Action4Canada - Legal Updates： Amended NOCC filed, Action Against Radical Extremism, Dec. 18, 2024

00:00:00.000 Well, hello, everyone, and welcome to the weekly news update for December 18th.

00:00:09.320 We just finished an incredible Empower Hour.

00:00:12.360 It was our Christmas special with Pastor Dan Vichon.

00:00:16.200 I'm still wiping away a few tears in the background here.

00:00:19.680 I was so moved by the message.

00:00:22.380 Dan took us on quite a journey.

00:00:24.780 We went back into history, you know, right back to the beginning, actually,

00:00:28.800 into the garden with Adam and Eve, and then through to Jesus' birth and the precious gift that that is,

00:00:37.800 and keeping our focus on the meaning of the season, which is the birth of Jesus Christ.

00:00:42.880 So we will have that Christmas message in the description below, and I would encourage you to listen to it.

00:00:50.380 If you're not somebody that normally goes to church, I hope and pray that you will be blessed by this message.

00:00:55.360 Like I said, it's very moving.

00:00:56.640 There's some great music in there as well.

00:00:59.600 And then as well, Action for Canada will be sending out our Christmas message, which will include the Christmas special as well.

00:01:09.580 So one way or the other, we'll make sure that it gets back into your realm so that you can just simply click on a link and watch that video.

00:01:21.060 All right, I have a very, it's kind of a special weekly news update.

00:01:25.800 There will be very little of reporting on headline news.

00:01:30.420 What I would like to do is because I'm so excited that last week, Thursday, we officially filed our new amended notice of civil claim.

00:01:37.840 And so I just want to walk through that a little bit.

00:01:40.540 I'm going to walk through back to the beginning, review that back in 2021 when we had filed our original notice of civil claim as well.

00:01:51.840 It's just been incredible, but it's also amazing how fast time is going by.

00:01:57.660 So I'm just going to share my screen right now.

00:02:02.280 And I just want to bring to your attention last week as well.

00:02:05.840 We did the Action for Canada 2024 year in review.

00:02:09.980 I encourage you to review this page.

00:02:12.980 And I truly believe that you will be encouraged by the work that Action for Canada is doing.

00:02:19.640 We have measurable wins.

00:02:21.660 Our strategies and our campaigns are proving to have an incredible impact in changing the conversation at the federal, provincial and municipal levels.

00:02:33.020 And we're going to continue to do that amazing, great work into 2025.

00:02:38.100 And so for those of you who are viewing this for the first time, I just want to show you that this is Action for Canada nationwide.

00:02:45.860 And we want to double our chapters in 2025.

00:02:49.020 We're set up.

00:02:50.340 We've got great resources and the provincial support as well as national support.

00:02:55.720 And so I believe it's doable.

00:02:57.100 So that's a goal for us in 2025.

00:03:00.460 Last two weeks ago as well, we also had Brian Peckford on.

00:03:04.940 And the point is that, you know, we are standing just true to the fact that our founding fathers, the fathers of Confederation gifted us with a constitution and a charter that's based on Judeo-Christian biblical principles.

00:03:23.180 And that one of the specific questions I had for Brian was, when the charter was created, was it based on multiple gods or the God of the Bible?

00:03:37.380 And this was his statement.

00:03:39.860 And it's very, very, very clear.

00:03:42.780 All the people who were involved and are crucial to getting this passed, and all of us were Christians.

00:03:51.340 And we knew, as I keep saying in my essays and my articles, we knew no other gods.

00:03:57.440 There was only one God for us.

00:03:59.940 And he says for us, and obviously, you know, having our Christian biblical verses at Parliament and etched into buildings and the supremacy of God and the rule of law is what Canada is founded on.

00:04:16.260 And that is our battle.

00:04:17.380 This is a spiritual battle against good and evil.

00:04:20.540 And of course, evil wants to tear down the strength of biblical principles because those were sound principles.

00:04:27.320 And those are the reasons that we slipped so easily into this tyranny in 2019 that has led Action for Canada, you know, to sort of take the bull by the horns and the lead in filing the legal action back in 2020.

00:04:43.460 So if you go to our legal action page, there's a link at the top, and then you would click on it, and you would come to this page.

00:04:50.480 And any time there was something to report, we would post it on this page with an update.

00:04:57.880 And I'm just going to scroll to the bottom.

00:05:00.320 You know, it's kind of surreal as I reviewed this page the other day and just look back.

00:05:06.640 And the step of faith that, for myself personally, that I took in initiating this legal action, it was the last thing in the world I ever wanted to do.

00:05:16.620 But there was nobody stepping up at that time and taking action.

00:05:20.280 Ted Kuntz and Vaccine Choice Canada had retained Rocco.

00:05:24.020 They were the first ones out the gate to file against the Ontario government.

00:05:27.920 And then Action for Canada was next.

00:05:30.560 There were others that came afterwards.

00:05:34.220 And it so turns out that Action for Canada's action is one of the only ones, based on COVID-19, that's still moving forward in the court.

00:05:42.280 So I'm very happy about that.

00:05:44.460 I was very prayerful in moving forward with this action.

00:05:48.480 And the money that we needed to raise, we had Danielle Pistelli come on to the Empower Hour. 1.00

00:05:54.640 And at the beginning, she gave a beautiful tribute to myself and Action for Canada and for the work that we're doing.

00:06:01.420 And there was a request to raise funds.

00:06:03.220 And at the end of my presentation, we will be running that clip again.

00:06:09.660 And I'm really hoping that you will see the benefit of investing in Action for Canada financially and investing in Action for Canada with your time as well as with your prayers.

00:06:21.340 Because all of that combined is why I believe that we are having the success that we are.

00:06:27.680 And so anything that you wanted is information.

00:06:30.040 If you're just learning about Action for Canada's legal action, you can just go down to the page.

00:06:35.760 You will see where we were, for myself, anxiously working to raise the money.

00:06:40.280 Hundreds of thousands of dollars, you know, is what we had to raise.

00:06:44.240 I had gone to several lawyers and all of the different law firms quoted the same amount for a constitutional challenge as Rocco did.

00:06:53.640 And so anyways, when we had raised that 100% of those funds within a year, I can't tell you how pleased and delighted I was.

00:07:03.500 But what I will be covering today is to let you know that I'll get to it eventually.

00:07:09.580 But at the beginning, there were some, we were targeted by some very bad actors who wanted to take Rocco out and smear Action for Canada.

00:07:19.400 And I never knew if I was going to be able to raise all those funds because of what these individuals had done.

00:07:26.420 Vaccine Choice Canada was under assault.

00:07:28.900 Rocco was.

00:07:29.540 And we were, but praise God, we raised those funds.

00:07:33.700 But when I had to go for an appeal in 2022, I never put out an appeal to raise funds because of how hard we were being hit.

00:07:43.120 But I'm making that appeal now.

00:07:45.080 We have proven the test of time that Action for Canada is moving forward with these actions.

00:07:50.620 We've done that under great adversity.

00:07:52.920 And there's also court costs and fees that we've had to, you know, put forward as well, upwards, with all fees and everything included, of an additional $80,000.

00:08:04.540 Now, this is all normal when you do an appeal.

00:08:08.080 Maxime Bernier, Brian Peckford all had to do appeals with their cases.

00:08:13.040 And in the end, they've been shut down as well.

00:08:16.740 And people were willing to give funds for that.

00:08:19.560 So I am hoping that because of Action for Canada's integrity, because of the proven achievements and wins that we've had, that Canadians will once again get on board with us and help us to fill our war chest.

00:08:32.660 We have been extremely careful with the funding.

00:08:36.800 I've always said, waste not, want not.

00:08:38.700 When I was raising my kids, you can only spend it once.

00:08:41.980 We take that very, very seriously.

00:08:44.760 During this time, there were some actors that called themselves in the freedom movements where they were raising a lot of money because they were popular.

00:08:53.900 And, you know, they would appeal to Canadians.

00:08:56.760 And it always hurt me when I saw what they were doing with the funds, where they were jet-setting back and forward, selling T-shirts and going to rallies, but doing nothing other, anything else that was substantial.

