00:04:00.720 presentation pretty brief i want to hit several key concepts um and for those uh watching uh that

00:04:11.520 feel like you have a very good understanding if i cover stuff uh that you think you already

00:04:16.960 understand i'm i'm trying to start from a base level but really they're about five or six concepts

00:04:22.960 that everyone has to understand before we can solve the problem um because we have adversaries

00:04:30.800 that are at war with us and everything that applies to the united states applies to canada because the

00:04:37.840 muslim brotherhood's operations not that the muslim brotherhood is the only part of the islamic movement

00:04:45.040 in north america but the muslim brotherhood strategy is for north america and they operate a little

00:04:51.840 differently in canada in the united states and they have different tactics but their strategy is for

00:04:57.520 north america so i think that's important to understand that what i'm talking about here this

00:05:03.280 evening applies i have worked with canadian officials in the past it's been quite a number of years

00:05:12.320 and i was asked to come up um and quietly brief a group of officials up there maybe eight ten years ago

00:05:21.840 um and i did that and uh they were shocked and horrified but really didn't change much of what

00:05:31.200 they were doing and that that seems to be my experience as we go into this discussion uh i i will

00:05:39.200 just say this um and we'll talk about this in more detail but the enemy we're facing is the islamic

00:05:46.640 movement the communist movement and those people collaborating with and financing them who may

00:05:52.560 or may not be ideologically aligned uh there are a lot of people that want to bring down the united

00:05:58.160 states and bring down the west um and they see the united states as the primary target but obviously the

00:06:05.600 entire west is the target and every country like canada is is part of that um so that's the first thing is

00:06:13.600 understanding who the enemy actually is um and again i'll get into this in more detail but

00:06:21.200 some of you may be saying well what about this what about that what about you know you're missing a part

00:06:27.200 of the you know the big picture well but we got the big picture it's where the rubber meets the road

00:06:35.440 across canada across the united states and quite frankly across europe and asia and the middle east

00:06:44.560 where the rubber meets the road where the action is happening at the ground level uh it is the

00:06:50.880 communists and jihadis working seamlessly and uh this includes financial channels logistic channels

00:07:01.280 tactical channels uh they are operating with amazing coordination um so that's the the first part the

00:07:10.480 the second part i just kind of finished setting the table here for this discussion is uh you're at war

00:07:18.000 whether you want to be or not and uh i'll just tell you if someone walks up on the street and punches you in

00:07:25.200 the face you can say to yourself i'm not in a fight but let me just tell you you're in a fight

00:07:39.440 to keep you from getting your butt whipped right there on the streets of wherever you are um so if you

00:07:47.440 don't want to get killed in a fight you have to defend yourself um and then hopefully go on the

00:07:53.200 offensive um to stop the person who is attacking you well it's no different in any war and this war is

00:08:02.800 being fought by hostile foreign powers using proxies in canada uh islamic proxies and uh communist proxies

00:08:13.760 and others uh to wage war against your country which means you're in a real war and your leadership has

00:08:21.200 proven to be traitorous uh cowardly um you can use whatever other words you want to use

00:08:30.080 uh but those seem to fit the bill just like we're seeing in the united states um for at least in the

00:08:38.320 united states for almost 24 years since 9 11 2001 uh not one national american leader has identified the

00:08:48.160 threat and nowhere in any of our strategic doctrine or documents have we identified the threat and we've

00:08:55.760 been at war for 24 years i would argue we've been at war longer than that but if we just use 9 11 as

00:09:03.520 the benchmark uh for the west um and it's a good benchmark i would think uh that shows how

00:09:12.880 catastrophically our leaders have failed us and we're seeing it at the governor level in the united

00:09:18.000 states we're seeing at the at the regional level and at the governor level and in uh countries around

00:09:24.080 europe and canada and elsewhere uh the the real problem is not the jihadis when jihadis act like

00:09:31.680 jihadis that should not surprise us when communists act like communists that should not surprise us

00:09:39.040 when people who claim to be patriots and conservatives and backers of liberty like in america the republican

00:09:49.520 party and actually they uh they end up being the ones holding the door for the jihadis and the

00:09:55.280 communists uh that's the problem and i would argue based on uh what i've seen in canada that's the

00:10:03.120 problem in canada the problem isn't the jihadis and the communists they're they're doing what they do

