Weekly News Update for Dec. 18, 2019 - Pastor Dan Vichon's Christmas Special. Action for Canada files a new amended notice of civil claim against the Ontario government, and we have a new year in review of the Action For Canada 2024 Year in Review.

00:01:21.060All right, I have a very, it's kind of a special weekly news update.
00:01:25.800There will be very little of reporting on headline news.
00:01:30.420What I would like to do is because I'm so excited that last week, Thursday, we officially filed our new amended notice of civil claim.
00:01:37.840And so I just want to walk through that a little bit.
00:01:40.540I'm going to walk through back to the beginning, review that back in 2021 when we had filed our original notice of civil claim as well.
00:01:51.840It's just been incredible, but it's also amazing how fast time is going by.
00:01:57.660So I'm just going to share my screen right now.
00:02:02.280And I just want to bring to your attention last week as well.
00:02:05.840We did the Action for Canada 2024 year in review.
00:02:21.660Our strategies and our campaigns are proving to have an incredible impact in changing the conversation at the federal, provincial and municipal levels.
00:02:33.020And we're going to continue to do that amazing, great work into 2025.
00:02:38.100And so for those of you who are viewing this for the first time, I just want to show you that this is Action for Canada nationwide.
00:02:45.860And we want to double our chapters in 2025.
00:03:00.460Last two weeks ago as well, we also had Brian Peckford on.
00:03:04.940And the point is that, you know, we are standing just true to the fact that our founding fathers, the fathers of Confederation gifted us with a constitution and a charter that's based on Judeo-Christian biblical principles.
00:03:23.180And that one of the specific questions I had for Brian was, when the charter was created, was it based on multiple gods or the God of the Bible?
00:03:59.940And he says for us, and obviously, you know, having our Christian biblical verses at Parliament and etched into buildings and the supremacy of God and the rule of law is what Canada is founded on.
00:04:17.380This is a spiritual battle against good and evil.
00:04:20.540And of course, evil wants to tear down the strength of biblical principles because those were sound principles.
00:04:27.320And those are the reasons that we slipped so easily into this tyranny in 2019 that has led Action for Canada, you know, to sort of take the bull by the horns and the lead in filing the legal action back in 2020.

00:04:50.480And any time there was something to report, we would post it on this page with an update.
00:04:57.880And I'm just going to scroll to the bottom.
00:05:00.320You know, it's kind of surreal as I reviewed this page the other day and just look back.
00:05:06.640And the step of faith that, for myself personally, that I took in initiating this legal action, it was the last thing in the world I ever wanted to do.
00:05:16.620But there was nobody stepping up at that time and taking action.
00:05:20.280Ted Kuntz and Vaccine Choice Canada had retained Rocco.
00:05:24.020They were the first ones out the gate to file against the Ontario government.
00:05:44.460I was very prayerful in moving forward with this action.
00:05:48.480And the money that we needed to raise, we had Danielle Pistelli come on to the Empower Hour.
00:05:54.640And at the beginning, she gave a beautiful tribute to myself and Action for Canada and for the work that we're doing.
00:06:01.420And there was a request to raise funds.
00:06:03.220And at the end of my presentation, we will be running that clip again.
00:06:09.660And I'm really hoping that you will see the benefit of investing in Action for Canada financially and investing in Action for Canada with your time as well as with your prayers.
00:06:21.340Because all of that combined is why I believe that we are having the success that we are.
00:06:27.680And so anything that you wanted is information.
00:06:30.040If you're just learning about Action for Canada's legal action, you can just go down to the page.
00:06:35.760You will see where we were, for myself, anxiously working to raise the money.
00:06:40.280Hundreds of thousands of dollars, you know, is what we had to raise.
00:06:44.240I had gone to several lawyers and all of the different law firms quoted the same amount for a constitutional challenge as Rocco did.
00:06:53.640And so anyways, when we had raised that 100% of those funds within a year, I can't tell you how pleased and delighted I was.
00:07:03.500But what I will be covering today is to let you know that I'll get to it eventually.
00:07:09.580But at the beginning, there were some, we were targeted by some very bad actors who wanted to take Rocco out and smear Action for Canada.
00:07:19.400And I never knew if I was going to be able to raise all those funds because of what these individuals had done.