00:09:09.480 The rallies were extremely important back then because it really helped Canadians assert their rights in their freedom to assemble and their freedom of speech.

00:09:21.580 And I'll forever be grateful to everybody that participated in that.

00:09:24.820 But as far as moving forward with other strategies, helping businesses and legal actions, we have really been on the front line of that.

00:09:31.580 And I just thank everybody, everybody who's donated and believed in us.

00:09:36.200 And so our new notice of civil claim, the amended was filed on December 12th, Thursday last week.

00:09:44.260 But just to go back in history a little bit, after we had filed in August of 2021, we had some major wins.

00:09:52.900 And those are a couple of things that I want to talk about right now.

00:09:57.580 These are things that I'm going to get to.

00:10:00.900 What we had done, never intentionally in partnership, we just felt led to create the notices of liability.

00:10:08.800 At the same time, we were filing the statement of claim.

00:10:13.200 And as a result, we filed in August of 2021, we were in the midst of a huge battle here in BC against the BC government as they were trying to mandate that government officials were going to be forced to get the jab, but specifically teachers and school staff.

00:10:33.760 We had filed notices of liability against all the school board superintendents in June of 2021.

00:10:41.680 And then in August and September, September actually, was where we got super busy and started filing against every school board trustee.

00:10:51.720 And because we had filed the statement of claim, you can see here that it was 391 pages long.

00:10:59.800 And those that were really intricately trying to smear Rocco and take us down a notch were criticizing the fact that it was 391 pages long.

00:11:10.660 But Rocco always said, this is not just about BC.

00:11:14.740 This is not just about Canada.

00:11:17.080 This is a global problem.

00:11:18.680 And so in the statement of claim, we managed to get in some very important details and evidence that we believe needs to be heard in a court of law one day.

00:11:32.460 And so that is what the start of the journey was by filing this unprecedented to some notice of civil claim.

00:11:41.920 But we were successful, even though Judge Ross, you know, had said that, that it was prolix, that it was long, we could file a new amended notice of civil claim.

00:11:54.080 Now, it has taken us some time since August of 2021 to do that, because we needed to get through.

00:12:01.080 Sorry, let me back up.

00:12:02.740 2021, the defendants then filed a motion to strike.

00:12:07.080 And any time Rocco is filed, the defendants always file a motion to strike to say, hey, this is useless, it's pointless, we're in a real emergency here, just, you know, let's carry on.

00:12:17.540 And so by April of 2021, 2022, we were in the courts for the motion to strike.

00:12:24.080 And it was by August of 2022 that the judge had given this decision I was just referring to that said it was very, very long.

00:12:32.660 But you know what, you can file a new one.

00:12:34.680 But in that claim, in that decision as well, he had questioned several of the cases or reports from, say, there was a report from India where there was a Supreme Court ruling that we thought was very relevant as a Commonwealth nation to our case.

00:12:55.940 And it seemed that in the decision by the judge that they could strike this information from being heard in the courts.

00:13:07.540 And so we thought it was important to file an appeal.

00:13:11.600 So we did that in 2022.

00:13:14.520 In the fall of 2022, we filed an appeal to maintain the evidence that we felt was going to be important coming forward.

00:13:22.980 And of course, we didn't get into a court to have that appeal heard until this year.

00:13:28.500 And three of the appeal court judges agreed that this information, there's no question that this could be heard in the courts.

00:13:36.740 But easily, if we hadn't done the appeal, it could have turned out that we ended up in the courts and that the judge would have said no, according to the ruling in August of 2021, that they could have struck that evidence.

00:13:50.360 And we weren't willing to take that chance because of the level of corruption that we're up against.

00:13:56.040 And so that was the point of the journey of some of what we've been on.

00:14:01.820 But by serving the notices of civil claim, the Minister of Education is one of the defendants that was named in our notice of civil claim in 2021.

00:14:14.980 And she refused to mandate that all school staff and teachers needed to get jabbed.

00:14:23.740 And so then we ended up, as I had just mentioned, going after all of the school board trustees because the government put it on them to have a vote in their communities as to whether or not the teachers should get jabbed.

00:14:38.480 And we put out this campaign. And in the end, long story short, we won.

00:14:43.760 And it was months going nose to nose with Bonnie Henry and the government who were trying every sneaky way to make sure that every teacher and school staff in BC ended up getting the jab.

00:14:56.660 So this was a combined effort and a combined win. Unfortunately, many teachers and school staff took it because they didn't know their rights.

00:15:04.260 They didn't know about Action for Canada. But those who did still come to me today and give me a hug and say, thank you so much to Action for Canada.

00:15:12.340 Because of you, because of you, because of your legal action, because of this campaign that you did, we never were dismissed.

00:15:20.140 We never missed a paycheck. That's a huge win. And those wins have been heard across Canada at different levels.

00:15:28.040 Okay, so I'm just going to go back to that main page. And so from there, like I say, we went to the notice of appeal. And here we are today, having filed our new notice of civil claim.

00:15:43.200 We were strategically waiting for the election in BC because we believe that the Attorney General is appointed by the Premier.

00:15:53.240 We believe there is massive corruption going on in BC. There should have been a new government. The BC Conservatives should have won. We're not done with that issue. We are still pressing in. We believe there should be an investigation.

00:16:06.700 I believe there should be a re-election. But I'm very happy to say that I learned yesterday, last night, that John Rostad has made an announcement that there is something that is going to take place in January.

00:16:21.080 He says we're going to have some fun. His party called for an independent review of the very close election. We're going to give the evidence in January as to why we need to do that.

00:16:33.360 And I'm quite excited because, and a big thank you to everybody who participated in our action that came directly after the two weeks it took for a decision in British Columbia.

00:16:47.760 And that is far too long. There is far too much evidence to show that something very nefarious took place and that literally the BC NDP government did not win this election.

00:17:01.780 So I'm very glad. I'm waiting with anticipation to hear what's going to take place in January with the BC Conservatives and whatever evidence that they are going to put forward.

00:17:13.160 But many of you, thank you, you BCC'd us. Many of you took action and this is what we were all, we're all about at Action for Canada.

00:17:22.440 But I wanted you to see that I believe in the very bottom of my heart that the Conservatives are moving forward with this in part because of the work of Action for Canada.

00:17:37.360 And all of you who took action and said, hey, you know what, John Rostad, you got a lot of support behind you because we CC'd him in here.

00:17:46.220 Remember that David Eby was also CC'd in this email campaign to say, we believe something nefarious took place.

00:17:54.860 We believe there should be an investigation and another election.

00:17:58.560 And obviously, John Rostad has heard that, his team has heard that, and they are moving forward with action.

00:18:05.820 So anyways, praise alleluia to that. And we're going to continue to pray that justice will prevail.

00:18:11.700 The reason I'm talking about this is because there needs to be an Attorney General appointed in British Columbia who will oversee the courts and not permit any judges to ignore our Charter and the Constitution as we move forward with our case.

00:18:31.760 And I'm really trusting God in this because when I prayed about it years ago, I was like, should I really be taking this action on?

00:18:37.860 And he said, pursue justice and I will meet you in the courts.

00:18:42.060 And so I'm going to trust God with that.

00:18:44.680 So this is the new notice of civil claim.

00:18:48.360 And I want us to really appreciate, you know, the plaintiffs that have stuck with us through all this year, all these years.

00:18:58.000 The ones that had to really endure the attacks, because some of those actually came from within.

00:19:06.220 We had a plaintiff that had infiltrated, I believe, on purpose so that she could try to turn some of the other plaintiffs against Rocco.

00:19:18.540 We, of course, have had those that have tried to disparage and undermine Action for Canada's integrity.

00:19:27.000 And so you can imagine plaintiffs who are putting it all out there, who are putting themselves out there and their names out there to file this case against the most corrupt.

00:19:36.240 I believe in BC, we have very corrupt premiers and health officers across Canada.

00:19:41.860 But I truly believe that John Horgan, who has passed away, he was premier while all of this was put in place.

00:19:48.680 But David Eby stepped right in.