00:10:08.880 the problem is uh people that call themselves patriots and uh people that are in positions of authority

00:10:15.680 are bending over and and taking it from the bad guys or worse and in most cases it's worse they're

00:10:22.480 holding the door for the bad guys that's the problem um they're not essentially people in the

00:10:29.440 military law enforcement and elected officials are simply not doing their jobs it's quite frankly that

00:10:36.240 simple so that's where we find ourselves uh so what i'd like to do tonight as i said in a fairly brief

00:10:44.640 way is to lay out a few a handful of key concepts so you all get it and then allow you all to ask

00:10:54.720 questions and i can go as deep as you want in whatever way is that fair yeah yeah thank you for

00:11:33.120 this is how our leaders have described for over 20 years the threat to us

00:11:41.360 is that it's uh some amorphous thing violent extremism violent extremists against the west

00:11:52.240 and so um this is true unless something's changed recently in canada it's true in canada it's true

00:11:59.680 in the united states there's no legal definition for the word violent extremists

00:12:04.480 yes so in the united states for instance our constitution and our officials take an oath to

00:12:11.440 the constitution it says uh you swear to protect against all enemies foreign and domestic and in u.s

00:12:20.880 federal code the term enemies is legally defined the term violent extremists or violent extremism

00:12:30.160 is not legally defined and that is exactly the point of the enemy's effort to create this nonsense that

00:12:39.760 you see on your screen so long as we in canada and the united excuse me united states focus on violent

00:12:50.320 extremists which has no legal definition and quite frankly no practical definition

00:12:55.680 um what you won't focus on are real enemies you won't focus on communists you won't focus on jihadis

00:13:06.480 and that's what the enemy wants and so long as everything they're doing in the informational realm and the

00:13:12.480 propaganda realm is just to simply keep us from focusing on them or staying off target just enough

00:13:20.880 that they have room to move until they defeat us and at that point you'll know all about them and we'll all

00:13:28.880 know all about them but until then their goal is just to keep us uh first for instance after 9 11 completely

00:13:38.000 out of the ballpark if i can use a american baseball maybe we just say off the hockey rink maybe off the ice

00:13:46.560 uh completely uh completely right but as they go along and as they get closer to victory sharia requires

00:13:54.400 them to tell us what they're doing so that's why it's the reason they scream allow akbar is the last

00:15:01.120 brought into north america by quite frankly government officials who got it from the muslim

00:15:08.240 brotherhood in the uk and brought it over here and everyone's gobbled it up and this is the talk of the

00:15:14.880 the town violent extremism um and i just heard it yesterday from the president trump's secretary uh

00:15:22.960 press secretary so we're still gobbling it up and i would argue this is much more uh what we're looking

00:15:29.440 at it and the problem is while we are those blue arrows facing right right we are only focused on the

00:15:35.920 violence but 90 of the war they're waging is in the non-violent realm and this is key this is key

00:15:46.800 for understanding the war because the islamic movement is bigger than just any one entity right

00:15:55.840 you've got the uh islamic movements the muslim brotherhood tabliki jamaati islami and others

00:16:03.040 uh muslim brotherhood in north america is the leading entity and i would argue in uh europe as

00:16:09.360 well uh the leading edge of the islamic movement there uh but there are huge other pieces you've

00:16:17.760 got the military jihadi groups like al-qaeda isis boko haram al-shabab islamic jihad blah blah blah fill

00:16:25.360 in the blanks with hundreds of uh military islamic jihadi groups hamas hezbollah uh hamas being

00:16:33.120 an inherent part of the muslim brotherhood by the way let's make sure we understand that so when we

00:16:39.200 see a muslim brother in a suit and tie just remember his brother is hamas this is important you cannot

00:16:47.120 separate out those two so you've got on the left side the geopolitical 5 000 pound gorilla in the room

00:16:56.160 the oic which i'll talk about in a second you've got the military um jihadis but where they win is on

00:17:07.680 this up down north south axis which is the islamic movement's primarily non-violent efforts

00:17:14.240 in conjunction with the communist movement common turn and all of their elements right so this is

00:17:28.320 excuse me okay so now let me first talk about the oic

00:17:39.520 the organization of islamic conference which they renamed uh the organization

00:17:46.320 of islamic uh cooperation so the oic is the largest voting bloc in the u.n it's made up of

00:17:52.800 every muslim nation on earth and something they call the state of palestine which if you know your