00:07:26.420Vaccine Choice Canada was under assault.
00:07:45.080We have proven the test of time that Action for Canada is moving forward with these actions.
00:07:50.620We've done that under great adversity.
00:07:52.920And there's also court costs and fees that we've had to, you know, put forward as well, upwards, with all fees and everything included, of an additional $80,000.
00:08:04.540Now, this is all normal when you do an appeal.
00:08:08.080Maxime Bernier, Brian Peckford all had to do appeals with their cases.
00:08:13.040And in the end, they've been shut down as well.
00:08:16.740And people were willing to give funds for that.
00:08:19.560So I am hoping that because of Action for Canada's integrity, because of the proven achievements and wins that we've had, that Canadians will once again get on board with us and help us to fill our war chest.
00:08:32.660We have been extremely careful with the funding.
00:08:44.760During this time, there were some actors that called themselves in the freedom movements where they were raising a lot of money because they were popular.
00:08:53.900And, you know, they would appeal to Canadians.
00:08:56.760And it always hurt me when I saw what they were doing with the funds, where they were jet-setting back and forward, selling T-shirts and going to rallies, but doing nothing other, anything else that was substantial.
00:09:09.480The rallies were extremely important back then because it really helped Canadians assert their rights in their freedom to assemble and their freedom of speech.
00:09:21.580And I'll forever be grateful to everybody that participated in that.
00:09:24.820But as far as moving forward with other strategies, helping businesses and legal actions, we have really been on the front line of that.
00:09:31.580And I just thank everybody, everybody who's donated and believed in us.
00:09:36.200And so our new notice of civil claim, the amended was filed on December 12th, Thursday last week.
00:09:44.260But just to go back in history a little bit, after we had filed in August of 2021, we had some major wins.
00:09:52.900And those are a couple of things that I want to talk about right now.
00:09:57.580These are things that I'm going to get to.
00:10:00.900What we had done, never intentionally in partnership, we just felt led to create the notices of liability.
00:10:08.800At the same time, we were filing the statement of claim.
00:10:13.200And as a result, we filed in August of 2021, we were in the midst of a huge battle here in BC against the BC government as they were trying to mandate that government officials were going to be forced to get the jab, but specifically teachers and school staff.
00:10:33.760We had filed notices of liability against all the school board superintendents in June of 2021.
00:10:41.680And then in August and September, September actually, was where we got super busy and started filing against every school board trustee.
00:10:51.720And because we had filed the statement of claim, you can see here that it was 391 pages long.
00:10:59.800And those that were really intricately trying to smear Rocco and take us down a notch were criticizing the fact that it was 391 pages long.
00:11:10.660But Rocco always said, this is not just about BC.
00:11:18.680And so in the statement of claim, we managed to get in some very important details and evidence that we believe needs to be heard in a court of law one day.
00:11:32.460And so that is what the start of the journey was by filing this unprecedented to some notice of civil claim.
00:11:41.920But we were successful, even though Judge Ross, you know, had said that, that it was prolix, that it was long, we could file a new amended notice of civil claim.
00:11:54.080Now, it has taken us some time since August of 2021 to do that, because we needed to get through.
00:12:02.7402021, the defendants then filed a motion to strike.
00:12:07.080And any time Rocco is filed, the defendants always file a motion to strike to say, hey, this is useless, it's pointless, we're in a real emergency here, just, you know, let's carry on.
00:12:17.540And so by April of 2021, 2022, we were in the courts for the motion to strike.
00:12:24.080And it was by August of 2022 that the judge had given this decision I was just referring to that said it was very, very long.
00:12:32.660But you know what, you can file a new one.
00:12:34.680But in that claim, in that decision as well, he had questioned several of the cases or reports from, say, there was a report from India where there was a Supreme Court ruling that we thought was very relevant as a Commonwealth nation to our case.
00:12:55.940And it seemed that in the decision by the judge that they could strike this information from being heard in the courts.
00:13:07.540And so we thought it was important to file an appeal.
00:13:14.520In the fall of 2022, we filed an appeal to maintain the evidence that we felt was going to be important coming forward.
00:13:22.980And of course, we didn't get into a court to have that appeal heard until this year.