00:19:51.340 He's taken it to all next levels as well, along with Bonnie Henry and the health minister, Adrian Dix.

00:19:58.840 And so as individuals standing up against this kind of corruption, I just want you to appreciate what the plaintiffs have sacrificed to be part of this claim.

00:20:11.700 And so Action for Canada is the main plaintiff.

00:20:15.060 We have committed to taking on all of the costs.

00:20:17.880 But I say Action for Canada has.

00:20:19.900 But we can't do that without you, without your generous ongoing donations to Action for Canada.

00:20:26.580 Because we're up plus $85,000 between extra costs, appeals and other things, as well as other actions that we've been involved in.

00:20:38.260 For instance, with Majed El-Shefi, which I'll talk about after I've completed what I want to say regarding our case with Rocco.

00:20:47.700 And so Action for Canada, as I've said, has committed to this.

00:20:51.540 And we are reliant on the public in supporting us moving forward.

00:20:56.180 We need that war chest.

00:20:59.000 I know that Dr. Mackey's is fighting, you know, quite a battle in Alberta.

00:21:04.260 He put a GoFundMe up.

00:21:05.620 And the other day, like overnight, he had $90,000 and $115,000.

00:21:10.280 But I can honestly tell you, because of the smear campaigns against Action for Canada, we have not been able to raise those kind of funds.

00:21:19.040 And the work that we're doing has already had measurable success.

00:21:24.320 I've already talked about what happened when we filed regarding the teachers, but I didn't mention about the fairies were part of our legal action. 0.89

00:21:33.280 And because of it, they were going to put in a COVID jab, like an ID, where you had to show your ID to get on the fairies. 0.97

00:21:43.120 They were mask Nazis. 0.84

00:21:44.700 It was just horrendous.

00:21:46.380 And as soon as we filed, as soon as they were named, they backed off.

00:21:50.420 People were reporting that they could, with asthma and stuff, that they could go on the fairies, finally.

00:21:54.720 And, you know, having asthma and stuff and not wear a mask.

00:21:59.420 That's massive.

00:22:00.660 That's huge.

00:22:02.100 And, of course, this has spilled over the success into other areas throughout Canada.

00:22:08.580 But it also had a huge impact in tearing down all of the tyranny that was going on in our borders and against our mobility.

00:22:19.040 So Action for Canada has had amazing, measurable success.

00:22:25.340 And thank goodness, with the expertise, help of Rocco Galati, who is a top constitutional lawyer in Canada.

00:22:34.480 Then there is Linda Morkin and her husband, Gary Morkin, who went to a local gas station, local store.

00:22:42.680 And Linda was handcuffed. 0.98

00:22:45.220 She was taken to the police station.

00:22:49.440 Gary stood back, horrified in what was happening.

00:22:53.220 They were so mistreated because they weren't wearing masks.

00:22:57.720 Now, they actually had masks exemptions.

00:23:01.880 And when I reflect back on how we were all treated, it was just so horrific.

00:23:07.280 But I would encourage you, it's only 54 pages long, but I would encourage you to go to our legal action page and review the testimonies of our plaintiffs.

00:23:19.220 There is Jane Doe, who was a 19-year-old girl who had had battles with cancer, amputation.

00:23:25.280 She had gone to the hospital in Vancouver, and she was denied treatment as she was going through heart failure because they wanted a mask on her as she was experiencing heart failure.

00:23:39.300 Can you wrap your head around that?

00:23:40.980 Can you imagine that?

00:23:42.000 She also has hearing problems, and so she needed her parents without masks as well so that she could watch their mouths, so that she could understand what they were saying.

00:23:54.740 Her story and the details of it are horrific.

00:23:58.600 The crimes against humanity, against this young woman.

00:24:01.940 She was documented as being a difficult patient, so when she went for treatment by a heart specialist and others, they wouldn't treat her as well because the doctors in the St. Paul's Hospital had designated her as a difficult patient, and the story goes on.

00:24:23.480 Alona Zink, she had a hairdresser in a mall. 0.98

00:24:27.560 She had just set up this new business.

00:24:29.400 She had moved from the Lower Mainland.

00:24:32.080 She lost everything.

00:24:33.860 She nearly had lost her house as well.

00:24:36.980 Her tenant wasn't paying, and Trudeau had put this ridiculous policy in place that, you know, if a tenant couldn't pay, then you know what?

00:24:46.620 You just couldn't kick them out.

00:24:48.520 And so here Alona is.

00:24:49.700 She has no income.

00:24:50.740 She has no income coming from a tenant, and so it goes. 1.00

00:24:53.460 Valerie Ann Foley is the one that ended up on the SkyTrain in Vancouver, a brutal police officer.

00:25:03.620 Well, sorry, he was a, I'm sorry, it was for the, can't remember what the term was now, but he policed the SkyTrain.

00:25:13.680 And anyways, I mean, he physically abused her.

00:25:19.160 And when she took him before the Human Rights Court, he was let off scot-free.

00:25:23.540 And this is criminal when you see the video.

00:25:26.360 And then when they get off the SkyTrain at the next stop, he handcuffs her to the railing, and you hear the speaker say, recommending the masks, but if you have an exemption, you don't have to wear one.

00:25:39.700 And through all of that abuse, there was no apology from those that had literally abused.

00:25:46.060 It doesn't go, it doesn't end there.

00:25:47.840 Her story, as I say, it goes on further.

00:25:50.980 We have wonderful Pastor Randy Beattie.

00:25:54.060 He is just such an incredible, brave, courageous pastor who refused to close his doors.

00:26:00.680 The police harassed him and would show up and be monitoring them across the street.

00:26:06.280 And I'm just so grateful that he was willing to be part of this.

00:26:09.700 And then wonderful Brittany Wilson, who was a nurse and is a nurse in Kamloops, and the horrific story that she went through as well.

00:26:18.280 Now, in filing this, you've all maybe heard about Bill 36, which is the Health Care Act.

00:26:28.520 And I'll just continue to show that we've got doctors speaking out.

00:26:35.380 Dr. Anna Kindy is just such a beautiful, wonderful, amazing person.

00:26:40.500 She was on the front line speaking out, you know, against the COVID jab.

00:26:45.340 She has been like many other doctors who spoke up across Canada.

00:26:49.940 She has been persecuted.

00:26:52.420 And when Bill 36 came in, again, David Eby, it just passed right through without the doctors or nurses being able to communicate with them about it without there being any say.

00:27:07.820 And as we know, Bill 19 was the emergency act that the B.C. government implemented.

00:27:14.900 It's different names in different provinces.

00:27:17.340 Because, of course, the emergency act was never implemented at the federal level in response to COVID-19.

00:27:23.320 Trudeau tried to push it through in response to the COVID.

00:27:26.240 I'm sorry, in response to the convoy.

00:27:28.800 But never, ever was the emergency act put in place.

00:27:33.060 You can just imagine what kind of fake pandemic this was if the federal government wouldn't have implemented the emergency act.

00:27:39.540 But Trudeau never did it because he would lose complete control of the scenario.

00:27:45.260 It would have never advanced.

00:27:46.880 So there was backroom deals going on with the premiers.

00:27:50.380 And I want FOIs.

00:27:52.520 I want information on what it was that the incentives that the premiers, that the health officers and the health ministers accepted in order to implement this forceful overreach

00:28:13.120 and this egregious violation of citizens' charter rights and their human rights, I mean, there was crimes against humanity that have been committed.

00:28:25.240 And Action for Canada is all in to see this through.

00:28:28.200 We're in it to win it.

00:28:29.140 But I know that the premiers accepted backroom deals because you'll remember that the head of Belarus, the president, was offered nearly a billion dollars from the IMF and the World Bank and if they would implement the emergency measures.

00:28:48.040 So if they were, that's just evidence right there that this was going on.

00:28:52.020 And so every sitting premier that was active through COVID-19, even those, like even Premier Higgs, it was wonderful that he was doing, you know, parent policies before he lost his seat.

00:29:06.420 He proclaims to be a Christian.

00:29:09.100 But I know New Brunswick was one of the worst provinces for attacking churches and implementing these measures.