00:17:58.480 geography that's called israel but uh let's not let that get in the way of a good argument so uh that's

00:18:05.360 57 member states uh the largest voting bloc and that's uh every nation on earth and they consider

00:18:14.000 themselves the collective voice of the muslim world and they in fact are and every year and if you watch

00:18:22.480 news that's uh actually covering something worthwhile um every year representatives of the oic get together

00:18:33.440 and discuss matters that impact the islamic world and how they can advance the caliphate

00:18:40.800 and their efforts at the national level every three years they get together at the head of state and king

00:18:50.000 level of every muslim nation on earth and in 1990 they got together and they approved the cairo declaration on

00:18:59.600 human rights and islam and in 1993 they served it to the u.n as an official document and they say in the

00:19:08.320 last two articles just so we're clear in the cairo declaration on human rights and islam that we the

00:19:16.960 muslim world only understand human rights through the perspective of sharia as a matter of fact the last

00:19:24.720 article 25 says islamic sharia is the only source of reference for the explanation of any articles in

00:19:33.840 this declaration on human rights and islam so the islamic world at the head of state and king level

00:19:41.840 is on official record telling the entire non-muslim world when we say human rights we mean the imposition

00:19:50.240 of sharia we mean that if you leave islam you get killed that's human rights to us if you commit

00:20:00.160 adultery you get killed if you're homosexual you get killed if you're a non-muslim you either convert to

00:20:06.080 islam or you're killed if you're a christian jew or zoroastrian you convert to islam or you said if

00:20:13.600 you're allowed by us you submit to islamic law pay the non-muslim poll tax or you're killed if you

00:20:19.920 steal your hand is amputated this is human rights and islam and they're on record at the geopolitical

00:20:28.480 level and i will bet you there aren't two politicians in canada that are even aware of this because i know

00:20:36.880 in the united states we never met one uh that was aware of this until after we started briefing it

00:20:43.760 okay now the muslim brotherhood because we're going to be talking about them a little bit their bylaws

00:20:50.640 say the muslim brotherhood is an international muslim body which seeks to establish allah's law

00:20:58.080 which is sharia in the land that's their purpose and if you go down to the bottom paragraph e the islamic

00:21:05.280 nation must be fully prepared to fight the tyrants and enemies of allah as a prelude to establishing

00:21:12.720 an islamic state the muslim brotherhood official bylaws says that they exist to establish an islamic

00:21:21.120 state under sharia that is the exact same objective of al-qaeda of the islamic state of iran for their

00:21:30.960 constitution by the way for the egyptian constitution uh and fill in the blank hamas part of the muslim

00:21:39.680 brotherhood anyway uh all these groups this is the stated purpose right the entire muslim world

00:21:48.560 has officially told us we only understand that our relationship with you flows through sharia

00:21:56.240 so for instance when you see what our president has been doing over the last few days you realize

00:22:02.240 how dangerous it is uh because when you treat people like they're french or germans or canadians

00:22:11.520 but they're not they're leaders of qatar saudi arabia pakistan countries that are party to the oic's

00:22:21.360 cairo declaration on human rights and islam uh you realize how foolish it is to not understand

00:22:29.200 that uh everything they're doing comports with sharia which means everything we're seeing is a complete

00:22:36.080 uh it's a show it's a facade um that's too bad uh but americans are starting to realize we're

00:22:45.600 we're going to be fending for ourselves here pretty quickly uh just like you guys so it's worthwhile to

00:22:52.160 note that the muslim brotherhood uh anywhere there is muslim brotherhood uh and an official apparatus

00:22:59.040 like in canada the united states their special section is a part of that and that's their military

00:23:04.480 wing that is the military part of the way they're structured and if you look at the way hamas is

00:23:11.440 structured it is structured the very same way the muslim brotherhood is there's the uh social and

00:23:19.200 cultural component there's the political component and there's the military component and uh we

00:23:25.600 shouldn't get confused that when muslims are doing charity work that means they don't want to kill us

00:23:32.560 for instance because they're enmeshed the social work they're doing the political work they're doing

00:23:38.800 and the military work is all for the same purpose and that's to conquer um and by the way maybe it's a

00:23:45.760 good time now to pause and say for those of you not aware this is the uh just over the years like i've

00:23:53.600 produced some documents to help people um answer the 40 or 50 most common responses you'll get when you