00:13:28.500And three of the appeal court judges agreed that this information, there's no question that this could be heard in the courts.
00:13:36.740But easily, if we hadn't done the appeal, it could have turned out that we ended up in the courts and that the judge would have said no, according to the ruling in August of 2021, that they could have struck that evidence.
00:13:50.360And we weren't willing to take that chance because of the level of corruption that we're up against.
00:13:56.040And so that was the point of the journey of some of what we've been on.
00:14:01.820But by serving the notices of civil claim, the Minister of Education is one of the defendants that was named in our notice of civil claim in 2021.
00:14:14.980And she refused to mandate that all school staff and teachers needed to get jabbed.
00:14:23.740And so then we ended up, as I had just mentioned, going after all of the school board trustees because the government put it on them to have a vote in their communities as to whether or not the teachers should get jabbed.
00:14:38.480And we put out this campaign. And in the end, long story short, we won.
00:14:43.760And it was months going nose to nose with Bonnie Henry and the government who were trying every sneaky way to make sure that every teacher and school staff in BC ended up getting the jab.
00:14:56.660So this was a combined effort and a combined win. Unfortunately, many teachers and school staff took it because they didn't know their rights.
00:15:04.260They didn't know about Action for Canada. But those who did still come to me today and give me a hug and say, thank you so much to Action for Canada.
00:15:12.340Because of you, because of you, because of your legal action, because of this campaign that you did, we never were dismissed.
00:15:20.140We never missed a paycheck. That's a huge win. And those wins have been heard across Canada at different levels.
00:15:28.040Okay, so I'm just going to go back to that main page. And so from there, like I say, we went to the notice of appeal. And here we are today, having filed our new notice of civil claim.
00:15:43.200We were strategically waiting for the election in BC because we believe that the Attorney General is appointed by the Premier.
00:15:53.240We believe there is massive corruption going on in BC. There should have been a new government. The BC Conservatives should have won. We're not done with that issue. We are still pressing in. We believe there should be an investigation.
00:16:06.700I believe there should be a re-election. But I'm very happy to say that I learned yesterday, last night, that John Rostad has made an announcement that there is something that is going to take place in January.
00:16:21.080He says we're going to have some fun. His party called for an independent review of the very close election. We're going to give the evidence in January as to why we need to do that.
00:16:33.360And I'm quite excited because, and a big thank you to everybody who participated in our action that came directly after the two weeks it took for a decision in British Columbia.
00:16:47.760And that is far too long. There is far too much evidence to show that something very nefarious took place and that literally the BC NDP government did not win this election.
00:17:01.780So I'm very glad. I'm waiting with anticipation to hear what's going to take place in January with the BC Conservatives and whatever evidence that they are going to put forward.
00:17:13.160But many of you, thank you, you BCC'd us. Many of you took action and this is what we were all, we're all about at Action for Canada.
00:17:22.440But I wanted you to see that I believe in the very bottom of my heart that the Conservatives are moving forward with this in part because of the work of Action for Canada.
00:17:37.360And all of you who took action and said, hey, you know what, John Rostad, you got a lot of support behind you because we CC'd him in here.
00:17:46.220Remember that David Eby was also CC'd in this email campaign to say, we believe something nefarious took place.
00:17:54.860We believe there should be an investigation and another election.
00:17:58.560And obviously, John Rostad has heard that, his team has heard that, and they are moving forward with action.
00:18:05.820So anyways, praise alleluia to that. And we're going to continue to pray that justice will prevail.
00:18:11.700The reason I'm talking about this is because there needs to be an Attorney General appointed in British Columbia who will oversee the courts and not permit any judges to ignore our Charter and the Constitution as we move forward with our case.
00:18:31.760And I'm really trusting God in this because when I prayed about it years ago, I was like, should I really be taking this action on?
00:18:37.860And he said, pursue justice and I will meet you in the courts.
00:18:42.060And so I'm going to trust God with that.
00:18:44.680So this is the new notice of civil claim.
00:18:48.360And I want us to really appreciate, you know, the plaintiffs that have stuck with us through all this year, all these years.
00:18:58.000The ones that had to really endure the attacks, because some of those actually came from within.
00:19:06.220We had a plaintiff that had infiltrated, I believe, on purpose so that she could try to turn some of the other plaintiffs against Rocco.