00:29:16.120 So how does anybody justify that?

00:29:18.180 These premiers all need to be held to account for the crimes against humanity that they willingly committed.

00:29:26.160 And if they received incentives, we need to know about that.

00:29:29.920 If they want to come clean, if they want to fess up, help us out.

00:29:33.220 Help us to be able to expose different levels of criminality from the federal government down through the provincial governments, even into the municipalities.

00:29:48.180 So I was just kind of going back here.

00:29:50.940 I'm not quite sure why.

00:29:51.660 So I'm just going to keep going forward.

00:29:53.500 And what I want to mention, what Action for Canada was on, education, education, education, to stand up for our rights.

00:29:59.580 And even what we're going through right now, whether it's the sexualization of our children, whether it's this mass immigration and giving more rights to illegal immigrants and migrants, or even giving more rights to immigrants, basing it on multiculturalism and allowing their radical ideologies and their foreign political ideologies to come into Canada and take precedence over ours.

00:30:24.980 Because it's absolutely hogwash.

00:30:28.100 And we need to understand that what the government is doing in all sections of what I've just talked about are illegal.

00:30:35.240 And Section 52.1 of the Constitution is very, very powerful.

00:30:40.300 Because it says the Constitution of Canada is the supreme law of Canada, and any law that is inconsistent with the provisions of the Constitution is to the extent of the inconsistencies of no force or effect.

00:30:57.580 And that is why our notices of liability were so effective, because when we would send this to lawyers, they'd have to look at this section and then go back to the charter and understand and talk about what does it mean to have the freedom of expression?

00:31:15.140 What does it mean to have the freedom to gather?

00:31:18.300 What does bodily autonomy mean?

00:31:20.880 All right.

00:31:21.140 These are all guaranteed rights.

00:31:24.340 Even in everything we're facing today, the World Health Organization, I don't care if they pass a treaty, we will fight it here in Canada because that's an unelected body.

00:31:35.800 And according to this, if it's in violation of our Constitution, it's of no force or effect.

00:31:41.360 This is how you need to speak to your elected officials.

00:31:45.000 We do not bow down to them.

00:31:46.560 We do not use their language. 1.00

00:31:48.100 We stand up straight with a spine of steel and say, no, we will not comply because you cannot compel us to because you are the one committing treason.

00:31:58.460 You are the one unlawfully trying to pass policies.

00:32:02.660 This also goes for climate change policies that are trying to drive people into 15-minute cities.

00:32:08.320 This goes for all of those strong mayors who have signed on with a globalist agenda.

00:32:14.780 We must keep pushing in 2025 to expose them and to expose them as traitors of this nation.

00:32:21.840 So I just want to pump you up right now, going through here to the end of this incredible 2024 with the successes we've had and being powerful in 2025 with this at the forefront of our speech.

00:32:38.300 So knowledge is power.

00:32:39.800 When you have it, you got to use it.

00:32:41.740 This is David Eby.

00:32:43.240 I want you to see the face of the man in British Columbia where Action for Canada is going against the B.C. and federal government.

00:32:52.140 This is David Eby, the so-called premier. 0.97

00:32:56.860 I think he's a fraud.

00:32:58.680 This election was definitely rigged.

00:33:01.600 And hopefully, I pray, we need to pray overtime for B.C.

00:33:06.000 because it's critical that this man be exposed and removed.

00:33:09.280 There are also reports that he has had ties with the CCP.

00:33:13.900 Somebody has provided those.

00:33:15.300 Those are reports.

00:33:16.460 I'm hoping and praying that those individuals will continue to expose this corruption until the police will finally do what they're called to do according to their oath and arrest traitors.

00:33:30.320 This is Bonnie Henry, a paid actor in this who's being paid extremely well morally, ethically.

00:33:36.980 Why an individual would stoop to these kind of lows and this kind of evil is beyond me.

00:33:44.420 Her soul has been given over to the devil.

00:33:47.640 She needs to repent and she needs to make things right.

00:33:50.260 There will never be a way for her to ever be able to make it right for those who were convinced or forced to take the jab,

00:34:01.580 who have lost loved ones or who are suffering with irreversible, unbelievable kinds of diseases and heart defects, etc.,

00:34:16.600 that for many of them are still going to lead to death.

00:34:20.880 This has been a death culture and this woman has been the head of it. 1.00

00:34:25.940 She needs to be held to account.

00:34:27.500 Bonnie Henry, David Eby, and Adrian Dix are named in Action for Canada's statement of claim.

00:34:34.500 So this is Adrian Dix, the health minister.

00:34:37.920 These individuals need to be held to account.

00:34:42.460 Now, just briefly, I don't want to go too deep into this,

00:34:45.660 but for those of you, anybody who had a bad taste in their mouth because of gossip,

00:34:53.080 because of lies that were spread about Action for Canada, about Rocco, about Ted Kuntz, about myself,

00:35:00.160 I mean, we are the most integral people in this nation who are on the front line of fighting this battle.

00:35:07.160 And a person named Alexandra Moore, who apparently heads Canuck Law,

00:35:12.360 is one of the individuals who did smear campaigns against Action for Canada.

00:35:18.240 I won't be playing this video.

00:35:20.740 I just, there is no image of Alexandra Moore.

00:35:23.580 I've only seen her in some legal proceedings.

00:35:27.540 Other than that, how can a person be so brave and be able to smear people when they hide in the backgrounds?

00:35:37.900 This is Kip Warner.

00:35:39.740 This is the one whose mission in life was to get Rocco disbarred,

00:35:44.160 who had a woman in Ontario file a complaint against Rocco that was completely bogus.

00:35:50.480 And it was a, I believe, a former lawyer from the Law Society was partnered with him in crime.

00:35:56.100 And we exposed in this video in February that he was tied, his businesses, to the World Economic Forum.

00:36:03.940 He is also former, formerly was in the Canadian military.

00:36:09.900 How he went so wrong, I have no idea what would cause him to do that.

00:36:15.860 So I had commenced the action stating that we were going to take action in September of 2020.

00:36:22.880 And then in September of 2020, I had to raise half the funds before any of the lawyers, including Rocco,

00:36:32.000 would start writing the statement of claim.

00:36:34.940 And so we'd raise those funds by December of 2020.

00:36:37.960 In the meantime, by November, this guy starts putting out fundraisers for a constitutional challenge,

00:36:47.800 but then starts in January, smearing Rocco and saying, you don't need to hire a lawyer.

00:36:52.580 All you need is $10,000.

00:36:55.160 And, you know, lawyers are just there to rip you off and take your money. 0.56

00:36:59.580 As it turns out, he was going, he filed this claim before us.

00:37:03.640 It was a nothing burger claim, 25 pages long with no substance.

00:37:07.520 And that proved to be true because I think he had three claims.

00:37:11.380 Two of them have been completely dismissed.

00:37:13.200 He's no longer around since I posted and revealed who he is.

00:37:18.960 I am somebody who never talks about other people, no matter how much they smear me or attack me.

00:37:26.800 I stayed silent for years through all of this.

00:37:29.780 But then when it came to the fact that he set up this fundraiser on, I believe this is GoFundMe,

00:37:37.380 I've been banned from GoFundMe.

00:37:39.380 Everybody in the freedom movement's been banned from GoFundMe.

00:37:42.080 So how come he can still have a GoFundMe account?

00:37:44.920 And at this point, he had raised $450,000.

00:37:47.980 He has apparently raised upwards of a million dollars.

00:37:50.760 He, of course, has spent some of it.

00:37:52.700 Action for Canada, not even half of that to, you know, raise money for our legal action.

00:37:59.040 So this guy was doing a hit piece and a real job in Action for Canada.

00:38:02.520 And I'm very grateful to say that everybody that had gotten behind him when I finally revealed this,

00:38:10.420 because Rocco deserves our respect.

00:38:12.840 Ted Kuntz deserves our utmost respect.

00:38:16.760 Because they have been fighting on the front line, you know, even to get the childhood immunizations revealed that these are dangerous for children.

