ontario.
00:02:35.980 I am.
00:02:36.920 All right. So one Sheila,
00:02:39.160 Sheila will provide you the notices of liability.
00:02:41.480 We've actually had, I was on,
00:02:42.920 on Odessa's show where two different women had used our notices of
00:02:48.980 liability to get into a care home and they were used successfully.
00:02:52.600 So first you have to take those steps.
00:02:54.520 We've got the COVID-19 testing notice of liability.
00:02:58.800 These are indictable offenses.
00:03:00.340 We've got the drop the mic letter for you to provide.
00:03:03.020 You've got to take those steps first.
00:03:06.360 And then if you want to consult a lawyer,
00:03:09.000 I would suggest you do that to at least be able to tell them,
00:03:11.540 look, I've consulted a lawyer. I'm ready to proceed.
00:03:14.460 What you're doing is unlawful.
00:03:15.720 This is all falling apart as far as Doug Ford is concerned.
00:03:20.580 And let's hear an update from you once you've taken those steps.
00:03:24.100 And then just quickly to back to the notice of liability,
00:03:27.940 that's fine for the PCR test and the rapid antigen testing.
00:03:32.320 But I mean,
00:03:32.960 even to wear a mask or face shielding,
00:03:35.060 I,
00:03:35.420 when I did go in there say last November or whenever it was you know,
00:03:39.340 I felt discriminated against,
00:03:40.880 I mean,
00:03:41.060 the ones that are jabbed two or three or four times now there,
00:03:44.160 I mean,
00:03:44.320 my mom's worse off being in there around all those people that are shedding
00:03:47.660 that have had three and four.
00:03:49.100 Right.
00:03:49.320 And I don't even want to wear a mask or the shield going in there.
00:03:52.560 So which notice do I put all notices of liability at the same time when I try
00:03:56.500 to go in there?
00:03:57.580 You know,
00:03:57.860 the additional letter that goes with the notices of liability,
00:04:01.180 Sheila will provide it for you.
00:04:02.480 That one is the greatest one.
00:04:04.300 I wish I'd come up with it first.
00:04:05.920 Cause it covers everything.
00:04:06.920 It covers our constitutional rights.
00:04:08.740 It covers the facts that the very fact that as of 1996,
00:04:12.700 this has never been amended,
00:04:13.940 that the health Canada agency has said the vaccine vaccination is not mandatory
00:04:18.580 in Canada and cannot be made mandatory because of the constitution.
00:04:22.000 Okay.
00:04:24.620 So
00:04:29.180 you