00:19:18.540We, of course, have had those that have tried to disparage and undermine Action for Canada's integrity.
00:19:27.000And so you can imagine plaintiffs who are putting it all out there, who are putting themselves out there and their names out there to file this case against the most corrupt.
00:19:36.240I believe in BC, we have very corrupt premiers and health officers across Canada.
00:19:41.860But I truly believe that John Horgan, who has passed away, he was premier while all of this was put in place.
00:19:51.340He's taken it to all next levels as well, along with Bonnie Henry and the health minister, Adrian Dix.
00:19:58.840And so as individuals standing up against this kind of corruption, I just want you to appreciate what the plaintiffs have sacrificed to be part of this claim.
00:20:11.700And so Action for Canada is the main plaintiff.
00:20:15.060We have committed to taking on all of the costs.
00:21:05.620And the other day, like overnight, he had $90,000 and $115,000.
00:21:10.280But I can honestly tell you, because of the smear campaigns against Action for Canada, we have not been able to raise those kind of funds.
00:21:19.040And the work that we're doing has already had measurable success.
00:21:24.320I've already talked about what happened when we filed regarding the teachers, but I didn't mention about the fairies were part of our legal action.
00:21:33.280And because of it, they were going to put in a COVID jab, like an ID, where you had to show your ID to get on the fairies.
00:22:49.440Gary stood back, horrified in what was happening.
00:22:53.220They were so mistreated because they weren't wearing masks.
00:22:57.720Now, they actually had masks exemptions.
00:23:01.880And when I reflect back on how we were all treated, it was just so horrific.
00:23:07.280But I would encourage you, it's only 54 pages long, but I would encourage you to go to our legal action page and review the testimonies of our plaintiffs.
00:23:19.220There is Jane Doe, who was a 19-year-old girl who had had battles with cancer, amputation.
00:23:25.280She had gone to the hospital in Vancouver, and she was denied treatment as she was going through heart failure because they wanted a mask on her as she was experiencing heart failure.
00:23:42.000She also has hearing problems, and so she needed her parents without masks as well so that she could watch their mouths, so that she could understand what they were saying.
00:23:54.740Her story and the details of it are horrific.
00:23:58.600The crimes against humanity, against this young woman.
00:24:01.940She was documented as being a difficult patient, so when she went for treatment by a heart specialist and others, they wouldn't treat her as well because the doctors in the St. Paul's Hospital had designated her as a difficult patient, and the story goes on.
00:24:23.480Alona Zink, she had a hairdresser in a mall.
00:24:27.560She had just set up this new business.
00:24:29.400She had moved from the Lower Mainland.
00:24:33.860She nearly had lost her house as well.
00:24:36.980Her tenant wasn't paying, and Trudeau had put this ridiculous policy in place that, you know, if a tenant couldn't pay, then you know what?
00:24:50.740She has no income coming from a tenant, and so it goes.
00:24:53.460Valerie Ann Foley is the one that ended up on the SkyTrain in Vancouver, a brutal police officer.
00:25:03.620Well, sorry, he was a, I'm sorry, it was for the, can't remember what the term was now, but he policed the SkyTrain.
00:25:13.680And anyways, I mean, he physically abused her.
00:25:19.160And when she took him before the Human Rights Court, he was let off scot-free.
00:25:23.540And this is criminal when you see the video.
00:25:26.360And then when they get off the SkyTrain at the next stop, he handcuffs her to the railing, and you hear the speaker say, recommending the masks, but if you have an exemption, you don't have to wear one.
00:25:39.700And through all of that abuse, there was no apology from those that had literally abused.
00:26:52.420And when Bill 36 came in, again, David Eby, it just passed right through without the doctors or nurses being able to communicate with them about it without there being any say.
00:27:07.820And as we know, Bill 19 was the emergency act that the B.C. government implemented.
00:27:14.900It's different names in different provinces.
00:27:17.340Because, of course, the emergency act was never implemented at the federal level in response to COVID-19.
00:27:23.320Trudeau tried to push it through in response to the COVID.