00:38:25.380 These are men of integrity. 0.98

00:38:26.640 And how dare these, I'm sorry, scumbag, who these bottom feeders come out and attack those of us who are giving it up. 0.98

00:38:34.260 If you don't like what we're doing, that's fine. 0.99

00:38:36.200 Go do your own thing.

00:38:37.440 But why would you have a targeted attack against us?

00:38:40.500 And then finally, Vlad from Hugs Over Mask, who is jet-setting back and forward across everybody's, across the country,

00:38:47.100 and taking things off my website and using them as a zone on businesses,

00:38:50.120 as well as somebody, in the end, I felt needed to be exposed.

00:38:55.720 Because while they're smearing us, people were demanding that I pay them money back when we were still moving forward with our cases with integrity.

00:39:04.480 And so I'm very thankful that these people have finally been silenced.

00:39:09.600 And I'm very, very grateful at this time to be able to file this new notice of a civil claim.

00:39:17.120 Like I say, it's 54 pages, and I'm sure that the defendants are going to probably try to file a new notice of,

00:39:25.780 what is it, a new motion to strike against us, because they are terrified of us ending up in the courts.

00:39:32.920 And so for those of you who pray, please pray so powerfully over everything that we're doing.

00:39:39.340 And I want to show you, there is justice happening in the courts.

00:39:43.360 This is in Australia, but understand that Australia was as wicked, the government, as what we were experiencing here in Canada.

00:39:55.560 And this doctor, he's a strong Christian.

00:39:58.680 I just love his testimony in the short video that he put out.

00:40:02.080 But like the many doctors here, he stood up against the tyranny, and he has completely, he won his case.

00:40:09.080 He won that it was unconstitutional and government overreach.

00:40:15.140 We have here in, I believe this is Florida as well, breaking news where Florida lawsuit seeks injunction to prohibit mRNA nanoparticle injections because they are bioweapons.

00:40:27.900 This is what Action for Canada, on the front line, before anybody else was saying it,

00:40:33.340 we were on the front line warning people not to take this injection, as well, Slovakia, breaking news, banning the mRNA vaccines.

00:40:42.300 The reason I'm bringing it up is that, as Rocco said, this is not just a BC case.

00:40:47.520 It's not just a Canada case.

00:40:49.400 This case represents all of Canada, but it is a global issue.

00:40:54.960 And all of these bad actors need to be named, which we did in our original statement of claim.

00:41:00.640 And of course, we had the great win.

00:41:03.520 Thank goodness to the individuals who took on this case.

00:41:07.220 They're not done.

00:41:08.440 They're actually moving forward with a further case against the government.

00:41:12.880 But Ottawa's use of Emergency Act against convoy protests was unreasonable, violated charter court rules.

00:41:20.720 The judge was amazing.

00:41:22.380 Judge Mosley was his name.

00:41:23.920 And he said, ultimately, there was no national emergency justifying the invocation of the Emergencies Act or cutting people out, blocking them from their accounts.

00:41:36.340 And so this is amazing.

00:41:38.280 We are on the right side of history.

00:41:40.740 We are going to continue to go forward.

00:41:43.640 An election's going to be coming up.

00:41:45.220 Neither of these people. 0.95

00:41:46.500 Arif Arani, not only the fact that he's a Muslim and he's sitting in one of the highest places, positions in government, he is a horrible Attorney General. 0.98

00:41:56.680 And he supported Justin Trudeau no matter how tyrannical the decisions were. 0.58

00:42:02.780 So this little duo of Muppets need to go.

00:42:05.800 If you're in his riding, please support a candidate.

00:42:09.360 Be out there door knocking and help them to a great win.

00:42:12.360 These people need to be held account.

00:42:14.020 And our case against the federal government includes the Attorney General, Justin Trudeau, Dr. Tam, as well as a number of others.

00:42:25.240 Okay, so this is amazing because of our case, because of other cases, because of the rising backlash.

00:42:33.840 I mean, because of Action for Canada, we were one of the key people, the key organizations,

00:42:39.180 warning people from the very, very get-go because of the work I'd been doing pre-COVID that all of this was a scam and exposing this corrupt government.

00:42:48.520 And I believe we have helped change the conversation in politics by our persistence.

00:42:54.040 And because of that, Justin Trudeau, he is a sinking ship, him and the Liberal parties.

00:42:59.420 And as God put it in my heart in 2017, when I was appealing to the Lord, saying, God, get this man out of government.

00:43:06.860 And he told me, I just, I remember hearing it, that God said he will be the first prime minister removed from government.

00:43:14.040 And he is being forced out of government.

00:43:16.680 I believe it is coming very, very soon.

00:43:20.100 And of course, who's holding him up? 0.86

00:43:22.120 But Jagmeet Singh, traitor Jagmeet Singh.

00:43:25.060 And of course, the NDP had said if they would vote non-confidence in the government if Justin Trudeau remains minister come the end of February or March.

00:43:35.560 And the only reason is because traitor Jagmeet Singh wants his pension.

00:43:42.360 This man should be put in jail for treason and for aligning with radical extremists.

00:43:49.880 And his pension should be revoked one day.

00:43:52.380 So let's work towards that.

00:43:54.260 Let's work towards justice.

00:43:56.260 Now, the last in closing here, just a few minutes, I want to just remind you that we're also taking legal action against the federal government.

00:44:05.060 We've partnered with Majed El Shafi from One Free World International.

00:44:09.340 Amazing lawyers.

00:44:11.460 It's got to be tenacious lawyers to take something like this on.

00:44:14.460 But it's against the federal government for their reckless immigration policies that have allowed terrorists to enter this nation.

00:44:23.000 So the father in this case, I just want to remind you.

00:44:26.560 All right.

00:44:26.880 The father-son duo here who had gotten axes and machetes and were planning a horrible attack in Ontario.

00:44:33.600 The father had gained access.

00:44:37.120 I'll just read.

00:44:39.660 That was the one on the student visa.

00:44:42.520 He had gained access as a citizen.

00:44:46.240 I think it was.

00:44:47.760 I'm just trying.

00:44:48.800 I'm sorry.

00:44:48.960 I'm trying to see if I can.

00:44:50.120 My eyes will fall on it.

00:44:51.800 Anyways, he was given citizenship even though he was a terrorist.

00:44:58.720 He was involved in terrible torture that was videoed.

00:45:05.680 He was in some sort of extremist group and that he was put in charge of torturing somebody that was on video.

00:45:14.900 And how could the government, how could immigration miss that when this individual was applying to come into Canada?

00:45:22.160 So he is 62-year-old Ahmed al-Didi, who was arrested along with his son and of alleged terrorist offenses, faces four war crimes.

00:45:35.280 This is what I was trying to get to, including murder, mutilation and torture against a protected person in a non-international armed conflict.

00:45:45.640 These are the terrors that we have walking among us.

00:45:49.260 And I keep warning every single time with the weekly news update that this is one of the greatest risks.

00:45:55.340 Yes, you know what?

00:45:56.180 Globalism is pretty scary, but they're flooding us with this mass invasion of Islamists as war soldiers. 1.00

00:46:06.980 Make no mistake about what's happening in this country right now.

00:46:10.860 And so we believe that this action is one of the most important legal actions that could commence in this country.

00:46:19.260 And we need your financial support.

00:46:21.760 It is not cheap to come up against terrorism and shut it down.

00:46:25.720 But the way to shut it down is to start with our terrorist organization, using our rule of law and our constitution and our charter,

00:46:33.840 and hold the government accountable for the reckless immigration policies of bringing multiple terrorists into this nation, hundreds if not thousands of them,

00:46:44.740 and allowing terrorist organizations to operate in Canada, such as the Muslim Association of Canada, who is under investigation for alleging to be tied to funding radical extremism.

00:47:04.080 And I'd almost like to say take allegedly out of there, but time will prove it.

00:47:08.280 We've got to shut down all manifestations of Islam in Canada. 1.00

00:47:12.700 And this video was posted the other day, and here's a Muslim right now. 0.94

00:47:17.180 And again, making a public display of himself in the local Costco and getting down on his prayer map.