00:24:04.080 start talking about the islamic movement the jihadis uh what they seek to achieve and the same you know like

00:24:11.760 i said 40 or 50 responses so i actually put together a document on how to respond to that but

00:24:17.840 when people start responding now i just i just ask the question you do you know what the stated purpose

00:24:24.080 of islam is and then they they get those little circle eyes and they have no idea i'm like well the

00:24:31.040 stated purpose purpose of islam is to wage war against the non-muslims to establish an islamic state

00:24:37.120 under sharia period end of story do you have any questions and then of course they look at you

00:24:43.600 like well where do you get that from i get that from 100 of published islamic law and 100 of the

00:24:50.880 over 100 textbooks that i've personally reviewed from asia europe north america middle east etc they

00:24:59.760 all say the exact same thing and there's a reason by the way they all say the exact same thing and i'm

00:25:05.760 going to get to that in a minute uh but they all have to say it because it's what islam is but i'll

00:25:11.440 explain it more so how do we know like when i talk about this people ask how do you know all this

00:25:20.800 well because first of all this is what i've been doing for 24 years um both inside the government and

00:25:27.120 uh outside the government um this has been uh for for better for worse this has been my uh uh my

00:25:35.840 pursuit but this is not difficult to know if you look at the muslim brotherhood bylaws you read muslim

00:25:45.200 brotherhood uh strategic doctrine published strategy uh if you read islamic law published in english

00:25:55.040 um i mean the most widely used textbook down here in the left hand corner of your screen reliance of

00:26:02.160 the traveler that's the most popular uh book of tabletop islamic law in north america and all of the

00:26:12.560 biggest islamic organizations in north america have tables full of them uh and they recommend it for

00:26:19.600 every muslim home uh in canada and the united states just fyi uh but also the many counterterrorism

00:26:26.880 trials that we have uh as and and also the civil trials uh the lawsuits uh brought against uh iran and

00:26:37.280 saudi arabia uh for their part in 9 11 um and just all kinds of other information as well as the testimony of

00:26:47.360 jihadis in court in europe in the united states uh fbi affidavits um it's just chock full of information

00:26:56.320 and if you actually read it all and review it and study it which i've done uh it points you in in some

00:27:04.560 very clear directions so that's how we know now this is the key um just like the communist movement

00:27:13.760 the islamic movement has doctrine published doctrine sharia uh published strategies

00:27:21.360 um and in this case milestones and methodology of dawah uh are the two most important um and i've got

00:27:44.800 got a massive network uh that has specific duties uh in north america for how the movement overtakes

00:28:03.840 of the brotherhood and then talk about sharia for a minute um so first of all let's look down

00:28:12.640 these organizations international institute of islamic thought the islamic society of north america

00:28:19.040 the north american islamic trust getting that na part north america the islamic circle of north america

00:28:27.040 bump down two feet council of north america right which is the uh uh jurist prudence these are the islamic

00:28:39.760 jurists that ensure what the movement is doing in north america comports with sharia you've got

00:28:46.480 council on american islamic relations which is a hamas organization that operates in the united states and

00:28:52.960 in canada you've got others you've got the muslim student association of canada and the muslim student

00:29:00.000 association in the united states uh and then you've got uh other major islamic organizations uh which we'll

00:29:08.400 talk about just a couple um but then you've got all the mosques um that um we can talk about that if you

00:29:16.320 want but those are uh obviously uh advanced points for the islamic movement uh in canada and the united

00:29:24.240 states so let me start for those uh not aware um in 2004 the fbi raided the home of a senior hamas

00:29:35.280 operative in virginia and uh a large amount of muslim brotherhood archives were discovered

00:29:42.160 and this case is called the us versus holy land foundation for relief and development it was the

00:29:48.560 largest islamic charity in america and uh lo and behold it was a terrorist organization go figure

00:29:56.160 that's a hamas organization and it was convicted and the leaders were convicted and given lengthy prison

00:30:02.400 sentences but one of the documents was a strategic document called the explanatory memorandum

00:30:08.640 for the strategy of the muslim brotherhood in north america canada and the united states and it says

00:30:15.360 their role the role of the brotherhood in north america is uh the process of settlement settling in

00:30:24.400 north america is a civilization jihadist process with all the word means right that it is a kind of grand

00:30:34.000 jihad in eliminating and destroying western civilization from within and sabotaging its