00:27:52.520I want information on what it was that the incentives that the premiers, that the health officers and the health ministers accepted in order to implement this forceful overreach
00:28:13.120and this egregious violation of citizens' charter rights and their human rights, I mean, there was crimes against humanity that have been committed.
00:28:25.240And Action for Canada is all in to see this through.
00:28:29.140But I know that the premiers accepted backroom deals because you'll remember that the head of Belarus, the president, was offered nearly a billion dollars from the IMF and the World Bank and if they would implement the emergency measures.
00:28:48.040So if they were, that's just evidence right there that this was going on.
00:28:52.020And so every sitting premier that was active through COVID-19, even those, like even Premier Higgs, it was wonderful that he was doing, you know, parent policies before he lost his seat.
00:29:18.180These premiers all need to be held to account for the crimes against humanity that they willingly committed.
00:29:26.160And if they received incentives, we need to know about that.
00:29:29.920If they want to come clean, if they want to fess up, help us out.
00:29:33.220Help us to be able to expose different levels of criminality from the federal government down through the provincial governments, even into the municipalities.
00:29:48.180So I was just kind of going back here.
00:29:51.660So I'm just going to keep going forward.
00:29:53.500And what I want to mention, what Action for Canada was on, education, education, education, to stand up for our rights.
00:29:59.580And even what we're going through right now, whether it's the sexualization of our children, whether it's this mass immigration and giving more rights to illegal immigrants and migrants, or even giving more rights to immigrants, basing it on multiculturalism and allowing their radical ideologies and their foreign political ideologies to come into Canada and take precedence over ours.
00:30:28.100And we need to understand that what the government is doing in all sections of what I've just talked about are illegal.
00:30:35.240And Section 52.1 of the Constitution is very, very powerful.
00:30:40.300Because it says the Constitution of Canada is the supreme law of Canada, and any law that is inconsistent with the provisions of the Constitution is to the extent of the inconsistencies of no force or effect.
00:30:57.580And that is why our notices of liability were so effective, because when we would send this to lawyers, they'd have to look at this section and then go back to the charter and understand and talk about what does it mean to have the freedom of expression?
00:31:15.140What does it mean to have the freedom to gather?
00:31:24.340Even in everything we're facing today, the World Health Organization, I don't care if they pass a treaty, we will fight it here in Canada because that's an unelected body.
00:31:35.800And according to this, if it's in violation of our Constitution, it's of no force or effect.
00:31:41.360This is how you need to speak to your elected officials.
00:31:48.100We stand up straight with a spine of steel and say, no, we will not comply because you cannot compel us to because you are the one committing treason.
00:31:58.460You are the one unlawfully trying to pass policies.
00:32:02.660This also goes for climate change policies that are trying to drive people into 15-minute cities.
00:32:08.320This goes for all of those strong mayors who have signed on with a globalist agenda.
00:32:14.780We must keep pushing in 2025 to expose them and to expose them as traitors of this nation.
00:32:21.840So I just want to pump you up right now, going through here to the end of this incredible 2024 with the successes we've had and being powerful in 2025 with this at the forefront of our speech.
00:33:16.460I'm hoping and praying that those individuals will continue to expose this corruption until the police will finally do what they're called to do according to their oath and arrest traitors.
00:33:30.320This is Bonnie Henry, a paid actor in this who's being paid extremely well morally, ethically.
00:33:36.980Why an individual would stoop to these kind of lows and this kind of evil is beyond me.
00:33:44.420Her soul has been given over to the devil.
00:33:47.640She needs to repent and she needs to make things right.
00:33:50.260There will never be a way for her to ever be able to make it right for those who were convinced or forced to take the jab,
00:34:01.580who have lost loved ones or who are suffering with irreversible, unbelievable kinds of diseases and heart defects, etc.,
00:34:16.600that for many of them are still going to lead to death.
00:34:20.880This has been a death culture and this woman has been the head of it.
00:38:16.760Because they have been fighting on the front line, you know, even to get the childhood immunizations revealed that these are dangerous for children.
00:38:37.440But why would you have a targeted attack against us?
00:38:40.500And then finally, Vlad from Hugs Over Mask, who is jet-setting back and forward across everybody's, across the country,
00:38:47.100and taking things off my website and using them as a zone on businesses,
00:38:50.120as well as somebody, in the end, I felt needed to be exposed.