00:47:24.320 As it's said by Amy Mack, who was showing a Moroccan migrant who had come to America, is now in Tennessee leading a hugely extremist Islamic mosque.

00:47:39.080 And I can't wait for Donald Trump to come in because he's going to be shutting this down.

00:47:43.680 But this Muslim right here, this Imam, is right there making a public display, and this is an act of war. 1.00

00:47:52.420 And so we do not have to be silent with political correctness.

00:47:57.020 We need to shut this down.

00:47:59.100 People need to be opposing and say, stop that right now.

00:48:03.000 You've got a mosque.

00:48:04.100 Go pray in your inner room.

00:48:05.680 Don't take it to our streets or in this is anti-Canadian, and this is literally an act, as far as I'm concerned, of terrorism.

00:48:14.820 And we don't have to respect that.

00:48:16.960 Islam is not a religion. 1.00

00:48:19.280 It poses as a religion to infiltrate the West, but it is a dangerous political system that wants any non-Muslim to be subjugated to. 0.98

00:48:28.240 And so we're going to go into 2025, fighting hard to shut all of this down.

00:48:34.780 And as it says here in the title, Canada is rolling out the red carpet for radical Islam. 0.96

00:48:40.000 I'm not going to go into that, but that's a November article.

00:48:43.360 So everybody knows it.

00:48:44.580 Europe knows it.

00:48:45.460 Every Western nation knows it.

00:48:47.080 We are all under attack, and we will refuse to submit or comply to all things Islam. 1.00

00:48:54.800 And again, this just was some more reports of what's going on in the Europe and UK and is now on Canadian soil.

00:49:04.320 This report actually talks about this mosque that was the same one of the imam that was praying in the streets as a political pressure or intimidation.

00:49:16.100 And it says the transformation happened.

00:49:18.740 It talks about the Quranic indoctrination through this mosque, Sharia-based educational programs, all meticulously designed to entrench Muslim identity and lay the groundwork for broader influence. 1.00

00:49:32.560 And of course, using Islamophobia, the transformation happened under the radar, relying on Sharia financial deals, a dangerous system that bypasses traditional banking structures. 0.99

00:49:44.300 And as we know, I've reported it many times, Daniel Smith is establishing Sharia banking in Alberta.

00:49:52.020 She is politically pandering to the Muslims. 0.93

00:49:55.240 This needs to be repealed and revoked.

00:49:57.400 It is anti-Canadian.

00:49:58.840 It is dangerous.

00:50:00.060 It is putting us as a country at risk.

00:50:02.500 And that there are eight steps to Sharia banking.

00:50:05.660 And one of them is that they fund terrorism.

00:50:09.900 Sharia banking funds terrorism. 0.95

00:50:12.440 It's in their policies.

00:50:13.820 We'll be talking about more of that in the new year to get you educated.

00:50:17.500 So, again, I'm just going to close on thanking you just so much for spending the time with me on the weekly news updates.

00:50:25.500 I just ask that you give us a thumbs up and that you share this information and that you subscribe to our Rumble channel.

00:50:32.420 We're very censored.

00:50:33.840 We're hoping and praying for some of that to change in the new year.

00:50:37.240 We know that through all of our chapter leaders within the communities is really word of mouth how we're really expanding across this nation.

00:50:45.940 Everywhere I travel, people are so welcoming.

00:50:49.380 And I feel, wow, for an organization that's so censored, I can see that the strategy and the, you know, to be in every town and community in this nation is really the key at a time of war like this and a time of censorship such as this to get our message out and to mobilize citizens within their own communities.

00:51:11.920 It is so effective.

00:51:14.500 Listen to the weekly news year in review that I did last year to really see the measurable difference that Action for Canada is doing.

00:51:23.740 And I'm going to ask that you would please donate.

00:51:25.920 You can do so by e-transfer to our general fund or the legal action.

00:51:31.480 You can donate as well by on Stripe using one of your credit cards.

00:51:37.940 You can donate again to the general fund.

00:51:40.640 You can also donate monthly, which we would ask.

00:51:45.020 That's a great way for us to be able to manage, you know, our funds throughout the year.

00:51:50.140 That would be super appreciated.

00:51:51.780 And as well, please, please donate to the legal fund.

00:51:54.640 And we've got, just as a recap, we are moving forward with our legal action against the B.C. and federal government.

00:52:01.980 But there's a lot of money that we had to pay out in our journey still.

00:52:05.900 That is just natural, normal costs when you're taking on a constitutional challenge,

00:52:11.820 as well as coming up against the federal government regarding radical Islam.

00:52:16.640 We need to take this down. 0.98

00:52:18.180 We need to eradicate it from Canada. 0.84

00:52:20.600 We need to care about the future for our kids because that's what's at risk.

00:52:24.640 Regarding both of these incredibly important actions.

00:52:27.860 So I hope that we can count on your support.

00:52:31.040 In closing, well, I should add as well, what I would like to add is that I'm going to include a clip right now

00:52:38.640 from Daniel Pastille on just such an amazing tribute to myself in Action for Canada

00:52:45.160 and another really great reason why to donate and support this most amazing movement across Canada

00:52:53.240 to protect faith, family, and freedom.

00:52:55.860 Hello, Lions.

00:52:57.880 Good evening.

00:52:58.800 And I'm so, so grateful to have the opportunity to address everybody tonight before we begin this very special holiday episode.

00:53:07.600 So thank you for the time tonight.

00:53:09.620 On behalf of so many people across this nation, I want to take a moment to thank God for blessing our country

00:53:15.000 with an extraordinary woman that I get the privilege of calling friend.

00:53:18.600 And that is the unstoppable Tanya Gaw.

00:53:20.460 If there is one word that comes to mind when I think of Tanya and Action for Canada, it is hope.

00:53:29.060 Let me take you back to a great afternoon in September of 2020 when Tanya stepped onto the stage of the Vancouver Art Gallery

00:53:35.460 for the very first time where approximately 5,000 people gathered, feeling lost, discouraged, and alone,

00:53:42.520 but searching for connection amidst a world turned upside down.

00:53:47.800 Tanya's hands were trembling and her speech paper slipped to the ground,

00:53:51.060 and you could have heard a pin drop as she boldly declared, 0.93

00:53:54.340 I would like to thank God and God alone for the ground that I'm standing on.

00:53:58.540 Her words carried a gravity that ignited so much excitement

00:54:01.820 when she declared that she would be taking on the monumental task

00:54:05.380 of holding our government accountable legally

00:54:07.480 for the lies, division, and propaganda

00:54:10.360 that they had been unleashing upon us.

00:54:15.140 What happened next remains one of the most inspiring moments

00:54:17.920 I think I've ever witnessed in my life still to this day.

00:54:21.440 After Tanya's announcement, a single person stepped up onto the stage 0.66

00:54:24.860 holding up a $100 bill as an act of support for her vision.

00:54:28.280 This simple yet powerful gesture sparked an incredible response

00:54:33.180 from what seemed to be a never-ending sea of people

00:54:36.240 that came forward offering everything from spare change to $100 bills.

00:54:41.500 This incredible moment of collective action ignited a glimmer of hope

00:54:45.540 that spread like wildfire.

00:54:48.100 It was a turning point reminding all of us of the immense power

00:54:51.340 that we have when we come together for a common cause.

00:54:53.780 And thanks to Tanya's bravery and guidance,

00:54:57.560 this shared experience literally transformed feelings of helplessness

00:55:02.020 to empowerment.

00:55:03.580 She showed us that together we are so much more powerful

00:55:06.220 than the 1% that have been trying to rule over us.

00:55:09.700 I think it is safe to say that Tanya quickly became a beacon of light

00:55:13.420 during a time of darkness and uncertainty for many.

00:55:16.960 But Tanya's journey didn't end or even begin just in 2020.

00:55:21.080 Long before that pivotal moment, she was already a fierce advocate

00:55:25.140 shining a light on the erosion of parental rights

00:55:27.980 and speaking out about concerning changes taking place in schools

00:55:31.920 and communities, as well as the immigration issues

00:55:34.660 that have been plaguing our country.