00:30:41.040 miserable house by our hands meaning in that you read there by their hands and the hands of the

00:30:48.880 believers that means they get our leaders to do their bidding for them and if you take a deep breath

00:30:56.320 you can probably think of many examples in the united states and canada where officials have literally

00:31:03.520 done the bidding of the islamic movement overtly as well as covertly um so this is a civilization jihad

00:31:12.640 where you have primarily and that's their term uh this is a form of jihad just like emigrating

00:31:20.880 uh the mujaharun the people that emigrate into the dar al-harb uh into the uh the land that is not under

00:31:31.200 sharia the mujaharun those are jihadis that's a form of jihad so everything that they do is for the

00:31:39.520 jihad because an islam jihad is total war it's primarily counterintelligence espionage propaganda

00:31:47.600 psychological operations economic warfare and all the lines of operation that go with that

00:31:53.440 from the emigrating into the country the again the mujaharun to undermining and subverting our key

00:32:01.680 institutions uh in in the united states and canada the religious institutions the educational the media

00:32:09.520 the political institutions the security institutions uh this is how they're waging the war

00:32:15.840 the violence that they do either through individual jihad or actual planned operations by isis al-qaeda

00:32:27.280 always with the support of the brotherhood um those are are done um to advance the larger effort

00:32:36.400 right they're they're they're meant to serve a purpose the violence advances the much more important

00:33:32.240 there's a copy of it up my website uh an explanatory memorandum uh it lists at the time and this is

00:33:39.440 dated 1991 discovered in 2004 in virginia uh this document it lists uh organizations that even today

00:33:49.120 so many years later um 34 years later is still the most prominent islamic organizations in the united

00:33:57.680 states so i just want to talk about a few of them first of all isna islamic society of north america

00:34:04.640 has major chapters in canada and major chapters in the united states and the islamic societies that

00:34:12.720 are at the local levels uh around canada those are affiliates of isna canada so they have the same and

00:34:21.040 you can usually use um your researches and i've uh your resources and i've worked with some folks in

00:34:29.360 canada uh to discuss uh how to do the research uh but basically you can tie these together uh fairly

00:34:38.000 easily you all do it a little differently because of the way some of your uh stuff works but that's the

00:34:45.280 goal uh because if an organization is the islamic society of toronto uh the name tells you they're

00:34:52.800 linked um we have not found any islamic society in america that's not linked to isna um and i doubt

00:35:02.160 you'll find any in canada but you might you have to be open to that uh but then there are other ways

00:35:07.920 to link them so that's a this is a big one uh the north american islamic trust uh which is the bank

00:35:15.200 for the muslim brother in north america this is a declassified fbi document that specifically says

00:35:21.120 they know that uh nate and this is i mean literally uh this was uh declassified in 20

00:35:31.120 uh i don't remember 2022 or something but this document was dated 1987 and uh you know nate

00:45:28.320 each of those phrases is legally defined so you see in the parentheses fight the unbeliever

00:45:40.400 and capture them legally means executing some and keeping some as prisoners

01:24:55.600 target but you know like we once had someone in the class go i think we need to get rid of our governor

01:28:24.880 he gets into a uh a chat with this guy and this guy is in a chat room that's not in the dark web but

01:28:34.560 it's a little offline and um essentially what he does is he creates a a persona as a jihadi as a sharia

01:35:10.560 against the republicans she was a democrat um but even the people in the town they're again they're

01:35:17.360 more centrist they're open-minded uh but they just thought she was really nice really cool and when

01:35:22.960 they read that they're like no thank you it's the kind of exposure right that's needed and i know that

01:35:34.480 massive public uh uh backlash and as well on social media like i believe i came to first know about it because

01:35:47.920 thousands of thousands of followers really started reporting on this your people that had been

01:35:53.280 trained i understand were involved in finally the governor actually addressing this matter as well

01:37:41.840 ted cruz now his he is now being challenged by the current attorney general of texas ken paxton

01:37:52.320 who's now running against him and cornyn who has never been hard against the jihadis is now accusing

01:38:01.600 paxton of being soft on sharia and he's using the word sharia okay this has never happened in in the west

01:38:09.280 that's a massive shift and extremely positive right two u.s senator candidates arguing over who's

01:39:24.160 is what the election should have been about but it ended up being about tariffs which was a self-inflicted