00:38:55.720Because while they're smearing us, people were demanding that I pay them money back when we were still moving forward with our cases with integrity.
00:39:04.480And so I'm very thankful that these people have finally been silenced.
00:39:09.600And I'm very, very grateful at this time to be able to file this new notice of a civil claim.
00:39:17.120Like I say, it's 54 pages, and I'm sure that the defendants are going to probably try to file a new notice of,
00:39:25.780what is it, a new motion to strike against us, because they are terrified of us ending up in the courts.
00:39:32.920And so for those of you who pray, please pray so powerfully over everything that we're doing.
00:39:39.340And I want to show you, there is justice happening in the courts.
00:39:43.360This is in Australia, but understand that Australia was as wicked, the government, as what we were experiencing here in Canada.
00:39:55.560And this doctor, he's a strong Christian.
00:39:58.680I just love his testimony in the short video that he put out.
00:40:02.080But like the many doctors here, he stood up against the tyranny, and he has completely, he won his case.
00:40:09.080He won that it was unconstitutional and government overreach.
00:40:15.140We have here in, I believe this is Florida as well, breaking news where Florida lawsuit seeks injunction to prohibit mRNA nanoparticle injections because they are bioweapons.
00:40:27.900This is what Action for Canada, on the front line, before anybody else was saying it,
00:40:33.340we were on the front line warning people not to take this injection, as well, Slovakia, breaking news, banning the mRNA vaccines.
00:40:42.300The reason I'm bringing it up is that, as Rocco said, this is not just a BC case.
00:41:23.920And he said, ultimately, there was no national emergency justifying the invocation of the Emergencies Act or cutting people out, blocking them from their accounts.
00:41:46.500Arif Arani, not only the fact that he's a Muslim and he's sitting in one of the highest places, positions in government, he is a horrible Attorney General.
00:41:56.680And he supported Justin Trudeau no matter how tyrannical the decisions were.
00:42:02.780So this little duo of Muppets need to go.
00:42:05.800If you're in his riding, please support a candidate.
00:42:09.360Be out there door knocking and help them to a great win.
00:42:14.020And our case against the federal government includes the Attorney General, Justin Trudeau, Dr. Tam, as well as a number of others.
00:42:25.240Okay, so this is amazing because of our case, because of other cases, because of the rising backlash.
00:42:33.840I mean, because of Action for Canada, we were one of the key people, the key organizations,
00:42:39.180warning people from the very, very get-go because of the work I'd been doing pre-COVID that all of this was a scam and exposing this corrupt government.
00:42:48.520And I believe we have helped change the conversation in politics by our persistence.
00:42:54.040And because of that, Justin Trudeau, he is a sinking ship, him and the Liberal parties.
00:42:59.420And as God put it in my heart in 2017, when I was appealing to the Lord, saying, God, get this man out of government.
00:43:06.860And he told me, I just, I remember hearing it, that God said he will be the first prime minister removed from government.
00:43:14.040And he is being forced out of government.
00:43:16.680I believe it is coming very, very soon.
00:43:25.060And of course, the NDP had said if they would vote non-confidence in the government if Justin Trudeau remains minister come the end of February or March.
00:43:35.560And the only reason is because traitor Jagmeet Singh wants his pension.
00:43:42.360This man should be put in jail for treason and for aligning with radical extremists.
00:43:49.880And his pension should be revoked one day.
00:43:56.260Now, the last in closing here, just a few minutes, I want to just remind you that we're also taking legal action against the federal government.

00:44:51.800Anyways, he was given citizenship even though he was a terrorist.
00:44:58.720He was involved in terrible torture that was videoed.
00:45:05.680He was in some sort of extremist group and that he was put in charge of torturing somebody that was on video.
00:45:14.900And how could the government, how could immigration miss that when this individual was applying to come into Canada?
00:45:22.160So he is 62-year-old Ahmed al-Didi, who was arrested along with his son and of alleged terrorist offenses, faces four war crimes.
00:45:35.280This is what I was trying to get to, including murder, mutilation and torture against a protected person in a non-international armed conflict.
00:45:45.640These are the terrors that we have walking among us.
00:45:49.260And I keep warning every single time with the weekly news update that this is one of the greatest risks.