00:55:37.320 Tanya has never been afraid to speak out

00:55:39.460 about the most uncomfortable conversations that most people avoid.

00:55:43.500 And she has consistently been ahead of the curve,

00:55:46.940 warning us about significant issues that threaten the fabric of our nation.

00:55:50.400 Tanya's work has since progressed to new bold legal actions 1.00

00:55:55.520 and her lawsuit regarding all of the mandates

00:55:58.500 is one of the few that are still active in the courts today.

00:56:02.400 Tanya has her thumb on the pulse of what is happening

00:56:05.300 all over this country, acting as the eyes and the ears

00:56:09.460 and the voice for so many of us who would have otherwise remained unaware

00:56:12.620 and has inspired countless people to get involved in advocacy work,

00:56:17.240 myself included.

00:56:17.940 Because of Tanya's fearless leadership,

00:56:21.560 thousands have been motivated to contribute their time,

00:56:24.440 expertise and connections and financial support.

00:56:28.060 And without this collective effort,

00:56:29.740 tackling these monumental issues would have been near impossible.

00:56:34.220 Additionally, there is a tight and mighty core team

00:56:37.300 that has been volunteering their time, talents

00:56:39.920 to support Action for Canada

00:56:41.720 and to do all that they can to stand on the front lines

00:56:44.800 and say, not on my watch.

00:56:47.920 Much like Gideon's army,

00:56:49.480 it's not the size of the group that determines the success,

00:56:52.140 but the strength, courage and commitment of the people involved.

00:56:56.980 And as life regains some normalcy,

00:56:59.340 we must not lose sight of the importance of staying engaged

00:57:02.200 as the battles that Action for Canada takes on

00:57:05.120 comes with significant costs,

00:57:07.380 financial, emotional and logistical.

00:57:09.240 From technical support and website maintenance

00:57:13.100 to massive legal fees,

00:57:15.440 mail platforms and print materials,

00:57:18.160 these efforts require all of us to share the burden.

00:57:21.720 We cannot leave this responsibility to just one person

00:57:24.500 or a small team.

00:57:26.180 If we expect change,

00:57:28.020 we must be active participants in creating it.

00:57:31.080 Tanya,

00:57:33.600 your hard work

00:57:34.820 and unwavering determination

00:57:36.320 inspire us all.

00:57:38.300 I know that this has not been an easy road

00:57:40.440 by any stretch,

00:57:41.820 but your courage and dedication

00:57:43.540 have brought so much hope to so many.

00:57:46.640 And I want you to know

00:57:47.400 how profoundly grateful

00:57:49.060 many of us are

00:57:50.040 that you continue to say,

00:57:51.960 yes, God,

00:57:53.160 to taking on all that you do

00:57:54.680 to defend faith, family and freedom.

00:57:56.260 To everyone here this evening,

00:57:59.900 I urge you to reflect on the importance

00:58:02.360 of staying involved.

00:58:04.200 Let's not forget the struggles

00:58:05.500 that we've all endured,

00:58:08.000 the lessons that we've learned

00:58:09.620 and the progress that we've made.

00:58:11.880 As we approach the holiday season,

00:58:16.440 a time of generosity and reflection,

00:58:19.300 I ask each of you

00:58:20.780 to consider

00:58:21.920 what can you do

00:58:23.220 to support Action for Canada,

00:58:25.240 whether it's through volunteering your time,

00:58:27.840 offering your talents,

00:58:29.400 donating your treasures

00:58:30.260 or simply sharing this message.

00:58:32.820 Your contribution matters.

00:58:36.920 A wise man, David Lindsay,

00:58:38.620 once taught me that

00:58:39.540 advocacy is a generational task.

00:58:42.980 What you do today,

00:58:44.160 make no mistake,

00:58:44.960 your children and grandchildren

00:58:46.500 are taking notice.

00:58:48.480 Involve them in what you're doing.

00:58:50.420 Talk about it at the dinner table

00:58:51.800 because every donation made,

00:58:53.660 every moment volunteered

00:58:55.120 and every effort you give

00:58:57.260 is not just a contribution.

00:58:59.660 It's a lesson

00:59:00.620 to the generations that follow.

00:59:04.020 We're not just fighting battles.

00:59:06.420 We're building a legacy of courage

00:59:08.160 and unity

00:59:09.040 that will echo long after us.

00:59:11.700 The change that we

00:59:12.680 all long for

00:59:14.160 begins with each of us

00:59:15.720 choosing to act.

00:59:17.940 And Tanya,

00:59:18.500 thank you for being

00:59:19.320 a beacon of light

00:59:20.160 and hope

00:59:21.260 and reminding us

00:59:22.580 of what it means

00:59:23.400 to stand firm

00:59:24.220 in the face of adversity.

00:59:25.840 Because of you,

00:59:27.040 we are reminded

00:59:27.720 that even the smallest

00:59:28.880 of acts of courage

00:59:30.120 can spark a fire of hope

00:59:31.680 and together

00:59:32.440 we can create a future

00:59:33.540 where truth,

00:59:34.520 freedom,

00:59:35.300 and faith prevail.

00:59:36.180 So tonight,

00:59:38.340 let's reignite that passion

00:59:40.480 and determination

00:59:41.120 that brought us together

00:59:42.140 in the first place

00:59:42.940 and ensure that 2025

00:59:44.200 is a year of renewed action,

00:59:47.000 strength,

00:59:47.400 and purpose.

00:59:48.700 And I would like to start

00:59:50.080 that wave of support

00:59:51.060 by offering the first $100

00:59:52.300 of the evening

00:59:53.220 and I hope that it will encourage

00:59:54.860 others to step up

00:59:55.960 and do the same.

00:59:56.780 And Tanya,

00:59:59.040 the core team,

00:59:59.980 and to all of the action

01:00:01.140 for Canada volunteers,

01:00:03.040 keep up the good fight.

01:00:04.640 This country needs you

01:00:05.820 more now than ever.

01:00:07.320 You are an inspiration

01:00:08.500 to those around you

01:00:09.500 and what you do

01:00:11.040 is highly contagious

01:00:12.240 in a good way.

01:00:14.440 Do not ever underestimate

01:00:15.780 the impact

01:00:16.480 of every little thing

01:00:17.680 that you do.

01:00:18.980 Thank you for making

01:00:19.880 this world a better place.

01:00:21.720 It does not

01:00:22.760 go unnoticed.

01:00:23.960 Wishing all of you

01:00:26.660 fierce lions

01:00:27.540 a very Merry Christmas.

01:00:29.780 Stay blessed.

01:00:32.720 Thank you, Danielle.

01:00:34.460 I didn't 100%

01:00:36.320 didn't know

01:00:37.080 completely what to expect tonight,

01:00:39.040 but I'm sitting here

01:00:40.080 and just taking in

01:00:43.060 all of your words

01:00:44.160 and I love what you say

01:00:46.100 about the generations

01:00:47.340 and, you know,

01:00:48.800 that they're watching us

01:00:49.980 and how grateful I am

01:00:51.880 to the past generations

01:00:53.000 that fought for our

01:00:53.920 freedoms and we're

01:00:54.620 in that position today

01:00:55.800 and we just value you.

01:00:58.300 I thank you for taking

01:00:59.200 the time to come

01:01:00.460 on the show tonight.

01:01:01.520 I thank you for donating

01:01:03.060 the first hundred dollars.

01:01:04.660 We pray that that will

01:01:05.600 be many more

01:01:06.840 and that people will see

01:01:08.080 the vision for the mission

01:01:09.060 of what Action for Canada

01:01:10.200 is doing and accomplishing

01:01:12.280 going into the new year.

01:01:13.740 So God bless you so much

01:01:15.080 and Merry Christmas.

01:01:16.380 God bless you too.

01:01:17.320 Thank you, everybody,

01:01:17.960 for what you're doing.

01:01:19.380 So the scripture today,

01:01:20.880 I love it.

01:01:21.640 I used it last week,

01:01:22.580 Ephesians 5.11,

01:01:24.320 take no part in the

01:01:25.680 unfruitful works of darkness

01:01:27.220 but instead expose them.

01:01:31.400 And this is what we are

01:01:33.780 definitely willing

01:01:35.520 and courageously willing

01:01:37.360 to do without compromise.

01:01:39.140 We don't care where

01:01:40.040 the evil is coming from.

01:01:41.320 We're counting on the Lord

01:01:42.220 for his protection

01:01:43.140 and we need to speak it out loud

01:01:45.500 and it seems to embolden others.

01:01:48.160 Courage is contagious.

01:01:49.820 And so we're on the front line

01:01:51.740 of that and hope

01:01:52.320 you're being affected.

01:01:53.460 Now I found this today

01:01:54.540 when I was looking

01:01:55.100 for a scripture.

01:01:56.140 It's by Anne Rand.

01:01:57.740 I've never known

01:01:58.660 of this lady before.

01:01:59.700 It ends up she was an atheist.

01:02:01.360 So it's very interesting

01:02:02.540 to hear this quote.

01:02:04.240 It says,

01:02:04.640 What is morality?

01:02:06.240 She asked.

01:02:07.660 Judgment to distinguish

01:02:09.100 right and wrong.

01:02:11.080 Vision to see the truth.

01:02:13.200 And courage to act upon it.

01:02:15.460 Dedication to that which is good.

01:02:18.060 Integrity to stand by the good

01:02:20.260 at any price.

01:02:21.540 And I thought,

01:02:22.660 Wow, if there was anything

01:02:24.080 to wrap up what Action for Canada

01:02:26.200 and our team are doing,

01:02:28.020 it is that we are an organization

01:02:30.820 based on morality and ethics

01:02:33.360 and the truth

01:02:34.680 and distinguishing between right and wrong

01:02:37.140 and being able to speak out

01:02:39.120 and willing to speak out

01:02:40.520 against the wrong.

01:02:41.960 Because we believe

01:02:43.160 that justice will prevail

01:02:44.840 and that good trumps evil

01:02:46.660 and that we are on the winning side.

01:02:49.320 And of course,

01:02:49.880 that is because Action for Canada

01:02:51.840 is God-breathed.

01:02:52.820 Everything we do,

01:02:53.620 we commit to Him

01:02:54.460 and we believe we are

01:02:56.260 and will win this battle.

01:02:58.820 So Ecclesiastes 3, 17

01:03:02.200 then says,

01:03:03.900 I said to myself,

01:03:05.580 God will bring into judgment

01:03:07.060 both the righteous and the wicked

01:03:09.040 for there will be a time

01:03:10.840 for every activity,

01:03:12.620 a time to judge every deed.

01:03:15.880 And so I say again,

01:03:17.020 praise the Lord

01:03:18.360 to that.

01:03:19.480 I am just so grateful.

01:03:21.300 I'll just stop sharing screen

01:03:22.620 for a moment.

01:03:23.520 As I say,

01:03:24.640 you know,

01:03:24.860 my final words here

01:03:26.020 and it has just been

01:03:27.960 such a pleasure

01:03:28.960 for all of us

01:03:30.220 to serve you

01:03:31.200 in this last year.

01:03:33.620 And we look forward

01:03:35.260 to serving you

01:03:36.220 in 2025

01:03:37.100 and we believe

01:03:39.020 that God is 100%

01:03:41.560 in control

01:03:42.540 of everything

01:03:43.260 that's happening

01:03:44.040 and there's a reason

01:03:45.040 for our suffering

01:03:46.720 and it is,

01:03:48.260 He is being gracious

01:03:49.100 to bring us back

01:03:49.860 to Him as a nation.

01:03:51.500 Our battle

01:03:52.300 is spiritual

01:03:53.740 and in Ephesians 6, 12

01:03:57.160 it actually says,

01:03:58.760 I'm actually going to start

01:03:59.600 at 10,

01:04:00.100 it's talking about

01:04:00.880 putting on the armor of God.

01:04:02.200 Finally,

01:04:03.720 be strong in the Lord

01:04:04.880 and in His mighty power.

01:04:08.000 Put on the full armor of God

01:04:09.700 so that you can take your stand

01:04:11.100 against the devil's schemes.

01:04:12.660 For our struggle

01:04:13.420 is not against flesh and blood

01:04:15.000 but against the rulers,

01:04:16.480 against the authorities,

01:04:17.540 against the powers

01:04:18.260 of this dark world

01:04:19.620 and against the spiritual forces

01:04:21.020 of evil

01:04:21.640 in the heavenly realms.

01:04:23.120 And so when it says

01:04:24.400 our battle

01:04:24.820 is not against flesh and blood,

01:04:28.100 what it means is

01:04:29.220 that our battle

01:04:29.800 is not against

01:04:30.560 Justin Trudeau,

01:04:31.920 Mark Miller

01:04:32.980 or these David Eby,

01:04:35.480 Eby or Bonnie Henry.

01:04:36.780 They are empty vessels

01:04:38.180 that have made room

01:04:39.380 for the devil

01:04:40.060 to use them here on earth

01:04:42.140 to do His bidding.

01:04:44.020 And the difference

01:04:44.880 between them and us

01:04:46.960 and them and Christians 0.94

01:04:48.360 and Christians are filled 1.00

01:04:49.500 with the Holy Spirit of God

01:04:50.860 and when you are true

01:04:52.120 to the Holy Spirit of God,

01:04:53.340 you can't possibly allow

01:04:55.280 that kind of evil

01:04:56.200 to exist in you.

01:04:57.400 So we would never be able

01:04:58.880 to behave

01:04:59.960 in the way that they do

01:05:01.860 and that's one of the reasons

01:05:03.180 God says,

01:05:04.360 pray for your enemy.

01:05:06.020 So we pray for Justin Trudeau

01:05:07.800 and Mark Miller

01:05:08.560 and Christia Freeland

01:05:11.120 and David Eby

01:05:11.920 and Bonnie Henry

01:05:12.580 and all of these other evil entities

01:05:14.620 that have been,

01:05:16.220 you know,

01:05:17.560 facilitating this evil

01:05:19.040 within their bodies, right?

01:05:21.020 That they have been

01:05:21.980 entertaining them

01:05:23.040 and allowing them

01:05:24.040 to take charge over them.

01:05:25.400 We pray that God

01:05:26.920 would take charge over them

01:05:28.280 and take this down

01:05:29.200 and that God

01:05:30.380 would either raise them up

01:05:32.000 and that they would fall

01:05:32.940 to their knees in repentance

01:05:34.260 or that God

01:05:35.500 would remove them

01:05:36.760 and God have mercy on them

01:05:38.840 because He will do far more

01:05:40.580 to them

01:05:41.980 to bring justice

01:05:42.900 than we could ever imagine.

01:05:44.660 That has happened

01:05:45.840 throughout history

01:05:47.580 and we know that

01:05:48.960 when people commit treason

01:05:50.280 in the old days

01:05:51.880 or when they harm children,

01:05:53.540 it was not unusual

01:05:54.880 for them to go to

01:05:56.140 the guillotines 0.99

01:05:57.260 or be hung

01:05:58.040 and so we will leave

01:05:59.480 that to the Lord

01:06:00.280 but we are going

01:06:01.540 to pursue justice

01:06:02.520 and continue to do that

01:06:04.040 into 2025

01:06:04.820 and we're going to look forward

01:06:07.280 to you joining us

01:06:08.320 on that journey.

01:06:09.520 So God bless you.

01:06:10.400 Have a very Merry Christmas

01:06:11.860 and I'm going to wish you

01:06:14.000 a Happy New Year.

01:06:14.800 I've already said lots

01:06:15.540 about 2025

01:06:16.260 and make sure that you

01:06:17.860 take time to rest

01:06:18.700 and spend time

01:06:19.340 with your family

01:06:20.000 and friends.

01:06:21.200 So again,

01:06:21.960 thank you for spending

01:06:22.680 this time with us.

01:06:24.680 Thank you.

01:06:41.860 Thank you.

01:07:11.860 Thank you.

01:07:41.860 Thank you.
